Lisa and shaw were wonderful. I purchased coach and love seat . Delivery guys were great the brought in and set up and removed boxes they came in. Only thing I was not happy with is they charged me my first payment 7 days after delivery and was more than they said. Still trying to find out why the amount was higher than quoted. After forking out over 300.00 just 7 days prior.

Went into the local Ashley store in Paris to order a new queen bed. Spoke with the man that helped me thru the whole process. Ordered the bed and mattress but he didn't mention anything about a box spring. My bed gets delivered and I put it together and there is no box spring and I'm missing 8 pieces of hardware. I spend almost $2000 on this bed and I can't even get it completely put together with missing screws and no box spring. I won't be visiting that store again or spending any more money with Ashley. I will take my business to Ivan Smith.

We had shopped at several furniture stores. My wife and I were impressed by Jasmine’s knowledge abt Ashley’s reclining loveseat. She only showed us what we asked abt. Jasmine was also more than willing to look up info we asked abt the various models.

Jasmine, our sales representative, was very helpful and patient with us. We weren’t sure what kind of mattress or bedroom set we wanted when we walked in.. She took us around the store and showed us everything they had to offer. She even had the gentleman move a piece of furniture that we were considering next to the other piece we wanted to see if we liked it together. She went over the price of each piece. Gave us the total down payment. As well how much the payments would be. In her total everything was included total price, taxes, insurance, and shipping. There were no surprises. We will be happy to go back for other furniture in the future. Thank you for great service.

I’m sad to say that the experience wasn’t what you’d expect from Ashley. I used to work in that store, in sales. It was great to see my former co-workers and meet the new manager, Matt. He was super nice and professional. My sales rep was Ryan- very new and made some mistakes but very sweet and courteous and helpful. The real issue was at the time of check out- Ryan didn’t show me my paperwork or give me a total or anything. She said we were “all set”, and the girl at customer service was rude when I asked what my total was. She basically gave off a vibe that she didn’t want to be bothered. When I asked what my items / total were she sighed and eye rolled and said “I can’t show you that until I print a receipt”… so I asked her to please tell me the total and she sighed and gave me the total. It seemed too high for what I had bought. So I asked her to tell me the items pricing - again she didn’t wanna be bothered. One item (a painting- wall art) was 75% off and she was charging (the computer was) full price. Had I not caught that, I would have overpaid. I asked the girl if she had worked in customer service before and she said “not really”. She had a retail background and would rather be in the floor. I’ve been in sales, marketing and management my whole adult life, and she isn’t a fit for customer service OR sales. Negative, lazy acting, rude, and unprofessional. I literally had to say “I am a customer. I am spending money here. At the very bare minimum you should be nice”. Another store employee agreed with me that she’s very rude and the store has been having problems. When I worked there it was Cindy who was rude, then they had another girl, now this one. Customer service is VITAL for the success of an Ashley store- especially in Paris, TX. I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT a $2000.00 couch. Now, I will not.

I went to the Paris location to purchase a new mattress. The salesperson Jennifer was very helpful. She said she was new to the position and when i asked a question she was unsure of she asked her manager for help I was impressed by this. I ended up getting a mattress and two side tables. It was a very pleasant experience. This was my second large purchase with Ashley the first being at the Texarkana location. I am sure I will visit them again in the future.

Not sure of the managers name at Ashley's Furniture in Paris Texas but do not expect customer service. Purchased a twin bed from them and would not let me pick it up after driving over on a Sunday because for some reason they don't let you pick up something that's already paid for then charges you 20% to return the item. We were never told that they don't allow pickup on Sunday and when I asked for a refund was told I was being ridiculous. After insulting me and making me mad, tried to smooth it over but offering free delivery. It's a twin bed and 5 or more employees but no one can get it from the wearhouse. Needless to say got $47 dollars less and will have to wait on a check but it's better than dealing with someone who was never trained good customer service.

I went to the Ashley store in Paris, Texas, looking to replace furniture which was lost in a tornado. Lisa was a sales person I met as I entered. I wanted to look at everything before making any decisions. She allowed me to do that without following me around, but checking with me now and then. I was having a hard time deciding, but Lisa was very understanding. Actually I did not buy anything that day, but she took notes of the things I liked. She stayed in touch, and when I finally went back, I had to look again LOL Lisa was very patient and helpful. I liked not feeling pressured or rushed. I will likely be going back soon and I will most certainly ask for Lisa.

The wonderful manager at Ashley made my bad situation better! I missed the deadline for warranty on a sectional with defective fabric (lost my records because of a move) and tried to get a remedy through my furniture protection plan to no avail. (Zero stars for them!) Ashley didn't have to help me but did! I didn't get the sectional replaced but Ashley did send me new cushions. Thank you Ashley!

Update: I had given Ashley a 5 star review that was back in early 2024. Now, I can't give them zero stars as they did some bad business. It all started when my mother in law purchased an adjustable bed with sheets, pillows, and so forth. They told her to wait 3 weeks, then it's being delivered and the adjustable base had a leg that wouldn't adjust and then when they brought the mattress in, there was a hole in the back and collapsed in that area and she spent 5700. So she sent it back and then we went back on the weekend. At this time Ashley had a big sale on their beds and we were able to get her an awesome deal to where she could get a lift chair as well and stay under the 5700. We literally asked if the other contract was completely cancelled as she did not want to be above the original price and the said yes. So she had to wait another 3 weeks and this time the bed and adjustable frame arrived in good condition. But the pillows and sheets were still not there after 6 weeks. So long story short, her card was hit with an additional $500 and they said that it was the pillows and sheets. We now see why they didn't give us the new full contract just the last page showing the lower amount and she didn't sign the contract for the additional $500 as they said the original contract was null and void. We will not do business with them and if you decide to, please watch the paperwork and get everything in writing. Lisa is an awesome person who cares about her customers. We will continue to use her and refer others to her. She cares, listens, and has an awesome attitude.

Sales person was very nice but purchase process is horrible requires 20% down with a Ashley advantage credit card and add on $50 in fees they can't explain a $700 recliner total with add on charges $1100 then $200 down(and really wasnt the recliner i wanted)...left Ashley furniture went to big lots found the exact oversized recliner I wanted for $499 no add on fees and no down payment on my big lots credit card recliner from big lots is awesome and so comfortable the one from Ashley's was ok but definitely not worth $1100.

Just bought a very nice Livingroom set from Ashley Furniture. Kelly Garrison was extremely helpful and polite. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. We received discount cards as well! All were accommodating even though we entered the store about an hour or so before closing. Thank you, Kelly, and staff.

Lisa is a very professional sales person. She is not one of those pushy sales persons. She asked questions, listened to our needs, made recommendations in style and color. I’ll be sure to ask for her the next time I’m here.

Love this paris location! I went in looking not knowing what I really wanted but Lisa came in and helped me like a PRO! All I did was describe what I like and didn’t like and she walked me thru them all that I might like.
