Luciano and Darren both took excellent care of me and my shopping buddy while I looked for furniture, and the goodies, for my first new apt in decades. I have rented rooms"forever" and my selections were so important. With their help, and in fairness to Darren, as Luciano had to go assist with his 2nd language expertise, Darren waited patiently while we checked out lots of choices. He spent what seemed like a long time as we decided on the perfect recliner and I love what we all came up with!!! I will be doing all my shopping at Ashley Furniture. I am not finished filling up my cave.
Lee Lee was amazing. My husband went back and fourth for an hour trying to choose his recliner. She was very helpful. We had a great experience. I would like to note that the ac was not working properly and it was hot in the store. I hope that it is repaired soon for the employees.
Great experience, excellent customer, knowledgeable and big selection to choose from. My items were delivered within an hour after purchase. Raymond and Habtom were very helpful, I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received.
Chris was very helpful throughout the process. He explained the difference between each of the options present before we made the purchase. Very welcoming and kind staff, they have staff available to help you at all times.
