Do not purchase the insurance you offer for damage to your furniture it is useless I have more than 2 months waiting for the repair of one of my furniture and nothing that has arrived. When I got the furniture, the bottom of one of the furniture was broken and they agreed to come and repair it and they only sent the material that they were thinking that I was going to repair it. You call the insurance and only lies and lies do not give you any real answer.

Great customer service. Ms Betty J was very professional and a great sales rep. She recommended various type of products I was searching for. Although I don’t purchase from Ashley furniture during my visit, but I will definitely be going back in the near future.

Worst experience ever. We get a guaranteed delivery date and the morning of they call saying there's an issue with the delivery. At the time of ordering our couch we explained we have a newly built house and can provide the model home address so they can have a pinpoint on where to deliver. We were assured our address worked and we were fine. WRONG. Now we have no idea when our couch will get here or how many times it's going to get handled and possibly damaged. When you ask for a supervisor they aren't available but the supervisor is available enough to tell their employees to approve a measly 5% discount refund that doesn't even cover the delivery fee. So our 2k purchase is just floating around with no answer and no accountability for their mishap and no effort to make things right.

Michael Fischer and Gayle Shaffner absolutely made my purchase of a couch, the worst experience ever. Not to mention the absolute unprofessionalism from Michael, the unwillingness to right their wrong, was next level. I recommend nobody purchase from them. Go literally anywhere else.
