Terrible in-store customer service. They seem helpful when they want to sell you something, but if anything goes wrong with your order or delivery, you are left to handle everything yourself. In my case, I was told that if I bought the couch, it would be delivered on Tuesday, March 24, just four days after purchase. Based on that promise, I bought the sofa. They also offered me a financing option, which resulted in a hard inquiry on my credit report and a new Synchrony account being opened. However, by Monday, March 23, no one had replied to me with any delivery details or timing information. I eventually went to the store on March 24, and only then was I told that the earliest delivery date would actually be April 8. Since I had just moved into a new unit and did not have a sofa, I had no real choice but to cancel the order. That is when the experience became even worse. When I asked a staff member at Tribble to cancel my order, she told me to call customer service myself because she could not do it. I was shocked, since I had purchased the sofa in person at the store, not online. I told her that canceling the order should be the store’s responsibility. Instead, she repeated that I had to call a phone number or else the order would remain active and would not be canceled. When I asked again for help, she said she had to take care of other customers and walked away. When I asked for her name, she said her name was Tee. I then asked for her full name because I wanted to file a complaint. She refused and said she did not have to give me her full name. When I asked why she would not share her name if she believed she was acting appropriately, she told me not to shout at her and threatened to have me removed from the store. At that point, I realized what kind of business I was dealing with. Honestly, it felt worse than dealing with a fake online shop. In the end, I had to call customer service myself. Even that was a problem, because the number she gave me did not work after several attempts. I had to go back, get another number, cancel the order online, and then separately contact Synchrony Bank to close the financing account. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. The store made a delivery promise to make the sale, failed to honor it, refused to take responsibility for canceling the order, and provided unacceptable customer service throughout the process.

Avoid!! Pushy sales people and deceptive pricing! Came in over the weekend to browse options for a bed frame. Started out pleasant enough, greeted immediately by a sales person that attempted to point us in the right direction for what we were looking for, but felt a little rushed. Some items were priced incorrectly, so don't trust any signage. I politely thanked the sales rep and asked for some time to browse options independently. He leaves, and not a minute later does another sales person approach us (white lab coat with tempurpedic logo). I politely tell him we have a sales rep and need time to browse on our own, he's insistent, I tell him again, he keeps insisting. I tell him to read the room and give us space, and HE KEEPS GOING, rude remarks, tries to force a sales pamphlet into my wife's hands. At this point I've told him no 5 times, and refused to do it any longer. We left the store immediately after. Recommend avoiding this place altogether. Aggressive sales tactics, unclear pricing. Other reviews suggest this has been a problem for a while. Give your business to someone that values it.

Bought a table and a bed and the experience was like the old car buying days of confusing prices and added fees. ex, table top is a separate price than the table base. The big ticket item was a mattress that I thought I was buying for $5500, but you were also buying a $1600 base to that. After waiting around to get the financing finalized, I was just ready to get out of the store. They have you initial the invoice about eight times And that’s where I made my mistake. There was a $200 delivery charge and a $600 protection plan that we never discussed at all. Plus, I really thought I was buying a $5500 bed but it was really $7000 bed. So I ended up spending over $9500, where I thought I was gonna get out of there for under 7000. The next morning, when I looked at the receipt, I really had buyers remorse. Ashley furniture made a lot of profit on me that night.

Corey and Jason were great at helping us pick out a new couch. I didn’t feel pressured, but was well informed of the options.

This has been an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. We placed our order in January and were told we could change the product if needed. We later went back to the store, selected a different item together with the staff, and clearly confirmed that the new product would replace the original one. We were told everything was handled. We never received an updated invoice or written confirmation reflecting the change. Despite this, the wrong item was delivered. When I called the store to resolve the issue, I spoke with Aurora. Instead of listening, she repeatedly interrupted me while I was explaining the situation. When I politely asked her to let me finish speaking, she responded dismissively and said she did not understand me, rather than trying to clarify. The tone was unprofessional and argumentative. I clearly requested a refund. Instead of addressing that request directly, I was told to “wait” with no clear explanation or timeline. The original sales representative, Brandon, has also been unreachable. I asked to speak with him multiple times, but calls were not returned. At one point, we were told the issue had been resolved, only to receive another call later asking if we were expecting two items, which was completely incorrect. It felt careless and disorganized, as if no one had actually reviewed our case. There is still no clear documentation, no updated paperwork, and no proper follow-through. The lack of communication, coordination, and basic customer service has been extremely disappointing. As a customer, I expected professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.

Alvino was very helpful and patient as we were looking for our kitchen chairs.

The experience with Ashley was smooth and easy. I needed a loveseat for my therapy office and they only showed my the options that met my needs. I found a loveseat that was the perfect size, color and material and they gave me all possible discounts which resulted in a great price. I would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience with Ashley Store. Amit did a fantastic job helping us find the right couch. Delivery was on time- they did a great and professional job delivering and setting up the couch. Words cannot express how much I LOVE my couch- the stupendous. It's huge. It's comfy. It's beautiful!

I walked in for a couch and the store manager, Matthew, greeted us. He asked what I was looking for and what my budget was and within less than 10 minutes, I was outta there having purchased a couch. Great selection and outstanding sales staff! Had a wonderful experience shopping at Ashley in South Park Meadows. Josh and Shawn were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I came in unsure of what I wanted and left feeling excited and confident about my choices. The selection is much more stylish and up-to-date than other furniture stores in the area, and the prices are very competitive. Highly recommend visiting this store for your furniture needs!

Hilary was great! She’s very personable and easy to work with. She spent time with us to figure out what pieces of furniture worked for our space. We love our sofa and chair. Items were in stock and delivery was available within 5 days, but we needed Saturday delivery so it was 7 days instead. Delivery tracking and updates were great and the delivery service was awesome. Great experience all around.

My salesman was Matthew at the Pflugerville store. After the delivered the wrong bed frame and I finally got ahold of him he had nothing to say and even hung up on me. The first delivery they brought a frame for a box spring. I didn’t think anything of it cause they had the mattress on it when they were done and the box for the slats were at the end of the bed in the floor. They on left the box there and I thought it was strange they would leave the trash but oh well. Till I got back in there and the box was still full. They had just put the mattress on the three bars for the box spring. After fighting with them for several hours on the phone they were gonna bring the right frame the next day. The next day they changed out the frames and put the slats on the bed and I had them leave the mattress off so I could see everything. But didn’t notice that it was missing the center supports until that night when I laid in it and kept sinking in the middle. So the next day I took the mattress off and only three board were supporting the mattress in the middle. I know the parts were there cause I was just gonna put them in until I realized it was the wrong frame so they put the extra parts back in the box and took them out of the house so we couldn’t see them. It has been 3 nights of not being able to sleep in the bed that I paid $1,650.00 for. I’m now being told it will be Monday or more before they will come fix the bed. We will see if they even come fix it.

Dishonest practices here. Dominick and Corey dishonestly communicated return policies to us to make the sale. We confirmed multiple times that we can return a mattress and they reassured us we could even citing the no return policy only applies to furniture and mattresses follow a different policy and that we'd be able to return it. My 72 year old mother was extremely hesitant because she didn't want to make a purchase she couldn't return. They confidently lied to us so we would move forward with the purchase. Then they delivered a broken mattress and would only offer an exchange. Customer service directed us to the manufacturer and the manufacturer directed us back to them.

I had a painless experience at Ashley furniture if you need to get some furniture go see Corey. He was not pushy at all and really kept my priorities first. He was patient and took me around the store at least three times. Lol. Ultimately I ended up getting a really great quality bedroom furniture at a really decent price, taking advantage of the Presidents’ Day sale. Delivery is tomorrow. I’ll be happy to upload some photos when it gets in.

We walked in just to browse and was pleasantly surprised and happy with our purchase. Liana assisted us and ensure to look out in our best interests. We ended up getting a custom sectional, bedroom set along with a brand new king mattress and box springs. Couldn’t be happier!!!!! Can’t wait for my delivery. Bonus is that they will deliver and install along with discounts!!!! The other place I looked at only provided delivery and no further discounts when buying additional furniture.

Went there to buy a chest of drawers. Had researched choices before going. They didn't have one in the store, so it had to be ordered. Delivery in 2 weeks.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. My couch was delivered missing the end pillows that were included and paid for. I’ve called and messaged multiple times with no resolution or follow-up. Paying a premium price and being ignored afterward is unacceptable. This should not be this hard. Buyer beware.

If you’re thinking about buying from Ashley Furniture, pause for a moment and check their BBB rating first. I wish we had. A table purchased in November was delivered already assembled and arrived clearly defective — misaligned holes, visible gaps, uneven sections. These weren’t subtle issues or a matter of “taste.” They were obvious on day one. The delivery technicians even documented the customer’s dissatisfaction at delivery. That should have triggered follow-up, right? Apparently not. No call. No email. Nothing. Fast forward to January. While standing in the Ashley store, we called corporate customer service to resolve this. The representative stated that Ashley Furniture does not issue refunds, and that no refund, exchange, or store credit would be offered because the defects were supposedly a “matter of perception.” Interesting take, considering the defects are visible. To make it better, a store sales rep openly admitted that customers are told refunds are available — that’s what they’re trained to say — but the fine print allows Ashley to decide later whether a refund is “necessary.” So here’s the lesson: You can receive defective furniture. Your concerns can be documented. And you can still be told you get nothing. If you like surprises hidden in fine print and being told defects are just your imagination, this might be the store for you. Everyone else should check the BBB reviews and rating before buying and save themselves the headache. Learn from our mistake.

We purchased sofas, a mattress and bedframe from this store. Initially the experience was good. Upon the day of installation we come to find out that a necessary piece to install the frame was not included in our order. After calling our sales rep, customer support center and the physical store, we kept being told to call different numbers and that we would hear back but it took a week of constantly calling to get any answers. Now today I was told that the piece was scheduled for pickup(no delivery/completion of installation) a month from now. I had this changed to delivery but now am waiting a month to have my frame installed when a huge reason we purchased from this store was the speed of delivery and installation they promised. Working in a service field myself, the customer service here is laughable. The communication was horrible and it clearly was not their priority to make this right after spending a sizable amount of money in their store. Very unhappy and will not be shopping here again.

Never made it to the purchasing stage of the process. My salesman Robert was overly pushy, rude, and borderline disrespectful. Can't do business at this Ashley and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Sounded pretty upset when I decided to explore other furniture options.

I had an awful experience when I visited and won't be buying from Ashley despite loving the furniture. The store associate, Yanay, seemed more interested in meeting some sort of customer engagement quota instead of helping us have a decent in-store experience. She insisted on hovering nearby as we browsed and pushed us to add furniture we were merely glancing at to the 'catalogue' she had on her iPad, probably to pad her numbers. She seemed to have no knowledge on the furniture, and when I had questions on dimensions, she asked me to measure the furniture myself since I had a measuring tape with me. She also harassed us into signing up for the Ashley credit card - we did provide our details to see if we'd be eligible for it, but once we were approved, we clearly asked her (multiple times) not to issue the card unless we came back and made a purchase. But she issued it a few days later anyway! When we were in the middle of browsing products on our own, she tagged in a store manager who, unsolicited, attempted to subtly sell a product to us, but it was frankly funny when we asked him for the price of a customization and he had no answer! Who made this guy a manager? Finally, after we left the store, the sales associate sent us a grainy, low-res screenshot of the products I had apparently browsed in-store. Trust me, I could make nothing of the screenshot given its quality. To say my experience was underwhelming would be a gross understatement. I felt like I was being harassed by sleazy salespeople in a shady used car lot. Ashley, your poorly trained, quota-hungry employees have cost you my business. I would have walked out with a couch set and come back for more pieces I liked even if I had interacted with exactly zero employees that evening.

I haven't received my purchase yet so this review is premature. It was a lovely experience but I was promised that they would haul away my old king size bed for free! That was the selling point. No where on my paperwork does it says this will be accomplished but I am certain it will be honored. They deliver on the 24th. I'll keep you posted.

I ordered two sets of bedroom set and was told they are both available in the warehouse for delivery on 12/12, but only when I called on 12/10, I came to know from customer service that my order will be split up and delivered on four different delivery dates. When they try to sell, they would promise or commit to anything. I have not even received my receipt but already I got a text asking for feedback. I tried to call the store directly and all I got was a global customer service line. This is the Cedar Park or Pflugerville store in Texas.

Robert was my salesman and he was great at expaining the process of the sale... Then I buy something and all hell breaks loose. I got 1/2 of a dinette set ( table no chairs for 3 months ) actually on day 2 I cancelled and found out that's how A. furniture delivers their stuff so I said come pick it up. They didn't for 3 months! Never again will I go there. Thank you for nothing It was a tounge lashing battle when Idid get a real human on the line at the actual store.

Liana was absolutely amazing. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to purchase and I was very undecided about everything and she was so patient with me. We must have walked through the whole store several times before I could make a decision and she never got upset with me. I am definitely going back because of her. I appreciate her willingness and kindness when she dealt with me. She made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered. She even gave me some great tips and suggestions without being pushy.

I have been a loyal customer of Ashley Furniture for over a decade. I was extremely pleased by their continued excellent customer service when I was there recently shopping for living room furniture. Thomas Sawyer, the sales representative who helped me with my purchase, was extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant, professional, and patient during my visit. Worst Experience Ever. went to Ashley to buy Dresser and dining table but ended up buying a temper pedic mattress and bed too which is out of my budget. The delivery items/ parts are missing and they had to order it again and it will take 7-10 business days and then call the team to assemble the bed. They don’t have the return policy and I am not buying again in Ashely .

I would leave zero stars if I could. We went shopping Sunday for a chaise lounge chair. Found one, loved it, asked if there were any deals going. There weren’t . No worries; bought it. (Although I will say the sales rep Broderick was friendly and pleasant, so points for that. ) Fast forward to cyber Monday. Said chaise lounger goes on sale $100 cheaper. I call the store and ask them kindly if they would price match and refund me $100 (literally bought the chair less than 12 hours before.) Woman who answered the phone said no problem, of course! Took all the info and said I’d receive another invoice that evening with the $100 refund . Invoice never came. Called back today and wasted 40 mins of my life and was given the run around and ultimately told it was too late they wouldn’t do it even though they promised me Monday they would. Absolutely ridiculous, never going back here and going to make sure I post in every Facebook group, Nextdoor app, Reddit, review etc available to make sure everyone knows that this is NOT the store to go to for furniture needs.

High pressure sales tactics. It seemed like we were constantly getting approached by different sales people. Even when we repeatedly said we were just browsing, we continued to get bombarded with salesy questions.

Do not buy your furniture here. If they try to upsell you on a warranty; run! The customer service number are bots, they give you the run around and do nothing. It's a scam and a rip off.

Yahweh was a pleasure to work with. She was patient while we made our decision and helped us out to meet our price & needs.

It was a great experience! I can’t believe how fast everything went. Our sales associate, Jeffery Guzman, was incredibly quick, experienced, and supportive excellent customer skills. He locked in the deal within just 15 minutes. We’re so glad we found such a wonderful person at the Austin, Texas location.

The Associate was very kind , but I felt like she was talking so much about herself like she almost seemed nervous and it came off hasty . She wasn’t paying that close of attention that she quoted me for the wrong parts of the couch that wanted . When financing I wrote all my information on the application and my address was entered in incorrect and so was my email address, so my new card and my delivery of my couch may not go to the correct place even after I called to get it changed . I also did not get a receipt emailed to me until I called the next day and asked for one ! ( she said she would send it shortly I after I left )

I had an issue that needed to be addressed. Spoke to the store manager. He addressed it immediately and rectified the situation interaction with him. He was compassionate and understanding and resolved the issue immediately to my satisfaction, with compassion and understanding.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had I want to start by saying that my salesperson, Brandon, was excellent — professional, kind, and extremely helpful from start to finish. Unfortunately, everything else about my experience with Ashley Furniture was an absolute disaster. I purchased a sofa and a swivel chair. Brandon explained that within a few days I would be contacted to schedule delivery and that I would receive a 3-hour delivery window. When delivery day came, the team arrived with a damaged swivel chair and one of the sofa cushions didn’t even belong to the sofa. They took the swivel back and told me to call customer service to request both replacements. Customer service called me, I explained the situation, and they said they would call me back in 10 minutes with a solution. They never called back. Three days later, I received a text saying the new swivel and cushion would be delivered. Again, I was given a 3-hour window (2–5 PM). By 8 PM, nobody had shown up or contacted me. I reached out to the salesperson, who found out the truck had apparently broken down and they simply weren’t coming. The following day, I went to the store to speak with the manager. I explained everything and told him I no longer wanted the swivel. I asked them to send the correct cushion to the store so I could pick it up myself. He said that wasn’t possible because they would need to pick up my entire sofa and bring me a whole new one — which made absolutely no sense. So instead, I had to wait another week, with another 3-hour delivery window, just so they could come and swap one cushion, not the entire sofa. Four days after that, I continued receiving calls from customer service saying the swivel chair still needed to be delivered — even though the manager supposedly canceled the order and issued me store credit. This has been, without a doubt, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lack of communication, the endless waiting, the repeated mistakes, and the disorganization are unbelievable. I do not recommend this store at all. The only positive part of this entire experience was Brandon, who did everything he could — but everything beyond the sales floor was a complete nightmare.

Went in thinking I was going to buy a sofa at a competitor, however the fact that their products are made in the USA and their price on a comparable sofa was over $700 less and to put the cherry on top all of the people that helped me were so kind and helpful, making everything easy. My sofa will arrive tomorrow. So excited!

I worked today with Alvino and in the end Dominick both were beyond helpful and kind even when I was being indecisive. Cannot thank them enough for helping me to find a couch and working with me on a deal!

I had a great experience with our salesman ronnie What I did not like was they made me come through the side. Door because Ashley's tracks how many people come in and out of the main door which already was kind of shady to me. My wife and I found a dining table that we liked. It was out of our price range, so they said that they might be able to make a deal but they wanted us to sign up for the credit card which we pay for everything. In cash, they didn't like that. They also told us that deal only lasted for 1 day and we needed to go home and measure to see if it would fit in our dining room. That was our biggest holdup, and just the pressure of them telling us we had to go home right now and measure was not very kind to me. It seemed very demanding and someone else dictating my life. But I need to do in that moment right now. If it wasn't for their aggressive cell's tactic. Tell me I had to do it right now or the deal was off the table. Trying to make me feel bad that Ronnie will get a loss if I didn't buy it today. Because they already submitted the deal. I would have bought the table, but they were extremely demanding. And aggressive and telling me that I needed to get their credit card for their interest and I told them, I said, well, I'll have 0 interest. If I pay for any cash And they proceeded to tell me, well, you don't have to use your own money.

Worst experience. Salesman was arrogant and doesn’t show any interest on showing us the furniture

I'm waiting on my delivery today what time you guys coming

Bought a bedspread off the floor and it wasn’t returnable and when I got it home it didn’t work. Thought of calling to see if I could return it and possibly purchase something else but I understood your return policy

Stay away from this company. We bought a sectional with electric recliners and having trouble from the beginning. It's over 2 weeks now when we contacted them and we're still waiting it to be fixed/replaced. They're not responding now! Will never again buy anything here! Update 11/22: They scheduled appointment for a technician to come and fix the issue. After providing pictures and a lot of email and text communication the technician didn't show up. I rescheduled and he didn't show up again! They just apologize via email or text but when I call them, they say that I didn't provide pictures which is a complete lie. I have it all confirmed in text and email that they received the pictures. After requesting to speak to a supervisor they say there is no supervisor available at the moment and he/she will call me within 24hr. Never received that call! After requesting the call with supervisor again, they just lie all over and no one is calling back. Update: On January 15th they finalized the repairs.

Ronnie and his manager Jason were super friendly and helpful. On 10/28, they helped me pick a sleeper couch that meets my needs and limited budget. Great working with them! The couch was just delivered today. One pillow was missing and Ashley representitive called and told me that it would be delivered separately via FedEx or UPS. I can't wait for it to arrive. The other pillow arrived quickly. Thank you!

Extremely disappointed with the dishonesty of this location after opening a line of credit due to a misleading offer. My husband & I sat at this location for 2 hours communicating with the store supervisor for a sectional we were interested in. After negotiating, we agreed upon a total cost of $2,673.76 for the sectional, ottoman, delivery & warranty. After she pulled my credit & opened an account, we watched her typing notes where we saw the comment “customer declined ppp”. Luckily I asked what that meant & she casually stated that there would be no protection on this purchase which was not what was agreed upon. Now we have an additional unnecessary line of credit on our account & have wasted our Sunday afternoon. Absolutely would not recommend this location.

Stay away. Ordered over $10k worth of items in July 4th and have had nothing but issues from day one. It’s now November and I have had them try to spray lacquer on goods delivered with damage, they replaced the part with another even more damaged part, then offered an exchange but never actually ordered it until I called for the 3rd time on the exchange alone. The tech left behind all the extra parts and trash in a pile. I called to speak with a manager and was told by an associate named Matthew that they don’t have managers (obviously a lie) because it’s a franchised location. There’s much more but I’m tired just writing it. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Mistakes happen, but it’s how you respond to them that matters. And the overall response to this has been horrid.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had — and from a store like Ashley, it’s truly disappointing. I placed an order at the Ashley store in Pflugerville, Texas, for a dining table with six chairs, and what followed was a completely unacceptable series of mistakes, disorganization, and a total lack of accountability from the staff — especially management. First, I received the six chairs, but the table they delivered was wrong: it was too large and did not match the model I originally ordered, which was a smaller, lower table that fit my space. I had to make multiple phone calls, go to the store twice in person, and speak directly with the manager, who assured me the issue would be resolved. After weeks of follow-up, they finally delivered the correct table, but the job was still not finished: they did not replace the two chairs that arrived defective (wobbly and unstable). When I called again to ask about the replacement chairs, I was told that “the manager never approved the replacement” — seriously? After everything I went through, now it’s the manager’s fault for not approving what clearly should have been corrected from the start? This level of miscommunication, lack of internal responsibility, and complete disregard for the customer is unacceptable. I have lost time, energy, and trust in this store. As a paying customer, I fulfilled my part of the transaction and expected a reputable brand like Ashley to deliver quality products and professional service. That did not happen. I strongly urge anyone considering shopping at this location to think twice. I expected professionalism — instead, I found incompetence, disorganization, and poor customer care.

We purchase a Patio set, floor model, we picked up some pieces yesterday. Today we picked up the rest of the furniture. We walked in and no acknowledgment from any one. No help with the Patio furniture. Totally find we brought our son, And then I was approached by a salesman to tell me not to use the front entrance because they have a customer count every time that doors opens. I told him the reason why we used that door twice is because the furniture is bulky and it does not fit through the emergency exit. I am sure they had an awesome day in sales$$ for no one to acknowledge us or ask us if we needed to purchase anything else. Yes we need more furniture but we are going somewhere else. This place in Pflugerville TX has gone downhill. I do not recommend it.

***update: Per the owner’s recommendation in their response below, I called the number provided. Yet again, I was connected to an offshore customer service representative who had no idea what I was referring to. I had to repeat my entire issue from the beginning, only to be told this time that I needed to contact the manufacturer about the warranty. This runaround is absolutely ridiculous and shows a complete lack of accountability or customer support. At this point, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. ——————————————————————————— Absolutely Terrible Experience! Stay Away from Ashley Furniture! I am beyond frustrated with Ashley Furniture and their so-called warranty process. I filed a claim over a month ago, sent in every single thing they asked for, and then they just completely stopped responding. I opened a new claim, thinking maybe the first one got lost—same story. Nothing. When I finally reached out to customer service, I was told a technician would contact me within 24–48 hours. That was over a week ago, and still no call, no update, no communication whatsoever. I called back today and was told there are no notes, no record of my previous calls, and no idea what’s going on. I’ve now been on the phone for over an hour just trying to speak to a supervisor. The level of incompetence is unreal. This entire experience has been a complete nightmare. The warranty is a joke, customer service is useless, and it feels like no one at Ashley cares once they’ve made the sale. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from Ashley Furniture. Save your money and your sanity—shop somewhere else.

The team was welcoming and helpful. The store was easy to navigate, clean, nice vibe. The gentleman who helped my mother and I provided a wheelchair so my elderly mother could get around easier, and was able to help us find a good deal on the item we were looking at. Will recommend for high quality experience and furniture.

Our experience at this specific store was great! The manager was friendly, made sure we were getting the help we needed and easy to talk with. Amit helped us with our couch and getting everything written up. I appreciated that he gave us space to look around the store and come to him when we needed help. Yahweh helped us with our mattress selection, she was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the shopping experience fun. Definitely as for them if you visit the store!

We purchased a bedroom set, dining room set, living room from them. The dining room set and others were marked at a sales price, however, since we were "financing" they did not honor the sales price, and the reasoning being that their finance department would not honor sales prices. Bait and switch advertising, small print does state this. Regardless we purchased it, but it is a terrible sales tactic. Secondly, Tempurpedic had an offer when you purchase a mattress they gave you pillows, blanket, sleep mask. When we inquired about this with the sales rep, he stated they did not have them but would credit our account with those funds. Approx. $300 worth of items. That has not happened. He also gave us pillows with the promotion, but those have yet to be given to us. At first they were helpful, (since we spent $30k) however, delivery came in 3 separate trips when we were advised that it would all be together. Each time promised that we would be delivered together. I understand logistics but it shouldn't be difficult to have it all done, as we waited a month for delivery. The kitchen table and table and dresser were both damaged upon delivery. We immediately reached out to our sales rep from the store. We were then told to call an 800 number and file a claim since we purchased the protection plan. Against better judgement for filing a claim since these were delivery damages. However, our claim was denied. We have since gotten 0 help from any of the staff. I also advised we shouldn't have to file a claim as they are damages caused at somepoint in the order fullfillment. I will add screenshots of all the items, and converstations as time permits. However, I would advise not to purchase from Ashley.

Honestly, not even two seconds of me being in the store, I was attacked lol. No but seriously I didn’t even get to browse the way I needed to without being watched and followed. After saying “No thanks, I am just looking” 5 times by the same associate. She then went to go get management to come talk to us but it was just as bad, with feeling like im being passively harrassed. Overall, I felt like I did not have the opportunity to even browse the furniture, but just have the staff members tell me what I should be looking for. Which was backwards.

Walked in on a whim and left the proud new owners of a pair of new recliners... We were not intending to purchase last night, but Brooklyn was a breath of fresh air and made the decision an easy one. The chairs were so much nicer and reasonably priced than the competition, and we were already planning on coming back at a later date to complete the deal, but those objections were quickly overcome by Sawyer on the way out... Glad we didn't go home for dinner after leaving La-Z-Boy underwhelmed (with both their products and sales staff). We will be going straight to Ashley next time we need some new furniture, and we will be asking for Brooklyn. Thanks, y'all!

Not a great delivery experience and no follow-up from leadership to make sure your issue is resolved. I contacted the delivery office 15 minutes after the delivery team left to inform them that they installed a bed piece upside down. I didnt notice it until I attempted to but a fitted sheet on. I was told the delivery driver would head my way after their next 2 stops, so within two hours. I waited 3 hours but nobody showed up or called. I called back and was told they could not do it that day. I asked for a call back from a supervisor or manager from Ashley and its been 4 days and no call. Go to Rooms To Go and save yourself trouble. My Rooms To Go delivery (the same day) was flawless and they arrived early.

As we moved through the showroom, we found a beautiful bedroom set that caught our eye: the "Signature Design by Ashley Foyland Panel Storage bedroom 4-piece set." We quickly realized that, priced at roughly $8,000, it was well outside of our $4,000 budget. On our drive home, we talked about how much we loved the bedroom set but knew we couldn't justify the price. In my case the purchase made was stated to be to 12 months interest free, and I didnt check it at the moment becaused I trusted in what the seller said, only to reach to my place and figure out that the approved credit was for 6 months only. No one could mention that to me in the 6 and a half weeks I've already waited? So I spoke with a slew of people to try to get my order canceled, why did 2 people tell me they were canceling my order and I would get my refund in 4 to 7 days only to find out almost a week later that the order was never canceled? This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had and I will never do business with Ashley Furniture again

Bear with me, but the engagement at this store has continued to irk me. Long story short - Don't shop here. Long story long, read on: I previously purchased from Ashley and returned after closing on a new 4 bedroom house that I needed to furnish completely. When I walked in, I was immediately tied to the hip by a sales associate, which I understand is their job, but I informed her politely that if there was someone else she needed to help in the interim that I'd prefer to independently browse as I wanted to peruse each room. She did not leave until I told her two more times that I was not in need of help. In barely a 10 minute period, I was approached 4 times at length, 3 of which were by the same persistent individual, and each time I politely told her I did not need help. Finally, the same woman came up again, at which point I was having a conversation on the phone while browsing, and she blatantly interrupted my conversation and literally began talking over me while I was trying to speak to the person on the other line. She said it looked like I found some things I liked and I tried, painfully, to tell her I was on the phone and just wanted to browse in peace, and her response was that her manager watches the customers and staff like hawks and she was sent over to ask me if I wanted the item I was looking at. She continued to talk over me while I was on the phone to the point I had to hang up and tell them I'd call them back. My patience was finally lost and I walked out. Considering a full home furnishing (all furniture, rugs, decor, etc) will easily end up over $10,000, I felt disgusted thinking about investing that in a location that operates like vultures. Go to Star Furniture just down the road where they show you respect and gratitude, or Living Spaces where the team was equally professional and non-hostile. Management here really needs to reel in their team or at minimum understand social boundaries. You don't need to pressure everyone into a purchase, some of us just want a simple, silent transaction.

Avoid the headache people. This review is for the poor communication. I won’t ever do business with this company again because they are unorganized and have horrible communication. Ashley Furniture customer service is awful, the store employees are hard to get in contact with, and when you ask for a call back they don’t call you back. When you call the store you get transferred to the customer service line , which is pointless because they act oblivious. They expect you to know that pushing 5 will send you straight to the store. Store representatives are all in your face at the store to get a sell and will attempt to upsell you. Once they get that commission from the sell they ghost you. They are terrible and full of it. Two stars because I do like my furniture I’m just worried about it’s longevity.

Wow. This place is so sleezy. I've felt more relaxed at used car dealerships. First experience is getting swarmed with salesmen and questions, look... I just want to look around. I do not know what I'm looking for. I would like to see what you have and examine the furniture by itself. Instead, I have a hyper aggressive pushy salesmen down my throat checking in what felt like every 10 seconds, trying to push stuff on me that I don't want, even going as far as speaking with managers to get a price on things I have no interest in. It was actually shocking and comical how bad my experience was here. It felt like a prank. I will never set foot in an Ashley furniture ever again.

Worst place to buy furniture, worse customer service, I bought a dresser for my daughter and it was delivered defective, they offered to send part and schedule a service, after lots of headaches the dresser was exchange. I order a bed with mattress, after waiting for weeks the wrong mattress was delivered and a broken base, problem has never been solved.

My furniture is still not assembled after 4 wks

Mathew was personable and knowledgeable. He helped us get everything we needed.

Visited with my husband and in-laws to shop for a dresser, and the salesman was rude from the start. He greeted us sarcastically and later dismissed our questions with rude remarks. The whole interaction felt condescending and unprofessional. So we immediately left the place. Definitely not the kind of service I’d expect or recommend.

My wife and I were "just looking" on a Saturday afternoon for something to get us out of the house. Unfortunately (?) she found a bedroom set for our spare room that she loved. The bed and one night stand were on sale, but the CS people we talked with were able to get the second night stand AND the matching dresser for us at an excellent discount. It was an exceptional purchase at an unbeatable price (we had just come from another furniture store who frankly could not come close to the quality, for nearly the same price). We had purchased our own bedroom set from Ashley about 12 years ago and it still looks and functions like new, quality shows. We are very pleased with both our purchase and the sales team, and will gladly recommend them to anyone.

Wow, this guys really don’t care about customers. This has been the worse experience in terms of customer service I always had. In an era of great companies putting customer first, there comes companies Ashley to remind us “hey we are here for the money, and don’t care about the customer” Never ever ever buying anything from here, and never ever will recommend anyone to buy from this store.

Nephew bought a bed from here. I won’t ever shop here. Worst experience ever. Do not buy furniture from Ashley. Bed is on the wall all the parts have not been received. It’s been a month and I still don’t have the parts.

I have bought different furniture from this place, and I was a returning customer right until the last time. I had moved to a new home and decided to buy a new bedroom set for me and my son. They sold me a bed for my son that I was supposed to put together, but they didn't tell me. If they had, I would have never chosen that bed frame. I only learned about that when they delivered the furniture and left me the boxes without a manual for me to figure out what to do. I called the store. They reassured me they were sending a technician to assemble the bed. It turned out it was all lies when I called corporate, and they said all sales were final; they could only give me a small store credit, and the stores were not able to request assembly of any of the furniture. I had to look for someone to assemble the bed and pay this person, so the bed frame ended up costing me double. It also took two more weeks for my son to have a bed since I had to look for a person to assemble it. This was extremely inconvenient, not to mention stressful. The communication from the store and corporate is minimal; they don't care about the customers, and information is not fully disclosed when you buy furniture. This was the last time I bought anything from them.

Worked with Matt for a new sofa sectional for my living room. He was fantastic. He listened, showed us different options, and wasn’t phased by my three crazy kids. Pricing was good and they had several different (and fair to the buyer) financing options. 5/5 go see him.

Walking into this store was a nightmare. The salespeople swarmed me instantly, more aggressively than any used car lot I’ve ever been to. It felt less like shopping and more like being hunted. I couldn’t even gather my thoughts with how pushy and relentless they were. Against my better judgment, I ordered a bed frame from them. Over a week later after the first date was pushed back, it arrived and of course, it was the wrong color. Trying to get it fixed was an even bigger disaster. Both the in-store staff and customer service gave me the runaround, offering zero help or accountability. This place is a mess from start to finish. I would avoid it all cost.

Spent around $7000.00 on an adjustable bed, with a 10 yr. Warranty , had it delivered & set up. Next day, it wouldn't work. The electrical cord came off the wall, it wasn't on there all the way. Plug it back in, but couldn't pair the remote with it. Called the store, and was told to call the manufacturer. I did, couldn't get a real person on the phone. Called the store again, and ask if I could talk to the guy that installed the bed, so I can pair the remote with the power box base. And was told , to call the manufacturer again. Had to pay someone that was familiar with doing that, and got it working again. No instructions, no booklet, no nothing to tell me anything. What a hell of a customer service!!!👎👎👎

They had a lot of nice stuff but I felt like my mom was being pressured into buying something she wasn't ready to buy yet! It made me a little uncomfortable! I felt they were coming on very strong!

Jacob was great. We are repeat customers of Jacob's. He makes our shopping easy. He is a great listener abd directs in the right direction every time.

The experience has been horrible been waiting over a month for deliver. Something was wrong on my account nobody has called me. I called this is the second time I have to go to the store to straighten things out and now another excuse as to why they can’t deliver. Am frustrated and irritated.

Avoid this store at all costs! They are dishonest, the quality of their products is substandard at best and they will not stand behind them. Specifically do not buy a Tempurpedic mattress from them and think you will get the same level of customer service you would get directly from Tempurpedic. We have tried for over 60 days to return a mattress and non-functioning Active Breeze base under their "90 day guarantee" and it has been a nightmare. They play games between sending you to "corporate" and then back to the "local store" and the manager of the Plugerville store is literally never available to help or work with you. Now that we have finally got to a place of having it exchanged for another mattress (hasn't actually happened yet) they told us the remaining balance would have to be used for Ashley Home Store credit. Not great, but ok. Now they are saying it has to be at "their store" and has to be in stock, essentially limiting us so much that the "credit" is worthless. Go to a reputable place. This isn't it!!! Update: The response from the "owner" is not from the owner. Looks like some AI generated response that shows empathy and then points you to the corporate customer service number that I have been calling for months only to start the circular reference game again that they play. My broken bed has still not been replaced and the company is refusing to refund my money. They have not delivered the replacement bed and are limiting the credit to only items that are in the store or that local store's warehouse (none of which we have uses for). They will not let us use the credit for things on their own website. FIND ANOTHER FURNITURE STORE!

the saleswoman was pushy, didn't even try to get me a deal on a power rocker recliner. went to another Ashleys got a great deal on chair i wanted, instead of one i didn't that was pushed by salesperson. so tried to cancel order at Pflugerville. I have to say that getting a bill passed through Congress is easier. Never could get anyone at Pflugerville store to take time to cancel. Ended up calling customer service and not much better there. But i eventually got it done. It shouldn't take a person answering a dozen questions on why they are cancelling and offering a measly 5% discount on a chair i didn't want doesn't cut it. lesson learned...never purchase at Ashley's unless you're 150% sure its what you want. poor customer service. I will never again visit the Pflugerville store.

The sales staff is great, the product looks beautiful but functionality not so much. A week after delivery my lift top cocktail table has screws falling out. They say they will fix or replace but we will see how quickly and well. It was delivered a week ago and now its falling apart. Probably something to do with delivery as It was place on its side in the driveway which probably made the hinge come loose. It was probably loaded that way in the truck too. Do better Ashley furniture! People spend their hard earned money not to get poor quality.

We went through pretty much every furniture store in Austin and didn't find anything that fits our style. When we went to the Ashley store in Pflugerville we were amazed by the variety they had in stock. It was a great experience at this store! Alvino helped us a lot, he was even available to answer calls after work hours because we needed to make an adjustment to our order. The process was very smooth and everything arrived in great condition and on the date we were promised.

Sales person was like a stalker. Very high delivery charge that they did was added into furniture price. Makes no sense. We wanted the furniture though. No idea when it will be here. Stay away from Tyler!

Had an easy time looking for what we needed (patio furniture and bar chairs) with Liane's help! The in-store selection of patio furniture was really small but she helped us look through their online catalog to find what we wanted and helped us mix-and-match to get it right.

Purchased a bed from here and ended up canceling because I realized I needed a different bed frame. Worked with Alvino who did not communicate with me and did not answer my calls when trying to confirm my cancellation with him. Bad customer service and seems like they don’t care if you need to make a cancellation. Have to go through so many loops just to cancel and receive funds. I was lied to by Alvino and do not appreciate this at all. I should not have to go through several Custer service reps just to make a cancellation. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!! I am still trying to cancel as I write this!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE especially DELIVERY OR WARRANTY. 2025!!!!!! What a joke, they delivered my sectional late, damaged my new floor on a new build in April 2025. I submitted the claim day of damage in April and they refuse to get back to me, or call me or fix the damage they caused. It is now going on July 2025. 2 months later and nothing. On top of that the delivery company was contracted out!! Not even Ashley’s furniture employees who tried to convince me to not call warranty. They would fix it outside of the claim. Never heard back from anyone and they damaged the floor the 1 st day I moved into my first new house. So disappointed and taken back and feel like it’s false advertising. Not sure what I have to do to speak to someone. Every time I call I get the run around and told someone will call me and no one ever does! 2 months and no contact unless I initiate and then get the run around. Do not purchase!! If you do don’t opt into their delivery or warranty. Better off renting a U-Haul and picking it up yourself. Also, auto reply don’t ask me to call or text because I keep doing that and it’s useless. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

I will NEVER buy from Ashley furniture again. Warranty took months to repair, then replace recliner lift chair. Finally, they delivered replacement today but refused to take their original lift chair back, leaving us to deal with it, and we are both disabled!!! Horrible experience.

I ordered a coffee table over the phone. Before ordering, the Ashley furniture website said that returns were accepted for up to 30 days. I get the coffee table and don’t like it. I reach out to exchange it at which point I’m told all sales are final. They then explain that the online stores and local stores aren’t the same, and that they don’t accept exchanges or returns. I was never told that all sales were final at any point during the phone order. I’ll never buy from them again, and I hope that nothing but misfortune befalls the people that came up with this policy.

So far the purchase part was very easy, but it usually is. The sales person was professional and non pressure. I Would like to review again when the furniture is in my house and I am enjoying it. I have received my furniture and it was even a day early! It looks nice and this buying experience was very easy and the salesperson (Amit) followed through with everything he promised. Thank you! I approached Ashley Furniture in 01/29/ 2025 to request a loan for the purchase of a dining table and a mattress. However, I was misled into signing what I have now discovered to be a lease agreement—something I neither requested nor knowingly consented to. At no point during the transaction was it clearly explained to me that I was entering into a lease agreement rather than a traditional loan. Furthermore, your company has been unable to provide me with any signed documentation or proof that I consented to the lease terms. I have tried very hard to get in touch with your corporate office so that someone can explain to me why I am having to pay $3000, for a mattress and dinning table that only worth $1363. I believe this constitutes deceptive business practice and a serious breach of consumer trust. I am requesting the following actions: 1. Immediate Refund 2. A full explanation of how and why I was placed in a lease instead of the loan I originally applied for. 3. A copy of any documents allegedly signed by me indicating I agreed to the lease (which, to my knowledge, do not exist). 4. Appropriate corrective action and, if necessary, a formal apology. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the complaint to relevant consumer protection authorities and consider seeking legal advice. I expect a written response within 3-5 days of the date of this letter. Well they are Unable to resolve my issue and you all are bouncing me back and forward between the store and random phone numbers to call. You guys better call me and have this resolved by next week, coz I am ready to go to court for this and I am ready to get any interested news media involved into this bad business practice.

Buying it was easy and the man helped me very well, however my order was changed to pick up instead of delivery when I found out it was back ordered… now I’ve been struggling to get a hold of the store and customer service sucks. Only bots answer and when customer service speaks with me they can’t change my order back to delivery… mind you my pick up is in new braunfels and I live in Manor. Ashley’s customer service and calling system is trash. Outside of in store. UPDATE THEY STILL HAVEN’T CALLED ME AND SENT ME THE SAME BOT NUMBER AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR WEBSITE NUMBER.

Update: A month later, still waiting on a response from Ashley furniture corporate over a fraudulent purchase in this location. "They are working on it" is all I get when I call to check in. Original Review: Waiting on a response from Management at this location and from corporate. Will update based on results and resolution. Long story short, credit was on my account. Back in March, someone used part of the credit in store. It was neither me nor my wife, and the letter we received showed that I had to provide ID to use the credit. That makes sense. However, I never was at that location that day and haven't physically been in since buying power reclining loveseats back in 2021. Through that point, I had spent over $10,000 furnishing the house through this location and have had issues that this location always worked hard to resolve and did so to keep my business. $600 is a drop in the bucket compared to what I have spent there and now plan to spend there IF they resolve the fraudulent charge against my account.

I recently went to Ashley's Pflugerville to purchase a recliner set for my new home. I really liked one, and we ended up purchasing that set of recliners after being mentioned that we were getting the best deal. However, when I saw the bill with all the things I was paying for, the extended warranty of 5 years was included, which I was told was free of cost because I said that I did not want it if I was paying extra for it. But I was told by the sales executive Richard that we were not paying extra for it. After seeing the extra charges, I thought that I had been cheated by the company and thus the sales executive. Therefore, I came back and asked for the refund. Then, I met with another, more horrible sales executive, Matthew, and I asked him how to get the refund for the order I just placed like half an hour ago. The response I got was, "This is the number, call them and ask for it," as he said that he could not help me. Then, I straightaway went to the service desk in the store, but fortunately, I finally found someone who was honest and helpful, unlike dishonest Richard and good-for-nothing Matthew. So, I will never recommend anyone to go to this store. Afterward, I went to the other Ashley's in Cedar Park, got the same deal with better pricing, and everyone was honest there, unlike this store. So, if anyone is looking to go to Ashley's, go to the one in Cedar Park and not to the one in Pflugerville.

Great went in found a couch suited to our needs and great quality. The team was very helpful. The prices also great as well.

Wish I could give a zero-star review. Experience here has been horrible. The bed frame we saw on the show room floor was staged to make the frame seem solid, which it is not. Had to go back for additional pieces. Don't waste your time here, go up the road to Living Spaces (19024 N Heatherwilde Blvd, Pflugerville, TX 78660). This place is a joke and for amount of money you spend here does not equal quality of what you will have delivered, and you are then STUCK with it. No returns. That is $2000 now down the drain for this bed frame we now have to alter and make adjustments ourselves to make it work.

Mr. J was awesome, he showed my daughter's and I around, was patient with our selection and was will to demonstrate the wear and tear of the quality of Ashley furniture. I will highly recommend Mr. J to anyone who is looking for a new nice selection to their home. Also doesn't hurt he is a movie fan!

The process of checking out took forever. Delivery dates were different then what we were told at purchase. Update: now after getting home checked online pricing and availability. The entire order online is $250 less and all items are available. Very frustrating with this in store ethics.

Also I liked the idea that Ashley makes their own furniture and enjoy the included extended warranty that can be redeemed for credits if not used. I’ll be returning to continue furnishing my new home in the near future as they have a large selection of quality furniture at a reasonable price!

So fed up with this company. Bought a table a couple years ago and it was missing hardware for the chairs and table. I asked them to send a replacement set of hardware and they said it would take 7-10 business days. Home Depot had it, did it myself. UPDATE: I was given a number to contact in a reply to my review, and it said to call or text. Surprise, surprise, no answer all day, only to finally get a message after they closed. After I finally got in touch with someone, they weren't able to do anything. So essentially, no point in contacting the number because nothing will be fixed. (No hate to the people on the other side, I understand that this wasn't their fault.) ORIGINAL: On May 4th, I went into Ashley's with a specific set and price point in mind. I met with a young lady who sat down with me to talk about the set I was interested in. We talked about pricing, and what I could expect. I was under the impression that the price listed online was going to be close, if not exactly, what I was paying for in store. The online purchase was $5422.84, give or take, with taxes, protection, and set-up, and with 24 months no interest. I was told that shipping and installation were free and included with my purchase. They were not (I was charged $459.99 per the invoice I finally received; also higher than the $399.99 from the website). Only one item on my visit summary was priced like the item online; the others were much higher in price. Which isn’t what I thought I was signing for. I gave her my driver’s license so we could finance through the store card, and she copied down my information. However, my information was incorrect, and she did not update after I told her. It was really frustrating to finally get my advantage card, only to have to call the company and have them update my information because my name and email address were incorrect. She did not go over the contract with me, just told me to sign and that I would receive a copy in my email. I did not receive my copy of the contract, only my invoice, when I called to ask for it.  I had originally called to find out where my down payment was, because I had not been told or given anything. I should have left when she began arguing with my boyfriend about their prices being affected by the tariffs, but I didn't, and I am kicking myself in the butt for it. I wish I'd seen some of the other reviews beforehand, because I definitely wouldn't have purchased my set from the store. I’m really disappointed with this whole ordeal because this was my first big purchase for my first home, and the whole thing has been an extreme hassle. P.S.A. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Be sure that the price and set is what you really want, because they will not work with you to change it later. I was definitely not happy to find this out especially after I'd had to run around for all my paperwork myself.

This store does not even deserve a one star. 5 years ago I purchase over $7000 of furniture and a $899 protection plan. GBS. To say that both are trading in bad practices and CYA procedures is putting it lightly. Bottom line…. Do not waste your money at either the furniture or the protection plan. If you do buy it and don’t use in 6 months. Cancel it for refund. If you do use it. File within 30 days of damage. I will not bore you with particulars. My frustration is evident.

I bought several pieces of furniture in 2017 to include a dining room table. At the time of purchase the salespersons indicated that the table was covered under a lifetime protection plan and that we could call in at any time to get a technician out to repair the table. Called in today only to be told this was good for 5 years. As I am past that time period by 2 years, I'm out of luck. I never appreciate being lied to as a consumer. Telling the truth during a transaction is a cardinal rule that should never be broken. Also I am about to drop a good bit of money buying furniture for a new home. Ashley will not be considered in my upcoming purchase.

He listened closely to what I told him I wanted and then offered many options while being professional and NOT pushy AT ALL! Bought a nice couch at a reasonable price with free delivery. Delivery was amazing. The building's elevator was stupidly small, so Carlos and Kelly went way above and beyond the call to lug it up two flights of stairs in a nearly equally stupidly small stairwell. If I'd have known the limitations of the building, I would have bought smaller furniture. Be that as it may, Ashley came through for us.

If I could select 0 stars, I would. I purchased a tempur-pedic mattress from this location. When you are in store and shopping, the staff is nice and sweet. They make conversation and butter you up. When you call the store to see if they can price match an item, less than two weeks after your purchase, they put you on hold for a long time, hoping you hang-up, are extremely rude over the phone, refuse to give you their name, and refuse to give you the manager's name or put you through to them. They also hang up on you and tell you to go in person to talk to a manager. They also have issues with delivery. The delivery truck showed up to my house with no mattress. The guys who delivered were in a huge rush, scratched and stained my walls, weren't paying attention to the where they were walking and stepped on my cat's water dish splashing water everywhere. I also had to argue with them regarding hauling away my old mattress, which is included with a tempur-pedic purchase. Overall, I would avoid this store and go to the South Park Meadows location in Austin if you can.

The BEST experience!!!!! I truly recommend Ashley's, the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable with what I wanted, especially the staff person who helped me the whole time, Hilary, she really aced it! She's a star!!!

Only advice I can give people, where ever you are shopping…whatever you are told by a salesperson, GET IT IN WRITING. I was told my old sofas would be hauled off and I thought, sure because when I purchased a mattress…it was taken by the delivery people. In this occasion, I was told by the salesperson my old sofas would be taken and I was told by a customer service rep that is something Ashleys Furniture store in Pflugerville Tx DOES NOT DO. I did not say anything to the drivers because it is not their fault and they were very polite and private contractors. I understand rules but don't lie to customers. I could have made prior arrangements. I purchased a 3yr protection plan on wear and tear plus mechanics because they are recliners..Now I got to go back and read all fine print AND I was told that if I did not use in 3 years, I could go back to the store and purchase something and use that as credit, the amount for the protection plan. I love the sofas… its the lies I do not appreciate.

Yahweh gave us a warm welcome, listened to our opinions, measured things for us, and even rearranged items in the showroom to give us a better visual. She was a delight to work with and we are looking forward to our new furniture being delivered.

Went to the this store to buy some furniture. The guy with a curved mustache said "will give you a good deal". I asked how much. Then he said "I need to talk my manager and if you buy today I can go talk to him". Then I asked if they sell cars too since they are using the same old "need to talk to my manager" BS. I also asked if he could give me a range of price reduction based on what "his manager" had been able to offer to other customers. We just left since he thought he could some old sales tactics on us as opposed just helping us with providing information on products, warranty, services, and then talk about price. I don't know why some people think people still fall for "talk to my manager" and think that people are naive and uninformed and ignorant as they are. Then again that's probably why he is selling furniture. Wearing a sports courts doesn't make one a smart and skillfull sales person. You just need to be able to win customers trust.

A complete and utter nightmare!! We had settled on the fact that our furniture was discontinued and decided to go to the store to find other options. The sales lady told us they ended up finding the couch we wanted, it wasn’t discontinued afterall. We were stoked. They called and told us they were going to deliver so we gave our old furniture away. That’s when the nightmare began…. They called the day prior to say they actually didn’t have our furniture and couldn’t deliver. Then said they could deliver each piece at separate times. So we went for an entire month with zero living room furniture. We have four kids mind you so this was not ideal. Then they brought the love seat and recliner and gave us a later date for the other part of the couch. ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY they called to say they could no longer fulfill the order and the rest of the couch set was, in fact, discontinued. We call and they offered a refund, leaving us without furniture or the option to pick something else. Zero consideration to the poor experience we’ve had and the predicament they’ve left us in. We will NEVER work with Ashley again. ***Update- I called and was offered a $100 store credit for my inconvenience. Ridiculous ***

We received our table and began noticing some dust development on the floor near the table. We did not think much of it and would just clean it up. After some time we continued to see this dust like substance on the floor and then noticed all these little holes in the table leg. It turns out we received the table with a pest directly from the warehouse. After investigating and asking many questions, we discovered the pest is a powder dust beetle. My wife and I decided to call Ashley’s furniture and we got the run around for a long time. We continued to call and then went to the store and we were still not helped. Finally after opening tickets we got denied, after being told by customer service that this is a factory defect and we should have no problem with getting the table replaced. Honestly, the customer experience here has been terrible, the fact that they are not willing to help us with this issue is even worse. My wife and I did our best to get rid of the pest and fill the holes with wood puddy but nothing has worked. It is ridiculous that we can spend 1K plus on a table and receive it with a pest infestation. We will be filing a law suit to make this right.

How do I begin.. this is my first time ever writing a review for anything but this has to be shared and known for future clients. Shouldn’t even be rated 1 start should be negative 💯. I ordered an over size chaise which cost me 1k told me will come into pieces and made sure I did the measurements correctly. Well the movers came and told me it won’t fit. They just left and didn’t take the furniture back. They told me to call the store to have us come back and pick it up. What they don’t tell you is THEY DON’T DO RETURNS SO THEY LEFT IT IN MY LIVING ROOM AND I GOTTA LOSE 1k. SMH. I called the manger warehouse said sorry nothing we can do. Which they have no customer service. This was back and forth thing for 4 days… finally they said will do the exchange which at this point I just wanted my money back. Joe the sales rep was amazing great guey. Fought like hell to make the exchange. When movers got here they were terrible asked me if I messed with the oversized chaise like tampered with. I’m like hey this out my house. They brought the new chaise and ruin my side walls no consideration at all. Never again will I shop here. Make sure u get the furniture u want or like cuz they are a joke.

What started out a not so good experience with one salesperson turned into a great experience with another one. I wasn't sure I wanted to do business with Ashley, but Shaquille turned that around for me. He was able to get me the deal I was looking for without any b.s. I can't wait to get my new couch!!

I will never ever buy here again or walk in their door again. The sales people told me one thing just to sell me a bed and it ended up costing me over $400 more than I would have paid elsewhere. So much for being reputable. The bed is fine. It is the financial and delayed delivery that makes me so angry. On top of that when you call to talk to someone, it takes forever to get a person on the phone if you can get one on the phone.

Horrible experience buying at Ashley. We purchased a loveseat, entertainment center with a fireplace, sofa, and king bed from AF on November 30, 2024 from Pflugerville, TX. The items were first delivered on December 13, but they arrived damaged. We reported the damage within 24 hours, and Customer Care informed us that replacement parts had been ordered. They advised us to schedule a service appointment once the parts arrived, as most of the issues could be repaired. After 1.5 months without receiving the parts, I contacted Customer Care again and was told that due to an issue on their end, the parts had never been ordered. More than two months after our order, we went through multiple service attempts, but AF repeatedly sent the wrong parts. Some items were deemed unrepairable, so they agreed to an exchange. We’ve now gone through five exchanges, but each time, at least one item arrived damaged. Now, after more than four months, AF is refusing a return and is suggesting yet another exchange. Dealing with Ashley customer care is such a mess.

They don’t have return policy. I bought too many furnitures from Ashley store, I’ve asked for ones to return a love seat because it took too much place my living room they refused. How come a big company doesn’t have return policy all other companies have. One more thing the discount they may offer it’s only for broken items.. The soletren sofa is not firm.

I was ready to redo my room and almost bought from Rooms to Go, but my cousin suggested Ashley for better pricing. I walked in and was greeted by Yahweh Bot Yahweh—super sweet, bubbly, and full of energy. I appreciated that she let me browse without pressure. I told her I was comparing a bed I loved at Rooms to Go. She showed me Ashley’s only option—not the same style or color, but it caught my eye. I also asked for pricing on a living room set just to compare. Instead of just giving me numbers, she went full sales mode, pushing financing and maxing out my fiancé’s and my credit. Nope, not happening. I said I’d consider splitting the purchase—she ignored that and put nearly everything under my name. Then came the “golden ticket” gimmicks and confusing discounts that didn’t actually exist. I signed, but while sitting at a red light, I checked my invoice—no discounts, missing items, and a higher price than the sticker. I turned around. Jacob, another salesperson, swore he’d fix it, but the next day, nothing. When I finally went back, the manager got defensive, dodged my questions, and couldn’t explain the price changes. She kept running unnecessary “numbers” like I was buying a car, not furniture. I had to fight just to remove the living room set, and she still tried to convince me to leave items on hold so I wouldn’t “lose” free delivery. Girl, I don’t care at this point. Then she made some awkward “common law” marriage joke—cringe. Bottom line: I feel scammed. The pricing was shady, the customer service fell apart when I asked questions, and I left with a headache. If you like mind games and sketchy pricing, go for it. Otherwise, buyer beware.

Very good selection of high quality furnishings. Hillary met us at the door and was nice enough to hang back and let us explore on our own. Ashley loses a star because of a pushy, obnoxious guy who might have been a manager because he sure did think highly of himself. He pulled up a floorplan of the townhome we were moving into and inserted himself into our room layout decisions. We hightailed it out of there. What a shame that no one curbs this guy. Bad for business.

Had to go in three time to finalize an order Can’t do math Asked me to sign something I couldn’t see Didn’t verify my address for delivery Shipped the wrong item Spent hours on the phone trying to correct issues or get through to the store Store prices are inflated compare to online We came in because we had previously bought a warranty and could use the funds on a purchase since we didn’t file a claim. The guy we initially ordered with was very salesy and pushy so here we are. Anyway, we had $600. I had already reached out to customer service and confirmed that was our credit. We went to the store on a Saturday. Dee dee was great and said they’d file the approval paperwork to use the credit and apply it to our purchase. Went to look at the dimension and to my surprise ONLINE PRICES are significantly less than in store I’m talking like a $200 difference on a table. We called back the same day to as they price match and they agreed. We were told we’d hear back within 24-48 hours. The week went by and we didn’t hear anything after calling customer service multiple times. Apparently, it’s extremely rare to actually get connected to the store. So we dropped in on a Friday. Nothing had been done (and we were getting close to our credit expiring). Adilene spoke to us and connected us to a guy who was so annoying to work with. He said we’ll see what we can do about price matching. When everyone simply says they can do it. He acted like he was doing us a favor. He couldn’t do math. For some reason, my credit wasn’t showing up for the full amount and he kept saying we had less than what was available to spend. I’m like did you not price match? And he said yeah. Apparently, math is hard. Anyhow, he said he’d give me a 70 dollar discount because they shorted us 85 dollars on the credit. Even with taxes that’s 75, so I overpaid 10 dollars. When I said I wanted to pick another item when we had more money available he made a face like he was annoyed. I don’t know if it’s because they were getting ready to close but we wouldn’t be there if they had done the job right when we went in. I called him out on it and he just said so what do you want while the girl tried to lighten the mood. He made me sign something without looking at the screen so I didn’t catch his math mistake and that they had my old address for this order instead of what we had already provided. INCOMPETENT and obnoxious. Even at the end, he said we were even. I mentioned I had already put a deposit and he said I’d be receiving a refund. It just all felt shady. At the end adilene said don’t say we didn’t do anything for you. Again, they didn’t do me any favors. I was there to get what I paid for at a fair price. Everything they did was wrong. The store event sent the wrong item because they flipped a number. I had to spend 30 minutes dealing with that. And now I’m waiting to see when the stars align for them to give me a call and swap the item out. Edited to add: I had to call customer service again and spend thirty minutes sending pictures again. I was told the second time I would get a call within 72 hours to make arrangements for delivery. I did not and went to the store. The person I had previously spoke to was the manager. Again, seems to me that he is not customer focused, apologetic, or thorough in understanding what is going on. If the manager is making mistakes and has a poor attitude, what do you expect from the rest of the team? Still waiting to get a call for delivery. It’s now been three weeks since I first went into order my items and 1 week since my table was delivered incorrectly. I will never deal with this company ever again.

I went to the pflugerville Texas location to buy a desk. I had a gentleman by the name of Alvino. Decent conversation at first, but then he tried to up-sale me with the fictitious price that was the in-store price of $899.99 but the desk was actually $550 according to the Ashley website. I don’t know why, but even when the price is lower Ashley’s keeps the original price atop the furniture. He knew this was not the price, but instead tried to swindle me by charging me the $899 anyways! Not gon happen! When I told him the correct price… another lie! He offered to price match! Price match? How can you price match an item when the actual price is the actual price and not a price match??? I let him have that one! I asked to have the desk sooner and he stated that I would have to pick up at the distribution center. Okay! He told me he had been with the company 12 years but also tells me that I can drive 2 hours to new braunfels to pick it up on Monday. Come to find out the distribution center is not open on Sunday or Monday. It’s open Tuesday. I finally drive to get the item, open the package up and I have a damaged desk!!! Call Ashley’s customer service and they tell me to file a claim. Mind you I got the desk the same day as I found the damages after getting home. At this point they can come and get the desk and I can get a refund instead! Watch out for those commission making swindlers they’ll con you for a bag of Pennies!

Painfully uncomfortable couch. Cushions make you sink and slide OFF; hurts backs and hips. Ashely refused to Trade it for another couch, suggest an upholstery shop, etc. No Help. WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

I'm amazed how fast and easy it was to purchase an adjustable bed and recliner. Yahweh was really good and only showed me what I ask. I let her know the items were for my 87 year old father. She beat the price from the first store so she got the sale. Thank you for being straight to the point.

Best experience ever buying furniture. Dustin was simply tremendous.

Overall had a great experience. Quality of furniture seems nice. Years will tell how it all holds up to the daily wear and tear but the quality of everything looks great. Out sales associate Liane earned huge points with me by respectfully keeping an eye on us with zero pressure until we were ready to ask questions and whip out the card. She went above and beyond and when we had a small hiccup after the sale we had her text number and received an immediate response, answer, and resolution. I can’t say enough about Liane. My one complaint and reason for four stars is while we were shopping I got separated from my wife and noticed some greasy male sales guy ogling her from across the store. He made a few comments to others over their radio system and then started stalking her from across the store. I trailed him and after reaching her immediately started to hit on her. Imagine his surprise when I called him out on it a few seconds later. I’m all for swinging but there is a better approach than this greaseball took. They were pretty close to loosing a sale until I noticed Liane keeping an eye on us and knowing exactly how to handle us.

I've had mixed experience with the store. However they are getting 1 star for their customer service. I have purchased a bedroom set, sofa, kitchen table and chairs. I then replaced my sofa with another set from Ashley. Years later, moved to a sectional with them. Sales process has been ok, but working with their customer service is a NIGHTMARE. I purchased the 5 year warranty. Sectional purchased in August of 22. In June of 24 I reach out because the foam cushions are getting soft. They say no problem there is a 1 time replacement for the foam but send 5 of the 6 cushions. For weeks I tried to get back in touch to resolve this and either the chat hold times were crazy or the person just disappeared. Try today, after 30 minutes the lady asked me to hold, after 20 I minutes someone new comes onto the chat. Then says I can buy it but no warranty. If you buy from them, hope that you don't need customer service. Update: contacted the customer service as stated by the company reply. Tried on multiple occasions and each time no assistance other than call someone else. I finally call someone else and now suddenly one-time cushion replacement isn't covered. Buyer beware of customer service and it appears knowledge of what is actually covered.

He answered all of our questions and gave us the available options we had to choose from which made it very easy for us to make the decision to purchase the furniture. My wife and I went to Ashley Furniture in Pflugerville, TX to see if we could take advantage of their sale going on in December. We were looking to buy our first complete living room set and were helped by Jeanathan Paguese. He did a great job of showing us the different types of living room sets they had and assisted us in applying for the financing we needed. We end up getting approved and purchasing our complete set (Sofa, Love Seat, Chair, Ottoman, 2 end tables and Coffee table with the table top that raises). He walked us through the process the whole way, he let us know how delivery would work, and what to do if there were any issues. He provided his number in case we had any issues. The day of delivery came and we received all of our furniture in great shape except for the small end table that was damaged. We didn't see the damage until after the delivery team had left (they were awesome too). But we had already been schooled on how to submit a claim with the website, so I began the process. I hit a snag with the auto chat and texted Jeanathan for assistance. He replied right back to me and helped me figure everything out in real time. So all we are waiting for now is a representative to contact us so they can get the damaged item replaced or repaired. Thank you Jay for all the help and great customer service. It took 10 different phonecalls to get the legs for our footboard delivered after the initial install was completed and the installers left. I was also told that my mattress would be hauled away to find out that it was not included and I was lied to when I purchased my bedframe and mattress. I was initially told the legs would be delivered in 1-3 business days. Then told 7-10 business days on the 3rd business day. On the 10th business day I was told it would be the end of the month before the legs arrive and the legs are being shipped from overseas. After that I was escalated to Angie. Angie was able to get a hold of a warehouse manager in New Braunfels and after 1 day she was able to get confirmation they had the legs and that someone would install them on Saturday 15 days after the initial install and they would take my mattress. Install for the legs was supposed to happen around 2:30pm but did not occur until 7:00pm. I would not buy from Ashley's again. They didn't even check to ensure all of their trash was picked up.

My husband and I purchased a couch from Ashley furniture in pflugerville. At first we were extremely happy and pleased that they were able to give us a discount and deliver it for free as per the deal made with the store manager (that we would purchase immediately if free delivery was thrown in) fast forward to a few days later , they tell us that the couch was stained and needed to be sent back. After barely any communication, three of the six pieces were sent to our home. After another week we received 2 pieces. Upon this unprofessional and frustrating encounter, we had called the store hoping to speed up the process of getting the rest of our stuff but we had been told at that point that our last piece will only be sent to us on Feb 5th, almost a month after purchase. We have STILL NOT RECEIVED IT!!!

I came into the store to find a mattress for my toddler who is moving from a toddler bed to a twin size bed. I was immediately greeted by Jay who took great care of us. He’s was personable and professional and worked hard to get us a good deal and even price matched a great mattress for us! It was an efficient and easy experience for us and our matress delivery was scheduled in a very timely manner as well. I will definitely return for future furniture needs.

Not a good experience at all. The prices are higher than online. They say it’s because they offer longer interest free terms…. Which still does not make sense. My dinning table kept getting rescheduled multiple times and I am still waiting on a pair of chairs that also keep getting rescheduled. Do yourself a favor and order online.

Edited for service after the sale: RUN AS FAST AND AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!!! DON’T BUY FROM ASHLEY ITS A NIGHTMARE!!! Unbelievable the run around we have received. They sold us a bed headboard/footboard that is not compatible with the mattress they sold us. Now our bedroom is a storage area where their incompatible merchandise is collecting dust and we’re sleeping in the guest room. We are in constant communication with the sales person, Jacob, but getting nowhere fast. There is no telephone number where a manager can be contacted at the store. Read other reviews and see this is a pattern. Begging for someone to resolve our issue!!!!!!!!!!! Wow, what a great experience!! We stopped in today for rocker recliners we saw online. Jacob greeted us as we entered and helped us with the chairs and a new bed. We were shocked to find all that we wanted in one stop. The furniture seems to be good quality and we’re super excited to have it delivered but equally as important was the buying “experience”. Jacob was friendly and helpful but gave us appropriate space to browse on our own and wasn’t pushy at all. Such a great experience, we can’t thank Jacob enough for his knowledge of the products and friendly service. Ask for Jacob at the door, you’ll be glad you went and that he assisted you!!

I had an amazing experience buying a new couch with Jay, at Ashley furniture located in Round Rock. He was not only patient, and went out of his way to move a couch several times to make sure it was exactly what I wanted in size…it was a quick process-he listened to every detail of what I wanted, kind of became a personal therapist-haha. I would highly recommend this location and asking for Jay!

Still waiting on my partial furniture was supposed to be delivered Monday Dec 30,2024 had confirmed my delivery date and till now nothing. They don't have very good communication with customers I just need answers and noone is caring to give me one, maybe if they stop chatting with each other and do there job right I wouldn't be having this issue and I think I've been patient enough to be ignored. Pissed off customer😡

We had a lovely time with Yawei....I'm sorry unsure how to spell her name. But, she was absolutely wonderful.
