Went in and was approached by one gentleman and was not followed around. He didn’t bug us very nice that way. Found what we were looking for bought it , paid for it and walked out the door very happy, we will see how delivery goes
My daughter and I had the pleasure of working with Hap (I’m not sure I’m spelling his name correctly - I apologize if I’m getting it wrong) yesterday. We were shopping for a sofa for my daughter, and Hap was such an awesome salesman that I ended up buying a sofa for myself, too! We must have spent a good three hours looking for and trying out couches. Hap was very patient and kept telling us to take our time. Neither one of us felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. Hap was very kind and had a dry sense of humor, which made the experience fun and enjoyable. If you need furniture, I’d recommend going to the Ashley store in Plano and asking for Hap to help you. 😊

Terrible experience at Ashley Furniture. I explicitly requested a purchase method that wouldn’t involve a credit check because I’m closing on a home soon. Despite this, a saleswoman signed me up for a credit card without properly disclosing it. When I escalated the issue to the manager, Mike, his dismissive response was, ‘Oh well, we can’t do anything now.’ Completely unprofessional and careless—would not trust them with your business.
Mike at the Plano/McKinney store was very helpful. He was very Knowledgeable and accommodating.

Great selection, good prices and sales people that are helpful and knowledgeable. Vee helped me and my daughter about 3 weeks ago. I'm downsizing and needed to replace a lot of my existing furniture for my new home. She knew I wasn't ready to buy that day. However, she really listened and literally took me all over the store trying to find just the right pieces for me. Today I returned to the store and purchased a sofa, chair, coffee table and a media cabinet. She was off today but Mike the store manager helped me and made sure Vee would get credit for the sale. I still need a few more pieces and will definitely be returning to Ashley.

I visited the Plano location today in search of a sofa/sleeper sofa. I had the pleasure of working with Travis Shaw. He was great! He knew all about the sofas and was quick to answer all of my questions. He was super helpful, explained everything well, and made the experience very easy!
If only that chair had been in a different color that I liked, I would’ve bought it, but that was a lot of money when I was not in love with the color. Sales people were terrific. Sorry it didn’t work out.

I have already called several times and I am tired of useless answers. I bought the mattress in your store. I want an answer or where to make a claim and for someone to give a valid answer. Who can I talk to to get a valid answer? How can they talk about a big industry when they can't resolve a simple claim to enforce the warranty on a mattress that has been used very little and is already deformed? Every time I call their customer service line, they don't provide any solutions. What's the point of having a warranty if they don't honor it?

This place is pure trash!!! Do not buy your furniture from here unless you want on going disappointment. Go to Home Zone! I have never experienced customer service so bad.
Financed the set and could not have different delivery and billing addresses. Had to call the salesman to have this updated, as well as change it in the system in order for it to be delivered to the correct location. Then delivery was scheduled for the 15th but had to be confirmed via email - the salesman didn’t even put my number in the system - and I missed it because I was moving. I couldn’t locate the delivery online without a phone number. Ended up getting the bedroom set on the 18th (after calling several times) and was told that the bed needed a box spring, which was not told to me during the buy. So we couldn’t even sleep on it after it was delivered. Horrible experience and loss of customer for life.

Friendly people at the store but a really poor shipping experience. No communication was given when my package was damaged and not delivered. I ended up getting it a week later and the couch was stained. Probably won’t be buying from Ashley ever again.
Bought our couch September 6th 2024, was told we’d be able to pick it up from the warehouse the next day. We rented a box truck that was around $180, wasted 6 hours of my life sitting at the warehouse on the phone with Ashley because my account had a hold. Turns out they could’ve told me in 15 seconds that someone didn’t do their job right and submit the paper work, and we’d be getting free delivery. Cool free delivery now and they credited our account how much we spent for the box truck. Delivery day rolls around 5 days later and I get a call saying can’t deliver bc my account is on hold AGAIN. Have to drive to the store for the millionth time because there is no way to contact the store, get there and they say oh a manager didn’t attach the finance paperwork to the email. The most simple tasks can’t even be done and now it’s making me suffer. Been sitting on an air mattress for 2 weeks. Was suppose to get my couch the day after I bought it now it’s been dragged out to over a week. Incompetent and completely idiotic managers. Don’t do your job right then you don’t deserve to get paid. Find a new job you may be more successful at McDonald’s, or at least be able to semi do your job correctly.

He was also very helpful when I went in later for more questions. Is it possible to leave negative stars for a store? I don't think so, so i'll just leave this here. I don't think that I have encountered a store with a more incompetent group of employees, managers, etc. than I have this one. I ordered a bed frame, nightstand, and dresser on July 30th, 2024. The bed frame and dresser were scheduled for delivery to my apartment on August 9th, 2024. The nightstand was delayed because of shipping. August 9th rolls around and only my bed frame is delivered, no dresser. This is when I first called Ashley customer service to inquire about where my dresser was and why I was not notified about it not being delivered. I then drove to their store that evening to find out what happened and the *manager* I spoke to emailed the warehouse for me. Said there was no "phone number" for the warehouse? He stated that I would be getting a call later that evening. We all know how that ended (he did not call). At this point it is the week of August 11th, I received confirmation that my dresser and nightstand were being delivered on August 17th. It comes around and I receive no phone call, no text, no nothing about my order being cancelled. I had to call Ashley customer service 3 times to figure out why and how my order was cancelled. In between this time, I have been told that my dresser is sitting at the warehouse waiting to be delivered. Later Saturday August 17th I received a call from Ashley customer service saying that, "your dresser and nightstand will both be delivered on August 20th." Today rolls around and I get confirmation about both the nightstand and dresser being delivered. The truck gets here and the only thing that they are delivering is the nightstand, no dresser in sight. I look to my order after they leave and see that my dresser has been "cancelled." So I do as any impatient customer would do and call Ashley customer service once again. They tell me that the dresser can be delivered on August 23rd. I ask one simple question, "why? it was supposed to be delivered today." The only answer I get back to every question I ask is "I don't know ma'am." I then proceed to call this Ashley Home Store because I got my furniture here and get an answer on the other side of the phone. She proceeds to ask me what I was calling about and as I am explaining what has happened she immediately placed me on hold and did not allot me time to finish what I was saying. In my book, that was rude and very unprofessional for her to do so. I was then *transferred* to someone else (a manager?) whose only answer was "i'm sorry i was not at the warehouse today I don't know what happened there this morning." He was busy with another customer and did not really care what I was speaking about. So, I then had to jump back on the phone with Ashley customer service again and beg her to give me the number of the warehouse that is holding my furniture. I have been assured that my dresser will be coming on August 23rd, will it though? Probably not! Will I have to go through all of this once again and have no apologies or help from Ashley during the process? Yup! I hope that someone with some empathy and respect will see this and compensate for the incompetence, stress, anxiety and wasted time they have put me through. Learn to have some respect and good communication for your customers next time !!!!!!!! <3 :)

Dropped in to look into a power lift chair. Not all models in the catalog were available in store, but found one in store I chose to go with.
So incredibly upset with the way customer service and delivery service has managed our case. We had put the order in for our new bedroom set over a month ago. Delivery was set for 8/3. However we were last minute told it wouldn’t deliver since they were missing the footboard and rails. On over three separate occasions since then, we have had our set re-scheduled and countlessly called customer service to see what’s going on. They have gave us the run around, offered to give us store credit however that is not what we want. This has been a huge inconvenience. We expected our bedroom set to be here promptly, we understand mistakes happen but more than 3 times is excessive, and the communication has been so unprofessional. To this day we have not received our rails or footboard therefore our bed is not complete and it has been laying unassembled in our room. This is not our first time purchasing from Ashley Furniture so we had expectations however after this whole ordeal we plan to take our business elsewhere.

Huge store with soo soo many options for couches and recliners, that’s what we were looking for. The collection is pretty amazing and prices are fair. We got a free delivery as our bill was under 500$! We love our couch!
My experience was very good my sales person was Travis and he was very good and patient and polite.
So being I never been to this store but have passed by this many times I decided to walk in and look at mattresses while my mother who was with me wanted to show me a sectional she was very much interested in . As I entered I was immediately greeted by Betty who was immediately engaging and welcoming asked me what I was looking for and I told her I just wanted to see options on mattresses and stuff while mother looked for the sectional she wanted . She then introduced us to the manager Vincent who proceeded to team up with Betty and take care of us . They offered bottles of water to us, sat with us to see what are the best options they have and after that we felt even more welcomed. I proceeded to the mattresses to just look around and in that area I met with Tony and he was very energetic and knowledgeable, I knew right away this man knows what he is talking about ! I was really looking for a purple mattress which is something they don’t sell at the moment but he did direct to me to a tempurpedic mattress which is somewhat similar to what I wanted . This man is definitely one of the best sales person I have ever met because he made sure I was getting their deal they offered for their Labor Day special ( which is amazing that almost in the middle of August this sale is on ! ) and that I should not lose out ! I’m glad I did , His manager Tony came around and introduced himself as well . Both were professional and I could tell they are a dynamic duo those two . I gave them the nickname T.N.T because of how explosive their dynamic is ! All around this store was a great experience especially it being my first time from walking in there up until we both left I felt like I had the ultimate shopping experience. I ended up getting an amazing deal on the furniture I purchased and my mom did as well . We went in there just to look and walked out happy campers ! Looking forward to shopping there again in the near future

Whatever you do, please do not buy the protection plan. It’s been a nightmare and everyone throws you off to another department. No one wanted to assist and after 2 months of back and forth, they would not honor a protection plan I paid 400 dollars for. 3rd party said to deal with Ashely and Ashely told me to deal with 3rd party. No one would help.
I was giving this review time. The person who helped us find a bed was extremely professional. He had us try quite a few beds to ensure we were purchasing the correct bed. My overall experience with this store was great. They even setup everything for us. A+ you guys.
Vee was my salesperson and she was wonderful. I was looking for a power rocker recliner and she showed me several. Once I decided on the one I locked, she got down to business and got me the best price with her managers. Everyone involved was very helpful.
We bought a dining table, bed, and sofa set from Ashley, and they were delivered last week with minor damages(scratches). We tried refusing the bed since the damages(scratches) were quite visible. They said a technician would come and fix them, and there was no need to refuse it. Today, the technician visited and fixed part of the damage. When I showed him the rest, his response was, “There could be, but that’s all I can do.” He was pretty rude in the way he said it, and just left the place without even informing us. I didn't submit the review until today because I trusted Ashley, but the rude technician proved I was wrong. I wish I had never bought from Ashley. Yes, it was cheaper, but so was the quality. Additionally, there are so many staples under the table, and some of them have been pulled out, (by them) damaging the table.

Honestly I wanted to give no stars but the app won't allow me to leave a review if atleast one star isn't lit up, I will be sure to let everyone know how horrible their service was at the Ashley's furniture store in Plano, Tx, as of July 2 2024 when I made my purchase, I didn't receive my paid for merchandise until July 17, no one helped and their were no customer courtesy, a bunch of lies from the start. I was treated horrible and don't recommend anyone to to purchase from their company. Also the horrible service was at the plano store in texas! Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible!
Me & my husband decided to take a look around in this place while we were waiting BJ food place to open up. The salesman greeted us & was very friendly I feel like he was listening to us & he was doing a great job showing us our options to fit our needs off what we were telling him. The storms pillows are awesome. !! Yes I was little nervous after making the purchase wondering if I did the right thing or not because of cost of everything. After the bed got delivered . We both sleep in the bed the 1st night. We could tell a big difference!!! Over our old bed ! The delivery guys was very friendly & worked fast & did the job correctly setting up the bed. Horrible experience I made my purchase at this store located in Plano. Sales guy was pretty nice. He did a great job but customer service managing and anything else is horrible. They set up my delivery and they forgot to deliver one piece. Of my Bedroom set Nobody can give me answers where it was into two days later Also, they deliver my adjustable base broke tried to resolve the issue with Ashley Customer Care they throw the ball Around telling me to call the store store told me to call customer service. Customer service told me to call manufacture and got me back-and-forth for a week finally trying to resolve it since I told them that the delivery guy told my son to sign the paperwork instead of my wife. My wife was at home as well, but she was busy they didn’t ask for her is being almost 2 weeks and I haven’t been able to use my adjustable base. Never buying at Ashley’s again

My experience in Ashley was so wonderful. The employees are nice and tend to help you. In my thoughts I recommend a staff named Hop. I recommend Hop, because he explains things good for you if you don't understand. He is a very nice gentleman and is always there if you need help. In this case, I found my right furniture with his help.
I have been shopping here on and off since 2008. So naturally I returned. At first it was a pleasant experience but then by the time delivery came, it went dark. I was told that the old furniture would be removed. The delivery men quickly told me that was false. I called the store and was immediately treated like crap by the assistant store manager, Mike. He acted like I was bothering him and he said he couldn't fix it. I have contacted corporate. Would not shop here - very rude sales associate encounter. Initially walked in the store and was asked what I was shopping for and told the first associate we are just looking around. A while later we were in the mattress area, still just looking around when another associate approached us and began to ask us questions. we told him we were just looking around, and he continued to ask us questions as we started to walk away from him and that area. As we are walking away he states “well you walked into our store” as if we were required to engage in his conversation. He then called us rude for not engaging in his unsolicited sales questions and walked away. He lost my business and that of my friends that were with me. I Will make sure to travel out of my way to ensure I stay away from here. Date and individual 06/02/2024 at around 12:15pm the associate was in a red polo and looked like an entitled white male in his 30s. I hope cameras caught this interaction. That associate should be removed from the store and should not be sales in general as he clearly has a attitude and poor people/customer service skills.

In March 2023, I purchased a loveseat and a chair from your store, located at Plano, Texas, and opted for insurance coverage to ensure the protection of my investment. At the time of purchase, Ashley Furniture assured me that the insurance was reliable and that I would receive my money back without question if needed. Regrettably, when I attempted to file a claim in March 2024, despite providing all necessary documentation, my claim was denied without a satisfactory explanation. It has now been three months since I filed the claim, and there has been no resolution. I have since been in continuous contact with both Ashley Furniture and the insurance provider, tirelessly explaining my situation and resubmitting the required documents multiple times. However, this has yielded no resolution. The process has been extraordinarily frustrating, with no clear communication or timeline for resolution. The promises made by Ashley Furniture and the false advertisement of the insurance's reliability have led us to this predicament. This situation has caused me undue stress and inconvenience, and it is unacceptable that I am being denied the coverage for which I paid. I have been a loyal customer, and this experience has severely impacted my perception of your brand's commitment to customer satisfaction.
This is the second time shopping at Ashley‘s in six months. Both times we’ve had an amazing experience. Everyone is super nice and professional. Our sales person Ve it’s amazing, super sweet, and knowledgeable about the product. Both managers that we have interacted with have been great as well. Our breakfast nook area furniture is from Ashley and we’ve had it for over 20 years. So I look forward to continuous great furniture going forward.

Delivery was terrible! Ashley kept rescheduling our delivery stating we were not responding to text messages to confirm dates. Never received those messages. Called customer care and discovered someone had entered our contract information using an incorrect phone number. It took two calls to get that resolved. I am amazed that after multiple attempts to obtain delivery confirmation failed not one person took any initiative to see if there was a problem somewhere so the customer could receive their furniture. Last time ever dealing with Ashley.

Luciano and Darren both took excellent care of me and my shopping buddy while I looked for furniture, and the goodies, for my first new apt in decades. I have rented rooms"forever" and my selections were so important. With their help, and in fairness to Darren, as Luciano had to go assist with his 2nd language expertise, Darren waited patiently while we checked out lots of choices. He spent what seemed like a long time as we decided on the perfect recliner and I love what we all came up with!!! I will be doing all my shopping at Ashley Furniture. I am not finished filling up my cave.

I had previously ordered a bed from Ashley by the phone, and after 9 weeks of not receiving my bed and sleeping on a mattress on the floor, I was getting pretty sick of it. I decided to cancel my online order and go into my nearest store and just find something they had in stock so I could finally have a bed to sleep in. The lady who helped me was extremely kind and helped me find the perfect bed for an outstanding price and a couple days later I finally had a bed!! I was in and out of the store in just a few minutes and I am super happy with my new bed!! The delivery guys definitely impressed me with their building speed, it was like nothing!! Great customer service I saw a nightstand online that I wanted and I called the store to just purchase it. The sales agent insisted that I come into the store first and see it in person and I’m glad I did because I realized it wasn’t as the right size I was looking for but the Ashley store sales agent was very professional and helped me quickly find the perfect nightstand and I am so satisfied with my experience I’m going to come here from now on to purchase all my home furniture. In the last few months, I have visited a few furniture stores. Up until this time, I had not been in a furniture store for 20 yrs and back then it was a pleasant experience. The furniture store employees would go out of there way to help you find what you needed. After going to a few stores around the area that idea seem to have become a lost art. Until, I went to Ashley's furniture store in Plano,. Leah was absolutely wonderful! She worked with me, with great pleasure to find the kind of recliner I needed for my disabled son and then she got with her manager to work on a price that I was pleased with and could afford. It was a great experience! I was able to walk away with an awesome quality recliner at a great price! Thank you Leah and Ashley's Furniture!

This review is a mixed review. Vee and the Plano store were great. They took care of me and worked with me and deserve 5 stars. I would use her in a heartbeat again and recommend them for being very helpful and reasonable with pricing. The pickup process at the warehouse was a nightmare. Shortstaffed, rude, no processes, and just an absolute mess. It took 1.5 hours to get my stuff and received no assistance with loading a 5 piece living room!! Strangers who were equally as frustrated were kind enough to help which preserved my sanity and faith in humanity. I would NEVER use their warehouse for pickup (plus it’s an hour away). Worst part is, they have had tons of feedback and still don’t get better… leaves a bad taste in my mouth from the whole experience.

Love to purchase a $1700 desk, await delivery all day, rescheduling other obligations and removing my current desk, and then never receive a delivery or hear ANY communication from the store or the delivery vendor. I am really frustrated and cannot even contact anyone. I thought buying from a real brick-and-mortar store might help prevent customer service problems I've had with online retailers, but I guess not. Would never recommend this store.

Today We went to the Plano store to see if we can find a set of dining table, but at the end when we were about to exit the store, my son mistakenly dropped a small sculpture worth of $32 dollars the store staff were all standing like something really serious happened and someone is trying to escape . And I paid for it and told the guy you know kids……
My daughter and I were looking for an adjustable bed frame. We worked with Travis, he did help us and did his best, but the frame was not compatible to my bed. Delivery driver was attentive, he looked at my bed and let me know it would not work. To me that was good. I ended up being refunded. Overall experience was good.

I have purchased a bed and a mattress. The mattress is too small for the bed, and I have called to the customer service, and the manage said there is nothing they can do about it since we didn't report it with in 72 after hours after delivery. This is crazy!

Luciano was very helpful in finding the sofa sleeper we were looking for, in stock in the DFW area, and arranging a fast delivery. This store has a lot of variety of stock, or they can get it.
My husband and I purchased a sectional sofa from this shop, and when we opened it, we realized that one of the parts had two tears, we called the customer service and sent them a photo of that, they mailed us a cloth and their technician has to come and repair it, why a number one shop send a sofa with this issues to a customer who has totally paid in the shop without any problems and now we have to spend our time to fix it?

Because I trying went to shop communicate about my furniture damage when is delivered. She told me she was really busy. Let me contact their costumer service. Come on, I bought furniture in this shop, and I paid money in this shop. Also, the costumer service is very funny. My purpose is replaced new one for me because the furniture was already damaged when the furniture delivered. Also, the driver already take pictures and told me will be delivered new one for me. However, when I contacted customer service, the only thing they can do just send the technician come to repair. That means they made mistakes, customer must pay for it. Therefore, when you purchase stuff in this shop, you need to be careful. If any part damage, just let driver take away. Do not trust driver said replace new one later. Be careful! Be careful! I was told that I could pick up my mattress at the Fort Worth Warehouse. The associate told me the warehouse was open, but after driving a whole hour across DFW, the warehouse was closed. I had customer service refund me for the mattress. I wasted time and money on gas and tolls just to come up empty handed. I ended up buying a higher quality mattress, for the same price, at a different store.

Our second store as we shopped for a new mattress, we appreciated the salesman and the good deal we got. We had tried the mattress firm but were completely ignored in an empty store. Our "salesman" was texting! I asked him 2 questions that he ignored, so we simply walked out without him noticing!

They don’t even deserve a one star either honestly! I always buy from ashley back in MN and never had any bad experiences with them but this place is totally a scam!!!!! Stay away from them, they tell you something and when you call is a totally different story, i had my furniture a week ago and I want to return it because it doesn’t fit the space and now they are refusing to return it and when I had the purchase, the sales person lee lee said we have 30 days return policy and this is what also it says on their page, don’t buy anything from them, plus the items arrived damaged and they aren’t doing anything about it.

I placed an order for my disabled/elderly mother in Plano TX to be delivered in Chicago. To make a long story short, old mattresses were not removed from the home as promised, a mattress protector was paid for but not provided or delivered, and slats for the bed need to be redelivered. I spoke with different customer service reps and only one was eager to assist with the unmet needs a consumer. The store assistant manager was not helpful and unconcered the issue. I will not recommend Ashley Furniture to any family or friend. It is ridiculous to pay over $3000. for furniture and not receive what is ordered. I will take my business to Nebraska Furniture.

Waited weeks for a bed to arrive only for it to come with half of the hardware included. What was included was already stripped, like they’d been used before. Estimate for replacement hardware is 7-10 days, I guess I’ll be sleeping in my guest bedroom or on the floor until then. Salesman wasn’t reachable to help, so I had to work with the warranty team directly. Pretty unacceptable for a four figure bed, although I’m happy with the wood finish quality otherwise.

Please do not purchase from this guys without assembly. If you cannot afford or choose not to pay for assembly, Go somewhere else. There was a single page with for picture for a manual(to build a bed frame that was in many pieces).in addition, there customer service is deceptively poor. Their delivery guys are worse. This is a review after more than one purchase on different occasions.
We paid over $5,000 dollars for a Kingsize Tempurpedic Mattress with the power base that goes with it. The Mattress in the store was nothing like the one they delivered. It was terrible. So we thought maybe we switch it our with a Medium and see if that was any better, NOPE. Still by far the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Called them for my options moving forward...NO OPTIONS. I am stuck with 5K worth of crap than neither my wife and I can't sleep on. I am heading to mattress firm, their policy is they want you happy. Do not shop here, the customer service guy was pathetic as well. If I had know they were like this I would never have shopped there. My purchases from them that day was well over 11K dollars.
They charged $475 for delivery, then the delivery guys gauged our brand new wooden frint door. We were passed off by Ashley to the delivery company's insurance claims company. Then, crickets. They haven't contacted us at all.

The salespeople were very nice and helpful, but not overly pushy. I worked with Kareem and Oscar to find a new power recliner. They made sure I was happy before leaving the store. It was a pleasant shopping experience!
Did not get all I ordered. They got dirt on my couch. My husband’s chair remote doesn’t work. Not good.
Purchasing my first couch ever has been a great experience thus far! Travis… man was Travis the greatest help! My boyfriend and I were almost completely defeated on couch shopping. Travis walked by, I asked for help, told him what I wanted, what I didn’t want, and the price I wanted it for. He took me to the initial couch I loved when I first walked in (but the price was ridiculous.) After some talking, him bringing over the store manager Tyler, and doing some price negotiating, we were sold. I got a great couch for a great deal. The customer service was amazing the entire time, Travis and Tyler were very personable and understanding. There are a few other items I looked at and will definitely work with Travis again if I go back to purchase. I haven’t received the couch yet because we set pick up for a few weeks out but I am very excited nonetheless. I will update this review once the couch is received to determine if the product is as good as the customer service was. Highly recommend shopping here for quality service!

Very happy with the furniture! That being said, Ashley may need to refine their delivery system workflows. I set up a delivery date before I left the store and marked my calendar to be home that day to receive it. Instead of a convenient text message to confirm the delivery window, I got a call instead where I had to select 1 to confirm delivery - but if it goes to voicemail then the option to text them to confirm isn't there. Tried calling and the automated system had no option to confirm so I had to hassle the salesperson about it. A text message would have been FAR easier and I'm not sure if it was merely a communication preference that wasn't entered in right. Delivery date was shifted unnecessarily and I had to spend a lot of time on the phone trying to sort it out. But overall, I'm super happy with the furniture we purchased and will return for more!

My wife went to look at recliners and found one she liked after discounts for $699.I went with her the next day to try out the recliner and make the purchase, the price after discounts for the same recliner was $999..... it was marked up 30% for no reason. (both prices pre-tax) We dont know if it was Tylers first day but he definitely needs more training.
Better to avoid this place a complete waste of time and money. We recently bought a dining table at this location and they send different table than what we ordered on the store and than when we went back no one is ready to help and confirming that they don't handle the order/delivery issues once the product delivary and directing us to contact customer care which is total waste of time. Disappointed that I had to order the two Recliners I purchased today and was informed that I had to drive to Ft Worth to a different location to pickup the recliners or pay a fee to have them delivered to my house. So a drive of 11 miles to purchase the items then expected to drive roughly 70 miles to pickup. Not a good experience on my end.
We purchased bed and adjustable base from this store, after the delivery of the products the adjustable base is not working properly from 2nd day we reached multiple times Ashley customer support they literally escaping from the issue by providing different manufacturers numbers each time. We literally fed up with their support. I will never recommend products from this store.

Pricy place but great furniture and great salesman there not pushy got us what we needed a cheap desk. He found us a desk $144 great price for what we needed and didn’t push us on anything else. He did however take care of us after they closed.
We were assisted by the general manager and he was awesome. He was able to get us a great deal on the TV stands we purchased.

Haven’t bought furniture in awhile, but I know how it goes. When I walked in I was greeted by two guys, Bryson took the lead. I told him to leave me ALONE until I needed his help. He complied, and added a few “need to knows” about the store and I was able to wonder freely. When I successfully navigated the entire perimeter, Bryson appeared and answered all the questions about the pieces I scouted during my reconnaissance. I then inquired about the “military discount” but the set I choose was already marked down and those ASHLEY people had the nerve to still add it on for me to walk away, one satisfied VETERAN. Great service, great design pieces, great furniture shopping experience!!! Kudos!!! Yut 😎

I can only advise to go over the figures presented carefully. We didn’t check their figures @ the store, after arriving home we discovered the supposed discount was not a discount at all. They even charged $60 more for delivery. We canceled the entire order. We were quoted a price that supposedly had Labor Day savings, they lied.

We ordered through Ashley’s online initially, and they canceled our order without telling us why. We didn’t find out until the day before they were supposed to deliver and we were told that we needed to go into the store to find out. Then instead of them reimbursing the card, we had to call and request them to put the money back so that we could re-shop and purchase in-person. Then to add insult to injury, instead of offering us same day delivery or even squeezing us in for Friday (the day our stuff was supposed to be delivered), heck even Saturday would have been nice! They set us up for delivery the following Tuesday (6 days later). Mind you, I’m 32 weeks pregnant and had nothing to sit on but the floor. While the guy that helped us out in the store was cool, the entire experience was not okay at all. We got better customer service and faster delivery at Rent-A-Center!

Went into the store after a long workday looking for a bed and mattress. Everyone had basically checked out even the manager. They were giving us a nonchalant attitude. I walked in with an online ad for a couch I have wanted for 6 months but it was far too expensive. The ad was from Coleman furniture/ Ashley and it had a hefty markdown so I wanted to see if it was too good to be true. I walked right in, told the sales rep exactly what I wanted, showed them the markdown, and that’s exactly what I got. In and out in 30 minutes. Buying a couch has never been so easy.

I had shopped at Ashley Homestore-Plano a couple of times before, Veszna, a wonderful Furnishing Specialist helped me with the purchase of the burnt orange loveseat & matching chair. It was a simple procedure, done in a few minutes, and delivery is additional-worth it. At the time of purchase, prices were deeply discounted. All in all a great experience with great & friendly service.

Showed us another one for $889 plus $275 box spring. Told us that the lowest. As we were walking out, we saw mattresses for $300 less. Very disappointing. My husband and I bought all our furniture here years ago when we bought our house.
I will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture. The employees lie to sell you anything, I purchased a tv stand and was assured they would assemble it when delivered, they did not. Spoke with 4 people and received 4 different answers. No one would help. So paid $80 to have it put together. Will never purchase from Ashley furniture store. One star was too many.

The associate that helped me in the store was awesome. However, the delivery process was not. I Ordered my furniture on a Thursday. Was told it would be delivered on the following Tuesday and that I would receive a call or text with an estimated time of delivery. Tuesday came, no call, no email, no text. They showed up at my home with no heads up and was unwilling to wait 20 min for someone to arrive. I also left multiple messages and texts to the number I was given from the employee at the store with no response. I am 8 months pregnant and have been sitting in a new home with no table for weeks. So you can only imagine how frustrated and upset I was when they finally showed up with no heads up! Not even a “hey, we are on the way” and then unwilling to wait for anyone to get home, and also no response to any messages I left. I am not a happy customer who just paid $2400 for a table that has still yet to be delivered to me and still no explanation as to why I did not receive a call or email or text with a delivery time like I was told. Still no resolve to the this situation. Still no table.

Horrible experience. I ordered a sectional that arrived earlier this year over two deliveries. First delivery, one piece was broken, they fixed that in a timely manner. Prior to coming to fix the broken piece, I let them know that the second piece arrived and was defective. The fabric was sagging and the arm was popping. Poor construction all together. They said they would add that to the ticket. It was never added. When the technician came to fix the broken bottom, he said he could fix the sagging by pulling apart the sectional and stretching it. Obviously I did not want something brand new ripped apart. I went to the store and spoke to T.S. He assured me he would get a replacement scheduled. I then received calls around technicians coming for repairs. I told them I was informed I would get a replacement. Finally they said they just needed a technician to come out and look at the item. I agreed. The tech came and took pictures. Then I get an email saying a refused service. It’s been months an the number they gave me disconnects and they have stopped responding to my emails.

I told them I was informed I would get a replacement. Finally they said they just needed a technician to come out and look at the item. I agreed. The tech came and took pictures. Then I get an email saying a refused service. It's been months an the number they gave me disconnects and they have stopped responding to my emails.
Customer service is horrible. I ordered bed from Ashley furniture and they couldn't put bed together because they're missing some piece.. Delivery guy put order in for the piece. Finally received item and called to schedule appointment and 2 weeks Later still no one showed up to put the bed together. Paid for delivery and and I'm still waiting. Very disappointed

Never go to this store. They had delivery two months ago with lots of problems in items. Many missing and broken parts. They neither fixed it nor responsible. The store manager said we are responsible but once we purchased said none of our business. Customer service is not responsive now. Never trust this stor and overall this brand.

This place was great when I was buying, but lied about delivery. Now I have to drive another four hours to pick up two barstools. I have five more houses to design and decorate in the next few weeks. Ashley Furniture does not care about their customers. They just lost iat least $100,000 worth of my business in the next month.
Momina is so helpful, kind and assists with designing, measurements and availability. She was also helpful with accessories and ideas. I feel at ease and so very excited, for my new sofa and chair. I am changing my original review because of the difficult time I am having with the Ashley Furniture customer service department. We have always had a great experience at Ashley furniture Well until now. We have bought almost all of our furniture from them since we moved to Texas. Our recent purchase went very well with our sales woman Veszna. She helped us choose a sectional living room set that we thought would fit perfectly in our new home, however the sectional pieces fit well together in the store show room but not in our living room. The delivery went well, but right away we noticed that the wedge piece which has two backs to it was crooked. One back stood up straight. The other leaned back quite a bit. It couldn't be straightened out. I went through four customer service reps over the phone and got the same robotic message from each one of them. They refuse to take any of their merchandise back once it is delivered! I have never heard of any store, small or large, and Ashley Furniture is supposedly a large store within the United States not take back furniture when a customer isn't satisfied or when something is damaged. They want to repair the wedge which cost me $726. I did not pay that much money for a repaired piece of furniture. I am still trying to work things out with them but there doesn't seem an end in sight. We will not be doing any more business with Ashley furniture in the future.

The worst customer service I have ever seen, I got my sectional sofa delivered, and it is defective on two seats. I tried calling them from day 1 of delivery, and every time I call customer support, they simply ask me to upload pictures and ask me to wait for the call from a furniture specialist. I called them multiple times and got the same response every time, even though I uploaded descriptions and pictures every time I called, and it’s been more than a month now and still the same answer from CS. So frustrating!! I don’t recommend any sectionals from Ashley, and I don’t simply listen and go with their words. Do the research and buy furniture.
From start to finish they were wonderful!!! We both a sectional, a dining set, and a cocktail table from them and everything came in perfectly. They came in and assembled everything, and took the packaging out with them. Definitely recommend shopping here!

This store has a great selection of furniture, decor and mattresses. Vee helped us find just what we needed. The store manager Tyler was very helpful as well. We appreciate you guys and thank you for being wonderful with your customers. If you’re shopping for mattresses the store has a sleep expert that provides great information on the different mattress brands and how they can help with your sleep pattern/issues. All in all, this is a great store for all your furnishing needs.

Update on my previous review. I would never shop with this location again. I had an issue with the financing. Called the manager, instead of being helpful he hung up on me then refused to take my calls. Tried to get something resolved through corporate that was useless. Once my credit card is paid off I will never give another dime to Ashley furniture.

June 2021 we spent about 12k in new furniture for our new home, not even 2 yrs later, 2 broken box springs, 2 stools fallen apart, couch bottom wood frame split and broke now couch sinks in, 5 yr warrant don’t cover nothing. Not even accidental tears like it states.

Jst recently i was given yhe contact of the protection company but those ones told me it doesn't cover damages During delivery or moving. I now understand why ashely has been toyin with me. Would NEVER purchase from this company again. Our furniture was delivered in November, the couch was broken and we were told it couldn't be returned that it needed to go through the warranty company. They have sent the incorrect part 3 times and now the 4th part has arrived and the repair company has us scheduled for a March 21st repair. Meanwhile, I still have to pay for this broken piece of furniture monthly. Management has not been helpful at all, nor has corporate. Also, the mattress we bought our son that same day is horrible and I was told that Ashely doesn't have a comfort guarantee and that there was nothing they could do about it. My partner and I bought a couch from Ashley in November. The first issue we had with them came with scheduling delivery. They scheduled my delivery, then on the day of, they sent me the exact same scheduling text but with dates for the following week. There was no explanation or phone call telling me why it had to be rescheduled. When I called customer service, I was told that the original date was a "delivery estimate," even though my texts said it was confirmed. The day after we got the couch, my partner sat on it and a huge metal bar came out and tore through the lining. He's called twice and has received no help. Today (three weeks later), we received two packages of parts with no instructions on what to do with them and no one has called us back with any additional information. I would save yourself a customer service headache and shop somewhere else.

SERIOUSLY...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!My furniture -- a broken sofa and mismatched loveseat -- was delivered on December 23. It's now January 25 and this situation remains completely unchanged. I have spoken / texted / emailed Ashley's literally 15 times. I've sent photos of the furniture 3 separate times. Every time that I've called their customer service line I'm told that apparently the promised corrective action has not been implemented. For the past 5 weeks I have gotten nothing but empty promises and a complete run-around.Ashley keeps telling me to wait for a "replacement part" to be sent to my home so that they can send a technician out to repair the sofa. I've now been told 3 times that the part has been sent and will take 7-10 days to arrive. But it still hasn't arrived. And of course, Ashley won't send anyone to fix (or replace if necessary) the sofa until that "replacement part" arrives.At Ashley's request, I've texted / emailed photos of the mismatched loveseat on 3 separate occasions. But yet, no one will tell me when it will be picked up and the correct loveseat delivered. The last time I called their customer service line I was that there was a note on my account stating that said I need to take photos into the store to prove that the wrong love seat was delivered. However, when I called the store, I was VERY explicitly told that the store WOULD NOT help me as all returns / damage claims go thru their customer service department. I was told to...again...call the customer service line back. It is a completely cluster and all I get is the run-around.I finally called my credit card and disputed the charge. VISA has accepted my dispute over a week ago and credited the $2,993 charge back to my account. But you guessed it, neither VISA nor I have heard anything from Ashley. The entire transaction is in limbo until Ashley responds. In the meantime I'm still stuck with a broken sofa and a mismatched loveseat. At this point I just want Ashley to come pick up their furniture so that I can purchase a replacement set from another store and move on with remodeling my living room.It's been 25 days with absolutely no corrective action. I'm losing my patience and it's getting very difficult to remain calm and civil about this ongoing fiasco. I'M BEING COMPLETELY SERIOUS WHEN I URGE YOU TO THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE.
I came in today to buy a dining table and left with that plus a TV stand and a coffee table set. Claire was our sales person and she was AMAZING!! So was Paolo in helping us get approved for everything we needed. I cannot say enough good things about those two. I will be back very soon for more furniture.

Worst customer service ever! The phone number listed on the website to the store, doesn’t go directly to the store. It goes to a call center. When my merchandise was delivered, the drivers didn’t set everything up. They told me I didn’t pay to have that service. However, that option was never offered to me by my Sales Associate. Because if I would have known I had to assemble, I would have paid for the setup. I won’t purchase anything else from Ashley.

This has got to be the worst Ashley Furniture store in the metroplex. This is the 3rd time I’ve attempted to give this store my business because they are closest to my house with the same result of no purchase. The next Ashley Furniture is over an hour so I have gone in the past when I had other things to get done. My husband and I walked around the store for 30 minutes waiting to make a purchase for an item we saw online but hoped to help a store associate earn money on. Two store associates were assisting other customers and everyone else was congregating at the service desk. We were not spoke to or even acknowledged at any point while in the store. I’ve been doing business with Ashley’s since 2008 and have NEVER EVER been in a store where they don’t even speak. Needless to say, wasn’t able to make the purchase so I will either find the item at Nebraska Furniture or find something different at another store chain. This was absolutely pathetic customer service.
Ashley's furniture has a beautiful showroom with pieces for everyone's taste. I went in thinking I wasn't going to find what I was looking for but I am so thrilled with what I picked out. I also fell in love with a temperpedic bed that you can adjust and it vibrates. I have so much trouble with pain in my back. I believe this mattress is going to improve my life. The young lady that worked with me did an excellent job working the best deal possible for me. I am a very happy, satisfied, and blessed customer. Happy New Year to me. Debby

We purchased 3 bedroom sets from this store and sales consultant Luciano didn't tell us that we would need a box for one of the beds in order to put a mattress on it. And when we called back to get issue resolved they basically said it wasn't there problem that we can't use the bed. And it's been over 2 weeks we have been going back and forth with customer service and we still don't gave a resolution. Worst customer service ever.

In order to avoid meeting the same Ashley professional at Frisco store, we planned to visit Plano store and it was a good decision. My advice - Ashley need to audit their sales team at stores regularly.

my husband and I went into the location off of 75 North Central Expressway in Plano Texas. We ordered a king size bed frame. I was told it would be here on Saturday, December 10. We got a confirmation on December 8 saying it would arrive between 10 AM and 1 PM, it was 2 PM and we decided to call to see where our bedframe was to make a long story short. They canceled our order and told us that we will not be receiving it until the 16th when we asked to talk to a manager they would not let us so now for the next six days we have to sleep on the floor on our new mattress. I do not recommend going to this location. They are very rude and considerate. it would've been nice if someone would've let us know that how old was going to be delayed but instead no communication at all, they could care less about their customers

Recently bought some furniture at Ashley. Ben greeted us at the door, explained everything. He also checked up on while walking around, and asked if we had any questions. We came back the next day and thankfully he was there. Ben was great thru out the whole time.

So after over an hour on the phone and being given the run around… my concerns have yet to be addressed. I called the customer service number on the paperwork I received, it rang busy. I called the customer service on the website and they tell me that they don’t service this area and provide me with a local number. The local number provides me with yet another number and says that they cannot transfer me to a manager because they are only available via chat. Your website says to contact the store where you made the purchase. The local number to the Plano store yielded no help due to being hung up on twice. The side rail of my upholstered bed that I purchased in 2019 completely collapsed. I filed a claim with the premium protection plan that was purchased along with the bed amoung other pieces of furniture, which was denied. And even though on the paperwork that came with my bed and your website, it states there is a limited lifetime warranty, no one at your company will assist. So NO I will never recommend Ashley furniture to anyone. Your products are not quality and your customer service is horrendous. Let’s just say this is the first and last time I will purchase anything from this company and I will ensure everyone I come in contact with doesn’t either.

Hello we purchased sectional sofa from north central exp way Ashley Store assit by sales person Billi he was very nice and helpful person very nice way he treat well trained and they said we will deliver on 15th November 2022 but before 4 days they called us and said we will deliver on 16th November 2022 instead of 15th November 2022 we said okay we will wait for 1 day. But on 16th November 2022 we received half part of sectional sofa that is 2 seats only and that driver said in this area our 5 trucks coming for delivery so just call in customer service or store that in which truck your half portion is there . We called in customer service one lady told that in 24 to 48 hours we will reply you about your half part of sofa we were not satisfied by this answer so we again called in customer service afternoon one man talked very rudely he didn’t know how to answered to customer he didn’t response properly and said we lost your sofa from warehouse now you should wait or complaint or talked with sales person on store so then i talked with Billi who is a sales person he said please wait by 4:00 pm definitely i will give you updates he didn’t called us still i called in store at 4:20 pm Billi said I am just checking just wait for 5 minutes i will call you 20 minutes passed he didn’t called us i called at 4:45 pm he transferred to Manager named is Mr. Kodi of north central store I explained whole story he said i will give credit of delivery charges $199.99 and wait till 1st December 2022 . So as a customer how i trust to him that they will deliver to us on 1st December 2022 because i read reviews they just give you time they are not delivered the right products and not taking customers problems . So I recommend to all other customers dont visit to Ashley store they giving you good discounts but products not delivered and also not good customer service very worst customer service i ever see if there negative ratings definitely i give them please visit to other store but really dont visit this worst Ashley store. We purchased a sofa 10/23/22, they took our cash and We were told the set will arrive in 2 weeks. After 4 weeks, they delivered half of the coach and said the rest of the pieces will be delivered in another 4 weeks. I called the ashely furniture and they said you cannot do anything other than waiting for 1 more month and hang the phone. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere... anywhere!!!
Awful customer service been dealing with them for over a year for a broken piece they delivered still no resolution
Loved my experience at Ashley store at plano, I was not planning to buy anything at that time… but Ben was explaining, very good customer care and giving me the good deal, that made me to buy one full bedroom set. Ben is the best of the best…!!!

Bad seller is not interested in customers who trust him to buy with him. I have made 2 purchases from 05/11/22 to 17/11/22 and not one has been completed. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I’ve been to the store 5 times and on the line with customer service 4x. Our bed broke 2 months after we received it, the bed design was faulty and was not able to hold a mattress. We have started contacting Ashley’s 2 months after we received the bed, sending photos and getting “order” emails from Gabriella, with multiple promises, documented to receive parts, with no delivery. We are unable to have a good night sleep, every few weeks I’ll try my best to post it up but it doesn’t hold and we end up sleeping in a bowl. As a physical therapist who makes numerous referrals to my patients to mattress stores to buy good mattresses and ensure they have good quality sleep I am unable to have the same experience as my wife and I wake up achey, and can’t believe in the Ashley’s brand at this point. We believe that Ashleys has failed to do it’s part in providing its “number 1 in customer service" and it’s been over a year since we first started with no solution. We were offered a 30% discount on a new bed (how generous) but unfortunately that is not a solution.
Our salesman was Billy and he was extremely helpful and patient in helping my dad, who is 92, in finding the perfect lift and reclining chair that was in stock and ready to be delivered! Will definitely shop Ashley furniture in the future!

I have to edit my first review because Mr Ben made me to believe everything is going to work well but is a nightmare. This is my recent review here 👇👇 I won’t even recommend my enemy to buy from here. They don’t care because they believe people will still come and buy . The only mistake I made was not to check the reviews before buying. My furniture that was meant to be delivered in 3weeks now says 23rd Dec and they are not even sure yet. And when I asked them to refund, they didn’t even hesitate to give me the paperwork to sign. Now is more 10days and I have not received my refund. Please go to other furniture stores and get what you need. I will recommend you check SIGNATURE FURNITURES .

My sales rep was Ben. He ordered and charged me for an item I DO NOT CHOOSE. When I called the store he was too busy to speak to me and never got a call back from him. The scheduling department will delay your delivery without notice. If I could I would have never bought from this store much less get a credit card. They do not care about you or your experience.

Jeffrey at Ashley’s furniture was very helpful in finding the best dining room chairs for us today. He made it easy and very quick. We really appreciated his efficiency and courtesy.
We received great service. Our sales person was knowledgeable and patient. When we received our furniture. One of the headrest on the couch did not click into place and the recliner got a very noticeable scratch during delivery. We are still waiting to get replacements. It is so hard to get anyone on the phone. The sales person gave us a card. We’ve tried calling him and even emailed him with pictures and we got no response. We are wanting assistance now!!
Very rude customer service. I told the lady I was unavailable the 5th and she booked it anyways and hung up on me with no warning or goodbye. Then I did the Ashley chat and was transferred 3 times. Terrible customer service.

I called Customer Service and got the “run Around”. I was told that someone would call me back within the hour. Never got a call back. I had to go to the near by store to get my issue resolved.

Neither Ashley Furniture Plano nor the Ashley Furniture customer care center took responsibility for an issue that was ABSOLUTELY THEIR FAULT. Buyer Beware!!!
This company is a scam. They sell warranty for furniture and the warranty doesn’t cover anything. Customer service is terrible.
This was my first time shopping at Ashley Furniture and my experience was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The sales associate, Ben, went above and beyond to show us around and he answered every question that I had. We purchased a 3 piece living room sectional, recliner, king bedroom set, mattress, kitchen table and chairs, and even some wall art and accessories. I love everything we purchased and can’t wait to set it up in our new home! We will be back to purchase a lift top table with matching end tables and a dining room set. I highly recommend Ashley for anyone looking for nice furniture with reasonable prices.

Great showroom and very friendly staff! I knew exactly what I wanted and LeeLee was very helpful in taking care of me. Online had quoted me 3 weeks for delivery, but in the store they had as early as a week available. I will definitely go back.
Lackluster sales people. We spent over an hour looking for a complete den makeover. At the end, a sales person gave us some helpful information. By that time we had price-compared with NFM .the next day we went to NFM and dropped $5k for everything we needed. PS: it's all about CUSTOMER SERVICE

George was very friendly, patient and provided us a fantastic customer service. He made sure we understood what ever process he was doing. We bought a sofa last week and the quality is pretty good. There are quite expensive furnitures here, but you can definitely find something that suits your needs. The delivery went smooth and we were kept posted on the status of the delivery.
Very Expensive High Quality Furniture
Where do I begin with this store. I ordered an whole bedroom set with a split king, a sofa, and a small bench/storage chest. First they tried to deliver only one of my two mattresses for a split king, twice. After that they told me I would have to wait two additional weeks because they didn't have the second matress in stock which would have been fine if that was what the originally told me. When I did finally receive both mattresses one of them had water damage and was still damp to the touch. One of the dresser handles was barely hanging on and two of the tracks for the drawers were already broken. The 5 drawer chest had scuff marks and a lot of superficial damage. The next delivery was the sofa and it was fine. At this point it's been about a month and a half and most everything has been delivered within the time frame I was given except for the bench storage chest. After speaking to customer service they told me I would be receiving it in about 3 weeks. Well 3 weeks turned into 3 months and after calling multiple times I was told it would be December before I got the bench. That was another 5 or so months away. After going back and forth for a year and a half now I find out that my order was canceled and not by me. Definitely not worth the hassle and I won't be shopping here again.

1. Check online before purchasing. Even w shipping we received the exact same furniture set for $1100 less. Exact same. 2. We have yet to hear back / receive confirmation of our cancellation at the store even though we were given the salespersons mobile which she has interacted with us before…up to wanting to cancel. We also spoke w customer service and were told the cancellation is pending the store confirmation…what needs confirmed? 3. The manager of the store was obnoxious and immature, to the point we requested the salesperson not get the mgr involved or the deal was dead. Sad. Update: Ashley furniture did reach out to us but couldn't / wouldn't meet the price. Too bad, we will never go there again.

My sales person was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. However I feel that some details on delivery were left out and the delivery charge was not discussed clearly. The contract is a bit misleading and I am now charged a large fee that I wasn't aware of until I got home. I am also not sure of the value of the protection plan. However some of this could be on me for not reading better. Considering cancelling the buy. Would not recommend your store.

I bought a very expensive couch set from Momina Ifthaker. Everything was smiles and happy when they were closing the deal. A week later things start falling apart. He is the story; I went in t ok pay for the extended protection plan, which Momina had said “oh don’t worry it won’t be more then 500 dollars”. When I get to Ashley I am informed that she is on vaca but the protection plan is not 500 but $790. I am completely shocked because the set it self was thousands of dollars. I called her and she totally back peddled. Everybody refused to deal with us and the manager wouldn’t even talk to us. If you have to shop there get everything in writing, don’t trust a word they say. I will never go back there again. One of life’s bad experiences.
This furniture is super cheap! I bought a living room set that isn’t even a year old and has loose fabric. They came out to tighten the fabric the furniture looks much better, but still creaks when you sit on it. The ottoman is about 6 months old and their own repair contractor told me that the foam was too small on the ottoman’s top which is now migrating away from the base. It’s not even a year old! When I called customer service they said it wasn’t a manufacturer defect and they won’t help. It absolutely is and they should fix it!

Someone from customer service emailed last Monday following my review and requested some additional information which I provided. I sent another email last Wednesday and as of today ( seven days later) nothing, silence, crickets. Further proof that Ashley has horrid customer service and everyone should avoid buying from here at all cost.

I am not the type of person to leave a review, but this has been a horrible experience. The people who sold us our furniture were wonderful. We were supposed to have our furniture delivered on July 20. The delivery team showed up hours early, and I was not able to make it home since it was not in the delivery time frame they said. Instead of circling back and delivering during my time frame, we had to wait until August 17 to receive furniture. We have had no furniture for almost a month. We have been sleeping on an air mattress. When I called and asked, they told us we should have been there. I work and go to school full time; I am not able to drop everything I’m doing to run home. They were not understanding or apologetic at all. I had to call six times in order to get 15% off my order for a mistake they made. We received our furniture yesterday, and again, they showed up early. There is poor communication and customer service. I love the furniture, but the stress and frustration this caused was not worth it. I will never buy anything from them again.

Do NOT spend your money here. I am giving 1 star because 0 star is not an option on Google. We purchased a dining set 2/27/22, they took our cash, no issue. We were told the set will arrive in June due to supply chain delays. I understood the predicament without concern. June came and went, no table and no communication from the store. I called them and they said the chairs would be here in July and the table will be here in August (maybe).Why the heck would you deliver the set separately?! I told them to keep the chairs until the table arrives and I am delivered the entire set at once. From then, no communication. I was so annoyed, I went up there 8/13/22 and spoke to the manager, "Glenn" who seemed as if he couldn't be bothered and was nonchalant about my concerns. He said the sales man, "Alex" should have been keeping us up to date and bc Alex is part of the MGMT team, he's been busy. Not an excuse. He then said he made note on my order & will have Alex call me that afternoon to see what can be done. Today is 8/14/2022 with no call, text, nor email as promised. They had absolutely no issue taking my money six months ago but at this point, no dining set, no communication from them, and not a care in the world for their lack of customer service from their "MGMT team". In my quick research, I see the same complaint from others online so this seems to not be an isolated incident. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere...anywhere!!! UPDATE: Following my review, Ashely's responded asking for details about my order to assist. I provided the information requested & they reached out once. I sent an inquiry to the contact about my order. Since then, 10 days later, they've not responded. Further proof that Ashley has horrid customer service and everyone should avoid buying from here at all cost.

I had the worse customer service i ever seen! my order for the warranty was all wrong and when i went to the store nobody cared to fi my problem. After 45 minutes of waiting for someone to help i was somewhat assisted. I left the store with nothing being done. I want someone to fix my problem and also report this terrible customer service!

I had made an appointment with a salesman over the phone. Since he was busy, he handed us to another sales person. I appreciated that our time was valued. Since we had an idea what we wanted, we were in and out in 1 hour and 20 minutes. We purchased a recliner and a sectional. This review is about the service and not eh product, since we have not received them yet. This our first time buying from this store in Plano, we always go to the Mesquite store but they did not answer the phone yesterday.
Not exactly bad, but not fully professional either. They canceled delivery on me with no notice whatsoever (wasting my day waiting on them to show). Once they delivered, they didn't bother to wipe the styrofoam bits off and left large tufts of wrapping sticking out of all the drawers. They asked me to sign before they'd even assembled the furniture.
Specifically Mr Ben Manning is the ONLY reason I gave 5 stars. He was personal, patient and attentive to my indecisive mind. After he presented me with choices based upon my desires, I was able to make a clear choice on my purchase. I would definitely recommend Mr Manning to everyone looking for an excellent shopping experience.

After 5 months of waiting and one time where they gave away the delivery to some one else because they hung up on me. I finally got what I ordered ish. The table was missing a part they say it will ship in a week. God knows when it will show up. Also on the table when some one put it together they didn’t do a good job. I had to disassemble the hide a leaf and repair it myself. I guess the one saying is true if you want it done right do it yourself. I’ll be contacting the so called customer service line later today and see what they are not willing to do. The one thing I know about Ashley’s furniture is I’ll never buy from them again. Been the worst transaction of my life.

The customer service and delivery for this company has done the absolute worst job! My contract for financing was not what I agreed upon, the delivery people were rude and did not deliver all of my order. Their was no priority placed on the replacement of my damaged item. The next delivery was 10 days later and I was only offered a 5% discount for my inconvenience. This was the worst furniture buying experience I have ever had! I will never patronize the Ashley brand or recommend anyone to! Even the corporate customer service treated me as if I did something wrong by purchasing furniture from them!
Honestly I wasn’t happy with the buy. The carpet we bought was $90 dollars after 70 % off but when he opened it, it looked faded. We placed it under the light so it brightened up but it looked as if it’s as used and wasn’t happy when I brought home as it seem used. $90 went down the drain in a place like Ashley.
Ashley furniture is a scam. They are not interested in retaining customers for life, but they want you to spent a quick four thousand dollars by convincing you you're getting a deal and then ghost you with no communication on the product that they OWE you. The furniture is so commercial that you can go to Costco and get similar stuff (for less and better customer service). They told me all the 'deals' they were giving me only to end up not fully giving me the product and randomly refunding me after no one even talked to me. The whole Ashley furniture experience has been awful outside of their sales person 'Selling me the Ashley dream' only for that dream to be a Saturday promise that expands more months than I would like to admit. My patience with them no longer exist and I've over the whole experience. I outright paid off my remaining balance with them and will never shop there again. At least you made a quick 4K, honestly friends save your time, money, and self-respect.
I asked for the discount for the mattress that I was looking for but the the answer was no discount, i double check the website for this mattress and yes there is a discount 20%

This place is pretty good to find furniture. I found a couch I really like and I'm having it delivered, but it hasn't arrived yet. They were out of stock when I was there, so they had to order it and it's taking a while to arrive, overall I had a good experience here. They are a little on the expensive side. That being said, I'm happy to pay a little more to see it in person before I buy it, vs finding it online somewhere and being disappointed when it arrives. Overall, I would recommend this place for your next couch or sofa. They also have beds, but I didn't like anything I saw, so I can't recommend them for beds. Definitely visit, though! Also, I'd like to give a shout-out to Alex. Excellent salesman who actually gave me his personal cell number. Definitely go see Alex when you visit!

I went into Ashley furniture on a whim but Ben really made it worth my while! I browsed the store and no one really talked to me, but Ben came up to me right as I was thinking of leaving. I ended up getting the couch I’d been eyeing for a month!! Kudos to Ben, he’s very personable and I truly felt like he was working hard to negotiate a deal within my budget. Best of all, we got to converse about random things. He also misses NY style pizza 🥲.

We had just bought a new home and were in need of furniture. So we went here. The furniture was fine, until they broke, and not from abuse, but from everyday use. We had bought their "5star" policy and thought, no problem. But NO, nothing was "covered!" Apparently they only deal with cosmetic issues not actual breaks! I recommend to everyone buying their furniture from Ashley, to not bother buying this so called "policy," it's a waste of time and mostly MONEY! Please see attached pictures of an obvious assembly defect. And because it took more than one year to actually break, it's our fault! We need to pay for any needed repairs!
Aiyalah helped me today to find the perfect recliner couch for me. Great store with many options to choose from. I even got the cool retractable table. It pulls out to a table trey to eat on.
We had been to this store twice to buy bedroom furniture. Both times we were attended to by Luciano Alvarado. An absolute gem of a salesperson. Due to our dimension requirements, we unfortunately could not buy what we wanted, but Luciano was very patient in explaining every small detail that we enquired about.
Nightmare, the worst company I have ever seen in my life!!! After 7 month waiting for my order, finally I got used dining set with lots of scratches on my table and two broken chairs!!! They send another table but still damages, They told me they will send an expert guy to fix the damages in my home and I’m still waiting after 20 days and not even a call from Ashley, and I’m still waiting to get two chairs instead of broken ones after one month!! Do Not even get in to their store, they push you to order then wait for one year to get used furniture from garage sale. The worst costumer service in USA. Don’t waist your time and money.

I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of mid century furniture. I ended up ordering an industrial dresser and chest that was in stock and on sale. This was my first experience of buying from this store which has locations around the country, I highly recommend shopping here.
Alex Navarro worst sells men, told me I'm applying for a loan told him only to run my credit once , ran it three times, that's not the worst part come to find out he opened 2 credit lines for me, and that I have to pay annually for them. Call them to see what happened and they say they do it to all of there's customers applying for financing.
I won't buy again here. I have been waiting more than 4 months my purchases to arrive and I will be waiting for them till they want to deliver my furniture.

I went to another furniture store first to find a new couch for my home but was not helped for over an hour as sales representatives prioritized others that walked in after me. However, Vee was incredibly warm and ensured that I found a perfect couch for my home. She has incredible customer service and treated me as if I was her good friend. I am facing terrible experience with Asley furniture, I bought dresser and mirror on Jan 23rd 2022 for 950$ , they missed some parts while delivery, I called customer care more than100 times, they didn't pick the call, if they pick the call they will say they need to place the order, but the order never placed. right now I am not able to use dresser and mirror . it's in garage. Customer care is so arrogant , they never answer properly. This is my first google review, I Never expected Customer service is bad in USA also Worst Customer experience
The agreement was to deliver mattress and pick up old mattress. The 3 black young men would not pick up old mattress and take it with them. They said it was soiled which was a down right lie.
If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a sectional several months back. The sectional broken and needed serviced. I consistently receive no help from customer support on this. I requested a repair from Ashley three months ago and my couch is still broken. Ashley came to my house once to "fix" the broken sectional, only for the couch to break immediately the following day. Each time I've called, they've asked me to verify the purchase in various ways and they fail to find my account. After sitting on the phone for close to 45 min. I'm told that I will receive a call in the next 24-48 hours to schedule a repair and I never receive a call. I am beyond dissatisfied with this unorganized company and I will never purchase another item from them. At this point all I want is for my couch that is still under warranty to be repaired.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff at the store. However, I wanted to purchase a specific recliner, on clearance and was told it could only be sold as part of a 3 piece set. I only wanted the recliner. They found the same chair in stock at the warehouse but wanted to charge me $1500+ (the amount kept increasing), the clearance recliner was listed at $610 (floor sample). There would also be $200 for delivery and $299 for a protection plan that I really didn't want. I came home, went on Ashley.com, found the very same chair, brand new in packaging, on sale for $629 with free doorstep delivery. Had I wanted the protection plan it would have been $99 for 5 years. It is a shame that the salesman was not authorized to sell me the chair at the same price that is available on the website, he worked very hard trying to make it happen, but in the end, he lost the sale. My new recliner is being delivered on Friday. :)

We purchased living room, bedroom furniture and a counter top table from this store. The couch is slouching in the center after only two months. The bed frame doesn’t work with our adjustable bed and they will not pick up the table that is too big for the space. We have been trying to resolve these issues for months. They hang up when we call and make promises they don’t keep. The worst customer service I have ever experienced and that is me being generous in my comments about this company. I regret buying my furniture from this place. We have spent too much of our precious time calling them trying to get them to make this right. Richard the “the manager” is an awful manager and should be fired for the way he treated us in the store.
I had a very smooth experience! Wish I would have gotten names because the workers at this location made sure I was helped, happy with my purchase, and made sure to stay within the budget I had in place. I first had an order that I wouldn’t have received until a month out and I wanted my furniture sooner. No problem! Pretty quick simple and easy. When online and found the styles of loveseats that I was looking to purchase. Visited the store about 40 mins before closing. They had all of my selected loveseats on display and in stock and could ship within two weeks for each style. After trying each loveseat on my list, I selected the loveseat I wanted, got a discounted price and also discount on delivery fee. My loveseat will be delivered in a week. Other stores were taking 4-6 wks for delivery. Sales person Lee Lee was helpful and attentive and patient. She checked prices & inventory for me and even worked to get me discounts. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I have purchased from Ashley in the past and I’ve always been very happy with their products. Ashley always has good quality furniture that is durable and stylish, without the overpricing commonly seen at other stores. Once again I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have and will continue to recommend Ashley Furniture.

I can't say enough good things about this store and its employees. Alex was my sales representative, and he was extremely helpful. I was able to obtain a mattress as well as a bed frame. Despite the fact that there was a hiccup with the order, Alex called me to let me know what was going on and was able to fix it. I appreciate Alex's communication with me. When I had to call the store, I was relieved to speak with Anita who answered the phone. Dealing with voicemails has been my experience when calling other stores. This is the only store that picks up the phone so you can speak with someone. Last but not least, Kyanna, the store manager, was a joy to work with. She assisted me with another order and was able to resolve it. Despite the fact that it was more of a hassle than anticipated, she was courteous and kind. I'll be back in a few days to finish furnishing the rest of my apartment.

We live in Oklahoma and had tried the Ashley Homestore in OKC. We’re not happy with our experience there because they didn’t have the couch we wanted in store and didn’t seem like they wanted to sell us what we wanted and pushed other things that were in store on us. We happened to be in the DFW area and popped in to the Plano store. Reggie is an amazing sales associate and helped us get what we wanted. The process was smooth and quick!
Purchased a lot of stuff with promise to deliver in 12 to 16 weeks. Now they postpone the dates to June. Fix the logistic side first please- and give true expectation rather than delay the schedules many times.
Alex helped me with my purchase and was extremely helpful, not pushy and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns, I wasn’t real sure of exactly what I wanted but he took me thru the process and explained the delivery process. My parents just purchased a Bedroom set & mattress , unfortunately the bed frame was damaged at the time of delivery , my dad has been calling the store to let them know the bed was damaged but now they don't answer . They made promises that they would take care of them right away if anything was Damaged but unfortunately it was all a lie … its been 15 days an my dad cant get of hold of no one . Please be careful when you buy from here . They will promise you it all when you’re purchasing but after its a done deal they wont care for you . Worst customer service. Don’t even answer their calls .

Had a great experience today. First I went to Stacy Furniture where the delivery dates for anything worth having were about 30 weeks out...yeah, that's seven months! So I went to Ashley. I'd never been there before but a great young lady named Kim explained the store layout, listened to what I wanted, and walked me to each item that might meet my needs. Better yet, she didn't waste my time on anything I wouldn't like! She was cheerful and patient and helpful. She looked up the delivery dates for every set I was interested in, and then compared them all with me so I could make a choice. The whole experience was low pressure and even kind of fun (I hate shopping lol).

I placed my order with the Plano location in August. I ordered a mattress, bed frame, and a dining table set from this location. My expected delivery date was December 13. However, I never received any calls or updates on the status of my order before or after the estimated delivery date to inform me my delivery date has been pushed back. I’ve called multiple times and speaking to an associate was nearly impossible. Each time I got ahold of someone they informed me my order has been delayed. First it was January-February, then February-March, and now I’m told my furniture was out of stock and is estimated to arrive in March. I understand there are delays but waiting an estimated half a year is unacceptable. I ended up cancelling my entire order due to the lack of communication from the store and the continuous delivery date changes without being notified. Very disappointing.

I walked into your store knowing what piece of furniture I wanted, but that’s all I knew. I was totally unprepared to shop, even as far as not knowing the size of the space where the furniture would be placed. Lee Lee greeted me as soon as I walked in and began to ask me questions. All I could tell her was this was my first store to visit, and I wanted a sleeper sofa. She was warm and friendly, and her manner was professional as she guided me with appropriate suggestions to help determine what I was looking for. Within a very short time, I had made up my mind which sleeper sofa to purchase. I never dreamed I could select something so quickly, fill out the paperwork, and be on my way home within thirty minutes. Thanks to your kind employee and wide variety of items to choose from. I visited Ashley Homestore in search for a bedroom set. The representative allowed me to look & think as she waited far behind to see if I had any questions. I was well please with the quality, the quantity, price as well as the different selections Ashley offers. I wouldn’t purchase from other stores because this is the second bedroom set I now own from Ashley Homestore in which I still own that bedroom set after 12 yrs, it’s still sturdy & looks beautiful. The quality of products maybe good. I'm not sure b/c I still haven' recieved the coffee table I purchased THREE MONTHS AGO. When I call, I get an automated system that makes it impossible to speak with a store manager. My sales person will not return my calls or texts. A month ago, the automated system told me my table will be delivered around 12/20/21. I called today, only to hear that it is going to be 16-18 more weeks before it is available for delivery. If I didnt think it would cause a fight with my wife, I'd cancel the order and find a different coffee table. I've intentionally waited to write this review because I felt it was fair to give the store a reasonable amount of time, given the current shipping situation. The store recording says that "they make their own products and handle their own shipping". If true, why does it take almost 4 months , if not more, to get one square coffee table???

Definitely a disappointing experience. Store agreed to a price and financing terms, got me back in the store, and then couldn't come through with the price and financing they agreed to. I'm not sure if they were playing a game to pressure me into buying this couch at a higher price, or if it was just extreme incompetents. I went in on Saturday, and found a couch I liked. I spoke with a sales lady for a bit, we exchanged contact info., and I left to go look around at some other stores. Later that day, I decided I wanted the couch and reached out to start negotiating. The next day we spoke on the phone. I let her know I was wanting 36-month, and she gave me "the best price I can offer without manager approval". It was still more than I wanted to spend, so I told her I would think about it and let her know. A little bit later I text her a counter-offer and asked to see if her manager would approve it. She responded that he would, but only if I came in today to finalize the purchase. So I immediately drove back over and started on the paperwork. Everything was fine until it got to financing. That's when they told me that they could only give me 12month financing with the price they agreed to. Come to find out they couldn't even give me 36month financing on the original offer that the lady gave me over the phone. 24months was the best they could do for that price. To get 36month financing I would have to pay $500 more than they originally offered. The manager immediately went into how that would be my best option, because even-though it was more expensive, the monthly payments would be so much less. At that point I walked out. I don't appreciate being lied to or having my time wasted. The whole thing seemed like textbook Used-Car Salesman tactics. Another thing that irritated me and makes me think they knew what they were doing, was that they didn't seem remotely bothered by the fact that they had just lied/mislead me and wasted my time.
We have purchased most of our furniture from Ashley's. They are easy to deal with and very helpful.

Horrible Horrible Experience, starting by a sales guy who lies to me about delivery timings to get me to buy, and ending with 3 months of delays and complete irresponsiveness by the store!!! I have been trying to reach the management of this store for over 2 months and left more than 6 voice mails but neither did they picked up the phone and nor did they call back!! They delivered only half of the desk and the other half along with the book case are missing and they have no clue when they will deliver them!!! Complete Failure!!! Even when i visited the store still the staff is carless and clueless, and they couldn't give me any useful feedback!!! Never shop in this store, NEVER!
Nice store Big selection Attentive staff Well located...centrally located in the Plano area Plenty of close in parking Customer service Rep Luciano Alvarado was very helpful and able to answer our questions and differentiate qualitative features of various pieces. He was upbeat and had a positive attitude. Though I didn’t like the “delivery charge” Luciano was able to explain that it was a third party delivery Company and their quoted price was not flexible. I think Ashley’s should reconsider their approach and associated cost of this essential aspect of acquiring large pieces of furniture. The Customer is carefully considering each of their cost factors: the product; possibly a protection plan; sales tax...with no mention of of a delivery charge of $149 and then the representative gives them their total cost and its $150 more than they have been calculating. It NOT a good approach. A final point. Though the selection is plentiful...there is not much variety as it relates to color choices. If you are looking for shades of: whites; grays; both gray and whites with other very light threads mixed in you’ll love the large selection. If your looking for both bright and subtle colors there is very little to see. A side point, the men’s room is in dire need of an upgrade and renovation. It’s dingy, not clean, and generally uninviting.

Quality of furniture not good for the price.
We purchased Reclining sofa and love seat and it was a pleasurable , warmth experience.They have beautiful, high quality collection. Sales Associate LEE LEE helped me to pick the right piece and she is very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall this place is a bit of a NIGHTMARE. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. The manger, Cathy Foster, is 5 ⭐️s but FAIL FAIL on the 2 sales men (Greg & Ethan). The pitch is excellent. The after care BLOWS. Uber misleading with pricing and delivery. If you stay on them, you can get a price match. The quality is good but it is A LOT OF WORK, not a “pleasure”.

On April 25th of this year, I ordered a bed from the Plano location, and was told it would be delivered within 10 weeks. Since I moved into my apartment, the 10 weeks has turned into nearly 24. When I call to ask for updates, I’m told “they’ll know when they know” and they blame Covid. Covid has got to stop being an excuse at some point. I’m now looking into buying living room furniture and have found some I love at Ashley, but would never order from them after dealing with this. That is thousands of dollars they are missing out on because of poor customer service and an inability to meet delivery dates. I’m a patient person, but this has gotten ridiculous.

From the moment we walked in the store we were greeted, attended to and treated like we were family. Reggie took us under his wing and showed some special features on several couches we would have never seen on our own. Ethan, the sleep specialist introduced us to the massage feature on the temperpedic bed! Great prices and friendly professional staff! We will be going back soon.
According to Ashley website when you purchase a mattress from them they will take the old mattress to recycle or dispose of. I had my new mattress delivered today and delivery people tell me they do not take the old mattress because they are contractors. I spent over $4000 On invoice. That includes a big delivery fee. If Ashley does not do you need to correct online information.
Despite being short on staff and busy the sales team here endeavored to meet our needs timely. They were very helpful each step of the way. Will be returning in the future.
Chanell, Ethan, and Mr Cook at Plano, TX store were all great salepersons. They knew the products and made sure I got the best deals. They weren't pushy or overbearing which made my selection easier. I got what I wanted at a price I could afford in and easy manner.
Extremely frustrated with the delivery delays. I know it’s not necessarily their fault and there’s a shortage of materials and workers but I wish they told me up front how long it would be before I got my furniture and to expect delays. I purchased in june and I was told it would be here in 8 weeks. I kept calling every few weeks to get updates and the date kept getting push back. I was told it would be here beginning of august. Then it became late august. Then it became October 3. And now it’s mid October. None of this would’ve been communicated to me unless I called them. If I had known it would take this long I would’ve ordered from somewhere else. I’ve been living in an empty home for months now because of the lack of communication

Our Furniture was set out for delivery in 12 weeks. We understood that with COVID and everything. It was delivered on time WITHOUT everything needed to assemble the bed. So, they left what they had and said when the rest was ready, in two weeks, they would assemble it for us. I called our salesman, Alex 3 times after over 3 weeks and didn’t get a response. So, I called the store and someone “just happened to find the rest of the bed”. Whatever, so today, the delivery drivers called to say they were on their way but their was a problem, the just had part of the bed. I assured them that it was what they needed to assemble the bed; only to find out that they don’t assemble. I called and asked for a manager to which they never found one so I asked a manager to call. They didn’t. The delivery guys went ahead and assembled our bed but what a FIASCO! Most of our furniture came from this store. This will be the last.
My husband and I went shopping for our new home and walked out with our first sectional! We got greeted by Ben and he walked us through our living room options. He was so patient with me and my multiple choices. Ben’s service was excellent! Can’t wait for our next visit!
I’m member at Ashley for 15 years and I never had any problems with this store always they gave me good service for any items I need. Our order was 4 weeks out for delivery and finally when arrived was defective. Called Ashley service and was assured of replacement. Second delivery scheduled for another 4 weeks, only to be informed at last minute another accidental damage for furniture on the way to delivery. It’s frustrating to see Ashley not being able to deliver quality product even after 2 months.
it was an ok experience. Pandemic is a good reason to skimp on customer service. staff was nice but are limited by store policies, ex. was offered/purchased a floor sample product but was told, sorry you have to come back at a later date, no one to help load it. stuff like that.

The worst customer service ever . It’s been more than 3 months and I have not hear anything about my order status, lee lee suppose to be giving be updates and still nothing . I’m really disappointed.

My wife and I ordered a furniture set in June of 2021. The set was originally supposed to be delivered July 15th. Then it got rescheduled to the 31st of July. All of a sudden I find out that they won’t even have it till the 17th of August. And that I’ll be able to schedule a delivery date after the 17th. So as of right now I won’t be able to have furniture until September. I’ve been trying to get help from them for several days now. Waiting on the phone for hours each day. And this location won’t even pick up the phone. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

By calling to find out about order status , the status will be known in next 5 weeks , such a losers , pathetic customer service and do not deserve even zero rating Suggest not to buy from this store as I had my furniture ordered in the store on May 30th and stated that will receive it in 6-8 weeks and received call on July 26 that will not be ready till September 15 , this is the worst type of customer support . They just sit there and get your money and then do not care so for me that is it no more furniture from Ashley

Glen (with one N) was so kind and patient! He made sure we knew about all of our financing options if we didn’t want to pay cash in full and he was able to get us approved with multiple lenders in just about 15 minutes. Vee is a GEM. She is so efficient, kind, and knowledgeable and ensures you’ve got everything you need before you head out. We even had little side conversations about brunch spots in Dallas! Overall great experience and easy process. I’d also recommend purchasing furniture here because they are interested in helping you BUILD your credit through your purchase - it’s awesome!

This place have expensive beautifully decorated cheaply made furniture. That is made with poor quality. And very easily damages. I purchase the five year insurance. Don’t waste your money on that extra $600.00 because the come out take pictures and disqualify your furniture for wear and tear. They did answer the bbb dispute saying they’re going to repair the furniture but end up not making you an appointment and when they do they don’t show. I am so furious with this company and I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THERE. Sooo please take heed and don’t waste your money. So somewhere else. I am willing to show you pics of my furniture. I have a table that I don’t allow people to sit at because of possible future easily damages. The couch and the bedroom set I don’t even want to talk about. Just a waste of money. I’m thinking of getting it reupholstered and I’m still playing in it smmfh…

Visited the location in May 2021 in the evening around 07:30 p.m. on Saturday. No staff could be seen around, snotty young Hispanic gut standing around (turned out to me some kind of a manager). Finally the second time I walked by him he asked if I needed help. Told him what I was originally looking at but they said it would be months before I would receive those items so I choose something else. Even those items I was told then will not be delivered until September - 4 months later. Veszna was great during the shopping process and there was no issues there. I did not hear anything back since so I called to check on it and I was told that the delivery now won't happen until November. I ordered other furniture on the same day from NFM and Rooms to Go and they are scheduled for delivery at the end of July as originally agreed. It appears that only Ashley's furniture uses deceitful tactics and a6 months long delays for a simple sofa set. I am currently debating if I should just go ahead and cancel as I am reading about too many nightmares with their deliveries and broken furniture that they won't accept back. Even for the pandemic this is the worst that I have seen. Maybe they can investigate and see what other companies are doing to get things done better.
I found my dream sofa, and for a great deal! The sales associate Ben was awesome! As well as the other associates in the finance center. I highly recommend visiting this Plano location.

I was FINALLY approached by a sales representative after walking around 10 min advised what I was shooping for and was told sorry someone is using my laptop. Another employee was sitting behind the counter drinking water like there wasn't customers waiting. What a disappointment.
I've been expecting our couch to arrive tomorrow all week until I just received a message this morning asking me to chose another delivery dates next week! Not only is it Fourth of July week, but I don't even have a time frame window to work with. OH AND HERES THE KICKER- They don't actually have any number that you can call. Corporate number is no longer In service, store phone numbers never get picked up and it seems like their staff members have no clue on how to reach anyone except through email because I made these calls in front of them and all I got was "that's strange". Looks likes Ashley's will be going out of business soon. I regret pulling my credit with them.

I’ve cancelled an over more than 3 weeks ago there should not be a reason why I’m writing an review on trying to get my 741 dollars back on top of that the pieces I ordered took to long to get to me over 2 months when it finally came in I had already cancelled my order and started the refund process I have I’ve been calling the location right when they open I’ve went to the location to cancel sign paper work to get my money back and still nothing at least point I will reach out to my bank for fraud because it’s been more than e weeks there should not be any reason for this location to hold my money on top of that I’m calling several times a day and no answer I will never order anything for this store or any other franchise

An awful experience. Had to go back twice. Then I had to almost leave twice because they kept coming up with different things that couldn't get done. Then they stated the furniture was no longer in stock. So I said I'd buy the floor sample. Then they told me they couldn't deliver after I'd already talked about all of that with them. I had to arrange my own delivery. When my delivery guy goes there the store could remember what furniture it was, even though the delivery guys had the paperwork with them. I should have known better my brother had an issue with him 3 months before. They delivered the wrong furniture to his house three times. The funny part it was the same furniture that was wrong all three times

Worst experience ever! We went to the store on April, Salesman told me that my delivery will arrive in about 2 or 3 weeks, still waiting for my furniture! I haven’t get any call from them saying any status of my delivery. I have called several times and they don’t have any idea when I am going to get my delivery. They should have better communication with customers!
I was in search of new living room furniture to which the sales people were very knowledgeable about sales , discounts promotions . Very bad customer service after having to look around for help and find our own way around the store they tried to sell me over priced items i came in knowing what i wanted from looking on the website and they said they would match the online price over the phone after waiting for 30 min for manager approval i was told NO because if they matched online price they don't make any money.

I just walked out this store. I am looking for a sectional and decided to check this place out. It was not busy. I saw about 4 or 5 other customers. I wasn't greeted, but walked around aimlessly looking at couches. One of the lady working there asked if I was being helped, I said no, she radioed someone and asked for someone to come and assist me. Well I was able to walk the entire store and not one person came to attend to me....yet every one of the white customers had people tending to them but my black self was just walking around aimlessly and cluelessy the whole time...15+ minutes with no help whatsoever. Not even surprised. Definitely will not return.
I don't normally leave reviews if there is good communication. However, this time it is necessary. I had two delivery dates. One has already passed and the other was coming up for the next day. Did not receive any communication about the order delivery. I had to go online to not have my order found for delivery and then call to find out it was pushed out to 8-12 weeks. Communication is key to good customer service and I got NONE!!! Then had to go to the store to cancel the full order. This experience was frustrating. This was my first and last time shopping at Ashley Furniture.

The attitude switched up after I got approved for a credit line with them. I was suppose to have my couch delivered today and received double confirmation through text and email between 1-4 and then I get a call saying that they won’t be able to deliver until the 17th! Not only is that extremely frustrating because we just got married and we have no where to sit but the attitude and lack of compassion I received on the other end of the line was infuriating. I will be closing my credit card with them. I would rather sleep and sit on the floor for the rest of my life than buy any piece of furniture from them! BEWARE: They have a lot of fake reviews.
Loved the variety of furniture this location had. The gentlemen, Luciano who helped me out today was lovely and went out his way to make sure I was satisfied. I was seeking for a sectional couch and needed one immediately. I would recommend this store to anyone. The employees are kind and helpful.
I’m really disappointed with the service I received, customer service was awful. I ordered a full mattress, I needed it for the same week. a week later, I received a wrong sized mattress so I have to wait another week. So I hope this time I get the correct order.
If I could do negative 5 stars I would. I bought a little over $9,400 cash on a couch set and bedroom set. They said my bed is ready to be delivered and my couch will take a few weeks...fine, I understand that there are shortages in material and every store had a delay on most of their items. 3 days later, they actually brought everything... or so I thought. They had my couch but not the rug that came with my order- and they had my bed set but no rails to connect the headboard and footboard or slats. The delivery driver didn’t know what was going on, drivers were very courteous and professional, so I refused my bed. I tried calling the store multiple times to try to get an answer but no one picked up, so I went in. I spoke with the manager Cathy and she apologized and said she would “look into it” and call me when she had information. 2 weeks later...nothing, nada. So I tried calling again, no answer once again, so I drove, AGAIN, to the store. It was memorial weekend coming up and Cathy still had no answers. She said she would look into it and call me on Monday. I responded with, that’s Monday and Memorial Day... do you think you’ll have time to call me with the sale going on and offered an olive branch to call me Tuesday so she can actually call me. She said no, she’ll call me Monday. Cut to Monday after 4pm...no call. So I called. I actually got a person this time, YAY, but when I asked for a manager, I got hung up on, called back and no one picked up. I wasn’t able to go to the store until yesterday and spoke with the assistant manager, who told me it will be at the distribution center on the 23rd and delivered a few days later, and my rug on the 10th. Great, I finally have a date. Literally the next day, the sales woman who sold me the furniture to me texted me and said, “my manager asked me to call you”. Really, are you serious? Your manager asked you to call me...so you text me? And that happened once before too. Then she said my bed would be at the distribution center on the 26th! How did it change 3 days from yesterday? She said she’ll look into it, but I have very little confidence that I will get a straight answer. Overall, this place is a money pit where customer service comes way way way after the sale. I will never shop at an Ashly store for any other furniture, and I have 4 more rooms to furnish.

We relocated from las vegas and we have bought all our furniture from ashleys it was unfortunate that if we got the promo of 60 months no interest we could not get a discount. When in Vegas they gave us both when we bought a discount and the 60 months because we bought so much at once. Disappointed that they could not do more for us to welcome us to this new state.
One of the employees was fantastic. Was in and out with a new sofa in about 25 minutes. He didn't try to pressure me into getting something different and at a ridiculous price.

The Ashley in mesquite, took my cash purchase. on 3/6/21. say delivery was to be 4/15/21. I called so I can get rid of my old furniture on 4/13, at that point,, they say it is to be delivered on 5/20, and they would send me a check for 100.00 for the inconvience. they delivered on 4/29. This is where the nightmare begin. their first delivery wasn't what I paid for, big stain on one of the chairs, table was burnt, close my door when they left and the set smells like gasoline. told them that they have to get it out of my house. I had to get out of there. I went over my daughter's, tried to sleep, my eyes and nose were burning and I couldn't breathe. ended up in the hospital. they picked up the furniture and told me that they would deliver the right one in a week. A week later they brought me the same furniture , still smells like gasoline. I didn't let them deliver. my daughter told me to just get my money back. So they are supposed to send me a check which I asked if they could overnight it. They say that it's gone out. as of today 5/17 no check. So I went to the Plano store and got great service. Waiting for delivery. Waiting for my money back from the mesquite store. The sales guy at the Mesquite store was very helpful and did everything right.
Ashley in Plano, different from the one in mesquite, sale person great at both locations. However, the mesquite store messed up the delivery to the point that I ended up in the hospital. Still have not received my refund.
Was not happen at all with purchase my sales person just flat out lied to me about delivery I purchase a dining room set the 1st of may still have not received it my sales person told me I was going to receive it in three day it’s be 3 weeks
Staff was very helpful and assisted us with whatever we needed. Always shop at Ashley. Can't wait to get our new chair!
FINAL UPDATE 5/13/21: Well after some persistence, we got our replacement sectional...yet again the wrong color. We ordered a light grey sectional, then received brown, and what we received was a black sectional. We chose the original color in person, so we're certain about the correct shade we ordered and this is definitely not it (see pictures). At this point this color of sectional is far better than the brown they originally delivered so we're just gonna keep it. After nearly 6 months of grief, we'd rather just be done with this whole company and put this terrible experience behind us.
If I can give this store specific this Plano location 0 review then I would. They are very quick at taking your money but for a cancellation request you will have to wait for a month. The manager at this store is very unprofessional and she will lies to you just to get by without have to argue with you. I have cancel request since 05/03 and today I have to go through to the store because customer service called and said the store never cancel my order and yet they are still trying to attempt to delivery this order. Don’t come to this location because they will act nice at first but when there are problems from manager down to the sales person will act like they don’t know you and you will not get any help from them. Don’t even bother to call the store. The Ashley management should reconsider how the way the manger operate this store because they want soon loose of of customers.

My experience was great! It took me less than 30 minutes to find the perfect sectional for my place. With the help of lee lee the process was quick and easy.
If I could give 0 stars I would.. this location/place is so unprofessional! They never answer their phones. Supposedly the store manager Cathy was the person to help me and my roommate with our orders. Cathy has ZERO customer service skills and ZERO communication skills. We both bought a bed set from them and Cathy informed us of the total which We ended up paying way more than what she showed us. Then when both of our bed sets finally were delivered to us it had the extra storage for under the bed missing for both beds, plus my roommate was missing his dresser as well. The delivery men reeked of alcohol and were very rude.when we tried informed the delivery men that pieces were missing they told us we no nothing about it and said we don’t work for Ashley’s... (but they’re driving the Ashley’s truck).. We then went up to the store and spoke directly to Cathy about everything and how upset and dissatisfied we both were, Cathy never once apologized and she never took ownership for messing up our orders instead she made it seem like We had no idea what We were talking about and that we were in the wrong. Cathy is extremely unprofessional and rude! With her being a “manager” she should learn how to take responsibility for her mess up and not argue/disagree with customers & she most definitely needs to be retrained when it comes to good customer service skills because she sucks at it.

The person that helped me was amazing, caring and very knowledgeable he knew exactly what I was looking for the minute I walked in the store. I will be enjoying my bedroom set for years to come! 😊

I went to purchase a mattress and as we were checking out we saw a couch we loved. We ordered it as well. We placed the order on April 3rd and was told the mattress would be delivered April 15-17th and the couched would be 8-10 weeks. Fine. April 22nd the mattress arrives at the distribution center and can’t be delivered until next week. No one at “corporate” can do anything and told me to call the store and I could pick it up myself. Corporate, google and sign on store says they open at 10am. No one answers phone repeatedly so I drive over... closed. Walk into Sleep Experts and walk out with a new mattress. To top of off the couches are not slated to be deliver until the end of July.... almost 5 months after purchase.
I am highly disappointed with the service and quality of the product I received from Ashley. I purchased a mattress from Ashley. it is damaged. It has major dios and creases from being on a box. I was told to recycle the mattress. I am on the second floor and live alone and Covid. At the time no o e was taking donations. Now that everything is open, I was hoping for help. I didn't get any. just a serious run around.

We purchased a bed from this store and were told by the sales person that the frame does not need a box spring. Bed Frame arrives today and turns out it does need a box Spring and the store is now trying to upsell us on something that we would've purchased had we known it needed it. Now have to spend night at hotel since we received a call from the Manager stating he can't do anything about it and that we need to purchase them and still wait for it to arrive. Asked for a District Manager who can fix this issue but seems they will not provide that information. The final thing that was told to me was that they will make a ticket for someone higher up to call me. If you do purchase from them make sure you keep all your old stuff until the actual items arrive to make sure that you don't need something else with your order and end up in the same situation we are in. Having to find a place to spend the night because we were sold an incomplete bed after sales person stated we were sold what we needed for it.
Overpriced
I will never purchase from Ashley Furniture again. Customer service is horrible especially the store manager Kathy. The only good service I got was on the day of purchase. My sales person Ethan was great. I ordered a bed and mattress 3/18/21 and was told by Kathy it was “guaranteed” for delivery 3/27/21. I was told the very next day it was “guaranteed” 4/13/21. Then I was told 4/15/21. I went into the store on 4/13/21 to ask about the descriuprencies in “guaranteed dates” only to be told by Kathy who claimed she called a line only manager can use & was “guaranteed” a date of 4/22/21. She claims the customer care number can’t guarantee dates & only the line for managers can. But I’ve spoken to several representatives since who all stated they cant even “guarantee” dates because it’s subject to change. Long story short I have to basically wait in till my purchase arrives & who knows when that can be. I was only offered 10% off my order because if I cancel Ill be charged a mandatory 30% restocking fee off of furniture I never got.
Worst store. We bought a bed here back in February. They initially said due to covid deliveries are backed up. They told us it would be 6-8 weeks for the bed to be delivered. 8 weeks passed.. I called them last week, they said it will be 'ready to be scheduled' on april 11. April 11th comes and goes, I haven't heard from them. I called them today, they said the headboard will be 'ready to be scheduled' April 15th and the rest of the bed will be 'ready to be scheduled' on May 26th. I immediately asked for a refund. They kept me on the phone for another 15 mins before saying the supervisor is not available and we will need to wait longer. I just came to the store and got my refund. Even now they tried to say april 15-20 they will be 'ready to be scheduled'. I took the refund. No thank you Ashley. Will never do business here. I will make sure to spread the word as well. Good luck! Update: We were told by the store personnel that they would need to call and approve a cancellation. They told us that the cancellation receipt would come to our email. We never got that email. We called again today to check on the cancellation. Got the run around again. After 2 phone calls and 45 mins of waiting, a sweet lady handled our situation perfectly. She apologized for all the trouble. And even though she wasn't able to provide the cancellation receipt, she was able to initiate the cancellation and send us an email stating that the order was cancelled. We have contacted the bank and disputed the charges and provided the email as proof.

Bought a Love Seat Recliner, got a really good price. Salesperson was great. On my other visits the salespersons were thorough and patient.
Worst experience. We made our purchase on 02/25/21. We had a no use no lose credit of $600 and we financed the additional amount. We were told an eta of and of April. I called April first to check status and was told it was never ordered, I got transferred around and then finally spoke to an agent and was told that it was B ordered, just back ordered until end of April so don’t worry. Today my husband stopped by the store since he was in the area and he was told it was never ordered. Big surprise as I already went through this before with the agents on the phone. My husband requested to cancel the order all together and was told it was done. I called back after him telling me this just to verify that it was in fact canceled and naturally, was told I had to go to the store and cancel. This is so frustrating because not only have I just explained that my husband was at the store, I still got referred back there and no one seems to know what in the world they are doing. Now we have a hit on our credit, no sofa and have to visit the store yet again to make sure that the order was in fact cancelled. Worst experience buying furniture. Don’t make the mistake we did and skip Ashley all together.
BUYER BEWARE!!! The Tempur-pedic white coat people are not properly or full trained to sell the product!!! Go to mattress firm they will properly educate you on the product!!! DON’T BUY FROM THEM ITS ALL ABOUT THE SALE AND MAKING THEIR COMMISSION!!!! THEY RECENTLY CHANGED OWNERSHIP TOO!!! MAKE YOU RETURN BEFORE RECEIVING MERCHANDISE!!! Once it is in your home, you are stuck!!! I bought a king bedroom set and tempur-pedic mattress. Mattress was $4500 and the frame was $1000. I paid cash for the frame. And financed the rest. They did a 25% off the bed set which was $3300 which I don’t even know if I got because their receipts don’t reflect that. The furniture was a $3300 sale on Ashley credit. We worked out the “tickets” and ended up with 3 different receipts. Three days later our $4500 mattress shows up with NO frame. OUR BED IS ON THE FLOOR!!!! 2 weeks later we still didn’t get it. It had now been moved to April 8th. After trying to get through to customer service at the store which is an entire joke. I find out my frame that is being delivered is the double twin xl model that is for the split mattress. Apparently they ran out of the singles and are substituting that one. My thinking was why would I want that one when my mattress is a full king? Could it not damage the bed if it isn’t used correctly? After all a split frame is for 2 king mattresses. Then we decide to go over to mattress firm. Ask a lot of questions and then head over to Ashley furniture to talk to the manager. We also bought a mattress cover at Ashley’s, come to find out it is blocking the mattress and how it is built and trapping heat. But they said if we don’t have a pad on it it voids the warranty with the company. I have literally been hot all night every night and haven’t slept and have been sleeping on my couch because I am so uncomfortable. Mattress firm told us it probably has a plastic in it which is blocking the beds ability to breathe. Which it did!!!!! When I took the pad off the bed was sooooo much better!!! Long story short. I returned my bedroom set. Got a full credit. Returned the incorrect base, which he almost didn’t give us a full refund because he didn’t catch that we paid for an additional warranty. Though my husband caught it. And our card was fully refunded for the base. Funny was they tried to upgrade us for another $100 and that base wasn’t in stock. My $4500 mattress is still on the floor. I would rather go to Mattress Firm and buy my frame for more money when they can order me the correct frame and mattress cover that doesn’t have plastic in it that retains body heat. And the frame can literally be here in a couple of days. It is so unfortunate how Ashley’s furniture represented the brand Tempur-Pedic. I am making another attempt at trying the bed hoping it truly works out. To be stuck with such an expensive product and not be satisfied is horrible. I won’t shop there again. My bedroom set is at Nebraska Furniture and Stacy’s. If I want it I will just continue to wait to order to have a better shopping experience. Kathy, store manager, thanks for working out the details of our tickets though they turned out awful after having to sleep on my mattress on the floor. Shay it’s too bad you lost our sale and Ethan you are a nice person and a quick salesman. I know it was the end of the night and everyone wanted to go home. But nothing was ever explained to us properly. We literally spent almost $10k only to realize after the fact it was a bad experience. Put yourself in the customers shoes. Yes you are in sales, but you are also a customer. Alex, you got an ear full. You did your best. Thanks for processing the returns and canceling the tickets. You just got caught in the middle or a bad sale. Hopefully after 30 days I you won’t see me again having to exchange my mattress.

Terrible customer service. We ordered furniture in January to be delivered in April to our new house. We called multiple times and set the delivery date for 4/26 after our house is finished being built. I get a text in 4/1 saying my delivery is scheduled for 4/3 (the house isn’t even completed yet). I called them and said I spoke with someone at their call center literally the day prior and she stated everything would be delivered on 4/26. Now they’re saying it’s not going to get delivered until 5/20.... they’re saying the stuff is not in stock? How does it go from saying it will be delivered on 4/3 to now no longer in stock and to be delivered on 5/20? We ordered this in JAN how is it not in stock? Especially when I just got a text saying the delivery was ALREADY scheduled for 4/3 (without my knowledge, mind you)?? Nobody has been communicating with us at all and now we have to stay in an empty house with no furniture. When you call the call center/customer service they are rude and unprofessional. They just give you the run around and say there’s nothing they can do. Maybe they should have told us in January when we ordered it that it wouldn’t be ready until May. Maybe then we could have taken our money elsewhere and not have had to deal with such a headache. 0 stars. Would not recommend. We’re going to ikea this weekend to find new furniture and cancel our order with Ashley.

DONT BUY HERE! We spent 2k on a table set and when we received the chairs they all wobbled. Customer service will NOT answer the phone and when we went back to the store, the Manager, Kathy F, told us that we shouldn't have signed for the table when it was delivered and that there was no way of returning the table even though it hasn't even been 24 hours since we had it delivered. Kathy gave me the run around and seemed like she didn't care. She made it seem like she gifted me the table and that I had no right to complain. Sad to say I got ripped off and now understand why this store is always empty. Spend your money somewhere else and DONT buy here.

Ask for Veszna at the Plano Tx location she knew exactly what to show my wife, she figured out her style right way so we didn’t have to spend much time looking around the store and we bought several things. The store manger and the customer services from Veszna was excellent.

First time shopper and I love the amazing service! I love how you’re able to get a foot in the door, be greeted and look around first. Most places immediately slam you with trying to make a sale. Shea was a very helpful salesman. He didn’t pressure me into buying anything and if I didn’t want something he was more than happy to take it off. Brittany was helpful as well in the mattress area. She helped find my oldest son a nice mattress that’ll last him a long time. Overall the experience was great. The manager was walking around making sure everyone is being helped. Masks are worn. I mean this is where you need to go. I can’t wait to come back for more pieces.

By far the most convenient location to get every single piece of furniture needed for our home remodel ! Recommend the quality and service provided, completely top notch. In and out in less than an hour on a Friday evening .
Honestly if I could give this location a Zero star, I would make sure it was a FAT ONE! We came in on January 1st and purchased a nice bed. We were told it would be delivered by February 18th. That date came but the bed didn’t. Neither did a phone call or email. So after going back up there a few times and speaking with the rude manager, we canceled the entire order because the dates kept changing and no one reached out to us. We were told by the manager it would take 5-7 business for our money to be put back on our card. Today makes day 11 and guess what? No money back and after talking to corporate, the order was never canceled by the lying manager. My thing is, it wasn’t no hesitation or delays taking our money, so why are we getting the horrible customer service and run arounds?
Didn't have anything to meet my needs
One star is a gift. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Ordered two items in mid-November, stopped in every few weeks to get a delivery date, every time those were missed with no proactive information. Still waiting in March, after two promises from the sales rep who was identified as a manager,, went to a big box store, found the same items...CHEAPER...and was delivered in two days. Ashley product is great, the store operations are a joke. The only thing you are #1 in furniture stores is lying and f-ing over your customers. Don't give me this "we're concerned by your experience, please contact us" message. Anything I say will not change how you operate, and anything you say will not get me back in your stores.
After shopping at various other furniture stores today, my family & I found Ethan H. who assisted us in our purchase of our living room set along with a Tempur Pedic mattress. I feel he listened to our needs and helped us find the best fit without making me feel like I was dealing with a salesman. I would highly recommend Ashley HomeStore in Plano!

INCOMPETENT & UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! I placed an order for a sofa Jan 2021 and was told by the short unprofessional hispanic guy that it would be delivered in roughly 4 weeks but most likely 2. Four weeks later no one contacted me so I contacted Ashley's and if you call the store number it routes you to customer care that DOES NOT EXIST! You will never actually speak to an agent. Fast forward, today 3/10/2021 my estimated date for my sofa is April 24th! I understand there are delays but it is the lack of communication for me! Then when I am expressing my grievances to some lady at the desk she starts to laugh under her mask! Yes sis, I can see you were laughing! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DEALING WITH THESE FOLKS! THEY ARE RAGGEDY AND THEIR FURNITURE IS THRIFTY! YOU CAN FIND IT MUCH CHEAPER AT AMAZON AND NFM! GHETTO MESS! FIRE THE ENTIRE STAFF AND THROW THE COMPANY AWAY!

Manager named Cathy is extremely disrespectful to her employees as well as to customers. I experienced this firsthand and also saw some similar reviews on this page which shows that this is a pattern of behavior and not a singular incident. Employing a person like this reflects very badly on the store.
If ever there was a store that deserved zero stars, it is the store. I bought a bed and a couch from them a couple of months ago. The sales associate lied about everything. He told me old furniture was removed as part of the delivery fee, it was not. One piece of furniture I had to have delivered myself. The crew he gave me tried to extort me for extra money. When I refused to pay them extra money, they left the furniture at my apartment complex and then told the management office that it was my piece of furniture. After only having the couch a couple of months, the couch has a rip in it. Apparently it is not covered under their warranty despite them giving me a warranty card discussing your Ashley home store warranty and “they stand behind their products”. In order to get a hold of the customer service I had to try multiple times including getting hung up on by an associate and attempting to call multiple numbers given to me that were not in service. If you like cheap no quality furniture, terrible customer service, and having to buy a new piece of furniture in a few months after purchasing something, Ashley is your store. I hope they go out of business and I hope everyone involved in their shady operation gets what’s coming to them. Do not buy from them and do not support them.

And all for a great price! The associates really took time to ensure a smooth purchase and set up delivery with ease. They helped us find the best deals which we are extremely thankful for! Updated review: Unfortunately, Ashley did not commit to their delivery deadline and kept pushing delivery 4 times eventhough before purchasing, I was told that the furniture was available in stock and will be delivered on time except one sofa which was supposed to be delivered on different date. It was inconvenient and unpleasant experience.
If you want to feel like a Valued Customer .. go somewhere else!! Run! We ordered our couches September 2020, yes during the pandemic. We were told 6-8weeks, okay we get it. Well here we are the end of February and we still do not have them. They were supposed to be delivered during the snowstorm.. ok I get they needed to reschedule .. so here we are on the day of delivery THEY chose. Arrival window 9:30-12:30... it’s 2:30pm haven’t heard a WORD from them since I confirmed delivery a few days ago. You call NO ANSWER and the recording says they’re closed. You txt bc they have that technology only to find out the PLANO store is privately owned and they can’t help. You call the store, they tell you they can’t reach anyone all they can see is that it’s on a truck! The salesman that helped us and gave us his business card = no help either! I paid for delivery... it wasn’t free! This whole ordeal has been a huge mess! Find somewhere else I promise you’ll be happier!

We worked with Ethan Homan today and found him to be very helpful. The quality of the couches we purchased was good and he was able to help the already low price even lower with a discount he used for us. This was our 6th store to shop and literally made our purchase within 30 minutes. Ethan was not pushy at all and was very professional.
I had a great experience with this Plano store. I walked in 1st thing when it opened and a sales rep (Kristen P.) walked right up and walked me through the store to pick out furniture with my very specific requests! She allowed me time to show her floor plans, colors, talk about what my dog wouldn't chew through...all the good stuff. She was very helpful. I purchased 1 kitchen table, sofa, and loveseat. While I loved all of them, unfortunately I had to cancel out the sofa and loveseat due to some extended lead time factors. THis is why I took off 1 star. I get it, it's the way it is, but I really needed a sofa this week and was lucky to find alternative. The table is scheduled for delivery ontime, this week and I couldn't be happier with the in store customer service all along the way.
Very cheap product, very bad support
Never ever do business here. I bought the $250 5 year protection plan for my couch. Was told "everything was covered" The leg on my ottoman broke claim denied. What a scam. I guess the insurance only covers rips and tears. Manager impossible to get a hold of. called corporate they said they would email the manager to call. STILL NOTHING
this is the worst company EVER!!!!they sell u the " warranty " and they wont answer emails or the phone so basically u get screwed from this company. terrible customer service. this place doesn't even detobe in business.
The rep was very helpful and patient. The selection was pretty good, but you really need to know what you want before you go there. Pretty easy to get distracted! We really look forward to our purchases.
Do not buy from these people. I purchased almost $1500.00 worth of furniture and they've missed their delivery date, twice. It's some excuse about not having it from the factory, I'm pretty sure they outsource. They should give more realistic delivery dates and when you try contacting the store the automated system tells you all the numbers to outside sources and won't let you talk to the store directly. Go some place that has inventory on hand and will let you bring a truck for immediate taking of your items. Ashley's is a joke...
I came in and was helped by a lady named Kris. She made it possible for me to get a complete bed set that I wanted. Her customer service was outstanding and she went out of her way to relate to our situation. So thankful that I picked Ashley Furniture!

Went in to make a payment on a layaway.... the guy that took the payment say the system didn't print out the receipt. So he told us that his manager was going to print it out for him... while waiting we ended up adding 2more items to our bill as well as brought end tables and coffee off the floor and took them home that day. We was told by the manager and the salesman that she would email the receipt for the payment we made with the added layaway items but never did. Don't tell a customer you are going to do something and don't do it or acknowledge it when we came in the following weekend to make yet another payment. Instead you ask (manager) are we here for their mattress sale....I can't wait for us to be done with this store. Update: We have been given 3 different dates for delivery and we still don't have our furniture.**** Please don't waste your time with Ashley 's*****
Very patient as I sat and re-sat on couch after couch. Finally found one that works with my wonky physical difficulties. Can’t wait to have it home.
My sales associate Ms. Rickaway was awesome very helpful and transparent her manager on the other hand was a pretentious yuppie. He was very condescending when I asked him why the same item was being sold to me for $100 more than it was advertised online. After a lot of haggling I finally got it for only $40 more than the advertised price and only bought it because I didn't want my sales associate to lose the sale over the behavior of her manager.
We bought a dining room table of high quality for a fair price. The people there are vary helpful and not pushy at all.
My husband and I went to Ashley’s about 30 minutes before closing just to look at some bedroom sets. We ended up finding one we liked and the associate Momima was so kind and helpful. She made sure we got the right mattress that was best for us too. We will definitely be rerun customers.
Spending money on a mattress is NEVER fun. Kristen Phoenix really listened to my needs and directed me straight to the perfect fit. Then, Ben Nichols hooked me up on the sales end of things. They were the perfect combination for my buying experience. What wonderful young adults you have working for you. They were so personable and even offered my daughter some amazing advice to boot! We ordered sectional on second week of November and suppose to deliver Jan 12 . Our credit card was charged fully and until Jan 22 . No contact from anyone regarding delay and when to expect . after waiting for 2 months we finally cancelled and bought furniture from Bella furniture ( same day delivery and reasonable price .

No star is the true rating. Their only interest is the sale and to add a very poor warranty. Have issue that needs to be addressed...after 7 phone numbers that one might work but then they give you a number you've already used, and 3 email addresses and if an email functions then their response comes in a NO REPLY email. Ashley and their Warranty service do NOT honor issues that need to be fixed. I am still waiting for full warranty plus an additional promised refund. Do not consider this so-called business for any reason.

Great customer service at the Plano, TX store. Kristen answered my questions about bedroom sets and allowed me time to browse and look without pressuring me. Ben was very knowledgeable about mattress types, allowed me the chance to try them and answered all my questions. They were both patient and friendly!!
I experienced awesome customer service, even though it was time for the associate to go on break! He took his time to ensure I was good to go and kept a great attitude the entire time. I was out the door within 30 minutes and I was greeted the minute I walked in. Definitely recommend this store.

We bought dinning furniture from this store , they gave us the wrong parts for the furniture and when we went to the store manager and sales lady were very rude and asked us to call the customer service. When we called customer service they never responded to that issue and nor the store manager called us back. Our part are still not replaced. Very bad service, I am never going to this store again.
Luciano was a huge help and got us a great deal on a new TV console today. They had good deals throughout the store. Will definitely be back!
I booked sofa set in Nov, they delayed the delivery dates without informing me. When I called Ashley customer service they asked me to contact store, and you cant reach anyone in the store, made several attempts. In short bad experience with the plano store and overall with Ashley. [Update 01/08] I reached out to the escalation department and I got an email that they will take care of this but then no response or calls so far. More frustrations...

Went to go buy a new couch this morning. Walked in and Lee Lee, our sales person, asked us what we were looking for and walked us directly to the couch we ended up purchasing. She showed us other options yet the first one was perfect. Great experience great price! Highly recommend. This is why we always end up going back to Ashley.

This store has gone down hill the customer service is terrible and they never answer the phones EVER. We decided to finance and boy was that a mistake nothing but issues I just went in and paid it off the hassle from acceptance now is not worth it plus the crazy interest we were so tired and it was late by the time they final finished with us we didn’t pay attention to the final cost. Anyway they took two payments that were not in the agreement before the sofa ever arrived which took almost two months the customer service with acceptance now is even worse that’s why I just paid them off and I will NEVER do business with this store again nor refer anyone here

I enjoyed the atmosphere. All the sales representatives were very friendly. The person helping me went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I didn't feel pressure to purchase anything and was allowed to browse independently until I had questions. The store. manager was also readily available to make sure everyones needs were being met. The prices and quality of the furniture are ideal as well. I will continue shopping at Ashley HomeStore.
Worst customer experience I have ever had! I will never buy from any Ashley Store again. We’re still waiting for our furniture after it has been rescheduled several times and now are told it won’t be available for another 3 weeks at least. While trying to get in contact with this store, which seems to be impossible as the phone number online doesn’t match, I also have been hung up on, and was promised a return phone call from a manager twice ( which never happened). We really needed the furniture we ordered months ago and if I would have known it would not be available for this long unlike promised, I would have purchased somewhere else. The lack of customer care and disinterest in customer satisfaction is shocking. At the same time I purchased furniture at another store and had no problems whatsoever. Safe yourself a headache and stay away from Ashley.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been trying to get someone on the phone regarding my warranty and protection plan and every single number I can find rings and then hangs up or rings busy- even the local Plano store number. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never purchase from here again.

Mine and my boyfriend’s experience has been an absolute nightmare with this company from customer service, quality of goods and response. You have wasted our time, months to be exact, hours on the phone and our money. We placed 2 orders in July.... the first took a little over a month to get which came in 2 different deliveries. They had to replace our coffee table 3 different times to get one which was still messed up but we could handle. The second order was even worse. You took over 3 months to deliver us the pull out couch and chaise which was broken upon deliver. You made us wait over a month again to receive only part of the broken couch today, which is still not usable. On top of this you told us the desk and the couch were going to be delivered together.... wrong. It’s 2 days before Christmas and we had family coming to stay so now we are in a mad scramble to get our apartment together and find new sleeping arrangements. We had to cancel/cut short our plans today to go into the store since customer service on the phone gets us now where. Once in the store we heard other customers complaining of the same issues we are having. The manager didn’t offer any solutions so we cancelled all current orders and asked them to pick up their broke products. Don’t waste your time or money here.

The team at Ashley's is certainly customer focused. Between Ben and Mrs. Cathy, they certainly worked to inform and assist us in our search for new home pieces and we are beyond happy with the outcome.
Still haven’t received my refund for over 1K! It’s been more than 2 months which I was told only takes 30 days. I’ve left voicemails and etc no responses. I’ve arrived in store today, no resolution. Once again promised a call back, which has been promised over 6 times already!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! This store/company is a joke! We ordered a bed in October to be deliver on Dec 3rd. Called to confirm delivery since we had not heard anything. Was told by customer service that we were misinformed on deliver info by our sales rep and that we would need to call store to speak to manager about issue. I called and left message for manager and still have not heard back. Called customer service to ask for alternative method to file complaint. They said they would send a message directly to the store manager with an urgency to call me back and that they would also have they customer service manager call me as well. It has been 48 hours and I have still not heard back from either manager. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and obtained a supposed email for the Corporate office that I plan to attempt getting a response from. I bought a mattress from Matress firm and a living room set from Rooms to Go on the same day.. NO issues with delivery from them. Do yourself a a favor and stay away from this store or company! The reviews on Yelp and their Twitter page indicate that this is a known issue and the company is not responsive when complaints are filed. My next step is to request full refund but thought I would warn others!! UPDATE: Thanks to the Better Business Bureau, Ashley's finally responded after our multiple attempts through phone, email, and social media. We did receive our purchase today and are satisfied with the delivery, but we will not shop here again. They have lost our trust and respect.

**DO NOT GO TO THE PLANO STORE*** TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE** My husband and I build a new home in the DFW area. We got our closing date for November 19, 2020. We went into Ashley in Plano on September 12th (10 weeks before we needed our couch) to prepare for the move. We placed our order with Cathleen Foster and asked her many times if the couch would be delivered by November 21st. She told us over and over that it would be. We had been in the store earlier in the summer to ask when we would need to order the couch by to get it in time. They indicated that production was slow due to Covid, but 10 week lead time was more than enough time. On Saturday, November 21st our couch never arrived. I will take full responsibility that I should have called/made sure it was still coming. I woke up that morning and remembered that we never got a call for scheduling a delivery time. I called the 800 # and received a recording that our couch wouldn't be scheduled for delivery for another 10-12 week (on top of the 10 weeks we already waited)!!! We attempted to reach people at the store and the corporate # with no luck. Finally, we drove to the Plano store on Saturday, November 28th (we now live about 30 minutes away) since after multiple phones call and voicemail messages were never returned. We met with Greg Lee, Sales Manager. Greg was very cold and unapologetic. He had to call Ashley Corporate for an update and then told us that our couch would arrive on Friday, December 4th. He gave me his card and said that I should email him in the middle of the week to make sure the delivery was still coming on that Friday. He said that if we email him, he would call us back right away. I asked if what would happen if the couch did arrive on December 4th and he responded with "we will need to have another conversation". The Wednesday before our couch was *suppose* to arrive, I emailed Greg Lee, Sales Manager at the Plano store, to ask him for an update. I waited a few hours, but never received a phone call - I also had a horrible feeling. I called the store and only was able to leave voicemails. I emailed Greg again the next day and no return email or phone call. We attempted to call the store again and left voicemails. While I was emailing Greg and calling the store, I did reach out to Ashley via their chat and was told that I needed to call the store at which the couch was purchased. I attempted to explain that, that was I was attempting to do. The chat feature did not give any useful information. My husband finally called corporate and was able to get thru to speak to someone. We were once again told that we needed to cancel our order with the store. We explained that we have attempted to reach the store over and over again, with no response. We were done at this point. We paid for the couch in September and we tried of the poor customer service we were receiving on all fronts. We finally told the corporate call center representative that we wanted to cancel our order. We were told she had to send the cancellation to the store we purchased it and they would be responsible for cancelling the order. We were also told we would get a phone call when the order was cancelled - this also never happened. They did cancel the order because we received a credit on our credit card. Overall, I would NEVER recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone or this specific store. Their customer service is terrible and we were lied to over and over. I do understand the affects of Covid, and that production has slowed down, but we were simply asking for someone to communicate with us. Ashley Furniture has lost our business forever.
I bought an entertainment center from Ashley 2 months ago and it has been the biggest headache of my life. Getting the items delivered has been a joke and nightmare. I have been fighting them for a month trying to get it delivered. I have wasted numerous hours on the phone with corporate, the store (if you can ever get a hold of them....I'm 1 for 10 there), and with the delivery service. Everyone is pointing the finger at the other for the problem. I've even gone back in person 5 times to get the issue resolved. I get assurances that the problem is being fixed and that i'll get a return phone call and yet nothing happens. I was even told I'd be issued a partial credit for the inconvenience weeks ago, but have yet to see it. They took the money out of the account months ago, yet all I have is two shelving units and a fireplace insert, but no tv stand. Communication is a joke. You never get email, text, or phone updates with delays, order status, etc. Save your health and shop elsewhere. They say its the pandemic, but that's not the case. I've bought from NFM, and yes covid did cause delivery delays, but the sales team kept me posted on the orders I placed, status, etc. I'm thinking about reporting them to the BBB. This is unacceptable. UPDATE: I finally got my entertainment center. The owners response was pointless. I emailed them at the address provided and they did absolutely nothing to help. After 4 months of waiting I still haven't received the $400 rebate the store manager promised even though I've gone back to the stor 4 times to check on it. Every time I am assured the rebate is coming. I will never see that money again. Don't promise a rebate if you're not going to follow through on it. At this point I should get a full refund for the hell I had to go through with this company.

IT'S NOW DECEMBER 13TH, AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET. I TRIED TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ONE WOULD EVER PICKUP THE PHONE. This is literally the worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered a sectional on 8/1/2020 and was told it would take 10-12 weeks to deliver so I expected to have it by or before 10/24/2020. We’ll that date came and passed and no one ever reached out. When I tried to call in I realized that the store was no longer accepting calls and was routing all customers to an automated customer service line. I called in multiple times and waited 30+ minutes to speak to someone. Finally I was able to have the delivery scheduled for 11/11/2020 in which I was told the entire sectional was at there warehouse and would be delivered. We’ll come 11/11/2020 only the 2 ends to the couch we’re delivered. The delivery guys had no idea hat was going on or where the center piece was. When I called the automated phone # again I as told it would be another 5-6 weeks. I literally had my existing furniture and 2 end pieces to a couch stuff in my living room. When I told them that I couldn’t store the incomplete couch along with my existing furniture in my living room over the Thanksgiving holiday I was told that I would need to drive to the store and speak with a manager. So I drive in on 11/19 and spoke with Alex, sales manager. He was nice but told me the center piece actually wouldn’t be available until sometime in 2021. I told him I couldn’t just keep to ends to a sectional along with my current furniture at my house and at this point I needed to just return the purchase, have them pick up the 2 ends that I had had for the last 8 days and just get a refund. He said ok and when I asked how long it would take for them to pick up the 2 pieces that were delivered he told me about a week. He then gave me his card and said I could text him if I needed anything further. It’s now been 3 weeks later and no one at Ashley Homestore has reached out to me or refunded my money. So I text Alex and he says he submitted the order to his store manager on 11/19/2020 and it’s out of his hands. He can no longer help me. So again, I call into the automated # and apparently the store manager, Greg has to approve this work order. I have no idea why he wouldn’t approve it since I still don’t have a complete couch that I ordered on 8/1/2020. Of course they won’t give me his last name which you can easily Google or his phone number but nothing can be done without his approval. My last call into the service team was yesterday 12/8/2020 and I was told the store manager, Greg would definitely call me yesterday. Of course he didn’t. So here I am almost a month later with 2 random end pieces to a couch in my living room with my existing furniture over the holidays and I have no idea if they will have ever come get them or refund me. To this day no one at Ashley Homestore has reached out to me about my order that was made over 4 months ago. I’ve called numerous times, spent hours on the phone and driven back into the store and still nothing. I hate to get an attorney over a couch but I honestly don’t know what more I could do to try to work with them to have this resolved. They will take your money quick but won’t communicate or deliver after that. Seriously won’t even deliver what you purchased or refund you if they can’t. I’ve never experienced anything like this. Horrible experience. I just want them to pick up the incomplete couch they delivered and give my money back that they took 8/1/2020 since they can’t deliver the full purchased item. That’s it. It shouldn’t be this hard.
The other day on the 3rd of December, my wife and I went to Ashley on 75 central express in Plano, the people who works there act like we didn't exist at all, no sales person never bother asking us do we need help not even said may i help you. This Ashley furniture is where my wife and I bought our first furniture for our house in 2018.but never again will we never shop for anything else. You guys and employees sucks
They have nice selections of leather couches. I like that they are willing to help you pick out the right fit for your needs. Great customer service! Would recommend this to friends and family!
