He actually listened to what we needed instead of pushing random options, and explained the differences clearly so we could make a confident decision. The purchase felt straightforward and stress-free. Really appreciate the help.

I have always heard of Ashley Furniture , but I have never gone in because I always thought the prices were unreal. But Derek surely made my experience there amazingly unforgettable. He was very detailed with all explanations, gave us water, helped us pick the best choice, and even went as far as walking us out the store. Amazing guy and Mangager !!!!

Went in today and quite honestly did not expect to come out buying anything the same day. Im a pretty tough critic and I have to say that I was really impressed with the service that was provided to us by Derrick. The moment we walked in, we were greeted very nicely, he was informative, was very clear on what we were purchasing and helped us with an amazing deal! In a time where customer service seems almost extinct. I was glad we walked in tonight. Also, Christian helped us through the financial stage, and he did his best to make sure we knew the terms our order and save a little more! If you're shopping for furniture atm, the best place to stop is here!

The salespeople at this establishment are predatory and they are doing it on purpose. They lead on their customers, tell blatant lies, and then say they can’t do anything to fix it. Particularly, Christian is the worst. He pressured me and my fiancee to purchase something on 2 separate financing avenues only 6 days before we planned on purchasing a bed outright in full. No financing needed. CLEARLY he wanted that commission check or to reach some sort of a quota for that week. They lied about how Acima financing works, because if I had known it would’ve costed us $900 extra in fees when we were going to have the money in full in just a few days, I would not have done it. But again, they are liars. Lucky for me, I settled with Acima for a reasonable amount. Secondly, after being pressured to buy a bed right then and there, they put in the order wrong. We scheduled delivery for our mattress and base for the same day, 2/14. They also told us that the delivery men would take our mattress and bed frame no worries. They lied about that too, and yes, they did say that they would take the bed frame to my face. AND THEN, apparently since the order was put in wrong, we get only our mattress delivered. So we were stuck with a king sized mattress and a queen sized bed frame with no idea how we were going to get the bed frame moved now. Lastly, we now have to wait ANOTHER WEEK to get the rest of our order. Needless to say, I would NEVER recommend shopping here to anyone that I care about. They only care about lining their pockets. Promise. I am extremely financially literate and I asked all the right questions, but they are blatant liars with no shame. The couple hundred dollars we got in discounts to “make it worth our while” to purchase that same day are worth nothing next to the absolute migraine these people have caused us. Take your money elsewhere.

I don’t even know where to begin. From the moment I walked into Ashley, I felt like I was being sold instead of helped. The salesperson told me applying for 0% financing would take “a few minutes.” It took twenty. That should’ve been my first red flag. Then the sales person added the wrong bed to my order — something I only caught when I got home and reviewed the paperwork. I called him to fix it, and he updated the order, only to call me back and say part of the bed wouldn’t be available for a month. So I told him to cancel it. On Monday, I get an email from Ashley confirming the very bed I had asked to cancel. So now I’m stuck calling the store again, only to get trapped in their AI phone system. I had asked the store manager (Christian) to call me back on Sunday. He did leave voicemails, but there’s no way to actually call him back — the phone system won’t let you reach a human at the store, and the people you can reach say they can’t transfer calls. At that point, I gave up and went to Rooms To Go. I picked out a completely different bedroom set, checked out quickly, and paid with my credit card. No drama, no pressure, no mistakes. So now I’m left with: A large line of credit at Ashley that I don’t need Two small items I kept from them And the main purchase going to Rooms To Go because the experience there was actually straightforward Overall, the whole Ashley process felt beyond disorganized, pushy, and a waste of my time. I shouldn’t have to work this hard to give a company my money.

Julio is very knowledgeable about the products, functionality and warranties. He was very patient with all my questions. The financing process was smooth and quick. I bought an adjustable leather 2 seater recliner for my home. I paid an extra $200 so that if anything goes wrong Ashley would come and fix any problem. I have called several times about the leather wearing out in one large patch. Ashley has not acknowledged my request and the problem has never been fixed. This is truly terrible quality of furniture and the service I paid for has turned out to be a total waste of money.

The item we wanted to buy was cheaper on Ashley’s website than in store. Asked the salesman to price match their own website to order from him if he would get a commission. Guy was rude, cold, and struggled to process the order. I never got tracking emails as he said I would, when I called today to check the order has not shipped, the item is now “back ordered”, and had we just bought online it would have arrived tomorrow. Asked to cancel my order and they were “Unable to reach” the cancelation department. So I now have to wait up to 4 business days for someone from that department to reach out to me. I will not shop at Ashley in the future. Save yourself the hassle, go elsewhere!

I’m glad I googled what I needed and Ashley popped up in my search. Leelee was super nice and helped us to get our dinning set. It is the perfect fit for this family! We loved your store. Thank you!

I ordered furniture with Leah Pollard to be delivered on 12/23. On 12/23, only half of the items were delivered and I was not informed that items were backordered until I called customer service on 12/23 asking where the rest of my order was. Customer service told me that items were going to be delivered on 12/27, 1/3, and 1/10 which was untrue. The remainder of my delivery is supposed to be delivered on 1/14.

From the moment we walked in, the level of service, attention to detail, and genuine care were exceptional. Julio truly went above and beyond. His mindset was clearly “we will do anything to earn your business,” and he backed that up every step of the way. I have used Ashley furniture many times in the past and my experience has been great. However, recently I purchased bedroom furniture and it has been a complete disaster. Not only did all of my furniture not get on the original order, but I was told that my furniture would be delivered on 15th of November. It is now December 4 and I still do not have all Of my furniture. It has continuously been back ordered. You would think that when you place an order, you will be able to tell if this furniture is back ordered or not. I have been without a dresser now for almost a month, which is a big inconvenience. I have received multiple text about scheduling my furniture delivery which I have already done. This makes this process very Difficult to follow. I really am very surprised with the Lack of professionalism and organization. I do have to say that Christian has tried to help when he can I will not be purchasing furniture from Ashley any longer

It took over a week to get our couch delivered. Had to put up with Jenny the chatbot that kept screwing up. Called to talk to a live person which wasn't any better. Almost cancelled my order.

Great customer service. Ms Betty J was very professional and a great sales rep. She recommended various type of products I was searching for. Although I don’t purchase from Ashley furniture during my visit, but I will definitely be going back in the near future.

Bought two lamps on Oct 10, 2025. Tanvir told me that I would have the lamps in ten days. Today is Oct 27 and when I called, they told me it will be delivered hopefully by November 20th. When I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, they said another 7-10 days. There has been no communication about any delays. I was able to get Ashley furniture products from Nebraska Furniture Mart within three days of purchase. Do Better Ashley.

I visited before I made my purchase and Julio was just awesome as I browsed the selections and giving us a quote on what I wanted. I went back a couple of weeks later and sealed the deal but made sure he was there because I wanted to make sure he made the sale. Store is beautiful and the staff gives off good vibes. I would say this to the Ashley executives tho, Amazon is your competitor so you’ve got to allow employees to match them. I didn’t buy everything at Ashley as planned because Amazon had it all cheaper and I had a budget.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Buying a mattress from Ashley Plano has been one of the most frustrating retail experiences I’ve ever had. The sales team was all smiles when making the sale, but the moment I needed help with a return, everything changed. I was told one thing in-store about their “easy return policy,” but once I actually tried to return or exchange the mattress, they completely backtracked. Suddenly, there were “hidden conditions,” extra fees, and excuses about how “corporate handles it.” The mattress itself was uncomfortable from day one it sank within a week. but the store wouldn’t take responsibility. I had to make multiple calls just to get someone to even respond, and every time it felt like they were just trying to stall until the return window closed. For such a big furniture brand, the customer service was shockingly poor. They clearly care more about closing sales than about customers being satisfied after delivery. I’ll never buy from Ashley Plano again, and I’d strongly warn anyone considering it especially for big-ticket items like mattresses.

Robert and Christian were extremely awesome! They made it impossible for us to pass up an opportunity to purchase a sofa and lovesest. We truly enjoyed working with them!

Luciano was experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. I arrived late evening on a Saturday night and he responded efficiently to my inquiries. He said he’d been there 14 years, that longevity and loyalty from the company with good employees impressed me. He helped me find what I’ve been looking for designed for my space and worked a deal meeting my budget. Quality furniture with after sale support. I may pay more but I feel confident I will get the after sale support and the furniture will last. Missing from some big box companies.

Great customer service and clean/ organized shop all around

I went in to use a credit I had received for not making a claim on the protection coverage I had on my couch I bought in 2019. Received help and found an item that was covered by the amount, placed the order, and never received it. Not a call, email, nothing. I’m not making much of a deal of it because in the end, I didn’t lose any money, but it’s wild that they just “robbed” me like that. It was less than $200 for a small coffee table I wanted, it’s not like I was trying to get an entire dining set for free. I had already moved past this as this was months ago, and I don’t post many reviews, but they kept spamming my text messages to leave one, so here you go Ashley’s Furniture.

I had such a great experience buying my couch thanks to Vee! She was so sweet, kind, and patient the entire time. Anyone who knows me knows I’m picky and ask a million questions (sorry, not sorry 😅). But Vee handled it all like a total pro. She never made me feel rushed and really listened to what I wanted, which made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond for me. It’s rare (especially these days) to meet someone who’s not only professional but also genuinely caring, and that’s exactly how Vee was. I left feeling confident about my purchase and so happy with the experience. If you’re shopping here, definitely ask for Vee! Now can’t wait till they are delivered!

Ver was great. When we came in she asked us what we were looking for. We told her we were just looking in general. She left us alone and on swung by one time when she could tell we were not seeing all the hidden features of a couch. Helped us make the best decision. Really respect being allowed to shop without being “sold to”. Helped us get a great price.

Eric Swan, again, was very helpful and patient helping with the living room I want. 2 weeks before he helped us with a dining room! The delivery was on time, no boxes left and I didn’t need to assemble anything.

I ordered a dining table from Ashley Furniture, and it didn’t fit my room at all. Unfortunately, I was told there is absolutely no return policy. What’s worse, they never informed me about this policy at the time of purchase. This left me with no choice but to keep it. If you plan to buy anything from Ashley Furniture, be aware that they do not accept returns and do not clearly communicate this upfront. I strongly suggest considering this before making a purchase.

Easy. A bit too long to finish docs

I am very disappointed in this store. It’s been 1 and a half months since I purchased my sofas and they are telling me that the delivery is delayed. They are asking me to wait another 2 months. They said they don’t have in store what they put for display. Why you keep that if you can’t deliver it in a month and half? I don’t recommend buying in this store because you might not enjoy it after a long wait.

My sales assistant was Betty, who is a top notch sales person. She listened to what I wanted in a sofa and showed me two that fit my needs exactly. They were within my budget, so just choosing one was the hardest part of the process!

Christian was amazing to work with. He was professional but made the shopping for and comparing mattresses fun. The delivery was not as fun for me - they were very ruched and did not seemed to understand some things I was asking about. They delivered the new mattress and removed the old one to another room. They did not use the slats that went with the bed properly and the old mattress was half way on the floor. I had to run out to the truck before they left to get lift help to spread the slates evenly again. Pieces of the plastic covering were in my front yard. Not the usual Ashley delivery I’ve had in the past.

Mike was super professional and helpful. He helped me place an order for a mattress, bed, chest, box spring and couch. I would highly recommend coming to Ashely in Plano and asking for Mike.

It’s hassle to get their support, claim process. It took me 2 months to get a claim approval after figuring out all the odds. It’s not even taken after 2 months. Hassle to create claim, hassle to get it serviced. Worst ever service DO NOT BUY anything from the Ashley stores

Walked in with what I had in mind and Julio proceed to assist me with just that and explain the material and how it has to be put together as well. He was very calm and patience during the process. I was approved within 10 minutes paperwork took no more than 30 minutes I got in and out the door in no time, Thank you for making my day a lot easier.

from the moment I walked in I had a sales lady who was a little intense. I told her I just wanted to wander around and she had to give me the spill. Then she finally left me alone until I went over to the mattresses and then she showed up again. The manager had hooked me up with the mattress guy, and he and I were having a good conversation. He explained that I wasn’t ready, and that I’m was given the adjustable bed frame. She wanted me to put something on hold that was over $1000. This is not my intent and I didn’t appreciate it as I was walking away I found a chair that I liked and it was on clearance for $79. I decided at that point I would get it and we went to ring it up and it took 20 minutes and they claimed that their machine wasn’t working correctly however it was on my bank account. I went to move my car so that I can load up this chair and next thing I know they’re telling me it didn’t go through. Even though it’s pending on my bank account, they wouldn’t let me take it. They wanted me to come back. This was not the outcome I expected, and I will not be back.

Floor salesman are a little too pushy for my liking. Had lots of hiccups in the ordering process. Definitely a pain in the butt! But I think I will be happy with my purchase. No pics bc my order hasn't been delivered yet.

Went to come shop, got approved for a credit card. Shopped with help from a lady and purchased items with the credit card. Went the next day to cancel my order and return an item I purchased. the lady that help me along with what I assumed is the manager were PUSHING for us to keep the order, I get they get paid by commission but as a customer I have the right to cancel an order. She told us she will return the item. Couple days later I get a bill from the credit card company for the item that was returned. Tried to dispute the charge and Ashley furniture is denying the return. Horrible company, pushy service and unethical behavior especially from the sales lady at this location. Would never do business with them!!!!

I do not leave reviews very often, but I feel compelled to leave this one. Customer sales and service was exemplary for our inquiry and purchase of living room furniture. Betty Jackson and Mike Cossey were very pleasant and accommodating with great sales attitudes. If you are looking for furniture, I highly recommend stopping by and giving them an opportunity.

Don't take anything from Ashley they sale low quality products and zero customer service . I never recommend them . They don't even do the installation and leave everything as it is . I never had this kind of experiences in furniture

It was so good. I just stepped in the store and Gayle came to greet me. She was so good. She showed all the different chaise lounges in the store. They were a little too long by my measurements of what would fit. She looked online and it was perfect. The size i needed plus the gray color I wanted. The material was like the one in the store that I liked too. It was $300 cheaper which is good too. Very good sales person. Thanks Ashley as good as when I lived in Austin and shopped at your Ashley store.

Every time I've shopped, even telling the sales clerks I'm not buying in the store, they were super helpful, walked me around and discussed options and prices. I recently purchased a recliner sofa, which so far, my dogs and I love. This last purchase was a large TV stand. Its roomy, and has lots of adjustable shelves. I am very happy with my purchases and cannot recommend this store and the employees enough. Throughly professional, polite and friendly.

Beyond frustrated. Couch (for our son) arrived with a big gash. Bed part was missing so they couldn't install the bed. They scheduled a replacement delivery, but insist they can't control the delivery time. My son is not able to take more time off from work as we already took a day for the first delivery. I had hoped customer service would do what they could to make it right. A few months ago we purchased furniture from an Austin store for three rooms and had a wonderful experience. What a disappointment in Addison, Texas.

Vee was super helpful let me walk around the store in peace but was there if I needed help with anything and found me the perfect couch for my new apartment.

We bought a sofa and loveseat set at the Plano store. Veszna was most helpful through the process up to scheduling the delivery. The delivery was a bit early, which I did not mind, probably because Jay and Ty were amazingly efficient as well as being professional and courteous. I would gladly go back to Ashley in Plano for future furniture needs!

I went in to buy a couch the couch was $549 then the price raised to $649 I was told I am receiving a 10% discount now the couch is $585 how and I was never asked about a protection plan for $150 the couch was $549 now I am paying $900 I think I am going to cancel this order

Very Disappointed — Dishonest Business Practice and Poor Customer Service I purchased a floor model set from the Ashley Plano store, which included a chest, a dresser, a nightstand, a king-size bed, and a dresser mirror. The salesperson told me the 50% discount was part of a July 4th floor model change — but never disclosed any existing damage on the furniture. When the set was delivered, the chest, the dresser and the bed footboard all had visible damages, including scratches and defects that were never mentioned during the sale. I contacted customer service several times, but they kept transferring me back to the Plano store. The store told me the set was sold “as-is” and refused to offer any resolution or replacement. To make matters worse, the floor model only included one nightstand, so I paid an extra $300 for a matching nightstand. When I told the store I was considering refusing the damaged floor set, they informed me that the extra nightstand is non-returnable — which means I either have to accept the damaged set or sell the brand-new nightstand at a loss on the second-hand market. I understand that floor models may show some wear, but honest disclosure of damage is a basic business practice. Customers deserve the chance to make an informed decision. This experience felt deceptive and left me with no fair option. I strongly recommend checking every item thoroughly and being cautious when buying from this store. They do not stand behind honest sales practices or customer care. {Further Review} After a long and frustrating experience with both Ashley’s customer service and the Plano store, we reluctantly agreed to accept the furniture, with a small compensation offered by Ashley. Unfortunately, this only led to further nightmare. Ashley scheduled a second delivery for July 23, and I took a day off from work to receive the items—but the delivery never happened. Due to internal miscommunication, the third-party delivery team was unable to retrieve the furniture from the correct warehouse. We then rescheduled for today, July 29. Yet again, Ashley failed to deliver. When I called to follow up, I was told the delay was due to a “quality assurance” issue. To make matters worse, the representative stated that if the issue persists, they may continue to reschedule indefinitely. This experience has been exhausting, and the lack of accountability and coordination has made it extremely difficult to trust the process. I hope Ashley takes this seriously and resolves the issue promptly—for us and for future customers. {Final Update} My furniture finally arrived on July 31 with nice delivery. Michael Fisher, the Plano local store manager, gave his support helping to solve minor issues during delivery.

There is only one reason I am scoring Ashley 5 stars. That reason … 10 stars isn’t an option. I can’t determine which was better, choice of quality products or the professionalism of their associates.

My visit to Ashley’s furniture was to purchase furnishings for my sunroom. The experience was Ok until I begin looking at mattresses. I was approached by a very high pressure pushy sales lady who lured me over to watch a waste of time video about this wonderful miracle working mattress and try to convince me to purchase a $4,000. mattress. NO! No ma’am !!! When she realized that I was not interested she became very cold and a bit rude and walked away. Very poor customer service skills ! If I ever decide to purchase a mattress it would not be from her!!!!

At the store was fine. But they delivered half the couch damaged and left one half. This was on 7/5- and they can’t deliver the rest until 7/18. No refunds, no cancelations, they are not willing to do anything to make it right- we will never ever be using Ashley furniture again and we will be doing what we can to return and get our money back to go elsewhere

My wifeand I went to Ashley Home Store on North Central Expressway just to look at furniture. I told my wife to leave all of her cards in the truck as I had no intention of buying at that time. We were greeted at the door by Luciano. He was very friendly and he led us to the living room furniture. The sofa and loveseat he showed us was just what we wanted and the pricing and financing fit our budget. To my wife’s surprise I told Luciano, “We’ll buy both.”

We bought a very nice $5000 dining room table with 10 chairs. The salesman Lucky was very Patient, helpful, and caring. We got off to a great start. But then things went bad from there. Ashley company as a whole is terrible. Very disorganized with zero communication between each of their divisions, including the store, the warehouse and the trucks that deliver. Our delivery was set and canceled and rescheduled seven times due to Ashley errors. We had different people telling us different dates and times and none of them actually were fulfilled. Finally a truck showed up two weeks later, but they would not deliver it until we had to bribe the drivers with $40 each ($120 total for three delivery men). Otherwise they were going to drive away. This is a true story and honestly the most ridiculous one I can imagine. I would not buy from this store because you won’t be able to trust if the furniture will actually be delivered and you’ll have multiple logistics problems due to poor internal communication. To be clear: this is not the salesman’s fault. He did everything he could to help us with these problems. He worked very hard, fighting an uphill battle against his own company’s extremely poor organization and communication. By comparison, we spent $25,000 the prior week at rooms to go and everything worked like clockwork and was delivered on time with lots of communication. The entire staff from store personnel to truck drivers was amazing! If you’re going to buy furniture go there instead!

I found a sectional that I really loved and almost purchased it through the Plano location. But due to a price matching issue I called the Frisco store to see what they would say and that’s when the rep there told me that they don’t even have all the pieces in stock at their warehouse and didn’t know when the pieces would be back in stock since the sectional was being discontinued. So I called the Plano location back to ask them why would they send me an invoice to pay knowing the situation. Makes them look like they were just trying to make a sale and I would have had to deal with the headache on the back end after making the purchase. Who wants to buy a sectional then have to deal with missing pieces? I told them it’s very misleading to have discontinued furniture listed on their site when they know they no longer have all the pieces and will not be restocking them because customers will still pay their hard earned money, not knowing that they are paying for something that they will never receive.

Today we bought a couch, loveseat, two chairs, two lamp tables, two king beds, a rug and a china cabinet. I'm a return customer. Our sales person was Lee Lee and she was so helpful and the ultimate professional! Well definitely go to her for future furniture needs! Clay & Karen Wade

My shopping experience was ok but the delivery of my furniture I would rate a negative zero. My timeframe for delivery was between 2:45pm -5:45. I was told my delivery time is now 9:51pm. It’s is 4 hours later and I am still waiting for my furniture. Ashley furniture needs to get a better delivery service. This is sooo disrespectful and unacceptable. I have purchased furniture from Ashley furniture from other states and I have NEVER experienced this service. I was going to go back to the store and purchase a bedroom because the salesman was soo nice. THAT WILL NOT BE HAPPENING. I received a text stating my delivery is on its way. Take a moment and review the screenshots. They are now tracking in New York. Unbelievable 9:45 still waiting for furniture.

Came here on the 6th looking for a recliner and Lee Lee was gonna hook me up. I found an amazing chair I wanted, it was on clearance. Found a slit in the leather on the right side and asked if they could take an extra $50.00 off the price. She spoke with the manager who absolutely refused to be of any assistance so I left. Sadly Miss Lee Lee missed out on a sale. Don't believe I will be doing business with Ashley again.

Had an issue with an online order and it ended up being cancelled! I needed it by this week and was worried it wouldn’t be able to be delivered in time. Went into the store and the manager Michael took very good care of me without hesitation and with a smile! Needless to say I’ll have my chairs by Thursday!!! Customer service was 10/10!

The range of designs is fairly narrow with appeal perhaps limited intentionally to cater to customers with lowest common denominator offerings. The commissioned salespersons are irritating to say the least. Not sure why this place was worth a visit.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They first tried to deliver a damaged product, so I refused. After a week, they made another attempt, but it was still damaged, although not as bad as the first one. I requested a phone call to discuss the issue, but no one called me back. It was very frustrating.

Ty and Jay were amazing! They delivered my furniture to the 3rd floor and were so nice!

Don't shop here. Where do I begin to explain? I ordered seven items. It was supposed to come in two shipments. Here's how it actually went: 1. Every single delivery was missing parts. "Oh, we'll come back with those missing screws and whatnot," they said each time. Then they'd come back two weeks later with the wrong screws. 2. Two items weren't delivered. I reached out (because they never initiate communication) and they said they'd ship them directly to me. Two more months pass by, I initiate contact again, and they said "Oh, those products were discontinued lol." So basically, they were going to keep my money and hope I wouldn't notice. 3. There's no way to reach customer service except through texting a questionable person who takes forever to respond and misspells their own store's name ("Ashely's"). 4. More personal: The saleswoman at the Plano store fake-laughed at everything I said, even if I weren't trying to be funny. I'd rather grind my ears off with a cheese grater than hear it again. Don't shop here. Let the company sink. They don't even try to earn your money.

Bar stools were delivered before the scheduled time, which was nice, and a nice young man set them under my bar put together and ready to sit on! Excellent work, Ashley!

Great Experience. Greeted by Jordyn as soon as we walked through the door. She was very kind and engaging. She was a pleasure to work with. Jordyn made the experience painless.

Walked into the store and was immediately greeted by a salesperson. I usually prefer to walk in and look around however on this particular day, we were short on time and we told him what we were there for (a storage coffee table). He immediately took us to one that wasn't the right color. After I described our leather sectional, he proceeded to walk us to other coffee tables on the floor. We were narrowing down our choices, but he showed us one on clearance and I felt it was the one and that's the one we purchased. Ashley had the largest selection of storage coffee tables that we had seen to date.

At first I was happy that I was able to go in the store and the sales team was not pushy, but come delivery day things changed. The delivery arrived on time but the the first hiccup was that the store sales team member did not add the wooden slats that go under the mattress. Instead of finding a way to rush the slats to me they scheduled for a delivery another week out. At this point I had no bed since my previous one had already been taken apart so the delivery team could come in with no issue of previous bed still there. The second delivery attempt the footboard didn't fit with storage which is something they should have realized at the store with the side storage on the bed. Delivery scheduled out another 3 days from the second. The third delivery attempt was successful with the only hiccup being that the previous delivery did not include the screw for the wooden slats but the delivery crew on the third delivery had some extra screws of their own. Customer service was not much help. Neither the management or anyone from the store have proactively reached out to fix this bad experience with their store. To anyone thinking of purchasing from this store I advise you to check out all google reviews and not just the 5 stars as well as look up reviews on youtube and other social media. Overall I will not be shopping at this location again. It has been a headache and inconvenience.

Ashley has a lovely store in McKinney. The sales people are friendly and professional. I haven’t made up my mind what time I will get new furniture but I it will be within 4-6 weeks. I have received quite a few calls and email though. Other than this it’s been a pleasant experience.

Then Acima asked me to text a copy of my driver’s license to a non existent number that sent me a link. That was one of the weirdest things I have ever been asked to do from a finance company especially after the information was manually entered into their system. It took a whole hour just to get that completed! Not sure where the incompetence should be given. Acima? Their system? Ashley Store? Not sure!

Went to the Ashley store in Plano Tx on Sunday. They had couches I wanted to specifically look at and test sit. Gayle was so helpful, showed me what I needed, did not try to upsell anything and reminded me that Ashley has a layaway!! Who knew?! We don’t need the couches till May but I wanted to take advantage of sale pricing. Now i can have them delivered when my new house is done. Painless furniture shopping.

Our salesman was Mike Cossey, he answered all of our questions and didn't try to pressure us to buy anything that we didn't want/need. Every thing was delivered on time and as described. I like that Acima Leasing is offered here since it was perfect for me as an option to consider because it is a no credit option and giving me the choice to pay it off in 90 days with low payments. Which is what I am looking for.

I purchased living room furniture from this location. We loved the furniture, but it was delivered to us with stains, so we sent it back. Then it was delivered AGAIN with STAINS. We were told that we could call Ashley to have someone come clean the furniture for us. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up to remove the stains as promised. I would not recommend getting your furniture delivered from Ashley.

I needed a couch and eventually walked out having paid what I expected. The salesfolk were rather pushy which I strongly dislike but they’re obviously on commission so whatever. They offered the five year protection plan but couldn’t tell me it was $120 until it was time to check out. They sold me on it by saying the premium would be refunded as store credit if I didn’t end up using the protection (they neglected to mention that the $120 store credit had to be used on a purchase of $500+ within 6 months of the end of the five years). They also didn’t mention the $80 delivery fee until checkout. The only way to avoid it was driving to their warehouse over an hour away to pick up the couch myself. If the price had just been marked $100 higher instead I would’ve been happy to pay it but having that fee tacked on during checkout felt very sleazy. Overall, I bought a couch I liked for a price I walked in expecting to pay, but the pushy salespeople and being presented with a low price only to have it jacked back up at checkout made for a very dissatisfying experience. I’m happy with my purchase, but I don’t plan to shop here again. If y’all had just marked your products with the price I could actually expect to pay for them you would have a much more satisfied customer.

I don’t leave reviews normally, but I bought my first couch from here, the Elissa Court, in October and it’s been a hassle. Just 2-3 weeks after having it, the feathers from the cushions started coming out and poking me and my guests. It’s not just 1 cushion, but all 3. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and they are constantly sending me the wrong items. It’s frustrating to spend a couple thousand on a piece of furniture and the quality is not there. Also, one of the replacement cushion covers is actually worse than the one my couch originally came with. It’s wrinkled and not pleasing to look at. I have pulled out the feathers that poked me, since they were sticking out anyways, and kept them as “evidence”.

Your customer associate Betty was really helpful. addressed all of my queries and worries while I was there. I did end up purchasing my mattress online. It was quick and simple! Betty and Ashley Furniture earned five stars from my experience! Will recommend.

They don't honor their price adjustment policy listed on their website. We bought a table and chairs 12/30. They were delivered 1/8 (damaged). We saw that the current price was $270 less than what we paid. We asked for the price adjustment and have gotten the runaround without resolution. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had buying anything. The only positives were the delivery drivers were nice and helpful and the furniture is decent quality. The rest of my order was a mess. From the beginning I could tell the focus of the sales people was to just get as much money as possible from me. They did not actually listen to what I was saying and kept me in there over 3 hours to complete the sale. Two of my beds were the wrong size. It took me calling multiple times and threatening to cancel my order before that was fixed. I also had white glove delivery on my order, but they split up my order and did not make sure both orders were with white glove. I had to assemble my bed on my own despite being assured by the sales person it would be white glove delivery. I would never recommend anyone to shop here. It is not worth the headache.

After the power sofa started falling apart 3 months after purchasing, it took a couple of months to get it repaired. Now a few months later it's falling apart again and I have been trying to get Ashley customer service for almost 2 months to help me get this resolved, but Ashley will not respond except to ask for the same information multiple times and and say they will be back in touch with me shortly. Still waiting to hear from Ashley since Monday when I was told by Michael Fisher, the store manager that he had contacted the customer service management and I would be contacted soon....its friday and nothing. I recommend you do not purchase anything from Ashley.

When me and my daughter first entered the place they were friendly. Customer service was great. They just didn’t have what I was really looking for only online which kind of suck but overall, I recommend Ashley furniture because of the furniture they have that I’ve purchased is amazing.

What was a great experience finding and buying new sectional with perfect rug to match at great price was soured when the wrong rug was delivered. After 3 weeks and dozens of phone calls and about as many answers about how to resolve with zero follow-up, I still have the wrong rug waiting for pick up. Customer service has gone silent, so I have to begin a dispute process thru my credit card. I'm so sad bc I'd rather have the rug I paid for. UPDATE: ITS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS AND I AM STILL GETTING THE RUN AROUND BUT NO RESOLUTION. I have been passed around between the customer care group, the store, fed ex, the manufacturer, and an escalation specialist. They have requested pictures of the right rug, the wrong rug,and the mailing label more than once. One person finally can open and see the pics, but when it gets passed along to the next person, they can't read it, so I have to resend them. Then, when I jump thru all the hoops, they go silent until I dispute the charge thru visa. Then, I have to start the entire process again. I'm sure they hope if they drag this out, I will just go away and keep the wrong rug. It's not even close to what I paid for.

Terrible experience, they sell you a product with the best guarantees and according to them the professionalism of their installers and when things go wrong with the delivery and the furniture, they wash their hands that they do not take care of the delivery and the factory defects. This store has no knowledge of what they sell, their deliveries are terrible and their furniture is well used by their workers, the white armchairs with stains from dirty hands, a cushion that looks marked where the head rests, the bases all poorly installed and the corners dirty .

My daughter and I had the pleasure of working with Hap (I’m not sure I’m spelling his name correctly - I apologize if I’m getting it wrong) yesterday. We were shopping for a sofa for my daughter, and Hap was such an awesome salesman that I ended up buying a sofa for myself, too! We must have spent a good three hours looking for and trying out couches. Hap was very patient and kept telling us to take our time. Neither one of us felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. Hap was very kind and had a dry sense of humor, which made the experience fun and enjoyable. If you need furniture, I’d recommend going to the Ashley store in Plano and asking for Hap to help you. 😊

Terrible experience at Ashley Furniture. I explicitly requested a purchase method that wouldn’t involve a credit check because I’m closing on a home soon. Despite this, a saleswoman signed me up for a credit card without properly disclosing it. When I escalated the issue to the manager, Mike, his dismissive response was, ‘Oh well, we can’t do anything now.’ Completely unprofessional and careless—would not trust them with your business.

Great selection, good prices and sales people that are helpful and knowledgeable. Vee helped me and my daughter about 3 weeks ago. I'm downsizing and needed to replace a lot of my existing furniture for my new home. She knew I wasn't ready to buy that day. However, she really listened and literally took me all over the store trying to find just the right pieces for me. Today I returned to the store and purchased a sofa, chair, coffee table and a media cabinet. She was off today but Mike the store manager helped me and made sure Vee would get credit for the sale. I still need a few more pieces and will definitely be returning to Ashley.

Financed the set and could not have different delivery and billing addresses. Had to call the salesman to have this updated, as well as change it in the system in order for it to be delivered to the correct location. Then delivery was scheduled for the 15th but had to be confirmed via email - the salesman didn’t even put my number in the system - and I missed it because I was moving. I couldn’t locate the delivery online without a phone number. Ended up getting the bedroom set on the 18th (after calling several times) and was told that the bed needed a box spring, which was not told to me during the buy. So we couldn’t even sleep on it after it was delivered. Horrible experience and loss of customer for life.

I definitely need to post my review. This is regarding customer service from this company. I am very disappointed with my claim. I bought a sofa bed in October 2024, one of the metals supports broke in May 2025 I called the customer service, they assigned a ticket number, one month passed and they did not do anything, they just send email asking same question. 2nd decision I took, was to go back to the store where I bought the sofa. The one in Plano Texas, and the Manager opened another ticket about five days ago and they continue asking same question and no resolution to my claim. I do not recommend to buy sofa beds from Ashley Sofas these look nice and price, but if something breaks, they will continue open new tickets with new dates and keep fooling with you. What is going on with the Customer service of these called “great companies" I think that employees are more into selling the product but not resolving any issue that comes before that. Don't know what else to do, but if you have any advice I will consider it.

Delivery not yet complete; coffee table and night stand still outstanding. Please advise on delivery date. Would like to return the bar stools and take taller ones, the ones we bought are too short.

Friendly people at the store but a really poor shipping experience. No communication was given when my package was damaged and not delivered. I ended up getting it a week later and the couch was stained. Probably won’t be buying from Ashley ever again.

Bought our couch September 6th 2024, was told we’d be able to pick it up from the warehouse the next day. We rented a box truck that was around $180, wasted 6 hours of my life sitting at the warehouse on the phone with Ashley because my account had a hold. Turns out they could’ve told me in 15 seconds that someone didn’t do their job right and submit the paper work, and we’d be getting free delivery. Cool free delivery now and they credited our account how much we spent for the box truck. Delivery day rolls around 5 days later and I get a call saying can’t deliver bc my account is on hold AGAIN. Have to drive to the store for the millionth time because there is no way to contact the store, get there and they say oh a manager didn’t attach the finance paperwork to the email. The most simple tasks can’t even be done and now it’s making me suffer. Been sitting on an air mattress for 2 weeks. Was suppose to get my couch the day after I bought it now it’s been dragged out to over a week. Incompetent and completely idiotic managers. Don’t do your job right then you don’t deserve to get paid. Find a new job you may be more successful at McDonald’s, or at least be able to semi do your job correctly.

Is it possible to leave negative stars for a store? I don't think so, so i'll just leave this here. I don't think that I have encountered a store with a more incompetent group of employees, managers, etc. than I have this one. I ordered a bed frame, nightstand, and dresser on July 30th, 2024. The bed frame and dresser were scheduled for delivery to my apartment on August 9th, 2024. The nightstand was delayed because of shipping. August 9th rolls around and only my bed frame is delivered, no dresser. This is when I first called Ashley customer service to inquire about where my dresser was and why I was not notified about it not being delivered. I then drove to their store that evening to find out what happened and the *manager* I spoke to emailed the warehouse for me. Said there was no "phone number" for the warehouse? He stated that I would be getting a call later that evening. We all know how that ended (he did not call). At this point it is the week of August 11th, I received confirmation that my dresser and nightstand were being delivered on August 17th. It comes around and I receive no phone call, no text, no nothing about my order being cancelled. I had to call Ashley customer service 3 times to figure out why and how my order was cancelled. In between this time, I have been told that my dresser is sitting at the warehouse waiting to be delivered. Later Saturday August 17th I received a call from Ashley customer service saying that, "your dresser and nightstand will both be delivered on August 20th." Today rolls around and I get confirmation about both the nightstand and dresser being delivered. The truck gets here and the only thing that they are delivering is the nightstand, no dresser in sight. I look to my order after they leave and see that my dresser has been "cancelled." So I do as any impatient customer would do and call Ashley customer service once again. They tell me that the dresser can be delivered on August 23rd. I ask one simple question, "why? it was supposed to be delivered today." The only answer I get back to every question I ask is "I don't know ma'am." I then proceed to call this Ashley Home Store because I got my furniture here and get an answer on the other side of the phone. She proceeds to ask me what I was calling about and as I am explaining what has happened she immediately placed me on hold and did not allot me time to finish what I was saying. In my book, that was rude and very unprofessional for her to do so. I was then *transferred* to someone else (a manager?) whose only answer was "i'm sorry i was not at the warehouse today I don't know what happened there this morning." He was busy with another customer and did not really care what I was speaking about. So, I then had to jump back on the phone with Ashley customer service again and beg her to give me the number of the warehouse that is holding my furniture. I have been assured that my dresser will be coming on August 23rd, will it though? Probably not! Will I have to go through all of this once again and have no apologies or help from Ashley during the process? Yup! I hope that someone with some empathy and respect will see this and compensate for the incompetence, stress, anxiety and wasted time they have put me through. Learn to have some respect and good communication for your customers next time !!!!!!!! <3 :)

Dropped in to look into a power lift chair. Not all models in the catalog were available in store, but found one in store I chose to go with.

So incredibly upset with the way customer service and delivery service has managed our case. We had put the order in for our new bedroom set over a month ago. Delivery was set for 8/3. However we were last minute told it wouldn’t deliver since they were missing the footboard and rails. On over three separate occasions since then, we have had our set re-scheduled and countlessly called customer service to see what’s going on. They have gave us the run around, offered to give us store credit however that is not what we want. This has been a huge inconvenience. We expected our bedroom set to be here promptly, we understand mistakes happen but more than 3 times is excessive, and the communication has been so unprofessional. To this day we have not received our rails or footboard therefore our bed is not complete and it has been laying unassembled in our room. This is not our first time purchasing from Ashley Furniture so we had expectations however after this whole ordeal we plan to take our business elsewhere.

Huge store with soo soo many options for couches and recliners, that’s what we were looking for. The collection is pretty amazing and prices are fair. We got a free delivery as our bill was under 500$! We love our couch!

My experience was very good my sales person was Travis and he was very good and patient and polite.

So being I never been to this store but have passed by this many times I decided to walk in and look at mattresses while my mother who was with me wanted to show me a sectional she was very much interested in . As I entered I was immediately greeted by Betty who was immediately engaging and welcoming asked me what I was looking for and I told her I just wanted to see options on mattresses and stuff while mother looked for the sectional she wanted . She then introduced us to the manager Vincent who proceeded to team up with Betty and take care of us . They offered bottles of water to us, sat with us to see what are the best options they have and after that we felt even more welcomed. I proceeded to the mattresses to just look around and in that area I met with Tony and he was very energetic and knowledgeable, I knew right away this man knows what he is talking about ! I was really looking for a purple mattress which is something they don’t sell at the moment but he did direct to me to a tempurpedic mattress which is somewhat similar to what I wanted . This man is definitely one of the best sales person I have ever met because he made sure I was getting their deal they offered for their Labor Day special ( which is amazing that almost in the middle of August this sale is on ! ) and that I should not lose out ! I’m glad I did , His manager Tony came around and introduced himself as well . Both were professional and I could tell they are a dynamic duo those two . I gave them the nickname T.N.T because of how explosive their dynamic is ! All around this store was a great experience especially it being my first time from walking in there up until we both left I felt like I had the ultimate shopping experience. I ended up getting an amazing deal on the furniture I purchased and my mom did as well . We went in there just to look and walked out happy campers ! Looking forward to shopping there again in the near future

Whatever you do, please do not buy the protection plan. It’s been a nightmare and everyone throws you off to another department. No one wanted to assist and after 2 months of back and forth, they would not honor a protection plan I paid 400 dollars for. 3rd party said to deal with Ashely and Ashely told me to deal with 3rd party. No one would help.

I was giving this review time. The person who helped us find a bed was extremely professional. He had us try quite a few beds to ensure we were purchasing the correct bed. My overall experience with this store was great. They even setup everything for us. A+ you guys.

Vee was my salesperson and she was wonderful. I was looking for a power rocker recliner and she showed me several. Once I decided on the one I locked, she got down to business and got me the best price with her managers. Everyone involved was very helpful.

We bought a dining table, bed, and sofa set from Ashley, and they were delivered last week with minor damages(scratches). We tried refusing the bed since the damages(scratches) were quite visible. They said a technician would come and fix them, and there was no need to refuse it. Today, the technician visited and fixed part of the damage. When I showed him the rest, his response was, “There could be, but that’s all I can do.” He was pretty rude in the way he said it, and just left the place without even informing us. I didn't submit the review until today because I trusted Ashley, but the rude technician proved I was wrong. I wish I had never bought from Ashley. Yes, it was cheaper, but so was the quality. Additionally, there are so many staples under the table, and some of them have been pulled out, (by them) damaging the table.

Honestly I wanted to give no stars but the app won't allow me to leave a review if atleast one star isn't lit up, I will be sure to let everyone know how horrible their service was at the Ashley's furniture store in Plano, Tx, as of July 2 2024 when I made my purchase, I didn't receive my paid for merchandise until July 17, no one helped and their were no customer courtesy, a bunch of lies from the start. I was treated horrible and don't recommend anyone to to purchase from their company. Also the horrible service was at the plano store in texas! Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible!

Me & my husband decided to take a look around in this place while we were waiting BJ food place to open up. The salesman greeted us & was very friendly I feel like he was listening to us & he was doing a great job showing us our options to fit our needs off what we were telling him. The storms pillows are awesome. !! Yes I was little nervous after making the purchase wondering if I did the right thing or not because of cost of everything. After the bed got delivered . We both sleep in the bed the 1st night. We could tell a big difference!!! Over our old bed ! The delivery guys was very friendly & worked fast & did the job correctly setting up the bed. Yes we will be using Ashley for all our future furniture needs Thanks for all help you just gained another loyal customer!
