Excellent customer services, the sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable with the merchandise, she answered all our questions and was very patient with us as we made our decisions and even allowed us to move living room table around to make sure the carpet and couch are matching. They also made sure we could take out time choosing the furniture, they didn’t rushed us and stayed with us even after the stores closed. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Jami spent 2+ hours helping me find the right mattress. A+ customer service. I have special needs with a fully fused spine and getting the right mattress is a priority. The store manager also spent a lot of extra time answering questions. All staff was professional and courteous.

Not sure of the managers name at Ashley's Furniture in Paris Texas but do not expect customer service. Purchased a twin bed from them and would not let me pick it up after driving over on a Sunday because for some reason they don't let you pick up something that's already paid for then charges you 20% to return the item. We were never told that they don't allow pickup on Sunday and when I asked for a refund was told I was being ridiculous. After insulting me and making me mad, tried to smooth it over but offering free delivery. It's a twin bed and 5 or more employees but no one can get it from the wearhouse. Needless to say got $47 dollars less and will have to wait on a check but it's better than dealing with someone who was never trained good customer service.

Jaime by far the best furniture sales person in Paris, Texas. He was courteous, he listened and showed options in similar looks in a sectional we were looking for. We didn’t feel pushed or rushed into anything. He even told us about the financial sale promotion that we were unaware of. He broke down the payments and was straight forward in how they order so the delivery is an estimate. We left to look at one other place and was very disappointed but will ALWAYS look for furniture first at Ashley Store in Paris. I went to the Ashley store in Paris, Texas, looking to replace furniture which was lost in a tornado. Lisa was a sales person I met as I entered. I wanted to look at everything before making any decisions. She allowed me to do that without following me around, but checking with me now and then. I was having a hard time deciding, but Lisa was very understanding. Actually I did not buy anything that day, but she took notes of the things I liked. She stayed in touch, and when I finally went back, I had to look again LOL Lisa was very patient and helpful. I liked not feeling pressured or rushed. I will likely be going back soon and I will most certainly ask for Lisa.

The wonderful manager at Ashley made my bad situation better! I missed the deadline for warranty on a sectional with defective fabric (lost my records because of a move) and tried to get a remedy through my furniture protection plan to no avail. (Zero stars for them!) Ashley didn't have to help me but did! I didn't get the sectional replaced but Ashley did send me new cushions. Thank you Ashley!

Flawless purchase and even better service. Abigail was our salesperson she was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly patient. Lord knows I’m about as indecisive as a Katy Perry song. Never once did I feel pressured or pushed towards a purchase. She truly tried to help us make the best purchase possible for our home, and to ensure that we would be happy for years to come. When we come to Ashley furniture in Paris, Texas for our next purchase, we will definitely search out Abigail to be our sales person again.
Sales person was very nice but purchase process is horrible requires 20% down with a Ashley advantage credit card and add on $50 in fees they can't explain a $700 recliner total with add on charges $1100 then $200 down(and really wasnt the recliner i wanted)...left Ashley furniture went to big lots found the exact oversized recliner I wanted for $499 no add on fees and no down payment on my big lots credit card recliner from big lots is awesome and so comfortable the one from Ashley's was ok but definitely not worth $1100.

Skyler was so very helpful. I went in looking for a couch and I came home with one. They had lots to choose from. I picked out what I wanted and since they are mainly a showroom they said it would take 2 or 3 days to get it if it was in stock. It was. They are going to deliver it. I expected next week but they called before I even got home and are bringing it on Saturday! Yall need to go see them!!

We were looking for a side chair for our mom who’s vision impaired. Went in right about an hour before close. Did not expect to find what i was looking for since it was very specific. We were met right up front with a friendly smile by Ramiro. Our sales person Ramiro was friendly, listened well, very patient, and knowledgeable about the different styles, and types of furniture we were looking at. After a bit of looking and him understanding fully what i required, he showed my partner and i two recliners that met our needs. As it turns out, they also have a fix or replace service plan you can get with the furniture that gives us piece of mind. It was after closing when we finished. We were never rushed. You shouldnt go in right before closing. But its nice to know that with our limited timeframe available, we were able to get the furniture shopping done. Top notch service. The other service people we encountered were also very freindly.

We came into the Paris Texas Ashley furniture store to look at a specific couch and recliner. We were greeted by Sasha Brown, she told us that particular set was not suitable for long term use. So, she showed us several other sets. Then we came across the Huddle up sofa and loveseat. We loved the feel and color. So comfortable and soft material. Sasha was not pushy, she was patient answering our questions and also entertaining our 9 year old son. We talked it over and she told us our price. I will be honest we had to mull it over for a few minutes but in the end it was a deal we could not pass up. Especially since our couch and loveseat are 25 years old and have lasted but are showing their age. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Paris store! And could not have asked for better assistance nor a better salesperson than Sasha!

i'm super picky about things and don't like furniture that's too exciting for the eyes. but as soon as we walked in we were greeted by a super lovely lady named Lisa. even through some tough moments and having to reschedule a few times she remained extremely patient and flexible with us. she remembered which bed frames i took pictures of but never said a word about, and even put the extra effort in to show me those same frames in multiple colors. she was amazing and made the process short and sweet. ask for Lisa!!!

I pitched a chaise about 18 months ago and was very dissatisfied in the quality. I made my feelings known to the company and they were happy to give me a credit for the amount I paid for my chaise. I purchased a lovely surveyors floor lamp with my credit and have some money to spare. Very satisfied with how Ashley solved my problem!
Beware! You might not get what you order!!!!!! How hard is it to get what your customer is willing to OVER PAY for? Hmm? Oh yes it was the contest the stores had going to sell the most recliners last month. Recliners so small that a man can't fit in it. A chair so cheap made it might last a month. But they will continue trying to convince you it's what you ordered! Even when you said it's too little and chose a nicer bigger chair. I hope this store won the contest!! I advise everyone to shop elsewhere.

The customer care service was nice and helped me with the problem I was having with a chair that was purchased 2 years ago and we didn't have the paperwork but they were able to help anyway with ordering a new remote for it. They were amazing. Then, when at the store, Lisa and Jennifer worked with us tirelessly to get us a power lift chair that fit our needs and our budget. They found us a military discount and continously worked together as a team and then talked to yet another team member who found another discount we were eligible for! I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at any time and there were so many options that they offered us even with our not -so -perfect credit. Usually, when our credit score is known that's it, but they found a way to help us rebuild it! Their treatment of us as regular people with real life problems was refreshing in this selfish world we live in today. Wow!

I definitely do not recommend this furniture because I order a bedroom set and. It came more than three months and broght me the wrong bedroom set and the bedroom set had scratches and look like it was hit so i told them that i dint want the first bedroom so i told that i want it to change to another bedroom set s o then I order another bedroom set and had to wait another three months and then when my other set came It was broke and had scratches and it was more worst. Im upset with that furniture and thoght i was the best furniture on paris but its not.

The Ashley store in Paris is excellent. I was assisted by Christopher Sallee, he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional.
I literally never leave reviews but I just felt obligated due to the fantastic service by Chris Sallee! Very helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail. Most knowledgeable person in that store by far! Most other sales people there either don't care and are just collecting a pay check or just simply don't know anything about what they are selling! I feel certain that he had to be the store manager based off his knowledge and professionalism! I would recommend only buying from him though! Loving my Ashlee furniture! Thank you Chris!

I went to an Ashley’s store about an hour and a half away from the Paris location. A store employee misled me about what they had to offer, and then when I made it to the store I was ignored until my husband came in 30 minutes later. I called this location from that store, and I had a discount and a final price all before making it to the store. We went in, verified what we wanted, and completed our purchase all within 20 minutes. The managers always do their best here to work with customers and make the shopping experience worthwhile. We will use this location from now on. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction!

It took over 6 months to get my couch. The sales person, or anyone else I talked to wasn't up front with me on the actual time frame. I was told 4-6 weeks when I bought it, and was told and texted "just 2 more weeks" every 3 weeks I called or texted them about it. I'll never buy from Ashley's again.
My sister-in-law and I were greeted at the door by Mr. Romero and he was so friendly and nice. We told him what we were looking for and he patiently strolled through the store with us showing us options. For each furniture grouping, there is an information sign that shows clearly what pieces are available and the price for each piece. Quality is very nice. All staff members were so nice and helpful. Will definitely return to this store for future needs.
Tanya was amazing. She listened to our needs and didn't try to push anything we didn't need or want. She spent a ton of time with us while we (and our children) sat on every couch and bed to find out what was right for our family. I will be back again!!!
The worst experience. After 3 months and full payment ready, I'm still waiting for my furniture. They lied to me when I went to pay my last payment saying that in 3 days I will receive a call to schedule delivery and after 2 weeks of my last payment I am still waiting. And of course nobody give you and answer.

While I understand delays in furniture manufacturing happened to many due to Covid, up front recognition would have been appreciated and better communication throughout the ordeal. When I went to check when the furniture would be delivered since it had been four weeks the lady told me she had just sold another identical set and was surprised to hear there were delays. It ended up being almost 12 weeks when we were told it would be 4-6. To get updates I had to call.

Worst experience of my life in buying furniture. Bought a bedframe in the beginning of April and was told it would be ready in 5 weeks, it just became available to pick up today, July 9th. Another problem we had while building it, it was not built right, the wood did not line up correctly and some of the bolt holes did not have threads in them, would not recommend this company.

I bought a beautiful looking Segberg Cobblestone sectional from Paris Tx store about a month ago. People there were nice. But I'm very disappointed in the quality of the sofa. The recliners don't stay in place when fully reclined. But the biggest issue is the lack of padding on the reclining footrests. You can feel a board in the last end of the footrest which is very uncomfortable and hurts my legs. It should have padding and will wear the material I'm sure. It's that way with all the recliners in this sectional. I consider it to be a manufacturing defect and I won't be happy until resolved.

Ordered furniture in December with an expecting waiting time of 6-8 weeks. Sold my furniture awaiting arrival. Still have not received sectional and continue to get a different date each time it comes up. Have heard a different date 5 times now and pushing it out til Mid-May!, which I'm sure will change. If I was able to get a full refund there is other stores who are getting this exact couch shipped and in stock weekly! Never order from Ashley's and take your business elsewhere!!! I am constantly warning others to never shop with any Ashley store and take your business to another store who has items in stock!

Absolutely horrible. Then when they delivered it they tore up my wood floors and months later we still can’t get them to fix them!!!!!

My Wife and I were looking for a new dining room table, we visited several local furniture stores and did not really see anything we liked. We also had a very bad experience with one of them. We bought our furniture about a year ago. It’s been great. Our recliner got busted (kids 🙄) but they replaced it. I gave 4 stars only because when it first broke, they took it for repair, but when it was brought back, it was still messed up pretty bad. I called to see why, and instead of arguing or questioning, they replaced it with a brand new one. I’m very, very happy with our purchase from Ashley’s!
I love my pieces + the prices + customer service, but having to wait 7 months for a couch wasn’t ideal. Not sure why it took so long when other places were getting shipments of Ashley furniture weekly. They did make up for it partially, by having free delivery!
The manager Jordan was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. My sales person, Wayne was great too. Furniture was delivered and assembled, everybody was so nice. They even called me throughout with updates and checking to see how my new bedroom furniture was. Excellent. Will go back EVERY time.

Well, our experience started great. Then once we found out they try and sell furniture like used car salesmen, we realized we were in for a ride. Talked to our salesman, he walked us around the floor, we found the perfect items for the home. He starts packaging it up to give us a great price. Then, the leader of the salesmen comes over and talks loudy enough for us to hear him "working out this great package deal" with our salesman. Then, original sale man comes over and tells us the price. We loved it. However, we wanted to check options one more place for a different style choice. We told him this and his response was "what, is my price not low enough for you?" No sir, your price was fine we just want different options that you did not have available in your store. So we carry on and go to the other store. He sends us his business card via text message. We end up deciding to just go with one piece of furniture we had originally seen at the Ashley store. Ask him the price and get some high ball offer. We went online to the Ashley store and bought it for about $100 less than what he was telling us he could sell it for, PLUS we got it delivered faster than what he said he could deliver it. My views of furniture businesses has drastically changed after this experience. I now dread it like I dread shopping for cars. Just show me a price, no haggle, and don't insult your customers when they want more options thst you don't supply.
Ashley Hone Store provide awesome service not only at the time of sale but also provide awesome service at time of delivery. Great crew who handled the delivery as well as tracking service so we knew when the crew would be at our home.
My sales consultant Carla is the best, very helpful, knowledgeable, always has a smile. The furniture we got (kitchen table) I can't say the same. We are on our 4th table and this one has some defaults as well, not happy with the quality of furniture. My star is for the furniture not my experience at the store.

I had a fantastic experience here. Staff was kind and helpful. I spent a lot more than I wanted to, not because they were pushy, because they didnt push anything on us, we just found a lot more than what we were originally intending on purchasing that my wife just had to have. My experience was the best ever at a furniture store in Paris Texas.I went right in and met with a salesperson identified as Jasmine Garmon who was very patient and kind. I looked at several items and due to slow shipping, she found an item that will ship and arrive within the time that I needed. Jasmine also spoke with another person and got me free delivery. It was OK. Nice set up. Greeted as we walked in. The guy helping us was nice. One other person greeted us. As we left it was not as pleasant. Whispers and stares. If everyone was as nice as Randy it would be a 5 star. Randy was very accommodating.

The customer service is always amazing, everytime I go in there, anyone who helps is always helpful, and if they don't know they instantly will find the answer to any questions. The quality of furniture is always amazing and holds up!!

My sister & I took my 76 year old Mother into the store on August 22, 2020. I shared with the Salesperson the concerns I had due to lots of stories about looooonnnnnggg delivery times, poor customer service. I was assured those were unfounded. We purchased a Dining Table w/6 chairs and had an extensive conversation about accurate and reasonable delivery timeframe. Was told the furniture would confidently be delivered in 4-6 weeks. We are still waiting and it will be 10 weeks in 4 days. Poor communication from the store and generally is only when I call. I called on 10/10/20 to followup and the first thing I heard was "I was just literally about the call you!". Really. I was told it was in a container being shipped. I asked what a container was and it was implied that it was in a shipping container on the ocean. I was like now what?? It's being shipped overseas??? Some crawfishing started then and I was told that it was in one of those containers traveling across the US. I said, you mean an 18 wheeler? Yes, an 18 wheeler. Why make it so difficult? She had no idea where the 18 wheeler was and we talked about how if the 18 wheeler left from New York (for example) and drove to Texarkana, TX and even made stops along the way, it doesn't take 7 weeks to get to Texarkana. She then had someone else call me (Brenda/Debbie?) and she gave me her sales/customer relations spill that she had researched and it should drop in Texarkana by mid week (the following week) and after they do inspections, they will schedule delivery in a couple of days. Brenda/Debbie called me on Tuesday, October 13 and said that everything is right on schedule and should be in Texarkana by end of week. That was 2 weeks ago today, have heard nothing since. My Dad called yesterday and they couldn't tell him anything and said they would call him back. Nothing. I called and left a voicemail for Ashley Dotson today (Salesperson). Nothing. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend. Should have gone to Ivan Smith or Paris Freight. They've never disappointed us.
Looked here with my mom and daughter. I heard about a Covid case there afterwards. Wish I would have known before bringing my family there. I won't be coming back to buy.

We both agreed it was the right thing to do. He indicated they would change their policy, but I would make sure before I bought anything else there.

Excellent products and service. From the time we walked in the store until the delivery guys showed up it was a seamless process. It was the first time in 25 years that I was the 7th stop (tracking provided by the company) and they showed up 10 minutes earlier than the 4:00-6:00pm window! Love our Bladen Slate Grey sofas only deal one was messed up on the right side the brace isn't sturdy as if you touch the back it is loose and can put your hand completely down through the side of the arm and the screws on that same side on the back did not catch the fabric to the wood so it is loose and you can put your hand through there also so neither couch has been set on yet and I just happened to be pulling them out to sweep and found all this... I contacted and told them we felt it should be replaced with a new one and a discount given as I sent pictures of the damaged sofa Heather was very kind and stayed in contact with me and said we would receive a brand new replacement couch to be delivered Feb 20th and a $100.00 discount check... We love the color, texture and style and can't wait to be able to sit on our new sofas and the assistant manager Randy was so nice and helped me tremendously in my decision and the people at the Paris, Texas Ashley Home Store were very kind and Heather was in contact throughout can't wait till tomorrow after 3 PM...

He was very friendly and went that extra step to help me find what I was looking for after mentioning that I had looked online and at other furniture stores and not finding what I wanted. Bought a high end mattress from this store. The mattress bubbled and had the warranty people come out and look at it. They gave store credit and we got another one basically the same mattress. Now it’s doing it again and I called the warranty people again. It took 3 weeks to hear back and all they can say is well we have one person working. Not my problem. I do not want another mattress I would like my money back.

Ashley's furniture delivery team makes the delivery, installation, perfectly. We are satisfied with our product and we appreciate the installation. With the experience, we are planning to purchase three more room bed set for our home, and a few more things for our business. I recommend that the furniture advice costumer about the process that the furniture has. Example: When customers purchase, customers need to understand that the furniture is built for you, and that may take time depending on other furniture that is first in line. The wait is worth-ed because the furniture has excellent quality, neat style, and unique look. I recommend Ashley's furniture to anyone that wishes to have in there home a great method. All the furniture in my home is from Ashley's and the quality is durable. To conclude, communication was the key to have a good understanding between the manager, and other employees that were consistent in answering our call and questions.
Once you purchased they do not care about anything after that. I didn’t get the chair I purchased and when my king sized bed came in they didn’t order the foundation so I went to The store to talk to the manager he clearly stated that he is doing me a favor by ordering me one. How can you sell me everything that a bed is suppose to have except a foundation??? The manager was soo unprofessional he got out of his chair and got very hot headed!! Last time I do business with them. Who ever owns this location really needs to see the footage and the act of your manager!
We purchased a sofa and two recliners from the Ashley Homestore in Paris. These have been very comfortable! You can even sleep in the soft plush easy chair recliners. Yay! The sofa is comfortable too, but not as nice to nap on as the recliners. I feel we received quality furniture at a reasonable price. We appreciated the professional (and personal) treatment we received while shopping for our set. Thank you to everyone for the great experience, especially our salesperson, Latreece!
Recently visited the store with the intention of purchasing an entire living room set. I went in with a quote that i received from another Ashley homestore location for the exact same furniture. I gave the quote to an associate who in turn presented it to the manager. The manager stated that being a rural location they were charged more for the furniture than the city store is charged and would not match the price. I always try to shop local and keep my business here in the community unfortunately you can’t get the same deal at this store as what you can elsewhere. I recommend that anyone in the market to purchase furniture to take their business elsewhere.

Nothing seemed to fit right in our minds with how our living room is set up. It wasn't until a sweet girl walked up to us and asked us if we needed assistance. We definitely needed it. Within 30 minutes after which seemed like forever, Ms Anna helped my wife and I decide on a sectional couch. It's a Quartz Alenya Sectional couch and we absolutely love it. I've lost count of how many naps I've taken on it already. Great Service!

Nice people, good selection, good warranty. But delivery time is much farther away than I would like.
To be transparent, I have never shopped here. Their marketing campaign is truly abysmal. They have three cars that drive around Paris, with signs attached to the top. These cars are so preoccupied with staying right behind one another, that they often cut people off in traffic/ in parking lots just to stay close by each other. I have personally been cut off a few times in the Paris Towne center parking lot. Everyone I have talked to about this agrees, and says they have had similar experiences. I see this as a bad marketing campaign, and very unnecessary. The store itself looks nice, and the prices Amy be fair. I’m just turned off by going in due to what I’ve just stated.
The sales associated really do care about their customers; they are polite and professional with answering all my questions and making sure that I am completely satisified with what I purchased. The sales associated offered me several choices of furniture to choose from which have me options to buy. The sales associated explained the different options of purchaing my product to choose from which made my shopping experience enjoyable and easier. The sales associated told me about the insurance coverage and quality of the items I purchased and the items that I was considering to purchase. When I walk in the store at entry of Ashley Store as a customer I feel welcomed into a family friendly atmosphere. The sales associated and the manager are friendly and wonderful. What more can you ask for when shopping? Thanks Ashley Furniture-- finally a store with people who really ❤!!!!.

The furniture store had alot to choose from however after the purchase and the dealings with one of the sales staff I learned that all sales are final and no returns allowed. Thats pertinent because we learned the same set was on sale in dallas texas for $400 cheaper. I would never buy anything from this furniture store again for any reason. We picked out a nice bedroom suite for my son but then the sales woman led on my son on as liking him which seemed to convince him to purchase it. To me thats pretty shady. If you shop here make sure you only want to buy from them and will never care if you ever change your mind.

We bought several articles (around $2,400) from this location. It took a very long time to get the items, one of the items came in after 8 weeks. When it was delivered, it was damaged. After calling the store they ordered a new one. Another 6 week wait. The replacement item was also damaged..... They said they would try again, but now 3 months later, we have given up. Found the same item on Amazon for 35% less and delivered in 2 days - in good condition! We are stuck with the damaged, over priced item. Too bad that they seem to take advantage of people. I guess they know it's a small town and people don't have a lot of options.

Low quality materials and shorty craftsmanship. 4) financing team is a bunch of schemers. Will lie and twist facts to get you locked in then abandon you and stop caring once you owe them money. It was a good experience, they were having their normal "Blow Out Sale" so nothing was marked with an actual price just bloated numbers so you would feel like you were saving more. The reason I am giving 2 instead of 5 stars is fourfold (-1 star for each reason): 1. The guy I was working with while friendly had to keep going back and forth to the manager to get the "actual" price after "discounts" it seems to me that having a set markdown price for merchandise would be best so that the customer could know exactly what they are paying. It almost felt like a shady car dealership to be honest. 2. I hate it when someone has to follow me around a store even if I'm just looking, I understand commission and being helpful but once again it made me feel like I was at a car lot and not at a furniture store. 3. While the exterior looked nice with all of the way overpriced furniture the bathroom was terrible, one stall didn't work and they hadn't had any maintenance done in a while. When I worked in sales there was a reason we kept the "back of the house" as clean as the front of the house. It showed we had pride in where we worked and we wanted to relay to the customer that we were professionals. 4. The item I would soon purchase didn't even have a tag on it letting me know the brand or anything about the item. So the manager had to get a number from the manufacture's tag and figure out the "price" then the "discount" then gave me a virtually fabricated price on an item I knew nothing about. Bonus: I don't want this to be a complete bash fest so I will try to end on a positive note, I did purchase something. It will be here in 4 weeks (which is also very frustrating), the salesman was very friendly and we did send our him back and forth about 10 times before we made a decision. While I will not be shopping here again, I would say that there are some nice items in the store and pleasant staff to work with.

When the furniture that we bought began prematurely deteriorating, we began notifying the store. After repeated repairs, they decided to take the low road and simply void our extended warranty. (we are currently handling the situation. We will update upon resolution.
UPDATE This store is refusing to honor the warranty. I have videos and statements that my furniture is rotten. There is no chew marks the leather is rotting and has tiny cracks and rips all over it. You sit on it and it cracks. There are cracks that no animal could even get into. Stay away from this store. Look me up in Facebook Ronda Lawmaster I will show you proof this is all true and this store will take your money and not honor their warranty! We bought what was presented as genuine leather electric furniture. We have had multiple repairs on this furniture. It is junk it is cracking and has multiple tears from the leather cracking. It is horribly worn and stitching is lose in multiple places. The customer service has been polite but neglectful in addressing all the issues. They say they will call me back, they have even sent a technician to take damage pics but yet never falls through with the replacement. I have made it clear I don’t want it repaired, I don’t want this specific kind brand... as reviews are poor and a continued problem. I am disgusted at how expensive it was and it’s junk. I would rate it less than 1 if I could.
He told us one thing in the store then another thing after we went home. I wanted my money back after the "confusion" but no refunds on furniture after its been delivered to the store!? Now I'm forced to pay for the furniture 🙄 so annoyed and won't be back.
