Went in today and quite honestly did not expect to come out buying anything the same day. Im a pretty tough critic and I have to say that I was really impressed with the service that was provided to us by Derrick. The moment we walked in, we were greeted very nicely, he was informative, was very clear on what we were purchasing and helped us with an amazing deal! In a time where customer service seems almost extinct. I was glad we walked in tonight. Also, Christian helped us through the financial stage, and he did his best to make sure we knew the terms our order and save a little more! If you're shopping for furniture atm, the best place to stop is here!

The salespeople at this establishment are predatory and they are doing it on purpose. They lead on their customers, tell blatant lies, and then say they can’t do anything to fix it. Particularly, Christian is the worst. He pressured me and my fiancee to purchase something on 2 separate financing avenues only 6 days before we planned on purchasing a bed outright in full. No financing needed. CLEARLY he wanted that commission check or to reach some sort of a quota for that week. They lied about how Acima financing works, because if I had known it would’ve costed us $900 extra in fees when we were going to have the money in full in just a few days, I would not have done it. But again, they are liars. Lucky for me, I settled with Acima for a reasonable amount. Secondly, after being pressured to buy a bed right then and there, they put in the order wrong. We scheduled delivery for our mattress and base for the same day, 2/14. They also told us that the delivery men would take our mattress and bed frame no worries. They lied about that too, and yes, they did say that they would take the bed frame to my face. AND THEN, apparently since the order was put in wrong, we get only our mattress delivered. So we were stuck with a king sized mattress and a queen sized bed frame with no idea how we were going to get the bed frame moved now. Lastly, we now have to wait ANOTHER WEEK to get the rest of our order. Needless to say, I would NEVER recommend shopping here to anyone that I care about. They only care about lining their pockets. Promise. I am extremely financially literate and I asked all the right questions, but they are blatant liars with no shame. The couple hundred dollars we got in discounts to “make it worth our while” to purchase that same day are worth nothing next to the absolute migraine these people have caused us. Take your money elsewhere.

I don’t even know where to begin. From the moment I walked into Ashley, I felt like I was being sold instead of helped. The salesperson told me applying for 0% financing would take “a few minutes.” It took twenty. That should’ve been my first red flag. Then the sales person added the wrong bed to my order — something I only caught when I got home and reviewed the paperwork. I called him to fix it, and he updated the order, only to call me back and say part of the bed wouldn’t be available for a month. So I told him to cancel it. On Monday, I get an email from Ashley confirming the very bed I had asked to cancel. So now I’m stuck calling the store again, only to get trapped in their AI phone system. I had asked the store manager (Christian) to call me back on Sunday. He did leave voicemails, but there’s no way to actually call him back — the phone system won’t let you reach a human at the store, and the people you can reach say they can’t transfer calls. At that point, I gave up and went to Rooms To Go. I picked out a completely different bedroom set, checked out quickly, and paid with my credit card. No drama, no pressure, no mistakes. So now I’m left with: A large line of credit at Ashley that I don’t need Two small items I kept from them And the main purchase going to Rooms To Go because the experience there was actually straightforward Overall, the whole Ashley process felt beyond disorganized, pushy, and a waste of my time. I shouldn’t have to work this hard to give a company my money.
