I went on Monday to pick out a couch. We paid for the couch and scheduled the delivery for that Saturday, order was confirmed for Saturday 2-5. I noticed I was not notified morning of like it said on the message, so I looked at my order confirmation and it said the order was canceled. I called Ashley’s and they confirmed they canceled the order due to no inventory of the couch and was told it would be another 2 weeks until it would be delivered. I will not be ordering from Ashley’s anymore due to the lack of communication and inconvenience of the company.

I located a set of dining chairs online but called the store to see if they were available in store, they were not but I received a better deal than I would’ve online. Huge thanks to the manager, Cody, who was very helpful and even funny! The customer service was exceptional. Will definitely be back if I ever need any piece furniture.

I just want to know when I ordered I was told I can get my furniture 03/05 and received a text for delivery date 3/31 I should have been told when I purchased the furniture was on back order I would have chosen something else

Only a one star because they won’t let u do less. 1/16/2026 we purchase a sectionals in store experience was very poor as the sales associate told us the price match but when it go to the manager he said it only will price match with a brick and mortar and argued that Luna furniture was not brick and mortar. I pulled up the store on the map and told him that I was in fact right thanks for making me look dumb if h don’t want to price match just say that instead of making me feel crazy. Looking back I wish I would have just got up and left right then but we been looking all day and did not want to drive another hr. the deliver was suppose to be the Tuesday after and it got pushed back week after week. Feb 10th 2026 the delivery day came. After opening the boxes we find that the couch was wrong. We immediately called the number on the invoice arguing with customer service said I was mistaken and the correct items I fact got delivered I asked for them to provide and email so I could send photo proof of what was now sitting in my living rooms that was not an option as the customer rep advised he is looking at what was orders and what was delivered it matched perfectly so I asked to speak to the manger I explained and was told ok I’ll put in a ticket and u will get an email in 24 hrs-48hrs. 48 hrs come and went no email called back told the same thing over and over again. Now today 3/1/2026 I got and the car and drove to 2hrs to the mesquite location only to be told they can put in a ticket and we will receive an email we asked for the managers direct line and she said she didn’t have one. She said that we should be getting a deliver on the 10th with the items that are missing from our order. So I’ll be updating on the 10th if this actually happens or not. The manage also said they don’t have phones to reach them directly, mind blowing since this is 2026. So if u want to chance u might get the wrong items just know u will be pulling it hair out just trying to speak with someone that cares and isn’t going to just send an email. As u can see in the photo 2 right arm chairs two left arm chairs one wedge What we ordered was one right arm one left arm one wedge and two armless so it would make an l sharp.
