If you believe you will get the perfect product with no issues—no missing parts, no wrong color, no defects—then go ahead and buy from this store. But if anything goes wrong (God forbid), be ready for a nightmare. My husband and I had two out of two bad experiences with Ashley (what are the chances?). The first time, they sent us the wrong color. The second time, two chairs were missing. The first time, we didn’t know how bad they were. The second time was my mistake—I knew their service was poor, but the sale was tempting, so I gave them another chance. I regret it. Returning the products and getting our money back was extremely difficult. Their customer service is terrible. They always give excuses and keep telling you to wait: first 48 hours, then 3 days, then suddenly 10–14 days. And every time you reach the deadline, they give you a new one. They keep you stuck in a loop until you are exhausted. You either give up or keep fighting for what is yours, and both options come with stress, headaches, and frustration. This company cares only about sales, not customers. If you value your time, health, and peace, avoid Ashley—whether in store, online, or through their chat (which is even worse). There are many other stores with better quality and much better customer service, often for less money. I hate writing negative reviews, but I truly hope this helps at least one person or family avoid the nightmare we went through.

I had a great experience with our salesman ronnie What I did not like was they made me come through the side. Door because Ashley's tracks how many people come in and out of the main door which already was kind of shady to me. My wife and I found a dining table that we liked. It was out of our price range, so they said that they might be able to make a deal but they wanted us to sign up for the credit card which we pay for everything. In cash, they didn't like that. They also told us that deal only lasted for 1 day and we needed to go home and measure to see if it would fit in our dining room. That was our biggest holdup, and just the pressure of them telling us we had to go home right now and measure was not very kind to me. It seemed very demanding and someone else dictating my life. But I need to do in that moment right now. If it wasn't for their aggressive cell's tactic. Tell me I had to do it right now or the deal was off the table. Trying to make me feel bad that Ronnie will get a loss if I didn't buy it today. Because they already submitted the deal. I would have bought the table, but they were extremely demanding. And aggressive and telling me that I needed to get their credit card for their interest and I told them, I said, well, I'll have 0 interest. If I pay for any cash And they proceeded to tell me, well, you don't have to use your own money.
