Ashley Store Nacogdoches, TX

WONT BUY HERE AGAIN!!! We have been at the store for over 3 hours. We had 1300 cash down and we’re going to finance the rest for the couches. The lady that was “helping us” didn’t know much of anything. She gave us numbers that were constantly changing. We had a specific amount of cash down to use and they said all the numbers were perfect and everything would work. After having her manager come over several times because she didn’t know what to do we finally got down to the fact that the number they originally quoted us were off and they didn’t tell us about the extra fees we had to pay up front.

No one was available to wait on us. Walked thru store and never greated. Got back in car n left. Sad

Quick and good service

Went to this location for the first time was greeted by a very nice gentleman named Christopher who helped me from start to finish. I was able to find just what I wanted with no Hassel.

I went in to purchase a second matress. The manager was not clear on the price of the matress, was not clear on the financing. The system ashley uses to purchase items through a third party way is nonsense. The store has their hands tied on what they can do. The store had trouble finding my ashley credit card. The store didn't have the option for me to use a credit I earned on previous purchases, you have to pick an item then the manager will send in for approval to use the credit then once approved I can come back and maybe get the item. That makes no sense. I purchased the matress as ashley is the only carrier of the matress I wanted, however delivery is 21 days away. The manager stated he would send an email to the warehouse to get a sooner delivery. He sent them an email and no response, he said he sent another email, both times he was gonna call me to update me and I have received no calls, who knows when I will get my $3000+ purchase. How in anyway is this a pleasant process.

I just bought 10 dining chairs and three barstools at the Ashley's Furniture in Nacogdoches, Texas. The sales associate who helped me was Ramona Williams. Ramona could not have been any nicer or more helpful. She was SO nice and SO helpful and patient, working to be sure that I found exactly what I wanted. Five stars for customer service from Ramona Williams!

I was extremely pleased with Zac Baker at the Nacogdoches Ashley store. He listened as I went into great detail when describing the kind of recliners I wanted. After discovering that his store didn't have what I was looking for in stock, he volunteered to check Ashley's inventory for anything that would fit my needs. I left him with the details, and within 20 minutes he found the perfect recliners. It didn't hurt that he was handsome and kind. ❤️❤️❤️

Today, my husband and I went to the dentist Apex or he was supposed to be getting some more work done on his top dentures because they did not fit right and they were hurting his mouth. We had already agreed that the young lady who had worked on my mouth and messed my mouth up that she wouldn’t be working on his mouth because I attitude was really ugly and she did not do the job that she was supposed to do, so she came in and started working on his mouth and I decided to get up and walk out so I wouldn’t say anything out of the way to her at the end of the visit that the manager wanted to talk to me and his office and he asked me not to come back Because he would not give me an explanation and I did tell him that I would be getting my attorney and which I have spoken with him and he’s looking over all of the paperwork in the And the reason he asked me not to come back is because that the doctor that was working on my husband teeth the male doctor is the husband of the woman Doctor Who messed my teeth up. I was on the phone talking with my cousin about something that had happened to her and I don’t know if they were listening to my conversation I thought that I was talking about that woman Dennis, but they asked me not to come back so I am filing a suit against him, they are prejudice. They try to keep my money. They are not good people there and Dennis office. I even shook that man saying because I thought that he did a great job trying to fix my husband safe and also trying to fix mine but come to find out that he does not want me back there because the dentist that messed my teeth up in my mouth up is his wife so that is a personal issue which shouldn’t Not have anything to do with the professional doctor job that he is supposed to be doing or she is supposed to be doing so yes it is not right and it is not definitely over with not the type of person to disrespect anyone. I am not the type of person to be played. Talk to and any kind of way I paid my money on time I did what I was supposed to do this for months for March all the way up into July July or August and NNN the bad thing about it is that they put me out of their office because of the woman, Dennis because I did not want her working in my husband‘s mouth and that I already been discussed with me and my husband and she wasn’t even supposed to be in the room and found come to find out that that was his wife Dennis did his husband received the mail Dennis so yes sir yes sir the Dennis will be hearing from my attorney and if you are reading this do not go to Apex deals for dentures now my daughter went there for her teeth. I took my niece there. They did a great job. I took my grandson there. They do the great job on his mouth, but they cannot do dentures there. They will mess your mouth up and this is not over. This is not threat. This is a promise that something will be done about this , the way that I was treated today and that office

Stop into Ashley's for a mattress fact finding mission, we had 4 stores plus online stores we were looking at. We walked in and was greeted by Ramona, we weren't ready to buy just wanted to get information and try out some mattress's Ramona answered our questions and we were ready to leave to go to the next store but Ramona didn't give up she had her manager chat with us and offer us some excellent incentives that sealed the deal. My wife and I were very pleased how we were treated and the deal on our new mattress 😊 We gave Ashley's our business. Ramona provided excellent service, Thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the store and was greeted by Zack. He was a very knowledgeable sales person and did an exceptional job. He answered all my questions and told me many things I was not aware. He had me meet the manager Kim and she checked the sale to make sure there were no errors. You have two employees who are a great asset to your company.

Great experience! The manager Kim was exceptional. Not only did she step in offer her own personal advice, to give a similar opinion on what she had done when she was in our place. (Which was very responsible for us purchasing the furniture set that we did) Kim also opened up early to assist me in picking up our furniture due to my hours I work, but while in high heels helped me load the furniture. Day before I had done that by myself when another male was working, but Kim rolled up her sleeves and went above and beyond. We have bought several times & items from ASHLEY, but Kim made sure we'll be back & dealing with her.

I would give 5 stars had they had a larger selection, but I did receive 5 ⭐️ service from Kerry. I have just gone through a major neck revision surgery, so my family bought me a recliner for me to sleep in due to my discomfort during recovery. Kerry was able to get my chair ordered and delivery will be in 3 days. Thank you Kerry, for your service and for your help with getting my needs met.

To buy 1 chair and take an hour to do paperwork is little to much my family sat an hour out in the parking lot. The salesman was very polite & courteous, but the paperwork is a negative.

We bought a sofa here a few months back and had a great experience. Today however, we didn’t find what we needed. When we were heading out the door we were stopped. The sales associate told us the main door was for paying customers only, and asked us to use a side door. Okay, if I’m going to be treated like a peasant, I won’t be back.

We went here looking for a metal bed frame. It was promising at first. The lady was nice to us as she was trying to sway us into buying a whole new bed set (which was fine). After about an hour of us continuously telling her that we only needed a frame, she finally pulled out the website on her tablet to make the purchase. Then she said the internet wasn't working. Meanwhile, another couple walked in, and they were talking to whom I assumed was the manager. Then she kept on leaving and coming back, and the manager called her over to help the couple while she was already helping us. And so we sat there for about 15 mins before she finally came back to get our info and told us that she'd call us once the internet was working. That was 3 weeks ago, so either they're "internet isn't working" still, or they purposely forgot about us because they couldn't convince us into buying something more expensive. 🙄

Delivery was on time and the driver was very courteous.

Ashley Furniture, is not a good furniture place they tell you one thing for delivery and another for the next. Terrible service, they told me it would be 2 weeks for my furniture Now I can’t get it for another 6 weeks for one item and 8 weeks for another. Hopefully these people can do there jobs and start delivering the products to their clients but I doubt it good luck to those who are ordering furniture!

Took 10 mins for me to pick out 3 couches but took almost 2 hours to get checked out. There is no leadership or management at this location. Was told delivery could be set up on a Saturday but later told when I had to call customer service that deliveries are only on Thursdays. Not a great experience with this location. Cancelled my order and plan on purchasing furniture from somewhere else.

Went in and picked out furniture with a sales rep. When I went back to pay for it, they had erased my order. Went through it again, and they added about $4k to the original quote, which i turned down. I then got an invoice in an email that showed a $9k delivery fee and a total cost that exceeded my original quote by $14k. These people don't know what they are doing. No wonder the parking lot is always empty. Update: They contacted me and made it right by returning the sale price to the original quote. I updated the stars to reflect this, but it was quite a hassle dealing with them. Will have to see how the delivery end goes.

Everything went well from the sale to the delivery except one thing with the delivery confirmation—because I was not able to confirm with one automated phone call my delivery date was canceled and rescheduled for four days later.

Have been shopping at the store for quite a while, every time the experience gets more pleasant. Other furniture stores seem to pressure you or not sure what they are talking about and just not the quality of help at this store, so professional. So pleasant to deal with. Everyone from the sales person to the ladies at the checkout counter, the whole experience is very refreshing and actually makes me want to buy furniture because it is so pleasant there . Went in to only look around and I ended up leaving having bought a new bed frame, my questions were answered with different bed frames of costs and warranty, will be looking again here for furniture in the future.

We were promised (by Sales Associate) a bedroom set within 6 weeks when we placed order. It took OVER 8 months to receive! We NEVER received any updates from the store. Communication was nonexistent from them. I had to call several times without getting any firm date. Basically, they had no clue when the furniture would arrive. Any communication/Customer service would have gone a long way. We definitely would not purchase from this store again.

Found exactly what we we’re looking for which is very difficult as Denise and I have very different taste. Dealt with Tristen and he answered all of our questions and met our needs. Furniture arrived earlier than promised and looks great. We’ll be contacting Tristen for our future furniture needs!

Just Moved into town and was looking for a couch. I found one online and was hoping that they would have it on the floor. They didn’t but they did say that they had it in the warehouse around town! Mason was a MAJOR HELP getting me the couch and he even honored the online price which saved me a couple hundred dollars!!! If you need any furniture and need it delivered go to Ashley’s and ask for Mason!

Don’t buy anything from them if you want your furniture in a timely manner! It won’t be delivered when it’s promised and they won’t do anything to rectify the situation!

Horrible place to do business with. The sales personnel working the floor lie and will say anything to get you to finance a bed, and they do not honor their warranties. I bought a bed that cost over 6 thousand dollars and started having problems.with the power base. Once I notified them of the complaint, they told me that the base was discontinued and offered me $380 instead, even though the base alone was purchased for 2 thousand dollars. STAY AWAY. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND CON ARTISTS.

A representative of this store, Michael Periero, for some reason took it upon himself to send an unsolicited message to my private number. I purchased a bed from the Ashley store in Lufkin back in 2015. I presume this is how he got my contact information. Their advertisements have followed me in the mail for years since that purchase and now I'm being pestered directly to my personal cell number. This isn't okay. Tell me Michael, are you okay with constant belligerent advertisements penetrating every square inch of your personal life? Why on earth do you think I would be okay with this?

This store is horrible. Me and my wife was conned into buying a $5000 bed. The salesman told us that we would never have a problem with a sagging mattress, and if we did it would be covered under warranty. One year after our purchase, the sagging mattress was causing both me and my wife back pain. So we co tacted the store as well as the warranty department and they responded by saying the the dip in the mattress was not bad enough to replace. Long story short......BUY ANYWHERD BUT HERE!!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY.

I can’t say enough good, about the Nacogdoches, Texas store. I had been to another Ashley Furniture Store and was not spoken to at all. I left and looked other places and the pieces I found I wanted was from Ashley. I needed to furnish a four bedroom home. I was greeted with a smile at Nacogdoches store and was helped by Nick.. he went out of his way to walk me through the whole process and was very patient with me. I would HIGHLY recommend Ashley Furniture in Nacogdoches and there is no way to thank them enough for all they did.

I found some furniture online that I liked but wanted to visit a store to actually see and touch it. I called the Nacogdoches store and spoke with Brian. He assured me they had the furniture in the show room. I visited the next day and Brian assisted me with what I needed. The store personnel were friendly and helpful!

I was greeted promptly and friendly. First impression was very good. The young man that greeted me was very helpful. He spent time with me asking what style and colors I was looking for. He shows me all the rugs and furniture that fit the description I have him. He hunted until he found exactly what I wanted. Very patience with me. I ended up buying an accent chair, two area rugs, and two throw pillows. Plan on going back next week and buying a love seat, marching chair, and several lamps. Would definitely recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone and tell them to see the young man that helped me. His name is Brian H. He is very professional amd helpful!

Our sales guys was actually one of the managers at the Nacogdoches store, Eric! Super sweet fella! All the guys there were very sweet. We brought in our son with us. He’s 7 and very curious. They kept him entertained with ease! The secretary there was also very nice and interacted with our son as well. They didn’t have to do that. They’re not making the sale. But Eric was very patient with us. He made sure and explained everything to us from start to finish!!! Super knowledgeable and friendly! Will be going back for any future furniture purchases!

I absolutely love this store purchased a living room, and bedroom set last year! Did have some issues with it but Brian has worked with us every step of the way to get them resolved! They never hesitate to answer any question I have. Looked in other furniture stores, but customer service is great so now I’m waiting patiently for my entertainment system to come in.

One word. Fantastic!!! Fantastic experience we had shopping for furniture. Most sales people are pushy and don’t leave you alone to explore. It started with a pleasant greeting at the front door. My husband and I walked around. And a sales guy approached us. And offered help if we had any questions. We continued looking around. And it was almost like he knew we had a question. He re-approached us and asked if we had any questions he could answer. Come to find out he was the manager. Eric Ross was so helpful and knowledgeable. Friendly and funny. It was the most fun we’ve had shopping for furniture. I definitely recommend coming here for all your furniture needs. And ask for Eric!!!

Do Not Recommend!! I had a great experience buying the furniture and the sales person was very helpful, even showed me dates that our stuff would be delivered. We purchased over $5000.00 worth of items, one of which could be delivered on or around Dec, 5 2018, the rest of the items would be delivered around Jan14th. It took us two weeks to get the chair that was suppose to be delivered on the Dec 5th. I had to call every day to get feedback and was told that the delivery girl was out and that is why I have not received a notification on a delivery date....this was very upsetting to me since...1.) Is that the only delivery coordinator ??and 2.) Why am I having to call to get updates. Finally I was able to speak with the manager and he refunded me the money for delivery....after two weeks of calling. Now it is Jan 15th and I have had to call the store 3 times with no update. The first time I called I was told by Taylor that she would have a my sales person, Brain call me back, that was at 12:27p. Then after waiting a couple hours with no call back, I called again at 2:47p. I was transferred to the manager Eric, he informed the that my sales person wasn't even in the store today at all....so I guess I wasn't going to get a call back at all today. He told me that Taylor may have not even looked up to see if Brain was in today....lovely! I am now still waiting on my furniture with NO update on delivery!! I will NEVER use them again. The sales team is very nice but they have horrible follow up and delivery processes. If you want to wait several weeks to months to get your furniture, then these are the guys for you.

Really nice store, the prices seem high though. Didn't really like that we were followed around the store by a salesman that seemed like he was about to pounce on his prey. He was so close behind that when an off-handed comment was made about anything he had the "answer" or sales-pitch to counter the comment.

Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend him. He was patient, and very nice. He gave us a great deal and matched the online price.

Mr. Brandon greeted us as soon as we walked in. Showed us where the recliners were, offered us a great deal of helpful information. He allowed us space to look vs hovering like a buzzard. (😂) Very low pressure sales process, I’ll definitely buy from this furniture store in the future!

Brian was excellent help, and really knew the products well whick helped us make our decision on what to purchase. Very beautiful showroom with lots of options. Update: When my rocker/recliner came in at the store, they called me to let me know. I was able to go pick up Monday and called before I left and got an answering machine that said no one was in the office but showroom was open till 8 pm. I arrived @4:30 pm and there was a note on the front door that said store was closed due to prep for May sale. So even though my brochure, and the store front both showed open till 8, I wasted gas in my truck pulling my enclosed trailer all the way there for nothing. Then if that wasn't bad enough, when I did pick up my Rocker/Recliner and got it home to unbox, it was found to have a seriously bent up mechanism and bent arms for back to snap on. After many calls, and texts with pics I kept being told customer service would call me. It was supposedly worked out that Ashley's would deliver the replacement and pick up the damaged unit for all that I have been thru. When customer service finally called me over 2 weeks later they confirmed they would do this. Then another week later the store called and said my replacement was in. When I informed them about the plan of them delivering the replacement they knew nothing of this and claimed they don't make deliveries from the store, they have to come straight from College Station(hence the high cost of delivery). I was so fed up with this I told them to have it unboxed and inspected and I was coming with my trailer. Upon arrival at the store everyone was very nice and apologetic about everything that happened. I made sure they listened to the voicemail I saved from customer service saying they would schedule delivery of new and pick up of the old. This was a straight up nightmare and the worst customer service ever. I will not buy here again.

I visited the Nacogdoches location yesterday with the express purpose of buying new living room furniture. I was warmly greeted by William Rivas, who encouraged me to look around and made me aware of their sale. He allowed me to look around and tell him what I was looking for, what I liked and what I didn't like. He led me to several options, gave me specifics about each and the flexibility of certain pieces. He gave me plenty of time to make my choice and gave me payment options and discussed at length the 4 year protection plan. In the end I purchased a lovely living room set and a desk. I'm excited about my purchases and look forward to then arriving. William did a tremendous job and worked with me to select what I was looking to purchase. He is a tremendous asset to your company.
