I came back to Ashley because I had brought a sofa from them 15 years ago.
Thank you Ashley Plano! I had a great experience. I had previously ordered a bed from Ashley by the phone, and after 9 weeks of not receiving my bed and sleeping on a mattress on the floor, I was getting pretty sick of it. I decided to cancel my online order and go into my nearest store and just find something they had in stock so I could finally have a bed to sleep in. The lady who helped me was extremely kind and helped me find the perfect bed for an outstanding price and a couple days later I finally had a bed!! I was in and out of the store in just a few minutes and I am super happy with my new bed!! The delivery guys definitely impressed me with their building speed, it was like nothing!! They built the bed in 5 mins!! Super impressed thank you Ashley Homestore Plano :)

Great customer service I saw a nightstand online that I wanted and I called the store to just purchase it. The sales agent insisted that I come into the store first and see it in person and I’m glad I did because I realized it wasn’t as the right size I was looking for but the Ashley store sales agent was very professional and helped me quickly find the perfect nightstand and I am so satisfied with my experience I’m going to come here from now on to purchase all my home furniture. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. They have excellent customer service and a great selection .
