Wife and I picked a set from here and was told they would give us $X off the set. Sent us an itemized statement showing pricing of each individual item including warranty. When we told them we didnt want the warranty they said it would be the same price regardless. So no transaction will be happening here.

The in-store team was great to work with; however, my experience with the delivery process has been extremely frustrating. After waiting roughly three weeks for my couch, I was informed—on the day of delivery—that it was suddenly unavailable. I received multiple text updates throughout the day confirming delivery, including that my stop would be number 9. The delivery window was changed three to four times, which I understand can happen. Eventually, I received a notification stating the delivery team would arrive at my home at 1:30 PM. While I was on my way home around 1:00 PM, I then received a message saying the delivery team was already at my house and ready to deliver. Almost immediately after, I received another message stating, “Sorry we missed you,” despite receiving no phone calls or additional communication—only a message saying someone would call to reschedule. When I contacted customer service, I was then informed that the couch was never on the truck and that the delivery notifications were due to an internal error. I was told a new delivery date would need to be coordinated. At this point, I have no furniture in my home and am now facing several more days without it due to an issue that was completely out of my control.

I was promised an incorrect delivery date by salesperson. I had cleared out the spot and waited ll morning. 'Sorry' doesnt fix this. And this is what you get for constant messages to rate my experience. There you go! I have cancelled my order and will never step foot in the store again because of a lie to get a sale.
