I just moved here from Florida. I was purchasing my new apartment. I am so glad that I was able to give the feedback! You have an amazing team at Ashley Furniture!!! T, the manager, was instrumental and making this process so streamline and very informative so I didn’t have to think outside the box which I’m not good at lol. Her employees, SAIF, and Lina, well beyond helpful and I can see why! T, their manager is a gem and a keeper! The review is on the staff with the store. Ashley furniture is Ashley furniture so most people know what they want or can figure that out as it is furniture. However, I'm putting the review based on the annoyances dealt with by lack of training (I presume) and incompetent people. We made a purchase that turned into a discussion with our sales person Emmit on what delivery availability looks like based on specific furniture. He explained that furniture located locally in their warehouse can be delivered on Friday or Saturday. He went as far as verifying stock (qnty), and setting delivery up. He then proceeded to tell us that we would receive a call to provide us with the 3 jour window for delivery on our Friday selected day. You would think this wouldn't be a problem but it was a big issue. Two days later, my phone is blown up with automated texts requiring me to select a delivery date, none of which were within a week out. To make matters more annoying, the automated texts made a decision to respond to me to inform that we can try again later since I saw this automated thread text itself. I was unavailable due to work so by the time I saw the messages, we found it extremely difficult to reach a human being. By the time we were able to do so, they gave a generic run around that our sales guy probably gave us an estimation. I had to inform her he made us wait to confirm the details and that it was a flat out lie. I just needed honesty. None of this would have been an issue had the management trained employees to communicate/articulate basic questions to consumers making purchases. No lies or run around needed. We already planned to spend money, why mess that up? The icing on the cake was when the sales associate reached out to me claiming that he was off work and that there was a mixup at there distribution center (in a different state) to "ship" our items and it arrived damaged, and because of this, they had to push the dates back - to which I replied, " I'm not going to entertain this. You associates in office already gave me a different story and now you're lieing again so I'm hanging up. He apologized and I hung up. What happened to professional courtesy? The sad part is the sales experience will override the idea of making future purchases because of lack of consumer confidence. No thank you. Do better

We were in the market for a new sofa and T Steele, the Assistant Manager, explained everything including the warranty and interest free financing in much detail plus answered all of my questions and was fantastic thru the entire process. Also, the delivery drivers did an excellent job and were on time and very courteous. My husband and I have purchased living room furniture and mattresses in the past from Ashley Furniture and have been very pleased, so we will continue to be a repeat customer. I highly recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture Home store in Pflugerville.

Don't expect after sales support. I went in looking for some missing hardware for the bedframe that was purchased from them and they were completely unhelpful. I was directed to an 800 number. That 800 number directed me to another 800 number where I was put on hold multiple times and told I needed to go back into the store. Absolutely unacceptable support.

Had a great experience at Ashley Pfugerville, Austin TX. Good clear info, very competitive pricing and over all 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 experience. We bought the Isanti furniture line and love the color , look and quality of their mango wood production line. Alvino was very helpful and dialed everything in perfectly. Recently visited this store for new living room furniture and a bed for our upcoming move. We were fortunate enough to be able to work with Jeff. He is extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful. He helped us pick out the perfect mattress, adjustable base, and sofas. He guided us through the entire process, which was nothing but smooth. We came back to him a week later after we decided a bedroom set was needed, and he was easily able to add it to our order. He has also been readily available and willing to help with any questions or needs we've had since the last purchase. The store itself is well organized, maintained, and has many options. I'm glad we decided to stop here on our furniture search and won't be going anywhere else in the future.

Everything went well. Ordered the furniture and within 24 hours had a confirmed delivery date. Can’t ask for more. I’m looking forward to receiving it. So far so good.

He took time to review all possibilities of how he could meet our needs with great bedroom sets while keeping within our budget. He was extremely patient, kind and professional. We highly recommend given our personal experience today!
