I recently bought furniture from the Pearland location and I must say I am not happy.I found out that my furniture would not be delivered until 3 months later ....something the salesman already knew.I financed it so now I am paying for something I do not have.I went back to location to speak with a manager that said he would look into the situation but as of now there has been no reply.Terrible service....they are just trying to make a sale

As soon as I step one foot in the door a salesperson met me at the door. I told him I was looking for a recliner. So one that I liked, I asked how much he said $525. I said I saw some on the website for around $400 which is what about what I wanted to spend. He came back and said how was $439 and I said okay. He did all the paperwork and I paid my credit card and was supposed to receive an email with the order and my paid invoice. Never receive the email, I called a few hours later and found out that he wrote down my email address incorrectly. Incorrectly. The girl I was speaking to put the correct email address and said she would resend it. Saturday one day later. I still have not received the email from them of my paid bill and order. Later that day when I looked up the same chair that I purchased, the price was only $399. I went to the store on Saturday and asked why I was charged what I was charged. Eddie, the sales manager said oh it must be the memorial Day sale. I told him no this was the price yesterday as well. He said while I'm at shed price I said okay. Thank you. He resent the email and I got it immediately. FYI if you're looking to purchase something there, I would check prices on the internet before they try to overcharge you in the store.

If I could give a negative star, I would. My experience was 1) I bought a bunch of furniture on 4/4/25, including a headboard for a queen sized bed frame. When they were derived on 4/9/25, the headboard was unwrapped, and a clear dirty mark on top. I called in the customer care center and they refused to send someone to come in to clean it. 2) I went again on 4/11 and bought a cabinet and night stand. Later, one of the sales person (Stephanie) called and trying to persuade me to get an AS-IS item off their showroom floor, without giving us a clear picture of the stain and damage on the cabinet, and hide fact that it was an AS-IS item. 3) I got a discount on the night stand we bought on 4/9/25, but the refund never shows up on my bank account. This is an awful and disgusting practice of sales. I high recommend against buying from this store.

Horrible experience, I walked in and there were eight representatives sitting and just chitchatting, and nobody got up to even try to help me. So I walked over to the beds because that’s what I’m trying to currently look for and there were people there helping other customers, and I asked one of the representatives how do I get help? He stated well did anybody try to help you in the front and I stated no. He then stated well let me finish with these customers, and I will gladly be willing to help you. He was so nice and sweet, but by that point I was already irritated and did not want to wait.

Ashley Furniture Review – A Disappointing and Frustrating First Experience I had a terrible first experience at Ashley Furniture, and I will never shop here again. The salesperson ( Jalen Broussard) completely pushed me into a sale, and instead of fully explaining the financing process, they created a credit card for me—something I did not want or expect. As someone new to financing, I was not given the proper information to make an informed decision, and now I am left dealing with the consequences of their aggressive sales tactics. To make matters worse, I had to chase down the manager (Jonathan) for assistance. They never called me back, and I had to be the one to follow up. I thought the manager (Jonathan) was working with me, but clearly, they were not. I was forced to go through Ashley Furniture’s customer service line, contact my bank, the bank related to Ashley's Furniture, and then call the manager (Jonathan) again—just to fix a situation that should never have happened in the first place. Even after all of that, I was told it will take two months for my financing to be canceled. This is completely unacceptable. The manager (Jonathan) told me my transactions were canceled, yet they are still appearing on my credit report. If this negatively impacts my credit, I will be extremely upset. On top of that, when I was calling to get in contact with Jonathan, I was redirected multiple times before finally speaking with a woman named Rolanda, who was actually helpful. She informed me that Jonathan never processed my mattress protector return, which completely shocked me because I had returned it directly into his hands. He had from Sunday, February 2nd, until today, February 6th, to process the return, and if I hadn’t caught this mistake, it would have negatively affected my finances and credit. It is unacceptable to pressure first-time customers into something they do not want, especially when they are new to the process. Instead of letting me look around and make my own decisions, I was pushed into financing without proper explanation. This entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely avoidable if the staff had just listened and respected my choices. I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again, and I have already told others about my experience so they can avoid making the same mistake. I expected better customer service and transparency, but instead, I was misled and left dealing with a mess I never should have had to go through.

Review for Ashley Furniture I visited Ashley Furniture on February 1st to browse for a mattress. A sales associate ( Jalen B) assisted me in locating options, but despite providing a clear budget, they presented options that were significantly over my limit. Instead of working with me to find something within my price range, they pushed financing, assuring me it could be canceled with no issues. I felt rushed into a decision I wasn’t fully comfortable with. The next day, February 2nd, I returned to cancel the financing and return any additional items. When I walked in, the same salesperson ( Jalen B) greeted me but quickly dismissed me, directing me to their manager and stating they didn’t want to deal with the stress. While I was speaking with the manager, I overheard Jalen B loudly talking about me to another employee, which I found extremely unprofessional. I simply wanted to resolve the matter respectfully. Thankfully, the manager, Jonathan, was very helpful. He listened to my concerns, processed the cancellation smoothly, and provided me with a receipt confirming it. He even offered further assistance if needed, which I greatly appreciated. However, during this process, another salesperson approached me and asked for my social media, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, my experience at this location was disappointing due to the high-pressure sales tactics and lack of professionalism from some staff members. While I appreciate Jonathan’s help, this will be my first and last visit to Ashley Furniture.

UPDATE- I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER BELOW.....NOTHING CHANGED. THE REPRESENTATIVE JUST TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE. SO I STAND BY MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. NOW YOU WASTED MY TIME BY ASKING ME TO CALL BACK. Mattress buyers beware. I purchased a Stearns and Foster Reserve Firm Mattress. I went into the Pearland location to try it out and was surprised at how soft (not firm as the name implied) it felt but was told that it was soft because it was the Reserve Collection. When the mattress arrived at my home it was extremely firm, and it was painful to lay down on and my body hurt when I woke up in the morning. I was told to give it 30 days and we gave it even more time than that and it never softened up. This was not the same bed I tried in the store. I decided to use the one-time option to exchange the mattress and decided to visit the Ashley Store in Webster as they had Reserve Soft that I could try. When I got there it was the same bed that I remembered from the Pearland store….just perfect. I assumed the Pearland store had accidentally told me that theirs was the firm. I went back to the Pearland store and told the manager that his bed was actually the soft and he said that the Webster store was wrong. I went ahead and ordered the soft and trusted what the Webster store told me and now that it is in my home it is so soft we are sinking into it and it has absolutely no support. Super uncomfortable and more body aches in the morning. This again was not the same mattress that I tried in the showroom. I understand the exchange is a one-time offer, but I also feel that the mattresses in the showroom do not give the buyer a clear understanding of what they are buying in regard to the Stearns and Foster Reserve Collection. It is not just a little off, there was a huge variance. I explained this to the CSR and even mentioned that they may want to take this up with the MFG. I also asked if they would consider checking into the issue and giving me another opportunity to switch to a different brand. When the rep checked and came back on the line, she said it was not possible and that the bed may change over time. There is no way it is going to become firmer? She also said that the beds from the boxes may need more time to fluff up….this is not a bed in a box!!! This is a $5800 mattress. I asked to speak to a manager…..again, just hear me out….I believe you have a problem you may not know about. No one would come to the phone. I was told they do not want to discuss this and there is nothing that can be done. I get that rules are in place for a reason, but I believe you have an issue with Stearns and Foster. I was extremely polite and professional and not acting like a crazy lunatic and I truly believe if they would investigate what I am saying they would see that they may have an issue they are unaware of and if feels a bit like bait and switch. These mattresses are so far off from what I felt in the showroom. So now, I have a $5800 mattress that is going to go to my guest room and luckily, they lied to me about taking my mattress and box springs when they delivered my mattress originally and they could not take it with them so at least I can pull it out of the garage and use it again. The worst part is that the CS Manager would not come to the phone and would not even listen to the probability that they have a problem. Again, I was not even raising my voice. They were not going to be met with a confrontation, I just wanted to have a discussion. At this point I would say do not buy a mattress here. The floor models are grossly misleading. I would have been better off reading descriptions online of beds in boxes and could have bought a couple for what I paid. What a huge disappointment in the Stearns and Foster Reserve Collection and even more so with Ashley Furniture. Will never shop there again for any type of furniture. I hope you do not either.

We were only looking...at least that's what I thought, but the wife may have had other ideas. Any way, Thomas introduced himself and asked what were we looking for and the wife told him. Thomas pointed us in the direction we needed to go and off we went. Thomas hung back, which I liked, and let us brose away. When we had a question, he had an answer. After about 45 minutes we widdled our choice to three different selections. The wife was on the fence about the seats and expressed her concern. Without skipping a beat, Thomas stepped up on the chair and stood there explaining the weaves and structure of the chairs seat chusions. We'll, my wife was sold! As we were doing the paper work, Thomas said he had made a mistake. He had given us the wrong price. The table and chairs were all on sale and it was less expensive then we were quoted! We saved close to $400! We did the paper work, paid the invoice and arranged delivery all at "our" table. Thomas was GREAT! Friendly and courtesy should be his middle name. On my "go to" list for recomendations to friends and family.

We knew what we wanted, and Juan, one of the salespeople on the floor took us right to it. They honored our online price, lower than the floor price, and even let us use our coupon. They set up delivery quickly. From walk in to receipt in hand was 20 minutes, tops. Good experience.

This store had so many options! I was able to find most everything I need, to my taste, in one spot. They also were very accommodating to budgets and gave several options to match your intended. I went to Ashley’s in Pearland to look for a reasonable sleeper sofa. I met Rebecca who was professional, patient and very knowledgeable. I called her the next day to inform her that I would not be with my husband when the sofa was picked up and she called the warehouse and informed them for me. If you need someone who’s kind and knowledgeable, go to the Pearland store and ask for Rebecca and Jenny at the warehouse.

I ordered and paid cash for almost 6k bedroom set from the Pearland Store set and it was delivered today and looked like it was used and someone had stripped the wood and tried to glue it back together. Then I was given the run around about them re-delivering today, but no one called me back. I called at 5pm for the manager to tells me the same thing what the Operations office stated maybe Tuesday, but the store manager tried to tell me it would be delivered today because the Warehouse Manager could override it, knowing they had to wait until the original order was delivered back to the Warehouse. This is my first and last time dealing with Ashley Furniture, the fact that they can inconvenience a customer and act like whatever and I had gave all of my bedroom furniture to a family in need today less than a hour before my supposedly new furniture was to be delivered and it was OLD and looked used. Now I do not have any Furniture in my bedroom. Thanks Ashley Furniture.

I made a purchase (10/8/24 )a bed and a matress (m42131 anniversary 2.0 pl queen matt) and paid $1400. I slept in that mattress for 3 nights but it was uncomfortable, called and asked if I can do an exchange and buy different mattress from them. They said no. No refund, no exchange. Once u buy it you are stuck with it… what kind of customer service is that?

The service was great at the beginning until I found that financing at 0% interest plus no invoice until a month after delivery was actually an application for an Ashley store credit card. I was assured early on that i would be able to use my own universal credit card to pay - that part was a lie. I was furious opening store credit card. Kicking myself for not catching this. Now that the damage is done the consequence takes 24 months to resolve. The sales manager salvage what he could of the situation by offering an employee discount. So I paid with my own card in full then walked away with regret. Don’t ever agree to the financing terms. Never apply for retailer credit card. Ever.

We had the easiest and quickest process here. If you want a salesman that will get you through it quick, Brandon is the one to call. He was very helpful with searching for a new bed frame. Brandon showed us around and gave us recommendations based off of my preferences. We found the perfect frame and he got us the best deal for it. First time customer. We bought a light gray upholstered theatre seating loveseat with all the bells and whistles. Our furniture was to be delivered yesterday. Well, they delivered something but it wasn’t what we bought. My husband’s words “It was black leather and hideous”. I don’t understand why we have to wait 5 more days to get the proper order. Fast and efficient

First time visiting the Ashley furniture store. I was greeted right away, the sales person took the time to show me all of the dining tables available. I was happy with a table to purchase. The only thing I didn’t like is that she didn’t disclose during the application process that I was applying for a credit card. I wanted a short term loan to pay off the table, not a credit card. If I would have known it was a credit card, I would have just paid cash for the table. Other than that, I’m waiting for the table to be delivered in a week. Materials seem sturdy and price discount for Labor Day weekend was very attractive to pass up. Was unable to find a better deal for this dining table anywhere else. Be careful to read the fine print before applying is my only concern.

Store Manager Otto and Rebecca didn't keep there word on my transaction. It's been over month and I still haven't received my full refund. Everytime I speak with them they give me the run around.

The assistant manager's daughter, Rebecca, was just super knowledgeable and sweet. We went in the store just to make sure we were making the correct choice of going back to the furniture store we went to the day before. We were looking for a loveseat with a console. That's it. Three hours later, we signed for the loveseat, bench, rug, mattress, adjustable bed frame and two pillows. Everyone in the store was super friendly. Rebecca has our vote for top salesperson of the year!

Edit:I never got the couches lol they kept pushing it back and I had to request for the refund this was all hell. Took these people 2 months to get my furniture. **Ashley Furniture: A Complete Scam** Honestly, dealing with Ashley Furniture has been a nightmare. They’re nothing but scammers who sell you junk that’s nothing like what you see in the showroom. They deliver broken furniture after making you wait forever, and then they refuse to give your money back. We bought everything for our apartment from them—bedroom set, living room set, bookshelves, TV stand, and a coffee table. They promised delivery in 10 days, but the day before, they delayed it by two weeks. Then it turned into a month. After all that waiting, only the TV stand showed up, and it was completely messed up—different design, poorly made, and unusable. We sent it back. Customer service called and said, “Just keep the base for now; we’ll get you a new one in a few days.” The coffee table had issues too, and we agreed to the same deal. After what felt like forever, some bed parts and nightstands arrived, but they turned our place into a storage unit. We were told the rest would come “soon.” We slept on the floor for a month because we had no bed, just parts lying around. When the rest finally showed up, the bed was broken too! We refused it again. My husband went to the store to cancel everything and get our money back. They refused, even though we paid for insurance. They wouldn’t even pick up the trash they left in our place. So now, our apartment is a dump filled with Ashley’s garbage. We had to buy new furniture from Gallery Furniture, who were awesome, but months later, we’re still stuck with this junk from Ashley and have no idea how to fix this mess with such a shady company.

Haven’t been in an Ashley Store in years!!! When I went in today, I remembered why. Everyone who was an employee was sitting. They looked right at me and then looked away. IS THIS FOR REAL? Some actually looked at me and turned around and walked away. There were several women employees on their laptops sitting on the furniture that was for sale. They did not bother to acknowledge me —- This is the height of unprofessional and disrespectful conduct. There’s a reason this store was empty of customers. Clearly, these lazy people are getting paid to do nothing. Rooms To Go had a much better atmosphere and higher level of professionalism.

Lou gave me the space to review all of the recliners available and once I made a decision, he and Otto work with me to meet my budget. Both gentlemen were cordial and understanding to my needs. I am unfortunately dissatisfied and disappointed with the Ashley Furniture brand. It has been nothing short of a hassle. The excitement of receiving furniture from less than 6 months ago has quickly faded. We purchased a mattress (amazing!) and a platform bed frame (troublemaker) and I am glad we included the extended warranty. However, it is unfortunate how many times we have had to use it and the less than efficient communication responses we have received. I had medical issues and needed a comfortable bed, but after one week the platform on the bed had broken causing my husband and I to roll to the center of the bed and practically laying on the floor. When I reached out to Ashley Furniture warranty, they asked me “How did this happen?” I do not understand the relevance of this question since it was not going to get anything fixed. The parts were ordered, nonetheless, and it took about 6 weeks to receive the replacement parts and another month for someone to come repair. Once it was fixed, a week later it has broken again. It took two months for the parts to be delivered and since I didn’t respond within FOUR MINUTES, my appointment (which happened to luckily be three days away) was cancelled and reschedule and I have to wait another month. I am beyond infuriated with their products and process as a whole. I understand it is not the “call centers” fault. However it is just extremely frustrating to have these extended lead times. I really hope whatever is causing these extensive delays is resolved because I am in literal tears from being more uncomfortable now than I was previously. I really do appreciate the customer service but the quality of this furniture is dirt. This has given me a bad experience and I will not be purchasing anything else from Ashley Furniture. Your experience may not be the same as mine. However, if you decide to move forward with a purchase, please proceed with caution and do not let the over zealous salesperson hinder you from leaving. It’s ok to say “No”.

I bought a sofa and loveseat on 05/05/2024, it was scheduled to be delivered on 05/15/2024. They end up changing the date for delivery which was not an issue but the sofa was damaged from the bottom part, they sent a technician to fixed the part but he said that if the sofa was fixed it may not last long as it was supposed to be, i didn't wanted the sofa to be fixed, i wanted it to be replaced but the store refused to replaced it.

Mónica was an amazing sales person. But once a manager got involved in the sale, things went downhill. We were promised to have delivery in four days. When I doubted that, the manager assured she could make it happen. The next day Ashley corporate was calling and texting to schedule our delivery two weeks out because our item was out of stock which the manager knew before we paid but did not tell us. Once we canceled our order and went to another store to get it, we found out Ashley had also switched what we ordered. What we had picked out in store and what was on the Ashley order form was not the same! We went to another store and got the same item that day without all the hassle.

I have purchased several items from Ashley without issues in the past. My last order had damaged parts. Customer service was great when I was purchasing items but when it came to assisting issues after purchase, the sales reps are no longer helpful. I called their 800 customer service. They are polite but not much help. They scheduled replacement repair to come and they cancelled an hour before BOTH times after I've already made myself available and took off work. 2 Times! Issue has yet to be resolved and it has been over 2 months now waiting for the parts and the installer. Never again.

The store wheelchair needs foot rests. Told an employee and she said "oh, they fell off" (For me, Good customer service looks more like an apology and offer to get help or see if anyone could find out ab the footrests) Note to store: Please train your employees to be more sensitive to the disabled. My mom's back was hurting and she needed the chair. Also you have carpeting and floor trimmings that are a hazard to the disabled. My mom almost fell. The wheelchair with no footrests could barely make it through the store. I actually saw a few pieces that I liked but reading about the delivery issues and lack of quality service after the sale, I doubt I will buy from here. You may want to invest in a rechargeable scooter for the disabled. We went to the flooring store after visiting your store and my mom rode around comfortably bc they are considerate of the disabled... Please be thoughtful of the disabled. Also as a very honest and consistent reviewer, I can easily spot businesses that have "padded" their Google reviews with plants. We need authentic customer experiences to provide an honest review of any business.

In store experience was good. They weren't too pushy and were helpful during the sale. Delivery was a total nightmare. They gave me the wrong dates in the store, notified me twenty minutes before the scheduled delivery that the couch was broken and that they needed to reschedule, then they booked the wrong date when rescheduling. Good luck talking to an actual person. It's been three weeks since my purchase and I'm still not sure if my furniture will be delivered next week after several reschedules. And they don't offer the option to take the older furniture. Not worth the effort.

I have personally financed 4 mattresses (they sent the wrong mattresses ) and basses(which never delivered) total over all bad service and it continue till now for past 2 months and to never receive the bases I financed it before thanksgiving and today it’s January 1st 2024. They added wrong stuff for extra money added to my financing and credit thru their third party lender ACMA. They sent the wrong mattresses and never delivered the bases but I’m still being charged for it by Acma. Since they have third party financing in the lender Acma and when it is ordered Acma immediately directly paid Ashley furniture in full amount and with fluffed the invoice amount of unwanted items by Ashley furniture. Acma as Ashley furniture lender expects and larger invoice to be paid and don’t care and says it’s Ashley furnitures fault and they need to adjust it. The management have told me they will adjust it which hasn’t been done but have not seen anything so far at all in documents only verbal communications. I also reported on google as fraud and scam as suggested by the BBB and Federal trade commission since it involves my credit and they have been reported. As this continue my review may change Depands on the solution by Ashley furniture.

Had a great experience at the store. We found the couches we were looking for. The couch material and color was great they are exactly what we wanted. The staff and specifically our sales rep were very friendly and didn’t come on strong with the sales pitch. The delivery price was reasonable with the new everything costs more in 2023. The delivery team were very efficient and got everything set up quickly. My new couches look and feel great.

1st Baby shower / 1st home RUINED I, so badly, wanted to write a good review due to the in-store experience being great. HOWEVER once the furniture came in, I told the delivery drivers that the furniture was too big and I did not want it because it was too large for the living room. The delivery driver proceeded to tell me that I can return it or exchange it at a later time. Assuming he had other deliveries and not wanting to be a bother I regrettably signed for the furniture. The customer service has been absolutely terrible in returning my phone calls. Ultimately, I was then told that despite the delivery drivers blatantly lying to me, the owner of this location has a zero return or exchange policy and they can do nothing for me. My wife and I bought our first home two weeks ago and we were planning to have our first baby shower here as well. Now all of our good fortune will be forever tainted by this terrible experience. From here on, I will make every attempt to make sure Ashley furniture does not receive business from anyone that is hoping to make their house a home. An appropriate accommodation for the inconveniences we have faced is more than overdue. I hope the owner or store will take action to rectify this matter and restore my faith in their ability to provide satisfactory service. Order number #264B419784

The customer service was great in store. Sean and I think hind name was Rodrigo was a great help. The delivery service in the other hand wasn’t so great. They gave us three dates that our products would be delivered (they were going to be delivered separately) but when 2 of those day came, nothing was delivered which inconvenienced us because we had a party planned and needed one of the furniture we ordered. In store, they told us that it would be there on time but that’s wasn’t the case so we had to push our party back. I called the warehouse department and they said that it won’t be able to come until the following week. I explained the situation to the person on the phone and they said that they can try to get it delivered over the weekend and that I should wait on a text message for confirmation. The next day I received the confirmation and they were able to deliver fit over the weekend. Although it was too late, they tried to make it right which I appreciated. The delivery guys were nice and professional so no issues there. I’m not sure that I would order from them unless they have the item in stock because they have a history of pushing back delivery dates.

I was really happy with the customer service! I was shopping around at a few places but in the end, just ended up getting everything from here. I don’t typically write reviews but this store experience has been the worst. I was told I was going to receive the furniture a specific date and it had been over two months and I still have not received it. My sales person Wessie Davis was extremely nice the day off but figure it was to close the sale and said to let her know of any questions till today she has not even communicated to apologize about the issue .

Terrible customer service. Ordered a couch from them and they completely messed up the order. On the day of delivery they didn't bring the arms for the couch and when we went to the store to talk they ordered the missing parts and so they never fully installed it the couch and then they came the next day to drop of the arms but only did it as doorstep instead of installation and now are saying they cannot install it as it was ordered that way. This is so unprofessional and they are not even answering the phone when we have called multiple times.

I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience I had at this store. To begin with, the furniture was delivered later than the initially communicated date. Furthermore, upon receiving the coffee table, I noticed two noticeable chips in it. Despite reaching out to their customer service, I was assured of a response that never came. I made multiple attempts through text messages and emails to seek a resolution, but regrettably, there have been no updates or efforts made to accommodate my concerns. This lack of responsiveness and neglect has left me greatly disappointed. I must express my profound disappointment with the store's management as well. The manager's handling of the situation was utterly inadequate, and their lack of assistance only worsened matters. Their unresponsiveness and inability to address my concerns further highlighted the poor customer service experience. Given the circumstances, I regret to inform you that I will never be returning to this store in the future. The overall experience has been disheartening, and I cannot overlook the way my concerns were dismissed and left unattended. At this point, I earnestly request an immediate and appropriate accommodation for the inconveniences I have faced. I hope the store will take swift action to rectify this matter and restore my faith in their ability to provide satisfactory service.

Purchased supposedly new furniture, received furniture with black magic marks on each piece of furniture. I paid 2,000 down on three pieces of furniture. Was told furniture would be replaced, instead repair man sent twice. I asked why he was here? He told me, I had no choice but to accept repair. Asked how was he going to repair, said he didn't know. I couldn't accept more damages. I did not purchase used furniture, Ashley's was highly recommended. What a disaster and disappointment!!! No thanks for the poor Service

I had a pretty particular review of this location that gave me the opportunity to have an enhanced opportunity to provide details of what you can expect when being there. To mention the actual reason for my visit would be breaking a contract unfortunately however I can tell you that you will be met with someone within the first few minutes and they can provide you with a roundabout either monthly payment or full payment if you were to purchase any of their sets and they do have more than one financing option. One of them does cater to the under and bad credit applications which makes their furniture vastly affordable considering the high end brand. I was very impressed by what was available to me at an affordable monthly price that could be converted into a non-interest full payment at any time

The experience was very professional and accommodating to my needs. However, the process was changed from in-store to corporate and as of today June 27 I have not heard from corporate. As to win my problem will be solved.

She lied and told me that I would get my furniture the next week and would receive a call about delivery the following day. It’s been 3 weeks now and they charged my card right away but still no info on when I will receive it, never got a call or even heard from delivery people, I’ve also NEVER received an estimate date of when it may come in. How is my card charged with ZERO information of my order???? Than when you call or text they will completely ignore you or hang up! Super unprofessional and I’ll be contacting corporate!!!! AGAIN DON’T BUY HERE it’s a scam!!!

Affordable furniture in all styles

I had a very unpleasant buying experience at Ashley store at Pearland. First of all, the store had no operating system so they were not able to make any sale because of this. Our Sales representative Gail, agreed to call me follow up with us in order to complete the sale of some counter stools we wanted, and she didn’t call to follow up. Apparently systems are still down so they are not able to sell anything. Then I see a charge on my credit card, but I don’t receive any invoice from the store and anybody is calling me to confirm the purchase of the stools. So at this point I just decided to cancel the whole purchase and just go to another store because of all this issues and nobody being able to properly follow up with me and make the purchase process as smooth as possible for us.

We purchased the couch at this location. Turned out Nate sold us the wrong couch, which they delivered. Every time I go to the store and trying to fix it, I hear the same thing. Some mysterious MANAGER should approve the exchange and they would call you later today, which of course never happens. I don’t know how many more times I should go there to fix their mistake and actually receive the furniture I paid for.

Brandon/breezy is the best sales associate at this store come see him for all your mattress and furniture needs. He took care of me from beginning to end. When you get your mattress make sure to get it with the adjustable base it’s life changing your won’t regret it. Brandon will take great care of you, come see him as soon as possible!

Everyone we delt with were friendly and kowledgable. Prices a bit on the high side for dressers but the bed we got waa reasonable and what we were looking for. Item's were instock and delivered within 2 days.

Do yourself a favor and Google Ashley homestores and scam. Their pricing is a scam. Their warranties are a scam. They're being sued in multiple jurisdictions for multiple counts of fraud and deceptive trade practices. Just stay away. Considering the absolute lack of foot traffic in these stores, it's only a matter of time before they're bankrupt.

Brandon is an excellent sales person and was very easy to work with on our purchases. He was cordial, professional, and down to earth. I would surely recommend him to friends and family.

Don’t go to the store, shop online. If you DO go to the store, check the pricing online before completing your purchase. The end tables I wanted to buy were $230 online but $399 in store (by the way, the color I wanted wasn’t even on the floor, I only knew about it because I looked on the website). They wound up matching the price when, but only because I knew to point it out. I wound up purchasing in store rather than the website for no reason other than to let the salesperson who helped me (followed me around and pointed out the items I already knew I wanted to buy) could get a commission. But the delivery would have been scheduled for the same day, the process would have been faster, and I wouldn’t have had to inexplicably provide two forms of ID for something I bought with my own money (I would have understood the need if I had chosen financing).

I had a very nice shopping experience. Brandon was very attentive and personable. Look for him for your furniture needs.

Shae was very understanding about my orders that were place in 2016 and 2020. When we had to restart them over and then refunded for items never delivered. Most importantly, I was able to get everything exactly as needed, with the exception of my mattresses.

Over it with this purchase (coffee & end table)! From beginning to end. 1. I accept that they didn’t have the item in storage, or available to go home with me the same day. They gave us a timeframe to pick up from the north side. When we arrive to pick up the item at 6pm, the place was closed. The paperwork and what we were told by the salesman was they are open until 8. 2. My husband assembled the coffee table- no problem. He unpacked the end table, first…. The parts were severely mislabeled! The sheet said “parts A, B, C, etc”, the parts were labeled “L, M, N, etc”. THEN, the holes were created in the place to assembled it (see pics) 3. My husband contacting the store we purchased from, and was giving a number and email to contact. We have been back and forth almost 2 weeks trying to get resolve! Finally, today I said if there is no resolution offered today, we are returning it. Initially they said no one can come until 5/3. I have decided to return. They are now saying 4/11. Honestly, I still don’t want it, because this has been a terrible purchase/service process! I’m going to sleep on it, but there is massive room for improvement from start to finish! Not to mention, we they come to assemble, they will probably drill another hole. What I paid for is a properly created table!

They do not honor their warranty. When you call for delivery the people are very rude. Ask for a supervisor they hang up in your face. I’ve been dealing with this inconsistency for over 2 weeks. They had the wrong phone number. I am being taking like a joke.

First we got Nathan which we specifically told him, (after we picked the 5 drawer dresser) that we needed it asap to store my mothers Dialysis Medical Supplies and on top of that buy we got a table last minute since we were there already. On the pick up I had to drive 1.5hrs away TWICE because Nathan forgot to add me to the pick up since my wife’s info was used on the sale but told him I would be picking it up. After getting home and installing a few pieces of the dresser I noticed it wasn’t the right dresser😒 too much time, gas, and energy wasted at this point but they said for the inconvenience they would “fix” it which they would replace the furniture with the one we wanted in the first place.(I didn’t care for anything free at this point or compensation for gas, just wanted my dresser we urgently needed.) The ticket was made and a WEEK LATER it still needs manager approval which his name is Otto as they say BUT, he’s on vacation so nobody can do anything until this guy gets back to office. Everyone there doesn’t have any authority to make things right for the customers without the manager which is nothing but RIDICULOUS!!.They say it’s been escalated to “higher up” but I’ve still been waiting for these unprofessional people to act on making this sale I made a week ago right!!‼️‼️ I DO NOT recommend Ashley’s Furniture to anyone. Even the 1800/Customer Service number can’t do anything about it. The sale is with the store and the store is the one who you will deal with. Support is a JOKE with this place. There’s plenty of other furniture places who will act fast without manager approvals who will make things right ASAP!!‼️‼️

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!! Service from the sales perspective even though we already knew what we wanted and where ready to buy was ok. However, they scheduled delivery in a week. I took the day off of work, updates about delivery where good. Then the delivery showed up. A base, 2 pillows and a mattress cover. No mattress the key ingredient to the whole order. Call customerservice get completely bad mouthed by the agent who refused to give me their name or employee ID. Called the store got the same run around. Every supervisor on the phone or in the store will not be available for an hour. Will never purchase there again and am starting a return for the 8k I spent.

Very disappointed! I purchased an extended warranty on a living room set back in May 2017. If the warranty is not used within the 5yr, you get a store credit for that amount. I never received an email, phone call or any type of notification letting me know I had this credit I could use. I went to the store in person and asked how much credit I had and that I wanted to use it. I had a $700 credit, however, it’s only good for 6 months. The credit expired in November and I requested it in December. The floor manager told me they could NOT honor that credit and blamed it on new store owner. I am extremely disappointed on how this was handled. I’ve purchased several items during the past years, never again will I purchase anything from this store.

I am very disappointed with Ashley. I ordered furnitures from this store in March 2022. It’s December 2022 and I still have not received anything. They told me that the item will be delivered on July, then on November and still nothing. I hope the have a good reason for the delay. I will not be buying or recommending Ashley to anyone.

Bad customer service. Order is delayed, already 7 days later than scheduled and now they moved it again. You can not reach any one over the phone to help. Only customer service number on their website would refer you to the store. So you leave your work to chase Ashley all over the place for your orders.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I purchased a sofa set, and the sales associate convinced me after I denied the warranty several times to purchase the cleaning warranty, which I can call to have my couch cleaned and pillows fluffed anytime for 5 years. I was promised it'd be delivered within a week and they kept delaying the delivery over and over until after 45 days it came. Well, after I finally decided to get my sofa serviced for cleaning, I was advised they wouldn't do it anytime on demand, only if there was a major stain, not even a small one. So of course the sales associate LIED to me to get a sale. I go to the store and advised them and they seemed to simply brush me off, not apologetic. These people will lie to you and scam you for the sake of a sale. So if you enjoy NOT getting what you pay for, this is your store.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy from Ashley. All these 5-star reviews below are store employees and families boosting reviews for this horrible business. I opened up an Ashley account got approved for a good amount, bought Furniture and left the store. I didn’t come to realize that the associate helping me would add stuff on to my order after I cancel a few items. The associate did this to help boost his commission. Ashley prides itself stealing from its customers. I talked to a representative and supervisor and they assured me the items would be removed after delivery. Guess what, once they deliver the items they now said we can’t take it off. These tactics and sneaky games aren’t ways to treat customers. Oh I forgot to mention, on delivery day items were delivered damaged mainly because the delivery guys were busy watching a soccer match. I called to let management know and they said I have to file a complaint with the delivery company!?!? Guys they hired to do a delivery job and now they are giving me the runaround. I took a photo of the delivery guy trying to repair 1 of many damaged items. If you’re looking to have random items pop up on your order/statement and have damaged furniture delivered, shop at this store but don’t say I didn’t warn you. This is not a trustworthy company and I will not stop until I reach to the senior executives/CEO about this store and shameful business practices. I would rate Ashley of Pearland no stars if I could.

So rt now I have paid for damaged furniture because Ashley’s just doesn’t give af. Very unfortunate! They are scammers and it’s sad how they take advantage of their customers!

Decided to add on another item then delivery was changed n scheduled for 3 weeks later (xmas week!) Wasn't happy with that being too close to Xmas! After I got home i found same item on Overstock for less than half price n delivery is in 7 days so am canceling 2nd order from Ashley.

I went in to purchase a sectional from a prior visit. The salesperson named Rebecca was efficient but her personality was not that friendly. As I was signing documents regarding the terms and conditions, she really didn’t explain anything to me and I had to keep asking questions. She just expected me to sign. I just felt the experience was lacking attentiveness. I wouldn’t want her as my salesperson again.

I purchased a sofa chaise that was delivered Nov. 19. It was supposed to have 8 legs and it came with 4. The separate piece has been on the bare floor. The delivery guy took pictures and called customer service. I also called the store and spoke to Juan and complained. He never called back. I did text Luis who was the sales guy and he apologized. As of today, I still haven't received the missing legs. I am surprised on the customer service from the Pearland store. Lesson learned to not buy anything else from this place. I should have read the reviews first before going there.

From a sales perspective (because I’m in the sales industry as well), he was very patient and personable. He allowed me time to shop and did not have the typical “sales shark“ mentality (following me around waiting for the right time to strike). After shopping around, I left the store and came back several hours later. Thomas knew exactly who I was and addressed me by name. We shared great conversation outside of the sale, but was also knowledgeable enough to answer all questions related to the sale. I went into this store to purchase a new mattress. I was approached by Gail (Wessie) Davis who clearly went into "sales" mode. I honestly did not mind because I really needed to purchase a new mattress that I needed delivered ASAP. I decided to go with a Temperpedic Pro Adapt with all of the bells and whistles. I was told the bed was in stock and could be delivered as soon as this coming Thursday or Friday. I chose Friday (today) due to having a conflict on Thursday. She rushed me through the signing process to sign documents without ever telling me how much the bed actually cost but given that I did want a nice bed, I did not care as much. Given I spent $6000 on a bed, you would think they would ensure that my bed would be delivered on time. I never received a message, phone call, or email about the delivery which is odd. When I called to check on the delivery, they mentioned my bed was not scheduled to be delivered until the day AFTER thanksgiving and the guy even admitted that the bed was not due to get to the warehouse until the Saturday after thanksgiving. Therefore, I would have purchase a bed on 11/15 and not received it until at least 11/26 or after. I requested to cancel the order since I was lied to in the store and told I would receive my order this week which I was looking forward to. My entire family and I are repeat Ashley furniture store customers but given the recent experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere and ensure my family and friends do the same! The sales person also gave the "plug" that she was a realtor and gave me her phone number. After this experience, I will make sure I let people know to avoid using her services if this is how she treats people!

Should be a negative score. Horrible customer service, GRT needs to be fired as the service provider for Ashley or ashley needs to burn their customer service hand book and re-create it. Decent people i spoke with however no one could do anything beyond move to some supervisor who has zero flexibility and didn't help to resolve anything. Pulling teeth to acknowledge their system literally shows they completely failed. Bought 2 sofias from them, Ashley, both had damage and called GRT time within warranty to get resolved. Their process that is closed door to the customer failed to fix our issue within time. Materials were back ordered, technicians couldn't fix issues if other work others are opened. No one read customer notes before having conversations, but they asked 12 scoping and customer privacy questions to open your account. They, GRT - ASHLEY, Closed my ticket without follow up, no emails to ask how was the service, No call from the vendor to see if we can re-schedule because they closed the books but they see the issue not actually fixed, nothing you expect as a service provider. They just closed the book and ran off with my money. I call back to get issue resolved quietly however they tell me its a customer fault for not being engaging enough for a documented issue they fail to fix and so to get their self out of a pickle they tell the customer your bad. If you call a service provider to seek assistance, that service provider to provide and if there is a failure internally and its clearly documented and notated an internal failure. THE SERVICE PROVIDER should fix the issue at no cost or further frustration or blame to the customer. There should be follow through as a service provider to care enough about the people that keep their lights on, to provide good and quality service to a customer. Especially again when the customer is in rights, and the failure is documented on the provider side. At this point you are not even a service provider, at least a waste provider. The service you all provided was nothing short of waste. I hope senior leadership cleans up your customer service handbook and procedures but this has been by far worst customer service i've ever experience. No one able to resolve the issue, just flat no event after seeing a service provider failure. Again, Doesn't make sense how you see in your system you failed to service a customer and blame the customer for not calling weekly for updates, or not sleeping out side your door like you going to fix my issue. Bad enough it takes 45 minutes each call to finally get to a conclusion. I paid you to complete a service and you guys literally just stole money from me and told me it was my fault yall stole the money and to have a nice day. ok

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE, OR ASHLEY IN GENERAL. I have never encountered a company with such utter disregard for customer service. I'm genuinely shocked at how bad this entire experience has been. We ordered two tables and a desk from this store with white glove delivery, which we were informed included assembly (no exceptions to this policy were communicated to us and none are in the "contract" either). While we were ordering, I noticed Sue/Lavonda (two different business cards for the same person so not sure what she goes by) entered in the wrong desk. I called it out and she said she changed it. Upon delivery, the desk did not arrive. Apparently it was on backorder but no one cared to communicate that with us. On the delivery sheet, I noticed it still had the wrong desk. I called that day and got a new delivery date of 10/25 and let them know to correct the desk again. 10/25 came and went... no communication, no delivery. I call again and get yet another delivery date of 11/4. They drop the box off and say that because the delivery slip says "unassembled" that they will not assemble the desk. Again, where is this in the contract? They leave and we start assembling the desk, only to realize it's the wrong desk plus half of the right desk (so now we have 1.5 desks). When we call customer service to correct this issue, they say we need to talk to the store - this theme of going between customer service and the store goes on and on throughout our entire experience so I won't get into how many times we were told we need to talk to the other when we called one (hint: over 20). I go to the store and am told that they can process an exchange but not a return because the desk was not immediately returned when the delivery team dropped it off, that it's not eligible for return. Ok... I would have sent it back immediately if they assembled it like I paid for them to do. When they processed my exchange, again, no one knows when it will get delivered. At this point I got so frustrated I asked to just cancel everything and return the desk. We spoke to customer service, the store, and corporate and no one is even willing to listen to us or speak to us about it. How is this possible? They keep saying we are breaching our contract (which is not a signed document, by the way) by requesting a refund even though they breached the contract with the white glove delivery. Additional terms and conditions were not communicated to us nor provided to us through email, website, etc. Every single person we have spoken to (Martha, Otto, the sales team, customer service, Rodrigo from corporate, the list goes on and on) has been so rude, to the point of raising their voice at me and talking to me like I'm unintelligent. I'm shocked no one at the company is not even willing to listen to us. Again, I have never encountered a company so unwilling to work with their customers and speaks to them in such a brazen manner. It was such a huge mistake purchasing from them and I never will again.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience today with Brandon. He spoke with knowledge about the piece that I was considering and checked on me while he was doing paperwork. I would definitely shop at Ashley again if Brandon could be my salesperson.

Shopping in the store was fine although it did take a long time to get the items ordered. The problems came when dealing with the shipping department. I received a text saying my furniture would be delivered the next Tuesday. I called and asked if I could select a delivery time. I was told no it would be between 9-9 and they would call me the day before to give me a three hour window that they would TRY to deliver in. I told the lady I am a teacher and I can’t just leave that I would like a Saturday delivery. She said that was fine. Got it all set up and said all my furniture would be delivered on Saturday. The next day I receive another text saying that my furniture would be delivered on Wednesday. So I called back and told them how I had called the day before and switched my delivery to Saturday. The lady told me she didn’t know what had happened but now there were no openings on Saturday. After being on the phone for several hours back and forth she said there was nothing they could do and I could switch to the next Saturday. Not ideal but okay. Then she let it slip that my couch and love seat had been damaged in shipping and they would now be 4-6 weeks before they would be here. I decided to go look for furniture elsewhere. I ended up finding furniture I liked better at Gallery Furniture. Not only was it cheaper it was delivered that night with no delivery charge and no charging close to $800 for a warranty.

Ernesto greeted me upon entry, asked me what was I shopping for, offered me water and let me browse. I prefer to be left alone as I shop and I experienced just that. After browsing for about 10 minutes, he revisited with me and promptly answered my questions on the two couches I had questions on. The whole experience was easy, not pushy at all and I was in and out in less than an hour. Very pleasant experience indeed!
