Bought a bedspread off the floor and it wasn’t returnable and when I got it home it didn’t work. Thought of calling to see if I could return it and possibly purchase something else but I understood your return policy

Stay away from this company. We bought a sectional with electric recliners and having trouble from the beginning. It's over 2 weeks now when we contacted them and we're still waiting it to be fixed/replaced. They're not responding now! Will never again buy anything here!

Ronnie and his manager Jason were super friendly and helpful. On 10/28, they helped me pick a sleeper couch that meets my needs and limited budget. Great working with them! The couch was just delivered today. One pillow was missing and Ashley representitive called and told me that it would be delivered separately via FedEx or UPS. I can't wait for it to arrive.

Extremely disappointed with the dishonesty of this location after opening a line of credit due to a misleading offer. My husband & I sat at this location for 2 hours communicating with the store supervisor for a sectional we were interested in. After negotiating, we agreed upon a total cost of $2,673.76 for the sectional, ottoman, delivery & warranty. After she pulled my credit & opened an account, we watched her typing notes where we saw the comment “customer declined ppp”. Luckily I asked what that meant & she casually stated that there would be no protection on this purchase which was not what was agreed upon. Now we have an additional unnecessary line of credit on our account & have wasted our Sunday afternoon. Absolutely would not recommend this location.

Stay away. Ordered over $10k worth of items in July 4th and have had nothing but issues from day one. It’s now November and I have had them try to spray lacquer on goods delivered with damage, they replaced the part with another even more damaged part, then offered an exchange but never actually ordered it until I called for the 3rd time on the exchange alone. The tech left behind all the extra parts and trash in a pile. I called to speak with a manager and was told by an associate named Matthew that they don’t have managers (obviously a lie) because it’s a franchised location. There’s much more but I’m tired just writing it. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Mistakes happen, but it’s how you respond to them that matters. And the overall response to this has been horrid.

I'm trying to reschedule but your app doesn't show any available dates all the way until the end of November. Even then I can't find a date. I don't care if I have to reschedule all the way till December. I just need to reschedule. And I don't think it's that you don't have any available dates. I think your app is broken
