Do NOT waste your time nor your money making a purchase at this store. I purchased a bed, not the one we wanted because we needed it now, not next year. When we ne ever received a delivery confirmation we called to only find out the bed was NOT available and was on back order. After numerous attempts to reach our salesman, no luck. We made 4 trips to the store they finally cancelled the bed frame and we purchased else where. Then the Salesman never put a request to refund our money because we paid cash. Finally a young man from Customer Service put in the request. We did have a store credit and used that to purchase the mattresses, so we only cancelled the bed frame that was never really available and on back order. Finally we felt like our issues were resolved and then the unthinkable.... They deliver the Mattress with NO box springs. Why, because the cancelled the Bed Frame and the Box Springs. I promise to NEVER make another purchase from Ashley's.

One star rating is for the customer service and lack of receiving any help with the furniture we ordered. We spent almost $8k on our furniture and $800 on the warranty. They delivered our furniture and forgot to bring a piece to the furniture that secures the middle piece of our two seater. The delivery men stated that he would come back the next day with the piece to secure and never showed. Customer service was contacted multiple times, we were hung up on twice. The last call attempt they said the piece had been mailed out…we were also promised a call back that never came. So then my husband went to the store and they acted like they were going to handle the issue and have the piece come to the store and then we can schedule it to be installed. Piece never came and we have been unsuccessful in getting our issue resolved. We have had our furniture for a little over a month. This is our second time being burned by Ashley Furniture. Never again will we purchase furniture from Ashley Furniture!

Awful is all I can say about Ashley’s. For the amount of money I spent at their store I should’ve been given a better customer service. The associates at the store only care about selling the furnitures. Once they’re done selling you the furnitures it’s bye bye. They deliver me 2 broken dining room chairs and a sectional reclining sofa without the power cord!!! Now I have to deal with customer service that has a really thick accent that makes it hard to understand. So I went to the store that I bought the furnitures from hoping they can help. Well was told by store manager there’s nothing he can do I will have to call customer service. Back to square one. Plz hire some good English speaker Ashley’s Furniture. Who do I need to talk to now?!?!?! My 2 dining room chairs is still wobbly and I still don’t have a power cord to my recliner.

Apparently this store doesn’t have a GM, I asked to speak to a person in charge and their response was “we don’t have anyone in charge”.

I ordered in Jan 2021 then for some reason the item went out of stock. I rebooked in April 2021 for delivery on July 2nd, and again nothing is available for delivery. No one calls to tell the status. I have followed by like crazy atleast 20 times with Sales rep. No one picks the call at the store. Visited the store atleast 3 times. After sales experience: Worst service. I contacted the customer service about an issue in my recliner. They said service department will contact me. No one called even after following up for 3-4 times. With every call, they kept repeating the same. After 2-2.5 months someone from the service department visited the house saw that all seats in the recliners are making very loud noise and confirmed that it is not normal. Next day i got an email saying that nothing can be done as it is normal wear and tear. Completely contradictory. No one is trying to fix the issue. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY.
