The sales lady was so helpful and went out of her way to help us. However we ended up finding something elsewhere.

The in-store team was great to work with; however, my experience with the delivery process has been extremely frustrating. After waiting roughly three weeks for my couch, I was informed—on the day of delivery—that it was suddenly unavailable. I received multiple text updates throughout the day confirming delivery, including that my stop would be number 9. The delivery window was changed three to four times, which I understand can happen. Eventually, I received a notification stating the delivery team would arrive at my home at 1:30 PM. While I was on my way home around 1:00 PM, I then received a message saying the delivery team was already at my house and ready to deliver. Almost immediately after, I received another message stating, “Sorry we missed you,” despite receiving no phone calls or additional communication—only a message saying someone would call to reschedule. When I contacted customer service, I was then informed that the couch was never on the truck and that the delivery notifications were due to an internal error. I was told a new delivery date would need to be coordinated. At this point, I have no furniture in my home and am now facing several more days without it due to an issue that was completely out of my control.

I was promised an incorrect delivery date by salesperson. I had cleared out the spot and waited ll morning. 'Sorry' doesnt fix this. And this is what you get for constant messages to rate my experience. There you go! I have cancelled my order and will never step foot in the store again because of a lie to get a sale.

Desiree was an amazing salesperson! She was standing at the front door and greeted me with a huge smile before I even opened the door all the way. She asked how she could help, I told her kind of what I was looking for and she immediately took me to a piece I love! Perfect size, style and color. Another gentleman joined her I believe he was her supervisor and they were both extremely friendly and informative. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to get me the best deal and financing options. Even the manager of the store came and greeted us with a big smile. This was the fastest easiest and most enjoyable buying experience I’ve ever had. I will forever buy all my furniture from the Ashley Home store 😍 if you’re in Midland and looking for furniture, please go to Ashley and ask for Desiree. I promise you won’t be disappointed !

Amazing staff! Excellent experience! We even had an issue with an online order and they helped us resolve it, get us a new mattress at the online price, and set us up with a reasonable delivery date. Our sales person was outstanding.

Went in on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Salesman walked up, if he gave his name I don't remember it. I told him I wanted to get 2 recliners and a king size mattress. Showed him on their website which ones I wanted. He said they did not have any of those on the floor so I ask him if I could see one (mattress) similar so I had a visual of how high it would sit in the bed. I asked him if he could give me an idea of total and how long it would take for them to come in....he said 3 to 4 weeks on delivery then asked me for the sku on mattress. While I'm looking that up he excused himself to " go check on something". I waited 20 min, he never came back. Not any other sales person approached me so I left. Clearly not the same store it was a few years ago. My son suggested I look on Amazon instead. So happy I did. Got "Rocker" recliners, got same mattress. except it's a 14" instead of 12" overall I saved $300 and everything arrived today. So, 🤷‍♀️. Ashley, get your staff sorted. P S. Since I couldn't find a way to reply to store owner, I'm putting it here. My annoyance was with the sales assoc. not with Ashley quality. I will tell you, I bought my couch & my bed from here 16 years ago and they're still holding up strong. Maybe my experience was just a fluke or the mentality of that generation but it's not good for busines.

It was quite comfortable and easy to negotiate with Tom! Also Selin was very helpful over the phone and knowledgeable too!

Since we arrived, the girl who helped us was really friendly. She gave us our space, but came back every so often to check if we had any questions. She followed up with us the next day, and that made us come back to the store to make the purchase. She and her manager were always very kind.

Diego, was qn excellent sales person. Not pushy. But did answer all of our questions. Thank you Diego. Manger was awesome aswell.

Things take a long time to arrive. I paid in cash and they told me that it would arrive in 3 days and it arrived in 20 days. And that's why I called them to know about my order and they always said a day and nothing.

Maria was good, but not very informative concerning my order. We were unaware of a critical back ordered item. I contacted Maria to get answers and she then mentioned it was back ordered. The info I was given is that i will not get my DRESSER until the end of December! She told me that she would follow up on this issue 11/24/25 and let me know. I still have not received any further information. I’m disappointed that I was not told of the back order and was expecting a FULL delivery, which did not happen!! So at this point, all I know is that I won’t get my Dresser until SOMETIME in December???

Went in to order a bedroom set for my daughter spent hours there went over everything explained the situation to the associate Martha Cortez. We went over the mattresses and the differences between them also that we needed a box spring as well due to a fiber glass issue with our last mattress. Not only did she not order the mattress or box spring she also ordered the wrong dresser. Refused the warranty but the manager Tod came out gave a whole speech about giving them a chance and to call him personally if we ever needed to make a claim he offered a discount so we agreed. Now that part of the order came incorrect I called the store asked to speak to Tod and he refused to speak to me. Don’t do business here order online prices are cheaper delivery charge is cheaper and you won’t be harrassed about the BS warranty. They took no accountability for their mistakes. Looking back the associate took me to a different register for us to sign and don’t go over the order ítem by ítem but since we had gone over it on the tablet i thought we were good.

Adonica at the Midland location it was a last minute in and out she understood what we were wanting and got the job done. We really appreciate her and can’t wait to go pick out the rest of our house hold needs.

Absolutely great! I had perused the website and picked out the furniture I wanted. I then went into the store in hopes of finding the furniture and making sure it was exactly what I wanted. I found a recliner that was apart of the set, but not the sofas. Karen, looked it up for me and matched the price I saw on the website. I made the purchase and I am awaiting delivery. I will definitely be back.

We were greeted at the door by Adonica. I told her I was there to buy a new mattress. She led us to that area of the store. I told her I purchased my last mattress, a temperpedic there. I didn't like it. I wanted a pillow top one to fit the base I have. She showed me the Sterns and Fosters. I thought that was too expensive. I went with the Ashley pillowtop. Adonica was professional and made sure I was satisfied with the mattress. Thanks to John, the store manager, for taking time to interact with Brandi. We had the worst experience with Ashley's furniture we made a purchase and for what ever reason there system rejected the payment after going back and forth with associate and manager we decided to cancel the order and we were told the refund would be received by the next day and as of yesterday nothing was received! We went in again to ask the status on the order cancelation and ask why the payment was taken out and they informed us they had no record of the transaction or money being taken out of my account After speaking with customer service and manager on duty we still have not come to a resolution and no one is able to tell me where my money is I have now had to file a despute with my bank to get this issue resolved!

I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and a bed frame from Ashley’s on the same day, after being assured by the sales team that the frame would keep the mattress warranty valid. Five years later, my $5,000 mattress developed deep divots and was no longer supportive. When I filed a warranty claim, Tempur-Pedic denied it, saying the slatted frame compromised the mattress’s integrity. I provided receipts showing both items were purchased together, and I had asked multiple times if the frame was acceptable. I was told it was fine, but Tempur-Pedic clearly states otherwise. Despite this, Ashley’s took no responsibility. I essentially paid $5,000 for a mattress that only lasted five years. I will never spend another cent at Ashley’s and will warn others to be cautious — especially when it comes to warranty assurances that turn out to be worthless.

Very helpful staff, made furniture shopping easy and no pressure!

The gentleman that assisted me was very helpful in finding the furniture I was looking for. However he didn’t ask me if I wanted an add on insurance for my furniture. I noticed that when I was looking at my invoice. He did mention the word insurance once, but that was it. He never sold me on the benefits of having or simply asking me if I wanted it. I’m extremely upset. If it a product they are required to up sale, this was borderline gaming. I need this insurance to be removed and I need to be reimbursed.

Martha was the person who helped us was not a good person, she's rude,kept saying I can't believe it's 95% off. why would somebody management make a mistake, they wouldn't. she didn't know anything she had to keep asking Karen for help,waiting for people to help her,for that much I could have gone to somebody else, get people who are not rude, and are talkative and actually want to help. not get mad because they want commission or if they're not happy with their job she needs to dress professionally needs to do something with her hair sorry to be so critical but it's the truth. you're professional work ethics need to be dressed, speak,and know your product. then I had to wait in the back for at least 10 minutes before they open the gates and brought me my item I paid cash and I picked up my own product

Worse experience i ever had. Me and my wife knew what we wanted on the bedroom set and when telling Martha what we wanted she wanted to do a credit check which was fine and it was with a bank that rooms to go use. Which we told her that yah they already proved my wife for 9k and she said we'll let me go check. She takes a hour to check which she was mostly running around the store when she came to us she said she only got approved for 3k. Which we said how when they approved us for 9k so she decided to check my credit and said I got approved for 2k and we wouldn't be able to get all of the bedroomset. Which I thought was weird that all she was using was her phone and a notepad when she has a tablet and then she asked if I would be the different I said no because that would of been 4k which I looked online and saw they were trying to rip us off and over charge us on bedroom set when it shows its on sale on their website. I was very disappointed they way she lied to us and even trying to rip is off. Which we went back to room to go and got our bedroomset their and got out less then 20mins. AT ALL COST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Worst experience ever. Ashley’s is not good I wish I could no star at all. My husband I went into Ashley’s yesterday to purchase our new bedroom set and we got welcome by a sales lady her name was Martha and she is not white she looks like she is Mexican. Anyway right there and then I told her we already know which bedroom see we gonna get so we head over to where the bedroom set was. When we got there we told her we want everything every piece of the bedroom set then she said ok and took our information to go and run our credit mined you before we went to Ashley’s we had went to room to go first to purchase our living room set and right there and then I got approved for 9,000 from the same bank that Ashley’s use. So you know once a bank run ur credit they can’t run your credit twice. So we are over Ashley’s waiting 1 hour on this lady to come back after she went to check our credit. After I told her that the bank as already run my credit and the same bank can’t run my credit twice and I have already gotten approved for 9,000 with this bank because my credit score is close to 800 I have 787 credit score and when the bank run my credit it went down 6point so it’s at 780 now. Anyway long story short. The lady came back in 1 hour time and telling be that she ran my credit and I was only approved for 3,000 which is a lie because she never ran my credit. Then she told my husband he got approved for 2,000 which was a lie my husband only got approved for 500 because is credit score went down because of a late car payment and he got and email from the bank showing that he was only approved for 500 and I never got my credit run twice because the bank can’t run it twice. And she even lied about not putting a mattress on her list mind you she had a piece of paper fumbling with number and lying to our face telling us wrong price to try and over charged us so she can go and pocket the money And this lady name was Martha she was fumbling with number and trying to thief 4,000 in pocket money from my husband and I. Remind you online the bedroom set is cheaper but going in the store to buy it is way over priced and this happened at the Ashley’s store in midland Texas. I do not recommend Ashley furniture to anyone. Then when my husband and I walked out the store this lady called us in 1 hour after she claimed she was gonna see if we can get discount asking us if we leave lol. She had the nerves to call us after trying the rip us off. If I had money I would sue this store for false advertising big time. We got a way better deal at room to go and we were in and out real quick and they went off my credit that I got approved for the 9,000. I don’t recommend this store. Go to room to go. They are very good and way much friendlier and they will not rip u off.Martha is one of the worst salespeople ever to exist

Salesman was great! But trying to get his company to be organized is an understatement biggest joke ever. I picked my items up the day of purchase I get 3 calls at least a day about picking my items up. I put in a request for a tech to fix a scratch and everyone I talk to gives me the run around after I’ve already paid for the tech to come out.

From the day my furniture was delivered I have called to have it replaced. 5 out of 6 of the kitchen chairs wobble and the head rest on one end of the love seat does not work. I was told I would be put at the top of the list and it would be taken care of. It has been 3 months and no help. To pay over 4000$ and the items are poor quality and service sucks after they get your money! I have called, sent emails and videos to no avail. AGAIN, someone new called and again wants me to send pictures of items along with serial numbers off each item and list problems. I have done this morecthan once and the new caller states they don't have the information I sent and gives me email address. I can go back in my Sent messages showing what was sent. I feel this is a run around in circles and what these items picked up with a full refund. I even have the warranty that obviously is NO GOOD!

Not pushy or suggestive just on the ready to answer my questions, steer me to color, size and suggested design that I requested. If all salespersons were this helpful buying furniture or furnishings it would be sooooo much easier for the customer. Made me glad that I went there and had Her assistance.

Just got done paying off our bed and it falling apart the crew that set it up left so many of the support legs dangling in the air that the whole left side of the bed it’s a nightly routine of fixing all the legs and prying they’ll last till morning

My son bought a house so needed to fill it. We were greated by Martha and manager Tom, they let us browse with no pressure, and were helpful when needed. We also got great Memorial Day deals. So many selections it was hard to decide, but we did and now have a house full of furniture. Very happy.

Terrible. Delivered with scratches, cracked headboard, footboard put on crooked. And no one comes to fix it

It started off great! But paying almost $500 for delivery/set up and another $800 for a protection plan and not being told about either is unprofessional. Then the 1st delivery guys didn’t even set up our bed & the 2nd set broke both of our special order stair gates, busted the banister, and left holes/cracks/scratches in 3 different walls. They dropped our son’s dresser 3 times and broke his top shelf. We will stick with Bob Mills & Rooms 2 Go in the future. Over $4k in furniture ordered and probably $1k or more in damages. Unbelievable.

Great store but really hated customer service. You can't even view the store without them just following you and try to sell you everything. It gets really annoying. And one of the things I hated was the fact that we ordered our bedroom set, and they gave us the dresser with it when we didn't even want it and charged us for it. So we just got ripped off without even seeing it until later.

If your furniture is delivered damaged expect to stay that way! Customer service is pathetic and truly needs to have a refresher on what customer service means.

Sold me a chest for 1000 damaged cracked and glued on one drawer 3 of the other drawers face are about to come apart very cheap furniture wont last a month. Response was to fix it, it cant be fixed its cheap no screws or staples its meant to fall apart. I need my money back. Consumer protection agency is next.

Warning never by anything from Ashley furniture. We purchased a sectional from this locations and was promised the delivery date we requested in order to close the deal. Once they had our money they changed that date and forced us to go to Lubbock to get it ourselves. Once we received it was damaged with an open pen inside the packaging which reported same day. It has been 30 plus days now and multiple calls and visits to the store and care with promises to make it right and refusing a return. The tech final showed up to fix it and did the best he could but it is noticeably different. The material is already coming apart. Ashley service to this point has been horrendous

I will never buy from Ashley Furniture again. This was my first time to shop here. Besides the process taking a long time, which was no fault of the person assisting me, the store seemed to not want business. After deciding to purchase the item, they did not have any wrap or protective material to help with transferring it home. The "helpers" seemed as if they needed help with the loading process. After all of that, I get it home and there is a piece missing from one of the chairs so now it wobbles. I used to think Ashley Furniture was quality furniture. Now I feel that I could get the same quality at a flea market!

Staff was nice and helpful. Only issue was their system wasn't working correctly for us to take home the floor model bedding, since their warehouse was out. So checking out took an extra 30 min. They didn't seem very concerned, joked around, and took their time while we waited. That's the only problem I personally had with the transaction. Other than that, no complaints.

I went in the store to place my order. The sales lady got all my information off of my ID. I let her know I was in the process of moving and needed my order sent to my new address not the 1 on my ID. She said she didn't know how to change it but would have someone help her later and to call in the morning (the day of delivery) to make sure the driver had the correct address. I called the next morning and they said everything was good to go and my order would be delivered to my new address on time. I got the notification that they had arrived then got a call from my mom saying they were at her house. The delivery driver was polite and professional and let me know that the old address was the 1 he had for delivery and couldn't change route without going through the proper channels. I hung up with him and called the store the lady I spoke with wasn't helpful at all and wanted me to cancel and reorder my purchase. While I was on the phone with her the Lubbock hub called me and informed me that they had changed the route for the driver to deliver my order that day. The gentleman at the hub and the driver informed me that this isn't the first time someone in the store dropped the ball on a delivery and made it difficult for everyone else. I gave 3 srars bc the driver and hub were helpful and professional. The store communication needs work.

Be careful with Ashley. I was told I have 5 years no interest to pay for my furniture but when the loan provider contacted me, Ashley LIED, I only have 2 years and if I was not on top of my stuff I would have NEVER known the truth. So they will tell you 5 years but it’s not and you will have to pay all that interest, so be careful and read your paperwork. Another issue is my couch was damaged when I moved, so Ashley sent the part( took 4 months) the technician comes and try to fix the couch, after he takes the couch apart he says Ashley sent the wrong part. He does not put the couch back together and says, DONT SIT ON THE COUCH, Ashley has to send the correct part and he doesn’t know how long it will take, this is unacceptable. We could sit on the couch before and now we have a couch we can’t even sit on, and Ashley customer service was No help!

I have nothing but issues with them since I bought my furniture. The store people will deceive you on the extra warranty by tell you it starts after the year from them. Apparently it does not. When you have issues and call for warranty work you get the run around and the warehouse will loose your items. Buyer beware. If you can definitely go somewhere else. I will never buy from them again.

Edit: To the owner who responded, the fact that you call an attempt to scam $1000 out of me miscommunication is hilarious. Also it wasnt your locations customer support, I had to call corporate. Will never shop here again. The only reason I kept my order is because of customer support and the discount they gave me on my 10k order for my new mattress & adjustable base. The sales rep who set me up to purchase my new bed pretty much tricked me into an additional 1k worth of product. A $500 bed cover that she told us was free & an extended warranty. Made us sign for our "gift" and receive text messages asking if we got our "gift" only to see a $500 charge for it later on. When I asked her about it she said "who told you it was a gift? Who told you that?"... I don't know maybe the person who suddenly handed me a bed cover and was like "on the house just sign here to show you received it since we don't deliver these!" ANYWAY... CS agreed that the product was supposed to be free and thus removed it from my order and also gave me an additional amount off my order to not lose the sale. With that said, the sales rep was also refusing to communicate with anyone because she believes she's a know it all. I have a prior back injury that's supposed to cover the taxes off my order with a prescription that I had. She told me it only covered the mattress. After speaking to a customer service rep, they informed me that was incorrect and I relayed that information back to the sales rep and she immediately told me that was wrong, and when I asked her if she was sure & if there was anyone she could ask she said "no" and long explanation on why that wasn't correct. I later called another CS agent and they informed me once again that she was incorrect and offered to do the prescription for me, which they did and removed the taxes for both the mattress & base before delivery. I won't mention the name of the sales rep just because my experience shouldn't define others with her but I definitely won't return.

Terrible Experience - Do Not Buy Here! I wish I could give this place zero stars. I bought a bed that looked decent in the store, but when it was delivered, it was an absolute disaster. The material is almost plastic-like, completely different from what they showed in the store. It feels cheap, uncomfortable, and nothing like what I was promised. The worst part is the deception from the salespeople. They show you "similar" products in the store, but when the real thing arrives, it's a totally different, low-quality product. I have now bought several pieces of furniture from this Ashley’s store, this is a great place! Several of the other furniture stores in Midland have very pushy salesmen, but the team here at Ashley’s aren’t pushy at all. They let you look around and do your thing. But then, after having to practically run out of the other stores just to not be hounded into buying, we came back and bought from Ashley’s again easy peasy.

This is the third time I've bought from Ashley's, albeit from three different stores. Dealing with TJ at the Midland, TX store was very nice. He was able to answer any questions we had and did not push our pressure us. So glad we decided to stop in and looking forward to getting our furniture in a few days.

Josh and Michael were amazing, Justin is not very friendly nor personal. And the way he talks to his employees in a condescending manner was very unpleasant. He was really nice to the guy who was buying everything cash, but had really bad attitude towards the other clients. But again Josh and Michael did an incredible job.

I am actually very upset with this store, we bought a mattress and a bed set, we had to wait three weeks for the bed to be delivered, when the bed arrived it arrived incomplete without box springs, which is where the mattress is placed so you can sleep, we called the store and after two or three days without getting an answer, they told us that we had to buy that part separately for almost $300 when they never told us that that part was not included. A horrible lack of professionalism from both the store manager and the saleswoman, they should look for trained personnel to do this type of work.

What an absolute racket. Completely deceptive business practices. You go online to look at furniture, you add it to cart, add the protection plan, add the delivery cost and get the total price. Then you go into the store with that information and apply for the 60 month financing on the items/protection/delivery and the total they give you is exponentially more than online. They say online items are “discounted”-nowhere online does it show the items are on sale. So in store it’s $1,000 more for the same furniture, $400 more for the same protection plan, and $90 more for the same delivery. Absolutely ludicrous and a total money grab. We will just stick with our current furniture.

The staff and service were great when I purchased the couches. However, the delivery of the couches was not great.. They were not careful when delivering the couches and left a few stains already. Repair tech never came out when called and scheduled for. I still have not received the ottoman and wedge. I purchased the couch back in March. I get calls every other week to reschedule my delivery date because it keeps getting pushed out. Overall, I would not order from Ashley’s again.

I will never purchase anything at Ashley’s. I was promised my things would be delivered a certain date and it was moved many many times. They kept making promises that were not fulfilled. When they delivered a month later It was the wrong order, not what we had purchased. I have been reaching out to them, so they can bring me my correct order and have not yet heard from them. Many hours spent reaching out to them with no solution. Very dissatisfied.

I’m not the usual person to be complaining about everything but today I just really have to. 6 days ago we went to buy a queen mattress and with no hesitation we took it since we thought it was a great price for a queen . It was one of those mattresses that come packed in a box so we couldn’t really see it until we got home and unboxed it, IT WAS A TWIN, we checked the receipt and I was charged for a twin but I DID NOT NEED a twin . We called later that day and another girl said that they did not even carry queens in store, only online, which Michael Galindo never mentioned and he just went on to sale us a Twin. You could tell he only wanted to sell, specially knowing that they don’t allow returns. We called customer service to see what they could do the mattress is BRAND NEW and still in the plastic but they still haven’t got back to us with a solution. Such a bad experience considering that we are usual customers and this was not our fault…..

Gave us a good discount and delivering our chairs to Big Spring on Friday 4/11/224. How are you going to beat that …. It was a great experience….
