Horrible experience with this store...Do not waste your time or money...I bought a living room set cash. When they delivered the ottoman, it was damaged, dirty, and wet...it's been 3 months and they have not fixed the problem.

I bought a server table SEP 2025. It was my fault that I did not inspect the item thoroughly upon delivery because my spouse noticed factory defects on the item a couple of days later. I immediately contacted my salesperson who promptly helped me in the process of filing a complaint for warranty service. The customer service of Ashley Furniture is automated, meaning you will be dealing with an A.I. through several text messages and emails. After you satisfy what the A.I. needs to process your claim (send pictures, description of the problem, serial no. of the product, details of the purchase, amount of product, etc), this will be the start of a very long wait, until you dial the Customer Hotline where you will talk to someone on the other side of the globe who cannot help you except to advise to re-file your claim again. This grueling process of re-sending the information to the A.I. through email and text messages cycles 5 to 6 times for me, until I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau BBB against Ashley Furniture. When the BBB started communicating with Ashley Furniture, a representative from Ashley Corporate Office contacted me and started to entertain my concerns which was to replace the item due to factory defect. I was told by the representative that Ashley do not regularly replace items and that they only repair factory defects however, Ashley is willing to make an exception for me. This process took a long time and would have not been possible without the help of the BBB.

Very disappointed, horrible service AFTER purchasing furniture, they showed up with broken furniture, tried to hide the broken furniture, drawer was broken and wouldn’t even close…. Call customer support, stated id have to wait a month just to receive a replacement, I was annoyed but waited the month, they get here with the wrong furniture…. Tells me someone will contact me, haven’t heard from them. Today I call customer support again. Just as useless as the last time…. Made buying new furniture for my home a horrible experience. Update- texted the number they gave below on my review. Number just told me to text another number 🤦🏽‍♂️…… what is wrong with this store??!!! I will be sending all this to the BBB. Why am I paying for something that wasn’t fulfilled on their end.
