Never made it to the purchasing stage of the process. My salesman Robert was overly pushy, rude, and borderline disrespectful. Can't do business at this Ashley and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Sounded pretty upset when I decided to explore other furniture options.

Disappointed with the in-store experience. We came in to look at couches and were very clear that we were only browsing, and would ask for help if needed. Despite this, the salesperson repeatedly pushed the store credit card, even after we said we would only consider it after finalizing a purchase. She interrupted us, collected our IDs, and proceeded to sign us up anyway, making us wait an additional 15+ minutes—despite us clearly stating we did not want it. The card was still processed and shipped to us. When we later said we were done browsing and leaving, she pressured us by asking why we weren’t buying anything that day, even though we had already explained multiple times that we were just looking and still comparing options. Overall, the experience felt like a high-pressure car dealership. The store manager even dropped by and asked how everything is going. Never seen this happen at a furniture store. While Ashley has great products, the aggressive sales tactics and poor store management ruined the experience and is the sole reason we will not be purchasing from this location. Adding to the frustration, management responses to negative reviews appear auto-generated and identical, and the provided phone number does not connect to a live representative—making it clear that customer feedback is not genuinely addressed.

I had an awful experience when I visited and won't be buying from Ashley despite loving the furniture. The store associate, Yanay, seemed more interested in meeting some sort of customer engagement quota instead of helping us have a decent in-store experience. She insisted on hovering nearby as we browsed and pushed us to add furniture we were merely glancing at to the 'catalogue' she had on her iPad, probably to pad her numbers. She seemed to have no knowledge on the furniture, and when I had questions on dimensions, she asked me to measure the furniture myself since I had a measuring tape with me. She also harassed us into signing up for the Ashley credit card - we did provide our details to see if we'd be eligible for it, but once we were approved, we clearly asked her (multiple times) not to issue the card unless we came back and made a purchase. But she issued it a few days later anyway! When we were in the middle of browsing products on our own, she tagged in a store manager who, unsolicited, attempted to subtly sell a product to us, but it was frankly funny when we asked him for the price of a customization and he had no answer! Who made this guy a manager? Finally, after we left the store, the sales associate sent us a grainy, low-res screenshot of the products I had apparently browsed in-store. Trust me, I could make nothing of the screenshot given its quality. To say my experience was underwhelming would be a gross understatement. I felt like I was being harassed by sleazy salespeople in a shady used car lot. Ashley, your poorly trained, quota-hungry employees have cost you my business. I would have walked out with a couch set and come back for more pieces I liked even if I had interacted with exactly zero employees that evening.

Then you call, they don't answer the phone and they just pass you around. They don't offer replacements or refunds—at least that's been my bad experience. Terrible customer service. I have been bounced around for 2 weeks seeking what you would think is a simple request. I need the brand and color stain for my table and they are unwilling to go the extra mile to obtain and share this info so I can touch up my table. Laziest, most incompetent customer service. I will ever shop there again

I haven't received my purchase yet so this review is premature. It was a lovely experience but I was promised that they would haul away my old king size bed for free! That was the selling point. No where on my paperwork does it says this will be accomplished but I am certain it will be honored. They deliver on the 24th. I'll keep you posted.
