I am unfortunately dissatisfied and disappointed with the Ashley Furniture brand. It has been nothing short of a hassle. The excitement of receiving furniture from less than 6 months ago has quickly faded. We purchased a mattress (amazing!) and a platform bed frame (troublemaker) and I am glad we included the extended warranty. However, it is unfortunate how many times we have had to use it and the less than efficient communication responses we have received. I had medical issues and needed a comfortable bed, but after one week the platform on the bed had broken causing my husband and I to roll to the center of the bed and practically laying on the floor. When I reached out to Ashley Furniture warranty, they asked me “How did this happen?” I do not understand the relevance of this question since it was not going to get anything fixed. The parts were ordered, nonetheless, and it took about 6 weeks to receive the replacement parts and another month for someone to come repair. Once it was fixed, a week later it has broken again. It took two months for the parts to be delivered and since I didn’t respond within FOUR MINUTES, my appointment (which happened to luckily be three days away) was cancelled and reschedule and I have to wait another month. I am beyond infuriated with their products and process as a whole. I understand it is not the “call centers” fault. However it is just extremely frustrating to have these extended lead times. I really hope whatever is causing these extensive delays is resolved because I am in literal tears from being more uncomfortable now than I was previously. I really do appreciate the customer service but the quality of this furniture is dirt. This has given me a bad experience and I will not be purchasing anything else from Ashley Furniture. Your experience may not be the same as mine. However, if you decide to move forward with a purchase, please proceed with caution and do not let the over zealous salesperson hinder you from leaving. It’s ok to say “No”.

They are no help when it came to the warranty claims definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone or will I even go back! Lost $800 worth of warranty claims

I bought a sofa and loveseat on 05/05/2024, it was scheduled to be delivered on 05/15/2024. They end up changing the date for delivery which was not an issue but the sofa was damaged from the bottom part, they sent a technician to fixed the part but he said that if the sofa was fixed it may not last long as it was supposed to be, i didn't wanted the sofa to be fixed, i wanted it to be replaced but the store refused to replaced it.
