I don't usually leave bad reviews but this place deserves it. I would not recommend buying furniture from this company- the customer service process is TERRIBLE. My mother, who is a senior citizen, ordered a recliner from this store and hasn't been able to get the leg rest to go down easily like it should. It's been sitting like this in her living room for over 2 weeks now. We have both called numerous times to get things straightened out and have sat on hold for long periods of time and each time we call, it's like starting over at zero. They have asked her for photographs to be sent in and she isn't the best with email & iphones so I've sent the pictures in for her and never heard back from anyone. I've called to explain the situation and still haven't gotten anywhere. I've left my number with 2 different reps AND STILL NEVER RECEIVED A CALLBACK!!!! I can't believe they have a 4.5 Google rating. The yelp review is 2.2 which is way more accurate. All they care about are sales. P.S - If anyone from Ashley's sees this review- please don't leave a reply on here acting like you're going to look into things and do something about it because you know your'e just trying to save face

David provided excellent service. He used ChatGPT to virtually stage a room that guided the decision for which color chair and loveseat to buy. Great inventory knowledge too!

Purchased furniture recently & was told I would not get charged promotional fees for 60 mth if I paid full price & not the sale price. Ashleys then charges me anyways & I could have taken the 30 mo pay off with no fees. Manager at Ashley tells me there is nothing he can do because it's delivered already as if I knew they were going to lie about it after delivery. Makes no sense & was a ignorant reply. False information was given from Vee about it. Why would I be ok with a fee for 60 mths if I don't need that long so that they can charge me anyways. Beware people they are giving false information. I will never buy from them again. And will tell EVERYONE I know that buys there. There was no confusion on my end. It was Ashley's sales team that was confused to m I ney grab. Leaving me a voicemail that you can't fix it because items were just delivered makes no sense either. It is a crummy sales tactic to money grab & no one appreciates a lie.

People are nice but you're better off ordering online. Rosa and Jose price matched what I wanted because the furniture is cheaper online, but on delivery day some issues came up and I didn't get my purple mattress. I ended up getting a refund and have the option to reorder online..but now the mattress cover I bought in order to get mattress protection is void. So I bought a cover I didn't want just for the warranty, all for nothing. They are firm on no refunds of course. So frustrating! I regret going in store. Love the bed set I got from here, and again nice people, but just order online... In response to the reply... I called the number provided, it didn't help because the company is not interested in resolving this issue. I spent thousands of dollars on ashley furniture, but can't get a refund on 60 to 70 dollars? And from a mistake that wasn't my fault!
