Good buying experience overall. Luciano was very helpful, patient and thorough in answering all our questions. I’m giving 4 stars because Ashley didn’t offer free or paid delivery on the new furniture we purchased. I had to get a third party to pick and deliver.

We needed a matching nightstand for my daughter and they were unavailable locally here in Tulsa OK. So I found one in Plano and Alex was VERY helpful with the purchase amd communication! Thank you Alex! The one thing that would have made it better is if Ashley would have shipped the nightstand to us. We spent over 10 hours Saturday to dribe down to the warehouse to pick it up. Ugh! Oh well, if thats my biggest complaint about the weekend then… life is good! : )
I just moved to Dallas from the Houston area. I loved Ashley furniture in Houston is why I came there today and I wanted to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale. The store was pretty busy but we were helped by Lee Lee who helped us find everything we needed. We appreciated her professionalism as well as friendliness.
