Our delivery was changed 4 times. The delivery was at night after 7:00pm on a Sat..the last time they changed it.The guys that delivered it were very nice and did a great job setting up. Had to wait over 5 weeks to get the couch. Love the couch!!!!!!! The salesperson said it was only on sale for that day, not true.

We ordered a dining set from Ashley. We worked with Eric. He was exceptionally helpful in helping us find what we wanted. When we had questions about delivery, he responded in a timely manner, even getting back to us on his day off! The delivery was delayed but we were kept informed of this. The guys who delivered the furniture were friendly, fast and professional. They even helped us dismantle our old table.

ASK FOR PATRICK MARQUEZ! My dad bought a couch and Patrick was so kind and understanding! He didn’t rush us and was so patient! My did is a picky person BUT Patrick was able to find my dad the most perfect couch! My dad don’t leave reviews but I am because Patrick did such a good job! That man needs a raise!!!

Visited New Braunfels location. If you are there ask for Patrick. Very patient and answered all of our questions. Purchased a loveseat, we will be back when we are ready to replace our living room furniture.

I was greeted very nicely when I entered the store. I knew what I wanted and Alex, the sales rep got on with the pricing and consulted her manager right away. They worked hard to get the price down as far as they could and I will get my new furniture in two days from closing the deal! Ashley is good quality for a nice price!

For the last 20+ years we’ve bought all our furniture at Ashley’s because I can find good quality for reasonable prices. The service is always great. This was my first time shooting Ashley’s in New Braunfels and we made the same great experience. The manager bent over backwards to help us and so did Alex the sales representative. I highly recommend Ashley’s in New Braunfels.

Patrick at Marketplace location was super helpful and took the time to show us a number of recliner options. The one we chose came in earlier than expected, and pickup was a breeze. I’m really happy with the experience!

Travis is extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, considerate, polite and caring. I went to two Ashley stores before I found him in New Braunfels, as he had transferred unbeknownst to me, and was relieved when I found him. We had previously purchased a sectional living room couch with three recliners and Travis had to take over to make things right. Very honest young man.

Only issue was late delivery time.

Be cautious when ordering. We almost had to cancel a $14,000 order because the sales people will tell you a date for delivery but the delivery people aren't aligned with them and they truly don't care, either jump through their hoops or shop elsewhere, we had to escalate to a point that it didn't need to be. Can't say enough about how horrible of an experience this turned out to be and how little Ashley actually cares about providing a quality purchasing experience from start to delivery. If you are not taking it home with you, shop elsewhere or don't be surprised if you're disappointed. Update: Moved in this weekend and this is the first thing we find, a busted bureau. When we call to get help we've got to find our product name for them because they've got no clue about it. I can't say enough about how horrible of an experience shopping with Ashley has been from the in-store shopping to the post sale customer support it's been nothing but problems. I'd talk about how were never shopping with Ashley's again, but considering they got our money, I truly don't thing ownership / management really cares.

Great furniture and clean. They also provide items straight out the box delivered to your home or business.

Went in and purchased a sleeper sofa this weekend and made it very clear that we needed it ASAP. We were told it would be delivered yesterday but because the sales girl didn’t put it on the schedule we have to wait another week. Last time I shop at an Ashley’s. If I didn’t need it for holiday guests I’d cancel the order.

We recently purchased a kitchen table from Ashley and after using it only one or two times we found a ring on the finish of the table. Reached out to Ashely for warranty and they considered it normal usage. No help what so ever. Now we are stuck with a table that we can't let our kids put cold drinks on. They do not back up the quality of the furniture they sell so be ware.

This was my post the other day. Very nice friendly staff. No pressure just educating Unfortunately we were supposed to go out of State but we were told we could get our furniture today Friday. Then today came and went and no one told us they cancelled our order and no one contacted us to say their sorry or what are they going to do about this. So we cancelled order and told them to deactivate our new credit line since their Customer Service sucks and The Owner didn’t feel we we’re important

Don't go shopping there based on their website. All the sales they claim to have are not in their showroom. They can order you the furniture but when it comes in and you don't like it, there are no returns. Call before going there if you see something on the website you like. Very frustrating that they cant tell where a location is that has the furniture.

We wanted the five piece with the armless love seat for $2,999. We were going to order it online, but I decided to go ahead and give the sale to the salesman. We received our sectional a week and a half later and were shocked to see it was much smaller than the 5 piece set we were expecting. They gave us a 5 piece with two single seats instead of the armless love seat plus the single seats. This made it the same size as the 4 piece instead of just price matching the 5 piece we wanted.

Customer service was awful at the New Braunfels location. Felt very rushed. We arrived at 8:30 pm their hours posted stated they close at 9pm and sales rep met us outside the doors walked towards the parking lot to tell us they were fixing to close if we knew exactly what we wanted. My daughter was there earlier that day and did know what she liked. So we told Meghan we do know and we drive an hour to get here. If my daughter didn’t need this couch I would’ve left with NOTHING. While waiting my husband inquired about another couch he was interested in and we got no response. They were ready to leave. We got in our vehicle at 8:50 pm after purchasing the coach my daughter wanted.

I went into Ashley and wanted to see a sofa that I liked online. I made a comment about AEFIS (military website) where the listed price was several hundred dollars cheaper than online. The manager came up to me and asked me about my military connection and told me that they price match with AEFIS. I ended up buying the sofa and even came out a little bit ahead. I’m really appreciative about how professional and knowledgeable everyone was. I will be going back for future furniture purchases.

I bought my bedroom set, couch, and a Tempur Pedicure mattress at Ashley in New Braunfels. Abby was so helpful! She is certified in mattresses, so she helped me find the perfect one for me. Since the mattresses don’t go on sale, I was able to get a payment plan of 60 months either 0% interest. I had my couch and bedroom set in mind before I came to the store from online and visits to other Ashley stores out of state. Abby matched the price of the couch from the online price since it was lower. The bedroom set I wanted was actually lower at Ashley in New Braunfels than it was at the other Ashley’s in other states I looked at. My bedroom furniture was delivered within two days! I picked separate shipments so I could at least get that since I just moved into a she house. Delivery was right on time and quick and efficient .

Selection of the furniture piece that I was looking for went easily and without fan fare. The best price was offered and a discount was applied, which to me, meant that there was ample room for bargaining. If you can "throw in a warranty" and discount the sale price, the mark up must be pretty phenomenal. All though, the warranty, being in house, cost them nothing. In reality, I'm not big on warranty programs as they usually don't stand behind them or can find fault with the user to deny any claim. The thing that I find aggravating it I informed them that I would not be ready for delivery for two weeks due to installing wood flooring. I've been contacted no less than three times in a week to try and expedite delivery. Not listening to customer needs. I took advantage of a fourth coming Holiday sale only to be badgered to take it now. Not very professional.

People that work there were very nice. Nice store too. The reason for 3 stars is ,I was shopping for an area rug. I found one , but I could only get the one on their floor at a good discount but I would have to get it cleaned. And this rug is now discontinued. Needless to say I passed on it. Very disappointing .

I spoke to a young lady on the phone, told her I would ask for her when I arrived. She was busy, but a real gentleman came to offer help. Explaining he was the manager, he proceeded to help me. Our conversation was so pleasant and refreshing, I decided to make my purchase because I was so grateful for his support of his staff. After the sale he pleasantly introduced me to the young lady I originally spoke with and of course put the sale in her name. This young man Kyle is an asset to your company. Texted that I was “headed that way” 30 minutes before as requested. Still had to wait over 1 1/2 hours for the 1 dresser I came to pick up. some one that came 30 minutes behind me got their order before me too.

A week ago we met Abigail at Ashley. She asked what we were looking for and we told her we were interested in recliners. We further explained we were just looking and we’d let her know if we had any questions. Abby was very understanding. We sat in maybe 2 dozen recliners everything from the full power to the old school manual. We asked Abby if the manuals came in the 3000 thread psi fabric and she told us it did not we also asked if any of the manuals had the armrest storage like the electric models and they do not (I think that’s a huge miss on Ashley’s part). Ultimately we chose two identical manual recliners in grey upholstery. We exchanged info with Abby and told her we needed time to think. A week later (today) I dropped by and bought the two chairs. Abby made the process painless she offered all the upgrades along with delivery and white glove delivery. We chose regular delivery (we’ve got 3 older dogs and no point in them losing their minds with strangers in the house. Abby totally understood. My purchasing visit might have lasted all of 10 minutes! Great job! Thanks Abby!

The leg on one of our Bolanburg Rake chairs broke and we needed to replace. I had a difficult time ordering online and called the store. Meghan took my order, walked me through the process online and should get my chairs by Wednesday WOOT WOOT!

Shoshanna was very professional and helpful. I had actually stopped just to look at bedroom sets, mainly to compare prices with a set advertised at Rooms To Go. After stating what I was looking for, she began showing me options, and was very thorough. Since I wasn't sure about purchasing right away, she sent me an email with specifics about the set I looked at. As I prepared to leave, I asked if they had a zero interest payment plan, which she explained. She also let me know we could run my info to see what amount I would qualify for, even without making a purchase right away. After getting qualified, I decided to make a purchase. What I appreciated most about Shoshanna is that she never once tried to talk me into anything. No pressure tactics that some sales people try and use. My experience was great, and I look forward to my upcoming delivery. Thank you Shoshanna!

This does not have anything to do with the store, but has everything to do with the delivery. First, I was scheduled for Tuesday 4/16/2025 between 9:45AM-12:45PM. Delivery never came and I waited all day and no one ever communicated to me until I called it in. Then on Wednesday 4/17/2025 the delivery arrived and the delivery person (Nester) told me he was not going to bring in my replacement until I went outside to the truck and he was going to un-package the chase on the truck and have me inspect it outside. First, I am pretty sure I cannot get on the truck to inspect furniture and secondly it does not protect the furniture when they bring it inside. I told Nester I would inspect inside the house just like all my other deliveries. Nester then said the delivery would be stopped because if I did find something wrong he did not want to have to carry it back out. At that time Erik, the other delivery driver was on the porch with the replacement. When they both carried it inside they scraped my front door when rubbing up against the door. I let Nester know they scratched up my new front door and Nester told me he is stopping the delivery and calling his supervisor. I told Nester the delivery is going to be completed as I paid for this and it is already in my home. Nester then told me if I am going to report the front door he is not going to finish the delivery and take everything back. This is blackmail. When I told Nester that I am not happy with the delivery and how I am being talked to Nester told me, "...I am sure you are not happy with how you are being talked to..." and smiled. So, I kicked him out of my house and off my property and helped Erik finish the installation and heavy lifting because he could not do it on his own. As a customer I should NOT be treated this way. After spending several thousands of dollars this past month furnishing our new house I am not sure I am going to shop at Ashley Furniture Store ever again based on who you use to deliver furniture. I am appalled by the POOR level of service. I do NOT want Nester ever coming to my house ever again for any reason.

There was a bit of a hiccups about communication regarding delivery but once that was straightened out everything was fine! The delivery people were awesome!

Update: Texted the number that was provided in the response. It was to an automatic corporate number where I was directed to warranty. Explained my situation and even though they could see when I requested the credit in their required timeframe, they said since I was passed the 6 months after the 5 years, they couldn’t help me. I won’t plead my case anymore, but again just sharing my experience of no resolution. Sigh. Meh- purchase process was fine and furniture was fine, however I wasn’t pleased with how they handled the extended warranty credit. I purchased a couch in 2019, utilized the Ashley one year warranty the first year because the frame broke. I had also purchased the extended warranty and they said after five years after purchase, if it isn’t used you get it back as a store credit. Called numerous time to corporate and they kept saying they were sending a form to the store to complete to receive my credit. Nothing was being done and apparently that’s not even the process. Then finally someone in corporate said to go to the store. So I did, and the store said that since I used the Ashely warranty the first year, I wasn’t able to get the credit. Called corporate the next day because no one ever mentioned that - was told that the store was incorrect and that I had to go back in store because I was able to get the credit. Called the store before driving again and they said corporate was wrong. Honestly I was halfway through my pregnancy at this point and was over the back and forth that I gave up. It’s past the time they give you to claim the credit for me, but wanted to let others know that no one was really helpful in my situation.

Tried to do a quick purchase on a love seat to take home tonight. Unfortunately that was not an option. So instead of them making money and having a happy customer, because we all know everything that's there for showing can easily be replaced by getting another on in. So Ashley's not only lost business, but a new customer who was hoping to make future purchases. By the way, I was paying it in full today, had no intention on weekly, monthly or whatever payment options they have.

I went in for a total home makeover..spent over 16k on all new furniture..my salesman Bobby was the absolute BEST and I hate to give this review of how awesome he was and made things super easy..but his team that deliver and assemble has made this store lose a valuable customer..they delivered my things very choppy ..pieces here and there and the delivery team left my son bed unassembled! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL lady that works here. Just came to look at couches that I thought were at this location and because they weren’t I didn’t want to make a purchase until I could see them myself. As we were leaving one of the female workers says “thanks for wasting time”. We were just trying to get information, which is their job. And after going back and forth with the sales girl trying to say we weren’t purchasing at that moment I would think it was clear we didn’t want to buy, but I guess just asking for help and info is a waste of time. Extremely Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with Ashley Furniture has been an absolute nightmare, and it’s baffling how a company of this size can operate with such poor communication, lack of accountability, and disorganized systems. We were originally promised pickup dates between November 27th and December 3rd. It’s now December 29th, and we’ve only received 2 pieces of our order. When we reached out for answers, we were essentially told our items weren’t properly allocated or held for us, and we’d have to come pick them up and hope they’re still there. Meanwhile, the rest of our order isn’t expected to be available until January 13th. After a long, frustrating text exchange with support (who conveniently couldn’t provide a phone number for direct assistance), we were told we had 24 hours to pick up our items. So, we made the trip to the warehouse only to find the office locked and a sign directing us to a side door with a table, some papers, and a phone number. We called the number—straight to voicemail. We weren’t alone; there were 9 other frustrated customers, some of whom had been waiting for over 3 hours. We were told multiple employees had called out, but frankly, that’s not the customer’s problem. It’s management’s responsibility to ensure operations run smoothly, regardless of staffing issues. I wouldn’t blame the employees for being frustrated either—imagine having to deal with the constant backlash from customers experiencing the same failures over and over again. To make matters worse, this isn’t an isolated incident. My sister had a nearly identical experience over two years ago, and somehow, things have only gotten worse since then. Clearly, no improvements have been made, and customer satisfaction isn’t a priority. Save yourself the stress, frustration

Very helpful and great pricing

Purchase an item at the store, I was assured it would be delivered before Christmas by the sales associate. Then, I was advised the earliest I could receive it was on 12/27/24 because trucks were full. I advised them I was disappointed and would pick up instead, representative did not seem to care. I informed I would pick up 12/20/24 after work I was in a line attempted to talk to a worker at the warehouse and at first contact he “Guy” yelled at me with no courtesy at all that they are now closed the person before me was the last. I called store to tell them about my experience with the warehouse and was treated rudely again by Shashona. Next day waited in line for 3 hours was treated rudely again by warehouse worker again. An Extremely bad experience , poor customer service and unless I am desperate I nor any of my family will shop at Ashley Furniture again.

This has been the worst furniture buying experience I have ever had. The sales rep miskeyed cost for delivery and accidentally charged me twice. Then had to create a credit to only give me partial credit back for the double delivery fee. Then said I could get my furniture the following Saturday. My bed frame, dresser/mirror, drawer chest, matress+adjustable base came in 3 different drop offs. And I am now I’m my 4th soon to be 5th bc I am still missing a part. No one takes ownership for mistakes that have been made and no one communicates from sales to spare house to delivery drivers. This has been the worst experience from any business in my adult life. I am currently on the phone for the 4th time with customer care who doesn’t seem to want to help me or understand what part I am still missing and told me I would have to take it up with the sales rep because all sales are final. I will never do business with this company again. That’s hard to say because we are all human and make mistakes but this whole experience has me so disappointed. I should have listened to everyone who said don’t do business with Ashley.

Purchased with a small issue that nobody will address? Beware! We purchase a power loveseat and recliner just last month. Everything went well at the sale and scheduling delivery. Then it went very bad. The delivery team claimed to not speak English and just kept saying “against the rules”. They put both pieces together but would not plug them in to test them saying “Against the rules”. Then a corner piece was found to have a small tear. Not a huge deal but it is brand new. I point to the issue and he took a picture and noted on the delivery confirmation the issue and replacement needed (somehow he wrote that in English). However, nobody called me so I called the store only to be told to go to a website. I ask the manager to call twice and over the course of a week, no call at all. I then texted with corporate and they said the delivery confirmation did not include any picture and did not have any not about the damage. Apparently it was erased? Corporate sent me to the warranty site. It is just AI forms. I filed a claim, added pictures and the site denied our claim with absolutely zero reason given. We have damage on a brand new piece of furniture and the store will not correct it and the protection company will not cover it. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this franchised store. Ashley corporate will not support you and the company is not honest from the store to the delivery team to the warranty provider. I am not done fighting but this is crazy.

I’m extremely upset. I went in to find a couch and was told my one worker I wouldn’t get it by December. Which was fine I would have went somewhere else to find some couches. But another worker was like let me see what I could do and said he could get them delivered to use by Black Friday which was amazing. We bought them right then and there. It’s Black Friday and my couches won’t be here till December 5th. They think giving me my delivery fee cost is okay and will make everything better when it doesn’t matter about the money. I had the BEST experience with Chance at the Ashley store in New Braunfels. I had been to so many stores over the last 2 yrs looking for a power loveseat & recliner to fit our space. My Mom bought $10,000 worth of furniture from this store. Her bed doesn't work/operate as it's supposed to and they will absolutely not fix it. It's new! They blame it on the contractor they use for delivery and assembly but that is their problem! They are taking advantage of older folks and it's an absolute disgrace.

Unfortunately they cannot get my daughters bed parts when promised. 2 weeks turned into 4 weeks, 4 weeks is now 6 weeks and we still dont have a resolution for this. I have bought all my game room, kids rooms etc from Ashley and this is by far my worst experience. I am being forced to call a number and ask for my items that I paid for in store and no financing. I will do what I have to do to protect myself as a consumer. My poor daughter is sleeping on a new mattress on the floor. Very unsatisfied with the way this is being handled. Update: Wasted our time again. Went to pickup the item and wasnt there again. More excuses and no product I was charged for. Will not buy anything else from yall! The owner reply is a joke why dont you actually get involved and give us what we paid for!

Ordered furniture-new employee didn’t put it in correctly so there was no order showing up. Reordered furniture, delivery was set up, only 3 out of 9 pieces show up. Second delivery occurs the next day, and 1 more piece shows up, but another piece was forgotten at the distribution center so delivery crew had to go get it and come back. Tracked mud all the way through my house. Still missing our entire couch, and had given away our couches the night before the 1st delivery. Told it would be another 3 weeks before we would receive that. Contact the escalation team who gives us a discount on another couch and promised delivery for the next Saturday. Called on the Tuesday prior, and there is no order in for the couch. Escalation team will not return emails or phone calls. Store manager can’t help us unless we want to place the order AGAIN, and wait another 3 weeks for delivery. Store employees have zero control over anything, and it’s impossible to reach any members of their guest service’s staff because they won’t return calls. We have ordered items from Ashley before and had decent experiences. Not sure what has changed, but this is not a good place to buy from anymore.

The lady that helped me with my purchase of a new mattress was very knowledgeable about the products and so very kind. In the previous store where I went to check out the mattresses I felt like the salesman made me feel like I was dealing with a used car salesman. So I will will be happy to recommend the Ashley Furniture Store in New Braunfels,Texas to anyone that I know that is looking for furniture.

The sale part was ok but the pick up of my order was horrible. There was one older gentleman going around gathering orders from the warehouse. He was the only person working on pick up orders. I waited 4 vehicles deep to get to the front of the line. I spent a total of 2 hours, waiting. The salesman at the store said, “just call 30 minutes ahead of the time you go to pick up your order (a single chair) and it will be pulled and waiting for you”. BS. When I tried to call, it went directly to an answering machine. I left my info and asked for a callback to confirm my order was ready. I got nothing and so decided to just go to the warehouse, 2 hours later, and arrived to a waiting line I had to sit in. I WILL never buy from Ashley furniture again. Promise.

Kirsten and Bobby were so helpful. They worked hard to get us the best price possible. It wasn’t stressful not a long process. We’ll definitely go to Ashley again.

Purchased a warranty for my Furniture in 2022. Called warranty department and it was denied. Went to the store and was given all sorts of excuses. Please anyone the warranty is a scam. They never stand by what they tell you. Paid over 400.00 for it. They just took my money. Horrible.

I had to change my review. Megan was an amazing staff member so her 5/5 stars but the blond manager -5. Found the exact table and bundle online for almost a grand cheaper on Ashley’s website. Was told the store would price match and upon return to the store was told they would not price match in store. Then when told that I would just cancel the order the manager become rude and did not provide proof of canceled order. Was told to take a photo of the computer screen without being provided any other documentation. Management told me that I had to wait for cancel the order because the store was busy with yet 4 other staff members were just standing around and only one other customer was in the store around 1830 hours 7/15/24

I’d highly advise against shopping at Ashley. The overall experience I’ve had with them and their store has been so frustrating, I won’t be shopping there anymore in the future. I went in for a bed, and the salesperson pushed a Tempur-Pedic on me so hard. These beds are pricey, but he sold me on how long they’d last. I bought the bed, the base, and protection for the base. Now, when I try to move my bed to put in a frame, the legs on the base snap. Tempur will not help, saying I moved the bed, so that voids warranty. Ashley is so hard to get ahold of, they’ve got long wait times, obnoxious hold music, and when I get ahold of them, I get referred other places with more wait time. All this to be told Ashley will do nothing to help me for moving my bed. I’m so frustrated and wish I’d never walked in that store. Do not buy Tempur, it’s overpriced and definitely not the best sleep I’ve had. Definitely do not shop Ashley, they’ve done me so dirty and don’t seem to care at all. Update: Per the store's response to this review, I attempted to call for further assistance. I asked to speak with someone at the store and was put on an indefinite hold. I let my phone sit on hold for over an hour before I gave up. Seriously people, this store will not help you if there's an issue. If you shop here, best pray everything goes well with the purchase and delivery. They won't help you otherwise.

I have had the worst experience with this store. I bought my couch back in early April and had a whole conversation with the sales rep that my fiancé and I are moving to the location in mid June. She told me that the couch was in stock and would be available for delivery around the date we moved in. The only reason I purchased the couch was that it was going to be available for us the date we moved in. I go to schedule delivery and they tell me it is no longer in stock and that they are not aware how long I would have to wait until I could receive my couch. I spoke to about 10 different people who all gave me different stories and excuses. Finally, got a delivery date, however I noticed that a whole piece of the couch wasn’t ordered. Had to go back and BUY a whole other piece of the couch, not sure how that happened when it came as a whole set?? Anyway, finally delivery day comes about 3 weeks later and half the couch is broken. I contacted customer service as I was instructed and they cannot give me any information as to when I can get my full couch!! I paid in FULL in April and these people have not given me any type of reimbursement for their mistakes… DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

We really liked the way she explained the differences of the mattresses and how they could meet our needs. You tell her what you are looking for and she takes you right to it. Amazing! No pressure just very friendly and pleasant atmosphere.

Service at the store was great but, they gave us a damage couch at the warehouse.The guy there was extremely rude.Upon exchanging the bad couch for a new one I had a terrible experience.It was the same guy he was extremely rude.I had to wait a hour and a half to get it. We went to Ashley Furniture to look for a new reclining couch. Our experience there was outstanding and we left having bought a new couch. Chance was so helpful and knowledgeable. We went in with an idea of what we were looking for exactly but after his introduction to other options, we were sold on something different. Our purchase was easy and pleasant, our experience was really great. Thank you.

Shocking lack of customer service or even common decency. My wife and I bought a furniture set on clearance. It was the display set. After we had showed interest and were able to get some of the pieces changed, which was very nice of them and not normally done (or so we were told), they informed us that the furniture could not be covered by warranty or delivered. Warranty ok. Delivery, not impossible for us, so ok. Here’s where things got weird. After the purchase, not one employee helped with wrapping the furniture, carrying out the furniture or even holding the door for us while we carried out the furniture. We are in our early 60’s. It’s not like we are in the prime of our lives. We are not talking about old, tired store employees. Or just a couple of employees. We are talking about a dozen employees over 2 different days. Employees in their prime. Men. Not only could we have hurt ourselves moving their furniture out of the way, so we could get ours out. We could have fallen in their store. We could have stolen things we did not purchase. We could have broken something in their store or broken the glass door that we had to figure out how to hold open. I have never been so completely ignored by a business in which I just spent $3K. We went in as previous Ashley clients but left feeling completely unappreciated as customers and will never go back to this store.

I went furniture shopping with my daughter and son inlaw at Ashley Furniture in Texas. Jen was our sales person. She was Fabulous. Jen went above and beyond. We ended up buying a corner sofa, stools, and large dinette set. If we need more we will certainly return and have Jen as our sales person. I recommend Jen at Ashley Furniture in or near Seguin. We haven't received our dinette set yet, I'm sure we will like it just as much as what we have received. Two months later we finally get the dinette set experiencing massive headaches with them getting it delivered. A delivery that was suppose to be free nd wasn't because they lost the delivery address and then the furniture. Too much time passed for the special so we were charged delivery. What a Rollercoaster.

I spent $3,500 on living room furniture. Ashley had a company drop it off at my house. There are 3 electric recliners and they did not hook any of them up! They abruptly left, and I STILL have 1 recliner that does NOT have a working electric cord!

DO NOT BUY ADDITIONAL WARRANTY - SCAM!! 5 Years ago I purchased the No Use No Lose warranty from Ashley. Fast forward 5 years in November of 2023, and I was purchasing furniture with Ashley's again and asked about my No Use No Lose warranty and the credit I was expecting. The New Braunfels Sales Agent told me that I would have to issue a request for the credit, which he would do on my behalf. He gave me copies of all the paperwork he was turning in to get me my credit. I specifically asked if my credit could be used towards the purchase that I was completing with him that day, which he told me no it couldn't and that I would have to receive the credit first to then use later. I asked him if there was a time limit on using the credit once received, as I was made aware (that day - never in my original warranty form does it say there is a time limit to request the credit) there was a time limit on requesting the credit once the 5 years hit. He told me no that I could use it whenever. Well, I went to buy a coffee table with Ashley, this March and I again asked about my credit. This was a different sales agent and he told me that my credit request got denied. He showed me the requests and their statuses that read denied. I was stunned and he had let me know that it needed to be used that December anyways. He said that he could put in another request for me for the credit after listening to my story and provided me with the customer service number. I called customer service and magically they couldn't find the original requests for the credit saying that I never requested it, even though I had paperwork saying I did. In addition, I learned that the New Braunfels sales agent didn't know what he was doing. Even if he processed the paperwork correctly, he needed to attach it to a layaway order, which remember, I had asked if the credit could be applied to my current order that I was completing with him that day. Do not buy the additional warranty they try to sell you when purchasing furniture from Ashley, it's a total scam! They don't train their sales associates on how to request the credit for you, credit requests magically disappear in their system, and they do not communicate to you or provide you documentation at the time of sale the hidden time limits of when and how to use your credit. Total scam and waste of money

Ask for better prices

BUYER BEWARE!! If you have an item delivered it could take several months for the item to be fixed if it is broken. Terrible customer service. Bought a sectional with a recliner and unfortunately did not test all of the recliners before the delivery person left and found later in the day that the frame to one of the recliners was delivered bent and was not usable. Called the customer care line and asked for a repair or replacement. I was told it would take a month for it to be fixed. We waited the month and the repairman canceled at 9pm on the day of repair, because it was too late and promised that someone would be out to fix it as early as the next day. Called customer service the next morning and asked for the recliner to be repaired or to have a repairman come out the next day like the guy promised me when he canceled. Was told it would be another month before a repair person could come out again. So we are looking at two months (if they show up this time) for a broken piece of furniture to be repaired that we cannot use. Called to talk to the store and the management would not help get the sectional repaired or replace the item, asked for them to call customer care on my behalf to assist and was told they could not. So I called called customer service myself AGAIN and the supervisor on the phone would not help and refused to provide a name of anyone more senior to talk to. Employees showed no empathy, did not want to make this right or be of any service. Just kept reiterating this is our policy. So Ashley's policy is to sale defective furniture and take as long as they feel to make it right, because they have your money already. Not their problem once you leave the store. Absolutely terrible customer service. We have been a loyal Ashley customers for years, but no more, I am now on a mission to find someone in this company who will listen and want to help.

Bought a large painting, 3 by 6 ft. On Saturday got it home and realized it was 2 different pictures. Tried to return it on Sunday and was informed that once it was out the door there was no returning. Canceled the rest of my order and will never shop Ashley again.

Did not have a good experience. I went to the store 9 times before the matter was settled. The manager of the store told me that hq needed to send them a credit, but when l called hq, they said the store needed to send it to them. It was very frustrating. I won't be shopping at Ashleys again.

Sales person sold me a sofa that she believed came in a sleeper. When delivery arrived a sofa I had not ordered was delivered. I refused the sofa believing it was the wrong one but I accepted the chair. I received a text from the salesperson saying that the sofa that I had wanted did NOT come in a sleeper and that I would need to accept the other one or choose something else. Of course no other selection would match the chair which I then found I could not return. I returned to the store the next day. A manager worked with me and indicated that I could take the sofa I did not select but that all I had to do was get the chaise cushion and supporting ottoman for that sofa and it Would make it a sleeper with chaise Which is what I originally wanted. He supposedly arranged everything and a new delivery was set. I received the sofa today minus the chaise cushion and supporting ottoman which I had been led to believe I would also receive. I called customer service and was told I could not get the chaise cushion and supporting ottoman. So I was sold an item that didn’t exist and then I was lied to on top of it all. I’ll never do business with your company again. In the past, I’ve purchased a formal dining set and hutch from you and two leather sofas. But never again.

While the customer service was impeccable that is why I give a 5 star review . The quality of furniture we received is unsatisfactory especially for the price we paid. I still have yet to receive a call back after emailing the pictures and problems we saw after setting up our furniture.

We bought a desk, chair and a battery for our sofa. I recd a call from them saying I can pickup my battery on 8-19 so I did go but they couldn’t find it. One person said you picked it up, no I haven’t. Then my sales person said it shows it’s here but couldn’t find it, went to talk to manager. Salesman said it could be in later today or he would call when it does. Never got a call! Between my husband and I we went by there to see if it came in at least 4-6 times. Last time I went salesman said it isn’t on the sales order but would do paperwork to get a refund. Couldn’t give me a receipt but would send one. I have never received that either. It’s 299.00 + tax. I’m really upset about this and shouldn’t need to be. I feel they have lied to me about the battery and refund but they still have my money. I think I should send a complaint to BBB!
