Took 4 moths to get my furniture and I’m still missing a comforter. Inefficient customer service. The manager at the store was super rude she almost walked me out the store, I was just asking for the furniture I bought CASH months before. Worst experience ever 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Dining set was assembled by a team who was more interested in asking me for a beer than putting the furniture together correctly. The wood in the chairs has splintered and is in an unusable state as it is now a safety hazard the screws have either fallen completely our or are just uselessly handing on causing other chairs and the table to be in a state of disrepair as well. We created a case with their help desk and the person over seeing the case is no longer with the company so no one followed up or responded to us until we went to the store to figure out what happened. A technician arrived a few days later and confirmed the pieces were unusable and broken and told us someone else would contact us in 2 or 3 days. We were not contacted again. So we have initiated a charge back and will ask Ashley's to collect their merchandise from our home. We have been operating as an undeclared offsite storage facility for Ashley's for about a month now.
