This store is not friendly AT ALL. Give you a condescending attitude. One lady was nice. They definitely need trained ng on customer service. They act like you are interrupting their time!!! I will be going to home furniture where they are nice an appreciate the buisness!!!!

Lack of transparency is enough to receive a one-star rating. I know there is currently a lot of factors/constraints that are preventing businesses from performing at their full potential. However, this is no reason that I should be ill-informed or alienated on order statuses. For example, an ottoman that was purchased at the end of November with an estimated delivery at the end of December, should not be pushed back(4-5 times) until the middle of March. Each time there is a push back on the delivery, we are not informed but instead disappointed that they are a no-show on their promised delivery week. As I mentioned, I know a lot going on due to the pandemic, but that is no excuse for me have to search for updates. We purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture and canceled the majority (ottoman is the only product we didn't since it matches the couch they delivered in separate pieces over 2 months) of it due to lack of transparency. This is quite frustrating, and I feel overwhelmingly unappreciated as a customer. I hope they return to normal operations soon, but as for me, online furniture shopping will have to suffice.

Waited 30 minutes for assistance. Did not receive assistance from anyone. Store was not busy. Saw one other customer being helped by a female employee. 4 other employees standing around at their desk talking and did not offer assistance not once. Customer service a zero.
