Liane at Ashley furniture was awesome!!! She totally sold me when she wrote in pen on the furniture I wanted to buy and then showed me how to clean it, it was totally gone. Super friendly, fellow Mom, and knows her stuff. Highly recommend

Very good selection of high quality furnishings. Hillary met us at the door and was nice enough to hang back and let us explore on our own. Ashley loses a star because of a pushy, obnoxious guy who might have been a manager because he sure did think highly of himself. He pulled up a floorplan of the townhome we were moving into and inserted himself into our room layout decisions. We hightailed it out of there. What a shame that no one curbs this guy. Bad for business.

Had to go in three time to finalize an order Can’t do math Asked me to sign something I couldn’t see Didn’t verify my address for delivery Shipped the wrong item Spent hours on the phone trying to correct issues or get through to the store Store prices are inflated compare to online We came in because we had previously bought a warranty and could use the funds on a purchase since we didn’t file a claim. The guy we initially ordered with was very salesy and pushy so here we are. Anyway, we had $600. I had already reached out to customer service and confirmed that was our credit. We went to the store on a Saturday. Dee dee was great and said they’d file the approval paperwork to use the credit and apply it to our purchase. Went to look at the dimension and to my surprise ONLINE PRICES are significantly less than in store I’m talking like a $200 difference on a table. We called back the same day to as they price match and they agreed. We were told we’d hear back within 24-48 hours. The week went by and we didn’t hear anything after calling customer service multiple times. Apparently, it’s extremely rare to actually get connected to the store. So we dropped in on a Friday. Nothing had been done (and we were getting close to our credit expiring). Adilene spoke to us and connected us to a guy who was so annoying to work with. He said we’ll see what we can do about price matching. When everyone simply says they can do it. He acted like he was doing us a favor. He couldn’t do math. For some reason, my credit wasn’t showing up for the full amount and he kept saying we had less than what was available to spend. I’m like did you not price match? And he said yeah. Apparently, math is hard. Anyhow, he said he’d give me a 70 dollar discount because they shorted us 85 dollars on the credit. Even with taxes that’s 75, so I overpaid 10 dollars. When I said I wanted to pick another item when we had more money available he made a face like he was annoyed. I don’t know if it’s because they were getting ready to close but we wouldn’t be there if they had done the job right when we went in. I called him out on it and he just said so what do you want while the girl tried to lighten the mood. He made me sign something without looking at the screen so I didn’t catch his math mistake and that they had my old address for this order instead of what we had already provided. INCOMPETENT and obnoxious. Even at the end, he said we were even. I mentioned I had already put a deposit and he said I’d be receiving a refund. It just all felt shady. At the end adilene said don’t say we didn’t do anything for you. Again, they didn’t do me any favors. I was there to get what I paid for at a fair price. Everything they did was wrong. The store event sent the wrong item because they flipped a number. I had to spend 30 minutes dealing with that. And now I’m waiting to see when the stars align for them to give me a call and swap the item out. Edited to add: I had to call customer service again and spend thirty minutes sending pictures again. I was told the second time I would get a call within 72 hours to make arrangements for delivery. I did not and went to the store. The person I had previously spoke to was the manager. Again, seems to me that he is not customer focused, apologetic, or thorough in understanding what is going on. If the manager is making mistakes and has a poor attitude, what do you expect from the rest of the team? Still waiting to get a call for delivery. It’s now been three weeks since I first went into order my items and 1 week since my table was delivered incorrectly. I will never deal with this company ever again.

I went to the pflugerville Texas location to buy a desk. I had a gentleman by the name of Alvino. Decent conversation at first, but then he tried to up-sale me with the fictitious price that was the in-store price of $899.99 but the desk was actually $550 according to the Ashley website. I don’t know why, but even when the price is lower Ashley’s keeps the original price atop the furniture. He knew this was not the price, but instead tried to swindle me by charging me the $899 anyways! Not gon happen! When I told him the correct price… another lie! He offered to price match! Price match? How can you price match an item when the actual price is the actual price and not a price match??? I let him have that one! I asked to have the desk sooner and he stated that I would have to pick up at the distribution center. Okay! He told me he had been with the company 12 years but also tells me that I can drive 2 hours to new braunfels to pick it up on Monday. Come to find out the distribution center is not open on Sunday or Monday. It’s open Tuesday. I finally drive to get the item, open the package up and I have a damaged desk!!! Call Ashley’s customer service and they tell me to file a claim. Mind you I got the desk the same day as I found the damages after getting home. At this point they can come and get the desk and I can get a refund instead! Watch out for those commission making swindlers they’ll con you for a bag of Pennies!

Painfully uncomfortable couch. Cushions make you sink and slide OFF; hurts backs and hips. Ashely refused to Trade it for another couch, suggest an upholstery shop, etc. No Help. WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

I'm amazed how fast and easy it was to purchase an adjustable bed and recliner. Yahweh was really good and only showed me what I ask. I let her know the items were for my 87 year old father. She beat the price from the first store so she got the sale. Thank you for being straight to the point.

Best experience ever buying furniture. Dustin was simply tremendous.

Overall had a great experience. Quality of furniture seems nice. Years will tell how it all holds up to the daily wear and tear but the quality of everything looks great. Out sales associate Liane earned huge points with me by respectfully keeping an eye on us with zero pressure until we were ready to ask questions and whip out the card. She went above and beyond and when we had a small hiccup after the sale we had her text number and received an immediate response, answer, and resolution. I can’t say enough about Liane. My one complaint and reason for four stars is while we were shopping I got separated from my wife and noticed some greasy male sales guy ogling her from across the store. He made a few comments to others over their radio system and then started stalking her from across the store. I trailed him and after reaching her immediately started to hit on her. Imagine his surprise when I called him out on it a few seconds later. I’m all for swinging but there is a better approach than this greaseball took. They were pretty close to loosing a sale until I noticed Liane keeping an eye on us and knowing exactly how to handle us.

Waste of time and money

Since we walk in we had an explanation of how the store was layout and we were approached by an associate Tyler that directed us to look what we were looking for. Tyler was an excellent sales associate, it took the time and patience to get all our needs and desires to get the right product we wanted. Very satisfied with the experience and the great customer service.

I've had mixed experience with the store. However they are getting 1 star for their customer service. I have purchased a bedroom set, sofa, kitchen table and chairs. I then replaced my sofa with another set from Ashley. Years later, moved to a sectional with them. Sales process has been ok, but working with their customer service is a NIGHTMARE. I purchased the 5 year warranty. Sectional purchased in August of 22. In June of 24 I reach out because the foam cushions are getting soft. They say no problem there is a 1 time replacement for the foam but send 5 of the 6 cushions. For weeks I tried to get back in touch to resolve this and either the chat hold times were crazy or the person just disappeared. Try today, after 30 minutes the lady asked me to hold, after 20 I minutes someone new comes onto the chat. Then says I can buy it but no warranty. If you buy from them, hope that you don't need customer service. Update: contacted the customer service as stated by the company reply. Tried on multiple occasions and each time no assistance other than call someone else. I finally call someone else and now suddenly one-time cushion replacement isn't covered. Buyer beware of customer service and it appears knowledge of what is actually covered.

He answered all of our questions and gave us the available options we had to choose from which made it very easy for us to make the decision to purchase the furniture. Delivery was very easy to set up and we had the furniture in 2 days from the factory. Thank you Amit for a wonderful experience.

My wife and I went to Ashley Furniture in Pflugerville, TX to see if we could take advantage of their sale going on in December. We were looking to buy our first complete living room set and were helped by Jeanathan Paguese. He did a great job of showing us the different types of living room sets they had and assisted us in applying for the financing we needed. We end up getting approved and purchasing our complete set (Sofa, Love Seat, Chair, Ottoman, 2 end tables and Coffee table with the table top that raises). He walked us through the process the whole way, he let us know how delivery would work, and what to do if there were any issues. He provided his number in case we had any issues. The day of delivery came and we received all of our furniture in great shape except for the small end table that was damaged. We didn't see the damage until after the delivery team had left (they were awesome too). But we had already been schooled on how to submit a claim with the website, so I began the process. I hit a snag with the auto chat and texted Jeanathan for assistance. He replied right back to me and helped me figure everything out in real time. So all we are waiting for now is a representative to contact us so they can get the damaged item replaced or repaired. Thank you Jay for all the help and great customer service. It took 10 different phonecalls to get the legs for our footboard delivered after the initial install was completed and the installers left. I was also told that my mattress would be hauled away to find out that it was not included and I was lied to when I purchased my bedframe and mattress. I was initially told the legs would be delivered in 1-3 business days. Then told 7-10 business days on the 3rd business day. On the 10th business day I was told it would be the end of the month before the legs arrive and the legs are being shipped from overseas. After that I was escalated to Angie. Angie was able to get a hold of a warehouse manager in New Braunfels and after 1 day she was able to get confirmation they had the legs and that someone would install them on Saturday 15 days after the initial install and they would take my mattress. Install for the legs was supposed to happen around 2:30pm but did not occur until 7:00pm. I would not buy from Ashley's again. They didn't even check to ensure all of their trash was picked up.

My husband and I purchased a couch from Ashley furniture in pflugerville. At first we were extremely happy and pleased that they were able to give us a discount and deliver it for free as per the deal made with the store manager (that we would purchase immediately if free delivery was thrown in) fast forward to a few days later , they tell us that the couch was stained and needed to be sent back. After barely any communication, three of the six pieces were sent to our home. After another week we received 2 pieces. Upon this unprofessional and frustrating encounter, we had called the store hoping to speed up the process of getting the rest of our stuff but we had been told at that point that our last piece will only be sent to us on Feb 5th, almost a month after purchase. We have STILL NOT RECEIVED IT!!!

I came into the store to find a mattress for my toddler who is moving from a toddler bed to a twin size bed. I was immediately greeted by Jay who took great care of us. He’s was personable and professional and worked hard to get us a good deal and even price matched a great mattress for us! It was an efficient and easy experience for us and our matress delivery was scheduled in a very timely manner as well. I will definitely return for future furniture needs.

Not a good experience at all. The prices are higher than online. They say it’s because they offer longer interest free terms…. Which still does not make sense. My dinning table kept getting rescheduled multiple times and I am still waiting on a pair of chairs that also keep getting rescheduled. Do yourself a favor and order online.

Very helpful, the head sales rep was a little aggressive with his approach, but we got what we needed at a fair price. Their furniture is definitely higher in quality than other furniture stores, so hoping we will get lasting service out of them.

Edited for service after the sale: RUN AS FAST AND AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!!! DON’T BUY FROM ASHLEY ITS A NIGHTMARE!!! Unbelievable the run around we have received. They sold us a bed headboard/footboard that is not compatible with the mattress they sold us. Now our bedroom is a storage area where their incompatible merchandise is collecting dust and we’re sleeping in the guest room. We are in constant communication with the sales person, Jacob, but getting nowhere fast. There is no telephone number where a manager can be contacted at the store. Read other reviews and see this is a pattern. Begging for someone to resolve our issue!!!!!!!!!!! Wow, what a great experience!! We stopped in today for rocker recliners we saw online. Jacob greeted us as we entered and helped us with the chairs and a new bed. We were shocked to find all that we wanted in one stop. The furniture seems to be good quality and we’re super excited to have it delivered but equally as important was the buying “experience”. Jacob was friendly and helpful but gave us appropriate space to browse on our own and wasn’t pushy at all. Such a great experience, we can’t thank Jacob enough for his knowledge of the products and friendly service. Ask for Jacob at the door, you’ll be glad you went and that he assisted you!!

I had an amazing experience buying a new couch with Jay, at Ashley furniture located in Round Rock. He was not only patient, and went out of his way to move a couch several times to make sure it was exactly what I wanted in size…it was a quick process-he listened to every detail of what I wanted, kind of became a personal therapist-haha. I would highly recommend this location and asking for Jay!

Still waiting on my partial furniture was supposed to be delivered Monday Dec 30,2024 had confirmed my delivery date and till now nothing. They don't have very good communication with customers I just need answers and noone is caring to give me one, maybe if they stop chatting with each other and do there job right I wouldn't be having this issue and I think I've been patient enough to be ignored. Pissed off customer😡

We had a lovely time with Yawei....I'm sorry unsure how to spell her name. But, she was absolutely wonderful. We just have poor timing with unsure of budget with just buying a home - trying to get ideas. I recommend anyone to work with her as she is super kind and helpful. Her daughter was hilarious.

This is the worst store in the history of furniture stores ! We bought stuff worth over 5k and the customer service was atrocious they sent us the couch too big and gave us the worst run around possible to make a return ! It’s advertised as Americas no. 1 furniture store and OMG please don’t buy from them they are no supervisors ever available especially at this location and everyone has different information. Save your hard earned money fellow citizens !!

I wish I was able to give ZERO stars, I was expecting my FULL sectional couch before the holidays, so I threw away my existing couch, welp today I got one small piece of my sectional and won’t have the rest for 2 WEEKS. I’m very upset and won’t ever do this again with this company.

After two weeks and 6 calls, no one has called us back. They’ll rob you of your peace of mind. I’ll need to file a claim with my credit card company now to see if they can retract the payment.

I would not shop at Ashley Furniture ever again. My wife and I visited the one at Pflugerville location mid-November for a couch. We were escorted all of a sudden to a bed section to see a new fancy bed. Granted, we needed for a new bed but originally we were looking for a couch. I’ve always felt that sales people tactics were always aggressive this store and this time was no exception. We ended up buying a new fancy bed and a couch altogether but left us a bitter taste in our mouth. Then, the deliveries. This is a whole new story. Since Ashley contracts all deliveries to third party, you have to be always on top of the scheduling, confirming, etc. We didn’t get our couch until just a few hours ago, and then, we had to put together a couch ourselves. Yes, it’s like a shopping a couch at Ikea. We weren’t told these things in advance and none too happy about it. Folks, Do Not Shop at Ashley Furniture. It’s not worth it at all.

First time buying here, but do not waste your money. They have multiple reports of woodworm beetles, and they don't want to be responsible for their mistakes. We paid 6k for a bedroom set and 5 months later we started seeing piles of dust. Ashley said that we should have reported the issue within 72 hours, even when the pest control technician told us that it is not possible for us to detect them as it can take up 8 weeks to start noticing damage on furniture, if they decided to dig holes on the surface that you can see. Now we have to pay 1500 for the pest treatment because Ashley don't really care about it. Not worth it.

Yahweh helped us to look for a suitable reclining chair for our handicapped daughter. She was patient and very aware of safety for her. We are so thankful to have her wait on us.

An absolute scam - be wary. My roommate ordered a couch from this location about a month ago, then when we looked at the credit card statement we had been charged twice for the couch (different amounts somehow) and there was a THIRD charge from a week after we had left the store for over $5000!! After calling corporate customer service about the charge we found out it was several recliners and other misc items. The sales woman was so extremely pushy towards us when purchasing a couch, as if spending over 3 grand was not enough, trying to get us to purchase a bed, mattress and more... only for us to find out that she had used our line of credit to order several items a week after we left the store! Not sure if she was trying to boost her sales numbers or what, but that is FRAUD plain and simple. I have never experienced anything like this in my life, and the manager at the store was less than helpful and unable to resolve the issue. Will be reporting to the BBB and FTC immediately.

Shaq insisted he would help us towards our goal during the black Friday sales event as they didn't have the couch in the Black Friday event commercial. He was very helpful in our buying process. Thanks Shaq!

Yes our experience was fantastic our intentions were to go in there and just look around and window shop and not one sells associate came up to us within 15 minutes but we totally understand that because of Black Friday but then Matthew showed up and we are so glad we had him because he amazing he made us feel welcomed and at home again our intentions were just to window shop but thanks to him we ended up with 3 beds Lol! This Black Friday, I had a very disappointing experience due to the lack of proper customer service from both the manager and sales team. I understand it was a busy day, but I still expected at least some acknowledgment from the staff. I was left waiting for half an hour without any clear response. Additionally, I was not given accurate information about delivery charges for my purchase, despite the white glove service indicating no charge. When I asked the manager about it, his response was casual and unhelpful, which was completely unexpected. I will not recommend this location.

I have never seen such an unorganised and unprofessional group. They are behind you for the business but the moment you order with them all promised are forgotten. If you ask for help they laugh at your face. They show you products are available for delivery. Don’t complete the formalities after accepting the payments. Leave you in a state of confusion when it’s time to deliver your product. Please think 4 times before ordering anything here. I was promised to deliver all my products by 22nd Nov and ordered them based on this promise, but only to find out later that it’s Impossible for them. They have no control on the delivery. Yahweh was friendly at first, but warmed up a little too much to us. She made an EXTREMELY homophobic and misogynistic comment to us while running a “pre approval” - she did not inform us it would be a hard credit check, nor did we agree to open a credit line, which she did. I never signed anything, never even got to look at her iPad while she filled out the application with my info. We left due to the homophobic comment making us uncomfortable. Next thing I know, I’ve got an email from credit karma about a 12,000 dollar credit card being opened in my name at Ashley. Called to speak to a manager, person on phone wouldn’t give the phone to manager. Said he would “see what he could do” and then hung up on us without telling us when we could expect to hear from them. My wife called again and they told us there was “nothing they could do” and they didn’t even apologize. Don’t come here if you don’t want a card fraudulently opened. We will be reporting this to the police/FTC next.

It has been HORRIBLE. They keep changing the pick up|delivery date. Originally we were supposed to call for an earlier pick up date.

I went to the store on Wednesday to just look and compare to what I saw online. Lina was the first person to greet me. I told her I wanted to walk the store first and I would come to her when I was ready to order. Not a minute later she was following me around. I asked her again if I could just look and discuss with my husband, who was on the phone, and I would come to her when I was ready. Two minutes later Jessie comes. I ask can I please just look. I even stated I feel like I'm being harrassed. Jessie leaves and they send Yaneth. She comes to me saying my beautiful black queen we want to give you the Ashley experience. I said if harassment is the Asley experience I don't want it. I just want to look and peace and decide without pressure. I asked to speak with management. All three told me a different name. Friday, today, I speak to Annalise who is supposedly the manager, who thought it was okay for her staff to not allow me to look peace. She said her staff has to complete the Ashley 6 step experience. I told her great, they could have completed the six steps with me after I had walked the store and knew the items I was interested in. ANNALISE instead of hearing me out she kept transferring me to a "corporate" number that kept sending back to the store. I called three times with this happening. The fourth time I got some lady named Lisa that told me I was aggressive, tieing up their phone line, and threatening legal action and I didn't buy anything so it doesn't matter how I was treated. All I told her, was I was documenting their name and I wanted the regional manager, Juan, to please contact me. Hopefully he sees this and reaches out, so he can watch the store video and listen to how "professional" his staff and store manager were.

NEVER AGAIN! Ordered 2 identical twin beds. Delivery came quicker than we expected. One bed was complete but the other was missing slats and hardware. Delivery was on a Saturday, delivery driver said someone would call us on Monday. Never got a call so we called the store, they passed us on to customer service who passed us on to an automated unhelpful AI. I went into the store to talk to a manager and some very polite sales people tried to help by putting in an ER ticket to be shipped to us. We received some hardware but still missed the slats. My husband went into the store and gave them a list of what was still missing. 4 days later a new delivery driver showed up but still no slats! It has been 5 weeks now. Safe to say I will not be ordering anything from Ashley’s ever again!

SCAM! Do not shop here. I have been dealing with my order for over an entire month and have had to take time off work several times to confront sales associates at the store, just to be assured they are fixing all the issues they have caused just to find out new problems the next day. Like I said this has been over a month dealing with this and i have had to go in every week sometimes several. The sales associate who helped me put two orders in for my one order. Meaning I am currently being charged for 4 couches, two dinning tables and two area rugs. I have called every number and spoke with management on every level in the store and they promise all these resolutions that get no where. We currently have the first set of furniture that the store says we shouldn’t have and are scheduling to pick up. Then pick up gets here and drivers are always rude and say they have no information on picking up the furniture then just leave. As someone who works in sale management I believe no level of management at this store has any level of experience. This has been an awful experience and keep in mind they have offered us free pillows during all this. Pillows. As if we’re not being charged over $1000 extra now, and they still have yet to resolve that. These are just parts of the experience and no way I can type of the whole horror story of an experience this is. Shop anywhere else.

Horrible customer service at this location, they took our money with no problem on September 14th for delivery on October 1st to only be told that delivery date is not guaranteed that it is up to the discretion of the distribution and if they do not text that means you will not get your purchase. They took it upon themselves to push our delivery out to the 4th and still no guarantee! Then I was placed on hold for 20 minutes, called back to be disconnected by Dustin. Yes I am upset, disappointed and disgusted, Dustin made sure to remind me that Ashley’s is the number 1 furniture store in America, my business, my money does not matter. I have been a customer of Ashley’s for many years, The Pflugerville store is horrible!

EDIT: I have already called that number numerous time. They cannot help me. Original message: I was told a rug could be delivered. After many attempts to get it delivered and being told it is pick up only despite my invoice saying something else and 2 failed delivery attempts, I cancelled the order. I have been trying to get a refund for a month and every time I talk to their customer service team there is another excuse on why the refund was not processed. My favorite was that I picked up the rug which is 100% untrue because if I had the means to pick up this rug I would not be in this situation. It is impossible to get ahold of the store too.

The service at the Pflugerville location was excellent. As soon as we walked in Lisa came up introduced herself. I already had an item I wanted to purchase. I had gone to the South Austin location a hour before and the salesperson and the manager did not want to help me and were quite rude. I was having a problem with an Ashley credit card that was out of my control. Lisa handled the issue in 5 minutes. In 30 minutes my item was ordered and I was out the door. Appreciated her help will recommend this Pflugerville location.

-Had a six week delay in the delivery, but they still charged me upfront -then at delivery they only brought the loveseat and not the couch and NO ONE (delivery or mean person at store) had any idea why. All the lady would say is that it was “suppose” to be on the truck and they would have to call me tomorrow to tell me what happened. Why she couldn’t call the warehouse and get me answers today I don’t know. So I moved a bunch of stuff in my house to bring all the furniture in and I have no idea now when I’ll get it. So unacceptable.

So far my experience has been unsatisfactory. I am trying to set up an appointment for someone to come and fix our couches. Two of the pull apparatuses have come off from the side of the couch and no one can seem to help me make that appointment. I know that I need to pay the service fee but they won’t just take it over the phone and seem to have a hard time emailing to me. Talked to three people so far.

Amazing experience buying a couch! First time buying from a furniture store. We were assisted by Saif who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He helped us through the whole process and got us the best offer. He gave us the time to look around without following us or pushing us to make the sale. 10/10 experience. We didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed.

Lisa knew what Ashley had available and she was able to quickly take us to the living room set that was what we wanted. After some negotiation she was able to get us the furniture we needed at a very good price. Lisa was fun to work with and made the process very enjoyable.

I ordered a King bed from Ashley furniture on 8/12/24 with a delivery date of 8/21/24. Delivery arrived and the recovery legs were missing from the wooden slats. I spoke to the supervisor of the drive team (Dagoberto Rodriguez) via phone who advised he would reach out and put the order in for the recovery legs and someone would contact me by the end of the day with a delivery update. No contact was ever made. On 8/22/24 in the morning time I reached out to customer support for Ashely furniture and was advised the order was never placed. I was given a ticket number and advised an order was placed with the new Braunfels distribution warehouse. The customer support individual advised me since the order was placed with high priority someone would contact me in 3 hours. 4 hours later , no contact. I called back and spent 59 minutes on the phone with a new agent and her supervisor who advised me an order was not placed and she would place a new order. The supervisor advised it would be 7-10 business days for the recovery legs to be delivered. Mind you the bed cannot be used due to the wooden slacks having no support. The main reason I went with this bed was due to the delivery time frame working with my needs. Poor communication and disappointed in Ashley furniture. I will not be using Ashley furniture again in the future unless this can be made right.

This is a nicer Ashley store than those we have been to in other cities/states. We worked with Ian who was wonderful - pleasant, patient and very helpful. The down side to this experience is their check out process. It is extremely fragmented and inefficient; when purchasing multiple items most things had to be entered as separate transaction requiring separate payment each time (even when purchasing 2 matching items, I.e. a set of lamps and a set of nightstands). In store sale items required an override by a manager each time. When signing for cc payment and requesting email receipts, duplicate store copies are still printed and must be initialed. Obviously this is all very time consuming! Additionally, online prices are significantly different (lower) from in store items. They’ll match that price but of course that also requires manager involvement. When purchasing floor models, the customer must pick it up unlike Haverty’s who will deliver floor models. I’m certain these processes could be streamlined for efficiency and customer satisfaction. If it can’t Ashley needs to follow the example of Living Spaces and add a cafe with wine/beer and snacks for their customers!!

Went in with my roommates to get new furniture for our home. Got stopped immediately at the door. ID'd my entire group immediately at the door and said and I quote "I do not approve of large groups of... young people." We were here to furnish our home and instead we're humiliated. My entire group is over the age of 20. The woman was British or something, so extremely rude.

The worse store ever in USA, you receive items completely different than you ordered, and the sellers do not track your order and do not make sure you received your items. Nobody solves the store’s mistakes but they do take your money.

He took the time to investigate all my options and when all looked bleak, he stumbled on a pair showing his warehouse !!! I was shocked, and elated. He walked me through the purchase process, and I am now awaiting delivery of these long lost chairs!!! Thank you Shaq for taking the time, and helping me find these chairs. I had an amazing experience with this Ashley Furniture. Isiah was so helpful! He answered all my questions. He took time out for me and made me feel as if he cared. He tried to help me get the best deal that I can. We were on the phone for almost 3 hours back and forth. He was very patient! I will be coming back to this location when I need more furniture.

We purchased a couch and a queen size bed from Ashley Furniture, but were given a 9-inch bedframe without being informed of the height options. Despite multiple attempts to exchange it for a shorter frame and numerous calls and visits to the store, we received no assistance sales rep IZzea Pena.The store manager LISA was disrespectful, used arrogant language, and falsely accused us of trying to get something for free, even laughing at us over the phone. We had a terrible experience with the staff at Ashley Furniture's Pflugerville store and would not recommend trusting their salespeople or management specially the Store manager LISA.

This store has an issue with a 5 year old girl using the restroom. I was shopping here with my wife and purchasing a few things. We stepped out while my wife finished the transaction but we came back in because my daughter had to use the restroom. Once she was done, a lady (Jill) was waiting for us to ask if we were shopping there or were just there to use the bathroom. I don't think it matters that we were actually in the process of purchashing a few items. I have an issue with a store policy that prevents 5 year old girls from using their bathroom.

Staff make empty promises to get you to buy from their store. Once you buy from them all customer service goes out the window. Absolutely terrible. Will never ever ever buy from them again. There are many other notable furniture stores with at least the bare minimum customer service etiquette.

The review is on the staff with the store. Ashley furniture is Ashley furniture so most people know what they want or can figure that out as it is furniture. However, I'm putting the review based on the annoyances dealt with by lack of training (I presume) and incompetent people. We made a purchase that turned into a discussion with our sales person Emmit on what delivery availability looks like based on specific furniture. He explained that furniture located locally in their warehouse can be delivered on Friday or Saturday. He went as far as verifying stock (qnty), and setting delivery up. He then proceeded to tell us that we would receive a call to provide us with the 3 jour window for delivery on our Friday selected day. You would think this wouldn't be a problem but it was a big issue. Two days later, my phone is blown up with automated texts requiring me to select a delivery date, none of which were within a week out. To make matters more annoying, the automated texts made a decision to respond to me to inform that we can try again later since I saw this automated thread text itself. I was unavailable due to work so by the time I saw the messages, we found it extremely difficult to reach a human being. By the time we were able to do so, they gave a generic run around that our sales guy probably gave us an estimation. I had to inform her he made us wait to confirm the details and that it was a flat out lie. I just needed honesty. None of this would have been an issue had the management trained employees to communicate/articulate basic questions to consumers making purchases. No lies or run around needed. We already planned to spend money, why mess that up? The icing on the cake was when the sales associate reached out to me claiming that he was off work and that there was a mixup at there distribution center (in a different state) to "ship" our items and it arrived damaged, and because of this, they had to push the dates back - to which I replied, " I'm not going to entertain this. You associates in office already gave me a different story and now you're lieing again so I'm hanging up. He apologized and I hung up. What happened to professional courtesy? The sad part is the sales experience will override the idea of making future purchases because of lack of consumer confidence. No thank you. Do better

We were in the market for a new sofa and T Steele, the Assistant Manager, explained everything including the warranty and interest free financing in much detail plus answered all of my questions and was fantastic thru the entire process. Also, the delivery drivers did an excellent job and were on time and very courteous. My husband and I have purchased living room furniture and mattresses in the past from Ashley Furniture and have been very pleased, so we will continue to be a repeat customer. I highly recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture Home store in Pflugerville.

Don't expect after sales support. I went in looking for some missing hardware for the bedframe that was purchased from them and they were completely unhelpful. I was directed to an 800 number. That 800 number directed me to another 800 number where I was put on hold multiple times and told I needed to go back into the store. Absolutely unacceptable support.

Recently visited this store for new living room furniture and a bed for our upcoming move. We were fortunate enough to be able to work with Jeff. He is extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful. He helped us pick out the perfect mattress, adjustable base, and sofas. He guided us through the entire process, which was nothing but smooth. We came back to him a week later after we decided a bedroom set was needed, and he was easily able to add it to our order. He has also been readily available and willing to help with any questions or needs we've had since the last purchase. The store itself is well organized, maintained, and has many options. I'm glad we decided to stop here on our furniture search and won't be going anywhere else in the future.

Everything went well. Ordered the furniture and within 24 hours had a confirmed delivery date. Can’t ask for more. I’m looking forward to receiving it. So far so good.

I also received items that won’t fit my space but Ashley said I’m screwed because I already signed for it. So I’m supposed to live with furniture that won’t work for my space. I would shop on Facebook Marketplace before I ever purchase from Ashley’s ever again and I would not recommend. You’ve been warned.

My husband and I went in to look at getting a new mattress and a new couch. We planned on shopping around at a couple different places, but Jeff was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful that we found exactly what we were looking for and didn't hesitate to say yes and not go look anywhere else. I went in looking for a sofa and came home with a new tempur-pedic bed! I was greeted warmly by Jacob Faz before the front doors were closed. He let me look on my own for awhile and then we met back up for info on the sofa’s I picked out. While waiting for pricing I wandered into the bed section and their general manager helped me pick out a bed. The sofa decision happens sometime this week but I really did appreciate the service there. I have been to two other stores and neither one of them wanted to know why I was there. I will be a life-time customer of theirs!

So disappointed with the outcome of my experience with Ashley furniture. I went it to purchase a dresser for my daughter’s birthday. I have $600 credit to you and was told by 2 separate people it was fine and I just needed to pay the difference. I paid the difference and was told I’d receive an email when I could pick up the dresser. A week went by and I never received anything. I called and was told that my credit was expired so the “business office” denying the credit. I explained my situation and was told “just pay us $100 more dollars and we’ll call it even” I told them I felt like they should honor what they said because I was going solely off of what 2 separate people from Ashely told me. Needless to say my daughter will not wake up in her birthday with a dresser we planned to surprise her with. There’s a ton of furniture stores out there. I’d simply choose a different one. Ashley furniture, I’ll update this review if you keep your word.

Buying at Ashley was awesome! The store attendant was super helpful and supported us to choose the right stuff. My visit exceeded my expectations! I would like to add a comment to my review: delivery experience was real bad! The delivery guys delivered less quantity than the original order. Once I submitted my claim… Delivery team supported me and did their job very well by finding out what happened. They confirmed that delivery was for 3 pieces instead of 2… I told them that wasn’t true and they made me feel like a liar. After many minutes of conversation, they accepted to come back and drop the missing chair. I don’t know if they believed me or they actually thought that I lied. Delivery guy came back, dropped the missing chair with bad attitude. He didn’t know that all the process of first delivery was recorded and we have evidence on video. In the video clearly see how He rushes the delivery and tried to just drop the stuff outside the door without advising but luckily my wife open the door and talked to him. I would say just to be careful with what you receive Anything else at store was great!

Absolute worse service i have ever had! cheaply made furniture! My sofa sleeper broke within a week. It has been three months and i'm still waiting for them to repair or replace. Worst customer service ever! i've asked to speak to supervisors multiple times and or for a call back multiple times and have not heard anything from anyone. I am beyond upset I will never purchase from Ashley furniture.

Zero honesty. The Pflugerville sales rep stated we’re getting the best deal with a “corporate discount” (apparently it was a price match to the online price after checking) and that the military discount cannot be applied. After cross checking facts online and with a representative from the Southpark Meadows location, I reached out to my Pflugerville sales rep and told him that the discount can be applied. Finally, he agreed that the discount can be applied, but I will have to come back in and sign paperwork to change my 12-month financing to 6-month financing. At this point, since my delivery is still days out and I’m still within the time frame to not incur any cancellation fees, I’m ready to cancel my order altogether after being lied to (twice) and feeling like I’m being retaliated against. BUT the Southpark Meadows representative informed me I did not have to change my financing nor come in to sign anything. With my permission, he stated he can apply the military discount on his end (after speaking with his supervisor and getting his approval), to avoid my sale becoming a “wash out.” So I went ahead and agreed to his idea and did not cancel my order. I asked for a confirmation email for the price adjustment and was informed I will receive it in 1-2 business days as the order is still processing. We paid the $99 White Glove Premium Home Delivery Service which includes furniture assembly. After coming home from work, upon inspection I noticed there were missing hardware that were crucial to keeping the main parts attached. What’s worse is the delivery men knew about the missing hardware (caught on video) and failed to mention it after assembling the parts. How is this service worth $99? My order has been delivered and assembled with missing hardware. It has been over a week since the verbal approval of the military discount to my order. My bill has been processed and I still don’t see a price adjustment nor credit to the original amount of my bill. I followed up with Southpark Meadows today and was informed my order has been completed and since my order was from Pflugerville, they (Southpark Meadows) are not able to make any adjustments to my order… First time buyer with Ashley Furniture, and what an extremely dissatisfying experience this has been… from sales, to delivery, to customer service. In the end, both Ashley sales representatives and services from Pflugerville and Southpark Meadows are untrustworthy and dishonest.

What a joke of a store. We spent over $4000 there and one of the bedroom suites we purchased was from the floor. They do tell you in the paperwork that floor purchases have to be picked up from the store. What they don’t tell you, is that YOU HAVE TO GO INTO THE STORE AND PULL YOUR OWN FURNITURE OUT. Not one person there lifted a hand to help us. The furniture we bought was towards the back of the store and we had to maneuver it through the store to the door up front. They would not break down the bed or even take the mirror off of the dresser. Several people just sat around and watched as we did their job for them. Ashley Furniture will never get our business again.

It has taken me over a year to bring myself to finally write this. I truly have NEVER in my life had such a poor experience with a company. Here is the SHORT version of the absolute he** Ashley’s Furniture put me through. In November of 2022, I bought my new home. I was a first-time homebuyer and incredibly excited to start this journey. I needed to furnish the home prior to moving in, for obvious reasons. I was looking for “rustic” appearing bedroom furniture sets, and there was a set that I was interested in when my husband and I visited Ashley’s in Pflugerville, TX. We went together and a young man named Jacob F. assisted us. He was friendly at first, good at talking, I realize he probably gets paid commission and had to say all of the right things to sell us the furniture. I truly thought he was a good dude. He told us he used to work for a sleep specialist and wanted us to look at mattresses in addition to the furniture set I wanted. I did need a king sized mattress but was not planning on buying it there. Regardless, we tried out several temper-pedic mattresses as he pitched each one of them to us. He was very clear that if we bought a mattress and did not like it, we could contact Ashley’s to have it exchanged within a certain time period, after trialing it for the required 30 days. He also told us that we would receive 2 free king pillows, a Bunkie board, and mattress cover which was an in-store promo. We spent a lot of time at the store talking through pricing, breaking down a payment plan (this was a confusing mess for them), and I was assured that if I financed on the Ashley’s credit card, it would be interest free for any plan I chose. It also states interest free on their website. I chose a 6 month financing plan for the furniture with 25% off, and 36 month financing plan for the mattress (paid off early.) Now fast forward to 9 days later, November 29, 2022. The men came and dropped off the furniture, threw it together quickly, and left the BIGGEST mess ever. Like ALL over the room. The entire room was trashed. Still to this day I find small pieces of packaging from that day under the bed. They left swiftly without giving me the chance to look over anything. After they left, I immediately noticed multiple significant and obvious damages to EACH ITEM of the furniture. I had bought a bed frame, 2 side tables, and a dresser for the set. One of the drawers was jammed shut on the bed, an entire wood beam holding the bed up was cracked and sharply hanging off, 2 knobs on the dresser were falling off, and the paint on the head and footboards was scratched and/or rubbed off in numerous areas as well as on the side tables. I also never got those promised 2 free king pillows. I don’t care much about the pillows, but don’t promise something that will not be delivered, right? I immediately notified Jacob that day and he referred me to his coworker named Jeff who “has been doing this for awhile.” Jeff was the WORST at responding. I still have every text thread saved, and he told me he’d call me 12/1 morning which never happened. On that same day in November, I opened a report with customer service by phone regarding the damages and was told that I’d hear back soon to let me know when they’d be coming to fix everything. Jeff and Jacob told me they’d take care of it, but to be safe I notified customer service anyway. I was in shock that I had just spent thousands of dollars on furniture that arrived damaged. *See photo screenshot below for the rest**

They charged us $1k without our knowledge we got it taken off calling corporate. Tried calling management more then once never was able to get ahold of someone. I even left my ne and phone number. At one point they didn't even answer my calls. I called from a diffrent number and they answered but managers had gone home for the day at 2pm?

I felt pounced on, and like I was being hounded the second I walked in, which is a major turn-off for me. It's such a shame, too, because I have so much Ashley Furniture in my home, but I just can't deal with the old-school sales tactics anymore. Customers are also hip to the tactics these days and don't want to play unnecessary games with your agents on prices. Perhaps the company should consider a change in their sales approach because customers no longer enjoy feeling like they just walked into a shark tank.

I called the store to check if they had any sale going on for a specific sofa and I got a great deal because the same item in store was going cheaper than online. I ended up ordering using a secure link that was sent by email. Brandon was great since he provided his work phone in case I need any assistance. The best part is that I’ll have my sofa in 2 weeks or less. It’s the second time I use Ashley for furniture and I highly recommend!!

They sold me a Mattress that was way over the rails. This bed is for a 9 year old child. When I went in the store ,the model bed didn’t have a thick mattress.I called them as soon as the delivery guys set it up. They even said that it wasn’t safe due to how high the mattress was. However the sales man said that we should get a thick mattress and it would fit just fine. As a sales person he should have known what mattress would been unsafe for a child to sleep in. Unacceptable of them and in unprofessional. They care more about selling an expensive mattress than the safety of the customer’s needs. I’ve been getting the run arounds since their policy is no returns or exchanges yet it was a mistake on their part. I’m hoping they fix this asap it’s been 2 weeks and I’m not letting my child sleep on I t until it gets resolved because this is ridiculous.This was the store in Pflugerville Tx

I bought the furniture in February and I’m still waiting for the table. When I called the computer system said it was ready but then I was told it wasn’t. I decided to pay for delivery since they kept changing my dates and the seller at the store didn’t even process the ticket. I was told last week that he was supposed to call me within 24 hours and is being 5 days and he has not called to process the furniture I payed for two month ago.

We were in the market for a new sofa as ours has seen better days, and came in here today to see what they had. They have a huge selection of all kinds of furniture. We found a nice sofa on sale along with two end tables. However since it was clearance we had to arrange our own transportation which we just rented a U-Haul and, the staff helped us load and it we had our new living room set same day. Very awesome. They have a six month no interest deal which is super cool. Overall had a great experience and the staff was super helpful from the store manager to the sales people. Definitely recommend.

Was in yesterday (3/16/24) and felt immediately pounced on upon walking into the store. I politely told the sales associate that I was just browsing but felt harassed the entire time I was in the store. I will not be back because of this experience. I fully understand that people are trying to do their job but at some point someone should be able to read body language and understand that someone doesn’t want to be bothered.

Wanted to wait until delivery of my furniture to write the review. Yacob was the floor associate who helped me throughout the entire process. He was very professional and answered all of my insane questions and dealt with me very well, considering I can be a handful. The store manager was also cool. He came and talked for a bit as well as answered financing questions. I found what I wanted, and I set up a payment plan. Put $200 down and received both pieces in one week. The delivery guys were on time, really clean, and set up my table in 5 minutes. All in all, I will 100% be back to Ashley's, and I will make sure to come back to this location. Yacob did an amazing job, and I'll hunt him down in there and make sure he helps me again!

I purchased a mattress from Ashley with high expectations, but unfortunately, it fell short in terms of comfort. Despite several attempts to address this issue with their customer service, I found their response to be disappointing. They offered no solutions, such as an exchange or return policy, for a product that simply does not meet the basic requirement of comfort. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend buying a mattress from Ashley. Potential buyers should be wary of their lack of support for customer satisfaction post-purchase.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but the overbearing salesman mentality here is driving me insane. My husband and I keep getting texts, we felt suffocated each time we went to the store, we told them we would be in at some point this week to get the rest of the furniture as we got funds approved - which they took as a need to text us every day on top of the "leave us a review" .... After this, I will NEVER be using this store again and will be sending anybody I know elsewhere.

Don't ever buy anything from Ashley furniute store in Pflugerville, TX. After they get their money, that's all they are worried about. They deliver a three piece living room suite but the sofa was a different color then the love seat and the wide chair. I've called over and over no help from the store manager are customer care department. No Help at ALL.

I spent $450 on a my first dinning room table just to have it delivered damaged and be told it was ineligible for replacement since I didn’t report it in the 72hr deadline. Definitely frustrating considering how much I spent furnishing my apartment and your inability to leave your customers satisfied!

We had an overall disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture. While our Sales Rep, Adrian, provided phenomenal service during the purchase of $9k worth of furniture, the post-sale communication and delivery process were highly unsatisfactory. Despite numerous back-and-forths on delivery dates, our items were delivered several later than the originally confirmed date. We had to make multiple visits to the store and even spoke to the manager, who assured us that our purchase was ready at the warehouse and guaranteed a delivery either on the same day or no later than the following day. Unfortunately, this promise was not upheld, and our delivery arrived over multiple days. Post delivery, we received a survey where we explained our experience. We were told someone would call us to make it right, but still have not received a call. It was disheartening that the excellent impression created by the sales representative was overshadowed by the subpar service from the delivery department. Waiting for several days, especially with a $5300 mattress sitting on the floor, was not the experience we expected after making such a significant purchase at Ashley Furniture.

DO NOT GO TO THE STORE. DO NOT WORK WITH ALVINO AT ALL. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEADACHE! If I could give this space negative stars, I would. Please do not ever buy anything from this retailer! This is absolute worst customer service experience I’ve had. To begin with, I had furniture delivered that was the incorrect configuration and the item that was delivered was damaged. I sent in a request immediately, and I never received a response back. Once I was contacted, I assumed I was getting notified of my exchange, and it was for a dresser that was canceled prior to delivery. The cancelation happened over two-months ago and it still hasn’t been reimbursed. I keep calling the store and they keep giving me the run around and NEVER CALL ME BACK. I call the store at least 3 times a week and I’m always very patient and polite. I’m sick of the efforts not being reciprocated, especially after this long. I’ve contacted my salesperson and they rarely respond and never call me back. I’m so sick of the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please NEVER GO HERE! If you’re looking for quality customer service and good furniture, you’re better off on Facebook marketplace. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go to Rooms2Go or Living Spaces. There are plenty of stores around the area, which would give you a beyond better experience. Hopefully, this is resolved soon.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Take your money to a local furniture store where you will be assured of quality customer service. I purchased a leather sectional couch from Ashley Furniture in Pflugerville, Texas in September 2022. Along with this couch my husband and I paid $689.99 for a 5 year protection plan and were told if we did not use the protection plan within 5 years the full amount would be refunded to us. I called in early December 2023 to file a claim for a single stain that occurred when our dog was sick. A technician came to inspect the stain Dec 22, 2023 and told us they'd call to confirm a repair. No one called us back. I called January 2 to check on the status of our repair since it had been several weeks and I assumed GBS was closed in observance of the holidays. I spoke with six different people between the Ashley support team and the GBS Support team and was told that GBS was refusing to repair the stain due to an accumulation of stains on the couch, which are not covered as part of our policy. I was also told I would not be able to use this policy for any repairs in the future due to the accumulation of stains. I requested a cancellation of our policy on January 2 when I spoke with a GBS manager named Kim who let me know we would be refunded a prorated amount and I would receive an email confirmation confirming cancellation of the protection plan. No one could tell me how much the refund would be for, and I was informed the Ashley billing department would call us within 2 days to confirm the refund amount. No one called us back. I have not received any email confirmation from GBS or Ashley confirming the cancelled policy. I called Ashley again January 5 and was told they had not received a cancellation request from GBS. I called GBS again and was told the cancellation was processed but would take time to be processed by Ashley. Both Hector and Vicki of the Ashley support team confirmed that we would be refunded the full amount of $689.99. Vicki told me she had requested a manager to call us back. No one called us back. Today is January 11 and our account still shows active on the GBS website. I have received zero email communication from either Ashley or GBS regarding our refund. I cannot express how dismayed and frustrated I am at the lack of communication during this process, and how deceptive I have found the entire GBS and Ashley staff to be. I will be reporting both companies to the Better Business Bureau for a lack of transparency.

Delivered just the recliners without armrests. It's not operable and they initially scheduled the armrests 5 days later. I contacted customer care to check if they can deliver early and that horrible agent rescheduled it to later date.

Poor education in system processes and product knowledge with zero to little help. Extremely poor customer service from the greeting salesperson at the door to the manager by the name of T.Steele. If I could rate 0, I would.

Great sales team and they really worked hard to find a sectional that would suit our needs as far as space, taste, and design. I was being a little picky because I know what I like, and I didn’t get all my boxes checked because basically what I was wanting Ashley doesn’t configure that way, but we found a suitable compromise that I feel good about and saved us a ton of money. Very friendly and personable and I’d shop with them again!

I purchased a sectional couch on 12/19 that is discontinued. I was told that there might be an issue with the corner wedge since there was only one left. I was super excited that on the 23rd it was set to be delivered and there were no issues with that piece. When it was dropped off, it was immediately evident there was an issue with the configuration. I told the driver and he said "sorry it's yours". He told me I had 72 hours to report an issue and left. I called the store immediately and even though the number is a 512, it sends you to a call center. There is no way to reach the store. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with someone who basically told me I got what I ordered and that he couldn't help me. I had explained I knew I got what I ordered but obviously it had been entered incorrectly and I needed to exchange the two end pieces since they faced the wrong way. He said I would need to contact the store. I asked how am I supposed to do that when the store number directed me to him. He said to hang up and push 3 for the store. There is no option 3... I then went to the store since there was obviously no one to speak to via phone. I met with one of the sales people who brought in his manager and they were very nice. Said since it was Saturday the business offices were closed and because Christmas was Monday, I would get a call on Tuesday. I in fact did not get a call on Tuesday and my husband went back in the store on Wednesday to find out what the situation was. He was told they were unable to find the parts needed to fix their error and I would get a call that day. He was then instructed to leave through the side door, not the front door. I got a call shortly after telling me I had to come in and reselect. I let them know I had wanted this couch from them and only this couch. The salesperson suggested another model and I went to the Cedar Park location to take a look at it to try and keep an open mind. I was also instructed to use the side entrance by the Mardel bookstore? I went through the front door and looked at the model suggested by the salesperson as well as every other couch on the floor and found them all to be not what I was looking for in my new home. I let the salesperson know and said I needed the couch picked up ASAP because I had movers coming and they would be bringing my old couch over to the new house instead (also an Ashley couch). He said I had only been authorized for an exchange and he'd talk to his manager and have them call me. I got no phone call that day (12/27). I received and email the following day with some information about coming in to reselect. I spoke to the salesperson again letting him know I wouldn't be picking anything else out and I wanted them to come pick up the unit but he did not respond. I replied to the email but it is apparently not monitored even though there's no indication of that on the correspondence and it said if I had an issue to contact customer service or chat. Since I had such a bad experience with customer service the last time, I opted for chat and no one ever responded to my request. On the evening of the 31st I received a call from my original salesperson saying he had just heard about my exchange. I reinforced it was not an exchange and I wanted the unit picked up. He said when the offices opened in the morning, he would try and find the two pieces needed to configure my set the correct way. The next morning he called me back and let me know he was unable to find them and said I would need to contact customer service. When I hung up with him, I called the number he provided and spoke to a woman who took all my information and then said she couldn't help me and someone from the store would call me back within three hours. That was two days ago. I have since disputed the charge with my bank because I keep getting the run around from the store as well as customer service regarding the wrong pieces being ordered.

Ordered a leather sofa from this store, after receiving i noticed it's extremally unconfutable due to getting very hot. Contacted customer service and realized they offer no return or exchange. i paid almost 2 grand for something i can't even use. So don't bother going to this place. find somewhere which offers some type of support.

Purchased a table set from Steven who made the process super easy and quick! Then the table came almost a week sooner than they promised and I was so happy with the job Javier did delivering and building the table set. My table came 2 days before thanksgiving and I was sooo happy! They have true white glove service, and I was not pushed to look at more expensive sets, which I loved.

They were professional and quick with the delivery! Our product became available about a week sooner than expected and we were happy about that.

this has been the worst purchase ever, the store will not communicate at all once you purchase you are screwed, i was told a certain set was no longer available and it was, the management team will NOT call you, you would think that Mr. Perez could be the manager that he gets paid to be and call a customer that is not happy? The team that answers the phone are so very rude and put you on hold and never come back. I have always purchased Ashley in SA, Texas but I will NEVER purchase another piece and I will continue to say this to everyone I know. I am wanting the set that I asked for, the pieces of the other set I settled for were all damaged and this has been a nightmare on getting replacements and the store will not return a call and the manager is a poor excuse of being a manager if he can not call and try to make a customer happy. He has NO business being a manager and control his customer service through his store in Pflugerville, Texas. I highly encourage you not to waste your time with shopping at this location because if you have a problem or concern they DO NOT CARE to help or discuss to have a customer happy. They refer you to a GRT division, they understood and were nice but had not permission to approve a change. Again It is unbelievable that an error was made and I am wanting to purchase even more of a purchase and the manager of the store can not call me to try to resolve this purchase. He gets paid to be the manager but he does not have the backbone to stand up and be the manager. Not happy on the treatment and I am serious when I say do not buy from this location if you want to be satisfied.

Every time I look at the pile of poorly assembled chairs in my garage I get more frustrated. Never have I had to prepare documents to file in court over fraudulent business practices. I ordered 6 pieces of furniture with the plan to buy more if the pieces came in acceptable condition. Literally every single piece was far below expectations. Pilots holes drilled too wide, screws falling out of the chair, horrendous fitment of parts, lumpy chair liners. If there was a way to do it wrong, they managed to do it. We have been going back and forth with their customer service for months now and they have sent a technician who did his best but had no spare parts, another technician who was provided incorrect information by Ahsley and also had no spare parts, and a whole lot of stonewalling from the business reps. They have acted in bad faith every step of the way and I will likely have to take them to small claims court just to get a refund. I promise you half of these positive reviews are fake, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

We bought a couch from here it was delivered late. The next issue was within 24 hours we notice after sitting on the couch theres a loud creaking and something is clearly damaged. We call asking for a refund the next morning. They deny since we accepted the couch. We didn’t expect to have to check each seat and armrest. Ashley sells poor quality and does not allow refunds so I will never buy from them again. My couch costed over $2,500 btw.

My review is solely based on my experience after my purchase. NOT MY SALES REP (who was great.) I ordered a bedroom set and was told we would receive it on a certain day and it was delivered. However, the bed frame was missing a few holes and the guys were unable to assemble it. We were told that they will escalate this issue to get someone from the manufacturing company out to replace or fix the frame. We were given a number to text to to follow up with the status. When we texted the number we received a response that they were going to get someone out here to get this fixed within 24-72hours. A few days later, NOTHING. We texted again and received no response. We called, they told us that the ticket has been closed and that we will have to re-open a NEW ticket in order to get someone out here to replace the frame. And that we should hear back within 24 to 72 hours. Now we do have couches we can sleep on until then however, we didn’t pay over $3000 to sleep on the couch. My husband went up to the Ashley furniture store to talk to one of the managers and all they could do is tell him that they do have it in stock, but that the replacement order still has to be approved. What an annoyance. Not really sure how you can avoid an issue like this if you like shopping here but just a heads up.

Losing customers due to Acima! Purchased furniture in May and still haven’t received merchandise that is not defective. Contract incorrectly written up. Acima: Predatory lending practices, consumer abuse, and fraud! This organization has used the reputation of other lenders who work with buyers with less than the perfect credit to commit utter abuse! I purchased furniture then realized I was being charged for items I never agreed to. When I asked for a copy of my bill no one would provide my contract for 2 weeks! Upon getting it I asked for the contract to be cancelled as I did not get what I asked for and was not going to pay 3k$ for it. It’s been exactly 2.5 months since I requested the return and cancellation. I have had people rudely hang up on me, lie to me about my “options”, accuse me of never making a payment, and blatantly yell at me. When I asked someone in the resolutions department to pull my call records as they have completely omitted the truth in my records I was told no! Next stop the better business bureau and consumer affairs! I never had this experience with Acceptance now and have had 6 contracts and purchases with them. This is unacceptable! I am now being asked to pay $1k to return merchandise… I’m appalled!

Worthless furniture. Lazy employees. Horrible managers. They charged me for a bed that came with a BIG NASTY stain on it. YUCKY I told them to take the bed back. But they still CHARGED me the delivery fee. What type of business are they running here?. While I was standing there, so many other people were in line complaining. You really have to look to find good quality furniture. Things are reasonably priced but I would be surprised if the furniture would last five years.

No one offered any help or asked what we were looking for. Definitely put off from the experience and won’t be buying our living room set from this place.

I have purchased many items in person and online. In both cases, I had a good experience. However, everytime I needed customer service by phone, there is none, their phones are answered if they are answered by people working on the warehouse and you are told you must go to the store, which is 1 hr away in my case to solve or answer a small problem. This is regarding the delivery schedules that keep changing. We were supposed to receive the furniture the week of July 12th but now it keeps getting postponed to July 28th with no clear clarity on the actual dates. The store keeps redirecting to warehouse and claim that they have no control and the warehouse shipping team is responsive but at the same time keep changing dates for over a month. However while making the sale- they said it should take only 4 -7 days

This is a very dishonest business. When you buy in store and pay, they give you a date when things will be delivered. But when the delivery came, two major items were missing and they still collected all the money. And the burden of proof came upon me to prove that two of the items were missing from the delivery. Worked with Jacob on getting a new bed. Visited the store a couple months back and had the chance to work with Jacob again during this visit. My wife and I were able to walk around and browse comfortably and find Jacob once we had made a decision. Very easy process with Jacob, and he was extremely nice and friendly.

Edit to respond to Ashley's response - We have text that number multiple times. All we keep getting back is "due to system outages we don't not have any current information." How do you have system outages for over a week. How is this business running at this point? I have spent over 10K at Ashleys, the Victoria location, and never had this issue before. We bought our couch a few weeks ago. We ordered a sectional and they told us if we wait an additional week we will get the ottoman all delivered together with the couch. Well, the ottoman was nowhere to be found. The additional piece for the sectional was ripped. So the delivery guy told us it was the right one, but it wasn't and we didn't notice at first because right now it is only 2 seats on each side (since he took the ripped piece back) He lied and told us to sign because everything was correct. So we have the wrong couch and their systems are completely down and we have been trying for over a week to get them to replace it. We have sheets over the couch so it doesn't get damaged. We have no where to sit in our living room. This is ridiculous. I will not change my review until we get the $2100 couch we paid for. (As you can see in the photo, we didn't realize it was the wrong sectional. We wanted right arm, not left. We trusted the delivery guy who said it was right.) So we have the wrong couch and no ottoman after paying $2100

I am a very patient and understanding person when it comes to mistakes and delays but NEVER AGAIN. It was my first time in Ashley’s. In store experience was great and was eager to have our new sectional in our new home. We are now 2 weeks out and I have half a sectional in my home. Customer service was unacceptable. No one was on the same page. Couldn’t get anyone to give me a call back. When I did get to speak with someone from the store no one apologized for the inconvenience and STILL haven’t heard back from a single person about my order. NEVER AGAIN.

This store is a mess! So many new folks that have no idea how their systems work and how they impact not only their jobs, but the experiences they have with there customers Our experience with Jake started off well enough. My wife and grand-daughter had already spent the better half of the day browsing at another well-known competitor. Ashley's offerings were more limited, but did meet our needs. We explained to Jake that I was goig in for back surgery on Thur, 6/1. Settled on our preferred choice within minutes. Jake was helpful in getting paperwork started and finalizing the sale. Delivery was going to be the problem Jake said the earliest he could arrange for delivery was Th, 6/1. We reminded him again that we couldn't do it then or the next day, due to my surgery and subsequent hospital stay. In fact, 6/3 was probably not going to work if they kept me over a 2nd night, which was a real possibility. Jake looked at Delivery Calendar again and explained Ashley didn't delivery on Sun, 6/4, or Mon, 6/5. We chose Tue, 6/6 for delivery. We did not hear anything else from Ashley re: this order until Sat, 6/3, 4:34pm. when my wife received a text from Jenny stating "we have not received your confirmation for 06/06/23, Tuesday 4-7 PM. Please reply YES or NO to reschedule. My wife immediately responded, "yes, deliver my love seat" Jenny then resplied, "Great, you're all set. We'll see you on 06/06/23. I'll let you know when the driver is about to head over. On Monday, 06/05, my wife received a text mssage that Ashley was experiencing an unexpected major system outage. As a result, we are unable to deliver your schedule order. Your delivery scheduled for Tuesday 06-06-2023 is postponed unfortunately at this time, we cannot provide a new delivery date, however we will communicate as soon as we can. My wife exchanged a few more texts that afternoon. The last response at 5:32 PM we received was "Currently we do not have any information on what is causing this issue. You may call us tomorrow during normal business hours to receive a system update. We aplogize for the inconveniece. My wife drove back to the Ashley Store on 06/06, around lunch time or shortly thereafter. She spoke to Jasmine at the front desk. My wife explained the whole issue and Jasmine said she would figure out what was going on, as their phones were down to, and would get back to her later that afternoon or the next day. When we didn't hear back from Jasmine by early afternoon on 06/07, we drove down again. I asked to speak to a manager. There were 3 guys in the store at that time, Jake our Salesman sitting behind same sales counter, the hispanic cocky guy who spoke up saying the managers had gong home and he was the next best thing, and Robert (blue shirt) who commented we was done for the day and couln't wait to get out of there. My wife and I explained the whole situration to the other guy (and I couldn't remeber his name; that was my mistake. Ths guy said their computers and phones were down and had no way to look anything up. He obviously didn't know the difference between front office computers and back office servers. I even tried to arrange to cancel this order, but he said he couldn't right now. I told him I wanted a callback from a manager the next day (today) and again left my cell phone number. I reminded him that my wife had also left her phone number with Jasmine, who said she'd call back as well, but never had. The voicetree for Ashley today had been updated and did make mention of their systems, including phones, being down, but it also provided a text number we could use for any questions AND added that there were folks at the store that could assist with answering qustions. Not sure if that woule be questions outside of anything involving these issues, or even if text number was tied into their systes for voice calls. They all have cell phones, so a simple callback providing any updates at all, is better than no update whatsoever.

Decided to buy new bedroom furniture was very happy with the price and the salesman. I was told computer was down so they couldn't complete my order. No biggie it happens. After leaving I had a question about the furniture, so I called and I couldn't get thur. I have called 15 time's and I can not get anyone to answer. Says they are closed or unavailable. So I called the 1800 number no one can help me or knows anything. I am just glad I did not finalize my order. Still have not heard from the store if the order was even put in. .will not return

Had a great experience, was able to shop and find what we wanted without being pushed or stalked. When we did find what we wanted, we were given plenty info on the product along with other choices similar to compare.

The guy who helped us was very helpful and knew what he was doing the manger came to make sure we were getting a good deal on the sectional we purchased! Great shopping experience would definitely recommend this store!

Joe at the Pflugerville location was the absolute GOAT. We had come in a couple of weeks beforehand and the original salesperson wasn't available, but Joe stepped right up and was courteous, attentive, and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. What an amazing experience!

I’ve never met so many people in one store that were just not willing to help. We ordered a bed for my daughter and noticed whey sent us 2 different things, a book case that was supposed to go to the bed frame we thought we were getting but instead they sent us a bed frame that did not go with it. We called explaining that and the manger told me send her videos and pictures just to tell us we did get the right thing. I also noticed her bed frame they sent me was actually LESS than what we paid for. Which then they refunded the difference and just told me call the technicians to try and put it together. If we got the right thing why are we getting a refund ??? The techs said we didn’t get the correct items either… We’ve been calling with no call back and when I do call they don’t care to help. We were promised one thing, received another, told there’s only 1 person that could handle return/refund, and here we are 2 months later, and still have no real resolution. The staff is rude. Worst furniture experience. They assembled the bed without any center support. They said they will send the replacement parts but nothing has arrived even after 2 weeks. It’s a scam! They provide half the product and say there’s no return policy, neither are they sending the part. They keep giving a new timeframe for the delivery of the missing parts. We paid thousands of dollars for the bed and mattress, which we are not able to use at all.

Before purchasing anything in store check the online price. Unfortunately we learned this the hard way. We went to the store looking for a power lift recliner that my mom was going to need before her upcoming surgery. They had one on display that she loved, unfortunately it was not going to arrive in time for her to have it before her surgery. The salesman checked their stock and found a recliner that was "similar" and would arrive on time. This recliner was priced the same as the one we saw in store. We decided to go ahead and purchase it thinking it would be the same quality as the one we had seen in person since it was the same price. Much to our disappointment, the recliner is not nearly the same quality as the model in store. I was not with my mom when it arrived and she panicked and went ahead and signed for it. I looked up the product number on Ashley's website to make sure the correct recliner had been delivered. Sure enough it was. What shocked me the most was the price difference. The online price was $500 less, not to mention the protection plan was about $200 cheaper online as well. No we understood why the quality was different from the one in store. I called the store and was told to call the customer service number which I did. Apparently Ashley furniture is a franchise and has different owners. They have a right to OVERPRICE their items and won't refund money once it has been purchased. We feel like we have been ripped off. I guess that's what we get for being trusting. I never would have thought that the stores were overpricing their items by so much. I understand they are trying to make a profit but WOW $500 over the online price. We are having to add pillows and other things to make this recliner as comfortable as possible for my mom to be able to use it after her surgery. Last time we buy anything in person from Ashley Furniture.

Assistant manager keeps trying to pass the buck on the warehouse. Delivery drivers blame to floor team. It’s a CF of epic proportions and assistant manager won’t do anything to fix the situation.

Bought a sectional from ashley it is worst decision we took.. The sectional is in very bad shape and we got back pains after using it. The service rep said it had some problems so i have to set up a tech person to come and fix it. We have been trying to figure this out with ashley for more than a year. Still they didn’t take any action. We wasted $4000. PLEASE DONT BUY ANY FURNITURES FROM THEM.

Bought 2 x sets of two stools but received 1 x set. Tried to rectify, but this Ashley furniture location blew me off. They told me it was a computer system error and pairs are only sold online whereas in-store purchases are sold by single stools. This is contrary to what I agreed to with Reagan, our salesperson, who “verified” that we would get two sets of two stools for the price we paid. I’ll stick to Amazon from now on to avoid the vulture salesmen from Ashley, get much faster shipping, and easy returns.

I recently purchased bed in Ashley ( Pflugerville), people are very rude. They don’t want customers. I am fed up with these guys 2 months onwards but no response from the Ashley people. The fixing department ( dsg) they don’t fix item properly.literally I waste 5000$ in this store they don’t fix screws as well

Things were good before purchasing. After purchasing our delivery was kicked back two weeks and I could not get anyone on the phone past their automatic system. No one call but sent an email that the delivery was cancelled. So once again another store that get your money then treat you like nothing afterwards.

Ashley policy is no returns, if you get something damaged you are stuck with them until they can get you a replacement this can take weeks or month in my case. I purchased a dining table it arrived damaged next day when i oppened i made reported the issue. They told me they dont have returns. I took few weeks to get a replacement when it arrived was also damaged. So i had to wait another week to get another replacement.

Did an excellent job getting me what I wanted at a fair price in a timely manner

We purchased a new bedroom set in November right before Black Friday. Our new bedroom furniture set was delivered back in mid December. Nearly every piece had a defect. The delivery guy refused to take it back on the truck and instead told me to call Ashley. From there, we were told a tech would be out to look at the furniture and make repairs and set up replacements. It took two months and multiple phone calls to get somebody out to our home. The furniture repair company blamed Ashley, who then accused us of not even contacting the correct person. Turns out, the manager had given us the wrong contact information and that Ashley employee did not pass it on to the right person. At this point, we requested a full refund and to return the furniture. Ashley refused and assured us the matter would be resolved… Several weeks ago a tech came out finally. He photographed the furniture. He let us know that not only would they be repairing the broken bedside table, but would replace the headboard and footboard and repaint any defects in the chest or dresser. Today the repair tech finally came…four months after the initial delivery and told us that “the other guy didn’t have the authority to say anything about replacements or additional repairs.” So now I’m 8 months pregnant with a two year old son and a dog recovering from surgery and I get to hunt for a lawyer. I wouldn’t recommend this furniture company to my worst enemy because it would be too cruel. I plan on cross posting this review everywhere I can to prevent anyone else from dealing with the people as well as contacting the BBB.

NO RETURNS if you buy from a store location. The remedy? Find the product you want at the store then order online. The online store DOES provide a return policy. Sort to view 1 star ratings. Many people are receiving damaging products and discovering that the store they gave their money to would not help. In fact, when I called the store I was repeatedly hung up on. When I finally did finally speak to my salesperson he informed me that that if you buy from the store you cannot return the item. He continued, "Because you accepted the delivery you have to call the 800 number to remedy the situation." So far that's been a nightmare. I saw the damage and would have refused the item but the "white glove" delivery team did not speak English so could not provide direction. They took photos of the damage and left. Ugh.

I went into the store a few weeks ago to purchase a coffee table. One of the staff was helpful and helped put in an order for delivery when I selected the one I liked. The delivery itself was scheduled and came on time. However, unfortunately, when I opened the packaging, the coffee table was damaged with scuffs and marks and a fairly obvious hole in one of the pieces. I called up the customer service number to report the issue and asked if they could take it back, deliver a new set, or fix it somehow. They promised to schedule a technician to come visit to fix the issue. After that, I never heard from them again. I've sent an e-mail and nothing either. I'm a little frustrated having a coffee table with obvious defects still sitting in the box it came in with no resolution in sight. I will not be purchasing anything from Ashley Furniture again.

I worked into the store some days ago with the intention of purchasing a couch but was instantly put off the way the sales rep was following me and trying to force his suggestions on me even after i told this man i'm fine and that i just want to check around first. It is extremely rude to follow a customer around in a store or stand at one point and be monitoring their every movement, as an adult, i know what i want, i'm the one that is going to pay for it not the sales rep, if i need their help i'll reach out to them, this kind of aggressive customer service needs to stop, i was totally displeased and left the store.

Very difficult to setup a date to have your furniture fixed 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 I was never able to get my furniture fixed or replace got the runaround for months.. a year. Several attempts to repair 👨‍🔧 and always the incorrect parts, last attempt for service they left stating no one was home when there was. Called store to asked for refund/ replacement no more trying to fix it. They informed me that replacement would take along time due to supply chain issues i said I’ve already waited this long I can wait a little longer. Time went by and i finally remembered wasn’t I expecting a replacement, I call they say i waited to long and they don’t have any notes from my last call how convenient. I was informed basically you snooze you lose even after they failed 3 times to fix my issue I recommend shopping at a different location as they are individually owned. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Dining set was assembled by a team who was more interested in asking me for a beer than putting the furniture together correctly. The wood in the chairs has splintered and is in an unusable state as it is now a safety hazard the screws have either fallen completely our or are just uselessly handing on causing other chairs and the table to be in a state of disrepair as well. We created a case with their help desk and the person over seeing the case is no longer with the company so no one followed up or responded to us until we went to the store to figure out what happened. A technician arrived a few days later and confirmed the pieces were unusable and broken and told us someone else would contact us in 2 or 3 days. We were not contacted again. So we have initiated a charge back and will ask Ashley's to collect their merchandise from our home. We have been operating as an undeclared offsite storage facility for Ashley's for about a month now.

Worked with Christopher in the beginning of November and he told us we would have our furniture by our move in date in mid- December no problem. Found out the day before our move in date that we wouldn’t be getting our furniture for at least another 5-7 weeks and that we were never scheduled for delivery in the first place and we were completely mislead by Christopher. Ended up canceling the entire order since we were not going to receive our order until long after the guaranteed delivery date by our sales associate. Absolutely do not recommend shopping here.

Ivan Valdez at Ashley was a super great help with our purchase. Went there to look at a bed for a guest room. Left with a new bed, mattress & couches. He provided excellent assistance, it was greatly appreciated. The fact he didn't rush meant a whole lot to us.

Jacob F was extremely patient b/c we are literally slow moving people. (My mom is wheelchair bound, and I have a hard time walking long distances.) He answered all of our questions and didn't do any strong-arming techniques. He helped my mom choose the right bed for her. He even managed to work up a great deal. Don’t buy from Ashley Furniture!!!! They tried to deliver the wrong pieces of a sectional that we wanted several different times. Nothing they brought would fit in our space without blocking us from getting into the kitchen. My husband waited several hours on each occasion and moved our old furniture back and forth in anticipation of our new couch. We didn’t accept the order each time. Now, they keep calling saying they are ready to deliver our new couch even though I told them to cancel it. Duh! Not a single person I’ve spoken with even cares. This place super sucks. I imagine I’ll end up being billed for nothing since I haven’t received a cancellation invoice. I’ve called them several times but the only people that call back are the ones that are STILL trying to deliver. Just don’t waste your time or money!!!

This is our third time purchasing furniture at the Pflugerville location and once again, great customer service and good prices! No pressure. We walked around looking and when we had figured out what we wanted we then sought out the salesman who had directed us to the area of the store where we needed to be looking. How hard is it to delivery a bedroom set???? I needed by a certain date, I ordered 2 weeks ahead. Is now a month later and I am still waiting. The pieces that I received are defective. Customer Service is non-existent.

We bought a sofa in 2020 and the back lumbar support broke in 12-24-22. VERY CHEAPLY MADE FURNITURE. We called Ashley Furniture and they will not help. The protection plan we bought does not cover the frame. This is a horrible company with people who do not care to help. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE QUALITY AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We actually purchased 2 end tables, and round table. The only thing is they did not have them wrapped when it was delivered to use.

It seems like once the furniture is purchased, you all don't really care about your customers after that...I'm very disappointed in my experience with you all.

I feel cheated. When buying a sofa, sales manager Jason lied to me saying I can buy protection plan worth 400$ then and can remove the protection plan later if I change my mind before the delivery date so I bought it. Later when I called them to remove it before delivery date they said I bought the sofa in discount so I can’t remove protection as it is their profit. This retail store does business by lying to their customers. How can we trust their word about anything they sell? Don’t do it. Buy from elsewhere. If you still want to buy make sure you get it right the first time and don’t go back for changes in your order.

If you love getting damaged furniture that costs thousands of dollars get it here! We are on delivery number three now with each proceeding delivery having damaged goods. They won't let us return what wasn't damaged, so now we are at the mercy of these compassionless people. You will probably have better luck chopping down your own tree and building your own furniture. It would be quicker and involve less damage.

Could not have had a worse experience. Order came damaged twice. We ordered an entire room set and now we're stuck with only a few items. When we asked if we could return the items that were delivered (since we don't want only pieces of the set), the customer service solution was to file a lawsuit.

I would leave less than 1 star if I could. Absolutely the worst customer service I've had in a long time, maybe ever. Spent 10k on a bedroom set in April. Took them 6 months to deliver it, which is fine whatever I get it even though it was 90 days more than what was quoted. Fast forward to delivery. Not only did the drivers drop the furniture in the street causing damage, but they damaged my home in the process of then unloading it. We were told there would be no issue and to take the damaged furniture. We accepted and then spoke with a manager about getting it replaced. They are now refusing to replace it and won't take the damaged furniture back and return my money. I will not ever waste money here again.

I went to this location ( Store ) due to me having so many issues out of the temple store. The management team out of temple WASNT of no help, I needed them to change an address so I can get a direct shipment. The only thing they did was pass the buck around. I didn’t really want to do a civil suit over $200 So I decided to see if the Pflugerville store is able to help or willing to help. Spoke the Jason the sales manager, he had went above and beyond for me. I am so very grateful that I was able to get the help that I needed. It was just simple email that he had to do, just to make it right Thank you to the staff and management for all your help and be so kind.

Had a pretty rough experience here. Katy, if she still works here, is not to be dealt with. She forgot to get a signature, waited till a week later, then texted saying hey by the way I need a signature, or they cancel the deal tomorrow…long story short, we didn’t end up getting the furniture. I can’t say even good things about T, the British manager that was on duty at least on weekends, but everything else was a little shoddy. There was twice, while I was there, that I heard salespeople talking blatant trash about customers, as if it was nothing but salespeople in the store, and a lot of things seemed a bit unprofessional. 2nd star is for the manager that did her darndest to acknowledge and address the situation, but for everything else, I’d avoid.

I received that 3 weeks late , and it does have very bad service for finance and payment, I payed on hone and it said it go through and gave me confirmation number , but it took 2 business days for it to accept and for me it didn’t accepted but it didn’t tell me that and past due , they reported that to my credit and I didn’t know about that at all ,I didn’t receive anything, also it’s ripped off after 3 month!!!

My lady and I were looking for the perfect bed to invest in. My lady has back problems so we decided to check out Ashley’s to see what Black Friday deals they have for mattresses. We were assisted by a rep in that department by the name of Steve and he gave us a great demonstration on the tempurpedic mattresses and answered all questions we had. My lady and I thought about it for a few days and finally made the decision to order it. Overall my experience with Ashley’s furniture was great and if anyone is looking for a mattress talk to Steve he knows his stuff.

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! 5 out of 7 pieces were delivered damaged which is beyond ridiculous. I have been doing everything to get this issue resolved and I only continue to get the run around from customer service and managers for over a month. I went in the store to speak with Jason, the store manager, but he acted as if it wasn't a big deal then passed me off to another sales representative. I then sent Ashley, the sales representative, these same pictures which she could clearly see the damage. I have tried to handle this the most civilized way before blasting the company. I'm currently paying for damaged furniture which is very unfair! Getting furniture from here was one of The Worst decisions I've made so hoping to bless you in advance!

Completely inaccurate estimate of inventory availability shared at the time of purchase, incorrect return/refund/exchange policy provided, missing parts at the time of delivery, damaging of household floor during delivery and assembly, no commitment to delivering the missing parts, and NO OPTION FOR THE CUSTOMER TO ASK FOR A RETURN/REFUND. It's ridiculous how Ashley and its numerous, fragmented, disconnected contracted parties think it is normal to ask the customer to wait for more than several months while the customer continues to dine without a dining table. I won't be surprised if my dining table is still incomplete in 2023.

I highly recommend the Pflugerville location and working with Jacob specifically. He provide excellent customer service by explained everything in detail and always staying friendly and professional while we took our time looking through the entire store.

I was coming down to this local store to shop for our renovated house and my family and I were firstly welcomed by Reagan Parker. She was friendly and professional. She was listening to our furniture taste and showed us the area where we might be able to find them. We weren’t rushed or we were pushed to purchase any products. She gave us more information regarding deals and special deal on the day we were there. Overall, we were happy to close a deal on the furniture for our dining area and a coffee table. We would definitely come back if we need more furniture for our home.

Thank you Jennifer for being patient while I contemplated which set was the right one for my living room! I look forward to my delivery next week. I appreciate how comfortable I was made to feel and I enjoyed my experience at this store.

Horrible experience, 5 months and still don’t have the correct love seat. The wrong love seat was delivered to me. These people at the store (sales and management) are only worried about making a sale and not customer service. I’ve had to make over 15 calls to try to get the correct love seat and still don’t have it. Shop somewhere else!
