The review is on the staff with the store. Ashley furniture is Ashley furniture so most people know what they want or can figure that out as it is furniture. However, I'm putting the review based on the annoyances dealt with by lack of training (I presume) and incompetent people. We made a purchase that turned into a discussion with our sales person Emmit on what delivery availability looks like based on specific furniture. He explained that furniture located locally in their warehouse can be delivered on Friday or Saturday. He went as far as verifying stock (qnty), and setting delivery up. He then proceeded to tell us that we would receive a call to provide us with the 3 jour window for delivery on our Friday selected day. You would think this wouldn't be a problem but it was a big issue. Two days later, my phone is blown up with automated texts requiring me to select a delivery date, none of which were within a week out. To make matters more annoying, the automated texts made a decision to respond to me to inform that we can try again later since I saw this automated thread text itself. I was unavailable due to work so by the time I saw the messages, we found it extremely difficult to reach a human being. By the time we were able to do so, they gave a generic run around that our sales guy probably gave us an estimation. I had to inform her he made us wait to confirm the details and that it was a flat out lie. I just needed honesty. None of this would have been an issue had the management trained employees to communicate/articulate basic questions to consumers making purchases. No lies or run around needed. We already planned to spend money, why mess that up? The icing on the cake was when the sales associate reached out to me claiming that he was off work and that there was a mixup at there distribution center (in a different state) to "ship" our items and it arrived damaged, and because of this, they had to push the dates back - to which I replied, " I'm not going to entertain this. You associates in office already gave me a different story and now you're lieing again so I'm hanging up. He apologized and I hung up. What happened to professional courtesy? The sad part is the sales experience will override the idea of making future purchases because of lack of consumer confidence. No thank you. Do better

We were in the market for a new sofa and T Steele, the Assistant Manager, explained everything including the warranty and interest free financing in much detail plus answered all of my questions and was fantastic thru the entire process. Also, the delivery drivers did an excellent job and were on time and very courteous. My husband and I have purchased living room furniture and mattresses in the past from Ashley Furniture and have been very pleased, so we will continue to be a repeat customer. I highly recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture Home store in Pflugerville.

Don't expect after sales support. I went in looking for some missing hardware for the bedframe that was purchased from them and they were completely unhelpful. I was directed to an 800 number. That 800 number directed me to another 800 number where I was put on hold multiple times and told I needed to go back into the store. Absolutely unacceptable support.

We bought the Isanti furniture line and love the color , look and quality of their mango wood production line. Alvino was very helpful and dialed everything in perfectly. Recently visited this store for new living room furniture and a bed for our upcoming move. We were fortunate enough to be able to work with Jeff. He is extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful. He helped us pick out the perfect mattress, adjustable base, and sofas. He guided us through the entire process, which was nothing but smooth. We came back to him a week later after we decided a bedroom set was needed, and he was easily able to add it to our order. He has also been readily available and willing to help with any questions or needs we've had since the last purchase. The store itself is well organized, maintained, and has many options. I'm glad we decided to stop here on our furniture search and won't be going anywhere else in the future.

Everything went well. Ordered the furniture and within 24 hours had a confirmed delivery date. Can’t ask for more. I’m looking forward to receiving it. So far so good.

The floor staff are your best friends until the paper work is signed. After that your on your on. Delivery takes about 24-56 weeks. My first order came in installed wrong so I have to warranty that. I also received items that won’t fit my space but Ashley said I’m screwed because I already signed for it. So I’m supposed to live with furniture that won’t work for my space. I would shop on Facebook Marketplace before I ever purchase from Ashley’s ever again and I would not recommend. You’ve been warned.

My husband and I went in to look at getting a new mattress and a new couch. We planned on shopping around at a couple different places, but Jeff was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful that we found exactly what we were looking for and didn't hesitate to say yes and not go look anywhere else. I went in looking for a sofa and came home with a new tempur-pedic bed! I was greeted warmly by Jacob Faz before the front doors were closed. He let me look on my own for awhile and then we met back up for info on the sofa’s I picked out. While waiting for pricing I wandered into the bed section and their general manager helped me pick out a bed. The sofa decision happens sometime this week but I really did appreciate the service there. I have been to two other stores and neither one of them wanted to know why I was there. I will be a life-time customer of theirs!

So disappointed with the outcome of my experience with Ashley furniture. I went it to purchase a dresser for my daughter’s birthday. I have $600 credit to you and was told by 2 separate people it was fine and I just needed to pay the difference. I paid the difference and was told I’d receive an email when I could pick up the dresser. A week went by and I never received anything. I called and was told that my credit was expired so the “business office” denying the credit. I explained my situation and was told “just pay us $100 more dollars and we’ll call it even” I told them I felt like they should honor what they said because I was going solely off of what 2 separate people from Ashely told me. Needless to say my daughter will not wake up in her birthday with a dresser we planned to surprise her with. There’s a ton of furniture stores out there. I’d simply choose a different one. Ashley furniture, I’ll update this review if you keep your word.

Sales people are pleasant. I walked in knowing what I wanted, got it and was out of there in less than an hour very impressed.

Buying at Ashley was awesome! The store attendant was super helpful and supported us to choose the right stuff. My visit exceeded my expectations! I would like to add a comment to my review: delivery experience was real bad! The delivery guys delivered less quantity than the original order. Once I submitted my claim… Delivery team supported me and did their job very well by finding out what happened. They confirmed that delivery was for 3 pieces instead of 2… I told them that wasn’t true and they made me feel like a liar. After many minutes of conversation, they accepted to come back and drop the missing chair. I don’t know if they believed me or they actually thought that I lied. Delivery guy came back, dropped the missing chair with bad attitude. He didn’t know that all the process of first delivery was recorded and we have evidence on video. In the video clearly see how He rushes the delivery and tried to just drop the stuff outside the door without advising but luckily my wife open the door and talked to him. I would say just to be careful with what you receive Anything else at store was great!

Absolute worse service i have ever had! cheaply made furniture! My sofa sleeper broke within a week. It has been three months and i'm still waiting for them to repair or replace. Worst customer service ever! i've asked to speak to supervisors multiple times and or for a call back multiple times and have not heard anything from anyone. I am beyond upset I will never purchase from Ashley furniture.

It's too bad you can't give this store negative zero Stars. This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I was there to buy a leather recliner. I specifically requested leather. I was told the recliner I was purchasing was leather. 5 months later, the headrest is worn like cheap pleather material wears. This Chinese made material is cheap. The sales people lie to you regarding the quality of the furniture. I have subsequently investigated Ashley to find that there are multiple class action lawsuits against them for misrepresentation, lying, and inflating the value of their products. Whatever you do, do not buy from this store. Do not buy from any Ashley store. If you're looking for good quality furniture this is not the place to go

criminal: they took advantage of my 80 year old Mom. Wouldn’t let her make a return for a bedroom set she purchased in-store, wouldn’t let us speak with a manager, misrepresented that she could make a return (“if she ordered online she could return it, but since she purchased in store she signed away that right”…in fine print). Stay away!

Yahweh was fantastic to work with. It was like speaking to one of my good friends from high school. She was such a joy and made buying my dresser and night stands easy and relaxing. Then Lisa assisted with closing and showing me the cost of my purchase. She explained in detail and was a complete gem. These two ladies gave exceptional service and did not pressure me into buying something that I didn’t want. A++++

Zero honesty. The Pflugerville sales rep stated we’re getting the best deal with a “corporate discount” (apparently it was a price match to the online price after checking) and that the military discount cannot be applied. After cross checking facts online and with a representative from the Southpark Meadows location, I reached out to my Pflugerville sales rep and told him that the discount can be applied. Finally, he agreed that the discount can be applied, but I will have to come back in and sign paperwork to change my 12-month financing to 6-month financing. At this point, since my delivery is still days out and I’m still within the time frame to not incur any cancellation fees, I’m ready to cancel my order altogether after being lied to (twice) and feeling like I’m being retaliated against. BUT the Southpark Meadows representative informed me I did not have to change my financing nor come in to sign anything. With my permission, he stated he can apply the military discount on his end (after speaking with his supervisor and getting his approval), to avoid my sale becoming a “wash out.” So I went ahead and agreed to his idea and did not cancel my order. I asked for a confirmation email for the price adjustment and was informed I will receive it in 1-2 business days as the order is still processing. We paid the $99 White Glove Premium Home Delivery Service which includes furniture assembly. After coming home from work, upon inspection I noticed there were missing hardware that were crucial to keeping the main parts attached. What’s worse is the delivery men knew about the missing hardware (caught on video) and failed to mention it after assembling the parts. How is this service worth $99? My order has been delivered and assembled with missing hardware. It has been over a week since the verbal approval of the military discount to my order. My bill has been processed and I still don’t see a price adjustment nor credit to the original amount of my bill. I followed up with Southpark Meadows today and was informed my order has been completed and since my order was from Pflugerville, they (Southpark Meadows) are not able to make any adjustments to my order… First time buyer with Ashley Furniture, and what an extremely dissatisfying experience this has been… from sales, to delivery, to customer service. In the end, both Ashley sales representatives and services from Pflugerville and Southpark Meadows are untrustworthy and dishonest.

What a joke of a store. We spent over $4000 there and one of the bedroom suites we purchased was from the floor. They do tell you in the paperwork that floor purchases have to be picked up from the store. What they don’t tell you, is that YOU HAVE TO GO INTO THE STORE AND PULL YOUR OWN FURNITURE OUT. Not one person there lifted a hand to help us. The furniture we bought was towards the back of the store and we had to maneuver it through the store to the door up front. They would not break down the bed or even take the mirror off of the dresser. Several people just sat around and watched as we did their job for them. Ashley Furniture will never get our business again.

It has taken me over a year to bring myself to finally write this. I truly have NEVER in my life had such a poor experience with a company. Here is the SHORT version of the absolute he** Ashley’s Furniture put me through. In November of 2022, I bought my new home. I was a first-time homebuyer and incredibly excited to start this journey. I needed to furnish the home prior to moving in, for obvious reasons. I was looking for “rustic” appearing bedroom furniture sets, and there was a set that I was interested in when my husband and I visited Ashley’s in Pflugerville, TX. We went together and a young man named Jacob F. assisted us. He was friendly at first, good at talking, I realize he probably gets paid commission and had to say all of the right things to sell us the furniture. I truly thought he was a good dude. He told us he used to work for a sleep specialist and wanted us to look at mattresses in addition to the furniture set I wanted. I did need a king sized mattress but was not planning on buying it there. Regardless, we tried out several temper-pedic mattresses as he pitched each one of them to us. He was very clear that if we bought a mattress and did not like it, we could contact Ashley’s to have it exchanged within a certain time period, after trialing it for the required 30 days. He also told us that we would receive 2 free king pillows, a Bunkie board, and mattress cover which was an in-store promo. We spent a lot of time at the store talking through pricing, breaking down a payment plan (this was a confusing mess for them), and I was assured that if I financed on the Ashley’s credit card, it would be interest free for any plan I chose. It also states interest free on their website. I chose a 6 month financing plan for the furniture with 25% off, and 36 month financing plan for the mattress (paid off early.) Now fast forward to 9 days later, November 29, 2022. The men came and dropped off the furniture, threw it together quickly, and left the BIGGEST mess ever. Like ALL over the room. The entire room was trashed. Still to this day I find small pieces of packaging from that day under the bed. They left swiftly without giving me the chance to look over anything. After they left, I immediately noticed multiple significant and obvious damages to EACH ITEM of the furniture. I had bought a bed frame, 2 side tables, and a dresser for the set. One of the drawers was jammed shut on the bed, an entire wood beam holding the bed up was cracked and sharply hanging off, 2 knobs on the dresser were falling off, and the paint on the head and footboards was scratched and/or rubbed off in numerous areas as well as on the side tables. I also never got those promised 2 free king pillows. I don’t care much about the pillows, but don’t promise something that will not be delivered, right? I immediately notified Jacob that day and he referred me to his coworker named Jeff who “has been doing this for awhile.” Jeff was the WORST at responding. I still have every text thread saved, and he told me he’d call me 12/1 morning which never happened. On that same day in November, I opened a report with customer service by phone regarding the damages and was told that I’d hear back soon to let me know when they’d be coming to fix everything. Jeff and Jacob told me they’d take care of it, but to be safe I notified customer service anyway. I was in shock that I had just spent thousands of dollars on furniture that arrived damaged. *See photo screenshot below for the rest**

They charged us $1k without our knowledge we got it taken off calling corporate. Tried calling management more then once never was able to get ahold of someone. I even left my ne and phone number. At one point they didn't even answer my calls. I called from a diffrent number and they answered but managers had gone home for the day at 2pm?

I felt pounced on, and like I was being hounded the second I walked in, which is a major turn-off for me. It's such a shame, too, because I have so much Ashley Furniture in my home, but I just can't deal with the old-school sales tactics anymore. Customers are also hip to the tactics these days and don't want to play unnecessary games with your agents on prices. Perhaps the company should consider a change in their sales approach because customers no longer enjoy feeling like they just walked into a shark tank.

I called the store to check if they had any sale going on for a specific sofa and I got a great deal because the same item in store was going cheaper than online. I ended up ordering using a secure link that was sent by email. Brandon was great since he provided his work phone in case I need any assistance. The best part is that I’ll have my sofa in 2 weeks or less. It’s the second time I use Ashley for furniture and I highly recommend!!

My experience at Ashley's store was amazing. We were greeted as soon as we crossed the door. I didn't feel pressured or rushed while browsing the store which was great. Roy was fantastic at answering our questions about finance, furniture quality, and insights on mattresses. I will continue to visit this location for any future furniture needs.

They sold me a Mattress that was way over the rails. This bed is for a 9 year old child. When I went in the store ,the model bed didn’t have a thick mattress.I called them as soon as the delivery guys set it up. They even said that it wasn’t safe due to how high the mattress was. However the sales man said that we should get a thick mattress and it would fit just fine. As a sales person he should have known what mattress would been unsafe for a child to sleep in. Unacceptable of them and in unprofessional. They care more about selling an expensive mattress than the safety of the customer’s needs. I’ve been getting the run arounds since their policy is no returns or exchanges yet it was a mistake on their part. I’m hoping they fix this asap it’s been 2 weeks and I’m not letting my child sleep on I t until it gets resolved because this is ridiculous.This was the store in Pflugerville Tx

I bought the furniture in February and I’m still waiting for the table. When I called the computer system said it was ready but then I was told it wasn’t. I decided to pay for delivery since they kept changing my dates and the seller at the store didn’t even process the ticket. I was told last week that he was supposed to call me within 24 hours and is being 5 days and he has not called to process the furniture I payed for two month ago.

We were in the market for a new sofa as ours has seen better days, and came in here today to see what they had. They have a huge selection of all kinds of furniture. We found a nice sofa on sale along with two end tables. However since it was clearance we had to arrange our own transportation which we just rented a U-Haul and, the staff helped us load and it we had our new living room set same day. Very awesome. They have a six month no interest deal which is super cool. Overall had a great experience and the staff was super helpful from the store manager to the sales people. Definitely recommend.

Was in yesterday (3/16/24) and felt immediately pounced on upon walking into the store. I politely told the sales associate that I was just browsing but felt harassed the entire time I was in the store. I will not be back because of this experience. I fully understand that people are trying to do their job but at some point someone should be able to read body language and understand that someone doesn’t want to be bothered.

Wanted to wait until delivery of my furniture to write the review. Yacob was the floor associate who helped me throughout the entire process. He was very professional and answered all of my insane questions and dealt with me very well, considering I can be a handful. The store manager was also cool. He came and talked for a bit as well as answered financing questions. I found what I wanted, and I set up a payment plan. Put $200 down and received both pieces in one week. The delivery guys were on time, really clean, and set up my table in 5 minutes. All in all, I will 100% be back to Ashley's, and I will make sure to come back to this location. Yacob did an amazing job, and I'll hunt him down in there and make sure he helps me again!

I purchased a mattress from Ashley with high expectations, but unfortunately, it fell short in terms of comfort. Despite several attempts to address this issue with their customer service, I found their response to be disappointing. They offered no solutions, such as an exchange or return policy, for a product that simply does not meet the basic requirement of comfort. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend buying a mattress from Ashley. Potential buyers should be wary of their lack of support for customer satisfaction post-purchase.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but the overbearing salesman mentality here is driving me insane. My husband and I keep getting texts, we felt suffocated each time we went to the store, we told them we would be in at some point this week to get the rest of the furniture as we got funds approved - which they took as a need to text us every day on top of the "leave us a review" .... After this, I will NEVER be using this store again and will be sending anybody I know elsewhere.

Don't ever buy anything from Ashley furniute store in Pflugerville, TX. After they get their money, that's all they are worried about. They deliver a three piece living room suite but the sofa was a different color then the love seat and the wide chair. I've called over and over no help from the store manager are customer care department. No Help at ALL.

I spent $450 on a my first dinning room table just to have it delivered damaged and be told it was ineligible for replacement since I didn’t report it in the 72hr deadline. Definitely frustrating considering how much I spent furnishing my apartment and your inability to leave your customers satisfied!

We had an overall disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture. While our Sales Rep, Adrian, provided phenomenal service during the purchase of $9k worth of furniture, the post-sale communication and delivery process were highly unsatisfactory. Despite numerous back-and-forths on delivery dates, our items were delivered several later than the originally confirmed date. We had to make multiple visits to the store and even spoke to the manager, who assured us that our purchase was ready at the warehouse and guaranteed a delivery either on the same day or no later than the following day. Unfortunately, this promise was not upheld, and our delivery arrived over multiple days. Post delivery, we received a survey where we explained our experience. We were told someone would call us to make it right, but still have not received a call. It was disheartening that the excellent impression created by the sales representative was overshadowed by the subpar service from the delivery department. Waiting for several days, especially with a $5300 mattress sitting on the floor, was not the experience we expected after making such a significant purchase at Ashley Furniture.

DO NOT GO TO THE STORE. DO NOT WORK WITH ALVINO AT ALL. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEADACHE! If I could give this space negative stars, I would. Please do not ever buy anything from this retailer! This is absolute worst customer service experience I’ve had. To begin with, I had furniture delivered that was the incorrect configuration and the item that was delivered was damaged. I sent in a request immediately, and I never received a response back. Once I was contacted, I assumed I was getting notified of my exchange, and it was for a dresser that was canceled prior to delivery. The cancelation happened over two-months ago and it still hasn’t been reimbursed. I keep calling the store and they keep giving me the run around and NEVER CALL ME BACK. I call the store at least 3 times a week and I’m always very patient and polite. I’m sick of the efforts not being reciprocated, especially after this long. I’ve contacted my salesperson and they rarely respond and never call me back. I’m so sick of the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please NEVER GO HERE! If you’re looking for quality customer service and good furniture, you’re better off on Facebook marketplace. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go to Rooms2Go or Living Spaces. There are plenty of stores around the area, which would give you a beyond better experience. Hopefully, this is resolved soon.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Take your money to a local furniture store where you will be assured of quality customer service. I purchased a leather sectional couch from Ashley Furniture in Pflugerville, Texas in September 2022. Along with this couch my husband and I paid $689.99 for a 5 year protection plan and were told if we did not use the protection plan within 5 years the full amount would be refunded to us. I called in early December 2023 to file a claim for a single stain that occurred when our dog was sick. A technician came to inspect the stain Dec 22, 2023 and told us they'd call to confirm a repair. No one called us back. I called January 2 to check on the status of our repair since it had been several weeks and I assumed GBS was closed in observance of the holidays. I spoke with six different people between the Ashley support team and the GBS Support team and was told that GBS was refusing to repair the stain due to an accumulation of stains on the couch, which are not covered as part of our policy. I was also told I would not be able to use this policy for any repairs in the future due to the accumulation of stains. I requested a cancellation of our policy on January 2 when I spoke with a GBS manager named Kim who let me know we would be refunded a prorated amount and I would receive an email confirmation confirming cancellation of the protection plan. No one could tell me how much the refund would be for, and I was informed the Ashley billing department would call us within 2 days to confirm the refund amount. No one called us back. I have not received any email confirmation from GBS or Ashley confirming the cancelled policy. I called Ashley again January 5 and was told they had not received a cancellation request from GBS. I called GBS again and was told the cancellation was processed but would take time to be processed by Ashley. Both Hector and Vicki of the Ashley support team confirmed that we would be refunded the full amount of $689.99. Vicki told me she had requested a manager to call us back. No one called us back. Today is January 11 and our account still shows active on the GBS website. I have received zero email communication from either Ashley or GBS regarding our refund. I cannot express how dismayed and frustrated I am at the lack of communication during this process, and how deceptive I have found the entire GBS and Ashley staff to be. I will be reporting both companies to the Better Business Bureau for a lack of transparency.

Delivered just the recliners without armrests. It's not operable and they initially scheduled the armrests 5 days later. I contacted customer care to check if they can deliver early and that horrible agent rescheduled it to later date.

Poor education in system processes and product knowledge with zero to little help. Extremely poor customer service from the greeting salesperson at the door to the manager by the name of T.Steele. If I could rate 0, I would.

Great sales team and they really worked hard to find a sectional that would suit our needs as far as space, taste, and design. I was being a little picky because I know what I like, and I didn’t get all my boxes checked because basically what I was wanting Ashley doesn’t configure that way, but we found a suitable compromise that I feel good about and saved us a ton of money. Very friendly and personable and I’d shop with them again!

I purchased a sectional couch on 12/19 that is discontinued. I was told that there might be an issue with the corner wedge since there was only one left. I was super excited that on the 23rd it was set to be delivered and there were no issues with that piece. When it was dropped off, it was immediately evident there was an issue with the configuration. I told the driver and he said "sorry it's yours". He told me I had 72 hours to report an issue and left. I called the store immediately and even though the number is a 512, it sends you to a call center. There is no way to reach the store. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with someone who basically told me I got what I ordered and that he couldn't help me. I had explained I knew I got what I ordered but obviously it had been entered incorrectly and I needed to exchange the two end pieces since they faced the wrong way. He said I would need to contact the store. I asked how am I supposed to do that when the store number directed me to him. He said to hang up and push 3 for the store. There is no option 3... I then went to the store since there was obviously no one to speak to via phone. I met with one of the sales people who brought in his manager and they were very nice. Said since it was Saturday the business offices were closed and because Christmas was Monday, I would get a call on Tuesday. I in fact did not get a call on Tuesday and my husband went back in the store on Wednesday to find out what the situation was. He was told they were unable to find the parts needed to fix their error and I would get a call that day. He was then instructed to leave through the side door, not the front door. I got a call shortly after telling me I had to come in and reselect. I let them know I had wanted this couch from them and only this couch. The salesperson suggested another model and I went to the Cedar Park location to take a look at it to try and keep an open mind. I was also instructed to use the side entrance by the Mardel bookstore? I went through the front door and looked at the model suggested by the salesperson as well as every other couch on the floor and found them all to be not what I was looking for in my new home. I let the salesperson know and said I needed the couch picked up ASAP because I had movers coming and they would be bringing my old couch over to the new house instead (also an Ashley couch). He said I had only been authorized for an exchange and he'd talk to his manager and have them call me. I got no phone call that day (12/27). I received and email the following day with some information about coming in to reselect. I spoke to the salesperson again letting him know I wouldn't be picking anything else out and I wanted them to come pick up the unit but he did not respond. I replied to the email but it is apparently not monitored even though there's no indication of that on the correspondence and it said if I had an issue to contact customer service or chat. Since I had such a bad experience with customer service the last time, I opted for chat and no one ever responded to my request. On the evening of the 31st I received a call from my original salesperson saying he had just heard about my exchange. I reinforced it was not an exchange and I wanted the unit picked up. He said when the offices opened in the morning, he would try and find the two pieces needed to configure my set the correct way. The next morning he called me back and let me know he was unable to find them and said I would need to contact customer service. When I hung up with him, I called the number he provided and spoke to a woman who took all my information and then said she couldn't help me and someone from the store would call me back within three hours. That was two days ago. I have since disputed the charge with my bank because I keep getting the run around from the store as well as customer service regarding the wrong pieces being ordered.

Purchased a table set from Steven who made the process super easy and quick! Then the table came almost a week sooner than they promised and I was so happy with the job Javier did delivering and building the table set. My table came 2 days before thanksgiving and I was sooo happy! They have true white glove service, and I was not pushed to look at more expensive sets, which I loved.

They were professional and quick with the delivery! Our product became available about a week sooner than expected and we were happy about that.

this has been the worst purchase ever, the store will not communicate at all once you purchase you are screwed, i was told a certain set was no longer available and it was, the management team will NOT call you, you would think that Mr. Perez could be the manager that he gets paid to be and call a customer that is not happy? I have always purchased Ashley in SA, Texas but I will NEVER purchase another piece and I will continue to say this to everyone I know. I am wanting the set that I asked for, the pieces of the other set I settled for were all damaged and this has been a nightmare on getting replacements and the store will not return a call and the manager is a poor excuse of being a manager if he can not call and try to make a customer happy. He has NO business being a manager and control his customer service through his store in Pflugerville, Texas. I highly encourage you not to waste your time with shopping at this location because if you have a problem or concern they DO NOT CARE to help or discuss to have a customer happy. They refer you to a GRT division, they understood and were nice but had not permission to approve a change. Again It is unbelievable that an error was made and I am wanting to purchase even more of a purchase and the manager of the store can not call me to try to resolve this purchase. He gets paid to be the manager but he does not have the backbone to stand up and be the manager. Not happy on the treatment and I am serious when I say do not buy from this location if you want to be satisfied.

Every time I look at the pile of poorly assembled chairs in my garage I get more frustrated. Never have I had to prepare documents to file in court over fraudulent business practices. I ordered 6 pieces of furniture with the plan to buy more if the pieces came in acceptable condition. Literally every single piece was far below expectations. Pilots holes drilled too wide, screws falling out of the chair, horrendous fitment of parts, lumpy chair liners. If there was a way to do it wrong, they managed to do it. We have been going back and forth with their customer service for months now and they have sent a technician who did his best but had no spare parts, another technician who was provided incorrect information by Ahsley and also had no spare parts, and a whole lot of stonewalling from the business reps. They have acted in bad faith every step of the way and I will likely have to take them to small claims court just to get a refund. I promise you half of these positive reviews are fake, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

We bought a couch from here it was delivered late. The next issue was within 24 hours we notice after sitting on the couch theres a loud creaking and something is clearly damaged. We call asking for a refund the next morning. They deny since we accepted the couch. We didn’t expect to have to check each seat and armrest. Ashley sells poor quality and does not allow refunds so I will never buy from them again. My couch costed over $2,500 btw.

My review is solely based on my experience after my purchase. NOT MY SALES REP (who was great.) I ordered a bedroom set and was told we would receive it on a certain day and it was delivered. However, the bed frame was missing a few holes and the guys were unable to assemble it. We were told that they will escalate this issue to get someone from the manufacturing company out to replace or fix the frame. We were given a number to text to to follow up with the status. When we texted the number we received a response that they were going to get someone out here to get this fixed within 24-72hours. A few days later, NOTHING. We texted again and received no response. We called, they told us that the ticket has been closed and that we will have to re-open a NEW ticket in order to get someone out here to replace the frame. And that we should hear back within 24 to 72 hours. Now we do have couches we can sleep on until then however, we didn’t pay over $3000 to sleep on the couch. My husband went up to the Ashley furniture store to talk to one of the managers and all they could do is tell him that they do have it in stock, but that the replacement order still has to be approved. What an annoyance. Not really sure how you can avoid an issue like this if you like shopping here but just a heads up.

Losing customers due to Acima! Purchased furniture in May and still haven’t received merchandise that is not defective. Contract incorrectly written up. Acima: Predatory lending practices, consumer abuse, and fraud! This organization has used the reputation of other lenders who work with buyers with less than the perfect credit to commit utter abuse! I purchased furniture then realized I was being charged for items I never agreed to. When I asked for a copy of my bill no one would provide my contract for 2 weeks! Upon getting it I asked for the contract to be cancelled as I did not get what I asked for and was not going to pay 3k$ for it. It’s been exactly 2.5 months since I requested the return and cancellation. I have had people rudely hang up on me, lie to me about my “options”, accuse me of never making a payment, and blatantly yell at me. When I asked someone in the resolutions department to pull my call records as they have completely omitted the truth in my records I was told no! Next stop the better business bureau and consumer affairs! I never had this experience with Acceptance now and have had 6 contracts and purchases with them. This is unacceptable! I am now being asked to pay $1k to return merchandise… I’m appalled!

Worthless furniture. Lazy employees. Horrible managers. They charged me for a bed that came with a BIG NASTY stain on it. YUCKY I told them to take the bed back. But they still CHARGED me the delivery fee. What type of business are they running here?. While I was standing there, so many other people were in line complaining. About how late the delivery was how cheap and horrible the furniture was etc. Lazy customer service HORRIBLE STORE POLICIES. You really have to look to find good quality furniture. Things are reasonably priced but I would be surprised if the furniture would last five years.

No one offered any help or asked what we were looking for. Definitely put off from the experience and won’t be buying our living room set from this place.

However, everytime I needed customer service by phone, there is none, their phones are answered if they are answered by people working on the warehouse and you are told you must go to the store, which is 1 hr away in my case to solve or answer a small problem. This is regarding the delivery schedules that keep changing. We were supposed to receive the furniture the week of July 12th but now it keeps getting postponed to July 28th with no clear clarity on the actual dates. The store keeps redirecting to warehouse and claim that they have no control and the warehouse shipping team is responsive but at the same time keep changing dates for over a month. However while making the sale- they said it should take only 4 -7 days

This is a very dishonest business. When you buy in store and pay, they give you a date when things will be delivered. Worked with Jacob on getting a new bed. Visited the store a couple months back and had the chance to work with Jacob again during this visit. My wife and I were able to walk around and browse comfortably and find Jacob once we had made a decision. Very easy process with Jacob, and he was extremely nice and friendly.

Our salesman was awesome he even almost put us to sleep while he demonstrated matresses for us, I highly recommend Ashley Furniture in Pflugerville Texas.

I have been calling repeatedly to try to get an issue with my furniture sorted out with this location. No one has ever answered or returned my call. The general Ashley website is only bots and are also unhelpful. Never had this issue with any of their numerous competitors.

Edit to respond to Ashley's response - We have text that number multiple times. All we keep getting back is "due to system outages we don't not have any current information." How do you have system outages for over a week. How is this business running at this point? I have spent over 10K at Ashleys, the Victoria location, and never had this issue before. We bought our couch a few weeks ago. We ordered a sectional and they told us if we wait an additional week we will get the ottoman all delivered together with the couch. Well, the ottoman was nowhere to be found. The additional piece for the sectional was ripped. So the delivery guy told us it was the right one, but it wasn't and we didn't notice at first because right now it is only 2 seats on each side (since he took the ripped piece back) He lied and told us to sign because everything was correct. So we have the wrong couch and their systems are completely down and we have been trying for over a week to get them to replace it. We have sheets over the couch so it doesn't get damaged. We have no where to sit in our living room. This is ridiculous. I will not change my review until we get the $2100 couch we paid for. (As you can see in the photo, we didn't realize it was the wrong sectional. We wanted right arm, not left. We trusted the delivery guy who said it was right.) So we have the wrong couch and no ottoman after paying $2100

This store is a mess! So many new folks that have no idea how their systems work and how they impact not only their jobs, but the experiences they have with there customers Our experience with Jake started off well enough. My wife and grand-daughter had already spent the better half of the day browsing at another well-known competitor. Ashley's offerings were more limited, but did meet our needs. We explained to Jake that I was goig in for back surgery on Thur, 6/1. Settled on our preferred choice within minutes. Jake was helpful in getting paperwork started and finalizing the sale. Delivery was going to be the problem Jake said the earliest he could arrange for delivery was Th, 6/1. We reminded him again that we couldn't do it then or the next day, due to my surgery and subsequent hospital stay. In fact, 6/3 was probably not going to work if they kept me over a 2nd night, which was a real possibility. Jake looked at Delivery Calendar again and explained Ashley didn't delivery on Sun, 6/4, or Mon, 6/5. We chose Tue, 6/6 for delivery. We did not hear anything else from Ashley re: this order until Sat, 6/3, 4:34pm. when my wife received a text from Jenny stating "we have not received your confirmation for 06/06/23, Tuesday 4-7 PM. Please reply YES or NO to reschedule. My wife immediately responded, "yes, deliver my love seat" Jenny then resplied, "Great, you're all set. We'll see you on 06/06/23. I'll let you know when the driver is about to head over. On Monday, 06/05, my wife received a text mssage that Ashley was experiencing an unexpected major system outage. As a result, we are unable to deliver your schedule order. Your delivery scheduled for Tuesday 06-06-2023 is postponed unfortunately at this time, we cannot provide a new delivery date, however we will communicate as soon as we can. My wife exchanged a few more texts that afternoon. The last response at 5:32 PM we received was "Currently we do not have any information on what is causing this issue. You may call us tomorrow during normal business hours to receive a system update. We aplogize for the inconveniece. My wife drove back to the Ashley Store on 06/06, around lunch time or shortly thereafter. She spoke to Jasmine at the front desk. My wife explained the whole issue and Jasmine said she would figure out what was going on, as their phones were down to, and would get back to her later that afternoon or the next day. When we didn't hear back from Jasmine by early afternoon on 06/07, we drove down again. I asked to speak to a manager. There were 3 guys in the store at that time, Jake our Salesman sitting behind same sales counter, the hispanic cocky guy who spoke up saying the managers had gong home and he was the next best thing, and Robert (blue shirt) who commented we was done for the day and couln't wait to get out of there. My wife and I explained the whole situration to the other guy (and I couldn't remeber his name; that was my mistake. Ths guy said their computers and phones were down and had no way to look anything up. He obviously didn't know the difference between front office computers and back office servers. I even tried to arrange to cancel this order, but he said he couldn't right now. I told him I wanted a callback from a manager the next day (today) and again left my cell phone number. I reminded him that my wife had also left her phone number with Jasmine, who said she'd call back as well, but never had. The voicetree for Ashley today had been updated and did make mention of their systems, including phones, being down, but it also provided a text number we could use for any questions AND added that there were folks at the store that could assist with answering qustions. Not sure if that woule be questions outside of anything involving these issues, or even if text number was tied into their systes for voice calls. They all have cell phones, so a simple callback providing any updates at all, is better than no update whatsoever.

Decided to buy new bedroom furniture was very happy with the price and the salesman. I was told computer was down so they couldn't complete my order. No biggie it happens. After leaving I had a question about the furniture, so I called and I couldn't get thur. I have called 15 time's and I can not get anyone to answer. Says they are closed or unavailable. So I called the 1800 number no one can help me or knows anything. I am just glad I did not finalize my order. Still have not heard from the store if the order was even put in. .will not return

Had a great experience, was able to shop and find what we wanted without being pushed or stalked. When we did find what we wanted, we were given plenty info on the product along with other choices similar to compare.

The guy who helped us was very helpful and knew what he was doing the manger came to make sure we were getting a good deal on the sectional we purchased! Great shopping experience would definitely recommend this store!

Joe at the Pflugerville location was the absolute GOAT. We had come in a couple of weeks beforehand and the original salesperson wasn't available, but Joe stepped right up and was courteous, attentive, and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. What an amazing experience!

I’ve never met so many people in one store that were just not willing to help. We ordered a bed for my daughter and noticed whey sent us 2 different things, a book case that was supposed to go to the bed frame we thought we were getting but instead they sent us a bed frame that did not go with it. We called explaining that and the manger told me send her videos and pictures just to tell us we did get the right thing. I also noticed her bed frame they sent me was actually LESS than what we paid for. Which then they refunded the difference and just told me call the technicians to try and put it together. If we got the right thing why are we getting a refund ??? The techs said we didn’t get the correct items either… We’ve been calling with no call back and when I do call they don’t care to help. Worst furniture experience. They assembled the bed without any center support. They said they will send the replacement parts but nothing has arrived even after 2 weeks. It’s a scam! They provide half the product and say there’s no return policy, neither are they sending the part. They keep giving a new timeframe for the delivery of the missing parts. We paid thousands of dollars for the bed and mattress, which we are not able to use at all.

Before purchasing anything in store check the online price. Unfortunately we learned this the hard way. We went to the store looking for a power lift recliner that my mom was going to need before her upcoming surgery. They had one on display that she loved, unfortunately it was not going to arrive in time for her to have it before her surgery. The salesman checked their stock and found a recliner that was "similar" and would arrive on time. This recliner was priced the same as the one we saw in store. We decided to go ahead and purchase it thinking it would be the same quality as the one we had seen in person since it was the same price. Much to our disappointment, the recliner is not nearly the same quality as the model in store. I was not with my mom when it arrived and she panicked and went ahead and signed for it. I looked up the product number on Ashley's website to make sure the correct recliner had been delivered. Sure enough it was. What shocked me the most was the price difference. The online price was $500 less, not to mention the protection plan was about $200 cheaper online as well. No we understood why the quality was different from the one in store. I called the store and was told to call the customer service number which I did. Apparently Ashley furniture is a franchise and has different owners. They have a right to OVERPRICE their items and won't refund money once it has been purchased. We feel like we have been ripped off. I guess that's what we get for being trusting. I never would have thought that the stores were overpricing their items by so much. I understand they are trying to make a profit but WOW $500 over the online price. We are having to add pillows and other things to make this recliner as comfortable as possible for my mom to be able to use it after her surgery. Last time we buy anything in person from Ashley Furniture.

Assistant manager keeps trying to pass the buck on the warehouse. Delivery drivers blame to floor team. It’s a CF of epic proportions and assistant manager won’t do anything to fix the situation.

Bought a sectional from ashley it is worst decision we took.. The sectional is in very bad shape and we got back pains after using it. The service rep said it had some problems so i have to set up a tech person to come and fix it. We have been trying to figure this out with ashley for more than a year. They told me it was a computer system error and pairs are only sold online whereas in-store purchases are sold by single stools. This is contrary to what I agreed to with Reagan, our salesperson, who “verified” that we would get two sets of two stools for the price we paid. I’ll stick to Amazon from now on to avoid the vulture salesmen from Ashley, get much faster shipping, and easy returns.

I recently purchased bed in Ashley ( Pflugerville), people are very rude. They don’t want customers. I am fed up with these guys 2 months onwards but no response from the Ashley people. Things were good before purchasing. After purchasing our delivery was kicked back two weeks and I could not get anyone on the phone past their automatic system. No one call but sent an email that the delivery was cancelled. So once again another store that get your money then treat you like nothing afterwards.

Ashley policy is no returns, if you get something damaged you are stuck with them until they can get you a replacement this can take weeks or month in my case. I purchased a dining table it arrived damaged next day when i oppened i made reported the issue. They told me they dont have returns. I took few weeks to get a replacement when it arrived was also damaged. So i had to wait another week to get another replacement.

Did an excellent job getting me what I wanted at a fair price in a timely manner

We purchased a new bedroom set in November right before Black Friday. Our new bedroom furniture set was delivered back in mid December. Nearly every piece had a defect. The delivery guy refused to take it back on the truck and instead told me to call Ashley. From there, we were told a tech would be out to look at the furniture and make repairs and set up replacements. It took two months and multiple phone calls to get somebody out to our home. The furniture repair company blamed Ashley, who then accused us of not even contacting the correct person. Turns out, the manager had given us the wrong contact information and that Ashley employee did not pass it on to the right person. At this point, we requested a full refund and to return the furniture. Ashley refused and assured us the matter would be resolved… Several weeks ago a tech came out finally. He photographed the furniture. He let us know that not only would they be repairing the broken bedside table, but would replace the headboard and footboard and repaint any defects in the chest or dresser. Today the repair tech finally came…four months after the initial delivery and told us that “the other guy didn’t have the authority to say anything about replacements or additional repairs.” So now I’m 8 months pregnant with a two year old son and a dog recovering from surgery and I get to hunt for a lawyer. I wouldn’t recommend this furniture company to my worst enemy because it would be too cruel. I plan on cross posting this review everywhere I can to prevent anyone else from dealing with the people as well as contacting the BBB.

NO RETURNS if you buy from a store location. The remedy? Find the product you want at the store then order online. The online store DOES provide a return policy. Sort to view 1 star ratings. Many people are receiving damaging products and discovering that the store they gave their money to would not help. In fact, when I called the store I was repeatedly hung up on. When I finally did finally speak to my salesperson he informed me that that if you buy from the store you cannot return the item. He continued, "Because you accepted the delivery you have to call the 800 number to remedy the situation." So far that's been a nightmare. I saw the damage and would have refused the item but the "white glove" delivery team did not speak English so could not provide direction. They took photos of the damage and left. Ugh.

I went into the store a few weeks ago to purchase a coffee table. One of the staff was helpful and helped put in an order for delivery when I selected the one I liked. The delivery itself was scheduled and came on time. However, unfortunately, when I opened the packaging, the coffee table was damaged with scuffs and marks and a fairly obvious hole in one of the pieces. I called up the customer service number to report the issue and asked if they could take it back, deliver a new set, or fix it somehow. They promised to schedule a technician to come visit to fix the issue. After that, I never heard from them again. I've sent an e-mail and nothing either. I'm a little frustrated having a coffee table with obvious defects still sitting in the box it came in with no resolution in sight. I will not be purchasing anything from Ashley Furniture again.

I worked into the store some days ago with the intention of purchasing a couch but was instantly put off the way the sales rep was following me and trying to force his suggestions on me even after i told this man i'm fine and that i just want to check around first. It is extremely rude to follow a customer around in a store or stand at one point and be monitoring their every movement, as an adult, i know what i want, i'm the one that is going to pay for it not the sales rep, if i need their help i'll reach out to them, this kind of aggressive customer service needs to stop, i was totally displeased and left the store.

Dining set was assembled by a team who was more interested in asking me for a beer than putting the furniture together correctly. The wood in the chairs has splintered and is in an unusable state as it is now a safety hazard the screws have either fallen completely our or are just uselessly handing on causing other chairs and the table to be in a state of disrepair as well. We created a case with their help desk and the person over seeing the case is no longer with the company so no one followed up or responded to us until we went to the store to figure out what happened. A technician arrived a few days later and confirmed the pieces were unusable and broken and told us someone else would contact us in 2 or 3 days. We were not contacted again. So we have initiated a charge back and will ask Ashley's to collect their merchandise from our home. We have been operating as an undeclared offsite storage facility for Ashley's for about a month now.

Worked with Christopher in the beginning of November and he told us we would have our furniture by our move in date in mid- December no problem. Found out the day before our move in date that we wouldn’t be getting our furniture for at least another 5-7 weeks and that we were never scheduled for delivery in the first place and we were completely mislead by Christopher. Ended up canceling the entire order since we were not going to receive our order until long after the guaranteed delivery date by our sales associate. Absolutely do not recommend shopping here.

Jacob F was extremely patient b/c we are literally slow moving people. (My mom is wheelchair bound, and I have a hard time walking long distances.) He answered all of our questions and didn't do any strong-arming techniques. He helped my mom choose the right bed for her. He even managed to work up a great deal. Don’t buy from Ashley Furniture!!!! They tried to deliver the wrong pieces of a sectional that we wanted several different times. Nothing they brought would fit in our space without blocking us from getting into the kitchen. My husband waited several hours on each occasion and moved our old furniture back and forth in anticipation of our new couch. We didn’t accept the order each time. Now, they keep calling saying they are ready to deliver our new couch even though I told them to cancel it. Duh! Not a single person I’ve spoken with even cares. This place super sucks. I imagine I’ll end up being billed for nothing since I haven’t received a cancellation invoice. I’ve called them several times but the only people that call back are the ones that are STILL trying to deliver. Just don’t waste your time or money!!!

How hard is it to delivery a bedroom set???? I needed by a certain date, I ordered 2 weeks ahead. Is now a month later and I am still waiting. The pieces that I received are defective. Customer Service is non-existent.

We bought a sofa in 2020 and the back lumbar support broke in 12-24-22. VERY CHEAPLY MADE FURNITURE. We called Ashley Furniture and they will not help. The protection plan we bought does not cover the frame. This is a horrible company with people who do not care to help. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE QUALITY AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I feel cheated. When buying a sofa, sales manager Jason lied to me saying I can buy protection plan worth 400$ then and can remove the protection plan later if I change my mind before the delivery date so I bought it. Later when I called them to remove it before delivery date they said I bought the sofa in discount so I can’t remove protection as it is their profit. This retail store does business by lying to their customers. How can we trust their word about anything they sell? Don’t do it. Buy from elsewhere. If you still want to buy make sure you get it right the first time and don’t go back for changes in your order.

If you love getting damaged furniture that costs thousands of dollars get it here! We are on delivery number three now with each proceeding delivery having damaged goods. They won't let us return what wasn't damaged, so now we are at the mercy of these compassionless people. You will probably have better luck chopping down your own tree and building your own furniture. It would be quicker and involve less damage.

Could not have had a worse experience. Order came damaged twice. We ordered an entire room set and now we're stuck with only a few items. When we asked if we could return the items that were delivered (since we don't want only pieces of the set), the customer service solution was to file a lawsuit.

I would leave less than 1 star if I could. Absolutely the worst customer service I've had in a long time, maybe ever. Spent 10k on a bedroom set in April. Took them 6 months to deliver it, which is fine whatever I get it even though it was 90 days more than what was quoted. Fast forward to delivery. Not only did the drivers drop the furniture in the street causing damage, but they damaged my home in the process of then unloading it. We were told there would be no issue and to take the damaged furniture. We accepted and then spoke with a manager about getting it replaced. They are now refusing to replace it and won't take the damaged furniture back and return my money. I will not ever waste money here again.

I went to this location ( Store ) due to me having so many issues out of the temple store. The management team out of temple WASNT of no help, I needed them to change an address so I can get a direct shipment. The only thing they did was pass the buck around. I didn’t really want to do a civil suit over $200 So I decided to see if the Pflugerville store is able to help or willing to help. Spoke the Jason the sales manager, he had went above and beyond for me. I am so very grateful that I was able to get the help that I needed. It was just simple email that he had to do, just to make it right Thank you to the staff and management for all your help and be so kind.

Had a pretty rough experience here. Katy, if she still works here, is not to be dealt with. She forgot to get a signature, waited till a week later, then texted saying hey by the way I need a signature, or they cancel the deal tomorrow…long story short, we didn’t end up getting the furniture. I can’t say even good things about T, the British manager that was on duty at least on weekends, but everything else was a little shoddy. There was twice, while I was there, that I heard salespeople talking blatant trash about customers, as if it was nothing but salespeople in the store, and a lot of things seemed a bit unprofessional. 2nd star is for the manager that did her darndest to acknowledge and address the situation, but for everything else, I’d avoid.

I received that 3 weeks late , and it does have very bad service for finance and payment, I payed on hone and it said it go through and gave me confirmation number , but it took 2 business days for it to accept and for me it didn’t accepted but it didn’t tell me that and past due , they reported that to my credit and I didn’t know about that at all ,I didn’t receive anything, also it’s ripped off after 3 month!!!

My lady and I were looking for the perfect bed to invest in. My lady has back problems so we decided to check out Ashley’s to see what Black Friday deals they have for mattresses. We were assisted by a rep in that department by the name of Steve and he gave us a great demonstration on the tempurpedic mattresses and answered all questions we had. My lady and I thought about it for a few days and finally made the decision to order it. Overall my experience with Ashley’s furniture was great and if anyone is looking for a mattress talk to Steve he knows his stuff.

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! 5 out of 7 pieces were delivered damaged which is beyond ridiculous. I have been doing everything to get this issue resolved and I only continue to get the run around from customer service and managers for over a month. I went in the store to speak with Jason, the store manager, but he acted as if it wasn't a big deal then passed me off to another sales representative. I then sent Ashley, the sales representative, these same pictures which she could clearly see the damage. I have tried to handle this the most civilized way before blasting the company. I'm currently paying for damaged furniture which is very unfair! Getting furniture from here was one of The Worst decisions I've made so hoping to bless you in advance!

Worst customer experience with any business I had so far. I wish there was a no star option available. Completely inaccurate estimate of inventory availability shared at the time of purchase, incorrect return/refund/exchange policy provided, missing parts at the time of delivery, damaging of household floor during delivery and assembly, no commitment to delivering the missing parts, and NO OPTION FOR THE CUSTOMER TO ASK FOR A RETURN/REFUND. It's ridiculous how Ashley and its numerous, fragmented, disconnected contracted parties think it is normal to ask the customer to wait for more than several months while the customer continues to dine without a dining table. I won't be surprised if my dining table is still incomplete in 2023.

I highly recommend the Pflugerville location and working with Jacob specifically. He provide excellent customer service by explained everything in detail and always staying friendly and professional while we took our time looking through the entire store.

I was coming down to this local store to shop for our renovated house and my family and I were firstly welcomed by Reagan Parker. She was friendly and professional. She was listening to our furniture taste and showed us the area where we might be able to find them. We weren’t rushed or we were pushed to purchase any products. She gave us more information regarding deals and special deal on the day we were there. Overall, we were happy to close a deal on the furniture for our dining area and a coffee table. We would definitely come back if we need more furniture for our home.

Thank you Jennifer for being patient while I contemplated which set was the right one for my living room! I look forward to my delivery next week. I appreciate how comfortable I was made to feel and I enjoyed my experience at this store.

These people at the store (sales and management) are only worried about making a sale and not customer service. I’ve had to make over 15 calls to try to get the correct love seat and still don’t have it. Shop somewhere else!

THIS ASHLEYS WILL SCAM YOU I ordered a bed and I asked for it to be assembled. They didn’t even put it together because the bed was missing parts. I still haven’t received the missing parts for the bed and there’s NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT. They told me I would have the parts in a week which was a HUGE LIE! There’s not expected date for my missing parts. Now me and my brother are sleeping on the floor. I can’t even get a different bed they won’t allow it. Buy from any other Ashley’s just not this one! They will scam you.

The furniture arrived damaged and was not what I was shown in store. No one at this location answers the phone so you conveniently miss the window to report the matter, when you finally do speak to someone they offer no solutions. Furniture is significantly overpriced for the quality received.

I would give them 0 stars. They delivery a damaged furniture a month ago and we still waiting for their tech to show up. Call multiple times and nothing. Customer service sucks as well as the vendor who will no pick up the phone and avoid any way of communication for the damaged furniture.

Absolute WORST service and experience ever. Do not go to the Pflugerville store. Do not order from Ashley. They will order the wrong stuff, lie about delivery, charge for extra delivery days because your stuff was not delivered the first two times they delivered, not show up on scheduled days, not answer the phone, blatantly lie, and not return your phone call. You will have to go to the store several times to never get all of your order. It is not worth it. You cannot return something if they do not complete the rest of your order. So if you are missing pieces, that is too bad. You have to keep the rest. NO RETURNS. They will tell you one thing and it will not happen. They will pretend they are going to make it right but they don't. They just wait you out until you give up. HORRIBLE! RUN! If you don't want stress or misery go somewhere that will treat you right and cares about their customers.

"we have your order but is not completed.... delayed and more... months after they delivered 1 or 2 items from the order of 10+ (not with deal value) (from a full bed room set) when you call asking for the remaining product they redirect you with a special manager the manager never answer you spend time and money going to the store looking for managers and what you hear from them are lies and lies, they redirect you to a "central warehouse" central can not help you because they didn't find your contract or order, when they finally found something, they said the order was delivered!!! when you escalate with an upper manager or case manager... looking in to their system they found the information is not accurate they found undelivered items... and the store in order to "fix the situation" they void your original contract making a new one with a new order number without your approval. so I went to the store for 25+ times to dispute with the manager, and he introduce me with a lady specialist to resolve customers problems, after 6 or 7 months she found the resolution "the store is going to pick up the 2 items from your home and we are going to refund your money" well they never came but they charged my credit card, i called synchrony bank and they made 2 attemps 60 days each one to collect the money from ashley but ashley refused to refund it. so now I have to pay a lot of money not to the store but to synchrony bank card plus $300. in interest. the worst situation here is when you contact the corporation.. the corporation said "the store mentioned and all ashley store operating in texas are not from our corporation they just use our name. they operated separated from us, you have to deal with them. so we have to buy the full set bedroom from home zone store AMAZING PRODUCTS EXCELENT QUALITY talk to the store manager and ask him what ex-ashley customer said about the tons of bad experiences! go your self and check the quality!! Scam artists. I placed an order July 2 with Aug 19 guaranteed delivery. It wasn’t until they didn’t show up Aug 19 that I called them and learned none of my items were in stock. I was promise Aug 26 delivery but that day came and went with no communication. I canceled the order in august but they still have a $6000 hold on my credit card TWO MONTHS LATER. This impacts my credit score and I can’t dispute the charge since it’s “pending”. Complete sham. DO NOT ENGAGE Ashley - don’t bother telling me to call you to discuss. Every time I call, I sit on hold for HOURS and the people I talk to spend HOURS more “researching the issue” and turn up with useless answers. “It’ll be resolved in a week” they say. Nope it is not. You’ll find me in-store next face-to-face with a manager. And it will not be pleasant. Two months of wasted time is the upper end of my patience. FOLLOW UP: I tried their chat function but they do not offer an ADA-accessible function for TTY interaction with their in-store billing to resolve the issue. This is an ADA violation to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. SECOND FOLLOWUP: Dear Ashley Furniture (again)… TLDR: 😂. Longer version: I already said I contacted you with all the info you requested and you didn’t help. Total dead end. Never working with you again.

I purchased a king size Stearns and Foster, Elmhurst bed from Ashley Home Store ( 4/29/22). I also purchased a king sized Moisture Wicking mattress protector from them. It was $149.99 I was told when purchasing, that the mattress came with a manufacture warranty. That warranty would stay valid as long as no stains were on the mattress, and that is why they suggested the mattress protector. I was assured that if anything were to go through the mattress protector, that it would be covered under the warranty, due to having said protector. It was a no brainer, and I added the mattress protector to my order. Well we had some issues with our mattress. We are still under our warranty, so AHS had someone come out and look at the mattress. The mattress has some stitching coming apart at the seams, as well as some pretty significant indentation. The technician they sent out to evaluate the issues said that the mattress issues would be covered by the warranty. However the evening before (9-19-22) my daughter spilled a drink on our bed. The drink went through our sheets, and the mattress protector ( I have images ), and onto our mattress. Due to this malfunction with the mattress protector, it left a small stain on the mattress which now voids the warranty. I was directed to start a claim with the manufacturer of the mattress protector ( bed gear) which I did. They came back and told me that since I purchased from Ashley( a 3rd party retailer) that I would need to work with them. I contacted AHS and asked for a manager. I overheard the manager ask " who is it, what do they want? Did they ask for me by name? Find out what they want". It was extremely unprofessional and left me discussing the issue with a lady on the phone. Then they put my sales rep on the phone. He gave me his personal phone number, and has been trying to help me as he can. Sadly, Taylor is getting told for me to contact bead gear again and again. It's extremely frustrating that I've done everything they've told me to do, paid for a product to ensure my purchase was properly protected, yet have been treated horribly, and disrespected by the employees and management. Apparently purchasing furniture and the products to protect your purchase, don't do anything for you. They have horrible customer service and refuse to take accountability and fix their defective furniture. I will never purchase anything from them again. My $3,000+ purchase definitely wasn't worth it with the issues that we've had in less than 4months.

Ashley Furniture is the only furniture store that does not have return or exchange policy! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! While other stores are helpful and understanding this store and its employees operate in robot mode. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Overall, the experience was absolutely terrible. We originally were very excited about the new couches and had a fine time with the sales people, although one was rather pushy. When the delivery day came, the delivery came 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time so I was on a work call and did not answer the door immediately. The delivery team did not wait 15 minutes. They came, waited a few minutes, and left. I also had a note on the door with the door code in case they came while I was busy, but they did not use it. I was on a work call and they had left just a few minutes later when I went out. I immediately called the only number I had from the email of the delivery and they said they had no way to contact them and were extremely unhelpful. I was told that my phone number was incorrect in the system, another issue which was not my fault. Although I was extremely upset and contacted multiple people multiple times asking for a timely redelivery, I was told that they could not redeliver until 10 days later. We had already gotten rid of our couches and had been sitting on yoga mats, but fine. I wait 10 days and both my boyfriend and I take the day off of work to ensure we do not miss a delivery again if the team does not show up when they are supposed to again. We receive an email at around noon saying the delivery truck had broken down and they will reschedule the delivery for tomorrow. Neither me nor my boyfriend could take off the next day and we both would not be home so this was not ok. I was told that the next delivery day would be another 2 weeks out. After talking with multiple people in customer service, we were able to have the couches delivered that day (thankfully). The couches were delivered without the power cord so we have to wait on that delivery to come in as well before we can fully use them. I also was under the impression that both the couches I ordered were powered, not manual, but one is manual so I will need to double check my order. Either way, this is not what I intended to order so the sales team failed as well. The couches also seem to be the wrong coloring as I was originally promised and the material feels different. Although the sales team swore up and down that dog hair would not stick to the couches, that was an issue as of the first minute they got here. This was my ONE requirement getting new couches, and this is a huge fail. I have never been so disappointed with a purchase or support from a company. The entire team was incredibly unhelpful and does not seem to care once the sale has been made.

This is what you get after they deliver your bedroom items. Removal of the mattress is part of the contract I signed but wait it got left behind. I went back up to Ashley’s in person to make a complaint and was informed that the delivery guys told them I had three mattresses and they took one. They were a damn lie. I had two mattresses but they never took even one. Although one was part of the contract agreement. They stated they would have the deliver guy circle back around and pick it up but guess what they never did. Then to top it off they didn’t believe me even after I showed them this picture. One thing I learned is if somebody does something to you that really upsets you document it. So I’m choosing to document this complaint using a Google review along with pictures of the mattress left outside my house along with a screen shot of the bedding removal listed in the contract agreement. Ashley's delivery is extremely bad. We have waited for several months for our furniture and still haven't got all of them in the correct style and good quality. In the beginning, some of the furniture was out of stock. Then more than one month later they delivered the wrong style for one table set and a broken package for another patio set. At the same time, there was one occasional table set missing. Then we waited for the exchange order and occasional tables sent for another month. When the final day comes, the warehouse missent the furniture, they left our exchange order items in the warehouse instead of putting them on the delivery truck even after the reminder of the truck driver. We need to reschedule the delivery again and wait for another long period. But we have already had no time to wait for that. And there is a big crack on the occasional table. We contacted the salesman but no response. What a terrible quality and delivery experience! Don't go to the Trashley! ! After selling, they will not take care of your order anymore, and the delivery service is messy!

Do NOT waste your time nor your money making a purchase at this store. I purchased a bed, not the one we wanted because we needed it now, not next year. When we ne ever received a delivery confirmation we called to only find out the bed was NOT available and was on back order. After numerous attempts to reach our salesman, no luck. We made 4 trips to the store they finally cancelled the bed frame and we purchased else where. Then the Salesman never put a request to refund our money because we paid cash. Finally a young man from Customer Service put in the request. We did have a store credit and used that to purchase the mattresses, so we only cancelled the bed frame that was never really available and on back order. Finally we felt like our issues were resolved and then the unthinkable.... They deliver the Mattress with NO box springs. Why, because the cancelled the Bed Frame and the Box Springs. I promise to NEVER make another purchase from Ashley's.

One star rating is for the customer service and lack of receiving any help with the furniture we ordered. We spent almost $8k on our furniture and $800 on the warranty. They delivered our furniture and forgot to bring a piece to the furniture that secures the middle piece of our two seater. The delivery men stated that he would come back the next day with the piece to secure and never showed. Customer service was contacted multiple times, we were hung up on twice. The last call attempt they said the piece had been mailed out…we were also promised a call back that never came. So then my husband went to the store and they acted like they were going to handle the issue and have the piece come to the store and then we can schedule it to be installed. Piece never came and we have been unsuccessful in getting our issue resolved. We have had our furniture for a little over a month. This is our second time being burned by Ashley Furniture. Never again will we purchase furniture from Ashley Furniture!

Awful is all I can say about Ashley’s. For the amount of money I spent at their store I should’ve been given a better customer service. The associates at the store only care about selling the furnitures. Once they’re done selling you the furnitures it’s bye bye. They deliver me 2 broken dining room chairs and a sectional reclining sofa without the power cord!!! Now I have to deal with customer service that has a really thick accent that makes it hard to understand. So I went to the store that I bought the furnitures from hoping they can help. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your time or money there. Go to living spaces. Ordered a set and waiting for a piece almost a year later, when they originally said 2-4 weeks. Apparently this store doesn’t have a GM, I asked to speak to a person in charge and their response was “we don’t have anyone in charge”.

Location took over 7 months to deliver dining set and upon delivery items were broken. Location refuses to return phone calls. Finally management offered a floor model as compensation and offered to drop price to $2300 for table set and the manager was rude and argumentative on the phone when I said this wasn't acceptable. The price on my receipt was $200 dollars cheaper than the "deal" offered. I decided to cancel the entire order. Be very cautious of devious management.

My couch never arrived i waited 2 weeks for the promised delivery date and when i called for an update they couldn’t provide one. The people that work here are so confused and couldn’t even find my order even after providing all my information. I have a receipt but their system did not update. Wasted so much time on phone with these confused sales people who will say whatever just to get you to buy.

Not very happy with Ashley furniture the sales ppl really shoot on getting you into something really expensive we went in there looking for a mattress but credit wasn't really great still working on that but we had got a manager and he was only trying to get us into something really expensive and when we didn't pass the sales man wasn't really trying to help us out they only were trying to give us $ 1,400 but we went to rooms to go and the sales guy there really helped us out plus they use the same company that oks your credit plus they gave us alot more at rooms to go so if your looking for some nice affordable furniture the sales guy at Ashley's dont help. Ordered a dining room set with delivery and setup, cost was roughly 2200 USD. Items ordered: 1 Dining room table 4 Chairs 1 Dining room Bench 2 Barstools In store experience was good, sales person was helpful, kind, and endearing. Made buying very easy and showed us exactly what we were looking for. We came in looking for something else originally and he had found something we liked even more instead. Delivery... Delivery driver entered wrong address in his GPS, this caused a delay. Issues with delivery, setup, and assembly. Dining Room Table. Hardware bag was torn open with all contents missing, dining room table could not be built. Dining room bench. The 8 screws that hold the legs onto the main body were too short. This kept some of the screws from threading to hold the legs. One of the screws was covered with masking tape to "Hide" the issue. This is a blatant safety hazard. Dining Room Chairs Screws were not tight by any means on 2 of the 4 chairs. Bar stools. Pre assembled, no issues found. End Result. I ended up going to home depot to buy new hardware for the table, instructions provided exact hardware specs to use. Ended up taking screws out from the bench and thread matching them at home depot and bought screws that were long enough to allow a safe assembly. Overall cost, 30 dollars and 3 hours of my personal time and labor on a rare Saturday where I don't have to do anything. Senior Mechanical engineers are not cheap hourly.... The good. Furniture is pretty and fits nicely in the dining room. Update 10/15/22 Downgrading to 1 star Opened a ticket based on the response from Ashley shown below. The customer service team closed my ticket without resolving or calling me. I requested to have the ticket open again which they did do. I have yet to receive a call, I have since had the ticket closed. I will no longer be using Ashley again. Verdict: If you do purchase from Ashley, do not use their premium delivery services. Do not allow them to do anything except sell you furniture. If they do not have it in the store, have them ship it to the store so you can open and inspect it with a rep at the store front before accepting delivery. If possible, shop somewhere else

4 months in and our bed frame has broken. Trying to get this replaced under the warranty has been a nightmare. I've spoken to four separate customer service associates. One told me someone would get in touch with me in 24 hours. Another told me 48 hours. Then another said 3-7 business days. I haven't received a call from anyone. On top of that, I've had to send in pictures multiple times because they ask for them and then don't add them to the account. When I called the store the sales associate was possibly the least helpful person I've ever spoken to. This is the quality and experience you are paying for by buying from this store. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. This could have been such an easy resolution but these people just don't care.

We worked with Robert and he was the best! He was very knowledgeable and easy going. Robert was able to find what best fit our needs and was very friendly and not pushy. We enjoyed our experience at Ashley’s as this was our first purchase. We will be back!

I had purchased a sofa and love seat, made full payment in May, 20, 2022. Order was supposed to be delivered in June, 6, 2022 from then my order was postponed every 15 days and till date Aug, 24, 2022 I have not received my order. Ashley treat their customers with no EMPATHY. Dishonest and not trust worthy guys. I would recommend to stay away to from Ashley and will NOT recommend to friends and family.

Going to try to be as concise as possible (key word try). My fiancé and I purchased a bedroom set and mattress on 12/04/2021. Christopher F our sales guy communicated that all items were in stock and that we should receive everything by 12/22/21. On 12/15/22 we received the mattress. On 12/20/22 My fiancé contacted Chris to inquire about the rest of the order and he did not respond. We went to the store on 12/20/22 and spoke to the manager at the time Kaydee T and she communicated that we would receive all items by the 22nd. On that day we received all items except for the footboard and the dresser. I emailed kaydee the same day to inquire about the rest of the items and did not get a response. We reach out to Chris as well and no response. Fast forward to 5/1/22 I contacted the store again and found out that kaydee was no longer the manager and the new manager was Sandee. Sandee told me that the rest of our items would be delivered on 6/24/22. Fast forward to June and guess what items were not delivered and no response from sandee. On 7/25/22 I went into the store and found out that sandee was no longer than manager. An associate told me that I should receive the items in the following week. At that point my I was was happy with all of the run around so I called my credit card company to dispute the purchase because Ashley has a 0 refund policy on items that have been delivered even if it’s still in a box. Funny enough a few weeks after the dispute the last couple items were delivered, 8/10/22 to be exact. If it wasn’t for my fiancé, I would have canceled the delivery and continued with the dispute. I would never ever shop at this furniture store again.

Terrible experience. Bought a dining set back mid-March that was set to deliver by mid-June. It's mid-August now and they don't give you any updates. Their customer service line is a third party that doesn't have information on order status and the people on the line are quite rude. I've had to drive over to the physical store to ask for an update but they were also non-committal on shipment date but said that they would check the system and give me a call or email back. Never heard from them again. They even supplied their "direct branch number" which again goes back to that third-party customer service line. Had to cancel my order after five months of waiting with no status updates and no delivery date in sight. They basically took my $1.2K up front and expected me to be okay with expectations are not met. Update: I called customer service again to cancel and they tried to refund only the merchandise cost, without the $159.99 they charged for delivery and the $99.00 they charged for tax. So now they are forcing me to drive back to the store to rectify. Again, terrible customer service experience.

I will never give Ashely Furniture my money again. My problem is not with the sales people I interacted with in store, they were very personable and nice. My problem is with the product arriving broken & damaged, trying to work with customer service is a nightmare that has continued for 3 months. Now I have a half finished bunk bed sitting in the middle of my kids room, & he cant even sleep on it. Its a safety hazard & now sleeps in my room. I have contacted customer service 4 times they promise to fix the problem & send replacement parts for the broken pieces, but each time they are no-shows (even after confirming). The last time they actually showed & delivered the wrong pieces! Dont shop here unless you can pick up the item & take it home with you from their store room floor. the stuff they deliver is junk.

My furniture was split into two shipments because my Queen Bed was out of stock. So, I had to wait 2-3 months on my bed. However, both shipments were delivered on time and the delivery agents were great both times. One set of my USB cables were missing and they had them mailed to me and sent a technician out to install them. I would recommend Ashley Furniture.

Communication seems to be the big issue, and my family's experience is no different. Very disappointing to make a big purchase and have such a bad breakdown in communication with the delivery times, we will patiently wait because my family really likes the product, but will take our business elsewhere on our next purchase.

My God. If I could take stars from other people so this company can have zero stars I would. Absolutely worthless company and salespeople. Went to this location on memorial day. Amber (if you're reading this stop lying to your clients) was our salesperson who clearly was more interested in her sales commission than providing useful information. We wanted to get a couch asap as we just moved in and had no furniture. She assured us and I quote "yeah it will be 3 weeks but I always like to give people the 3-5 weeks just in case." Amber, it is now AUGUST. Change careers or simply stop lying to your clientele. I am well aware and affected by supply chain issues myself. I would have had no problem waiting this long had she not given us false hope. If she would have just said "Hey, we're hoping this comes in in about 3-5 weeks; but I wanted to make sure you know it could be up to 16 weeks." But why would we be honest and possibly lose our sales commission. We found out later in the fine print of our receipt (never mentioned verbally) that furniture can take 3-16 weeks to arrive. Had we known that, we would have taken our business elsewhere and had gotten furniture to use through the summer.

StepJanie Juarez was the Sales rep that “Helped” us . She lied about when our things would be delivered , lied about pricing on everything. The next day we reviewed our paper work again because the deal seemed to good to be true and find they were charging delivery fees when she told us it was complementary. When we called she would hang up on us and she BLOCKED us. We went to the store and find out she quit after we bought our furniture. She was scamming people left to right. It’s upsetting that we spend so much of our time and money with someone who basically screws you over. Management claim they could not do anything for us but take the delivery fees away. This was just a horrible experience.

This place is garbage. I got a couch I paid over $2000 for 3 years ago and needed a simple couch cushion. They told me that only after 3 years it was discontinued and they can get parts for me. So basically screw me we can't help you at all. Talk about the worst customer service

Our salesman, Steve, was very helpful. He pointed us in the right direction, then gave us time to look and decide. He checked in with us but did not hover or pressure us. We bought two recliners using the weekend sale, buy one get one half off. Very good experience.

You better hope you bring home your furniture from the store! If not be prepared for the nightmare that ensues!

I had very bad experience at this store. I went to this store on July 4th evening and made a layaway order, but I changed my mind and requested my sales Jurado to cancel it in July 5th morning since I found out similar furniture sets at another furniture store could be delivered within one week. I wasn’t able to get her reply until 7/6 that my order was in cancel status and should get refund within 14 Biz days. It has been more than 14 biz days, still no refund and even no one pickup my calls no matter how many times I called the store and my sales. Really bad experience among my furniture shopping experience. Updates as of 8/3 - I will never ever shop at any Ashley in my life. I contacted them via the text provided by the owner here on 7/28 and got told that I would get my refund within 4 biz days. However, still no refund after 4 biz days....a big cheater!

Very shady sales people beware of this store in Pflugerville. Delivery company are very incompetent. I'm not one to complain, but please go some where else save yourself the headache.

Had a great experience looking at love seats. My sales professional Antonio was extremely helpful and very personable. Super nice guy and no pressure. We visited a different store just prior to Ashley and I had picked out a love seat that I was going to purchase but no one asked if we needed any assistance. And it was difficult to get any associates attention to ask a question. When we walked into Ashley store Antonio assisted us right away. He is a great asset to Ashley Home-store. He is the main reason I chose to purchase at your store.

Very meh, very stuffy and the salespeople are incredibly pushy and follow you around. Their furniture is very dated and they have very few modern pieces to browse. I wasn't impressed with any of it and it is also strange that there is always a sale. It's just one of those chain furniture stores to avoid.

I can't understand why a store like this, which has no contact, no updates, just takes money and does nothing, continues to do business.

Chris is an excellent sales person.We don't know English very well, and he was very patient and kind especially with my husband's endless questions.He showed us every detail in every product and did his best to help us.Ashley is lucky to have such a member who represents his company in a great way.Additionally, some staff asked if we need assistance when Chris went to prepare the documents.We have had a nice shopping experience yesterday.Thank you so much.

We were looking for a few new pieces of furniture and had a great experience at Ashley. Steve helped us pick out our new mattress and dining table, he’s very knowledgeable and personable. We highly recommend Ashley and Steve.

We got our delivery of a dining table set worth $2K+ and it was damaged so the customer service suggested that we return the delivery. We did. When we got the order back, it was damaged again - dings on the table and chairs. The delivery guy came and tried to fix them with a pen. After spending 40 mins with the customer service, they noted our issue and said that they would replace the items but we received no confirmation. Called them 3 days after and have been on a call with the store for over an hour now and they have gone dark on me. Very disappointed 😔

Terrible customer service! It's amazing that 2 months ago I bought a table for the dining room and it still hasn't arrived. I canceled the order and they said that in 30 days they would return the money to my bank account! liars! burglars! What a lack of respect towards me and my family, enough time has passed and they have done absolutely nothing! I do not recommend it!

The experience at the store was good, but it has been downhill ever since. The furniture that was delivered had some faults in it like crooked slabs etc. Even after continuous calls to the customer service, they didn't send anyone to fix it even though we were told that we can report any problems with the furniture within 72 hrs of delivery (I called within 30 mins btw). Everytime I call them, either there was no call back, or was told someone will call to setup an appointment but no one did. Tired of this process. To be clear, the folks at the store are very helpful and it looks like they are helpless themselves in such cases. The customer service is pathetic.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a furniture store. I bought a living room, dining room and bedroom set back in October 2021. Salesperson tells me to give him until first week of January to deliver the furniture due inventory issues. I said that's fine, offered to pay in advance but he suggested I would get discount if I go with financing which I did. Come January I still haven't received my furniture. I called and was told the order is delayed till March. I call in March still nothing is available. At that point I decided to cancel the dining room and the living room set but kept the bedroom set. I received a call in April that my financing is about to expire ( 6 mths already passed ) and I need to come in to renew my financing. I went in the following day to the store and waited for 45 min for a lady to tell me that the paperwork is not ready and she is having problems with the system. I was told she will call me back. I called last week to check on my order was told it was canceled. I asked for manager to call me. Representative said she opened a ticket and wiil have a manager reach out. Its been 5 days no one has called. Not even a phone call to tell me they canceled my order. Horrible service !!!!!

Absolutely the worst store ever. Ordered furniture twice from Ashley furniture. Same story twice. Set up delivery date- no furniture, call and told it will be 2 more weeks. Two weeks later- no furniture. Call again and told 2 more weeks. If you want a product for your money shop elsewhere.

The Pflugerville store's General Manger, I believe his name was David? had the worst professionalism i've ever experienced. I called many many times with no answer during regular business hours and was frustrated bc we have had multiple hiccups in our order and kept getting our delivery pushed back. When i asked him to look at my account and tell me why there is another delay he said bc i had a "tone in my voice" he refused to look at my account and if i wanted to "speak to him nicely" then he would help. This was unnecessary and Extremely misogynistic and egregious behavior from a manager. When i explained to him i am allowed to be upset and as long as i dont yell or cuss, you should help by de-escalating and try to understand the situation. He cared not one bit, even hung up on me and refused to talk to me or give me anyone else to talk to after we already spent thousands in the store. He said this was bc "there is no one above him, thats not how this works" LIES. I tried many times to resolve the issue and even had my husband call to try to speak to him and gain some ground but he immediately greeted him with an attitude, refused to help, refused to provide us with anyone who could help and then said he "refuses service" to us , which isnt even possible bc we already have 3 accounts and part of our order and then of course he hung up again.... So Ashleys, please tell me how i am supposed to pay you over the course of 2 year with a GENERAL MANAGER refusing to speak to customers or provide resources to customers who are trying effortlessly to resolve a simple issue? He is allowing the phone to ring and screening our calls which is completely and deliberately sabotaging our order??? Using other sources I have been directed to your Regional manager which is who he should have directed me to. This is an extremely unnecessary process i shouldnt be subjected to bc you've hire incompetent managers that need additional professional development training as well as some unconscious bias training. You also shouldnt allow your sales reps to lie about delivery dates just to make commissions. All in all its not worth the headache as you can see from many reviews. Just use a different company. UPDATE: they post below your review as if they care to help but when you contact them they tell you they cant do anything. So dont let the responses from ashleys fool you into thinking they care about customer service!

Esmeralda was very helpful during our shopping experience at Ashley’s. She set time frame expectations early on, and the items arrived earlier than expected. She was able to provide me with multiple financing options, which I used to bundle family members items. I have already returned a third time to work with her and will continue shop here for my future shopping needs.

We were very pleased, enjoyable Experience from the time we walked in till we left, our sales rap Roy De La Rosa very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, we ended up purchasing a beautiful couch at very reasonable price. We will definitely be back.

We ordered a dining set including table, chairs and bench, back in October 2021. We received the final piece few days ago, after 7 months waiting, multiple visits to the store, and dozens of calls and text messages without response most of the time. Run away from this place, especially if you expect a descent customer service.

First time shopping with Ashley and this was a worse experience that I never had in my life. I bought a whole set for a bedroom that comes with two dressers, mirror, and headboard. At delivery date the installers scratch my bed's furniture while setting them up and promised to re-order me new stuff for replacement and now it has been over 3 months no ones has ever follow up on this!!! I Also am having issue with the mattress that I purchased and wanted to exchanged it for another one but they won't let me do that rather than buying another brand new one. The sales people and managers are saying two different things and I don't know who to believe now with your stupid apology, like if I was to miss a payment yall were gonna accept my apologies...yall ridiculous.

We had worst experience buying furniture from this store. WE order a bedroom set back in Sep 2021 with delivery in October but its may 2023 and we are still waiting for our furniture and store charged us full amount at time of order. So its 9 months now, we have visited store 6 times after ordering and call the service center 15 times for information but we havn't heard anything back. So would not recommend anyone go to this store or any other Ashley store.

We needed barstools. Found them, no argument about price online was less than that in showroom, ordered them, and scheduled delivery in one week.

Antonio from the Pflugerville TX store was extremely professional, kind and he instilled amazing customer service. I walked out with purchasing two pieces and I didn’t feel pressured and he answered all my questions in a friendly manner. Highly recommend for not only their customer service but also for their products.

Taylor Adams was super helpful and knowledge about the furniture’s material and durability. He was younger gentleman that had a ton a patience and wasn’t pushy, which I loved. I think it’s great to have a salesperson his age and with his demeanor because a lot of people can relate to him. However, he is still learning and had to ask a coworker which DC (distribution center) would deliver to Lubbock and this particular coworker was extremely demeaning to him. He kept calling him a boy in a loud, uncomfortable and belittling tone. This happened in front of the GM who had previously introduced himself to me and he did nothing. Needless to say I’m glad I had Taylor’s help or I may have went somewhere else to purchase furniture.

This "furniture store" doesn't actually sell furniture; they sell items they claim are on back-order but actually never arrive, the orders for which you will have to go back into the store to cancel, getting nothing but a refund. But they will hold your money through all this, and never update you on your order status! We ordered a dining room table in December. It's now May, and we were forced to cancel the order, after never getting it filled, and only being given worthless promises that "it'll be in soon." We even reached out 20+ times over these 6 months trying to get resolution. We wasted 6 months we could've been shopping for an actual table. Unfortunately, this store will scam you out of your money and never deliver your product. My advice: don't even waste a thought on Ashley Furniture.

We got furniture from Ashley on Oct 2021 in a week it was damaged.we called up Ashley and they said they dont take returns but you can exchange. Ok fine we purchased a different couche in Nov 2021 with a delivery date of January 16th 2022. And we called up in January 1st week and they said March mid 2022. Ok fine. Now they are saying expected in May, still no confirmation and when called up they are like we can return the money of new purchase and can discount for the damaged one. Still its will be a loss of 100s for a damaged furniture. If they can't deliver, why do they take up the orders. We are still waiting for the delivery.

Worst service. Steve was not helpful after they didn’t deliver all the parts to my address. They gave us the complete run around for a solid week. Really disappointing in their customer care. We will never buy here at Ashley furniture store again. Poor customer service. Just don’t go in

They don't answer their phones. Came all the way out to see a rug they didn't have...of course. This is why you CALL first. Bad customer service as well. "We have other rugs. Just around though. No one area to see them. Feel free to look around." Yea, no thank you.

We had an absolute bad experience buying furniture at this store and dealing with the Ashley Furniture home office. Everyone was nice selling us the furniture but misleading, promises made but nothing in writing which was my first mistake. Then when it came to getting our delivery we began to have more problems. I understood there was was a supply chain problem but six months into our purchase and bedroom set hadn’t been delivered I started to have worries and started making calls. Home office only called me after I put in a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau and then it was more empty promises and no delivery. I finally canceled the bedroom furniture and now I’m stuck with a Tempur-pedic bed that I tried to return because I didn’t get my furniture. That they managed to get to me ASAP because it was a big ticket item. They tell you about a 90 day return policy for Tempur-Pedic mattress but that’s only for store credit, they won’t take it off your bill. Don’t buy furniture from this place or these people, they will promise the world and never deliverer. I would give them a minus star if I could because of their lack of communication also!

Not only did I order furniture in November that I never got because they keep pushing the date back but DO NOT BUY THEIR FURNITURE WARRANTY. Its a scam and the furniture warranty (insurance) will get out of having to come and repair or clean the furniture. Honestly have had the worse experience with Ashleys.

This is the worst place ever to buy furniture they are good with you until your purchase. After purchasing nobody is helping you or listening to you. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. I purchased furniture on 11/18/21 and paid it off. I am disappointed with Ashley, my house is Ashley damaged storage all I have received is damaged and wrong items. The bed is damaged. The mattress was damaged. The mirror frame for the dresser was the wrong size. Ever since I purchased, I have received the wrong and damaged items. It hasn't been replaced yet. When I purchased my dining set it was back-ordered 8 to 10 weeks, and now it's 4 and half months since I've ordered it. When I called for customer service, it was still back-ordered 10 to 12 weeks. Still not available when I called over and over to the customer service, but I haven't got any help. They keep saying "Go to the store and talk to a manager." And I went to the store and neither did they help me.

Didn't go to the location, got service online, long story short their website is buggy and caused my account to get locked out. 6 hours of being bounced around from department to department only to be told that they cannot resolve the issue that day. On top of that I was trying to use financing to pay for the items, so I opened a card I could not use. Cancelled my order and will be closing the card, the reviews seem positive for in store but if this is how their customer service operates, no matter how fantastic the store is, any issues you run into will require ample time to resolve, would not recommend.

Don't buy from Ashley and particularly this store in pflugerville. I bought a dining table set in December 2021 and it was partially delivered with a dining table & side bench in February and I am still waiting on side chairs for past 3 months. They promised me a complete delivery by March but when I call them they are saying tentatively in May and that could go even longer. This is ridiculous. I tried to call the sales rep(Megan) but she wouldn't take the call. You can never reach the store desk agent as the call gets diverted to customer care directly. The customer care people are helpless. Thank God! I did not buy any other furniture from them. I bought a sofa from Star furniture and they delivered it within a week and they were very professional in their delivery service and also quickly replaced the damaged goods. Star is not paying me to give them a better review but I am giving a honest review here. Also Do not buy the protection plan. Its just a trap. When it comes to coverage they simply do not do it and you can do nothing about it. I just wasted my time texting the number you mentioned below. You provided details as if you were problem solver but you did nothing but asking me to reach out to the store for further details. You have such a disconnected system. When you are not in a position to do business just refund all my money and take your partial delivered furniture back. I sincerely hope this review reaches out to the new potential buyers and stay away from buying your products. Update: 06/14/2022 No more waste of time waiting on the delivery. Today I went and finally cancelled my partial order as they keep postponing the delivery date for ever. They are one of the worst business people and doesn't care for the customer. I wish I could give them a zero star for providing such pathetic customer service. 09/11/2021 When we first entered the store we clearly told the sales girl that we can’t wait amd looking for something in stock and she showed us two bed sets which she said can be delivered in 8 weeks, we picked one of them and ordered with payment in full. 12/2021 - we have already visited store twice and called Ashley furniture multiple times and there is no sign of delivery schedule, they say they don’t have a few things in stock and while waiting for them the ones available went out of stock - so hats off to their supply chain team. 1/2022- they deliver rails, chester and foot board. 03/09/ 2022- they deliver two night stands and head board(without legs) I called customer care to schedule delivery of legs for head board and they said it will be delivered in next 7-10 business days. 03/15/2022 - Today they said the legs will be delivered in May 2022. We trashed our original bed and now we do not have a bed sleep on. We reached out to Pflugerville Ashley store several time stating that we are expecting our baby in May and we need this bed and all they do is “dodge”. I will never buy at Ashley again.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE *Extremely poor customer service *Items taking 4months + to be scheduled for delivery *4 months later still no furniture I placed an order back in November 2021 and was scheduled to be delivered December 2021. It's now March and I STILL don't have my furniture. The staff was friendly and helpful but as soon as my order was placed it was COMPLETELY hands off from Ashely's. ZERO communication on my order status or why the delivery date was pushed back. I had to call myself to find out all those details and everytime I called the delivery date was pushed back 2 weeks from what they originally told me. If you order something that's on back order or not yet available DO NOT order it you will just waist your time, effort and money. For the high prices they make you pay for their furniture I would think they would have a better hold on these issues. Seems like Ashley's is the only furniture store in the US that has been affected by the supply chain issue (the common excuse Ashely's like to give out) because orders that I've placed from other big furniture retailers have been completed in a timely manner.

Later I called and they gave me another very long date and the day came and they postponed another date. I write to the seller, not even the dust can be seen. Update: Furniture arrived April 11, 2022. After sitting on the chaise I realized something was off. It leans very hard to one side. So hard in fact one cannot sit on it for very long because your hip and back begin to hurt. I called on April 13, 2022 to have someone come out and look at it. I was told someone will be contacting me to set up a service call. No one called. In fact, EVERYTIME I call the service center to ask what the update is on my service call, they say they will have someone call me in 72 hours. I finally had 2 actual service calls completed. The first on they ordered a replacement cushion. The second one was to exchange the cushion. After the cushion was installed, he said "Oh that looks better". I asked him to sit on the chaise and he agrees with me that the chaise is indeed defected. "Someone will call you in 72 hours....". To be honest, I have called at least 15 times and promised someone will come back to look at the chaise and hear back from no one. Long story short, I believe if they keep ignoring me, they think I will go away. Their furniture is nice, but if you have a issue with it, be prepared for many, many hours wasted calling their service center. It is now September and I am still trying to get my issue resolved. I hate to say it, but I would not get any more furniture from Ashley due to the customer service aspect. Jacob was awesome! He greeted us at the door and inquired what exactly we were looking for. He showed us a few items, and left us a bit as we went back and forth on a couple of sectionals we liked. He checked back with us frequently, but did not hover which I liked. He was professional and I never felt pressured into buying anything. I am going to love my new living room and bed!

short answer: This place is the most irresponsible and unprofessional store that i've ever worked with. If you want to wait 6 months for a dining table set and are ok with them cancelling your order without telling you, you are at the right place. I placed an order for a dining table set late last year (aug 28th, 2021) and been patiently waiting for it to be delivered. When i placed the order, i understood that due to Covid, it will take a bit of time and that's fine. The initial delivery date was late Jan, but got pushed back month after month, but i patiently waited because i really wanted the set. I called in 2 fridays ago (feb 18th) and they said, it would arrive next friday (feb 25th). There was no call, email or any form of communication so I called in yesterday (feb 28th) and they informed me that my order was cancelled... Zero update, contact, or even effort to let their customer know that the furniture set that they waited for 6 months for got cancelled. Again, to be clear, I am not mad about the delay. I am angry about the lack of professionalism and communication on their end regarding the cancellation. Delays are outside of their control, but way that they operate their business is. Update: They said it is because the financing has expired and I would need to come to the store to renew the financing AND i would need to wait again... now the new expected delivery date is late september.

Do not purchase here. They promise you that they will ship the items but it won't be delivered at the specified date. Additionally they will not notify you about the delay. Currently I am waiting for order that was purchased in Oct 2021. It's expected to be delivered mid March or later. Don't fall for the sales reps words of prioritizing your order. If you want to buy and get items early don't go to this store. Cancelations not refundedable in extreme cases like this.

This is the absolute worst place to buy furniture. My mother ordered a bedroom set in April of 2021. She was "told" that the set would be delivered in July. Ok. Not a problem. The problem is that she didn't receive a completed set until February 2022!! Almost a year later! 6 times she was told the remaining pieces would be delivered on various dates and even got confirmations a few days before the delivery. But SIX TIMES the delivery was canceled the day before said delivery was supposed to be made. She called customer service so many times and every time she was given the run around. She went to the store she purchased the furniture from, spoke to the manager who assured her that he would make it right, gave her another date and yet again that date came and went. She then told them to come and get everything and give her a refund. They agreed and THEN scheduled her delivery for another date. After that, the manager would not call return messages or calls. After almost a year of stress and chaos she finally has a full bedroom set. As well as the boxes and mess that the furniture came in. They were supposed to remove all the trash and left her stuck with another mess. The mental and physical stress this caused her was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. So many times she called me crying because yet another delivery date had come and gone. She was hung up on so many times by customer service and treated with such disrespect I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Ever! No one deserves this kind of treatment. Especially a single woman who is almost 70 years old. Shame on you Ashley! This is no way to conduct business and no way to treat your customers.

If purchasing from this Homestore, expect to be fed lies and left in dark about delivery status. They will provide A+ customer service only up until they have collected payment. I order a new bed frame 1.5 months ago, had it arrive 3 weeks ago with hardware missing, have since received the hardware but Ashley Furniture still has not scheduled a time to finish assembly. I have called and been told 3 separate times that I would be contacted by service coordinator Destiney Pope to schedule service but I still have not been contacted. I’m sick of calling them to finish something I paid for. I would not trust this Ashley HomeStore in the future. I highly advise everyone to shop elsewhere for furniture needs.

Me and my husband went to this store yesterday. We were greeted at the door asked if we need anything to look around and the sales representative would meet back up with us at the end in case we had any questions. Needless to say that was not the case. We were literally followed by 2 people the entire time everytime I turned around there was another sales person randomly popping up walking up to us. Me and my husband could not shop in peace and I felt like we were being profiled. It's a shame because we had the money to spend. We ended up just leaving the store and spending our money elsewhere. I will never step foot in an Ashley furniture ever again.

When purchase was made 1 month delivery, then 2 months delivery, delivered partial furniture...sitting on 4 month and nothing, just called delivery center today and now is april 9th! Worst part nobody calls, emails or texts you with a status update. If you need furniture in 6 months go buy it now otherwise stay away.

Found some dining chairs for my kitchen table at Ashley furniture and my sales person was so helpful with the process. I travel for business allot and my sales person was able to set me up to pay over the phone and set up delivery that worked within my busy travel schedule. Before going into the store I saw these chairs on Ashley’s website so I decided to go and look at them in person. On the website the chairs were actually cheaper then in the store so I texted my sales person and asked if this was correct and she informed me that it was correct and cheaper on line then in the store! She explained the corporate office sets the sales price on the website and often they don’t check the clearance or sales on the website much because there are allot more products on the website then what is actually in the store. My sales rep asked me to send her a screen shot of the chairs on sale on the website. Once she confirmed the website sale price my sales rep was able to match the web sales price which ended up saving me over $100. Overall great service, great product, and hassle free. I would buy from them again. KM

Do NOT waste your money on the "protection plan" the salesman are used car salesman telling you whatever you want to hear to make sale. Barley at the 2 year mark and my couch is falling apart amd Ashley says hmmm, call protection plan. Protection plan says "we only cover electrical issues, stains, and rips. Now I'm out 3k and a couch. Will never waste my money at ASHLEY again

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a $1000 chair for my baby's nursery in Jan 2021, it didn’t arrive until May 2021, then it completely broke just 7 months later. I called to get it repaired in Jan 2022 and after 5 calls to customer service, I find out they cannot come repair it until March 15th. Now I have 3 massive boxes of parts that they sent sitting in my living room for the next month and a big expensive recliner no one can even sit in. Their response time and customer service is horrendous. Buy your furniture anywhere else.

Great experience! I went in knowing what I wanted, was having a hard time shopping online (which never happens), went into the store and thanks to Steve I was in and out in about 10-15 min. He price matched the online price and really made my new living room set dreams come true! Highly recommend!

We bought the furniture for the entire home including a $4000 tempurpedic mattress from Ashley Homestore in the first week of September 2021 during Labor Day sale. We were told that we’d get our entire order within 6-8 weeks due to the pandemic. It’s already Feb 2022 and we still haven’t received half of the stuff. And that’s after calling the store at least a dozen times to split up the order as items became available. If you don’t do that, the company will only send everything once everything is in stock. The sectional sofa is not even 4 months old and two of the cushions have loft their firmness to the extent where it hurts if you sit down too fast. Very disappointed with the furniture quality and service. Please shop else where. Update 1: I contacted the phone number given and now I am being told it will be delivered in June 2022. That's 9 months after the scheduled delivery date. I would give this store and company -100 stars if I could.

Great furniture but horrible non-responsive customer service. I made an in-store purchase at this location. The salesman was very helpful until we had an issue. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone at this store. They are quick to sell you furniture but good luck getting any help after that. I have even tried their customer service line and online messaging section. I keep getting the run around.. I have tried day in and day out for over a week to get a hold of anyone the store. Avoid this location because you will not receive any help what so ever after your purchase. I will not be returning to this location or recommending this place. Update (February 1st 2022): I reached out to the number provided. They were no help. They referred me back to the store, again. As always, no answer from the store and no call back either.

If i could give zero stars I would. After waiting seven months for delivery the discontinued the ordered part i was waiting for. Even though the part was still being produced. I ended up having to pay for the part at another store due to this store never answering their phones to help with the matter.

Save yourself the stress and the hassle. Its so not worth it, they don’t guarantee delivery date so you can only dream about having your stuff delivered. When we paid they said don’t worry you’ll get your stuff soon, we own our manufacturers and we don’t have crazy delays like other stores, plus looks like everything is available except this one thing. 20 weeks almost, still waiting, still no sign of a complete delivery. Every time they say end of next month. Go to Rooms to Go a little further up on I-35N, they guarantee delivery date, if you don’t like the date at least you can walk off and find something else. Katy (the manager) not helpful at all either.

Amazing experience while in the store. Every associate was helpful and not pushy. Husband and I had an idea what we were looking for so it made things easier. Wish they made more color options but we found the best piece we could. Month later update: the store experience was great but the home delivery service is THE WORST! I've received the same robo call 5x a day including late hours at night. The call threatens to cancel my delivery if I don't confirm yet there's no way to confirm. A day later: I took off from work twice for a delivery that never came.

Had a great experience, Chris helped me get what I wanted and educated me on everything along the way from the materials the furniture was made out of to the price differences and worked with me to get what I wanted and stay within my budget.

This is an amazing store with awesome staff. The time we entered, we were greeted by Michael and he was very kind and knowledgeable and always was around us for any queries we had on any items. He made sure all our queries were answered and there was no pressure to buy. Because of great staff and environment we ended up buying almost entire furniture for our house from this store. Purchased chairs and told they were to be delivered within a week. Chairs never arrive and we are informed of a new delivery date that will be another 2 weeks. Chairs never arrive and we are informed the items are discontinued. No incentive or help offered from customer service. They told me to take it up with the store. Now getting a refund and moving on.

What a pathetic customer support. They don't even know when things will be delivered. I was promised of my sofa delivery in the month of Nov. I called 6 times and each time they inform me of a new estimated day. I know about the current situation but don't make it as an excuse for your incompetencies. If you don't know when things will be delivered why take money from customer before hand, you should only charge them when they get their item. Update: They asked me to contact and the response I got is the generic one. The response from owner does not resolve the issue. All they said is my furniture is again delayed by 3 weeks. What a shame.

I made an order on September 10th 2021 of several furniture items for my new house. As of today, the order has still not been fully delivered and the sales rep who assisted me has been very unresponsive. Every time I try to cancel the order, a new item arrives, further complicating the process. I am very disappointed with the service. The furniture is great, would just be nice to have it all delivered in a timely manner.

We went to go look at furniture 15 minutes before the store closed. The front doors were locked so we turned around to walk away and Simone came and opened the door and said they could help us. My husband was a little out off but I was on a mission. We had a female sales person help us out but she didn’t care much. We walked around and didn’t find what we were looking for. We checked the clock and saw it was 8:55 so we were going to leave. We had a different sales person approach us named Chris Fischer and ask if we found what we came in for. I told him now and showed him the buffet we were looking at online and he said they didn’t have it in the store but took us to ones that were similar in size. He even told us he could give us a better price than the online sale and all we had to do was go through a demo for a temperpedic mattress. We did the demo and learned a lot and we are even considering getting the mattress. He then checked us out and he was the only one left. He had a great attitude and wasn’t a pushy salesman. We let his manager know that he was amazing and we were thankful they stayed open late. What a great experience! We will be back to replace out bedroom furniture!

I love Ashley furniture and their decorating accessiries, wall pictures, kitchen, lamp decors, etc. I would buy their decorating accessories to decorate my own home. I been planning to redecorate my livingroom for years but planning takes time and money. Their 36 months zero interest financing was a perfect time to start. Prior to my visit, I browed their website for sofa ideas and pricing which as usual, Ashley selections were great, gave me some great decor ideas for a reasonable cost. Although their website sectional sofa I considered was not at their store location to view, I did have the opportunity to see alternative options, I wish Ashley had more styles and colors options from their website to see. The store manager was very attentive, professional and customer service oriented. When he noticed me he immediately asked an associate to help me, which was a young lady named Amber. He followed up with me to assure my needs were being met. What I wasn't too pleased about Amber was her attention to her cell phone usage, responding to text messages the entire time while assisting me was very distracting ruid and unprofessional. For that reason I give my experience 4 STARS.

I placed an order for a dining table on 11/27/21. I changed my mind and called 6 days later to cancel the order, plenty of time to cancel and receive a refund. They told me it would take 7-10 business days. 10 days later and no refund. I called several times and the associates can't assist you. For some reason they are unable to transfer you to the department that issues refunds. The dining set was $2,500 so it is very frustrating and concerning when Ashley's decides to hold your money even though a cancellation is on record. There is no empathy for customers, they don't care. I was told to call the main number again and press 3, but the phone just rings and rings and takes you to a voice mail in which I left a detailed message but no call back. Very disappointing.

Chris was helpful and fast. I did not have sit there all day. I am glad i finally found the set i was looking for. Thank you guys again. You are awesome!

Ordered $5k worth of furniture and was told it would be here 4-6weeks. We double checked this with a manager as we had family coming over for thanksgiving and needed a dining room table. Called to check the order at the beginning of Nov. and was told our furniture wouldn’t arrive till January. Reached out to our sales person to cancel and asked to have a manager call me, no one called back and I had to use the online chat to cancel my order. It’s been 30 days since I canceled my order and still no refund. These people will lie to you to get the sale then not call you back to make it right.

Bought furniture from this store in the past and had a great experience! Fast forward 2 years and have had nothing but headaches. I referred my Mom there and she bought furniture as well and is having a terrible experience. They NEVER answer their phone after the sale and forget about getting a direct answer on a delivery date. I don't know what's changed in the last two years, but this store has seriously gone downhill in the customer service department! We've spent about $9k on furniture this time. You would think they would want those referrals. I won't be referring any more people there.

Terrible experience with the store manager. My bed has been delayed beyond 3 months with no expected delivery date. They partially delivered the bed and left it in the middle of the bed room. Despite paying for installation of the bed, the store manager said "you could install the bed yourself". We mentioned how difficult it is to sleep in half the bedroom with the boxes lying in the other half, his reply was "i have slept in the back of a car". So despite paying over $1000 for a bed, i am expected to "sleep in the back of a car" because the store manager thinks it's no big deal. There is no free cancellation, there is no delivery date. I will never buy anything from Ashley ever again. Update: As of Feb 6, still no sign of the bed, half of the bed is still sitting in my bedroom unassembled. No response from store, no response from escalation specialists despite multiple emails, no option to cancel the delivery. Amazing way to cheat customers!

I was well satisfied with my last minute shopping at Ashley today and found exactly what I was looking for to furnish my Guest room in my new home. The personnel were very helpful and the delivery will be 2-3 days after Thanksgiving. I have been a customer of the original Finger Furniture in Houston Area since 1966 and Ashley since 2001. The furniture has always been good quaility and has since been passed on to my children and grandchildren. So yes I am well pleased with their well experienced and friendly staff. Thank you Ashley I'll be back.

What a waste of time. Went to that location because I have a Synchrony Home Card and Ashley HomeStore is listed as an accepted retailer. Was greeted promptly and explained to that they were in the synchrony network so I could use them to finance. Then the salesman was so eager to sell me the first living room set he showed me didn’t even bother showing me a second option. After I decided on a set, he told me that I actually couldn’t use that card there and would have to open a new line of credit with and finance directly with them, through synchrony. Doesn’t make any sense. Not sure if they were just wasting my time or trying to sell me credit.

Our initial reason was a sleeper sofa and my wife and I were assisted by Jacob. We looked at every sofa in the store and were headed out when we had another question for Jacob. After checking on other sofas he asked about our sleeping habits. Long story short we were educated on the importance of rest instead of sleep and we got a TempurPedic mattress, adjustable base AND he found a sleeper sofa that was perfect. Great experience, great service and we will come back!

The quality of furniture is good. The price is little steeper as compared to competitors but I think it's balanced with good quality of the materials used. I purchased a sofa with 5 year protection plan. The sales person (Chris) was very helpfull in negotiating offers. A definitely feel good experience.

Waited 2 months for the $700 children's bed to arrive. The box very clearly states that there are supposed to be 5 boxes. We only received 3. They don't send any emails or updates anywhere along the way, don't give any packaging itinerary or anything to the point where the delivery driver doesn't even know what he's supposed to be dropping off, and end up not delivering after waiting MONTHS to receive. It's 8pm and the hours say they close at 9pm but phone goes instantly to voicemail. Will be calling first thing in the morning for a full refund.

The manager was a big help with me answering my questions and gave me a really great deal with my new living room set.

Esmerelda Jurado was super helpful in finding the right dresser, table and drawers to match our current collection. Everyone there worked well as a team to make our visit as comfortable and stress free as possible. We are so excited to have had such great customer service and we cannot wait to return for more items for our "work in progress" home 😀! Thank You again for making us feel welcome !

I went to Ashley in September received amazing and attentive service in store and ordered a couch on a great Labor Day sale. I was told delivery would be 7-9 weeks and agreed. 8 weeks later I called the service to check my status and it said delivery would not be for an ADDITIONAL 8-10 weeks. I called to cancel and have been on hold for 40 minutes and counting. Very disappointed that I was not contacted about the added shipping delay.

Awful customer service! No one wants to help figure out why it's taking 5 months, yeah you read that right, 5 months to get our couch! Im fed up!

Had a great experience shopping, made a purchase, told by the manager he watches all his orders for delays and will call if there is a delay. Then I call the TFN since you cannot get the stores to answer. Was told couches would be here 10/28 then 11/2 then 11/19. So we canceled the order and have to wait for corporate to approve the cancelation then wait for refund. Do not recommend this place!

They are all a bunch of liars. They can lied that the order is in stock when they were making a sale. While it was not. Bought it in August the expected delivery date is March, if I cancel the order they 10% charge me a restocking fee. Seems like a scam.

It took me a little while to make my decision on my purchase of a sofa and recliner but Ross was patient with me not pushing at all and that's what I like about a sales person The store manager and assistant were both awesome. Thank you for making my experience at Ashley's a great one.

I went into Ashley to find a new sectional sofa. The salesperson Jonathon was very helpful. He showed me exactly what I asked to see, and was never pushy. Once I decided, the purchase process was quick and easy. And I was able to take advantage of their amazing financing offers. Wonderful experience!

Great service. After 3 other stores, and endless online browsing, we finally found the perfect couch at Ashley. Did not have to compromise style for comfort or price.

First of all they said are chair would be delivered in Sept. Didn't get delivery till Oct. And of course it wasn't the one we ordered. So they sent a replacement but it was the same wrong one. And all we get transferred from one person to the next and hung up on and getting no where. Marie from visiting wouldn't even help then hung up on us instead of sending us to a manager like we requested. I would never suggest Ashley to anyone they are over priced and can't even send the right order.

Update 12/8/2021 We have all of our furniture. One chair came thru damaged, and we had to wait another week to get a replacement. All of the furniture was fine except for the chairs were uncomfortable. My wife called the store and spoke to assistant manager Timothy Woods. Ashley swapped the recliners for different ones. They look nice are working fine. We are very appreciative for the swap with no hassle and prompt service. Summery, I want to thank Timothy Woods for being professional, answering his phone and being courteous to my wife. My wife said she tried to get thru to our original salesperson numerous times, and he did not return her calls. We have purchased a lot of furniture from Ashley's, and it has all been great. The original furniture we bought approx. 3 years ago is still holding up great and still looks good in appearance. We would buy it from Ashley again, but most likely online. Update. 10 11 2021 Dropping to 3 stars Make sure you get salesperson's phone number. The phone number on their paperwork and then option to sales, rings and rings, goes to answering machine and messages aren't answered. Also, you may get looped to an automated system. I spoke to customer service, and they said they were sending message to store to call me?? We had to drive to the store to get questions answered. Manager very pleasant. He said they don't have staffing to answer the phone. Again, poor customer service. Not sure who the lady employee was standing next to him, but she really did not have to interject herself into the conversation. Also, read your receipt closely before you leave the store in case items are missing that the salesperson said you were getting for free by purchasing a product and then changing without telling you. It was my fault for not double checking the receipt, but most salespersons would either give you what you talked about, or let you know why the product wasn't given to you at the time of sale. "We were supposed to get two free pillows and he said because we got additional discount, we would not get the pillows." The pillows would not make me or break me, but if you are going to tell me i am supposed to get something and then renege on your word, you should at least tell me. In my opinion. We bought a house full of furniture approximately 3 years ago from this store with no issues. The furniture and customer service were great. We haven't gotten the furniture yet this time, but I'm sure it will be ok. As far as customer service, not so good this time. We will not be purchasing furniture from this location again. Update 10 09 2021 We tried to call back with a question. We called numerous times and kept getting recording. With the number of associates in that store, you would think someone could answer the phone. Not good customer service. We were satisfied when we shopped here before when Vivian worked here, so we thought we would try it again. Our salesperson Jacob was very helpful. The store has a good layout and is clean. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. We liked the furniture we picked out.

What horrible customer service I received. I saw online that there was an item that I wanted so I to so I called the store to see E if the item was in stock And just not on the website. The store did not pick up the phone, In fact I called 3 times and it ranged so long that it went to a voicemail. I called the store back and I hit number 4 to talk to somebody in customer service. I was then told I'm sorry I cannot help you I only deal with existing sales. I said I'm just trying to figure out if this item is in stock she said did you press the number 3 and I said yes. She then said I don't know why they're not picking up it seems to be a problem in all of our stores. She said you might just drive into the store. The question is why should I have to drive all the way into the store? The lady at the customer service on the phone said they are probably just trying to make sales. I said I was looking at spending over $2000 in your store today but I guess that sale does not matter. She said if it is a really big issue you can drive into the store. I don't think she was grasping asking that I shouldn't have to drive all the way in there. What happens if I drive-in there and they don't have the item is the store going to reimburse me on gas , I don't think so. 6-23-2024. I came into the store to see how much I owed left on my couch. I had 4 people walk by me. And would not even acknowledge that I existed. The first guy wore a white dress shirt. He walked by me 3 times did not say hello, did not ask how I was doing. Did not ask me if I needed any help. I stood at the front desk waiting patiently. Another lady walked by me. A couple times did not help me. A total of 4 people before a lady named Pam. I actually came up and said, sir. Do you need any help. She was able to get me a phone number to the people I needed to call. I appreciate pam. I do not appreciate being treated like I don't exist. That's bad salesman. As I walk to my car, I see three two salesman and a sales woman All that walk by me standing outside the store, talking and laughing. It's nice to know they can do that, but not be able to help a customer. I guess having fun was more important. Then asking, what a customer would want or need help with. This might be the last time I come to this store. The customer service is horrible.

Purchased furniture, got the damage protection they sold us for $600. We were told if we didn't use the damage protection for our purchase in a time frame that we would be refunded the money. We never received the refund and they no longer have us in the system. Not cool Ashley, not cool.

Really liked the experience of buying furniture at Pflugerville Ashley. Our sales person was Tim and he is awesome, great suggestions, helped to get great pricing and facilitated delivery on time - highly recommend Tim !

We purchased a TV stand, and our sales person repeatedly reassured us that it would come with a fireplace and it did not. Very disappointed and we had to refuse the delivery. The customer service was very poor, and we called many times at the Pflugerville location store and no one answered. Our salesperson should have known better.

I had a pleasant and stress-free shopping experience. Amber was professional, efficient, and was prepared with accurate answers to all my questions. She did not pressure me at all, but she remained available to help me. I would highly recommend the Pflugerville Ashley HomeStore, and be sure to ask for Amber!

We love the furniture, and if it weren't for the delivery uncertainty issues and having to escalate significantly to get anyone's attention, this would be a five-star review. Considering the significant anxiety and legwork involved in finally getting our furniture, the best I can rate is three stars. Update 9/16 - After being quoted an estimated delivery time frame of 10/29, Ashley called today to schedule a 9/21 delivery. I also received a call from their customer service team to apologize for the lack of/poor communication. If they deliver now as promised, I will adjust my review. SELLING FURNITURE THEY CANNOT DELIVER! My wife and I ordered a living room set 5/30/2021 and delivery was estimated between 8-12. We understand that logistics and supply chains have been impacted. That said, here is our experience to this point. The ottoman shipped within a week, which wasn't expected. We called to update delivery information and were passed from the Ashley customer service number to the Ashley credit department, neither of which seemed willing or able to do anything. We finally obtained tracking information and were able to make the changes needed with FedEx directly. At the beginning of August (8 weeks) and was given a delivery estimate of September 14. (14 weeks.) I was called from the delivery company today, but they didn't leave a message. I called back and an automated service said my order would be available for scheduling in 7-9 weeks. I spoke with an agent who gathered my information (after a 30 minute wait) and then disconnected the call. I called again (45-minute wait) and was told 10/29 was our next estimated delivery date. That would represent 20 weeks, which is 2-3 times longer than the original estimate. They need to be honest about their estimates, and if the furniture hasn't even been manufactured at this oint, they shouldn't even be selling it. For the most part, getting useful information requires an abundance of effort on the part of the consumer, as they company does not proactively provide any information. This will be my last experience with Ashley Furniture.

Worst experience ever..Bought some furniture June 2 they said it would be 4-6 weeks I had no problem with that..I get a call In the beginning of August that my furniture is in and ready for delivery…I call back to set up delivery then they tell me they don’t have it yet..I go to store because no one answers the phone and I speak to manager he tells me to give him a day or two to resolve the matter and that someone would call me with an answer..Nobody called me I gave them two more weeks and still no call no email…Finally decided I had enough of the run around and cancelled the order..Was very disappointed they way they handled everything especially when I was patient and gave them enough time to make thing right..

I went to complete a purchase since I was moving into town. The staff was rude, and when we asked a simple question on where the mattresses were to one of the female employees responded that she was busy helping another customer; when it wasn’t going to take her much to answer this question. Also a young man who helped us was also unprofessional and rude. I don’t usually write a review but they did not make the experience pleasant at all and chose to buy elsewhere.

Ordered bed and living room furniture 4 months ago and got 2/3rd's of the sectional delivered and half the bed, which was damaged! Went to store to see what we could do about it and got laughed at and told to call some 800#. Called the 800# only to hold forever , then got disconnected before anyone answers. Did that 3 times, then sent e-mail to customer service and... no response. Now they're sending me bills and threatening to send me to collections for the 2/3rd's couch. RUN AWAY! FYI, After waiting 4 months, Mattress Firm delivered my bed after I ordered it in get this... 3 days! This place is H. O. R. R. I. B. L. E. !!!

We purchased our furniture on 7/17/21 and was told by our salesman, after he spent a few minutes looking at his tablet that we should receive our furniture by the second week of August. We called to check the status of the delivery and we were told August 25th. The day came and went and we called back and they said September 7th.. still nothing. Went back to the store and talked to the same salesman and he said I can have them to you in 5 days as I am 70% sure of it. Now we are being told some furniture will be delivered on September 21st some on September 24th and 1 piece will be December or later. After reading other reviews I am now concerned with how the quality of the furniture will be and what mess they leave behind. No telling how long it will be if they need to be exchanged! Why sale furniture if you have nothing to actually sale? They are in the business of convincing and promising you everything you want to hear to get you to hand over large amounts of money and not hold up their end of the deal. Very bad experience and what do we get for the poor customer service besides more poor customer service?

If I could give Ashley Furniture, in general and their Pflugerville store in particular, Zero stars, I would. This furniture purchase has been the worst experience I have ever had. I strongly encourage everyone to purchase their home furnishings from any other furniture store. I honestly, I do not want any unsuspecting customer like me to go through the ordeal like I did. The shopping experience at the Ashley Pflugerville store has been absolutely nightmarish! In May 2021, we placed our order for a Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds, a Sofa Sleeper and a Dining Table with 6 dining chairs. I paid for the items fully upfront. We were promised a delivery date of July 8th. Around July 10th or so, since nothing was delivered, I called them up and also went to the store in person. To my shock, I was told that they had nothing ready to be scheduled for delivery. Ever since I have spent countless hours on the phone with Ashley. Every time I called I was given a different delivery date. After getting battered on the phone, in the next several weeks, in multiple shots, and in bits and pieces, they managed to deliver the beds, sofa, the dining table and 2 dining chairs. As of today, 4 dining chairs with backrest are yet to be delivered. Not to speak of the fact that the sofa was originally delivered with a missing pillow and another pillow with a faulty zipper. To address the pillow issues, I once again had to be on the phone several times to ensure the pillows were delivered in the next several days. There does not seem to be any coordination between their customer service center, store, warehouse, actual manufacturer to honor the delivery date commitments. Their work ethics don't seem to indicate if they ever care to honor delivery date commitments. One exception to this is the agent Ellen at the Texas Call Center who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Timothy at the Pflugerville store was also helpful in resolving delivery issues. Even he is unable to help when it comes to the 4 pending Dining chairs. Of late, even he does not seem to respond to text and calls. Management at the Pflugerville store does not seem to exist. As of today, I have been told by the customer service, that the dining chairs are in backorder and could be available to be scheduled for delivery during mid-December. But this is not guaranteed. So we now have the Dining Table and 2 barstools and need to wait for the 4 dining chairs at least until mid-December. Had they been honest up front, that they had no idea when our furniture would be ready, we would have gone to a different store/ brand altogether. But we have been left in the lurch of either having to wait for the pending items indefinitely or go back to square one by ordering an alternative piece of furniture, which would again go through the same cycle. To say, I am absolutely traumatized mentally and physically exhausted is an understatement!

There is no cero star option.that’s what we give to this store..is the worst store that you can go to..from the area manager,store manager to the sales personal..we talked to everyone about the mistake that they did giving us the wrong size mattress..and no body was capable of taking responsibility for it.no body really tried to fix the problem..after 3 months we still have to deal with this awful store/company..not recommended

Our experience at the Ashley Homestore on I-35, Pflugerville, TX location was excellent! All of the staff was very helpful and attentive, answering all questions we had. Dustin, the sales manager of this specific store, was especially helpful making sure we got everything we wanted and ensured it would fit our needs for our new house. We took up around 3 hours of his time alone and he didn’t seem to mind one bit, even though we were so indecisive! If you want quality furniture and a great customer experience, look no further. All around great experience and would highly recommend Ashley Homestore to anyone!

If I could give Ashley Furniture Homestore 0 stars I would. This furniture purchase has been the worst experience I have ever had. I strongly encourage everyone to purchase their home furnishings from any other furniture store. I purchased a bed on May 22nd and have yet to receive my furniture. Every time I call I am given a different delivery date, now they are saying the end of Sept. That will be 4 months after my purchase. I paid cash for the bed already, they have my money, but still no bed. If they would have been honest up front, that they had no idea when my bed would be ready, I would have went to a different store, or at least had the expectation that it might be a while. But now they have my money, so I feel kind of between a rock and a hard place.

As soon as we arrived, he was very attentive and helpful towards each question we had. He was more then helpful from the beginning to the end of our purchase. Worst furniture experience I have gone through. Took months for half of my items to be delivered. The rest never came. No communication from seller, manager, or corporate. Delivery errors. Broken pieces and horrible white glove service that left trash all over our house. Will never be shopping here again

DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE IN THE STORE!!! My sister and I placed an in store order on June 13th expected to be delivered on July 10th. We ordered a console table and three barstools for it. And a counter height table with four barstools. July 10th came and went and still no furniture. We went down to the store to see what was wrong with our delivery they scheduled our delivery and we were only given our counter height table. No bar stools and no other table. The whole month of July we could have ordered our other table and chairs online and they would have been here in a week. So they had the items we paid for but did not deliver them. We then returned and worked with a new salesman who has been wonderful. He scheduled an new delivery date for mid august however on the day of delivery they called to say their truck broke down and we would not be getting our items they then said they would deliver it Monday and nobody came on Monday. So we called customer service who said the warehouse isn’t even open on Monday. They rescheduled our delivery for two weeks later. This time they showed up but only with the barstools for our counter height table. No console table. No barstools for console table. We called the young man who gave us the warehouse number and rescheduled our delivery of the remaining items for September 11th. TWO MONTHS AFTER THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE!!! We have no guarantee and no trust that they will actually deliver our furniture and when we asked why we had not gotten the things we paid for in JUNE the young man said it was because they had been going out to orders that came in after. So no one had been paying attention to ours and giving away our furniture. We’re livid. If you decide to purchase furniture here buy online.

To all shopping with Ashley’s Furniture, Unfortunately it is necessary to recant my previous review listed below. Our purchase was a power reclining sofa on 8/25. Due to current times, delays were expected and understood, which is why we were so eagerly willing to rearrange our holiday travel plans when we were told delivery was scheduled for 11/27. On this date the POWER reclining sofa was delivered without a power CORD. The driver set us up with a confirmed delivery of the cord within 2weeks. Now that that allotted time has passed we contacted Ashley’s Furniture only to be told that an order has never been processed EVER, even after the driver stood in my living with CUSTOMER SERVICE on speakerphone confirming it. TODAY 12/11, we were told ALL WE CAN DO IS ASK FOR ANOTHER POWER CORD! Mind you, Ashley’s Furniture was PAID in FULL on 8/26. *See below for previous review made with excitement and pride only to be ripped off: -We just made our third purchase from Ashley’s Furniture north Austin. In the past we used to go to ALL the furniture stores to browse and always ended up purchasing from Ashley’s. This time we just went to straight to our store and bought a new auto recliner sofa with the Labor Day savings. We cannot wait to watch football on it this season.

I had the worst experience recently. I went a month ago and bought couches cash and only bought them because we were told they were available to be delivered on 08/20 I even asked a week before the delivery if i could change the delivery date for the 21st and was told it was set and i couldnt change it. Took off work and there was no delivery i texted my seller Jake and he told me he would let me know MONDAY. I asked for the delivery number called and they said half of the delivery would be ready on september 3rd and the other half wont be ready until MAYBE December. Never buying from here again! The only reason i bought the couches is because it was supposedly "available" which i was lied to.

Some good furniture but the store is covered in dead bugs and even some lives ones in the men’s restroom. So gross. Also had terrible punk rock music blasting throughout the store.

This is by far the worst furniture store I’ve ever dealt with. The incompetence of their staff is mind boggling. If you call on Monday they tell you 1 thing, you call two days later is a completely different story. Nobody knows what the previous person said they have no system of notes to help customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION THEY ARE SO UNORGANIZED ITS RIDICULOUS!!! Buyer beware. I was told June 30th it’s now August and I’m only set to receive a partial delivery. Chairs will be delivered but no table only two pieces of a sectional they bringing the bed head and foot boards but no rails it’s just a joke of a organization

Worst experience I ever had in a store. I tried filing a warranty for an adjustable base I bought less than a year ago, and this store gave me the run around and still no credit or exchange. Do not work with Albert, Jonathan, or Meralda as they will tell you they will help, and then either won't call you back, lie, or hang up in the middle of the call.

I went to the Pflugerville, TX location & had great service from the representative SE Park. He was very patient while I decided with my 2 impatient kiddos in tow. He was professional & knowledgeable about the items. I had previously left 2 messages with another Ashley Homestore, that hadn't been returned & ending up having to go into the store to place order. Which ended up with me getting my otem at a better price & I now have a salesperson I know I'd like to work with again. Worst experience I’ve ever had. So we purchased a sofa and a rug. We received the sofa but not the rug. Spoke to customer service a couple of times and they don’t have any information… no tracking number, incorrect skew info, nothing about the rug we purchased. So we go into the store and spoke to three or four different sales reps who gave us different reasons why we didn’t receive the rug yet and when we’ll get it. One told us we should get it in one or two days. Another rep said anywhere from 2-6 weeks. When we eventually talked to the manger, he even gave us different information than what the sale reps gave us. So pretty much no one knew when we’d get the rug we purchased 6 weeks ago. We spent nearly two hours in the store, talking to their employees. And we came out of it with no confidence that we’ll even receive the rug we purchased. We couldn’t even get a refund and will have to come back in a couple of days to do so. Worst customer experience I have ever had.

I had the worst experience with Ashley Furniture online that latest 9 straight months. I was given a $220 credit that I never got. I had made up my mind that I was forever DONE with Ashley UNTIL…today!! I went to explain my situation with Timothy at the store and I was taken care of immediately with such ease. I needed night stands, but had the BEST most friendly experience that I bought a dining room table, 5 chairs, ottoman, comforter bed set AND my 2 night stands. Thank YOU Timothy for all of your help and having the best most friendliest attitude!

Terrible, unresponsive customer service and they do not notify you of updates on orders. Avoid this location.

Their sales people are liars and they offer no communication about changes to delivery estimations.

The delivery date is extremely unreliable...cancelled our plans for the date of delivery until receiving a call at 10 AM saying it won't be delivered for another two weeks. As a well-established business I find it absolutely ridiculous receiving this level of disappointment and inadequate experience. Get told ON THE DAY of the scheduled delivery of another two week delay is unacceptable. I strongly oppose buying from Ashley again as I strongly question their contractor's delivery reliability and legitimacy.

Beautifully kept store but I was a little disappointed that I called in advance to find out if there was a specific couch there and was told that it was only to find out when I got there that it wasn't.

Not as customer friendly as some of their other locations.

Customer service and price was on point! Sometimes the sales rep can be pushy but not with our guy! Highly recommend for sure! I know we will definitely be back!

Alvino at the Pflugerville store in Texas was so knowledgeable and helpful. We didn’t feel pressured or on the spot. He really knows a lot about all of the different options and helped us to find a living room set that we love!!

After shopping for several months for a sofa it was great to find a place that knew exactly what I wanted and could order one in the color I liked. My sales consultant Leo was very knowledgeable and made the experience fun and the placement of my order very easy. Thank you Ashley and Leo I will be back.

By the far the worse service I have had with a furniture store. I order a living room set back in March of 2021, I paid more than half of the living room set and the rest in payments to help with my credit. They reassured me they would deliver in 6 weeks. The sales man gave me his number and said if I had any questions to reach out to him, I sent him a text to follow up on the delivery and never heard from him, he actually blocked my number after the second attempt to reach him. I called the customer service and they keep changing the date, first it was because one of the small sofas had been backed order and now they switched it to the other bigger sofa not being available, customer service keeps blaming the store sales man for the “false” delivery information and when I call the store they blame it back to the customer service.

Never delivered our couch. We waited 3 months for our delivery and then we found out that they still didn't have it in stock and neither did they know when itwould be in stock again. Took me three trips to the store and multiple calls over the next two months to get my refund for the cancelled order.

We went on a Memorial Day Sale to pick out a couch set. The antics they played were like a used car lot good cop bad cop but I purchased their furniture before and felt the quality was pretty good for the price so we went ahead and purchased again. We had some problems with delivery on the set we picked out and with communication at first. We finally got a call from home office and Melissa has done everything to turn this around for us. We are now expecting a new set this next week.

Been a loyal client from Chicago and now in Austin. They have a great selection of furniture. Sales person Jonathan gave good discount and promised July end to mid Aug 2021 delivery. When I called customer service they conveyed delivery date of Sep 2021 as queen bed headboard was holding up my order. I asked them to split my order so my living and dining room sets arrive early. They asked me to call sales person and it was next to impossible to get anyone on phone - tried calling all day, leaving VMs I visited the store that sales rep was on leave. Only option left was drive 12 miles to speak to someone 🙁. Then wrote this review Got response from Ashley next day and I sent my details to their internal investigations team hoping for a miracle. LOL Miracle happened - internal investigations split my order and gave a new date of Nov 2021. I was shocked and asked them to cancel my order - they said you can but you it will take 3-4 weeks to get you a check even if I paid in cash. I understand Ashley supply chain issues, but making a false promise at sales and having client $7000+ stuck for a month was beyond comprehension. I requested speeding up refund so I can use my money to buy else where. I was told sorry that is the best we can do. I had heard horror stories but never believed them until it happened to me . My recommendation - get delivery dates in writing and understand refund process before placing your bet on Ashley . We are all in such uncertain times ..

Mark is the man. Have some patience they are severely under staffed. It might be a while b4 they're able to help you. But they had what we were looking for, and it was in stock.

Until today I would have given a glowing review!! However a damaged chair needed to be exchanged. Delivery person came, looked at chair started attempting take apart. Couldn't do it and I commented on this happening and why . He then went and came with another chair back when asked what was going on was to have new chair said not on order but would call. Walked out with back, other chair NOT put back together, left front door open and my dog could have gotten out. Soon the truck left with NO comment!! To say I am upset is big understatement. Of course Pflugerville stor will NOT answer. Have gotten response and hopeful help from delivery. So a day later the salesperson lies about reorder of chair and attempts blame me. Hopeful to get chair in 2 weeks but will NEVER purchase from Ashley again and I had been one of there biggest advocates. Very sad! So another week out and still NO help!! 'Owner' sent me a chat line that said they cared but still no help. Have talked to several service reps who seem very helpful but tell me someone above them will call me as well as store manager and I am still waiting for those calls!! It's becoming unfortunately quite obvious once we make sale and get your money we don't care any longer!!

This was the best experience of my life the service prices and people skills of the staff was off the charts I appreciate all that was done for me and my family to provide us with the furniture to comfort us all thanks Ashley’s staff .for making us feel like we are family

Jake Silcox and Enrique were amazing! So patient in helping us find our perfect couch but also in letting us just roam around / have our space while we decided. Made the process easy and fun and was also honest about the variety of delivery times and keeping our expectations realistic. The staff there all has fun together and appears to really enjoy working there! Would def recommend this spot and these guys to friends for home purchases!

The sales process was smooth (why wouldn’t it have been because they take your money at this point). Told us our delivery would be in two month. This information was not shared before we ordered. But whatever I liked the couch. Fast forward, the delivery date comes and goes and nothing. Called the customer service number and they said it’s been pushed again (with no notification) so now it’s pushed another month. Still no big deal. Slightly frustrating but still really wanted the couch. Then last weekend I get a text asking me to schedule my delivery. So I scheduled it for Saturday July 10th (I work during the week). Get a confirmation text message that it’s being delivered. Then today I get a call today that they have moved my delivery up to July 6th. A Tuesday. No call. No confirmation just, this is the day. So I’m like okay I’ll call and reschedule. Call to reschedule and spent 30 minutes verifying my address because there was an address on account that I have never lived at and I couldn’t guess it of course. I get hung up on 3 times trying to reschedule the appointment. I’m told I can’t reschedule now because Saturday is full so I can push it to the end of the month. Now two months after the original delivery time. I say absolutely not I want it the 10th. Told I have to call the store. Tried calling the store, no one answered. After 2 hours of phone calls someone was finally able to schedule it for the 10th. Absolutely ridiculous and a huge waste of my time. I am not even excited for my couch anymore just ready for this to be over with so I can never deal with Ashley again. Worst. Experience. Ever.

I’m am so happy, that I was able to order the coffee table set I’ve been wanting. With Timothy’s help I was in and out in no time. Thank you so much from a satisfied customer!

So let me help all of you out really quickly. If you go to Ashley’s furniture website you will pay more money than you would going to your locally owned and licensed stores website. Then to save you more money you should just go in the store and buy it there because it is cheaper than on their website. If you really want a fair and honest deal you should visit Ashley affiliate stores as they are less than all of the others.

The worst experience buying the furniture at the homestore and now the delivery nightmare has begun. The online purchase is in delivery he**. We are cancelling everything. Go somewhere else and save the frustration and lack of empathy from all staff.

Ordered bedroom furniture May 26th. Frequent calls to find out status not answered. Jonathan sales rep never responded. Promised to respond. Did not. We moved into new home today July 1 without furniture!!!! This is unacceptable!!! Linda Lichtblau Georgetown Texas
