I just want to know when I ordered I was told I can get my furniture 03/05 and received a text for delivery date 3/31 I should have been told when I purchased the furniture was on back order I would have chosen something else

give her a straight 5 Star because she was very patient she . She gave me my Space to look at other things time to look at things and she was very friendly and I will see her again on something else. Ms. Nakisha Campbell thank you so much.

Only a one star because they won’t let u do less. 1/16/2026 we purchase a sectionals in store experience was very poor as the sales associate told us the price match but when it go to the manager he said it only will price match with a brick and mortar and argued that Luna furniture was not brick and mortar. I pulled up the store on the map and told him that I was in fact right thanks for making me look dumb if h don’t want to price match just say that instead of making me feel crazy. Looking back I wish I would have just got up and left right then but we been looking all day and did not want to drive another hr. the deliver was suppose to be the Tuesday after and it got pushed back week after week. Feb 10th 2026 the delivery day came. After opening the boxes we find that the couch was wrong. We immediately called the number on the invoice arguing with customer service said I was mistaken and the correct items I fact got delivered I asked for them to provide and email so I could send photo proof of what was now sitting in my living rooms that was not an option as the customer rep advised he is looking at what was orders and what was delivered it matched perfectly so I asked to speak to the manger I explained and was told ok I’ll put in a ticket and u will get an email in 24 hrs-48hrs. 48 hrs come and went no email called back told the same thing over and over again. Now today 3/1/2026 I got and the car and drove to 2hrs to the mesquite location only to be told they can put in a ticket and we will receive an email we asked for the managers direct line and she said she didn’t have one. She said that we should be getting a deliver on the 10th with the items that are missing from our order. So I’ll be updating on the 10th if this actually happens or not. The manage also said they don’t have phones to reach them directly, mind blowing since this is 2026. So if u want to chance u might get the wrong items just know u will be pulling it hair out just trying to speak with someone that cares and isn’t going to just send an email. As u can see in the photo 2 right arm chairs two left arm chairs one wedge What we ordered was one right arm one left arm one wedge and two armless so it would make an l sharp.

We had a great experience shopping for living room furniture at the Mesquite store. Shawn Black was very nice and helpful and answered all of our questions. He didn’t hover over us while we looked but when we showed interest in something he was there to answer any questions and provide any discounts available. We did make a purchase and received a good deal.

Awesome Ashley's

I've never heard anything good about Ashley, but we decided to give them a try. We went to two Ashley locations, and about 15 other furniture stores. Hands down Ashley was the worst. They are the rudest most pushy sales people in the industry. We will never return to an Ashley. Also, if you decide there's something you like at Ashley most other furniture stores can order the same item for much less.

Shoutout to Cody Lee at Ashley Furniture HomeStore because whew… this man understood the assignment. We literally came in just to fix an address issue. Not to shop. Not to browse. Just admin errands. Almost immediately, other sales associates passed us along but Cody stepped right in with zero hesitation and zero pressure. Not only did he update our info, he took the time to break down Ashley’s entire process so we’d always know how to keep things accurate going forward. That alone deserves applause. Then he kept going. Asked thoughtful questions about our needs, showed us comfort pillows and furniture options, walked us through everything step-by-step, and made sure we actually understood what we were looking at instead of just pointing and selling. Hands down, probably the best salesperson experience we’ve ever had at Ashley. Professional. Knowledgeable. Patient. Genuine. Cody worked with us whether we were purchasing or not and that says everything. He deserves a promotion, a raise, and maybe a lil parking spot up front. If you’re shopping at Ashley in Mesquite, ask for Cody. Period.

Horrible experience. I was not told that all sales are final, which was very disappointing. I purchased a recliner (not a cheap one), and it stopped working within 3 days of delivery. Unacceptable quality for the price paid. Trying to get help has been extremely frustrating. They don’t answer the phone, and when I went to the store in person, the manager was not available. Very poor customer service and no support after the sale. I would not recommend buying from this company . ————————————————————————- Thank you for your response, but I have already tried calling the number you provided and have not been able to reach anyone. Just issue the refund for the sofa and have someone pick it up as soon as possible. The sofa does not close, and it is currently taking up unnecessary space in my living room.

Other than bad weather delaying delivery over and over i am happy with my furniture.

Last time I buy anything from here. First they change the price after I told him I was gonna buy a mattress they bring it up $300 more, they “had a sale that was ended and forgot to change the price back”. Then they said that the delivery was gonna be one day and then the day off I had to call to check on the time because it was already late in the afternoon and I had to find out that they’re gonna take another week because they were short at the warehouse.

I had no problems. Delivery was on time and everything went ell.

I had a very bad experience with Ashley's in San Antonio. Bought a protection plan and called 3 months later when the table was falling a part but was told we don't cover that. Now I'm I'm Mosquite, Texas. I purchased a large TV stand with a fireplace inserted in it. I was told the fireplace inserted would come later. It was delivered and the person delivering the item said he would not put it in. We called to reschedule the drop off but only had a confirmation for a tech to put it in with no insert for delivery. Called back and set it up for delivery 3rd time. I did get my phone confirmation. What time they would be by never stopped by called later on that night. And they told me that it must have been damaged. We'll set up a different date. After all of this, I was a bit frustrated. So-called their office and told them that I did not want it any more. Just take it back the fireplace and the tv stand but was told that's against our policy. We can't do that. I would never suggest going to Ashley's. For anything, and I'm not quite sure how they get. The 5 stars on there, but dealing with them 2 times and having total failure. I would think that maybe some of those stars are fake. I really just can't make this stuff up after going through all of this. I'm I was able to get ahold of Ashley's. They then, mis delivered again or refused to deliver. I'm not sure what it was when I called back to get a refund on both the TV stand and the fireplace insert. Because they went together. I was told you can only get it on the fireplace insert. I begged to speak to a supervisor who would never come to the phone. Then, was told, I could get a refund on both. But they hung up on me and never called back. I did get a date when it was going to be delivered and decided. Well, I'm just going to go ahead and let this go through called the day before, and they said it never came in. We're not going to deliver. I guess the problem with me is that it did come in. I've seen the insert. It was at my house the first day but the gentleman refused to put it in and took it back with him. Now I have spoke to the home office at eight o'clock eight thirty this morning.Asking for somebody to tell me when I would get my money back.Still have not heard from them.Nor the supervisor because they don't let a supervisor talk to the customer.

Wayne B was absolutely amazing.. he helped us pick out a new furniture for our living area.. everything matched perfectly with our decor and color scheme! He paid close attention to our needs and helped us find the best possible Bang for our buck! I was disappointed in the location. Seemed like a disheveled, unorganized, and dirty store. Didn’t stay and moved on.. Not your usual Ashley furniture store.

Horrible experience. Sales associate and district manager lied about items in stock and delivery dates in order to not lose the sale. Took away all our options to order furniture for the short time we were in the area setting up our new place. Spent 10 days without somewhere to sit or eat. Never will we give Ashely’s our business again. Post forced to give 1 star. Should be 0!

I like Ashley's the staff was great, very helpful and professional, they let you know they're there if you need assistance but don't hover over you. I like that you don't have to be in the city where you need the furniture and they'll deliver it anywhere in the state. I also wound up spending a little less than I expected for good furniture real wood not pressed wood

In and out in about 45 minutes. Stephen was very knowledgeable as to our particular needs. Bought 2 chairs. Just really want them before 24th of Jan. That can't be helped, and we understand. He was awesome.

Worst experience ever. Do NOT waste your time. Salespeople were very aggressive any time I walked into the store. Once I decided on a couch, it took at least an hour to make the purchase in store. The salesperson had to keep talking to various people….?? and in that hour no one mentioned they do not have any return policy. All sales are final. The couch does not fit in our space and now I am stuck with a couch. Worst shopping and buying experience. Update: I did call your 866 number and was told nothing new so why do you want me reaching out?

My experience at the Ashley store was great. The staff was kind and very informative when it came to items being sold. Where my issue is , is the delivery of the items purchased. I have been rescheduled 4 times already and it conflicts with my work schedule. That is disappointing. I sent a message to the number that the owner replied back to me too and that number sent me to another number. Sadly you have lost a customer and will not be buying anything else from your stores. Had i known items would be on back order, I could of made a different purchase. Please get the delivery department fixed.

They have such beautiful furniture and what can you say everybody that works there is friendly and helpful I love shopping Ashley's..The down side is that you never get your items when they say they will be delivered.I am sorry is getting old and tired of hearing when I just want my items delivered when told they would be. People in the store and customer service and the warehouse all need to work together to verify these items are available to be send out to people when told by the representative in the store.

I visited Ashley on 12/04/2025. It was about an hour before closing time and I can genuinely say that it was a great ending to a difficult day. Buying a sofa is a big commitment, and after months of research I finally made a decision. I called the night before to confirm that the 2 sectionals I was interested in were on display. Sales associate, David confirmed that they were. I inquired about delivery times and was told that both of my choices were in stock and had estimated delivery times within this month. When I walked into the Mesquite store, I was kindly greeted by 2 gentleman. I mentioned speaking with David, and as promised he was there to show me around the store. He was vibrant yet calm, striking the perfect balance between energy and professionalism. He made me feel genuinely welcome and took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted. His product knowledge was impressive, and he explained options clearly without any pressure. David was easy to talk to, offered amazing deals, and created a relaxed, comfortable shopping experience from start to finish. I easily give 5 stars to David alone, but also to my full experience. The other gentleman who greeted me at the door seemed to play a significant role in my experience as well. His quiet energy matched his colleague's and positively shone brightly through his warm smile. I ended up purchasing not only a sectional but a bed as well! I understand how competitive their jobs can be and we, as buyers each have unique wants and need efficient associates to guide us. I strongly recommend asking for David by name - at the Mesquite store if you are looking for a comfortable, no pressure experience!

We ordered a sectional on the 11th of November, for delivery on 12/02, when ordered arrived, it arrived missing a section, we called the store, the representative informed us it was on back order, why the hell wouldn’t they call us, instead of having the delivery guys tell unprofessional, deceptive business, do not buy from these people.

Went in the store looking for a specific wall clock hoping it would still be at the sale price as I saw on line. It was not, but Shawn Black being the awesome salesman he is was able to sale it to me for that EXACT price! Thank you so much for the kind very positive experience! I will definitely recommend Ashley Furniture in the future an I will shop there as well!

Never purchasing from here again. Poor salesmanship & customer service. Was quick/“nice” to make a sale for his commission but did not care to give proper information about the product being sold. Upon pick up saw ALOT of damage to product (bedroom set) and all the salesman had to say was “ hey it’s buy as is 🤷🏻‍♂️” SMH. Very disappointed in this company. And will never see another dollar of mine or my families again.

I took advantage of the sale and both three beautiful vases for a very good price. My friend bought two lamps and is considering living room furniture. Irene was so nice, helpful and very professional. I would easily shop again with her again.

Speedy set up

Not pleased with Ashley Furniture. They have rescheduled the delivery of our bed twice. The main reason we bought a new bed was because my husband was having surgery. We wanted it before he had surgery. We are now three days into recovery and they have postponed delivery again. Ashley doesn’t even let you know it won’t be delivered until the morning of. I have asked friends and family to be there for delivery only to inconvenience them for nothing. Seems like a rinky dink mom and pop shop way of conducting business.

I bought a table from here a month ago. I recently realized It was a Big stain. You can only see it if you are 15 steps away or if the sun is hitting the table. I called to let them know and they only told me to clean it with dawn soap. Which made it worse!! Then I called again and they said they couldn’t tell me how or what to clean it with. They also didn’t offer WARRANTY for their items. Only if you buy the protection plan. Which I didn’t. I have bought electronics and other stuff that always come with at least 6m to a year of warranty but I guess they don’t do that here. Wouldn’t buy again from here.

If I could give zero stars I would. The salesman was friendly, but did not place one of the pieces in my order we discussed several times. The furniture was not delivered as promised and the second delivery for one of the missing items was the worst. The adjustable base did not work and the mattress I purchased with the white glove service was not placed on the bed. I have had little help and there is no one to call. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!

David was super helpful, patient, and addressed all my questions and concerns professionally. I'm aware of other furniture stores and many of those also sell Ashley furniture. I almost made a purchase with a competitor, but the sales person there flat out told me he could only help me until someone else walked into the store, because he works off 100% commission. He helped me earlier, but I was initially mostly helped by another sales person who had left for the evening and I didnt want to hold him up. I was going to purchase another item and let the 2nd sales person write up the sale. How he said what he said just didnt sit right with me. So I left the store and I'm glad I did . A little courtesy and genuineness goes a long way. Thanks again to Daviance for making it a little less painful to spend my chips. 😃

Our furniture order was never delivered and when we talked to the store they said to go ahead and cancel the order. The people didn't seem to care and the manager wouldn't even talk to us. 5 days later and they delivered the wrong furniture. Don't bother to waste your money here. These people are rude and incompetent. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

Troy sold me a mattress a few weeks ago and failed to mention ALL the things required to be done in order to exchange the mattress if it didn’t work out. I called the claim department to try and exchange the mattress for a different one like Troy said we could do but the guy on the phone said because I did not purchase a mattress cover from Ashley’s, I am stuck with this mattress. Troy claims he told us once I reached out to him but neither my mom or I HEARD that at all. We pay very close attention to detail when buying a big purchase such as this. He tried to sell the cover mattresses and we politely declined bc I had Already bought one. His response was that is fine and if the mattress doesn’t workout in 30 days, you can exchange it for a different one. Not once was anything else mentioned. My mom and I are extremely disappointed in his lack of accountability for not telling us on his end. Now I’m stuck with a $2100 mattress that is causing my back pain to become even worse. FYI to those who buy mattresses there in future, you must buy the expensive mattress covers from Ashley’s or you will not be able to exchange them. Don’t get screwed over like I did. Update: I contacted the number for a “resolution” on 10/20 and of course, no resolution. The rep was very kind and unfortunately it was all out of her hands but a huge waste of my time.. Don’t bother contacting the number bc they don’t help but give you a “sorry and policy” will never purchase from Ashley’s again moving forward..

Troy and Antonio provided a great shopping experience! The living room set I wanted was available and the process of scheduling delivery was easy. This is my second time buying from this Ashley Store. I trust them and will buy from them again.

The gentleman Tyrone was very helpful and was attentive. We pretty much sold the furniture ourselves so he needs a little more training. I felt deceived about the 60 mon. No interest. I was told I had to spend 1999 and that was listed nowhere. Overall a good experience just a few concerns. We had been there 5 mon. Earlier and bought 3 rooms worth of furniture and treated very highly. This time not so much.

And the return customer and I swear I will never buy furniture from them again. I bought a kitchen table that was covered under warranty.And I have been waiting for a month and a half for a response. I called the store on August.The twenty ninth and was told that I had to reach out to a phone number about the warranty service. I called the number and it said that it wasn't a valid number. I called this store back and was apologized to and was told that it was text only. After not receiving this response again , I called the store back on September the fifth and was then told that I needed to send pictures in order to get a reply which I did. I then sent another text message on September.The first due to new resolution and again no reply. I called again on October the third to the store , and this time I was told that I had to have a claim number which they did not provide me until I called in on October the third. Then I text the file number to the number I was provided and once again, no reply. I called the store again today. I just told that because the file was just claimed on October third it was still in review and nothing they could do. A requested to speak to a manager it was put on hold, and then was told one was not available and I could get a call back. I preceded to explain that I have waited for over a month and a half for a call back and had not received one and wanted to be left on hold to speak to a manager. They then refused to let me stay on hold for a manager and explain to me that that was not their process. I asked if it was their process to not respond to their customers for a month.And a half with no resolution and I was told that there was nothing they could do. She then advised me that the manager Leanne had responded to her and told her that there was nothing they could do and I just had to wait for a response

Tyrone the sales representative was great.

Seller said all pieces were in stock. All of the furniture was not delivered. I was not told this but when I checked if said delivered on the 7th. Now when I checked to see what time it would be here it said it will be here on the 14th.

The store rep worked well with me to find a good deal on a patio set. The store price matched to earn my business, which was awesome of them to do. Greatly appreciate the time and effort they put in with me to land a great deal!

Shopping for what we needed and what we wanted was very pleasant

My husband and I b ought 3000.00 worth of items They told us they could delivery Would be a certain day, well it was but ,all of it wasn't there. When I called the store they told me to call a certain number which was automated, so you could not talk to anyone. We are moving into our new home with beds that you can't put together because parts of the beds are on different delivery dates that we were not aware of. The delivery guys told us that my lamps that I bought were special delivery and those come on a different date, later in October. If anyone is going shopping at Ashley's and paying cash, make sure in writing on your delivery dates of all items, because they will not tell you in the store that it will be different dates.

Update on Pickup Experience Unfortunately, the process of picking up our items was extremely disappointing due to how things were handled by Jesse at the warehouse. The store should have added my husband’s name to the account when we made the purchase, since it was clearly discussed and planned in advance that he would be picking up the items. Despite him having both his ID and the receipt, Jesse placed a hold on our pickup even after Guest Services added my husband’s name to the account. It is not the customer’s job to streamline consistency or communication from store to store. Not one person offered to make this right—such as arranging free delivery or offering another solution to fine-tune our experience. Instead, Jesse chose to simply call the store to reprimand them, rather than verifying the validity of the situation and working toward a better outcome. As a result, we left without our furniture, wasted valuable time, and even lost business revenue due to this preventable situation. Jesse’s approach represented Ashley Furniture in a way that left me not wanting to associate myself with the brand. If my experience were a taste, it would be disgusted. What started as a five-star experience with Jeremie was unfortunately overshadowed and diminished by this poor handling at pickup with Jesse.

We recently purchased some furniture and so far we are not satisfied. Keep having trouble with the delivery and when they finally brought it today we are told by the delivery guy that they don’t have everything. We didn’t even receive a heads up that we are getting only part of what we purchased or a time frame. They are so quick to reschedule you if you don’t answer within minutes but they don’t keep you updated or respond to anything have to be constantly making call to try to figure out whats next. If I wasn’t home at the time they came in today Im sure it would have been rescheduled for the third time.

The sales experience was OK. The delivery experience was very poor. Bad attitude by driver's helper. I asked them to put my old chair in the alley (I was willing to help, which he declined) and you would have thought I asked him to take it back to the store. This guy even asked me for a tip. I went to the store on Sunday I was looking at a few couches. I happened to pass by the mattress department, which they gave me information on the mattress which it was fine, but I was looking for a couch. I happen to like two couches so the sale representative CARMEN tells me about financing so I go ahead give her my information to see how much I will be approved for to see what my budget will be. I tell her I’ll come back tomorrow with a decision. Well today is Tuesday and I keep getting calls. About an active order I’m confused because I never chose anything from the store. I was simply looking well when I call customer service. They tell me that I have an active order for $16,000 for the most expensive mattress they have in store. I was in the store for a couch, not a mattress, it was my first time at that store and the last I can’t believe that you give somebody your information simply to see how much you will be approved and they will put you down for the most expensive thing there that is ridiculous and it’s fraud.

Buyer Beware: Our Ashley Furniture Chest Was Infested with Powder Post Beetles! We purchased a full bedroom suite from Ashley Furniture in Mesquite. Ten months later, we discovered the chest of drawers was infested with Powder Post Beetles—tiny insects that lie dormant in humid wood, then hatch and burrow through furniture, destroying it from the inside out. You can’t detect them at purchase. But once they emerge, the damage is extensive, irreversible, and won’t stop until they’re eradicated. Even worse, they can spread to other wooden items in your home. We sent Ashley a demand letter requesting a refund for the chest, its sales tax, and a fair portion of the delivery fee. We even offered to arrange pickup of the infested piece. That letter included our sales order and was sent certified mail, so we know it was received. We never heard a word back. No call. No letter. No acknowledgment. Nothing. These bugs aren’t exclusive to the Mesquite, TX store. A quick online search shows similar complaints tied to Ashley locations across the country. Sadly, this seems to be a recurring issue—and one they appear indifferent about. Bottom line: I’ll never purchase from Ashley again. Not just because they sold me bug-infested furniture, but because they refused to respond at all. Just terrible, all the way around. You've been warned. P.S. My wife said I did not convey how disgusting these bugs were. I'm not sure how to do that. Just know, we were all grossed out. P.S.S. If you're in the DFW Metroplex and dealing with Powder Post Beetles, Urban Tree Merchants in Arlington can handle it. Mr. Lee's behavior was not only unprofessional but frankly, insulting. To repeatedly alter the pricing for the same item within the same interaction, and then respond with a flippant "and I’m changing it for a 3rd time" when questioned, is an utterly disrespectful way to treat a customer. This conduct is unacceptable and made me feel completely disrespected. As a direct result of Cody Lee's unprofessionalism and the shocking pricing discrepancies, I immediately left your establishment. Let me be clear: this kind of experience will unequivocally drive business away. I will be following up with the manager I previously spoke with, and I fully intend to escalate this matter to corporate. This level of unprofessionalism simply cannot be tolerated.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but this place deserves it. I would not recommend buying furniture from this company- the customer service process is TERRIBLE. My mother, who is a senior citizen, ordered a recliner from this store and hasn't been able to get the leg rest to go down easily like it should. It's been sitting like this in her living room for over 2 weeks now. We have both called numerous times to get things straightened out and have sat on hold for long periods of time and each time we call, it's like starting over at zero. They have asked her for photographs to be sent in and she isn't the best with email & iphones so I've sent the pictures in for her and never heard back from anyone. I've called to explain the situation and still haven't gotten anywhere. I've left my number with 2 different reps AND STILL NEVER RECEIVED A CALLBACK!!!! I can't believe they have a 4.5 Google rating. The yelp review is 2.2 which is way more accurate. All they care about are sales. P.S - If anyone from Ashley's sees this review- please don't leave a reply on here acting like you're going to look into things and do something about it because you know your'e just trying to save face

People are nice but you're better off ordering online. Rosa and Jose price matched what I wanted because the furniture is cheaper online, but on delivery day some issues came up and I didn't get my purple mattress. I ended up getting a refund and have the option to reorder online..but now the mattress cover I bought in order to get mattress protection is void. So I bought a cover I didn't want just for the warranty, all for nothing. They are firm on no refunds of course. So frustrating! I regret going in store. Love the bed set I got from here, and again nice people, but just order online... In response to the reply... I called the number provided, it didn't help because the company is not interested in resolving this issue. I spent thousands of dollars on ashley furniture, but can't get a refund on 60 to 70 dollars? And from a mistake that wasn't my fault!

Unprofessional service experienced with not just the salesman but also the manager himself. I love the product I purchased but this location really needs some BASIC customer service skills. Quick to sell but after that they didnt even care. The only 1 person that had manners and respect was Bill (I think that was his name), he loaded the item. He was working alone and not a single employee or the so called manager were able to assist him with anything so our handyman had to help him load the table as this was clearly not a 1 person job and no one else wanted to assist. Bill made sure the table was locked and secured before placing it in the truck while the manager ignored the issue after hearing Bill tell him about it.

At first my experience with Ashley's furniture store was pleasant. I went to the store to see if they had the bedroom suite that I wanted on display. They did not, but Kris Summers was nice and helped us look at the over all cost, plus showed us new mattresses, as we getting a larger bed. That experience was very good. We weren't quite ready to pull the trigger and make that large purchase quite yet. I went back to the store to make the order, and unfortunately Kris wasn't there to help out. I was able to get my bedroom suite ordered;however, I repeatedly had to ask about the discounts that were supposed to be applied to my order. I had to ask at least 3 different times, and as I was reviewing the final order, I noticed that they still hadn't been applied. So I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to go back through and add the discounts. This was annoying, but I could tolerate it. Moving forward to the delivery. They delivered my mattress and bed frame. After installing the bedframe, they noted there we no slats. The delivery guy, Craig helped and reached out to the store and explained the problem. Originally he tried really hard to help me keep the bed in my home, however his boss told him he had to load the bedframe back up and take it back to the warehouse. He explained that I did not want that and they could just deliver the slats the next day. That's when they said something about the bedframe/slats not being in stock and that he had to bring the bedframe back. Craig was the one that told me to reach back out to Ashley furniture, and let me tell you, I am glad he did. Otherwise I would still be waiting in limbo. I called Ashley furniture and after taking 5 minutes to get pass their AI chat bot and finally talking to a person, I was told that the slats for my bedframe had been discontinued and I will need to pick a new bed frame. At this point, I am beyond frustrated. (I spent months looking for the bedroom suite that I wanted, and literally had it saved to my web browser for 7 months before I saved enough money to buy it). I explained that's not an option for me, I either want this bedroom suite or to return everything back and get my money back. At this time they connected me with an in-store assistant manager. I believe his name was Jeremy. He explained once again that the slats had been discontinued and that I will need to pick a new bedframe. I asked if we could not just take slats from a different bedframe and add them to the bed that I bought. He explained that it would void the 1 year warranty. I told him that I would be okay with, can we do that. He said that he would have to look to see if this can be done, but would call me back later in the day. He never called me back, so at 6pm that evening I reached back out - another 5 minutes getting through the stupid AI bot to talk to a real person. They couldn't get through to someone at the store, and said that they will leave a message and that they should reach out this evening before they close. They never reached out. I gave them a full 24 hours to reach out, they never did. I called support again. Another 5 minutes with the AI bot trying to get to a real person. Shawn was super polite and said that he will reach out again to the store and that he saw on his end where I have reached out two previous times to be put in contact with a manager. He explained that he is putting another message through to have a manager call me back, but at this point it may be better for me to go to the actual store. I live 25 minute from the actual store and work overnights So I currently will not be able to make it to the store until Monday afternoon. They still have not reached back out to me to help fix this. So my bedframe is just in limbo. Ashley Furniture store in Mesquite Texas, is a joke. If you want a good experience and good customer service spend your money somewhere else.

Okay so they push the warranty on your purchase but warranty department is awful. They'll do everything they can to avoid you using it. Takes weeks for them to come out and fix something. There techs aren't profesional installers. Be advised they use 3rd parties to deliver and install furniture. However mine was never properly installed and I didn't realize that until it was too late. Now it's on me because the time frame to make a claim has past and there is no accountability from rooms to go for hiring non profesionals to do the installing. I've bought so many items from here and now im never doing business with Rroms to go again. I'll be doing my furniture shopping at Ashley's and Nebraska Furniture Mart from here on out. Don't waste your money on warranty. It's a scam. Your furniture isn't being assembled properly. These are random 3rd party people doing the assembly and delivery.

We ordered a mattress and base for a bed on Black Friday, November 2024. We had to wait several weeks for them to deliver the mattress separately from the base. The delivery guys knocked over everything off our dresser and messed up papers we had organized then scraped and dented my wall. We have called the store, store manager, regional & district managers. We have spoken with Jazmine the store manager, Cruz Sanchez and others in management and customer service multiple times and now Keawanda in customer service (we have a list). They said they had a $100 check they were sending then said call customer service. Customer Service says the check was cancelled and it is the store's responsibility. The store says it's customer service's responsibility We keep get bounced back and forth calling and going in person most act nice but no action .It has been 5 months and our wall is still not fixed and no compensation for the damage. This is ridiculous! We are ready to return everything and shop elsewhere. Maybe we need to get an attorney involved. Also, we have excellent credit, but read the fine print on 0% offers.

Freddie was very nice. The only thing I'm not happy with is that I had no idea I was paying almost 700.00 for the protection plan, had I known that I would have declined it. It's almost one fifth of the cost of my furniture. Not happy about that at all. I should have been told the cost before it was added...hopefully I'll be happy with my furniture

My fiancé and I had been looking around at mattresses for a long time since we needed a new one. We had visited Ashley multiple times to test out different ones they had on the floor as well as other furniture stores. Ashley had a great deal going on and we ultimately decided to get a TempurPedic mattress. Only negative thing I have to say about this location is the lack of help from staff. Each time we would visit someone would greet us at the door and tell us they would come find us and see what deal we could make yet never comes to find us and is never seen again after that. When we bought our mattress we went and found a man named Jereme and he was wonderful and had a wonderful vibe and amazing energy. This Ashley location could do better with customer/employee engagement but otherwise all around great experience and ended up with a much better mattress in the long run at a great price.

We came to the store, bought the furniture. Should be an easy process, but if the sales guy doesnt input your address correctly, then things go wrong. I dont remember if I told him what my address was verbally or he inputted the information off my license. In the end my address was incorrect, off by one number. Here is where the problem comes in. They have a phone number on their business card and website, but everything is automated. I tried emailing the sales person, but they are already on to the next sale. They text you about when to deliver it relentlessly, then you go through the process and that is when the confirmation had my address and that is when I noticed it was incorrect. I literally spent all day trying to get my address changed, and someone that I was chatting with online, said I had to come back to the store to change it. At this point Im thinking of cancelling my order and really giving them a bad review. After finally getting a hold of someone, they were able to get my address fixed. If I were to recommend one thing, if you have a phone number at the store, have an option to speak with someone. This is a bad problem to have.

Let’s start with the entrance. Although this might not necessarily be owned by Ashley it reflects badly to have a poorly lit entrance. We weren’t sure if the store was opened at first. We were greeted just after we opened the door and walked in the store. We knew what we were looking for when we arrived. The salesperson led us to the piece of furniture we requested. Fortunately they price matched the online store price and we purchased after the wife and I discussed.

Absolutely terrible customer service, I purchased a mattress and 4 pillows 2 months ago I got the mattress the next week but 4 pillows take over 2 months. I got constant calls from corporate stating that the pillows were ready for pick up just to have the store Manger (Jose V.) Tell me they were not there. Went in today to get threatened to have the police called on me for checking where my order was....

Absolutely horrible and inconsiderate. I never received the bed that I purchased, along with the night stand dresser and mirror. They delayed the delivery twice and then cancelled it on the day of delivery and I never got my refund, I’m still waiting. I purchased this on November 12th. Many customer service agents have said that it would take 1-3 business days or 3-5 business days. Now they are saying 7-10 business days to process it back to my account and they have not even closed the ticket. If they did not have the merchandise why would they sell it to me? I will never shop with them again and I hope this company fails.
