Walked into Ashley and was cordially met by Juan. He asked how he could help us. Told him up front we probably were not buying today. No worries, I'm here to assist no pressure to buy. We told him our needs. Juan showed us various options. Needless to say there was no reason not to buy. Most of what we ordered wasn't available that day. We were not moving till March 16th. I purchased the Blairhurst bedroom set at the Pearland, Texas location in November 2025 and scheduled a delivery date of 12/19/25. I was also told by the salesman that upon delivery the bed would be assembled for me. From the day of purchase all the way up to the day of delivery I received countless communications via email and text telling me how to prepare for the delivery (which I appreciate). On the day of delivery, the delivery man told me that there were no bedrails but he would be back tomorrow. I didn't understand why no one contacted me to tell me this (considering all the previous communications) but I said ok. The delivery man assured me that he would be back the next day with the bedrails and will assemble the bed. The next day, on 12/20/25 the morning came and went so I called the store to get some type of assistance and clarity. I spoke with some who gave me the phone number to Ashley's Solution Expert hotline. I called and spoke with someone named Gillian and I explained what happened. When she pulled up my order in the system she informed me that there were no bedrails on the order. Furthermore, she told me that the bed rails are a separate purchase and the salesman should have explained that. Obviously, I told her that wasn't what was explained to me and I also told her that the delivery man assured me that he would be coming back the next day with the rails to assemble the bed. Gillian was as confused as I was. I asked her how could the delivery man say he's coming back when there were no bedrails on the order? She had no answer. Gillian moved forward with contacting the warehouse and putting in an expedited recovery order. She says the warehouse will contact Ashley's to notify them of the error and someone from Ashley's will contact me within 24 hours. I confirmed with Gillian that it would in fact be a call back in 24 hours and reminded her that the next day was Sunday. She assured me that they will still call me even though it's a Sunday. Today is Sunday, 12/21/25 and it has been over 24 hours since I spoke with Gillian at the Solution Expert call center and I have yet to receive a call from anyone at Ashley Furniture. I have no confidence that this issue will be resolved any time soon but I will continue to try to get resolve. This is by far the worth customer service experience I have ever had!!!!

Visit and sales process was very good . No hard sales tactics but Juan and the manager, Mr White were very helpful in getting me the items that I wanted at agreeable terms.
