Guys was super annoying and followed us like a stalker. I just wanted to support local and get a pillow. Leave me alone if I already know what I’m getting.

Skyler was absolutely great!! We met him the first time we came down and looked at items for our new home and he was so personable and friendly that we chose to have him for our final purchases. He did not disappoint this time either. Very knowledgeable on product and really let it be our choosing no pressure. Will shop again if we need anything !!! Thank you!!!

We had shopped at several furniture stores. My wife and I were impressed by Jasmine’s knowledge abt Ashley’s reclining loveseat. She only showed us what we asked abt. Jasmine was also more than willing to look up info we asked abt the various models.

Jasmine, our sales representative, was very helpful and patient with us. We weren’t sure what kind of mattress or bedroom set we wanted when we walked in.. She took us around the store and showed us everything they had to offer. She even had the gentleman move a piece of furniture that we were considering next to the other piece we wanted to see if we liked it together. She went over the price of each piece. Gave us the total down payment. As well how much the payments would be. In her total everything was included total price, taxes, insurance, and shipping. There were no surprises. We will be happy to go back for other furniture in the future. Thank you for great service.

I’m sad to say that the experience wasn’t what you’d expect from Ashley. I used to work in that store, in sales. It was great to see my former co-workers and meet the new manager, Matt. He was super nice and professional. My sales rep was Ryan- very new and made some mistakes but very sweet and courteous and helpful. The real issue was at the time of check out- Ryan didn’t show me my paperwork or give me a total or anything. She said we were “all set”, and the girl at customer service was rude when I asked what my total was. She basically gave off a vibe that she didn’t want to be bothered. When I asked what my items / total were she sighed and eye rolled and said “I can’t show you that until I print a receipt”… so I asked her to please tell me the total and she sighed and gave me the total. It seemed too high for what I had bought. So I asked her to tell me the items pricing - again she didn’t wanna be bothered. One item (a painting- wall art) was 75% off and she was charging (the computer was) full price. Had I not caught that, I would have overpaid. I asked the girl if she had worked in customer service before and she said “not really”. She had a retail background and would rather be in the floor. I’ve been in sales, marketing and management my whole adult life, and she isn’t a fit for customer service OR sales. Negative, lazy acting, rude, and unprofessional. I literally had to say “I am a customer. I am spending money here. At the very bare minimum you should be nice”. Another store employee agreed with me that she’s very rude and the store has been having problems. When I worked there it was Cindy who was rude, then they had another girl, now this one. Customer service is VITAL for the success of an Ashley store- especially in Paris, TX. I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT a $2000.00 couch. Now, I will not.

Absolutely love the quality of the furniture and the huge selection. Jasmine took her time helping me find everything I wanted. We will definitely be back and we will personally ask for her to help us again.

My experience at Ashely Furnitures was by far the easiest and the best experience I've had by far in regards for finding and purchasing furniture. As my family first entered we were welcomed and help greatly by Jasmine Garmon, Ms.Garmon was friendly, courteous and professional helping our family proceed with our purchase. We were then also helped by Shay Liggins who was also friendly and polite with helping us with our financial matters. All together, it was a very pleasant experience and could not have been more pleased with the assistance we had received.

I went to the Paris location to purchase a new mattress. The salesperson Jennifer was very helpful. She said she was new to the position and when i asked a question she was unsure of she asked her manager for help I was impressed by this. I ended up getting a mattress and two side tables. It was a very pleasant experience. This was my second large purchase with Ashley the first being at the Texarkana location. I am sure I will visit them again in the future.

Our first salesman was great. He was honest and very chill. Unfortunately he was busy when we walked in. The second was not so great. Felt rushed and she was trying to push delivery on us and also lied about when delivery would be. Called once to check on our order and was told they were waiting on the rest of our order and then a second time just to be told none of it was there. Never again

Excellent customer services, the sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable with the merchandise, she answered all our questions and was very patient with us as we made our decisions and even allowed us to move living room table around to make sure the carpet and couch are matching. They also made sure we could take out time choosing the furniture, they didn’t rushed us and stayed with us even after the stores closed. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Jami spent 2+ hours helping me find the right mattress. A+ customer service. I have special needs with a fully fused spine and getting the right mattress is a priority. The store manager also spent a lot of extra time answering questions. All staff was professional and courteous.

A huge shoutout to Ashley Homestore’s staff in Paris, Texas. They provided exceptional customer service and made my purchase process go smooth. If anyone is looking forward to purchasing any furniture or home products, I highly recommend Ashely Homestore in Paris, Tx.

Not sure of the managers name at Ashley's Furniture in Paris Texas but do not expect customer service. Purchased a twin bed from them and would not let me pick it up after driving over on a Sunday because for some reason they don't let you pick up something that's already paid for then charges you 20% to return the item. We were never told that they don't allow pickup on Sunday and when I asked for a refund was told I was being ridiculous. After insulting me and making me mad, tried to smooth it over but offering free delivery. It's a twin bed and 5 or more employees but no one can get it from the wearhouse. Needless to say got $47 dollars less and will have to wait on a check but it's better than dealing with someone who was never trained good customer service.

Jaime by far the best furniture sales person in Paris, Texas. He was courteous, he listened and showed options in similar looks in a sectional we were looking for. We didn’t feel pushed or rushed into anything. He even told us about the financial sale promotion that we were unaware of. We left to look at one other place and was very disappointed but will ALWAYS look for furniture first at Ashley Store in Paris. I went to the Ashley store in Paris, Texas, looking to replace furniture which was lost in a tornado. Lisa was a sales person I met as I entered. I wanted to look at everything before making any decisions. She allowed me to do that without following me around, but checking with me now and then. I was having a hard time deciding, but Lisa was very understanding. Actually I did not buy anything that day, but she took notes of the things I liked. She stayed in touch, and when I finally went back, I had to look again LOL Lisa was very patient and helpful. I liked not feeling pressured or rushed. I will likely be going back soon and I will most certainly ask for Lisa.

Lord knows I’m about as indecisive as a Katy Perry song. Never once did I feel pressured or pushed towards a purchase. Sales person was very nice but purchase process is horrible requires 20% down with a Ashley advantage credit card and add on $50 in fees they can't explain a $700 recliner total with add on charges $1100 then $200 down(and really wasnt the recliner i wanted)...left Ashley furniture went to big lots found the exact oversized recliner I wanted for $499 no add on fees and no down payment on my big lots credit card recliner from big lots is awesome and so comfortable the one from Ashley's was ok but definitely not worth $1100.

We were looking for a side chair for our mom who’s vision impaired. We were welcomed by Ramiro who hold the door for us and assisted us in finding the perfect chair, he was very patient and professional. We bought one chair and he even load it into the car while we were caring for mom. Thank you Ramiro we appreciate greatly your time. The store has a large selection and everyone was very kind.

My sales clerk Kayleh was the best, she did everything she could do to try and help me get what I needed, she went far & beyond what she had to do tiring to get me something that would work for my small area. Even came in on her day off to get measurements for me! We need more people like her in this world!

The bed we got did not live up to the hype

Erica did an excellent job educating us on the different levels of sleep mattresses. We bought a California King adjustable mattress, along with a new bedroom suite. She's was so personable, loved her.

Everyone was very nice, we were helped by Jasmine in Paris. She was very polite.

Stephanie and Sasha were SO helpful in helping my grandmother find a new recliner. She doesn’t get around too well anymore, and they went the extra mile and brought out an office chair to wheel her around when she feared her legs would get too tired walking to the back of the store. They were so patient and accommodating and just really gave customer service you don’t see often anymore. She found a recliner that she loves for a great price with no hassle. 10/10 experience.

Skylar was extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating . Husband is in a wheel chair and he went out of his way to help us. He showed every recliner within our parameters and was a good salesman without being pushy or obnoxious. The manager was also quite helpful. All in all we were very pleased.

Went in looking for a living room set. It started storming while we were browsing. There power went out and they literally kicked us out of the store in the middle of a thunderstorm. Will never be back
