As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted by Mr Thomas and asked what I needed helped with. He followed by explaining the different types of mattresses and allowed us to try all of them with no rush. The vast information provided was greatly appreciated to help us make the right mattress purchase. Thank you.

Haven’t been in an Ashley Store in years!!! When I went in today, I remembered why. Everyone who was an employee was sitting. They looked right at me and then looked away. IS THIS FOR REAL? Some actually looked at me and turned around and walked away. There were several women employees on their laptops sitting on the furniture that was for sale. They did not bother to acknowledge me —- This is the height of unprofessional and disrespectful conduct. There’s a reason this store was empty of customers. Clearly, these lazy people are getting paid to do nothing. Rooms To Go had a much better atmosphere and higher level of professionalism.

Pearland location of Business Center Drive Working with Lou to locate the perfect love seat recliner was great... Lou gave me the space to review all of the recliners available and once I made a decision, he and Otto work with me to meet my budget. Both gentlemen were cordial and understanding to my needs. They are two great sales personnel... thank you very much.

I am unfortunately dissatisfied and disappointed with the Ashley Furniture brand. It has been nothing short of a hassle. The excitement of receiving furniture from less than 6 months ago has quickly faded. We purchased a mattress (amazing!) and a platform bed frame (troublemaker) and I am glad we included the extended warranty. However, it is unfortunate how many times we have had to use it and the less than efficient communication responses we have received. I had medical issues and needed a comfortable bed, but after one week the platform on the bed had broken causing my husband and I to roll to the center of the bed and practically laying on the floor. When I reached out to Ashley Furniture warranty, they asked me “How did this happen?” I do not understand the relevance of this question since it was not going to get anything fixed. The parts were ordered, nonetheless, and it took about 6 weeks to receive the replacement parts and another month for someone to come repair. Once it was fixed, a week later it has broken again. It took two months for the parts to be delivered and since I didn’t respond within FOUR MINUTES, my appointment (which happened to luckily be three days away) was cancelled and reschedule and I have to wait another month. I am beyond infuriated with their products and process as a whole. I understand it is not the “call centers” fault. However it is just extremely frustrating to have these extended lead times. I really hope whatever is causing these extensive delays is resolved because I am in literal tears from being more uncomfortable now than I was previously. I really do appreciate the customer service but the quality of this furniture is dirt. This has given me a bad experience and I will not be purchasing anything else from Ashley Furniture. Your experience may not be the same as mine. However, if you decide to move forward with a purchase, please proceed with caution and do not let the over zealous salesperson hinder you from leaving. It’s ok to say “No”.
