Oh my GOODNESS I had such a wonderful experience with Ms. Johnson (first name Becky or Betsy I’m so sorry I forgot again XD). She met me at the door after I called and asked about a certain sofa set in stock. She was friendly and personable over the phone, and even more-so in person! Kind, professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. She helped get me a great deal and walked me through the financing options. I will definitely be seeking her out every time I have furniture/decor needs!

I had a very disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture due to misleading financing information. At the time of purchase, I was clearly told by the salesperson that my purchase qualified for 18 months no interest. I agreed based on that information. Later, when I contacted the credit card company, I found out the promotion was actually only 12 months, running from December 2024 to December 2025. This was not what I was told, and I was never notified of any change. Now I’m being pressured to pay under different terms than what was promised. This feels like misrepresentation and extremely poor communication. I expected better transparency from a large company like Ashley Furniture. Customers should be able to trust what they’re told at the time of purchase, especially when it involves financing and interest charges. I hope management takes responsibility and resolves this issue, and I strongly encourage others to get all financing terms in writing before purchasing.

As a handicap person I find it absolutely disgusting that you give a delivery date you have no intention on delivering on said date. I had the old furniture removed and waited for furniture. It never showed! I called and was told 10 days. I was like look I had a stroke I cannot sit on the floor. Was told they would call me back nope, but I got a texted for 3 days later. If you’re not going to deliver when promised you need to let the customer know so they can keep what they have to sit on. It is bad business to promise something you can’t deliver! Looking at reviews I see that you do this all the time! Shame on you!

I bought an adjustable leather 2 seater recliner for my home. I paid an extra $200 so that if anything goes wrong Ashley would come and fix any problem. I have called several times about the leather wearing out in one large patch. Ashley has not acknowledged my request and the problem has never been fixed. This is truly terrible quality of furniture and the service I paid for has turned out to be a total waste of money.

The item we wanted to buy was cheaper on Ashley’s website than in store. Asked the salesman to price match their own website to order from him if he would get a commission. Guy was rude, cold, and struggled to process the order. I never got tracking emails as he said I would, when I called today to check the order has not shipped, the item is now “back ordered”, and had we just bought online it would have arrived tomorrow. Asked to cancel my order and they were “Unable to reach” the cancelation department. So I now have to wait up to 4 business days for someone from that department to reach out to me. I will not shop at Ashley in the future. Save yourself the hassle, go elsewhere!
