I would’ve given zero stars but there was selection choice. Bought a reclining sofa. Salesman lied. It is NOT a wall hugger. Has to be placed 12 inches out from the wall!!! Now after several calls to the store have gotten the runaround saying one manager not in for the day. Then 2 are at lunch and the other one with a customer! And no living person at Corporate. Just transfers to a virtual.

Title: Disappointing Delivery Experience I recently purchased a couch from this furniture store, and the delivery process left much to be desired. Despite a polite sales representative, we faced numerous challenges. The initial delivery date was pushed back without any notification, and when we contacted customer service, we learned about a confirmation text requirement that was never mentioned during our in-store purchase. Rescheduling proved to be a hassle, and the delivery date was postponed multiple times. We were even told the furniture was en route, only to discover it wouldn't arrive until the next day after a late-night call to the distribution contact. While we eventually received the furniture, the overall experience was frustrating, with significant delays (68 days!) and miscommunications. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this store based on our delivery experience. Rating: -⭐️ (-1 out of 5 stars)

The day I went in to Ashley everyone was so nice and helpful.The sales person “order” my bed set told me everything was going to be delivered December 1,2023. Should have known something was going to go wrong. When I applied for the credit card they misspelled my name. Had to call and fix the mistake when I received the credit card thru the mail. Second of all I never got a call, text, email about scheduling a delivery I had to call customer service and schedule that my self. Third I just received my furniture today December 9th 2023. Everything looked good two minutes after the delivery man left I notice the bed frame looked different. I had taken pictures of the furniture at the store and It was missing the storage on the foot board. I doubled check and it was not the correct one. I when down to the store in Pasadena, Tx spoke to a store manager and she told me there was nothing she could do because she didn’t have access to that part of the system. That I could call customer service and see if they could help but it was not guaranteed I did called outside the store spoke to a nice lady and she told me that the store manager was able to make the changes because it was a mistake done by the sale associate when placing the order. That she needed to speak to her and get some information. Since the store manager was helping other customers the lady on the phone told me she could not wait on the line and that she would email the store manager and get the information she needed. That I was going to received an email about what happened did not received email, store manager did tell me that unfortunately if they aren’t able to make the changes I would have to keep the bed frame I have at home and do the payments. Since they don’t do returns. Would I recommend Ashley Home to others NO I am stuck paying an expensive bedroom set and it’s not the one I had asked. All because the sale associate made a mistake and order the wrong one.

Quick and smooth and the sales person didn't hover the way a lot of rhem do. Had to down grade my review after the furniture arrived. There was damage to the furniture that was not there when I bought the as is furniture. The shipper thought it was all covered by warranty. But as is furniture is nit covered. He took pictures of the damage that was on the furniture in the store, but there was more damage when it arrived. Ashley refused to repair the damage their shipping company caused.

Was a pretty mid experience. Sales rep told me they would correct an error on my shipping address before finalizing it. Wanted me to just sign and finish the sale. They did not do that. Customer support line told me I could not correct over the phone, I had to do it in store. I live 30 minutes away. Overall not positive customer service experience. Prices are reasonable and got a deal, but not worth the trouble.

Please do not purchase furniture from Ashley. I have had the worst customer service experience with purchasing bed and chest for my son. On 06/04/23, I purchased a full-size bed for my son. The bed on the showroom floor had head lamps on bed. The sales person, Cindy, never mentioned that the full-size bed did not come with headlamps. It was not till the furniture was delivered on 07/14/23 that I was made aware that the bed did not come with headlamps. After furniture was delivered I called and was told that bed did not come with head lamps. In addition to that the rails on the bed are not straight and drawers on chest are uneven. I have made multiple calls and all they can do is submit tickets with no one calling me back. I also visited the store on 07/25/23 and spoke with manager, Mimi. Again no one can be called, a ticket must be placed even then no one has called me even after Mimi stated that ticket will be high priority. No one is being held accountable. This is no way to run a business. I called again on 07/31 to their customer service or support., and again another ticket will be submitted. Rating a 1 is unjust, it should be a zero. Please look at side rails and drawers on pictures. I am stuck paying for something that was not sold to me. the response from corporate office is simple someone signed for the furniture. They have a no return policy…I emailed the automated response…Loreza, responded right away but nothing was resolved. She stated I will call you the next day… she did not, I had to email her… yes we are at fault because someone signed.. that is their scape goat. They will be ordering parts to fix the new furniture..There is no accountability from the sales staff and horrible service after sale… they make it so difficult to contact someone.. Do not buy furniture from Ashley..

Go else where run far away from this location. Ashley furniture takes advantage of senior citizens. Eddie sold a used mattress to my grandma, sold her a defective mattress. The mattress was sold in a box, and upon arrival the mattress was used defective and lumpy. My grandma took the mattress back however Eddie kept her mattress and money, he never filed a report with corporate. A bunch of crooks! I'm taking this to Grizzly news! Someone needs to help her, the back and forth is too much.
I will never purchase again from Ashley Furniture. Our bedroom furniture was delivered damaged, and techs have been sent out to our home 3x to attempt to fix. Each fix has equaled more damage to the dresser itself. I have been given multiple numbers, and different people to speak with…one just sends me to another. They are wanting to send yet another tech out, I just want this dresser fully replaced or a full refund from our large furniture purchase. This entire process has been a complete nightmare. I do not recommend this company based on the lack of customer service to make things right with their customers.

Worst costumer service I’ve had. Payed for assembly on my new bed frame it was done wrong the support legs broke and haven’t had somebody out to fix it all this happened the same day of receiving it. So disappointed of the service I should’ve assembled it myself but the sales person recommended it in case something wasn’t right they would return it and make it right. Don’t overpay for assembly their people don’t even know how to assemble it either. Save your money. Wouldn’t recommend buying from Ashley

I am so disappointed in Ashley homestore on Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena Tx. We bought a kitchen table with 6 chairs in December 2022, paid cash for it and my husband picked it up from the warehouse to avoid a $300.00 delivery fee! (Really? someone pays over $2000.00 in cash and you can't deliver it for free?? Mattress Mack can!)! We liked the table in the showroom but liked a similar but different set of chairs better than the ones that came with "our"table. Our salesperson said no problem , he could switch them out., they are the same! He failed to tell us those chairs were at least 2 inches lower than the ones we sat in. So the table gets picked up, there are obvious defects on the face of the table, the chairs are uneven and I can hardly reach the table because the chair is so low. We complained, they sent a guy out and told us we would be getting a new table and chairs. Then we received in the mail a leg support system, for US to fix the chair ourselves! No new table, no new chairs. My husnand has called 8 more times and had appointments set up to "fix" the chair and assess the damage on the table top, but they tell him they will be there between 1-3, then called at 6:30 wanting to come! This has been a horrible experience and we will never purchase another thing from Ashley!

Walked in just planning on looking around to get some ideas on a new bedroom set. Was greeted by very friendly staff that did not feel pressured to buy anything or hover around you. I did end up finding something I love. The manager Mimi helped me explore the buying options until we found the right fit for me. Her and Dahlia were a delight to do business with! I will definitely go back there for more furniture shopping!!

I bought a sofa from Ashley on Fairmont. It was delivered and hardly used at all and the sofa collapsed by at least 8 inches in 3 weeks. I called the company and they said that this was "normal" wear and tear...I had to wonder why would they admit to this. I went by the store and got no satisfaction from them. I will buy nothing more from AshleyAfter my initial Yelp Review I was contacted by A rep from Ashley they acted as though they were interested in solving the problem. I gave them my information from when I bought this couch from them and they said that it was out of warranty. I explained that when I first started complaining about the issue the couch was three weeks they refused to do anything about it. I finally gave up on the situation but this week decided to post a Yelp review. It was not my fault that they failed to address the situation at the time and it was now passes time. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY THEIR FURNITURE IS CRAP AND THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL!!!

I was highly disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location on yesterday March 7, 2023. I’m in the process of moving and was looking for a small sectional sofa. I entered the store and was not greeted at the door. I continued browsing assuming the staff was busy assisting other customers. After walking and looking for more than 30 minutes still no acknowledgment. I walked past the service desk and two associates were sitting there talking and laughing but still did not acknowledge my presence. At this point I was highly disgusted and decided to leave the store. I have been a long time Ashley Furniture customer and love their furniture pieces but this has definitely made me revere them in a different light. I am not willing to spend my hard earned money and allow someone to make commission of my purchase with terrible customer service.
Purchased an ottoman that arrived with no legs. Customer service (which is apparently out of country and has horrible garbled connection every time a call is placed), advised that the legs would be shipped and on receipt I would need to call to to schedule a technician to come out. This was done 3/1 with Jacylyn, but no confirming call was received. On 3/3 another call was placed to Gene who scheduled service for 3/9. The technician never called with a confirming call. After several attempts customer service finally answered and advised someone had canceled this appointment 3 days ago. I had arranged to take off work for this. They said they would reschedule and if I did not hear back within 72 hours I could call back. This is so unacceptable. I went to the store to talk to the manager, who is on a conference call. I had to deal with the salesperson who can’t get any additional information. Then I talked to the assistant to the manager on duty, and told them if they could not get this piece of furniture usable, they could come get it and refund my money. I was told they do not accept returns. So I have a big unpacked, leg less ottoman and no recourse. 45 minutes later the manager, Tyler, still on this conference call? Hmmmm. I’m now supposed to get a call to update me on the status either this afternoon or tomorrow. I just want them to provide what I bought. DO NOT BUY ASHLEY!!!!!!!

If you are looking for furniture for your home, avoid going to Ashley Furniture. They are giving a lousy delivery service, they tell you that the furniture will arrive in 4 or 5 weeks and it is actually for 10 or 12 weeks, if they make a mistake in giving you the merchandise they make you pass many requirements why they don't believe you. They are giving a lousy service.

We came to buy a sofa and the staff who name Owens takes care of us. He works too long on the paperwork, almost 1 hour since we decided to buy the sofa, and still not finish it. I asked for the delivery fee and he tries to hide it. The manager said that he has to put it on the system to see the price, put I never see he does it. I asked for second time and he just says $100, he doesn’t work at all on it. He seems to he doesn’t want to help us at all. What a bad customer service!

Bought several items from this store including a clearance item that was damaged and I tried to take it back to be told (by the manager Eddie who sold me the item originally) that items cannot be returned and it would be thrown in the trash if I left it at the store. He then suggested that I submit a service ticket to fix the broken furniture piece. In the middle of assisting me he took off and went to lunch and left me with a sales assistant Mimi. She was very rude and unprofessional and made a spectacle showing off in front of other coworkers watched. I also never received my coupon credit on my account after countless calls and getting the run around from the store manager. Worst customer service experience and investment ever.

I will never buy from Ashley again. I bought a bedroom set for my son for Christmas on 11/14 where it stated 2-3 weeks delivery. It came in 3 different delivery days, which I did not agree to. I received the last piece on 12/22 and the footboard was wrong. I was told someone would call me within 23-48 hours, that did not happen. Then I called a store where they helped me submit a ticket where I was told 24-48 hours I will receive a call, that didn’t happen. He advised that the ticket should have been resolved within 3 days or less, that didn’t happen. Then I called the store back where they advised that I had to go through the online service. I have literally called 10 different numbers and given the run around with no straight answer. So I got on chat this am and have been disconnected several time and finally requested a full refund, then I was disconnected with no answer again. I am so very frustrated. Now they have transferred me to the fulfillment department. I will advise everyone I know not to purchase from Ashley
Manager Eddie took devoted time to help me make decisions in selecting dinning room and some living room pieces for my new home he also helped in selecting a mattress, his dedication was very much appreciated to my time he never made me feel as if I was a bother at any time even offered water for a refreshment. This is true customer service beyond the call of duty. Good person from the soul.

Plenty of help from the employees, everyone was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Minus 1 star because, just like any other sales floor, they use a lot of pressure to convince you to buy without comparison shopping. I'd advise looking up furniture and matching SKUs to get price matching.

It took 6 months for our items to be delivered when we were originally told 6 weeks max. Today was delivery day, and our office furniture was not on the truck. Not to mention the delivery guys put a dent in our wall. We call to complain, and follow up on our missing furniture, only to be told that they cannot take our complaint and that we would need to call someone else. This was the worst furniture purchase, and we still do not have everything that we paid cash for!
Insurance is misleading. I purchased it for a sofa chaise, I was told it would cover accidental damages, spot cleaning, faulty furniture, etc. Never thought I would have to use it, however, lets be precautious. Spent the money on it and guess what, the third party company who is used on this warranty deal doesn't cover the claim. They said they can send an emergency tech but it would all be out of pocket. In that case I might as well buy a new couch. And that money, it went to waste. I had a horrible experience buying the couch but once everything finalized, I thought hey redemption on the store. But now with this. Never again, Ashleys furniture.

Worst furniture buying experience in our life! We purchased coffee tables and ends on November 2021 and were told it would take 10-12 weeks to arrive (already bad). Fast forward to August 2022 and we finally find out our furniture is ready to be picked up and received the address and scheduled the pick up date. We drove maybe 40 minutes for pick up and learn that our furniture is not at the warehouse as we were told. We returned home empty handed. We called customer service to ask they deliver our furniture at no cost due to their error and for wasting our time. They said they can’t and I’m we can go back to pick it up, which we declined because we aren’t driving an hour and a half round trip for a wasted trip again. We are told only the store can change the status from pick up to delivery (major customer service flaw). We called the store and speak to Manager Eddy (Pasadena). He was awesome, immediately apologized and agreed to change to delivery at no cost for their mistake. A few days later we get a called to let us know we will get our furniture delivered yesterday 8/18/22 between a certain time frame. They never showed up. We called to find out what happens and they said they wouldn’t be delivering due to a glitch. We’re we never going to get a call? Now we are back to waiting on a call to schedule a delivery date. Awful company, and awful experience! Ashley sucks!
Placed and order for a bed and was told it would 4 to 6 weeks I was ok with that but I waited a year with no delivery and nothing but excuses I DO NOT I repeat DO NOT recommend this place
I have spent several thousand dollars at the Pasadena store and I am still waiting on 1 piece of furniture to complete my order. My order was originally placed in February. It took 4 months to get everything but the 1 piece I am missing. Sales person that I was working with has been ignoring my calls as well my emails. I am beyond frustrated with Ashley.

My experience with the sales team was outstanding. I purchased a living room set, bedroom set and dining room set in early March or this year. I was told I would have all my items at the latest by mid April. I asked about this before purchase as we were moving into a brand new home in late March. I received my bedroom set and sofa as promised. The ding room set arrived late and missing hardware and missing 6 chairs. My server was also not available. My dresser for my bedroom was broken on the bottom 2 drawers which the driver did not put in the delivery notes. When I called in about it I was given a hard time by the CSR who wanted to replace the piece instead of providing the missing screws it needed for the drawers.! The replacement did not arrive till end of June. I was promised a credit for almost 400 which was never given. I just received my 6 dining chairs and server yesterday Aug 10th. 5 months after purchase!!! Not one person from management has called me or offered anything for my inconvenience. I will NOT purchase from them again and would highly recommend finding what you want at another place unless waiting 3-5 months works for you. I am very very disappointed in their delivery practices. Thank you Update October 14th 2022. Ashley responded to this google review stating they were concerned about my experience. I have still heard nothing from the company and they are clearly aware of my experience based on my comments. Also, still no refund for what was promised for the dresser. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

last year August 2021 , went to the store and bought, new dining room set and hutch, new tables for the living tables and a tv stand .. said the delivery date will be in two weeks cool … sold the the furniture well did not hear from them told me back order it took 2 months for my dining room set, my hutch 5 months , the tables 6 months for the living room .. it’s been a year for my tv stand the other day the said 5 to 8 weeks i should get it we’ll see… i will never never order from them again .. they have lied to me saying your next on the list that’s been a year wow .. i don’t understand how they can have sales and lie to people that it will be two weeks to get there stuff.
I ordered over $2K worth of furniture on July 9, 2022. I received an email letting me know my delivery date was scheduled for July 23, 2022. I verified the delivery date three times within that week and rid my other living room to make the delivery and assembly more achievable and less stressful. On the day of the delivery I had family and relatives from various states coming to visit and there was ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE for anybody to sit!!! I called again and they said “oh I’m sorry, your furniture is on back order”! BACKORDER!!!!!! They replied with your delivery is now scheduled for August 6, 2022. 🗣 AUGUST 6th???? I then received a call on Friday, July 29, 2022 at approximately 9:55 am from Ashley Homestore giving me, Tuesday August 2nd as a first available and I said I’d just keep my August 6th date because I wouldn’t be home. She said okay and she had me scheduled for the 6th. I eventually wound up being off on Tuesday, so I called Ashley on Monday, August 1st to see if they could honor Tuesday’s date then they tell me oh we see you are scheduled for Thursday, August 4th. 🗣AUGUST 4th??? I’m like where did that date come from??? That’s not what I indicated to the representative when she called and they all keep saying “oh, I’m sorry, the system changes the date”! 🗣THE SYSTEM CHANGES THE DATE??? Are you kidding me??? I’m plastering my review in everyplace where the eye can see. I will NOT order anything else from Ashley. If I’m at a non-Ashley store and I see the name Ashley (made or manufactured by) I’m still not buying it!!!!!

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a couch on 6/6/22 and it wasn't delivered by 7/24/22 so we cancelled the order. If you try to call customer service, be prepared to wait a couple of hours and you'll be lucky if they don't drop the call on you. I live about 5 minutes from the local Ashley store in Pasadena, so being I was a customer of the old Fingers stores, I had a loyalty to them, among the 5 minute drive. Plus I had just bought 2 expensive beds from them, so they knew I was a good customer. Plus over the years we've bought many items from them. If you're going to buy from them, buyer beware. That simple call to customer service may not be so simple after all. OK, this being said, we decided to make a trip to the Ashley warehouse off I45 North and Airtex. We ordered another couch and in a month and a half it wasn't delivered. So I cancelled this order. We went to American Furniture in Webster, bought a couch and it was delivered 3 days later. I gave Ashley 2 chances and was grossly disappointed on both tries. American Furniture will get my business in the future and I won't even mess around with Ashley even though their Pasadena store is 5 minutes from my house.

He went out of his way to help me, was patient with all my questions as a first time buyer, and even followed up to give me updates on my delivery status, which I really appreciated. Took 5 months of false delivery dates to get my furniture. So long that the couch I ordered was discontinued. When delivery finally happened I only received the chase portion of my couch and not the rest of it.
Stay away from this company!!! We did an exchange back in April and have yet to receive all my pieces. We're not getting answers and I want to know why?!!! I want my furniture that I'm paying for but don't have!!! I want my love seat!!
Stay away from this place. We placed our order in December and didn't receive anything until March. The order was incomplete and until now it hasn't arrived. They keep saying that they sent it but there is nobody home. I work at home!!! In the end they said they raised the prices and we owe them more. We asked them to cancel. Now there is something wrong with an item and it has been impossible to get someone to help us with it. They keep making up excuses and sending us to other people.

We got 2 whole bedroom sets, & a living room set back in may. We kept pushing the date because we weren't ready. They told us they're just waiting on us. When we called to say we are ready they said they will deliver it the next day, everything! But when the delivery man got here he just had 1 bedroom set. When we called they said we wont get everything else until OCTOBER!! When we called they gave us a horrible attitude, & did not wanna help at all. Im going to cancel my order and now im at rooms to go.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!! We bought a couch set 2 months ago. Every week they keep pushing the delivery date. They promised us it will get here a month ago and then they said in a week. Now they're saying another week. Today they called and they said another month. This is ridiculous. I already got rid of my old couches whenever they promised the delivery. I have no couches at the moment, because they're false guarantees. I'm definitely going to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere.

Bought a over $5000.00 dollar sectional. Was given a delivery date by Ceasar (salesman). That day came and went without receiving our purchase. Was given another date by Angel (help desk employee), that day came and went without receiving our purchase. Was given yet another date by Tyler (store manager) that date came and went without receiving our purchase. Was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to talk to Eddy (another store manager) and was hung up on. Went into the store to get some answers and was told by Mimi (another store manager) that it was going to be another 4-6 weeks. Ended up canceling our order, was refused by the store to get a copy of the cancelation receipt. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE PASADENA STORE!! Beatriz another sales rep openly agreed that the PASADENA store is no good when it comes to customer service. If the manager is agreeing with how crummy the customer service is, turn around and leave!! Worst buying experience I have encountered.
The salesman who helped me actually deserves 5 stars. He was respectful and knowledgeable about the products. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is for the store manager. When I went back to return the product her demeanor went from pleasant to moderately rude. If you want a 5 star rating , you have to be pleasant when making a sale and when accepting a return.
I will never buy from here again. Our couch has taken forever to come in. Every time we’ve called to ask about our order, it hangs up, says our order isn’t available for scheduling, or I get a very rude customer service representative.

Better off going to American furniture warehouse they have the same stuff for cheaper! We discovered this after the fact but definitely don’t purchase from this place total rip off.
Just had a less than stellar moment with a woman admin who was unfriendly and lacking in any empathy concerning our upset that one piece of our furniture order has had delivery delayed 3 times now. She was cold and unlikable, instead of trying to be helpful or understanding. Not sure if I want to return to this store again. I'll travel to the other side of Houston next time to avoid unfriendly staff.

Bought a Hole set, a furniture there loveseat couch Pillows lamps the whole works within 6 months. The couch starts falling apart, so we talked them. And they said they would be out to look at it and fix its 8 months later, they send everything to fix the couch. And then they tell us it's too late to fix it. So we had to call Better Business Bureau on these guys. This is after being on the phone with them constantly. For about 4 months straight, they send one guy out. He puts a cushion in the couch and tells me he can't fix the rest. But they send me cushions fabric in a material to fix the couch. But they will not send anybody out to Service the couch. The arm rest is broke falling apart. Big sag in the couch. Looks like this. Stitches are came out. I will not be going back to this place ever again.
This is my first time purchasing furniture here at Ashley's furniture and it will definitely be my last, Purchased a sectional late January and was told it would get here End of March, they then said it was going to arrive mid April.... NOW I called and they told me it would not get here till May 7th because it arrived DAMAGED and if it does not arrive by may 7th then I wont get it till late June, this has been the most awful experience ever and I would definitely not recommend coming here

A few months back, my husband and I bought a new dinning table. We paid everything upfront. The customer service was great, but their delivery promise is way off! My husband had to take time off from work to be home to receive the furniture on the promised delivery date. However, they failed to let us know they weren't delivering until a later date. We kept calling to no avail. Long story short, we had to go back to the store to speak with someone in regards the delivery date. It was only then that they finally provided a final delivery date to which they fulfilled.
After months I finally had a second item of an order delivered last Thursday. Although my purchase included "white glove" service, and my first item was assembled, the delivery guys informed me that they were not scheduled for assembly and that I would need to reschedule assembly. I immediately called and got a "service request #" issued minutes later. I was told that someone would contact me shortly to schedule assembly. No call. Saturday I went in to the store. Recieved another service request number, told to expect a call. No call. Wednesday noon returned to store. New service request number and told to expect call within 24 hours. No call. I went by thurs evening. Mgr involved, but same story.. expect a call. I'm very busy but resolved to assemble the thing myself. I opened the box only to find a ton of pieces and no instructions or even a picture of the item. There are footsteps imprinted on the foam inside the box. I can only assume that the warehouse guys opened it up and then decided not to work on it. As a customer I expect the courtesy of a return phone call, or at least assembly instructions.
I would never order anything from these people. They lie to there customers and conduct bad business. They wait for over to months to deliver an exchange and then say they can't do it because there is a dog hair on it. These people live in Lalaland to think the couch is going to look the same way after they take two 2 months to deliver. That is absolutely absurd.
Everyone from the sales staff to the delivery crew was professional and efficient from start to finish. I am very satisfied.

I just bought my first home and purchasing furniture here was a fun experience until the lies started. The salesperson Beatriz made promises left and right, clearly told us that our bed set was not going to take more than 4 months. We are waaay passed that. Tried canceling my order due to broken promises and they couldn't even do that right. Just called customer service and order is still not cancelled. Manager is very rude and hanged up on me. They are a joke. Ashley's reputation is going DOWN!

Purchased a new dining set in NOVEMBER 2021….. it’s FEBRUARY 2022… called just a few minutes ago and was told my expected delivery is now MAY 31st…… MAAAYYYYY 31st. I expected way more from this store. I am a first time customer. I’m going to let them take their sweet time but this will be the LAST time I ever purchase from them. EVER. I visited the store in Fairmont Parkway near Beltway 8 reluctantly as I had not been impressed with the store at Baybrook Mall… however I was very pleasantly surprised by the manager and sales person at the Fairmont store… I was left in peace to wander through the store snd the manager checked to see if I needed help - without pushing a sales associate at me!!… then Lonzell checked with me and supplied me with measurements and prices which I took home… Came back the next day to purchase and am now awaiting delivery of sofa, chair and ottoman.. I also bought their comprehensive protection plan to cover any mishaps ..looks like a very good deal. I hate being pressured by sales people and my experience at this store will bring me back next time I am looking for furniture..
I went in to buy some furniture and no one helped me. One employee saw me but turned around and did not make eye contact with me. All other employees were standing around having I guess happy hour laughing and hanging out. I literally had cash on me to buy tons of furniture 😩 but no one approached me. So I left Ooo well their loss. Never judge a book by its cover.
It was overall a nice experience. Cindy helped us out! Gave some good deals, only issue was the delivery date. 8-10 weeks is too long! Wasn’t her fault, but a friendly heads up would’ve been nice. We did end up going back & getting a gorgeous dining room set from her.
We visited Ashley's Furniture in Pasadena Texas when shopping for a powered recliner chair. The salesman greeted me and courteously assisted me with finding the chair that we eventually purchased. He was a very experienced salesman that seemed to know exactly what we wanted. Thank you and we will continue to shop at Ashley's.

I had a voucher for an unused accidental coverage I bought several years back with some couches. I never made a claim and was told I would get store credit for it. When I went in the store they could not find my information since it was under a different system. However, the store managers and assistant managers all worked to get the information and honored the amount. Thanks for all your efforts. I can't wait to have my new couch home!

Walked in and Paul greeted me, he allowed me to walk around the store alone which I really liked a lot. I came back and told him the items I was thinking about and we went to look at them together and see his thoughts. I then decided on a bed and mattress and then he so graciously helped me carry a night stand over to a different bed so I could see if I like it with the bed and I decided I loved it! I was in and out in no time and never felt like anyone was trying to upsell me or pressure me. It’s been about 9 years since I bought anything from this location but I go back every time, because of the customer service and easy process! And a bonus all my items were in stock and could be delivered as soon as 3 days!!!!!

I order a dinning set in April 2021 and was told I would receive it by July. It's Sep and I still haven't gotten anything. Thanks a lot. I tried canceling yesterday and was offer a discount and a delivery for 9/22 with my table and 4 stools, and now they are saying they only have the table to deliver and the stools will come Jan 2022. So now I have to figure out what to do for the holidays.? I'll give it another week to see if there is an update but if not I'm canceling. Not worth the wait. I can go to Rooms To Go and get my order with in a month or 2. Which I knew I should've done but I gave this place a shot. What kind of furniture store delivers 9 months later?!! Ridiculous.10/14/21Here's another update. A week after my initial post I called again to cancel and was told all my items were in stock, and they wanted me to schedule 3 deliveries on different days. Well I decided not to and have all items delivered in one day. Well it's a day before delivery and I'm told only my table will be coming after they told me all my items where coming. I tried calling twice to cancel my order because I'm done dealing with this, and now my call is answer and then I'm transfer and no one picks up. Can someone please contact me to cancel my order. This is the 5th chance I have given this company and it the same issue. Im over it.

Not a good experience. Communication to and from the store is nonexistant. Still waiting for a delivery time 5 days after paying for the items. Obviously they have nothing in the "warehouse" and procure items as you pay for them. Update.. after hold for about 30 mins finally get a human being who said basically 2 weeks out deal with it. There is nothing anyone can do. So if you fail to heed the advice about buying be prepared to be disappointed.

Great long lasting furniture
Douglas Ramirez was such a big help through this process. He talked to us about each piece that we picked out, gave us multiple options to choose from when it came to the best price for us, discussed the payment arrangements with us in details to make sure we were happy. My husband & I were very hesitant because the last time we went to Ashley’s (DIFFERENT LOCATION) the were rude. But that was not the case at this location. Thank you very much Douglas! UPDATE: NEVER SHOP HERE! Canceled our order because it wasn’t going to be here until Feb 22nd when we placed the order on Sep 4th….every manager that we’ve spoken too has not kept in touch with us about our order. First manager failed to contact me letting me know it’ll be delayed, second manager gave us a small refund (great right?) & said he’d call a factory in New Braunfels to see if they had our rails (only thing missing to our order) he never called us back with an update, we went this past weekend to a different t location & a manager said that they could have given us every other piece of furniture we ordered & gave us free rails until our original rails we ordered came in. LACK IF COMMUNICATION. I opened a credit line to help us finance the furniture & I spoke with the bank that they finance through & they’ve given me 3 different prices about my balance…This is frustrating because I ran my credit for some furniture that I expected to have in November but I canceled after getting multiple delivery dates. I can’t just say I’ll cancel the credit card too because it’ll affect my credit which is upsetting. I understand COVID has affected a lot of delays but it would be better if management would communicate.

Beatriz helped us get our first King size bed frame that is so stunning and beautiful! She was patient and kind with us throughout the whole experience in the store. All employees were wearing their masks and kept their distance from the customers which I appreciated very much especially with covid cases rising everyday. Also the manager took the time to help us as well and at the end he thanked us for coming in the store. We appreciated that very much!
After explaining to the sales lady that the furniture I purchased HAD to be delivered when she promised because we are moving out of state, I am STILL waiting. Have called the store and talked to the manager, who said they would look into it and call me right back. Well here it is a week later and she still has not called me back. But the delivery people left me a voicemail letting me know my furniture wont be here for another 2 weeks. We wont be in Texas in 2 weeks. Called the store again and ask for the manager to call he back. What a surprise......no call! Guess I will have to go into the store and pitch a fit to get someone's attention. At this point all I want is my money back!!!!

Came to buy furniture for my new home, and had the best buying experience. I had already gone to many furniture stores but always felt uncomfortable with the sales staff following me around everywhere. Here the sales person, Baylie, showed me where everything was at and then left me alone so I could make a decision in peace.
After waiting forever for my delivery which had been rescheduled twice on their part. Today I sat at home ALL day waiting for the delivery of my items and NO ONE has communicated whether they are still coming or not. I don’t know if it’s the delivery team or the establishment as a whole. Very upset! Next time I will go to Rooms to go their customer service experience is much better!!!

The sales lady was nice but super pushy about the financing when I had already told her we set money aside for these things. After the sale, I can't get in touch with anyone via phone because no one answers ever. I was told one thing about delivery but of course , it's been two weeks over that and I'm here like where is my stuff, just floating around somewhere in space. Super frustrating. I should have stuck with Rooms to Go but Ashley is closer in distance. Smh.

They told me they never initiated the refund and it will take an additional 1-2 weeks since they just initiated it right then. I was really relying on having that money when it was initially told I would. I also purchased a dresser and bookcase. The dresser was delivered damaged and I understand I could’ve been the carriers fault. I told them I wanted a refund for the dresser. I have yet to see that happen back to my ashley furniture credit card. This has been going on for 1.5 months. The bookcase was supposedly delivered but I never received and I wanted a replacement. When I called back after 2 weeks to see what happened to the replacement they told me they’re going to have to refund me and I can order it again. Then I had order 4 dining room chairs. 2 were damaged and I was told I would get a call or email to let me know if they will send the replacement leg. Never received any kind of communication. This company does not care about the customers and sound like robots when I tried explaining the situation. Only to have a series of apologies with no issues resolved. I want my money back and I cannot wait to pay off the additional stuff I purchased and burn the credit card so I will never have to deal with this incompetence again.

Seems a lot of ppl who bought here are having the same problem as me. I bought a sofa and love seat March 20, 2021 was told it would take 8 weeks to be delivered been past those 8 weeks and now they are saying I have to wait till June 18th to schedule a delivery. I also paid in full for this items that I haven't received and most probably going to have to wait months before I'm able to receive them. It's a total disappointment. This is an update... I contacted my sales person Thomas his helpful but they don't do what they say they are going to do. I was supposed to get delivered a sofa an loveseat today and only got the sofa... This is the last time I will be buying here plus the delivery guys where dropping the sofa outside. This is frustrating 😤.

If I could give this place a negative review I would. I bought these couches in April and they said due to COVID it would be 6-8 weeks upon delivery. Well they called in June and said it got pushed back to July. In July they said it got pushed back to August. So we’re in October and I get a call saying my couch would get here this week. So I make sure I’m here all morning, turns out it was the WRONG couch. So I’ve been waiting since April and I have yet to receive my couch. Literally a joke. If you plan to buy from them then just know you’ll be waiting for about 6 months with awful communication and terrible service.
As of right now the salesman Patrick did a great job and would gladly recommend this Ashley's store. I have bought from here in the past and love there quality of furniture. My only reservations are going to be the delivery issues that every one seems to be having. I will update and possible take away stars next month based on my delivery issues. More to come... Stay away. Horrible customer service I canceled part of my order and they are still charging a full price. I have been trying for months now to correct this but customer service does not want to deal with me and hangs up after putting me on hold. I have spent at least 4 hours on the phone during the past 3 months trying to fix this issue. I just continue to get the run around.The store sends me to customer service, customer service sends me to the store there's no way around it. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau tonight. Zero stars.

The store team diligently resolved my issue with processing my store credit from corporate approval and placed my new order. I gave it 4 stars because my only issue was that I didn’t get notification of corporate approval as they had promised. I had to call the number and finalize my Oder and delivery myself through the automated system. It seems like this is an issue on all stores. I had trouble getting call backs from other stores to get a status on my orders.
The experience at Ashley Furniture was easy, and fun. I have twins on the way and need to upgrade my 8 year old little girls bedroom suit to make room for the coming bundles of joy. The selection was fantastic, not to mention the price. The fact that I was able to make my own furniture bundle and still save was important. The furniture came in both adult and kid size. We mixed and matched the adult version and kids version due to size differences. For example the dresser in the adult version had one drawer more and was a tad larger etc.. Thanks to Abril at the Pasaden store #263 on Fairmont pkwy for everything! I highly recommend going and seeing her!
Lonzell was one of the best sales people I've ever dealt with in a furniture store. He let us look around and only offered advice when we asked him for it. He didn't trail us around like other sales people do in other furniture stores. They also price matched our bed set to one we had seen at another store and it was able to come out cheaper! I will without a doubt go back to purchase from him again in the near future.
I ordered a mattress and box spring nearly two months ago. It still hasn’t been delivered. They keep giving me dates and changing the dates on when it will be here. I called the salesman and he has never returned my phone call. I totally wish I had gone somewhere else.

Have been waiting for weeks for my furniture 1 item to be delivered in June ad the rest was supposed to be delivered on April 15, I had to contact customer service to find out the whole order was set up for June. Now they want to charge me 10% for canceling my order. Stay away from this place. Update: was able to cancel my order no thanks to this location. Customer service on the phone was more helpful than the physical store. Supposed to get a full refund, we will see.

I was looking for a recliner for my dad. I needed it that day because I was only in town for his hospital visits and was heading back to Nevada the next day. I ended up goingto 5 stores to get one. When I went here, one of the sales representative showed me a recliner I really thought my dad would like. I told him I needed it today and he said "No problem. It is in stock in our warehouse in north Houston." After doing the paperwork, I got my slip and headed 45 mins to north of town. When I arrived I walked in and handed them the slip.they told me that the recliner will arrive today, but it takes 24 to 48 hours for processing. They told me to call Saturday. I didn't say anything to them because it wasn't their fault. When I got back to my truck, I called the store. I asked for the sales representative I was doing business with and he was out for lunch. I asked for the manager and I told him what had happened. He said he was sorry and would schedule for free delivery a few days. He said the delivery team will bring it in the house, set it up and clean out the trash. They will check to make sure it works and then we will sign and they will head out. Fast forward a few days, the delivery was on time, but they just dropped it out front and left. This is twice the info from the store was wrong and now I need to find someone to move it for my parents.

Orders from Ashley Furniture are taking more than 4 months to get delivery!! I went to Gallery Furniture last month and got my furniture the same day and didn't charge me for delivery. I called today 03/25/2021 to see the status of my delivery, the one I supposed to get on March 20, 2021 and they told me it was pushed back till June 2021. This is the main reason I chose Gallery Furniture instead. Gallery Furniture keeps their promise, Ashley Furniture just lie to their customers! This is not the first time it happens. Avoid this store and go somewhere else.
Walked around the whole store twice and no one asked if I needed help. Only 2 other customers in the whole store! Associates talking to each other, one on their phone just texting. Even walked right next to them and no greetings. Needed a bedroom set but I guess they don't need much business for them not to help. Just my experience today.

My sister Cancelled her order prior to delivery and found out the order was not even placed after 5 days per their home office. Yet they insist on charging 10% restocking fee! Crazy. Restocking fee?For something not even order or in stock yet! They should only keep 10% cancellation fee when purchased online, According to home office ! But they will keep it because they run an unscrupulous business and is written in small print specifically for their scan! Spanish to follow ... I will have my daughter ( who is an influencer with a large following) post this warning as well. Hopefully I can help someone avoid these people.

Nice furniture and helpful sales people but delivery service is very bad. We were told a few weeks. I got a call stating they would be delivering our chairs the couch was not in. I advised them we wanted it all at same time so wait on couch. Then in about 2 weeks they called stating they would be delivering our furniture in 2 days. We gave all our furniture away to be ready for delivery of new furniture. The guys came in today, put together two chairs and requested a signature. I said wait where is the couch. They did not have it. He called and was advised the couch would be in in 4 weeks. This is unacceptable. Now we have a room with only 2 chairs. Very very POOR service. I would not recommend Ashley to anyone.
I had originally put a good review but didn’t appreciate being treated like a nobody by the salesman. Although the furniture was under my name and I am the one employed he kept talking to my husband like he was in charge. I was lied to that my furniture would arrive ASAP and so far I only have a mattress and bed frame and one nightstand. The Ergo acts like it’s possessed goes up on its own to the highest elevation that’s dangerous if my grandchildren are on there they will definitely be knocked off. I ordered my furniture 1/12/21 and still no bed frame, headboard, dresser, mirror or chest of drawers they don’t know when the chest of drawers will arrive and although the upgraded my frame, gave me a discount this still is not acceptable in my opinion. First you blame it on covid and now the winter freeze?! Nobody at the store answers my calls now! Fabian the store manager is great when it comes to talking me out of cancelling my order. He is helpful but I take this as a sign I should walk away from this high dollar purchase our economy is not doing well at this time! After posting this review the owner apologized to me and asked for my order number, name and phone number to look into this matter further. I have not heard back from them. Another disappointment. Ok so I called the store and spoke to the store manager Fabian who claims maybe power surges made the bed malfunction? He wanted to send a technician to reset the bed I told him we can do it. I am not taking a day off for this we called the store today to see if he is there to go in and cancel and how funny now the salesman that started in January claims to be a manager come on Patrick you patronized me the day I made the sale and now claim to be a manager? Wow!? He now blames all this mess on having a Republican president previously and now that a democrat is in office all should work out well?! I don’t think so!?

Worst experience with a business I have ever had in my life. My wife and I purchased furniture from Ashley furniture store in Pasadena, Texas on fairmont parkway. When they delivered it which took over a month from when we purchased it, they showed up with half the furniture we purchased. We had them take one of the recliners back because it was damaged. Took another two weeks for them to deliver the rest of the furniture including the recliner to replace the one damaged. In the process of delivering the furniture the men bringing it into the house hit or front door hard with the metal bar on the bottom of the couch. A large chunk of the door was broken out and a couple of small spots also chipped out. The delivery guy immediately tried to cover up the damage with some red scratch putty. The door is brown so that didn’t look real well. Contacted Ashley furniture about the damage and they said they would submit a claim and someone would contact us in a couple of days. It took almost a month for someone to contact us about the damage. Alba was who contacted me and basically said they would patch the door and spot stain it. I told her that that was unacceptable and would not have them repair the door in that manner. If they were going to patch the door I told them that they would have to re-stain and varnish the entire door so that it would match. They said that they would not do that that it would only be patched and that if we did not let them do it their way then we were basically out of luck. Talked to a supervisor and they ended up sending back to Alba who told me the same thing as before. Our front door was a nice well kept door and because of Ashley furnitures ineptitude we we will have to have it repaired or possibly replaced to get it back to it’s previous look. Apparently Ashley Furniture does not need more customers. After posting my review they contacted me and verified they will not repair my door properly. You definitely will not have any of my business in the future. I also own a business and will pass it on to anyone I know not to do business with Ashley furniture.

We ordered a living room set in December and was told it would be here by January 22nd. No one ever communicated that the delivery dates changes until I called and asked. I left a message at this location For a manager to call me back so I can get things figured out on the delivers and no one called me back. I went to the store the next day and they said they can expedite at least the sofa. Then when they expedited the sofa, it came damaged and they said we would have another in 24-48 hours. No one ever called or emailed. I called the store and they said no managers are available to speak to me. I called again and left a message for someone to call me back and no one called me back. I had to go up to the store again and one of the managers (a Hispanic man, said they did all of my orders wrong. He then proceeded to say well nothing is going to get to you until at least end of March, because that’s what should’ve been communicated to you but all of the documents they printed didn’t say March at all. They all had the date of January22nd. So then I asked what he had in stock that we could purchase since we need furniture, he took a long time and never came to find us to communicate that information. We gave up and cancelled all of our purchases. We drove to Rooms to go and purchased an identical living room set for half the price, free delivery, and their 3 year warranty. We picked up our couch today, and the other two will be delivered In 2 weeks, also can you believe they gave us actual delivery dates? Yup that’s right, no estimates dates because those change at Ashley. You buy a couch, if you finance, you pay for the couch before it arrives and maybe in a year you’ll have all of your pieces. Also the manager never apologized their lack of communication and lack of customer urgency. He was like well if you don’t cancel your order I can give you $250 off and I said how about I pay extra to have my couches here today. The people at this store do not care for their customers and will lie on when you will get your couches. Go somewhere trust me!!!! Don’t shop here!

Purchased a couch in November of 2020. Was told to expect my couch in the middle of January 2021. I call in the middle of January (today) and I first speak with a woman in customer service. As soon as my call gets connected she rattling off all this information about the store and that she can’t help me. I had to tell her multiple times I wasn’t calling regarding a refund I was calling to get my estimated delivery date. She didn’t apologize just kept talking. Finally she pulls up my account and tells me February 10th. Not a huge deal but my concern was no one had contacted me telling me it was pushed back another month. So we hang up and I call the store to speak with a sale person. He proceeded to tell me that my sales guy left and that’s why I hadn’t gotten an update. Excuse me?! You mean to tell me y’all sold me furniture and unlike a good company you decide to let that sales guys sales go without any contact?! He then proceeded to tell me that the previous sales guy should have told us to continue contacting customer service. What the hell kinda of company does business this way?! You don’t have the decent courtesy to notify your paying customers of changes!? In addition, this guy then tells me our couch won’t be delivered till February 17th!! An additional week from what I was just told. Save your money and time and go with any other rebuttable company.
My husband and I are still waiting on a dinning room set since October I've been given 5 different dates and still nothing smh its I'm sorry evrrytime I call ok so now they said I missed my delivery and now we've have to wait almost another week for delivery their customers service is really bad
I bought an item in Feb2021, delivered said item was shipped damaged in April2021, was told item will be delivered in early June, unbeknownst to me delivery date was pushed back another two weeks. I received an automated call informing me of delivery dates requesting me to push corresponding number to confirm appt date and time. The automated calls continued multiple times throughout the day and if you do not respond, your delivery date will be canceled. I contacted the parent company, left a message, and received call several days later. The guy stated that I had to respond to all automated calls regardless of how many times I replied and that he was sorry about the issues I was experiencing. Needless to say the "additional issues" I had with Ashley Funiture canceling the delivery dates because their system showed that I had a balance...no true. It is in my opinion that the entire system...electronically and with humans is set up against the customers. Horrendous experience and a never again customer!!!!!!

Worst customer service and communication ever. We were always hesitant to buy at Ashley’s because we were afraid of back orders. But we did anyways to give it a try...never again!!! We bought a house full of furniture (so know we paid a lot) and had 3 different deliveries. The first delivery came and we were told one piece was back ordered. Ok, no big deal. Second delivery, still no table. Third delivery, still no table. 3 months later, still missing. So here I go trying to just talk to someone. Waited 30 min. on phone only to be told “you don’t have anything missing”. Really? Why would I be calling and wait 30 min. just to talk to you. Then I go up to store, lady started off same attitude. “You don’t have anything missing”. Finally she did some digging and found the issue. “Fixed it” and waited for delivery....delivery trucks never showed up and not even a courtesy call. Twice! So here I go again to the store and asked for manager. I approach him and I can already tell he was not happy that someone asked to “speak with the manager”. He didn’t even introduce himself. So I tell him my issue and what he says is “I can’t help you because you didn’t buy it here at my store and I have nothing to do with delivery”. So yes, we bought at different location, but he couldn’t even try to call or help me. What kind of manager is that!? He just hands me a flyer with delivery contact number (after I asked for number) to call which is the same number I’ve been calling on hold for 30+ minutes. Don’t buy at this store or any Ashley’s because if you have any problems, good luck getting help.
I wish I could give this place no stars. This whole Ashley experience has been one giant headache. I tried to return the table but they said it was too late. The sales person at the Pasadena location was just trying to make a sale and was just coming across as trying to be helpful, but left out a bunch of information that would have been good for me to know since it is my first time buying furniture and I said this. The manager was not any help either. I do no get consistent answers between Ashley employees whether I am talking to customer service or the store. The only helpful employees from Ashley have been the delivery guys. They have been very patient and helpful when the delivery order was incorrect and I was having to get out 2 chairs from the boxes. Aside from the employees and all the miscommunication, the quality of furniture is not worth the price AT ALL!!! It’s manufactured in bulk overseas. I have had this set delivered twice now and both times it’s been messed up. Now for the second time I will not have a table or chairs that I can sit and eat at. I have tried to give Ashley the chance to make it right, but I keep getting pushed off. All I want is my dining room table and some compensation. I will keep telling my story and discouraging anyone to buy from Ashley. ESPECIALLY THE PASADENA LOCATION!!!!
Service is the worse still having a hard time with them giving me a call back when it comes to scheduling the delivery day they just keep changing it and once they delivered they just took half of what i order i had called them to deliver it all together but no they decided to go and deliver it by parts then when i got what i had purchased it was scratched and falling a part i went right away to the store and they said they where going to exchange it to wait for the call they never called me im the one who’s been calling them with no solution im still here waiting for them to come pick up their things because i don't want nothing from Ashley furniture lack of communication after the purchase never again would i be buying things from here.
Service was great in that we were attended to shortly after walking in and Lonzell was helpful & diligent in getting us the items we were looking for in the color schemes we ultimately ended up purchasing Would definitely return and recommend others to this location.
Chad Klinkenborg was very helpful and Professional he made us feel comfortable and was able to answer all the questions that we needed to know. We originally was gonna shop around but after talking with Chad we decided to make two purchases for our bedroom and Kitchen we will be returning for a Bedroom next. PS there Cash prices are GREAT .

11/28/20: i do like this store. staff is not following you around trying to talk everything up and seem so "hungry for the sale". the only reason i cant give it 5 stars is cause some of the prices are crazy expensive! Manny was great (and very patient w/ us all 3 visits that day) and he helped us find the perfect setup for our living room and im very excited for the delivery :) had to change 4★★★★ to 1★ **UPDATE** 12/8/20 ** apparently the delivery part is where this store falls short! the reviews are a little hard to find but after doing so i realize its not just me with delivery issues! we bought a power reclining leather sectional couch w/ an oversized recliner, the color we wanted wouldnt be available for months so we decided on going with the brown one instead which could be delivered to us by the next weekend. now the MAIN reason we picked this particular set was because of the oversized recliner. so it was very disappointing when it was delivered without that and i was told it wont even be available til jan. i really feel like i was mislead / lied to / not made aware of this fact intentionally to "make the sale" in that case we could've just ordered the color we wanted since well be waiting til sometime in jan to get the rest of our purchase anyways smdh. bad business Ashley's Home Furniture!

When I purchased my bedroom set 8 years ago I only purchased 1 night stand. Well, now I needed one for my husband so I ordered the matching one on yesterday. I'm so thankful for my local Ashley furniture homestore.
I was met at the door by an informed salesman He and the store manager were both very friendly. I was not pressured in any way which is a big plus. I took the time needed to be sure that I picked what was right for me and they made sure the financing was easy. I also got a really quick delivery date. I was very satisfied with this shopping experience
Thankful for the warranty! I am getting a replacement recliner for one I bought a few years ago that wasn't able to be fixed. The sales rep was helpful in finding the best option to match my existing furniture. Also while I was there I purchased a bed. Everything went smoothly.
It took a while for someone to attend us. Then that person went to someone else and so we were waiting for them again. They were not helpful, they told us they couldn’t give us a store wide discount the next day but the magazine said it was all week. We had questions about online order and price matched and they didn’t know nor were willing to find out for us.
Cindy Rios was amazing. She helped me meet my needs along with the help of the mattress specialist. Was able to find the right furniture at a decent price.
Do not buy from this store!! They gave us a date to deliver and they did not, we had to wait another day to get the dining room chairs we ordered, and when we got them the legs were not level we called them back but they dont answer.. I am never shopping on this store again.. I was going to buy another furniture there but no never again.

Good service, employee by entrance was kind. He asked each of us for our name so he could point out specific stuff to us. Salesman was very attentive and answered all of our questions. He took us through the steps of the whole buying experience and told us what to expect after we finalized our purchase. Delivery is expected to take place very soon right before Christmas. Overall, store was clean and well ventilated.
Went in looking for their promotion on a queen size bed and their manager was no help in honoring the promotion. He said I needed to have an online reservation for this item and there was no online reservation on the ad. When he looked for the bed on their inventory he said it wasn't available. No help at all, I left very unsatisfied

I was a college student moving to Houston and buying my first full set of living room furniture. Thomas from the Pasadena store was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly, and was willing to price-match the quote from the online store. 10/10 recommend for my great customer service experience!
My fiance and I were able to come into the store today and pick out a nice kitchen table. We were assisted by one of the new salesman and he did a pretty nice job. He allowed us to have a bit of space and browse the stores selections and also provided helpful information when we asked for it. He wasnt all that familiar with the computer and paperwork side of the sale so it did take a bit longer than we had anticipated at the store. However, I would say that we had a great first experience and the salesman did a great job for only being his third day on the job. Where do I start? Ashley Furniture seems to have once been a reputable company, with quality furniture and customer service. Now, the furniture that is made is of a terrible quality, the warranties are a joke. And that is IF you can actually get your order delivered in one piece. This isn't just a COVID issue, it was a problem even before. Trying to get a hold of a person is nearly impossible, and when you do, you get excuses and blown off. It took me a solid week, hours of phone calls and two trips to my local store to actually get my order cancelled. Then it took me a month, more phone calls, more trips to my local store and several threats of litigation to actually get my money back. Mine is not an isolated incident. There us a FB group with nearly 6,000 customers with similar or worse stories, many who are threatening class action lawsuits. We are posting on local sites and warning everyone about ordering from Ashley.
Have you ever tried to get hold of someone at this store(Faimont Store). For some reason answering the phone is not their top priority. Needed to check on my delivery and it was impossible.They called me the day before and confirmed delivery and I got a text too with confirmation....no delivery.Didn’t put my furniture on the truck and they didn’t know why???? Let me know so I wouldn’t wait all day !Nope ...couldn’t do that. Won’t buy from them again.Cancelled my order!

I was pleased with the customer service in store. However, my furniture was not delivered as told. I was called frequently by automated and in person callers to reschedule, going back and forth with delivery dates. Thankfully, my furniture was finally delivered two weeks later than told. Also, I noticed two credit amounts were opened instead of just one. I try calling and I CANNOT get in touch with anyone. I waited on the line for over an hour, so I left a message to be called back. I still have not been called back. I will never order from Ashley Furniture again because I now cannot get any assistance with my previous purchase.

Wow! I love their furniture but they charge about $125 to deliver here in Pasadena or you can pick it up...from the warehouse on the other side of Houston not at the store in Pasadena! They don't make it easy on their customers!
I should of read these reviews before going to the store. The living room furniture we bought came out to be over 2k and the same day we received it, it had broken pieces. I called and instead of replacing they want to put a order to repair it?! That's a lot of money to wait on a repair. I would much rather wait for new couches and they can take what I have and "repair" it at their warehouse and resale them at a wholesale price or adjust my bill! Not happy with my experience one bit!***LET ME ADD THAT THE RESPONSE FROM ASHLEY IS JUST THAT. I SENT AN EMAIL AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME TO RESOLVE.

We had ordered a 4700 dollar couch on 7/17/2020, and due to the pandemic, we understood the delivery might take a while. The promise delivery date was 8/26/2020. On the 25th I had received a call setting up the delivery, the only catch was, it was missing a piece. I told the lady on the phone that we didn’t want to accept a partial delivery. I was told that the furniture would be ready for delivery 9/16/2020, 2 months from the purchase date. 9/15 rolls around and I’m expecting a call to confirm a delivery date, no call. I try calling the furniture, and no answer. After being on hold for EVER, I finally decide to drive up to the store and find out what’s going on with the delivery. When I walk in I’m “greeted” by a very irritated “manager”, whom I expressed my concerns with. His answer was very “we can’t do anything about it”. Because the system was down, and told me to call the number on the back of my receipt. No offer to take my number and call me back, nothing. Figuratively, threw his hands in the air and gave up. I inevitably cancelled my order, but since they don’t answer phones, I had to drive back up to the store and my mother, who lives out of town came with to look at furniture. When I had told him I wanted to cancel (because I don’t feel right supporting a business that treats customers the way the do)he walked to the back counter and “canceled” my order. When he came back, he handed me the receipt and told me it was taken care of. My mother then asked if we were going to get a verification of cancellation, to which he replied in a very condescending tone “well I can write canceled on it if you want”. He then went on to tell us about how “it’s been a week”. I’m sure we all have weeks, but it never gives you an excuse to belittle people. My question is, how is this place still in business?
Horrible delivery, I bought a bedroom set and has been well over 2 months since I’ve bought and still not here and customer service is horrible ! It will take you up to 1 hour to get In contact with someone for help !

The worst in service! I bought a tv stand 9/2 /20 they tell me to pick it up 9/10/20 is about 30 mins from where I live but that fine . I get there and they tell me is not there to come the next day ..😖is Sunday so get there and it close so I leave they have very bad Communication if they tell a customer to be there they should have the stuff their so go Tuesday and the 3rd time and When u get there my order is not there !!!!😤😤 Getting home I call Customer service it took me about 30 mins or more to get someone. So they agreed to deliver it on Saturday on the 19 so change my schedule to be at my house guess what just got a call on Friday they don’t have it !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid the tv stand in full And I wanted my now not a month later !!!! We bought a dining room set, this was a table and four chairs. This purchase was in March, not only did my item not get deliver on the agreed upon date but they couldn’t find the product and had to reschedule my delivery. I expect a call later that day but ended up having to call them 2 days later and ask where my order was, to which they told me they would have to see if they could find my items. This isn’t even the worst part. We finally got out table about 2 weeks later and mind you it’s now mid to late March. So we have our table and bar chairs that were purchased and I had to place a repair/ customer service order and this was on 06/09/2020. The order was to address the issue that the leg became detached from the retainer circle at the bottom of the chair. On the 19th of June they sent me an email confirming that they would send a replacement leg and a tech once we received the item. It’s now 09/14/2020, there has been no replacement leg sent and I just called customer service and was on hold for 30 minutes and the lady answered the phone and hung up. I will never buy anything from this company again and recommend that you go anywhere but here.

The experience recently provided by Ashley Home store was beyond disappointing. Especially after having a great experience when I purchased. I purchased a couch at the end of July, and understanding to the pandemic I knew that delivery would be delayed. No issue. The problem with my order was that after a month delay, I was notified that it would be a two month delay. Although frustrated, I realized that the change would not be to much of an issue. There was issues with lack of answering calls and run around and both the call center and the physical store when wanting to know about my order. However, the issue resulted after I decided to do a follow up on my order, which should have been delivered September 23. I chose to check on the order and hopefully have luck of an earlier delivery. The customer service was not responsive at all through the call center. After multiple attempts, pending answer for 10-20 minutes. The second issue was attempting online, where I have had to previously go because neither other options would answer. After lack of assistance online, I was just told to call the store. I was able to speak to JR, who I apologize to for receiving my frustration. But he provided me with detail that my order was canceled, two weeks prior, with no authorization of mine and that I had a credit at the store. A credit that I would not know of because no one called me, notified, send me smoke signals. I recently moved into a new home and pending a couch since July and then told it was canceled with no notification. You can tell I was not only frustrated but felt as I was mislead and a form of fraud was occurring. Both sales associates JR and Mimi who assisted me at the store were compassionate to my frustration. However, when speaking to the sales manager on duty and explaining all issues that occurred. The only option he told me was to reorder and basically deal with it. I attempted to request the item off the floor, however, since it is not a discontinued item, it was unavailable, which is understandable. Except, the sales manager in basic terms didn't care as if it was not his problem. It was the failure of Ashley's call center who created errors after this incident occurred which was with no fault of the customer and the only option I receive is re-order it. Not even a flag system of some sort to move me back into the top of the waiting list. The sales manager attempted to blame the pandemic for the errors and lack of customer service. If the call center would have provided me with an additional push back date instead of the news the sales associate gave me, I honestly would have been frustrated. But it would have been dealt with. However, this issue of low standard customer service is not pandemic at fault. This is lack of Ashley furniture not taking responsibility for their errors and failing customers and not being able to provide any other option to a customer but "reorder" and see what happens. When the error was under company's jurisdiction, not customers. I unfortunate did reorder, because at this time, I don't have the budget, time to spare and or options to go couch hunting. It was disappointing that there is no additional service, assistance or something that could have been done to provide adequate customer service after such a large failure by Ashley's furniture.

That recliner was found and put on the list to purchase. I was so pleased with the service I received that I decided to buy a second recliner.

never buy from here!! my son ordered a couch in June and when it was never delivered went to the store and requested a refund august 6th and now the store nor corporate can't get their story straight on who's refunding his $1,800 that should have been refunded by today, after being bounced back and forth all morning between the store and corporate they're saying no refund was ever processed and that the status of the order is waiting on delivery! this is theft!
I’d give this place 0 stars if i could. Their customer service is AWFUL. We bought a sectional, in full with our debit card. Money we saved up to buy the perfect couch for our first home. We bought it June 26th, was supposed to be delivered August 1st. I called the day before delivery and they told me “a delivery was never scheduled for you” like WHAT?! I would’ve never known if i didn’t call. We had nothing to sit on in our living room at this point, they apologized offer us a partial refund for our troubles and said we could get it by August 8th. August 6th i call for an update and they tell me ITS STILL NOT MANUFACTURED and that MAYBE i could get it by August 13th. Maybe!? ThAt was the last straw, we cancelled our order and asked for a refund in full since we paid in full, $1,781.10. That was August 6th that my husband went in and got a receipt for the refund. They told him it would take 5-7 business days to credit back to our account. Today is August 18th, the 8th business day since and that refund still isn’t in our bank account. Why? I called the store 6 times yesterday and left voicemails and not once has anyone called me back, or picked up the phone yesterday when i called periodically throughout the day. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They owe us a lot of money and haven’t given it back to us yet. DO NOT GO HERE TO PURCHASE FURNITURE. My next step is corporate if that money doesn’t come in ASAP.

Do not buy anything from this store! They will take your money and never deliver your furniture!! I went in wanting to buy a living room set, I had been in previously and saw one I loved; a couch and two different accent chairs. Decided to try the layaway program and just pay on it for a couple months till I could get my old set moved out. I gave mine to a family member so I went to pay the rest off and schedule the delivery, everything checked out and it was scheduled. I get a call the next morning that one of the accent chairs were discontinued so I could pick another for same price or get a second of the other. I decided on two of the same because nothing else matched with the set, delivery still set for same day! Delivery day came and nothing, so I called and they said it was rescheduled but then never came that day either. I went to the store and it had been rescheduled another time but said it would definitely be there this time but it wasn’t. Went through this several times, all of which they could never give me a reason for it being rescheduled. I canceled plans and let work to try to be there when they said it would be. I was ready to just get my money back and be done with it. They said there would be a fee for canceling almost $300 for something I would never receive and had already lost money from leaving work to be there for delivery when they couldn’t even tell me what the problem was on why it wasn’t being delivered. I talked to the manager and he said it would be there but accent chairs would be delayed a couple weeks. I waited one more time and still never received it so I went to the store to cancel. I was through with it! Now they tell me BOTH accent chairs were discontinued and I would only get the couch but it was ready to be delivered if I wanted it. I purchased a SET and after months of running back and forth to this store to try and get it, BOTH chairs were now discontinued and all I would get is the couch? Finally the manager said he would cancel the order and I could get my refund well it’s been over a month now and I yet to receive my refund!! It’s hard to get anyone on the phone at the store and don’t even think about trying to talk to the lady in customer service there, she is never there or answers! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

We found what we wanted and in a flash we were setting up delivery options to our door. Thanks for a speedy, quick, effortless purchasing process. I have been shopping at Ashley for the past 10 years and I have yet to have an issue with any of their furniture or have an issue during the purchasing process.

PISS POOR! We visited the store and found all the furniture that we absolutely loved for our new home. We were told EVERYTHING was in stock and we can have it all delivered to our new house on June 20th, the day that we move in! The 19th I received a confirmation call of delivery then an hour later I received another call that ONLY the couch, love seat and recliner would be delivered. At first I was upset, but got over it quickly. I was told the rest of our furniture would be delivered the following week. I get a confirmation call on the 25th that says ONLY the bench and 2 out of 4 chairs would be delivered. The rest of my items plus 2 chairs and kitchen table was delayed. So again, I get upset but quickly over it. My husband took off work and noone showed up. I called to see what the problem was and they showed us to not have ANY deliveries until late July! I spent over $7500 in this store to fully furnish our home. It is one thing to tell us at the beginning that nothing would be arriving by the 19th, but to LIE to us about it! Of course though, if they had told us this at the beginning, we would have walked out and went to another furniture store. The only thing that is keeping me from cancelling EVERYTHING is the fact that it is a hard inquiry on my credit! The sales personal are only trying to get things sold. Everytime I call customer service, they act like they have NO CLUE where my frustration coming from because they don't show where I was told my order would arrive "today". I am SO SICK of Ashley Furniture! I regret ever walking into this place! My family is in an EMPTY house with only a couch set. Such a waste of money and time!!! I will NEVER again order nor refer someone to this scam of a store!

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Ashley Home Store was just too perfect to pass it up. My salesman, Thomas, was nothing short of outstanding. I was never once pressured. I didn’t feel like a number. He went to bat to work out my purchase the way I needed it and made the signing process a two minute experience. I felt first class on all fronts. Today I purchased my first bedroom set and living room. Manuel Platero was prompt to assist us as soon as we walked inside the store. Manuel answered all our questions and made this process so much easier for me and my spouse as this was our first time purchasing furniture. Took time to explain every single detail in our contract, gave us additional tips, and provided excellent service. Both my spouse and I left the store super happy with our new purchase and felt blessed to be assisted by Manuel.
This is the most inconsistent and lying store that I have ever dealt with! Ever! Don’t order $8000 of furniture for your home and expect a truthful delivery date. Every customer service rep I have spoke with has a different story. And I have talked to several because they call me EVERYDAY that my order is supposed to show up to tell me it’s being delayed. I was TOLD from the beginning that ALL of my furniture would be delivered on the 20th of June and it was in stock! Now I’m being told that my 6 piece kitchen set will arrive in 3 different delivery dates, that have changed 6 times already and my sons 7 piece bedroom set will come in 7 different delivery dates spread out through July. Lets not even mention the 1 table that I got that god knows when that will come. I hate this store. It’s a shame they have such nice things but bad reputations!
WARNING!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!! I have received nothing but poor customer service and lies! Went to the store in May Michelle helped us out stated she can give us free delivery. Upon paying and checking out the lady stated that we were going to pick up the furniture and I immediately told her no we are supposed to get it delivered. She then called Michelle over to let her know that she has it on the order as customer pick up when it should state delivery. Michelle went on to say she would fix it right away and would call me within the next hour with a delivery day. 3 hours later I called the store because I had yet to receive a call back from Michelle regarding delivery day. Spoke with Michelle and was told she had yet to change it and check for delivery day and would call back. She called back 30 mins later and said delivery was set for 6/9. They day before 6/9 I called the store regarding delivery since I had not receive a call about delivery time. spoke with manager Fabian who then stated the order was set for customer pick up and not for delivery. And was not sure why Michelle never fixed it and stated to me it was going to be delivered on 6/9 but would talk with her about it. He then proceeded to tel me that he was able to get the delivery for 8 days later and would Send me a receipt via email. The next day upon reading the email and looking over the receipt I noticed it stated the delivery date for a month later than what I was told over the phone. Called the store....again and spoke with the same manager Fabian which proceeded to tell me he doesn’t remember talking with me and did not know who I was. Once I have him the order number and he started to look at “his” notes he remembered and stated in a sarcastic tone”oh I apologize ma’am I see In my notes for delivery In 8 days but my eyes must going out on me for old age because I see here that it is for next month. He then started to tell me excuses after excuses to which I finally told him I want to cancel my order and get my money back. I was then told it would take up to 21 days for a refund of cash, yes I paid in cash. Which that makes no sense, but again was given excuses as to why it would take so long and was given headquarters number to call. I immediately called headquarters and complained. Was told by the Rep. that they saw in their system the order was cancelled but the manager did not issue a refund ticket and Blount no notes as to why. Rep. Was then able to get her manager involved and I was told it was processed and approved and I would get the refund check in the mail within 7-14 days. Here we are. Going on 3 weeks and still no refund check in the mail and when I call the store I get nothing but lies and brushed off with excuses and excuses. No being told that a different manager canceled the refund and it was going be reprocessed and expedited. I am ready to call the BBB and local news station regarding this BS nonsense that could easily been avoided. There is no reason for a cash refund check to take so long. I have been telling friends and family to never shop at Ashley Furniture.

We bought a dinning table its arrived damaged the second time it arrived built wrong. The guys that built the table onew the table did not latch but did not tell my wife of the issue. They left, knowingly knowing it was not safely latched and thought i guess we would not notice. Completly unacceptable and wrong. The leaf extension was built wrong it could not be latched. Now were waiting on the 3rd table 2 weeks till its delivered after 2 hour phone call. We went to the store after the sales man stopped answering our phone calls or texts regarding the issue to be addressed. We went to the store and salesman provided a paper for a number to call. I told Him i came all the way here all you can do is provide a number? We called the number wait at least 45 min before someone answers the phone. They make you send an email also Its very frusturating. their very helpful in selling you furniture but lack customer service its a headache. Will never buy ashley furniture ever again. Should of just went to gallery furniture no issues and excellent customer service.Please save yourself the headaches.Worst part isNot a single phone call from the store to help us in our issue, and make it right.we paid alot of our hard worked money for this.

I have to say my experience with Ashley Home Store was quite exhausting. I purchased a sofa in May which was to be delivered the week of Mother's day. It was a gift to myself. Upon delivery, the delivery guys could not bring the sofa through the door. They eventually ended up taking the sofa back to the store. I was devastated! My family had nowhere to sit when visiting me for Mother's day. Ashley Furniture did not contact me to discuss perhaps a replacement or next steps for a redelivery. I ended up contacting them first. I went online to make another selection, but could not find anything else to my liking it budget. I asked for a refund and was told my account would be credited. The credit never arrived! I went back to the store to select another item and that is when I found out that the sofa I originally ordered was not disassembled correctly in order to get the sofa through the door! Needless to say I was very upset. The Manager Manuel assisted me in reordering my sofa. He was very professional and handled my issue promptly. Although he assisted me, it still left me with a not so good impression of Ashley Furniture. I don't think I will be returning to purchase additional items there.

I went to ashely home furniture located fairmont in pasadena tx to look for a full size bedroom set for my daughter a employer name JR Phillips was the one that help us he was nice to us he show us what they have in full size also he show us the mattresses my daughter showed him a piture she saw online and he said that they didnt have in stiore but he can check so he check and we bought it also we bought the mattresses he was really nice and he gave ys discount thank you ashley home furniture .
The warranty with this company is a joke don’t ever expect them to help you get the cheap furniture they sell fixed. I wouldn’t take free furniture from this company. It’s cheap garbage. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache and shop anywhere else.

Absolute worst customer service. If you need to call the store be prepared to wait at least an hour just to have them answer and then hang up on you. Then call customer service to have someone with a snarky attitude tell you “ I can’t answer the phone at the store for them” and be able to give you 0 basic information. And just recommend that you call the store again. It really doesn’t get worse then this. I spent $1200 here and could spend $5 at McDonald’s and be treated better. Management in both the stores and corporate offices really need to sit down and reevaluate how they are running things. Will never shop Ashley’s again!

I really like this location! I went today for a dresser but got more than that. I needed a rug for my office. I told Manny about my theme in my office and he knew exactly what rug I should get. He took me to it within the store and it was better than I expected. I'll have it in my office soon.

My wife and I went into the store with a specific need. We were greeted by Lonzell almost immediately, who spent the next hour answering our questions, helping us hone our search to a much more narrow selection. He gave us the "expensive" options only when we asked about them. He explained the benefits and drawbacks of each option thoroughly, and took the time to answer each question we had as they came up. When all was said and done, he had taken the time to find the best deal for us on our selection. Nothing about this experience felt like we were being pushed into a purchase. In fact, we were invited to take our time to consider the impact on our budget for each option. Then when we agreed to move forward with the purchase, he took the time to walk us through the details of the financial agreement. By far, this was the best experience we have ever had in furniture acquisition. I highly recommend this Ashley location, and Lonzell in particular!
Spent the afternoon at Ashley Furniture. My salesperson was awesome. He had amazing patience. Lonzell Owens answered every question as I selected my furniture. I'm so happy with my selections. Can't wait to see them in my home. I planned just to look, but he made ownership possible now.
I have been calling the pasadena store for an hour. No one answers. My nightstands have been delayed twice. No one wants to help. Now as of today 3/27/2020 my night stands have been rescheduled 4 times since they have never came in to the warehouse. If I didn&'t receive my dresser already I would cancel my order but they match my dresser so I guess I&'ll wait another month for them. I have even offered to pick some up at any of the stores but they will not let. Still no word from my salesperson or anyone else as of today (3.30.20)my nightstands are delayed til April 8th. They might be slivered then but I&'m sure they won&'t. They have been delayed 5 times now.

When I saw it was no longer available I was disappointed I kept calling the store in Webster and got no answer for 2 days even the people from the head office tried to call the Webster store a few times and they wouldn't even answer for them so they sent me to the Pasadena store I got Rachel she was totally awesome and got me what I need she searched and found it at there Louisiana store and now it is being delivered this Wednesday I am so very happy and it is all because of Rachel Johnson hepl. The ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here. My husband and I paid cash for our furniture and were promissed it would be delivered within 5 days it took 21 days for it to actually be delivered!!!!!!!! I called multiple customer service lines asking for help and they would only transfer me from one automated system to another. I called back numerous times asking to be transferred directly to the store only to have the call unanswered. If you need a bedroom set for you or your child DO NOT USE ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!! 3 weeks when you were promised 5 Days!!! That’s beyond BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!

Ok it's been a while since I have been online it was time to buy a new chair of corse we went back to Ashley. The other chair we bought worked out so well.Let me tell you my experience was wonderful. Ever one on the staff went way out of the way to help me. To tell the truth I did not make it easy. The chair is for my wife so we tried order on line. Ended up buying one on line but had to cancel that one because the size did not match up. That when Dillon Duke and Haley Frazier really stepped up there game. See my wife cant really walk so going in the store is very hard on her. So there was no choice I new we need to go to the store that's when Dillon and Haley came thru. Made sure she had a place to sit. Made her feel at home. We ended up spending about 400 more on different chair. My wife got to sit in and we know we got the right chair. The young lady who helped us was fantastic. All the other salesman just sat there and didn't even bother to greet us or anyone who walked in the door. I watched to see that not happening.
Horrible, Sneaky, lowdown customer service!!! Beware of the Sales persons on the floor especially Natalie!! She Lied about our purchase being on sale, and completed my sale purchase with lies!! After going through my receipt later I discovered a mistake with the sales price. When I returned to the store and explaining the situation to the manager He advised that Natalie was new and did not know what she was doing! How convenient!!!! And that the dresser was NOT on sale and also DID NOT come with the mirror when if fact I was told by Natalie that it did come with a mirror,So now I’m having to pay more money on their Sales associates false sale promises!! Beware on shopping at this Ashley Location! If I could give them a 0 star rating I absolutely would have but I guess a 1 star would have to do!!!!

Always greeted when walking in and always knowledgeable about the furniture. Never had a problem with them especially when walking in 30 minutes before closing. The girl stayed and helped us till we were done, couldn't be happier.

Was reassured by sales associate Nelson, several times that my furniture would be delivered in time. I was told it would come in 2 shipments, first Dec 19th and second Dec 28th. I received text messages to go online and confirm 2 days before delivery. I took my old furniture and mattresses outside only to not even get a call from the warehouse that my delivery was not coming. Called the store spoke to manager Thomas or Tomas who looked into the matter gave me back my delivery fee since furniture was not delivered. Was told showed delivery date of Jan 10th. Jan 11th I called the store spoke to a girl who said she was office manager and looked it up said furniture would come Jan 15th. Jan 15th still no furniture called store and canceled order. Jan 21st still have not been refunded.
Purchased a new mattress and box spring, and was told by the man who assisted us that "it was really bad to sleep on the box spring without a frame." We ordered the frame. SOLD. well, when the bed and boxspring were delivered the frame wasnt with my order nor were we notified prior to delivery that the order was not complete. Ive spoke with SO many customer service reps and ive gotten all kinds of reasons as to why it hasnt been delivered..... WE PURCHASED THIS IN NOVEMBER YALL. & here i am sleeping on this new matress onto of my new boxspring thats nicely placed on my floor..... I have rescheduled this frame delivery FIVE times.. I have taken off work 5 times to be home when yall are supposed to arrive. Although im in the same apartment complex, ive moved apartments since November. You would think that after all the inconvenience that yall could at least have the delivery guys transport the mattress and boxspring to my new apartment for me!!!! I mean come on, this customer service is ridiculous. our frame would be REALLY nice. . Considering were paying on it. Im sure if it was me wanting to reschedule a payment that yall would get out here really quick. Yalls customer service is the worst ive experienced by far... And thats coming from someone whose been in the industry for 11 years. Let's see if they show up for tomorrow's delivery.

This place is a freaking joke, they used Racial slurs, lie and cheat... don’t think about using this company, you will hate yourself. They showed up at 1am to deliver broken furniture no call. Would not credit for the damage.
I would never use this store again. The sales person (Cecelia) was extremely helpful and patient with us, but after that everything went downhill. I called the store for four days straight trying to hear when my furniture would be delivered and NO ONE answered the phone. Finally, on the fifth day I get an answer and I told the manager how many times I called. Her response? "Well, I'm the only one that answers the phone and if I'm on another call I can't just hang up and answer your call." Rude! I told customer service on her and supposedly they were going to tell her something. Then! We get a text telling us to schedule a delivery for next week (Jan 27), but when I called to schedule it they said we could not get our furniture until February 11 because our couch was not in stock. Then why did you text?! This place has been a headache. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!
Haven't gotten my furniture since I ordered and they just keep pushing the dates back. They just texted me it was ready, but my text wouldn't go through to schedule the date. Then when I tried calling, they told me only one piece was ready but they couldnt deliver it alone. Then why the heck would you text me?!

I’ve been waiting on furniture to be delivered since the day before Christmas Eve,now 2 deliveries later still don’t have all my stuff and one item is damaged and I should have some type of a refund for my missing work for deliveries not made,I want compensation for this,I spent almost 9,000 dollars that day,and wasn’t done completing my house,guess what definitely won’t be back

Purchased a piece of furniture in August and I am still waiting on delivery!!!! Received an email and a phone call letting me know it was ready for pickup, I drove to the warehouse to pick up and was told it wasn’t available. Received a call later and was told they would now deliver it, but no delivery, no call, nothing. I call customer service after being hung up on a few times, i finally get to talk to a so called customer service person and was told it was scheduled for delivery on 12.28.19 and once again, no delivery, no call. Let’s see if I get a call and what lie I will be told next! Not to mention I am still waiting on an exchange on another piece of furniture that is falling apart. Same thing, on back order for months now.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a kitchen island was supposed to be delivered on 12/21. When the delivery truck arrived they said they did not have the table and that Ashley had contacted us about it but we were never contacted. We were told it was available for pickup at the warehouse, when we contacted the warehouse they said they didn’t have our order in the system and to call the store back. After calling the store back and talking to three different people we were informed that is was not available until 12/30. These are the worst most incompetent people I have ever dealt with, they don’t deserve one star.
My first experience with Ashley was terrible. They fail to deliver or notify me that there was a problem with my order . And pushed back my delivery date a week and a half.
Worst furniture shopping experience Was not told that the bed frame was not solid wood and the pillows always fall off the bed because of the gap between mattress and the headboard. The crackhead who came to install the beds did not have his tools and had to borrow mine and the dresser peeled off during moving and they came and just repaired it instead of replacing it

calling this specific location was terrible. Had to call 5 times before I could get through to someone! The first 4 times I got hung up on! As soon as the phone was answered it got hung up! No one could give me an explanation for why I was getting hung up on. Anyways I was originally calling because we bought a dining room set and one the the chair legs was about 1/2 inch smaller than all the other 3 legs. It would wobble from side to side! All they offered me was an exchange A MONTH LATER!!! Keep in mind we bought the protection and all that extra shit they offer to avoid a &"difficult&" experience and might I add that They had me send in pictures videos ETC. before they could process anything.I ended up making the 50min drive to the warehouse to do &"an even exchange&" because I refused to wait a month for a replacement chair. Which I later found out wasn&'t even going to get replaced, only one leg would get replaced
Five stars is for Rachel the sales woman at Ashley Furniture in Pasadena. She assisted me professionally throughout my shopping experience and answered all of my questions. Now in regards to their delivery service that's a whole nother story. And they definitely need to work on the back order slip.
So I’ve ordered my coffee table, couch, love seat and some other pieces from Ashley’s long time ago back in June !!! Since then every month I was getting pieces of my furniture, which they told me in the store that I will have to wait till August to receive it all and I said ok! And I’m still waiting on it. Today is November 11th... 2 days ago they’ve sent me confirmation that it will be delivered tomorrow but then sales rep called me today and said it is delayed till December 2nd ... I want this exact coffee table model and don’t want another model! Very disappointed. Maybe I will consider Gallery Furniture next time to avoid bad experience again.
I bought a couch back in April not even a month later it breaks down I wasn't able to get anybody in until September when they "ordered" the parts Ivw been calling every week and they still don't have the parts but they charge my bank account real quick. I've been literally paying for something I do not have. I tried returning the couch because at this point it's just unacceptable. They refused to take it back or even give me a replacement. I have the five year warrant on it yet at this point the warranty will probably be up before I ever get my couch fixed. I will be looking for legal action because at this point it's just unbelievable.
PLEASE make sure you check prices online (Ashley’s website) before getting on this store they would charge you extra for shipping and prices are higher in store they won’t tell you! Be careful don’t waste your time be prepared.
I been on hold for 30 min!! I hang up and call again and i m still put on hold. I been calling since the weekend and i always get but on hold no one answers the phone ever!
Wow. Went in during my lunch hour on a Wednesday to look for accent chairs. Spent about 10 minutes and walked through the entire store, never approached (or even noticed) by a single employee. Didn’t see anything I was looking for, but was astounded by the lack of attention. Would like to give them five stars for the experience (I’m perfectly fine looking around unbothered) but went with one star because I’m pretty sure this isn’t the way corporate is expecting customers to be treated and one star is more likely to alert them.
I have made MANY purchases of Ashley furniture through this store. Recently I purchased an inexpensive set of tables (cocktail and end) for my niece's first apartment, which were TERRIBLE...no other word for them. They had a 1-year warranty, and I have made numerous attempts to have them replaced or returned. NO ONE WOULD HELP ME -- even though they were clearly still under warranty. They literally were self-destructing and falling apart 6 weeks from the purchase. I called the store, who referred me to Customer Service. I called Customer Service who told me that I needed to make a claim on my extended warranty, even though the tables were still under the 1-year warranty. I made a trip back to the store and spoke to the manager (Otto) who told me he would take care of us and make good on the warranty. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. Completely dissatisfied and unhappy. After being loyal customers of Ashley Furniture and spending thousands of dollars with them over the past years.....I think I'm done. So very disappointed.
Horrible bought couches from them. Which were expensive to say the least. About a moth or two later we experienced sagging on one of the cushions they came and just added stuffing to that one cushion. Then another few months went by and the leather started peeling we called and they said oh there is nothing we can do. I spoke with the manger and she basically told me sorry about that but the policy is blah blah blah. I could understand that if we had the couches for years but it&'s was a few months. We won&'t ever buy their overpriced furniture again.
They need to throw the whole store away!!!...I had to go through two different finance companies to purchase one bed...not only that I took the time off from work waiting on the delivery and the driver didn't want to make the delivery, because he didn't want to get his new pair of sneakers wet and it wasn't even raining. So he called customer service and to them he wasn't able to make the delivery. So not only I took the time off from work for nothing I called customer service to reschedule a delivery date they told me they can only schedule a day but not the time I need him to come deliver my furniture...I'm not buying anything else from them ever again no matter what sale they have going on
I loved the bed I found I checked online and knew exactly what I wanted when I went in to the store! But I never thought it would be such a hassle to finally get what I ordered!!!. Martha and manuel thank you for the great customer service, if you shop ask for them manuel knew the product and Martha was able to help with the mistake Rachel made on my order. I really wanted more furniture from them but after this experience, I'll go elsewhere.

Horrible experience this weekend. Purchased something and I paid for delivery and was told it would be delivered today. I took the day off from work to wait on my furniture and now I am being told they won’t deliver until Sept. 10. Spoke to a manager they don’t care one bit and aren’t even willing to do anything about it. Beyond disappointing.

We purchased the Culverbach Queen Panel bed with a Sealy mattress for our son's room. The showroom is pretty and the furniture seems to be of decent quality for the price.

This place is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! I used to sell Ashley so I'm very familiar with the inventory and prices. Do yourself a favor and ONLINE PRICE MATCH. The quality of Ashley overall is pretty much what you pay for, provided you pay the actual price that it's worth. Even their clearance prices are above the actual retail price! 1850 for a USED Nantahala?! Absurd!
This store is pretty useless. I found a table online it was 309$ i called to see if they had it in stock. They said they did in the warehouse. I had to come in the store, pay for it then I could drive to pick it up. I could not see the table before I bought it. I went online and amazon has the extra same table for 175$ so to bad Ashley
My parents bought chairs 2 weeks ago. Thet were told to pick up chairs the the following Wednesday. They never bothered to call her to say they hadn't came in. She called and it took forever for someone to answer her, when they did she was told they wouldn't be there until July 9th. A whole other week. The sales guy also told my parents the chairs would come assembled. They weren't! When we got to store all employees were just sitting around talking, but yet no one can answer a phone.
We bought a Serta mattress (floor model) a few months ago in April 2019. I was assured by the sales associate who sold it to me that it would come with the manufacturer warranty. It is even stated on the receipt he gave me. The only reason I decided to buy this mattress from them was because of the "warranty". Well now the mattress is sagging in places and I wake up in pain. I get in touch with Serta, show them my proof and even go higher up to management and they tell me the sales associate misinformed me and there was nothing they can do because their warranties do not cover floor models. Now we are apparently stuck with a busted mattress that we spent our savings on. Edit to add, I sent a reply email at that email address as you have stated for me to do and have not heard back from anyone thus far. 7/2/2019 Today is 7/8/2019 I have send 2 reply emails this far and still no response back.
Horrible do not buy anything from them!!!! They sold me their insurance filed a claim and they didn’t wanna come clean it or come replace it !!!!!! It took them 5 months to send someone !!!!And the cost for their service was 350 out of my pocket !!!! And when I called to get it replace it cost 30 dollars !!!!!!! Ashely furniture is the worst with no integrity what so ever they don’t care about you or the items they sell you all they want is money in there pockets !!! My husband and I purchased a queen size bedroom set from here about a week ago and I must say I expected a whole lot more from their quality. The bed is flimsy and the finishing on the dresser and night stand is not that great 😥. The only good thing was the customer service we received from Veronica. But I'm not so sure we'll purchase more furniture from here again. We shall see.

In mid May, I purchased a couch and a dresser that were both really nice but the process of getting it was a pain in the rear. The sales rep informed my mom of a bogo deal when we arrived but when it came time to purchase he informed us that sale ended at 12p that day. What company actually does that? Also, this was at about 6p and he didn&'t know?We were expecting to leave with the furniture that day but they have absolutely nothing in stock. Not only would they not deliver it, but their warehouse was about a 40 minute drive from this location without traffic. Okay then.Today I tried to make a payment and apparently you can&'t do that in store. Why?So there&'s 3 different credit companies that they use and I now have open accounts with all of them. I spoke to their service desk who didn&'t understand how I didn&'t know what company I had. How would I if I never even received the information from the company that was actually billing me? You can imagine my confusion when I logged on to one of the other accounts a didn&'t see any transactions and spoke to a rep who had no idea what was going on.Who knew buying furniture would be this complicated?

Spent some big money on a sleigh bed 4 years ago. And was told the inlay was leather, well there is enough leather to call it leather but dont know how. Anyhow its pleather..some kind of spray fake leather over cloth material. Starter peeling last year. We approached the store and showed them pictures but they were sympathetic but under the policy would not fix it. So be warned, do not buy any thing there unless it is guaranteed to be genuine leather. So I took the headboard apart and taken it to a local upholstery shop to be replaced, it's the only way to bring the value back up. Gonna sell and upgrade to a king but I will not be buying it from them.Now you will see an response from them wanting to learn more, yea Ashley management you should have corrected it before it came to this.

they have nice furniture we order a two sofas paid for them cash money and they delivered only one sofa we wait for a month to get it then after one long month they come to the house on 04/30/19 and say o we only have one sofa and the other one is being recalled and we bring it on the 21 of may i said ok what else i can do i call today they are not going to deliver after the 7 of july this guys didn’t even say i offer you this free item or a discount nothing bad business never buying here again this guys ruin my vacations cause their incompetence i had plane tickets had to cancel my vacations this year this is sorry 😐
Experience has been dreadful ... been 6 weeks and 4 deliveries trying to get all my pieces and all they offered was a $100 discount on buying new furniture. They&'d have to pay me to buy something again .
DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!! I bought a couch took day off of work for delivery.... the frame was broke and hole in back.... I tried to stop drivers but couldn&'t so I called customer service and was treated HORRIBLE like it was MY fault and they were doing me a FAVOR exchanging it at all.... that their &"policy&" is once it&'s in house it&'s yours problems or issues or not!!!! I&'m SOOOOO glad I saw how horrible they are so I didn&'t waste another dime on the rest of the furniture for our new home!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! They called me and did NOTHING to resolve issue I am SOOOOO glad I didn&'t buy the rest of my furniture from them!!! Don&'t buy from Ashley-customer service is horrible and quality of furniture is cheap!!!
Never buying at Ashley’s Furniture anymore So my husband and I went looking for a mattress. Our sales person was telling us about the 2,000 mattress saying it had a 10 yr warranty on it . So apparently we had to pay for the warranty 199.99 which we didn’t even know we thought it came with the mattress. Then we received a cover protector for the Mattress and we were like ok maybe it comes with the mattress NO we were charged 249.00 for it. Then we tried taking it back and we were told (BY The MANAGER ALDO) that we couldn’t return it cause it’s treated as a pillow once it’s delivered there’s no returning. So I asked him so the employees can just put anything on our invoice and we cannot do anything about it. Basically I took it as a yes cause he did not answer the question and changed the subject about why it’s good to have the cover. So I asked to speak to someone above him since he couldn’t help me. I asked for the number of the person I needed to contact and all he told me was the number is on the paper WHAT KIND OF MANAGER IS THAT. makes me think how many other people have they done that too. Very unprofessional starting with The Manager and the sales person.

My aunt needed a new electric recliner. I have been shopping at Ashley for many years so that’s where I took her. And once again, we got a fabulous recliner for a very great price and over-the-top excellent service from Thomas A. (I can’t remember how to spell his last name.) Thank you, Ashley Furniture!

A big selection to choose from so have plenty of time to look at all of their items. I have lowered my review because the warranty we purchased was useless after a year. They make you fill out tons of pages of information to get your furniture serviced and then they deny you. Our chair controller had to be replaced and they didn't even want to see if it was that. Don't get the extended warranty. Its just a waste of money. Also after closer inspection our leather recliners were made out of particle board. Cheap. Beware.
Went to the Pasadena location to buy bedroom set Jan. 12th where we were met by a sales person that in the beginning was helpful. After we looked around for a while i guess he got the impression that we were shopping in the wrong section and kept showing us lower end furniture. Really made me upset but i proceeded with my cash purchase of $5000.00 for furniture that was in supposedly in stock. They Set the delivery up and somewhere along the line the delivery was canceled and getting a straight answer about the furniture was impossible. They promised they would call us back time after time and never called. Finally rec'd the furniture 2 weeks later but was still missing a mirror. While they were delivering the bedroom set the knock a clock off the wall and scratched the wall in the process. Called to make the claim and talked to a Lorenzo Cruz that made me feel even worse than the salesman. He offered $40.00 on the clock and needed 2 estimates on the wall. Not a if i were a stay at home person but i have to work as well. I told him that i wanted to speak to a manager if he could have one call me back and i am still waiting on that call. As of last week i did rec. my mirror and i am enjoying the furniture, I will not be going back to Pasadena store anytime soon.
