Ashley Store Pearland, TX

I purchased the Blairhurst bedroom set at the Pearland, Texas location in November 2025 and scheduled a delivery date of 12/19/25. I was also told by the salesman that upon delivery the bed would be assembled for me. From the day of purchase all the way up to the day of delivery I received countless communications via email and text telling me how to prepare for the delivery (which I appreciate). On the day of delivery, the delivery man told me that there were no bedrails but he would be back tomorrow. I didn't understand why no one contacted me to tell me this (considering all the previous communications) but I said ok. The delivery man assured me that he would be back the next day with the bedrails and will assemble the bed. The next day, on 12/20/25 the morning came and went so I called the store to get some type of assistance and clarity. I spoke with some who gave me the phone number to Ashley's Solution Expert hotline. I called and spoke with someone named Gillian and I explained what happened. When she pulled up my order in the system she informed me that there were no bedrails on the order. Furthermore, she told me that the bed rails are a separate purchase and the salesman should have explained that. Obviously, I told her that wasn't what was explained to me and I also told her that the delivery man assured me that he would be coming back the next day with the rails to assemble the bed. Gillian was as confused as I was. I asked her how could the delivery man say he's coming back when there were no bedrails on the order? She had no answer. Gillian moved forward with contacting the warehouse and putting in an expedited recovery order. She says the warehouse will contact Ashley's to notify them of the error and someone from Ashley's will contact me within 24 hours. I confirmed with Gillian that it would in fact be a call back in 24 hours and reminded her that the next day was Sunday. She assured me that they will still call me even though it's a Sunday. Today is Sunday, 12/21/25 and it has been over 24 hours since I spoke with Gillian at the Solution Expert call center and I have yet to receive a call from anyone at Ashley Furniture. I have no confidence that this issue will be resolved any time soon but I will continue to try to get resolve. This is by far the worth customer service experience I have ever had!!!!

My daughter and I had an amazing experience at Ashley. Mr. Nate Brown and Miss Nora were very professional, informative, And very patient as me and my daughter were making a joint decision in our purchase. We initially thought we were coming to look around, but we left out with not one but to purchases. And although I need to purchase a mattress and wasn’t quite ready at the time, after the experience, Miss Nate shared with me and demonstrating the mattress that conformed to my needs it will definitely be my next purchase. Thanks so much for an amazing team and I look forward to working with you guys in the future

The staff are quite good and professional however we had quality issues with the furniture and twice rejected the same piece for the same flaws. We canceled our order including a matching chair. The problems started with the abysmal call center support which Ashley has contracted in the Philippines. They don't listen or hear your complaints, they talk over you and then play the game of repeating their scripted answers without actually answering your question. There's a reason Ashley has hired this center and this is exactly why. The customer service ends when they have your money. It took us almost a full week to even crack the code on how the call center was processing our refund. We then found out they compartmentalize between the initial rep and return department with such strong firewalls that they can't let you speak to the claims/returns section. When I pressed them to do so, politely and the recordings will prove that, the rep simply hung up on me. When I called the store manager to inform of the issue he got the return processed in ten minutes max. We ultimately bought from Star Furniture and will continue to do so. Strongly recommend the folks who work at Ashley go apply to work at Star. Your reputation won't be tarnished by the Ashley processes. Suffice it to say we won't be buying from Ashley again and strongly recommend against doing so in any capacity.

NuNu she's very great at her job. She took the time out to show me about the merchandise that I was trying to purchase, explained. They very clearly made me understand what the experience I would have in perching this merchandise.

Brandon was very helpful and had compassion as I was with my cane. He was very kind and represented Ashley perfectly.

Staff was annoying and was trying to get me to make a purchase with 5 min to closing time. Came back a few days later to make a purchase and didn’t realize these a holes charged me 400 dollars for delivery on a basic dining table. Spoke to store manager and threatened to cancel order and cut delivery in half. Overall the table is nice but sales people annoying and try to take advantage of you.

They were supposed to look into the reason why my order was declined but never got back with me. I guess they don't want money. I wont shop at Ashley anymore. I will take my business somewhere else.

Our sales person, Nunuu Nassor, was excellent. She did not pressure, but explained the advantages of the fabric, etc. it was a pleasure working with her. I think the delivery fee is VERY high. I was very pleased with the rest of it.

Pleasant experience overall. Met at the door with Nunu and directed me to where I wanted to look. She let me go on my own, as I requested, and checked in on me occasionally to answer questions. I did buy some furniture and she helped me to keep my purchase within my budget as a new widow. She listens very carefully and responds to meet my every need. Definitely a good experience!

This review is late, but better late than never. I came in early August to procure bedroom furniture and Nate greeted me immediately and offered to assist. I want to emphasize that my parents were with me and Nate was not only tasked with providing excellent support for me(which he graciously did), but for the matriarch of the family. Anyone who’s gone shopping with their mother knows… Truly, I am very satisfied with what I purchased and am eager to extol Nate for his patience, non pushy approach, and his listening skills. I highly recommend this location for beautiful furniture and top notch customer service!

My home furnishing specialist at Ashley 2806 Business Center Drive, Pearland 77584 on 10.10.25 was Ali Asghar ...he was totally awesome courteous, and knowledgeable on all the different styles of table lamps from traditional, contemporary and glass. He explained the new technology in depth that best fit our needs, for a well lit area space in our home.. Moreover ,he was very informative & professional explaining that we can get a great deal on the red dot sale ( 2 lamps for the price of 1 lamp). Ali made me a happy shopper today 😀 I went in to purchase 1 lamp...and ended up with 3 lamps. He was very hardworking by bringing the lamps to my vehicle and letting me know when my other purchased lamp will be delivered. I truly appreciate his support and costumer service ❤️

What a disappointment . I have bought several items from Ashly but this last time was the worst customer service experience. Bought a king bed frame and nightstands and dresser for one of our Rooms. A month prior spent 2500 on 4 chairs so I went back. First, I told them the adjustable bed I had with size and said I wanted to get a frame and headboard to go with it. They assured me the one they found would fit. When it was delivered we told the delivery people it was too tight and rubbing on the sides when you try to adjust. They said call in the am. They felt it would be good. Sure enough when we got into bed, it wouldn’t lift. Draining the motor . I had called 5 times each time having to tell the story all over, each time ending in we will reach out in 2 days for delivery pick and return. Do you think they ever reach out? Nope and each time I called they apologized and said they would fix the situation. At one point my husband went into the store and I called the manager afterwards and his response was “all furniture sales are final” like seriously it’s not a mattress it’s a frame. I will never shop there again. Worst customer care.

The salesperson, Doris Offord, was so pleasant, professional and spent all the time we needed to find the exact recliner to meet our needs.

Our experience was exceptional!! Ann greeted us with a big smile and asked what we were looking for. She is lovely, friendly, and her knowledge about all furniture including beds and adjustable bases is 2nd to none! We got lucky that we got Ann to help us with our choices by showing and telling us in detail what each piece can do and material option it comes with and what warranties it has and what additional plans you can get to cover motors, materials (like leather) and frames of the furniture. Ashley furniture is very fortunate to have Ann representing them and helping all the customers to find the exact furniture that will fit their likes, their personal comforts, and their home. Thanks Ann! And thanks Ashley for having such an expert on the show room floor to help customers out!

Never again will I buy something at ashley, I went to pick up Furniture and they drop the boxes by they’re door and drove away, no atención what so ever, totally ignored me. Went in today between 2-330pm looking for "specific" nightstand, younger gentlemen with dreadlocks kept trying to sell me everything but what I was looking at later he then tried to sell me a mattress unit I told him I already had. Then made a nasty comment to me "I see you Chanel bag and Prada sandals" and walked away with an attitude. I won't return to this location.

DO NOT BUY WARRANTY FROM ASHLEY We purchased the warranty twice and was told if we didn't use the warranty the money would roll over as a credit towards a purchase within an Ashley store with no expiration. I am now being told this not the case.

This is the store I go to I don't have an issue with anyone at the store just how long it takes to receive your furniture. I ordered a sofa, loveseat and two end tables July 4th 2025 and it's July 20th 2025 and still don't have my furniture I had this issue with them before and I said I was never returning but gave them another chance but for sure not ever again. I can just go somewhere else and get my furniture the same day

Wow, since when does ashley furniture dump your items in the curb without notification? Boxes damaged and barely taped closed. I've been purchasing from ashley for years, and this is a disappointment. So, I was told to reorder some nightstands because they couldn't find my original order online. When I did reorder, I had a duplicate order on my account. I called promptly to ask to cancel one order. They said it was too early to cancel and to call back the next day. I called the next day, and all NOW it was TOO LATE to cancel because they were magically shipped all together. Now I have 4 nightstands in which I HAVE TO PAY to return them. What a rip-off. I'll go back to Bel or Star Fine Furniture. I called the number provided by the "owner" and they can't even find my order on my account. Never again.

Delivery date was changed without notice sofa furniture was not available or in stock half of order to be delivered in a week the other half in a month. Nobody called me to notify me of the delivery change date or the delay of the delivery for a month later. Paid in full at Ashley Pearland store. Took dining table and chairs home table missing 3 locking pegs at bottom of table for the 2 end table extensions. Check all furniture before buying. TV stand was damaged refused it I canceled the complete order except the dining table and chairs waiting for the locking pegs for the table.

Jayson was amazing! He gave me time to look! Gave me some option and solution for my new TV Entertainment System that I now have purchased AND A NEW KING Size mattress that was not planned! 😅 But with some convincing and testing out the mattress Jayson did great! Why I really appreciated Jayson so much is that he encouraged us to look for what I wanted, he gave me space, we consulted with each other and he reminded me at the end of the day that the choice was always mine and he would respect whatever decision I make! & that’s what I like a person that wasn’t trying to pressure me into certain products nor just to beg me to buy something! As soon as I step one foot in the door a salesperson met me at the door. I told him I was looking for a recliner. So one that I liked, I asked how much he said $525. I said I saw some on the website for around $400 which is what about what I wanted to spend. He came back and said how was $439 and I said okay. He did all the paperwork and I paid my credit card and was supposed to receive an email with the order and my paid invoice. Never receive the email, I called a few hours later and found out that he wrote down my email address incorrectly. Incorrectly. The girl I was speaking to put the correct email address and said she would resend it. Saturday one day later. I still have not received the email from them of my paid bill and order. Later that day when I looked up the same chair that I purchased, the price was only $399. I went to the store on Saturday and asked why I was charged what I was charged. Eddie, the sales manager said oh it must be the memorial Day sale. I told him no this was the price yesterday as well. He said while I'm at shed price I said okay. Thank you. He resent the email and I got it immediately. FYI if you're looking to purchase something there, I would check prices on the internet before they try to overcharge you in the store.

If I could give a negative star, I would. My experience was 1) I bought a bunch of furniture on 4/4/25, including a headboard for a queen sized bed frame. When they were derived on 4/9/25, the headboard was unwrapped, and a clear dirty mark on top. I called in the customer care center and they refused to send someone to come in to clean it. 2) I went again on 4/11 and bought a cabinet and night stand. Later, one of the sales person (Stephanie) called and trying to persuade me to get an AS-IS item off their showroom floor, without giving us a clear picture of the stain and damage on the cabinet, and hide fact that it was an AS-IS item. 3) I got a discount on the night stand we bought on 4/9/25, but the refund never shows up on my bank account. This is an awful and disgusting practice of sales. I high recommend against buying from this store.

He stated well did anybody try to help you in the front and I stated no. He then stated well let me finish with these customers, and I will gladly be willing to help you. Ashley Furniture Review – A Disappointing and Frustrating First Experience I had a terrible first experience at Ashley Furniture, and I will never shop here again. The salesperson ( Jalen Broussard) completely pushed me into a sale, and instead of fully explaining the financing process, they created a credit card for me—something I did not want or expect. As someone new to financing, I was not given the proper information to make an informed decision, and now I am left dealing with the consequences of their aggressive sales tactics. To make matters worse, I had to chase down the manager (Jonathan) for assistance. They never called me back, and I had to be the one to follow up. I thought the manager (Jonathan) was working with me, but clearly, they were not. I was forced to go through Ashley Furniture’s customer service line, contact my bank, the bank related to Ashley's Furniture, and then call the manager (Jonathan) again—just to fix a situation that should never have happened in the first place. Even after all of that, I was told it will take two months for my financing to be canceled. This is completely unacceptable. The manager (Jonathan) told me my transactions were canceled, yet they are still appearing on my credit report. If this negatively impacts my credit, I will be extremely upset. On top of that, when I was calling to get in contact with Jonathan, I was redirected multiple times before finally speaking with a woman named Rolanda, who was actually helpful. She informed me that Jonathan never processed my mattress protector return, which completely shocked me because I had returned it directly into his hands. He had from Sunday, February 2nd, until today, February 6th, to process the return, and if I hadn’t caught this mistake, it would have negatively affected my finances and credit. It is unacceptable to pressure first-time customers into something they do not want, especially when they are new to the process. Instead of letting me look around and make my own decisions, I was pushed into financing without proper explanation. This entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely avoidable if the staff had just listened and respected my choices. I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again, and I have already told others about my experience so they can avoid making the same mistake. I expected better customer service and transparency, but instead, I was misled and left dealing with a mess I never should have had to go through.

Review for Ashley Furniture I visited Ashley Furniture on February 1st to browse for a mattress. A sales associate ( Jalen B) assisted me in locating options, but despite providing a clear budget, they presented options that were significantly over my limit. Instead of working with me to find something within my price range, they pushed financing, assuring me it could be canceled with no issues. I felt rushed into a decision I wasn’t fully comfortable with. The next day, February 2nd, I returned to cancel the financing and return any additional items. When I walked in, the same salesperson ( Jalen B) greeted me but quickly dismissed me, directing me to their manager and stating they didn’t want to deal with the stress. While I was speaking with the manager, I overheard Jalen B loudly talking about me to another employee, which I found extremely unprofessional. I simply wanted to resolve the matter respectfully. Thankfully, the manager, Jonathan, was very helpful. He listened to my concerns, processed the cancellation smoothly, and provided me with a receipt confirming it. He even offered further assistance if needed, which I greatly appreciated. However, during this process, another salesperson approached me and asked for my social media, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, my experience at this location was disappointing due to the high-pressure sales tactics and lack of professionalism from some staff members. While I appreciate Jonathan’s help, this will be my first and last visit to Ashley Furniture.

UPDATE- I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER BELOW.....NOTHING CHANGED. THE REPRESENTATIVE JUST TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE. SO I STAND BY MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. NOW YOU WASTED MY TIME BY ASKING ME TO CALL BACK. Mattress buyers beware. I purchased a Stearns and Foster Reserve Firm Mattress. I went into the Pearland location to try it out and was surprised at how soft (not firm as the name implied) it felt but was told that it was soft because it was the Reserve Collection. When the mattress arrived at my home it was extremely firm, and it was painful to lay down on and my body hurt when I woke up in the morning. I was told to give it 30 days and we gave it even more time than that and it never softened up. This was not the same bed I tried in the store. I decided to use the one-time option to exchange the mattress and decided to visit the Ashley Store in Webster as they had Reserve Soft that I could try. When I got there it was the same bed that I remembered from the Pearland store….just perfect. I assumed the Pearland store had accidentally told me that theirs was the firm. I went back to the Pearland store and told the manager that his bed was actually the soft and he said that the Webster store was wrong. I went ahead and ordered the soft and trusted what the Webster store told me and now that it is in my home it is so soft we are sinking into it and it has absolutely no support. Super uncomfortable and more body aches in the morning. This again was not the same mattress that I tried in the showroom. I understand the exchange is a one-time offer, but I also feel that the mattresses in the showroom do not give the buyer a clear understanding of what they are buying in regard to the Stearns and Foster Reserve Collection. It is not just a little off, there was a huge variance. I explained this to the CSR and even mentioned that they may want to take this up with the MFG. I also asked if they would consider checking into the issue and giving me another opportunity to switch to a different brand. When the rep checked and came back on the line, she said it was not possible and that the bed may change over time. There is no way it is going to become firmer? She also said that the beds from the boxes may need more time to fluff up….this is not a bed in a box!!! This is a $5800 mattress. I asked to speak to a manager…..again, just hear me out….I believe you have a problem you may not know about. No one would come to the phone. I was told they do not want to discuss this and there is nothing that can be done. I get that rules are in place for a reason, but I believe you have an issue with Stearns and Foster. I was extremely polite and professional and not acting like a crazy lunatic and I truly believe if they would investigate what I am saying they would see that they may have an issue they are unaware of and if feels a bit like bait and switch. These mattresses are so far off from what I felt in the showroom. So now, I have a $5800 mattress that is going to go to my guest room and luckily, they lied to me about taking my mattress and box springs when they delivered my mattress originally and they could not take it with them so at least I can pull it out of the garage and use it again. The worst part is that the CS Manager would not come to the phone and would not even listen to the probability that they have a problem. Again, I was not even raising my voice. They were not going to be met with a confrontation, I just wanted to have a discussion. At this point I would say do not buy a mattress here. The floor models are grossly misleading. I would have been better off reading descriptions online of beds in boxes and could have bought a couple for what I paid. What a huge disappointment in the Stearns and Foster Reserve Collection and even more so with Ashley Furniture. Will never shop there again for any type of furniture. I hope you do not either.

We were only looking...at least that's what I thought, but the wife may have had other ideas. Any way, Thomas introduced himself and asked what were we looking for and the wife told him. Thomas pointed us in the direction we needed to go and off we went. Thomas hung back, which I liked, and let us brose away. When we had a question, he had an answer. After about 45 minutes we widdled our choice to three different selections. The wife was on the fence about the seats and expressed her concern. Without skipping a beat, Thomas stepped up on the chair and stood there explaining the weaves and structure of the chairs seat chusions. We'll, my wife was sold! As we were doing the paper work, Thomas said he had made a mistake. He had given us the wrong price. The table and chairs were all on sale and it was less expensive then we were quoted! We saved close to $400! We did the paper work, paid the invoice and arranged delivery all at "our" table. Thomas was GREAT! Friendly and courtesy should be his middle name. On my "go to" list for recomendations to friends and family.

We knew what we wanted, and Juan, one of the salespeople on the floor took us right to it. They honored our online price, lower than the floor price, and even let us use our coupon. They set up delivery quickly. From walk in to receipt in hand was 20 minutes, tops. Good experience.

I went to an Ashley furniture store in Pearland looking for a couch to go in my living room. My sales person, Jason, was very helpful in getting me what I wanted. The delivery people were also very efficient and careful in getting the couches into my house. Overall a great experience.

I went to Ashley’s in Pearland to look for a reasonable sleeper sofa. I met Rebecca who was professional, patient and very knowledgeable. I called her the next day to inform her that I would not be with my husband when the sofa was picked up and she called the warehouse and informed them for me. If you need someone who’s kind and knowledgeable, go to the Pearland store and ask for Rebecca and Jenny at the warehouse.

I ordered and paid cash for almost 6k bedroom set from the Pearland Store set and it was delivered today and looked like it was used and someone had stripped the wood and tried to glue it back together. Then I was given the run around about them re-delivering today, but no one called me back. I called at 5pm for the manager to tells me the same thing what the Operations office stated maybe Tuesday, but the store manager tried to tell me it would be delivered today because the Warehouse Manager could override it, knowing they had to wait until the original order was delivered back to the Warehouse. This is my first and last time dealing with Ashley Furniture, the fact that they can inconvenience a customer and act like whatever and I had gave all of my bedroom furniture to a family in need today less than a hour before my supposedly new furniture was to be delivered and it was OLD and looked used. Now I do not have any Furniture in my bedroom. Thanks Ashley Furniture.

So I initially came into the store to find a living room set and walked out with a high-end tempurpedic mattress and framing unit. Sales professional, Nate Brown was exceptional. I made a purchase (10/8/24 )a bed and a matress (m42131 anniversary 2.0 pl queen matt) and paid $1400. I slept in that mattress for 3 nights but it was uncomfortable, called and asked if I can do an exchange and buy different mattress from them. They said no. No refund, no exchange. Once u buy it you are stuck with it… what kind of customer service is that?

The service was great at the beginning until I found that financing at 0% interest plus no invoice until a month after delivery was actually an application for an Ashley store credit card. I was assured early on that i would be able to use my own universal credit card to pay - that part was a lie. I was furious opening store credit card. Kicking myself for not catching this. Now that the damage is done the consequence takes 24 months to resolve. The sales manager salvage what he could of the situation by offering an employee discount. So I paid with my own card in full then walked away with regret. Don’t ever agree to the financing terms. Never apply for retailer credit card. Ever.

As a first time customer, I was not impressed with in store customer service. My sales person Jeanette New did not increase my interest in wanting to shop at the Pearland store again.

We had the easiest and quickest process here. If you want a salesman that will get you through it quick, Brandon is the one to call. He was very helpful with searching for a new bed frame. Brandon showed us around and gave us recommendations based off of my preferences. We found the perfect frame and he got us the best deal for it. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a great experience.

First time customer. We bought a light gray upholstered theatre seating loveseat with all the bells and whistles. Our furniture was to be delivered yesterday. Well, they delivered something but it wasn’t what we bought. My husband’s words “It was black leather and hideous”. I don’t understand why we have to wait 5 more days to get the proper order. Fast and efficient

First time visiting the Ashley furniture store. I was greeted right away, the sales person took the time to show me all of the dining tables available. I was happy with a table to purchase. The only thing I didn’t like is that she didn’t disclose during the application process that I was applying for a credit card. I wanted a short term loan to pay off the table, not a credit card. If I would have known it was a credit card, I would have just paid cash for the table. Other than that, I’m waiting for the table to be delivered in a week. Materials seem sturdy and price discount for Labor Day weekend was very attractive to pass up. Was unable to find a better deal for this dining table anywhere else. Be careful to read the fine print before applying is my only concern.

Store Manager Otto and Rebecca didn't keep there word on my transaction. It's been over month and I still haven't received my full refund. Everytime I speak with them they give me the run around.

The assistant manager's daughter, Rebecca, was just super knowledgeable and sweet. We went in the store just to make sure we were making the correct choice of going back to the furniture store we went to the day before. We were looking for a loveseat with a console. That's it. Three hours later, we signed for the loveseat, bench, rug, mattress, adjustable bed frame and two pillows. Everyone in the store was super friendly. Rebecca has our vote for top salesperson of the year!

Highly recommend speaking to Nate Brown for any of your furniture questions! I went into the store for my appointment and he showed me around and really took the time to listen to what I needed. I ended up with the perfect bedroom setup so I can eventually add an adjustable base and keep my new frame. I will be going back directly to him anytime I need any furniture. Great experience. Sales rep assisted with making sure I got the furniture I wanted although it takes so long to get . I am still happy with my choice and the service I received. Edit:I never got the couches lol they kept pushing it back and I had to request for the refund this was all hell. Took these people 2 months to get my furniture. **Ashley Furniture: A Complete Scam** Honestly, dealing with Ashley Furniture has been a nightmare. They’re nothing but scammers who sell you junk that’s nothing like what you see in the showroom. They deliver broken furniture after making you wait forever, and then they refuse to give your money back. We bought everything for our apartment from them—bedroom set, living room set, bookshelves, TV stand, and a coffee table. They promised delivery in 10 days, but the day before, they delayed it by two weeks. Then it turned into a month. After all that waiting, only the TV stand showed up, and it was completely messed up—different design, poorly made, and unusable. We sent it back. Customer service called and said, “Just keep the base for now; we’ll get you a new one in a few days.” The coffee table had issues too, and we agreed to the same deal. After what felt like forever, some bed parts and nightstands arrived, but they turned our place into a storage unit. We were told the rest would come “soon.” We slept on the floor for a month because we had no bed, just parts lying around. When the rest finally showed up, the bed was broken too! We refused it again. My husband went to the store to cancel everything and get our money back. They refused, even though we paid for insurance. They wouldn’t even pick up the trash they left in our place. So now, our apartment is a dump filled with Ashley’s garbage. We had to buy new furniture from Gallery Furniture, who were awesome, but months later, we’re still stuck with this junk from Ashley and have no idea how to fix this mess with such a shady company.

Worst store to purchase furniture from! Bought a new bed and then said they were on clearance when I clearly payed for a new bed. Order came wrong 3 times and they want to had me wait till September no way worse company of all time never coming back here again unprofessional

Haven’t been in an Ashley Store in years!!! When I went in today, I remembered why. Everyone who was an employee was sitting. They looked right at me and then looked away. IS THIS FOR REAL? Some actually looked at me and turned around and walked away. There were several women employees on their laptops sitting on the furniture that was for sale. They did not bother to acknowledge me —- This is the height of unprofessional and disrespectful conduct. There’s a reason this store was empty of customers. Clearly, these lazy people are getting paid to do nothing. Rooms To Go had a much better atmosphere and higher level of professionalism.

Lou gave me the space to review all of the recliners available and once I made a decision, he and Otto work with me to meet my budget. Both gentlemen were cordial and understanding to my needs. I am unfortunately dissatisfied and disappointed with the Ashley Furniture brand. It has been nothing short of a hassle. The excitement of receiving furniture from less than 6 months ago has quickly faded. We purchased a mattress (amazing!) and a platform bed frame (troublemaker) and I am glad we included the extended warranty. However, it is unfortunate how many times we have had to use it and the less than efficient communication responses we have received. I had medical issues and needed a comfortable bed, but after one week the platform on the bed had broken causing my husband and I to roll to the center of the bed and practically laying on the floor. When I reached out to Ashley Furniture warranty, they asked me “How did this happen?” I do not understand the relevance of this question since it was not going to get anything fixed. The parts were ordered, nonetheless, and it took about 6 weeks to receive the replacement parts and another month for someone to come repair. Once it was fixed, a week later it has broken again. It took two months for the parts to be delivered and since I didn’t respond within FOUR MINUTES, my appointment (which happened to luckily be three days away) was cancelled and reschedule and I have to wait another month. I am beyond infuriated with their products and process as a whole. I understand it is not the “call centers” fault. However it is just extremely frustrating to have these extended lead times. I really hope whatever is causing these extensive delays is resolved because I am in literal tears from being more uncomfortable now than I was previously. I really do appreciate the customer service but the quality of this furniture is dirt. This has given me a bad experience and I will not be purchasing anything else from Ashley Furniture. Your experience may not be the same as mine. However, if you decide to move forward with a purchase, please proceed with caution and do not let the over zealous salesperson hinder you from leaving. It’s ok to say “No”.

I bought a sofa and loveseat on 05/05/2024, it was scheduled to be delivered on 05/15/2024. They end up changing the date for delivery which was not an issue but the sofa was damaged from the bottom part, they sent a technician to fixed the part but he said that if the sofa was fixed it may not last long as it was supposed to be, i didn't wanted the sofa to be fixed, i wanted it to be replaced but the store refused to replaced it.

Mónica was an amazing sales person. But once a manager got involved in the sale, things went downhill. We were promised to have delivery in four days. When I doubted that, the manager assured she could make it happen. The next day Ashley corporate was calling and texting to schedule our delivery two weeks out because our item was out of stock which the manager knew before we paid but did not tell us. Once we canceled our order and went to another store to get it, we found out Ashley had also switched what we ordered. What we had picked out in store and what was on the Ashley order form was not the same! We went to another store and got the same item that day without all the hassle.

I have purchased several items from Ashley without issues in the past. My last order had damaged parts. Customer service was great when I was purchasing items but when it came to assisting issues after purchase, the sales reps are no longer helpful. I called their 800 customer service. They are polite but not much help. They scheduled replacement repair to come and they cancelled an hour before BOTH times after I've already made myself available and took off work. 2 Times! Issue has yet to be resolved and it has been over 2 months now waiting for the parts and the installer. Never again.

The store wheelchair needs foot rests. Told an employee and she said "oh, they fell off" (For me, Good customer service looks more like an apology and offer to get help or see if anyone could find out ab the footrests) Note to store: Please train your employees to be more sensitive to the disabled. My mom's back was hurting and she needed the chair. Also you have carpeting and floor trimmings that are a hazard to the disabled. My mom almost fell. The wheelchair with no footrests could barely make it through the store. I actually saw a few pieces that I liked but reading about the delivery issues and lack of quality service after the sale, I doubt I will buy from here. You may want to invest in a rechargeable scooter for the disabled. We went to the flooring store after visiting your store and my mom rode around comfortably bc they are considerate of the disabled... Please be thoughtful of the disabled. Also as a very honest and consistent reviewer, I can easily spot businesses that have "padded" their Google reviews with plants. We need authentic customer experiences to provide an honest review of any business.

In store experience was good. They weren't too pushy and were helpful during the sale. Delivery was a total nightmare. They gave me the wrong dates in the store, notified me twenty minutes before the scheduled delivery that the couch was broken and that they needed to reschedule, then they booked the wrong date when rescheduling. Good luck talking to an actual person. It's been three weeks since my purchase and I'm still not sure if my furniture will be delivered next week after several reschedules. And they don't offer the option to take the older furniture. Not worth the effort.

This specific location Stay away from this Location. I have personally financed 4 mattresses (they sent the wrong mattresses ) and basses(which never delivered) total over all bad service and it continue till now for past 2 months and to never receive the bases I financed it before thanksgiving and today it’s January 1st 2024. They added wrong stuff for extra money added to my financing and credit thru their third party lender ACMA. They sent the wrong mattresses and never delivered the bases but I’m still being charged for it by Acma. Since they have third party financing in the lender Acma and when it is ordered Acma immediately directly paid Ashley furniture in full amount and with fluffed the invoice amount of unwanted items by Ashley furniture. Acma as Ashley furniture lender expects and larger invoice to be paid and don’t care and says it’s Ashley furnitures fault and they need to adjust it. The management have told me they will adjust it which hasn’t been done but have not seen anything so far at all in documents only verbal communications. I also reported on google as fraud and scam as suggested by the BBB and Federal trade commission since it involves my credit and they have been reported. As this continue my review may change Depands on the solution by Ashley furniture.

Had a great experience at the store. We found the couches we were looking for. The couch material and color was great they are exactly what we wanted. The staff and specifically our sales rep were very friendly and didn’t come on strong with the sales pitch. The delivery price was reasonable with the new everything costs more in 2023. The delivery team were very efficient and got everything set up quickly. My new couches look and feel great.

They were very helpful and patient as we were choosing our furniture.

1st Baby shower / 1st home RUINED I, so badly, wanted to write a good review due to the in-store experience being great. HOWEVER once the furniture came in, I told the delivery drivers that the furniture was too big and I did not want it because it was too large for the living room. The delivery driver proceeded to tell me that I can return it or exchange it at a later time. Assuming he had other deliveries and not wanting to be a bother I regrettably signed for the furniture. The customer service has been absolutely terrible in returning my phone calls. Ultimately, I was then told that despite the delivery drivers blatantly lying to me, the owner of this location has a zero return or exchange policy and they can do nothing for me. My wife and I bought our first home two weeks ago and we were planning to have our first baby shower here as well. Now all of our good fortune will be forever tainted by this terrible experience. From here on, I will make every attempt to make sure Ashley furniture does not receive business from anyone that is hoping to make their house a home. An appropriate accommodation for the inconveniences we have faced is more than overdue. I hope the owner or store will take action to rectify this matter and restore my faith in their ability to provide satisfactory service. Order number #264B419784

Customer service was ridiculous all the way around, and it’s strange no one will give you the corporate office number. I’m wondering why I haven’t received my refund. I’ll never step foot in this store again.

The customer service was great in store. Sean and I think hind name was Rodrigo was a great help. The delivery service in the other hand wasn’t so great. They gave us three dates that our products would be delivered (they were going to be delivered separately) but when 2 of those day came, nothing was delivered which inconvenienced us because we had a party planned and needed one of the furniture we ordered. In store, they told us that it would be there on time but that’s wasn’t the case so we had to push our party back. I called the warehouse department and they said that it won’t be able to come until the following week. I explained the situation to the person on the phone and they said that they can try to get it delivered over the weekend and that I should wait on a text message for confirmation. The next day I received the confirmation and they were able to deliver fit over the weekend. Although it was too late, they tried to make it right which I appreciated. The delivery guys were nice and professional so no issues there. I’m not sure that I would order from them unless they have the item in stock because they have a history of pushing back delivery dates.

I had the pleasure of working with Nate, who took my call and did tons of legwork before I’d even come into the store for a purchase. He went above and beyond to provide superior customer service! We’ll definitely be back to Ashley for future purchases.

I had the most wonderful shopping experience today. Brandon was an awesome salesman. He was very courteous, professional and great personality. I was able to purchase everything I wanted which left me with an overwhelming happy feeling. I was really happy with the customer service! I was shopping around at a few places but in the end, just ended up getting everything from here. It was convenient, the sales associate were very helpful, and they had a good selection of items at great prices. Scheduling delivery was seamless. All around, would definitely recommend.

My experience with Mr. Nate was very knowledgeable and fun. I never went to buy furniture and smile and laugh so much when spending my money. He was very polite. I don’t typically write reviews but this store experience has been the worst. I was told I was going to receive the furniture a specific date and it had been over two months and I still have not received it. My sales person Wessie Davis was extremely nice the day off but figure it was to close the sale and said to let her know of any questions till today she has not even communicated to apologize about the issue .
