Furniture was really good and service was ok. My husband bought a showroom dining set that we both loved. Disappointed in customer service tho, the only man that was there didn’t bother to ask or offer if my husband needed help in putting everything in his truck he was just sitting down and on his phone. I would understand if the business was busy or if they were helping someone else but we were the only customers in the store. Other furniture stores at least offer something to make putting items in vehicle easier. Like I said love the furniture but customer service could be way better.

I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted at the door by Natasha. She was very friendly and I told her I was going to look at sofas. She didn't follow me around or show me any specific furniture she let me browse and she would check on me occasionally. I found the sofa I wanted and it was quick and easy to purchase it. I recommend this store to anyone who's looking for new furniture and good furniture. Also great prices! I'll shop here again.

This review is for the Nederland store and Ms. Natasha Torres. I went in looking for a sectional with very specific requirements- I have two cats, a lot of little kids that come around with grimy hands etc. and we live on property with livestock. I needed a very durable material and specific layout. Ms. Natasha was very accommodating and had a great personality with laid back and humorous but professional manner. We explored options they had in store (I’m also in a time crunch!) and she was very honest and informative! She introduced me to their Nex-Gen fabric and told me that she thought I would like The Gaucho, which they unfortunately didn’t have in store. She even found out for me that they had it in the Beaumont store on the floor! I didn’t make a purchase through her, but I did make a purchase with Ashley’s BECAUSE of her! Thank you!

Ordered a a couch through a different website that continued to get pushed back. Went in into the stores and 2 associates were able to help me order the couch we wanted at faster delivery date. It was a quick and easy process! Will gladly buy from them again.

In-store experience was great and offered a wide selection of furniture and mattresses. Salesperson was helpful and the new rollback pricing made it a great deal. Be sure to budget for delivery because it’s well worth every penny to not hurt your back or damage your vehicle, home, or furniture!

We came in looking for a couch and a few other items. We were assisted by Lindsey, and she was simply delightful. She was professional, yet patient and informative. She answered all of our questions and left us extremely satisfied with our experience. That says a lot because i typically hate shopping, especially for furniture. This Nederland location was clean and had plenty of variety as well. Five star experience.

We came in with a lot of questions concerning mattresses and Derrian was very helpful and knowledgeable. After speaking with him we are more confident in our mattress choice.

I just furnished a 2 BR home at this Ashley Select store - and they made it easy, stress-free, and FAST! I set up an account in no time, they looked up each and every item for a price and delivery estimate (I need everything ASAP) , and allowed me to purchase a lot of the items right off the floor so that I could get them right away. So a big shout out to Ashli for starting my wish list, and Natasha Torres for adding items and closing the sale so diligently, and Aaron (the store manager) for approving all the deals so I could get my order in and delivery scheduled! I feel like I have a great team here to work with and I look forward to doing more business at this store in the very near future!

This store is not friendly AT ALL. Give you a condescending attitude. One lady was nice. They definitely need trained ng on customer service. They act like you are interrupting their time!!! I will be going to home furniture where they are nice an appreciate the buisness!!!!

Sales representative was not pleasant

Lack of transparency is enough to receive a one-star rating. I know there is currently a lot of factors/constraints that are preventing businesses from performing at their full potential. However, this is no reason that I should be ill-informed or alienated on order statuses. For example, an ottoman that was purchased at the end of November with an estimated delivery at the end of December, should not be pushed back(4-5 times) until the middle of March. Each time there is a push back on the delivery, we are not informed but instead disappointed that they are a no-show on their promised delivery week. As I mentioned, I know a lot going on due to the pandemic, but that is no excuse for me have to search for updates. We purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture and canceled the majority (ottoman is the only product we didn't since it matches the couch they delivered in separate pieces over 2 months) of it due to lack of transparency. This is quite frustrating, and I feel overwhelmingly unappreciated as a customer. I hope they return to normal operations soon, but as for me, online furniture shopping will have to suffice.

Waited 30 minutes for assistance. Did not receive assistance from anyone. Store was not busy. Saw one other customer being helped by a female employee. 4 other employees standing around at their desk talking and did not offer assistance not once. Customer service a zero.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Cons: This store is a franchise. They're prices are considerably more than the Ashley website. Often as much as double or more. They decide if and when they will price match.

I started out happy with the experience at this store. I've never had the opportunity to buy brand new furniture and Camryn was very helpful and friendly. This was on March 12, 2020. So, a month later, I can't find my furniture nor can I find a single solitary soul to help me find my furniture. I haven't received any email or phone call from ANYONE reassuring me of ANYTHING. Did y'all all fall off the face of the earth? I know somebody somewhere is maybe still working from home? Meanwhile, we're sitting on old, borrowed and used furniture in our new house wondering where our MONEY and furniture are. I know there are extenuating circumstances but like I said, you can't email me or text or SOMETHING to let me know what's going on? I feel like we're being swindled. I have called EVERY phone number I could dig up on the internet. Nobody ever answers even though i was being told by a recording that all operators were busy with other customers. Well, I drove to Beaumont to the warehouse and there is NO ONE there. It looks abandoned. I feel like someone's trying to pull a fast one on me and I don't like it. I think the next phone I'm going to call will be my lawyer.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! In addition to trying to move back into our home after flooding we had a piece of furniture delivered 4 weeks late and when they did deliver it to us they made deep ruts in out yard without knocking on our door or even calling and asking our permission . It was completely inexcusable as the piece of furntiure was a small dresser. These two lazy individuals decided to drive their truck into our yard instead of just carrying it. More work for us, less work for them... is this how this company prides themselves?

I have been shopping at Ashley Homestore in Nederland for several months now. I have had the pleasure of being assisted by Jennifer Narcisse. Jennifer has gone above and beyond to help me with my furniture selections. She has worked with me within my budget and answered all my questions. There was no pressure at all while shopping there. I love everything I have purchased and couldn’t be more pleased with the service Jennifer has provided. I recommend Ashley Homestore to anyone looking to purchase beautiful, quality furniture in a no pressure, relaxed atmosphere. And ask for Jennifer, you won’t be disappointed!

I think it's expensive

I loved my experience at Ashley's!! I shopped around for about a week. Amber greeted me at Ashley's and me and my daughter instantly loved her. She wasn't pushy and very patient. We end up leaving but came back and bought the couch we liked the best and honestly Amber had us sold. If you go in - ask for her! You will feel welcomed, comfortable and at home. Five stars well deserved for the drop off guys who brought my furniture too. Everything exceptional. Wouldn't shop any other furniture in the future. Keep up the good work as a "whole" company. 👍🙌

Normal Ashley Homestore. Good selection of furniture that most families would want and use. Great location to shop multiple stores in one stop. Overall worth a stop.
