Bought a over $5000.00 Rawcliffe sectional from the Pasadena TX store. Was given a delivery date by Caesar (salesman). That day came and went without receiving our purchase. Was given another date by Angel (help desk employee), that day came and went without receiving our purchase. Was given yet another date by Tyler (store manager), that date came and went without receiving our purchase. Was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to talk with Eddy (another store manager) and was hung up on without speaking to Eddy. Went into the store to get some answers and was told by Mimi (another store manager) that it was going to be another 4-6 weeks. Ended up canceling our order, was refused by the store to get a copy of the cancelation receipt. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE PASADENA TX STORE!!! Beatriz (sales rep) openly agreed that the Pasadena store is no good when it comes to customer service. If an employee of the store openly and willingly agrees with how crummy the customer service is, turn around and leave!! The worst buying experience I have encountered! My son graduates on Friday and we have no living room furniture because we were given dates that were not accurate or fulfilled.

The salesman who helped me actually deserves 5 stars. He was respectful and knowledgeable about the products. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is for the store manager. When I went back to return the product her demeanor went from pleasant to moderately rude. If you want a 5 star rating , you have to be pleasant when making a sale and when accepting a return.

I will never buy from here again. Our couch has taken forever to come in. Every time we’ve called to ask about our order, it hangs up, says our order isn’t available for scheduling, or I get a very rude customer service representative.

Don’t buy from here if you want furniture delivered. I purchased mid April on a Sunday, and was told by the sales lady that my item would be delivered the following Friday. Having had a bad experience before I asked if she was sure and was the chair at the warehouse. She said yes. Hurried and took payment and was in a hurry - obviously wanted a sale. Guess what, 8 weeks later and no chair. Every week I call, every week it’s going to be another week. Twice the people I called told me it was in the warehouse. What the heck???! What a joke. Lesson learned, never again. Whoever is in charge of allowing salespeople to sale items that have over a month delivery time (WITHOUT TELLING CUSTOMERS) should really take a look at their business model. The sales person should have been truthful. Done with Ashley, don’t shop here.

Update: Month 3..still no furniture delivered. Don't waste your time. Wish I had read reviews. I regret ever stepping foot in this establishment DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU'LL NEVER HAVE TO RETURN PRODUCT. We need to return the furniture but did NOT know about a "No Return policy" until we needed to return items. Not one employee told us about this policy. They have a "reselect" policy. Which means I'm still financially responsible for a monthly payment I can't afford right now. I want to be done with this company. We've had nothing but issues from day of delivery. Oh and when they tell you that they make the first 3 payments... IT'S A LIE!!!! Found out they haven't even made ONE payment! I want away from Ashley Furniture!!
