If I could give 0 stars, I would I am writing to express my profound disappointment and outrage regarding the extremely bad experience I endured at your furniture store, directly attributable to the actions of Cody Lee, who I understand to be a manager. Mr. Lee's behavior was not only unprofessional but frankly, insulting. To repeatedly alter the pricing for the same item within the same interaction, and then respond with a flippant "and I’m changing it for a 3rd time" when questioned, is an utterly disrespectful way to treat a customer. This conduct is unacceptable and made me feel completely disrespected. As a direct result of Cody Lee's unprofessionalism and the shocking pricing discrepancies, I immediately left your establishment. Let me be clear: this kind of experience will unequivocally drive business away. I will be following up with the manager I previously spoke with, and I fully intend to escalate this matter to corporate. This level of unprofessionalism simply cannot be tolerated.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but this place deserves it. I would not recommend buying furniture from this company- the customer service process is TERRIBLE. My mother, who is a senior citizen, ordered a recliner from this store and hasn't been able to get the leg rest to go down easily like it should. It's been sitting like this in her living room for over 2 weeks now. We have both called numerous times to get things straightened out and have sat on hold for long periods of time and each time we call, it's like starting over at zero. They have asked her for photographs to be sent in and she isn't the best with email & iphones so I've sent the pictures in for her and never heard back from anyone. I've called to explain the situation and still haven't gotten anywhere. I've left my number with 2 different reps AND STILL NEVER RECEIVED A CALLBACK!!!! I can't believe they have a 4.5 Google rating. The yelp review is 2.2 which is way more accurate. All they care about are sales. P.S - If anyone from Ashley's sees this review- please don't leave a reply on here acting like you're going to look into things and do something about it because you know your'e just trying to save face

People are nice but you're better off ordering online. Rosa and Jose price matched what I wanted because the furniture is cheaper online, but on delivery day some issues came up and I didn't get my purple mattress. I ended up getting a refund and have the option to reorder online..but now the mattress cover I bought in order to get mattress protection is void. So I bought a cover I didn't want just for the warranty, all for nothing. They are firm on no refunds of course. So frustrating! I regret going in store. Love the bed set I got from here, and again nice people, but just order online... In response to the reply... I called the number provided, it didn't help because the company is not interested in resolving this issue. I spent thousands of dollars on ashley furniture, but can't get a refund on 60 to 70 dollars? And from a mistake that wasn't my fault!

Unprofessional service experienced with not just the salesman but also the manager himself. I love the product I purchased but this location really needs some BASIC customer service skills. Quick to sell but after that they didnt even care. The only 1 person that had manners and respect was Bill (I think that was his name), he loaded the item. He was working alone and not a single employee or the so called manager were able to assist him with anything so our handyman had to help him load the table as this was clearly not a 1 person job and no one else wanted to assist. Bill made sure the table was locked and secured before placing it in the truck while the manager ignored the issue after hearing Bill tell him about it.

At first my experience with Ashley's furniture store was pleasant. I went to the store to see if they had the bedroom suite that I wanted on display. They did not, but Kris Summers was nice and helped us look at the over all cost, plus showed us new mattresses, as we getting a larger bed. That experience was very good. We weren't quite ready to pull the trigger and make that large purchase quite yet. I went back to the store to make the order, and unfortunately Kris wasn't there to help out. I was able to get my bedroom suite ordered;however, I repeatedly had to ask about the discounts that were supposed to be applied to my order. I had to ask at least 3 different times, and as I was reviewing the final order, I noticed that they still hadn't been applied. So I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to go back through and add the discounts. This was annoying, but I could tolerate it. Moving forward to the delivery. They delivered my mattress and bed frame. After installing the bedframe, they noted there we no slats. The delivery guy, Craig helped and reached out to the store and explained the problem. Originally he tried really hard to help me keep the bed in my home, however his boss told him he had to load the bedframe back up and take it back to the warehouse. He explained that I did not want that and they could just deliver the slats the next day. That's when they said something about the bedframe/slats not being in stock and that he had to bring the bedframe back. Craig was the one that told me to reach back out to Ashley furniture, and let me tell you, I am glad he did. Otherwise I would still be waiting in limbo. I called Ashley furniture and after taking 5 minutes to get pass their AI chat bot and finally talking to a person, I was told that the slats for my bedframe had been discontinued and I will need to pick a new bed frame. At this point, I am beyond frustrated. (I spent months looking for the bedroom suite that I wanted, and literally had it saved to my web browser for 7 months before I saved enough money to buy it). I explained that's not an option for me, I either want this bedroom suite or to return everything back and get my money back. At this time they connected me with an in-store assistant manager. I believe his name was Jeremy. He explained once again that the slats had been discontinued and that I will need to pick a new bedframe. I asked if we could not just take slats from a different bedframe and add them to the bed that I bought. He explained that it would void the 1 year warranty. I told him that I would be okay with, can we do that. He said that he would have to look to see if this can be done, but would call me back later in the day. He never called me back, so at 6pm that evening I reached back out - another 5 minutes getting through the stupid AI bot to talk to a real person. They couldn't get through to someone at the store, and said that they will leave a message and that they should reach out this evening before they close. They never reached out. I gave them a full 24 hours to reach out, they never did. I called support again. Another 5 minutes with the AI bot trying to get to a real person. Shawn was super polite and said that he will reach out again to the store and that he saw on his end where I have reached out two previous times to be put in contact with a manager. He explained that he is putting another message through to have a manager call me back, but at this point it may be better for me to go to the actual store. I live 25 minute from the actual store and work overnights So I currently will not be able to make it to the store until Monday afternoon. They still have not reached back out to me to help fix this. So my bedframe is just in limbo. Ashley Furniture store in Mesquite Texas, is a joke. If you want a good experience and good customer service spend your money somewhere else.

Okay so they push the warranty on your purchase but warranty department is awful. They'll do everything they can to avoid you using it. Takes weeks for them to come out and fix something. There techs aren't profesional installers. Be advised they use 3rd parties to deliver and install furniture. However mine was never properly installed and I didn't realize that until it was too late. Now it's on me because the time frame to make a claim has past and there is no accountability from rooms to go for hiring non profesionals to do the installing. I've bought so many items from here and now im never doing business with Rroms to go again. I'll be doing my furniture shopping at Ashley's and Nebraska Furniture Mart from here on out. Don't waste your money on warranty. It's a scam. Your furniture isn't being assembled properly. These are random 3rd party people doing the assembly and delivery.

We ordered a mattress and base for a bed on Black Friday, November 2024. We had to wait several weeks for them to deliver the mattress separately from the base. The delivery guys knocked over everything off our dresser and messed up papers we had organized then scraped and dented my wall. We have called the store, store manager, regional & district managers. We have spoken with Jazmine the store manager, Cruz Sanchez and others in management and customer service multiple times and now Keawanda in customer service (we have a list). They said they had a $100 check they were sending then said call customer service. Customer Service says the check was cancelled and it is the store's responsibility. The store says it's customer service's responsibility We keep get bounced back and forth calling and going in person most act nice but no action .It has been 5 months and our wall is still not fixed and no compensation for the damage. This is ridiculous! We are ready to return everything and shop elsewhere. Maybe we need to get an attorney involved. Also, we have excellent credit, but read the fine print on 0% offers.

It's almost one fifth of the cost of my furniture. Not happy about that at all. I should have been told the cost before it was added...hopefully I'll be happy with my furniture

My fiancé and I had been looking around at mattresses for a long time since we needed a new one. We had visited Ashley multiple times to test out different ones they had on the floor as well as other furniture stores. Ashley had a great deal going on and we ultimately decided to get a TempurPedic mattress. Only negative thing I have to say about this location is the lack of help from staff. Each time we would visit someone would greet us at the door and tell us they would come find us and see what deal we could make yet never comes to find us and is never seen again after that. When we bought our mattress we went and found a man named Jereme and he was wonderful and had a wonderful vibe and amazing energy. This Ashley location could do better with customer/employee engagement but otherwise all around great experience and ended up with a much better mattress in the long run at a great price.

Stephen was a great salesman and worked with Progressive Leasing for 45 minutes to get their error resolved. Nothing was getting resolved and he suggested a different leasing company. We came to the store, bought the furniture. Should be an easy process, but if the sales guy doesnt input your address correctly, then things go wrong. I dont remember if I told him what my address was verbally or he inputted the information off my license. In the end my address was incorrect, off by one number. Here is where the problem comes in. They have a phone number on their business card and website, but everything is automated. I tried emailing the sales person, but they are already on to the next sale. They text you about when to deliver it relentlessly, then you go through the process and that is when the confirmation had my address and that is when I noticed it was incorrect. I literally spent all day trying to get my address changed, and someone that I was chatting with online, said I had to come back to the store to change it. At this point Im thinking of cancelling my order and really giving them a bad review. After finally getting a hold of someone, they were able to get my address fixed. If I were to recommend one thing, if you have a phone number at the store, have an option to speak with someone. This is a bad problem to have.

We are looking to purchase a new mattress. Not today, but soon. We were being helped by a nice salesperson for at least 30 minutes this morning, then her manager came along and hijacked her entire sales pitch. By the time we left (2 hours later) we were so confused by all the beds he showed us and all the data he dumped on us! I know they want to make a sell, but she was doing just fine. Back off, dude. You may have cost her a commission.

My husband and I were shopping around for furniture and we found just what we wanted at Ashley Furniture . The color of the leather sofa, loveseat and chair. They price matched and the manager worked wonders wow were we satisfied.

Let’s start with the entrance. Although this might not necessarily be owned by Ashley it reflects badly to have a poorly lit entrance. We weren’t sure if the store was opened at first. We were greeted just after we opened the door and walked in the store. We knew what we were looking for when we arrived. The salesperson led us to the piece of furniture we requested. Fortunately they price matched the online store price and we purchased after the wife and I discussed.

The customer service here was great and they honored all of the prices. I will continue to shop at Ashley in the future!

I went to the store on two different occasions and dealt with two different salesmen. One was pretty good the other was pretty mediocre but the manager was awesome! Wish I could remember her name now.

Absolutely horrible and inconsiderate. I never received the bed that I purchased, along with the night stand dresser and mirror. They delayed the delivery twice and then cancelled it on the day of delivery and I never got my refund, I’m still waiting. I purchased this on November 12th. Many customer service agents have said that it would take 1-3 business days or 3-5 business days. Now they are saying 7-10 business days to process it back to my account and they have not even closed the ticket. If they did not have the merchandise why would they sell it to me? I will never shop with them again and I hope this company fails.

If you were going to deal with Ashely furniture, this is the only store to go through. My salesman wias Stevephen when Ashley was refusing to deliver my furniture because they drive around in 18 wheelers only and they said they couldn’t come down my driveway. I called Stevephen him and his manager made arrangements for another gentleman to pick it up and deliver it to me absolutely the greatest experience I had with them after two days of breaking down crying upset because I had no furniture in the house. Stevephen and his manager took care of me. I wouldn’t go nowhere else. I will do all of my furniture shopping from here. Only the one in Mesquite Town East.

Without notifying me of short pieces of furniture, they delivered to my home and I returned the entire order. The contacted me later and said everything was available and they will deliver again. The day before delivery I received a call saying, a piece of furniture is still unavailable. Being tired of the mess, I instructed them to bring my purchases. If I could give zero stars I would. My mom purchased a chair in 2020 and bought the warranty. The chair broke November of 2023. It is now September of 2024 and we cannot get a resolution to the chair. Ashley NEVER registered the warranty but took her money. Now we are going between Ashley and the warranty company because Ashley does not want to take responsibility for their mistake. DO NOT buy anything from especially a warranty. Your reply gets me nowhere. It is the same people I have been calling to resolve this problem!!!

I had a great experience with Ashley Furniture in Town East of Mesquite. Instantly greeted coming in the door, this young lady named Mackenzie “Kenzie” was so friendly and helpful in just letting me search the entire store for the items I had in mind. I must have bothered that beautiful young lady about 7 or 8 times in my hour-and-a-half search of the entire store. Each time Mackenzie was so happy to assist me and answer my many questions, yet never being pushy or directing me to the store items she is probably supposed to feature. I did not buy that very day, and slept on it overnight. But that same afternoon I initially went there, Mackenzie gave me her contact information, which upon thinking of more questions I should have asked while there, I was able to text Mackenzie all my extra questions, and her responses were lightening fast and correct. I was then able to make a fully informed decision. The very next day I went there again in the morning and was so thankful that Mackenzie was able to help me again. I ended up buying a recliner sofa and chair and dining room set for a really nice price, all thanks to Mackenzie. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better and more pressure-free experience. Mackenzie was so knowledgeable, friendly and engaging, I can only wish every shopping situation I have with a sales associate in the future is like Mackenzie’s. This young lady knows how it can and should be done when interacting with customers. She has unlimited potential that should be groomed for higher-level responsibilities. Best experience I’ve had. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I will never buy from Ashley’s again. It has been nothing but lies, miscommunication and frustration. I bought a mattress and bed frame. The date the salesman told me for the mattress delivery was inaccurate. He said they would remove my old mattress. They didn’t! I had to call the store to get it scheduled for removal. The bed frame was scheduled for delivery on 8-9 according to the automated text I received. Then I get a call 2 days ago on 7/23 telling me it would be delivered today, 7/25. I asked for the timeframe and she said someone would call me the next day. That never happened. I scrambled to get rid of my current bed frame to make room for the new one. I called in to Ashley customer service this morning to get a timeframe. I was told the delivery wasn’t scheduled until 8/9. The rep told me the items would be in on 8/6 and delivered on 8/9. So now I have my mattress and box springs on the floor until then. Do I asked to speak to a supv. The person from the escalation team then proceeds to tell me the bed won’t arrive in the warehouse until 8/9 with delivery on 8/13. So within 20 minutes the dates mysteriously changed. I asked her why I have a text message stating a delivery date of 8/9. She said that’s just an estimate. WHAT??? It doesn’t say estimate. It says delivery date. As I said, it’s been one big colossal failure on Ashley’s part. I’m seriously considering cancelling my order and going somewhere else. I asked for the number to Ashley’s corporate office to file a complaint. I was given the number to the recruiting team. They gave me corporates number. I spoke to a receptionist who said I needed to speak to customer service for the local store. I told her I’ve done that. She said she would transfer me to consumer affairs. But guess what…. She transferred me to the parts department!!! That lady was rude and made no attempt to route me to the right department. She just said she couldn’t help me. As I said, it’s one big cluster!! Read the reviews before you buy from this company!!! * Sabrina is one of the mgrs at the mesquite store and she has been as helpful as she can be.

I ordered two things and some how it’s too hard to deliver my items to my house… I’ve paid too much money for the delivery to be an issue. I will not be coming here anymore. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Had a very bad experience today with my delivery. I’ve waited almost a month for my furniture to be completed which I understand. The day comes and one of the drivers had a very bad attitude when asked to move my furniture more to the center. Goes outside and yells at his partner to come back inside and help him (caught on camera). Felt very uncomfortable with the situation. Keep in mind I am pregnant. Didn’t finish the job because didn’t have a drill and said I need to contact a technician from Ashley. Did not give me any details and didn’t even put it in the notes. Now I’m in a stressful situation after waiting so long and having to deal with his attitude!! Someone needs to contact this guy and ask him what my furniture needs!!

Ashley's once again came in on customer service above & beyond. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. But the Delivery service totally dropped the ball and left us deprived of our new purchase. I was considering purchasing the matching set but because of the poor delivery service I chose Not. Ashleys Furniture gets 15 out of 10. I recommend the Mesquite Store.

I bought a table with 4 bar stools and only received 3 stools. I called the customer service line and told them about this and it’s been over a month and still haven’t gotten my stool. Their customer service is a joke. I highly recommend taking your money somewhere else.

Don’t shop here unless you are okay with being lied to by the managers. My experience with this company has been the worst I’ve had to experience, so much so that this is the first time in my life I have had to leave a review to a place. A negative one at that. 2 weeks ago I came to buy furniture here, I had a CONFIRMED delivery on the following Saturday. They decided to act as if my order was never scheduled for delivery THE DAY OF. I asked them to cancel it and they assured me it was cancelled. The next day I got messages reminding me to schedule delivery. I called the store to ask why my order wasn’t cancelled, they told me they sent the request to corporate and I had to wait till the next day which was on Monday. On Monday I received another delivery message but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Today, now THREE days later, I went on the online chat and the rep notifies me that the order was still not cancelled and that the refund had not yet been processed. It was 7/8 AM and he asked me to wait because his supervisor was not “in” yet. He closed the chat on me while I was typing. I get a hold of another online rep and she tells me the same. I call the customer care line and finally get a hold of someone who cancels my order. I called the Mesquite store just now to speak to the manager and she sends someone to tell me she is busy with another customer and to leave a message. As if my time has not already been wasted and disrespected enough. She finally answers and lies to me about how my order was cancelled by them on Monday. I was lied to by my sales rep, the assistant manager, one of the managers, and the online chat reps. It does not take 4 days, several calls, several chat conversations, and several cancellation requests to get my money back. If they had delivered my items when they were supposed to or at the very least notify their customer in advance that the delivery was being delayed we wouldn’t have had this issue. Mind you they kept telling me they needed a supervisor to cancel my order… the person that finally canceled it wasn’t even a supervisor.

Great service and great communication

I originally went to Ashley Furniture because their website said they offered a 5% military discount, which this store refused to honor. After purchasing a couch, the headache began with their delivery system. My delivery was scheduled and then cancelled three times over a three week period. Each time, the cancellation occurred hours before the couch was supposed to be delivered and each time I had taken off of work to receive the delivery. I eventually got the couch almost a month after I purchased it. I am happy with the couch, but because of the delivery, which I paid $120 for, I would be discouraged to shop here again.

The sales persons, Victoria and Micheal, allowed me to change my mind after sitting on different furniture minutes before paying and scheduled delivery for the following week. The customer service was excellent. I gave a 4 because everyone needs room for improvement.

We received great customer service from Victoria, our sales associate, and from the delivery guys. We purchased a children's night stand and dresser with mirror. We paid for delivery only and no assembly. The last thing we assembled was the mirror and we were surprised it passed QA inspection; hence the three stars. The supporting boards behind the mirror were stapled carelessly and part of them are visible and they are not supposed to be seen. We should have complained, but we did not want to deal with the headache.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CORPORATE STORE!!!! They have a ZERO return policy. I bought a sectional had it delivered and figured out it will not fit in the room without being in the middle of the room. Delivery men set up and hauled butt off to the next stop. I go to the store 2 hrs after delivery and ask for an exchange or store credit. I was told sorry we don't do that call this 800 number. Corporate customer service said sorry we don't take back furniture. So I just spent $2000 on furniture that won't fit in my living room and the company literally does not care. Go to NEBRASKA FURNITURE MART instead as they sell the exact same Ashley furniture FOR LESS MONEY and they have a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR ANY REASON!!!

Sofa was quality, communication on delivery was weak. We bought a floor sofa set from the Mesquite location which was contracted to be delivered 3 days after purchase with a 24-48 hr call for time window notification. Bottom line our delivery date was changed to 14 days after purchase without communicating to us and Ashley phones rolled to a recording communicating the original delivery date but no time window when I called. It was after a trip to the store a manager changed the date to 5 days after purchase and found no documented explanations for the date change. Beyond communication issues the actual delivery was done without issues and professionally. .

Stephen was very helpful and took care of us right away and it was done all over the phone! We had our mattress delivered the very next day and it’s perfect! Thank you Ashley Furniture and Stephen!

They will definitely take your money, but will NOT address any issues you have. I purchased a BR set and the delivery was all messed up. I contacted the store to see what the issues were and when all of the pieces would be delivered and they did NOT respond. When the chest finally came it had a screw sticking out/not in place that caused one of the drawers not to close and another drawer had a screw missing. The company says once you buy it you have to keep it even if it is defective or damaged. Don't buy Ashley, but if you do don't let them leave it until you check EVERYTHING from top to bottom. Screws, drawers, scratches, etc. The delivery people will take pics but the damage is often on the inside where they don't take pics!!!

Nice furniture but the store has leaks and looks dilapidated.

Furniture was delivered damaged and getting them to stand by their 72 hours claims process is almost impossible. They only delivered 2 of my 3 pieces of furniture and had to open a ticket to “find” the missing piece. It’s been a week with no update. Impossible to speak to an actual person and when you do they just send you to create an online claim and can offer no help. I will never again purchase from Ashley.

UPDATE: WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. I was told IN STORE I would be able to change my lease and lengthen it and make my payments a little more reasonable once the lease goes through. I contacted the lease company and asked them to extend it and they told me the store should not have said that because they don’t do lease extensions. HUH SO FUNNY, I ONLY agreed to the loan because I was under the impression I’d be able to make the payments a bit more within my budget. MISINFORMED, LIED TOO, JOKES UPON JOKES. I ain’t even mad about about the delivery debacle, IM PISSED I was LIED TOO in store and given the run around. And to top it all off, the jokester lease chat employee couldn’t spell to save their life, and wanted to be funny and send me screenshots of him repeating our chat as if I didn’t see it or acknowledge it. EDUCATE THE EMPLOYEES TO NOT SCREW OVER PEOPLE AND THEIR MONEY. NOT BUYING FROM AN ASHLEY STORE AGAIN. Respectfully. I just wanna start by saying that the sales lady who helped me was very kind and did her job well, thus the extra star. Although I did have some small issues with seeing certain bed frames for a lot cheaper online but was not shown those ones, I was shown the more expensive ones instead. My issue isn’t with that, it’s with the delivery process. I was told and shown the entirety of the bed set up would be delivered april 24th, but the delivery order summary only showed a portion of the bed getting delivered with no follow up as to where the other components were. I contacted customer service and the jist of what I was getting was my bed was delayed and should HOPEFULLY be ready by the end of the week. Why wouldn’t the whole bed be delivered together?? That means I have to take off multiple days from work and not everyone’s job is lenient. Now I had to cancel the delivery and push it back and now I’m stuck sleeping on my couch. It would’ve been nice to know earlier or receive an email about the delay. I respectfully don’t think I’ll purchase anything else from Ashley.

The process of purchasing with extended finance was seamless and the time spent in the store was minimal. However, I didn’t feel like the interaction was personal but more transactional. I don’t even know what my sales rep’s name and she was very temperamental (not open to receive) nor was I addressed as Mrs. Name. The communication was more like hey you (out-loud) from across the room for the entire store to hear my dealings. I did not like that and when I tried to express my dismay to the Assistant Manager all he could say was “I don’t understand” - he wasn’t engaging so I see why the sales rep conducted herself as she did. Her behavior was a reflection of management. No “quality” customer care. I was dealt with and not serviced. I never write reviews because I don’t find joy in speaking badly but the experience left me thinking I will never shop here again. I’m giving it 4 Stars because customer service isn’t easy. The store had great offerings and they were willing to price match online prices. The financing was made easy and I’m certain my sales rep was going above and beyond for me but needs to improve upon being discretionary and show some tact.

The service was spot on. It was fast and quick. No complaints I will be coming back for sure when I am ready to buy my next furniture upgrade

I really appreciate the large selection and no-pressure atmosphere. I guess we looked twice at everything before making our choice. We were assisted by Stephen, who understood how to lay back just enough to not be on top of us, but was well placed to answer all our questions. A really good experience. We give top marks across the board.

Steven was great didn't follow us to close just close enough. Personalized service How we wanted. We had time to find just what we wanted and Steve took care of the rest. Once we chose what we wanted it was 15 minutes and we were out of the store.

Chill sales people- they may keep an eye on you in case you need them, but not following you around like a puppy. When it’s time to order, thorough process and follow through to delivery! Great delivery tracking app and delivery folks too!

My experience was fantastic. Stephen was my sales associate. He assisted me right away. I had everything I wanted in my cart on the Flipp app which is a must have app. I showed Stephen what I wanted. He showed me my selections and was even able to do a pre qualifying finance application which I was approved. We got all of this done on my lunch hour which left me with 15 min to grab a bite and get back to work on TIME!!! Thank you Stephen!!!

The salesperson was great and we agreed to pick up our chair at warehouse in Fort Worth, we live in Dallas. We’re told that people pick up at the warehouse all the time. After over an hour and a half drive we were greeted by a slob slouched in chair. Told the ONLY person who pulls orders was at lunch and it would be 1.5-2 hours before they could get our chair pulled. We left !

Wife and I visited the Mesquite store and was greeted by Jordan. We were shopping around looking to upgrade our mattress. To our surprise Jordan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our experience. He explained every facets about mattresses that we didn't know. Even though we went over our budget in our purchase it was money well spent. We been to other stores but their sales associates didn't come close to what Jordan explained to us . Sales people are very nice here and helpful and the store has alot of furniture you can look at but the problem is the warranty for there furniture is utter garbage. The worst customer service I've come across in a very long time. The incompetence is staggering and if you get damaged furniture always double check every thing top to bottom before accepting any piece of furniture because good luck ever getting it fixed in a timely manner. It's been 2 months since I got a recliner with multiple tears defects in my couch and warranty has sent out someone twice and only sent me part of the pieces to be fixed. Every time warranty only alloted an hour for repairs when it would take half a day to fix it all. Ashley furniture needs to do better especially when customers spend thousands of dollars. Every stores warranty is different than corporate. Ashley furniture needs to do better theres to many hands in the cookie jar for anything to get done correctly.

We visited last week to search out furniture for our son’s home. Shelley served us and helped us to identify key pieces. Even though we didn’t buy that day she still made our experience a good one. We returned last night to make our initial purchase and she stayed over to assist us without a complaint. Definitely a positive business experience!
