Went in on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Salesman walked up, if he gave his name I don't remember it. I told him I wanted to get 2 recliners and a king size mattress. Showed him on their website which ones I wanted. He said they did not have any of those on the floor so I ask him if I could see one (mattress) similar so I had a visual of how high it would sit in the bed. I asked him if he could give me an idea of total and how long it would take for them to come in....he said 3 to 4 weeks on delivery then asked me for the sku on mattress. While I'm looking that up he excused himself to " go check on something". I waited 20 min, he never came back. Not any other sales person approached me so I left. Clearly not the same store it was a few years ago. My son suggested I look on Amazon instead. So happy I did. Got "Rocker" recliners, got same mattress. except it's a 14" instead of 12" overall I saved $300 and everything arrived today. So, 🤷‍♀️. Ashley, get your sales staff sorted.

Since we arrived, the girl who helped us was really friendly. She gave us our space, but came back every so often to check if we had any questions. She followed up with us the next day, and that made us come back to the store to make the purchase. She and her manager were always very kind.

Things take a long time to arrive. I paid in cash and they told me that it would arrive in 3 days and it arrived in 20 days. And that's why I called them to know about my order and they always said a day and nothing.

Maria was good, but not very informative concerning my order. We were unaware of a critical back ordered item. I contacted Maria to get answers and she then mentioned it was back ordered. The info I was given is that i will not get my DRESSER until the end of December! She told me that she would follow up on this issue 11/24/25 and let me know. I still have not received any further information. I’m disappointed that I was not told of the back order and was expecting a FULL delivery, which did not happen!! So at this point, all I know is that I won’t get my Dresser until SOMETIME in December???

Went in to order a bedroom set for my daughter spent hours there went over everything explained the situation to the associate Martha Cortez. We went over the mattresses and the differences between them also that we needed a box spring as well due to a fiber glass issue with our last mattress. Not only did she not order the mattress or box spring she also ordered the wrong dresser. Refused the warranty but the manager Tod came out gave a whole speech about giving them a chance and to call him personally if we ever needed to make a claim he offered a discount so we agreed. Now that part of the order came incorrect I called the store asked to speak to Tod and he refused to speak to me. Don’t do business here order online prices are cheaper delivery charge is cheaper and you won’t be harrassed about the BS warranty. They took no accountability for their mistakes. Looking back the associate took me to a different register for us to sign and don’t go over the order ítem by ítem but since we had gone over it on the tablet i thought we were good.
