Liana was absolutely amazing. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to purchase and I was very undecided about everything and she was so patient with me. We must have walked through the whole store several times before I could make a decision and she never got upset with me. I am definitely going back because of her. I appreciate her willingness and kindness when she dealt with me. She made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered. She even gave me some great tips and suggestions without being pushy.

I have been a loyal customer of Ashley Furniture for over a decade. I was extremely pleased by their continued excellent customer service when I was there recently shopping for living room furniture. Thomas Sawyer, the sales representative who helped me with my purchase, was extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant, professional, and patient during my visit. Rather than being left to wander the store alone, Sawyer guided me through my options, listened to my questions, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Thank you, Sawyer!

They delivered our Recliner, but without the power cord. I am having a very difficult time getting them to give me a power cord.

Worst Experience Ever. went to Ashley to buy Dresser and dining table but ended up buying a temper pedic mattress and bed too which is out of my budget. The delivery items/ parts are missing and they had to order it again and it will take 7-10 business days and then call the team to assemble the bed. They don’t have the return policy and I am not buying again in Ashely .

I would leave zero stars if I could. We went shopping Sunday for a chaise lounge chair. Found one, loved it, asked if there were any deals going. There weren’t . No worries; bought it. (Although I will say the sales rep Broderick was friendly and pleasant, so points for that. ) Fast forward to cyber Monday. Said chaise lounger goes on sale $100 cheaper. I call the store and ask them kindly if they would price match and refund me $100 (literally bought the chair less than 12 hours before.) Woman who answered the phone said no problem, of course! Took all the info and said I’d receive another invoice that evening with the $100 refund . Invoice never came. Called back today and wasted 40 mins of my life and was given the run around and ultimately told it was too late they wouldn’t do it even though they promised me Monday they would. Absolutely ridiculous, never going back here and going to make sure I post in every Facebook group, Nextdoor app, Reddit, review etc available to make sure everyone knows that this is NOT the store to go to for furniture needs.

High pressure sales tactics. It seemed like we were constantly getting approached by different sales people. Even when we repeatedly said we were just browsing, we continued to get bombarded with salesy questions.

On Friday, 28 Nov., I ordered beds with frames and mattress covers. I also ordered a love seat. I was told that every thing except the love seat was in stock and could be delivered 2 Dec but they weren’t sure when the love seat would be available. That was acceptable. On Sat., a gentleman called wanting to know when I would come in to pick up the mattress covers. I said I had expected them to be delivered but he said I had to pick it up at the store. Sun. I drove to the store and was told they didn’t have any and the covers would be delivered with the beds. This perturbs me. Since I haven’t yet received anything, I can’t comment on them.
