It was a horrible experience shopping with Ashley Furniture. I received a drawer that I had bought for my daughter's bunk beds, and I could never put it together because the screws did not fit; they were too big. When I reached out for help and contacted someone who worked at Ashley Furniture, they said they would get back to me but never returned my calls after I sent various emails and photos back and forth. Very unprofessional; I will never shop there again.

ICame back on Sunday, an I wanted to to see if the special offer was on the table ,he try to give me a higher price than Saturday, but was I was not satisfied, till I got closer to the special offer he gave me Saturday. Great service and prices. We changed our mind a couple of times and the sales person was very patient with us. She had good suggestions also which we appreciated. We had the first delivery and all went exceptionally well. Looking forward to our second delivery coming up. The store is well organized and the best part was that we could wander around without a salesperson following us. One we found something of interest it was easy to find our salesperson to ask questions. Very knowledgeable and friendly. No push for us to buy.

Went in to Ashley Furniture Store in Pasadena Texas, met a very professional and nice sales person. We actually went in to look at reclining sofas and love seats. The sales person was very helpful in locating just what we were looking for and we bought a sofa and a love seat at a very reasonable price. I came to Ashley Furniture to shop for my toddler. As my family and I walked in we were greeted by Mr. Hasan, Jubaydul . He showed me around the store and answered all of my questions. He was polite and knowledgeable. If you are looking for good quality pieces come to Ashley Furniture and ask for Mr. Hasan.

After a few months of my purchase, things aren’t going so great with the financing aspect. I financed with them and I keep getting unauthorized charges of $800+ on my account & it’s happened twice already. This is unacceptable, if you can finance with another company do it, because now I have reported two fraudulent transactions within two months of financing through them and “synchrony bank”. This affects my credit Score and also affects the “minimum payment” which if I don’t log in to the account to check it I would have never noticed those charges.

The purchase was very basic and simple. I went into Ashley Furniture to look for a sofa set for my daughter who just got her first apartment, I was quickly approached by sales reps, I walked away and looked by myself. The first rep we met was William, and he simply handed me his card and asked they him know if we needed anything at all. This is the type of sales we like, didn’t hound us or push us in anyway. A couple days later I used his card, called him and purchased what we were looking for over the phone. Next morning I went and met with Vanessa to arrange financing while we didn’t plan to finance but who no interest why wouldn’t you. The only issue we have seen so far is delivery, I ordered that day and was expecting ASAP delivery like at least same week. Turns out earliest delivery dates are 8 days out which due to our schedules we will end up waiting 11 days. Personally delivery should be much quicker than that, most places offer same or next day delivery.

We purchased on 6/29/25 and our furniture was delivered 7/3/25. One of the power cords stopped working on 7/4/25. We came back to the store where we originally purchased and after our information was taken, they told us we had to call customer service and a power cord would be mailed to us! They couldn't swap it for one that they have there. 2 days and it goes out and I have to call customer service!

Not only did he showed me what I was looking for he herd what I wanted and made some suggestions, I ended up changing my mind and went with what he suggested. As first time customers at this establishment, we were dissatisfied with the overall store service we received. My family and I went in with our heart's full and came out with the upmost disappointment. Furniture pieces were delivered with missing parts and due to miscommunication within their depts; the missing pieces were not delivered until after a month and half. Another issue was a purchased living room piece (rug) was notified that item had been discontinued. We understood and went to the store to support item re-selection which was not effective due to price not matching other rugs in store. To ease our situation, a 2 week deadline was given of opportunity to re-select (online) which gave us some comfort, but was dissatisfied due to them not upholding their promise once more by voiding/ cancelling the re-selection opportunity within a couple of days instead of promised time that was provided. Customer Service rate 1 star: Lack of communication, support and upholding promised times.

Had a great experience shopping for our new dining table and sleeper sofa. Our salesman was knowledgeable, we did not feel pressured or rushed. There were a few items on the website that I wanted to see in person but were not available on the showroom floor. Delivery was seemless and professionally done. I only wish my new couch could have been delivered on the same day as my new dining table. Otherwise, it was a perfect shopping experience.

Our salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to get exactly what we went in looking for. Delivery on one product will be a little long, but luckily we aren't in dire need of the couch right now. All in all it was a great and easy experience.

Got a recliner chair from them, asked for a brown one went all the way up to spring to pick it up from the warehouse got it home turned out to be a black chair called to tell them to fix the issue. The lady I was speaking to gave us the runaround refuse to make things right. When I told her they need to put my chair on a truck and deliver it cause I’m not wasting my gas to make things right she hung up on me. This place does bad business nowhere on the box. Does it say if it’s a black or brown chair told the salesman multiple times I want a brown chair But yet they got the order wrong and refused to fix their mistake. Do not go to this place because they do not care about customer service.

Ask for Manuel, he took care of us. Manager even approved us a gift with our purchase. Manuel worked with us and didn't force us into a decision. Very respectful and understanding of budget and gave honest opinion on quality of products.

I got the wrong recliner chair, the wrong size bed frame and a charge for free delivery. Jubaydul Hasan really screwed up my purchase Crystal Escamilla the store manager initially tried to help. My issue was sent over to Guest Services who passed the issue back to the store manager. I’m still waiting for a response. I’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB. Still waiting to hear back from them. My only recourse now is to have a judge decide in small claims court. I’m heading there now. I ordered the recliner brown chair with cupholders and other features also as you can see I ordered a full size bed frame got a queen instead. At this point I hope they will come and pick up their furniture.

Sales guy was really great and helpful. I bought a sofa sectional the Monday before Thanksgiving. Was told that it'll arrive mid December. We're still waiting. Never had any updates. I called three times just to get a recording telling me it'll be here in 2 weeks; everytime. Can someone from Ashley help or should I just cancel it and get my money back.

My fiancé and walked in looking to buy a living room set, the sales person we talked to at the start was very friendly and helpful, but once he had his manager coke speak to us her while energy was off and she was not very helpful and spoke to us in a very condescending tone and had a bad attitude. She definitely lost him a sale. So avoid the female manager with the bad attitude and bad hair.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a furniture store. I purchased my king size bedroom set in December of 2023 and after promising the furniture would be delivered in approximately 2 weeks took them a month and a half to deliver just because they were waiting on a night stand. I told them several times I can pick up and they kept telling me no that they would deliver and waive the delivery fee which they lied about, they never refunded any money to me. The bigger issue is I only slept on the bed for 2 months before it broke down the middle support bar and legs. I am far from from a heavy person only 200lbs for this bed to break so fast. I was forced to take the bed apart and sleep with the mattress on the floor. After calling them they promised me they would replace the broken parts and fix the problem. After 2 months of waiting and calling every other week having to re explain my story every time because customer service apparently keeps no record or notes on our complaints, they sent a guy over with super glue. I thought it was a joke so they had to redo another request and finally the pieces came in on June, 4 months since the original complaint. This nightmare wasn’t over yet exactly 2 months later in August this bed broke the same exact way AGAIN and I’m literally going through the same thing again calling every 2 or 3 weeks repeating the same story and being told the same lies over and over. It is now November and I have been another 3 months of sleeping with the mattress on the floor. A whole year since the purchase and I only slept on the bed 4 months and have nothing but excuses and lies from Ashley furniture but when you ask for returns or refunds there a no return policy. They have the worse customer service, yes they might be nice when speaking to them but all they do is lie and tell you they will call you back and email you with updates but they never do. After paying almost $6,000 for what I thought was quality furniture, I’m convinced I was just robbed for my money could’ve purchased better furniture for half the price.

The young man who attended me and my husband his name is William was just so caring so professional and explained to us about the sales and furnishing prices, I could not pass up that chance I needed a bedroom set for a long time And I am so happy with the outcome of this visit. On February 10, 2024, I bought two (2) Power Sofas with Adjustable Headrests (Item: 5930247) at the Ashley Homestore in Pasadena, Texas. I paid $3,224.21 total for both sofas plus delivery charge, protection plan, and tax on my credit card. Ashley’s delivered the sofas to my home on 2/15/2024. Unfortunately, the Leather material of these sofas has failed. After only 6 months (August 2024), I noticed the Leather peeling. I called your store and the Extend warranty company on August 10, 2024, and after 2-1/2 weeks I received an email stating that the couch was still under the manufacturer’s warranty and my claim was closed. On August 23, 2024, I called Ashley’s customer service and through an online chat they offered me a $167 Ashley’s gift card. I declined that offer and they then offered to repair the sofa. I accepted that offer. Before any repair appointment was set up, I was notified by email on August 24, 2024, that I had no warrantable concerns present and my claim was closed, noting that the failure is a Manufacturing of fake leather. I made one more call to Ashley’s on August 25, 2024, and was told that normal wear and tear is not covered. This is not normal wear and tear! You offer a one-year warranty on all manufacturing issues. Material is supposed to last for years, not months! When I questioned that answer, you had me send more photos, but then ghosted me. I expect Ashley to pick up their defective furniture from my house and refund my money fully!

Despite a polite sales representative, we faced numerous challenges. The initial delivery date was pushed back without any notification, and when we contacted customer service, we learned about a confirmation text requirement that was never mentioned during our in-store purchase. Rescheduling proved to be a hassle, and the delivery date was postponed multiple times. We were even told the furniture was en route, only to discover it wouldn't arrive until the next day after a late-night call to the distribution contact. While we eventually received the furniture, the overall experience was frustrating, with significant delays (68 days!) and miscommunications. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this store based on our delivery experience. Rating: -⭐️ (-1 out of 5 stars)

The day I went in to Ashley everyone was so nice and helpful.The sales person “order” my bed set told me everything was going to be delivered December 1,2023. Should have known something was going to go wrong. When I applied for the credit card they misspelled my name. Had to call and fix the mistake when I received the credit card thru the mail. Second of all I never got a call, text, email about scheduling a delivery I had to call customer service and schedule that my self. Third I just received my furniture today December 9th 2023. Everything looked good two minutes after the delivery man left I notice the bed frame looked different. I had taken pictures of the furniture at the store and It was missing the storage on the foot board. I doubled check and it was not the correct one. I when down to the store in Pasadena, Tx spoke to a store manager and she told me there was nothing she could do because she didn’t have access to that part of the system. That I could call customer service and see if they could help but it was not guaranteed I did called outside the store spoke to a nice lady and she told me that the store manager was able to make the changes because it was a mistake done by the sale associate when placing the order. That she needed to speak to her and get some information. Since the store manager was helping other customers the lady on the phone told me she could not wait on the line and that she would email the store manager and get the information she needed. That I was going to received an email about what happened did not received email, store manager did tell me that unfortunately if they aren’t able to make the changes I would have to keep the bed frame I have at home and do the payments. Since they don’t do returns. Would I recommend Ashley Home to others NO I am stuck paying an expensive bedroom set and it’s not the one I had asked. All because the sale associate made a mistake and order the wrong one.

There was damage to the furniture that was not there when I bought the as is furniture. The shipper thought it was all covered by warranty. But as is furniture is nit covered. He took pictures of the damage that was on the furniture in the store, but there was more damage when it arrived. Ashley refused to repair the damage their shipping company caused.

Please do not purchase furniture from Ashley. I have had the worst customer service experience with purchasing bed and chest for my son. On 06/04/23, I purchased a full-size bed for my son. The bed on the showroom floor had head lamps on bed. The sales person, Cindy, never mentioned that the full-size bed did not come with headlamps. It was not till the furniture was delivered on 07/14/23 that I was made aware that the bed did not come with headlamps. After furniture was delivered I called and was told that bed did not come with head lamps. In addition to that the rails on the bed are not straight and drawers on chest are uneven. I have made multiple calls and all they can do is submit tickets with no one calling me back. I also visited the store on 07/25/23 and spoke with manager, Mimi. Again no one can be called, a ticket must be placed even then no one has called me even after Mimi stated that ticket will be high priority. No one is being held accountable. This is no way to run a business. I called again on 07/31 to their customer service or support., and again another ticket will be submitted. Rating a 1 is unjust, it should be a zero. Please look at side rails and drawers on pictures. I am stuck paying for something that was not sold to me. the response from corporate office is simple someone signed for the furniture. They have a no return policy…I emailed the automated response…Loreza, responded right away but nothing was resolved. She stated I will call you the next day… she did not, I had to email her… yes we are at fault because someone signed.. that is their scape goat. They will be ordering parts to fix the new furniture..There is no accountability from the sales staff and horrible service after sale… they make it so difficult to contact someone.. Do not buy furniture from Ashley..

I have been a long time Ashley Furniture customer and love their furniture pieces but this has definitely made me revere them in a different light. I am not willing to spend my hard earned money and allow someone to make commission of my purchase with terrible customer service.

Purchased an ottoman that arrived with no legs. Customer service (which is apparently out of country and has horrible garbled connection every time a call is placed), advised that the legs would be shipped and on receipt I would need to call to to schedule a technician to come out. This was done 3/1 with Jacylyn, but no confirming call was received. On 3/3 another call was placed to Gene who scheduled service for 3/9. The technician never called with a confirming call. After several attempts customer service finally answered and advised someone had canceled this appointment 3 days ago. I had arranged to take off work for this. They said they would reschedule and if I did not hear back within 72 hours I could call back. This is so unacceptable. I went to the store to talk to the manager, who is on a conference call. I had to deal with the salesperson who can’t get any additional information. Then I talked to the assistant to the manager on duty, and told them if they could not get this piece of furniture usable, they could come get it and refund my money. I was told they do not accept returns. So I have a big unpacked, leg less ottoman and no recourse. 45 minutes later the manager, Tyler, still on this conference call? Hmmmm. I’m now supposed to get a call to update me on the status either this afternoon or tomorrow. I just want them to provide what I bought. DO NOT BUY ASHLEY!!!!!!!

Mr. William Chun made sure my parents and I were taken care of while researching/shopping mattresses. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and made sure our sale was efficient, courteous, and ran smoothly at checkout. He was never the “too pushy” salesman, he respected our time In choosing just the right type of mattress and I really appreciate his service. Thank you!!

If you are looking for furniture for your home, avoid going to Ashley Furniture. They are giving a lousy delivery service, they tell you that the furniture will arrive in 4 or 5 weeks and it is actually for 10 or 12 weeks, if they make a mistake in giving you the merchandise they make you pass many requirements why they don't believe you. They are giving a lousy service.

Lonzelle is the absolute best! I’ve traded at Ashley’s for years and will continue for years to come.

I was thinking about going here but after reading reviews I think I’ll pass I take reviews likely for the reason we’re the consumer we work work 4What we have unless ur a stay at home person that don’t care to work and bum off opp lol I’m sure not all reviews are bad every customer complaints/issues are different it’s jus my what it is… after all that’s why the internet was invented Lol

We came to buy a sofa and the staff who name Owens takes care of us. He works too long on the paperwork, almost 1 hour since we decided to buy the sofa, and still not finish it. I asked for the delivery fee and he tries to hide it. The manager said that he has to put it on the system to see the price, put I never see he does it. I asked for second time and he just says $100, he doesn’t work at all on it. He seems to he doesn’t want to help us at all. What a bad customer service!

Everyone was very professional and very polite

Bought several items from this store including a clearance item that was damaged and I tried to take it back to be told (by the manager Eddie who sold me the item originally) that items cannot be returned and it would be thrown in the trash if I left it at the store. He then suggested that I submit a service ticket to fix the broken furniture piece. In the middle of assisting me he took off and went to lunch and left me with a sales assistant Mimi. She was very rude and unprofessional and made a spectacle showing off in front of other coworkers watched. I also never received my coupon credit on my account after countless calls and getting the run around from the store manager. Worst customer service experience and investment ever.

Manager Eddie took devoted time to help me make decisions in selecting dinning room and some living room pieces for my new home he also helped in selecting a mattress, his dedication was very much appreciated to my time he never made me feel as if I was a bother at any time even offered water for a refreshment. This is true customer service beyond the call of duty. Good person from the soul.

Mr. Rick was very attentive! He helped me and was patient with me while I found what I really wanted to purchase and that’s applauded because most sales people be very pushy!

They helped me get my electric sofa recliner and I got approved for 60 months interest free. Friendly staff would recommend anyone to Ashley furniture in Pasadena.

Plenty of help from the employees, everyone was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Minus 1 star because, just like any other sales floor, they use a lot of pressure to convince you to buy without comparison shopping. I'd advise looking up furniture and matching SKUs to get price matching.

It took 6 months for our items to be delivered when we were originally told 6 weeks max. Today was delivery day, and our office furniture was not on the truck. Not to mention the delivery guys put a dent in our wall. We call to complain, and follow up on our missing furniture, only to be told that they cannot take our complaint and that we would need to call someone else. This was the worst furniture purchase, and we still do not have everything that we paid cash for!

Insurance is misleading. I purchased it for a sofa chaise, I was told it would cover accidental damages, spot cleaning, faulty furniture, etc. Never thought I would have to use it, however, lets be precautious. Spent the money on it and guess what, the third party company who is used on this warranty deal doesn't cover the claim. They said they can send an emergency tech but it would all be out of pocket. In that case I might as well buy a new couch. And that money, it went to waste. I had a horrible experience buying the couch but once everything finalized, I thought hey redemption on the store. But now with this. Never again, Ashleys furniture.
