This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a furniture store. I purchased my king size bedroom set in December of 2023 and after promising the furniture would be delivered in approximately 2 weeks took them a month and a half to deliver just because they were waiting on a night stand. I told them several times I can pick up and they kept telling me no that they would deliver and waive the delivery fee which they lied about, they never refunded any money to me. The bigger issue is I only slept on the bed for 2 months before it broke down the middle support bar and legs. I am far from from a heavy person only 200lbs for this bed to break so fast. I was forced to take the bed apart and sleep with the mattress on the floor. After calling them they promised me they would replace the broken parts and fix the problem. After 2 months of waiting and calling every other week having to re explain my story every time because customer service apparently keeps no record or notes on our complaints, they sent a guy over with super glue. I thought it was a joke so they had to redo another request and finally the pieces came in on June, 4 months since the original complaint. This nightmare wasn’t over yet exactly 2 months later in August this bed broke the same exact way AGAIN and I’m literally going through the same thing again calling every 2 or 3 weeks repeating the same story and being told the same lies over and over. It is now November and I have been another 3 months of sleeping with the mattress on the floor. A whole year since the purchase and I only slept on the bed 4 months and have nothing but excuses and lies from Ashley furniture but when you ask for returns or refunds there a no return policy. They have the worse customer service, yes they might be nice when speaking to them but all they do is lie and tell you they will call you back and email you with updates but they never do. After paying almost $6,000 for what I thought was quality furniture, I’m convinced I was just robbed for my money could’ve purchased better furniture for half the price.

My experience at Ashley‘s furniture wow I actually only went in there to get some tables for my living room. The young man who attended me and my husband his name is William was just so caring so professional and explained to us about the sales and furnishing prices, I could not pass up that chance I needed a bedroom set for a long time And I am so happy with the outcome of this visit. On February 10, 2024, I bought two (2) Power Sofas with Adjustable Headrests (Item: 5930247) at the Ashley Homestore in Pasadena, Texas. I paid $3,224.21 total for both sofas plus delivery charge, protection plan, and tax on my credit card. Ashley’s delivered the sofas to my home on 2/15/2024. Unfortunately, the Leather material of these sofas has failed. After only 6 months (August 2024), I noticed the Leather peeling. I called your store and the Extend warranty company on August 10, 2024, and after 2-1/2 weeks I received an email stating that the couch was still under the manufacturer’s warranty and my claim was closed. On August 23, 2024, I called Ashley’s customer service and through an online chat they offered me a $167 Ashley’s gift card. I declined that offer and they then offered to repair the sofa. I accepted that offer. Before any repair appointment was set up, I was notified by email on August 24, 2024, that I had no warrantable concerns present and my claim was closed, noting that the failure is a Manufacturing of fake leather. I made one more call to Ashley’s on August 25, 2024, and was told that normal wear and tear is not covered. This is not normal wear and tear! You offer a one-year warranty on all manufacturing issues. Material is supposed to last for years, not months! When I questioned that answer, you had me send more photos, but then ghosted me. I expect Ashley to pick up their defective furniture from my house and refund my money fully!
