I wrote a positive review before because I thought we were gonna get our furniture in a timely matter but it was on backorder instead pushed into a sale that basically turned out to be lies and we were told it would be delivered this week not 8 weeks from now I'm highly disappointed and I only hope nobody else has to get taken advantage of just for a sale........taking our business elsewhere thanks but no thanks

The lamp I purchased is attractive but I was disappointed upon getting home to find that the finial used to attach the lampshade would not tighten, leaving the lampshade to hang loose and at an angle. This was a floor item on sale and I also discovered on my receipt that once I took possession, all sales were final…something that WASN’T explained at the time of purchase. I had to spend additional money to purchase a new harp and finial. I’m now apparently also enrolled to receive promotional emails which I will unsubscribe from immediately. Lesson learned. Inspect items closely before signing anything or taking possession of.

DON’T BUY FROM ASHLEYS! So to start I visited the store in San Angelo the day after Thanksgiving to purchase a recliner for my elderly mother, the recliner that we purchased was on a black Friday sale. No recliners were in store for us to look at, but was assured by salesman. It would be a perfect fit for someone her age and size so item was purchased item was delivered. Item was complete crap! I have tried numerous times through customer service to either refund or get a credit toward another item in store but was Dismissed! With that said, I am now stuck with a recliner that cannot be used! I will never make another purchase Ashley location because of this!

Greeted immediately from friendly staff. Dallas at the San Angelo store explained the furniture quality in detail. And explained all financing available. Getting an approval in less than 5 minutes and he sent me shopping. I came for one couch...and with the savings and discounts I got more couch than I expected, amazing office desk for my home office with so much extras and perfect desk / beauty vanity all in one and the desk does a who stand to sit position..a beautiful area rug, and back ordering a mango wood bar table with stools...so before u shop stop by Ashelys and find your new furniture a big upgrade that was due..his Manger also played a great part forgot his name but was a pleasure shopping.

Gilbert was friendly and professional, showing me the mattresses that he felt would work for me. I chose one that he suggested and also purchased the cover for it that would result in a ten year warranty. He was thorough with his explanations of the sales contract and warranty provisions. I would certainly recommend him to anyone!!
We purchased a table in store and were helped by the manager Gilbert, he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to price match the table I wanted and he didn’t try to push us to buy anything we didn’t want. 10/10 recommend 👍

Walked in to look and actually purchased!😊 I was warmly greeted by Gilbert who is really nice, he asked what I was looking for and immediately knew what to show me, I had options which I think is really important when it comes to buying furniture. I believe that is a good sales person, someone who knows what type of fabric is suiting to what you are asking for. Mary is another person who helped out In the process of my purchase, she is very sweet and kind! I think that if you want to look or purchase, this is the place to go to. I didn’t think I would get approved due to my credit but surprisingly I actually did! They have great payments plans that actually work! I highly recommend this place because of them, they weren’t pushy and I appreciate that!

I was really disappointed with service I got. I bought a dining table and a buffet paid a little over $2800 dollars. And me and my son had to get the table,chairs and buffet, and load them by ourselves with no help at all. I’m a 60 year old man which I recently had a heart attack, I’m not in the best of shape. We had to load it on my trailer off the dock ramp in which I hurt my back. The buffet was missing the pegs for the shelves inside. Went back to the store in San Angelo tx,and they said they didn’t have them in which I saw the salesman take a couple of bags from the drawer. The salesman’s name is “Dallas”. I thought this was a classy place for furniture but it’s obvious they just want to make a sale and don’t care about the customers. Im really upset about this and it seems I can’t get ahold of anyone from customer service to file a report.

We walked in not expecting to buy what we did but extremely happy with our purchase, the store manager Gilbert was a pleasure to work with and saved us $500 on a sectional that was well worth the investment! It shall now be a centerpiece and exciting feature of our new home that we cannot wait to show off!
We actually ended up choosing to do business with another store in San Angelo, even though we had better faith in the quality of the Durapella fabric AND would have had a lower overall expense. Incurring a $400 delivery fee based on your choice of a business model is ridiculous. If we’re spending $5000+ it seems like there could be a way around it. Y’all have lost a customer over this practice.

This company is an absolute joke! They sent me a couch that had been dropped by the warehouse employees and are refusing to fix or replace the couch. I bought the couch in March and 3 technicians have come different times and nothing has been done. The customer service gives me the run around any time I try and get my couch fixed or they cannot find any of the “notes” from the call. This company is a joke. ALWAYS SHOP LOCAL!
I gad a great experience at Ashley’s Furniture. I bought my dad a new power lift chair and we found a really comfortable one that I think is going to last him a long time. Our salesman, Dallas, stayed with us after hours to help find the right chair for him. Ashley’s is a great furniture store in San Angelo.
It took a while to be approached by a salesperson but after that all went great. We made a purchase and are looking forward to our new chair & ottoman to be delivered soon.

After looking at the Ashley's website, for a specific power recliner my wife and I visited our local Ashley's in San Angelo Tx..We were met by a cordial and professional salesman named Dallas Nobles. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase. Can't wait for my new recliner to arrive!. We will be doing more business with Ashley's in the future. Great people and a great overall experience.
Ashley Home store in San Angelo the furniture is great except when something happens and your Recliner no longer works . I paid for the extra Warranty an thank god I did. The problem was with the warranty company that they had at the time. I reported my problem at the end of January and it only took them till 6/27/24 to finally receive my new chair replacement because the warranty company said they would send someone out to fix but never did. Did a video call with them to show it was not working and had to turn chair upside down to video the numbers on motor for them. Then wait for parts that never came. After numerous calls and attempts to get my chair fixed they finally said they would replace my chair and after ONLY 6 months of fighting with them I can use my Replacement chair. Just so you all know Ashley was not the problem it was the warranty company they used . So in a way it is Ashley but it was my choice to get the extra Warranty. I should have ask if they Warranty for there furniture themselves or go through a third-party, Buyer be Aware !!!!!
Ashley’s is a great place to find what you need in furniture. They have a range of products from good, better, best depending on your financial & personal preference. The customer service is excellent. Mr. Noble was very professional & helpful. He offered useful suggestions without a “high pressure“ vibe. I will definitely return to Ashley’s for future home furniture purchases.

We felt we were treated very well in the store. Dellis was very knowledge of the products and we felt he was honest with us. The only reason for not 5 star was that their IT system was very frustrating when we tried to register for a drawing and again when they contacted us to set a delivery date.

Dellis was our salesman and he was friendly and helpful. He allowed my husband and I to lay on therapeutic mattress that we were looking at. He demonstrated all aspects of this mattress. The only negative was length of time it took for him to find correct mattress online in to order to sell and set up for delivery.

Beware of convoluted home delivery..aka ..white glove. I was not able to be present for delivery . So had family member wait all day at residence. Notified by driver at 11 am they were 30 minutes away. Arrived 1pm. Viewed delivery take place on home security camera. Both drivers clearly acknowledged and expressed concern that the couch set was too big for room. Instead of providing that extra level of service and calling the customer(me) they proceeded to make the delivery anyway. I called customer service literally 5 minutes later to request a pick up. Service rep stated they will text driver. Naturally no one ever showed. I was told deliver is final … never do business with Ashely again. Had I gone to Harvertys like I initially was going to do, an issue like this would have been corrected immediately.

We purchased a recliner online. Got it delivered and it's TINY!! Like a kids chair TINY, I can't even sit in it. First time we've ever purchased furniture online and the last! I called Ashely and they won't take it back even though we wanted to exchange it for a bigger better more pricey chair. My advice don't buy from Ashley's.

I’m looking to upgrade to a king mattress. I had already went to Mattress Firm. Decided I wanted to shop around. Well…. As I walked into Ashley’s, no one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. Back to Mattress Firm I go! There was a high possibility that I would still need purchase my bedroom set from you. Now that is a definite no! My home now is furnished with your furnitire. This isn’t my first rodeo, but my first time coming into this location.

Representative was kind and friendly. I went in to purchase a couple of leather recliners but ended up purchasing a sectional instead. Only thing I didn’t like was most of the recliners weren’t even connected so that I could try them out. Not a bad trip though, at the end I was glad the recliners weren’t connected as I think purchasing the sectional was a better buy for my husband and I.
I went to the store with no particular couch in mind, only that I needed something simple and within reasonable cost. Tammie was more than willing to go round the entire store with me back and forth, and she helped me make a choice. She was not only patient with me but also very knowledgeable and friendly. I want to say that the entire staff are well trained in their job, they are knowledgeable. I was really impressed with the way they handled the whole process.

The employees were helpful and did not hover like some furniture stores do. My only issue was that the employee charged us for the wrong product initially, although the manager was around so things were quickly cleared up!
Browsing the store multiple times to look at one specific couch over the last couple months, and finally pulled the plug today. Miss Tammie helped us solidify the deal and made it feel like this couch was meant to be ours. Customer service played a big role in todays decision.

Our experience at Ashley's was 10 Star not a 5. Our Professional Sales staff person was Dallas. Was not pushy, was not fast talking typical Sales man, Dallas did not push on buying something more expensive or something we didn't want. Dallas is very Professional, knowledgeable & very polite. We hv never experienced this before from other salesmen. And that is why Dallas is not a salesman but a Professional Sales staff person. On Friday, April 1st, I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture in San Angelo, TX. Dallas, the salesman, researched the furniture I wanted on his laptop, and found the exact couch and love seat in the color I wanted, at the best possible price (buy one, get one half off). Ashley can be very proud to have this super salesman as part of their team!
They will promise and say what ever they want to you in order to get you to buy but to get your delivery is another thing. Bought my couch in November and everytime I am scheduled for delivery and have it confirmed they say they someone had me rescheduled for the following week. This has been going on since January and all any one at the store can say is that it is out of their hands. Called corporate and they say to go to the store and store says to get with corporate. SO unless you want to be charged for something that will be delivering when they feel like it I say go somewhere else. A bunch of other stores in town that have better service than this.

Jesse did a great job answering all my questions and did his best to get us a great deal!! Recommend Ashley’s if you’re in the market for new furniture but don’t need it in a timely manner. We were initially told we would have our furniture in 3 weeks. 5 months later it has finally arrived.
Definitely one of the places that lie the most about their deliveries to ensure a sale takes 5 months to receive a table that the longest delay would be a month according to what the seller said, they always have too many excuses to justify themselves and I'm still waiting for an order pending delivery that the deadline was December 18, 2021 which I requested more than 3 months ago
Logan was very helpful. Excellent customer service. He explained the purchasing process in a descriptive manner, perfectly. This is our first purchase on furniture, and we are very excited and happy with our order and visit. We will definitely be coming back for future purchases.

We came in with a "Don't Use It, Don't Lose It" certificate for protection for a previous purchase. Although Ashley does not use this particular protection (Purple Cow) any more, they honored the certificate and assisted us by answering all of our questions. We were very pleased with our purchase. We live out of the area now, but we would definitely come back to this store or any other Ashley brand store.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE Had to cancel whole order due to the incompetent employees at this store location. Originally had bought a bed on clearance and paid it in full that day along with a mattress that would have been delivered in two days. They gave us four days to pick up our bed within that time we had made the effort to pick it just to be told it wasn’t ready yet, considering it was at their fault we couldn’t get the bed and didn’t have a truck we waited until Monday to pick it up after constantly calling and being reassured it would be fine till then. Just to get a call an hour before arriving that we had lost our bed and it could be sold to us at a higher price and different date. Confused we tried to speak in person with someone but of course there was no real management present, she let us know our bed was in the back but we could not take it even though it was paid for?? She did not have any solutions or answers for us after we explained we just wanted furniture to sleep on. After realizing this sales team wasn’t going to help us we felt it was pointless having a mattress delivered without the bed. After failing to honor their original price and in there own terms this is fraud, this is a sad excuse of how business is handled, do better.
The salesmanship from Terry in San Angelo was unsurpassed. A very humble and honest man. You don’t find those much anymore at least in retain industry. His honesty, his suggestions, and attention to details were very much accepted and appreciated. Can’t wait to get my items delivered. Thank you, Terry. Went to Ashley’s in San Angelo back to back days( giving them the benefit of the doubt) , I was never greeted nor acknowledged, the only person I saw was a lady behind a computer(on her phone)and she never once acknowledged me or asked if I needed anything! After walking around for 15-20 mins without anyone coming up to me I decided to leave! If this is the kind of service we get before a purchase I don’t even want to know how the service is after the sale!! I can’t believe this business is still open!!! This place shouldn’t even get a 1 star!!
Dallas the salesman was great. I see a lot of complaints about waiting for furniture. I just ordered so really can’t comment on that at this time. I felt like Dallas was being honest with me on the delivery time.
Today Jesse helped my daughter-in-law and I. He was a wealth of help. She was able to purchase the bed set she loved and still use keep her power base. Thank you so much Jesse.

We purchased electric recliners in June of last year and paid for additional warranty through purple cow warranty and no one will help get it fixed . One side has no power. Paying for extra warranty doesn't seem to be their problem only collecting the money. Check with local Store in San Angelo and they were not in the least wanting to help Just do sales. Never buy anything again from this store

You guys should really be ashamed of yourself, how can you take someone's money and not give them their product, I ordered a chair and ottoman back in March and have not received anything. They keep blaming it on change to the company, that's not the customers problem do what you need to do to get us our merchandise. They won't call you back, the people are rude, the really want everyone to just go away so they can keep our money and the merchandise. It's not fair to us at all

I ordered my furniture 11 weeks ago and they are saying it will be 6-7 more weeks before I might receive my furniture. Which I would somewhat be okay with except they are already making me pay for the furniture. I will pay at least 4 bills on the furniture before I receive the actual furniture. DONT shop Ashley’s unless you want to wait 4-6 months to receive your furniture
I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered table with chairs for my kitchen, my set arrived damaged. Second time around again same problem. Now what??????. Made in China go figure!!! So tired of it. I will never order anything from Ashley store again. Let's see what they will do this time. Update will follow......

Ordered furniture in March was supposed to be here in 8 weeks. Still have no furniture. Everytime I call its another lie. Just called now they are saying mid September. Called back 5 minutes later and was told October now. They lie about everything!!! Do not buy fro them ever!
I ordered my daughters bedroom set in May. We are approaching August and still have not recieved our furniture. My daughter was on the floor we had to purchase an air matress. The San Angelo store does not answer their phone calls and when they do the literally pick the phone up and hang up on you. When i go in the store they always reaasure me it will be delivered in 2 days. We have heard that for weeks now! When I called corporate I was told I am inpatient and some people have been waiting up to a year for their furniture due to COVid. I call BS! Do not buy from this company! I do not know how they are still in business. The employees in the office are polite and apologetic and I appreciate that but i dont want apologies...i want what I purchased.
This store is terrible the service stinks me and my family went in looking for a bedroom set no one and I mean no one helped us horrible service.
Was told order would be received in 4-8 weeks received one half of order at 9 weeks and currently at 12 weeks and still missing 1/3 couches that I ordered. When I call I keep getting told dates further and further out.
Do NOT shop at Ashley's! All furniture is 2-4 weeks out, "supposedly". In actual reality its 6 - 52 weeks out!!! I am not kidding! Not happy with them.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD.. We ordered a mattress replacement on Mar 12th. We.had to pay $300 for the exchange. Since then, we have not gotten ONE phone call for delivery. We called Lubbock for updates and kept being told it wasn't here yet. Whe. We call our local store in San Angelo, they tell.us it's on the next truck and Lubbock will be calling to set up delivery. When we call Lubbock we have to wait on hold for an hour or more each time. Finally on May 8th, we call and we're told that our mattress is there and available for delivery. They couldn't tell us how long it had been there. They wouldn't say why they haven't called to srt up delivery. We arrange for delivery on May 13th. They were supposed to call to tell us morning or afternoon on the 13th...no call. Called the store, they can't get a hold of anyone in Lubbock. On the 13th the store tells us that the mattress was damaged in.shipping and a replacement had been ordered. I call Lubbock and am told the MATTRESS NEVER ARRIVED. I took a day off work.for nothing, and they didn't even call to cancel. When I used the chat feature I was told they couldn't see store orders only online, the rep I talked to on the phone told me I was mistaken...meaning he called me a liar even though I knew who I had talked to. I told him that I had put.in a request for a call back the first time I called on the 13th and never got one, and this had happened before. The reps say that we are putting pur own phone numbers in wrong...every time. But guess what, you dont put a number in. The system recognize our number. Filed a complaint with BBB...though judging from reviews...it won't matter. Tried to call corporate...they can't do anything. Still no mattress, no update.
If I could give zero stars I would. I order my living room set in April we have fought to get the pieces we have now I am waiting on the last piece. I can’t get ahold of anyone in the store or customer service now. If my call goes through they hang up right away. I was supposed to have it Monday now it’s Friday and still not here!
I purchased bedroom furniture in November 2020 and STILL have not received all of it. I have made multiple calls to try to find out anything about the status of my order and can't ever seem to get answers. No one at the San Angelo store is helpful; they don't even call you back. Speaking to several people in person at the store did no good. Ashley's customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. They leave you waiting on hold for an hour or more and no one ever answers. There is an option to leave a message asking for a call back, however, no one ever bothers to call back. There is no follow-up whatsoever from anyone to reach out to the customer in regards to the status of their order, communication regarding delays, etc. I guess once they've been paid in full they just don't care any more.
The guy who sold us the furniture was great, but we purchased our furniture in March and were told 2 to 8 weeks for delivery. We called to check on the status of our order and were told mid May. Mid May comes along and we call again and now we are being told June for delivery. We would like to be able to get a better delivery status but no one seems to be able to do that. I'm afraid Ashley's will keep pushing the date back and we will be waiting a year before we get the furniture we paid for in full. I have tried to contact the information given below on the reply and have not received help from there either. San Angelo is a franchise so I cannot seem to get help when I use the contact information online either and now I cannot get the local store to answer phone calls. I will be going to the store Monday and attempt to speak to a manager about getting a refund.

We have yet to receive our sectional that we purchased in January. We’ve called about five times and they’ve told us we’ll get it the middle of February. Then middle of March. Then April 22 and then May 1. I doubt we’ll get it today. I will never purchase anything from Ashley again. Yeah I get that covid happened but if you can’t promise that you have the products that a consumer purchases and pays money for then don’t sell your products.

If I could I would not give them a single star I ordered and sectional over a month ago and was told I should have it by Easter weekend and when we called they said they don’t have it and it’s been constantly fighting online chat agents and the phone agents to get my furniture I paid in full for I finally got 1 piece and waiting another 2 weeks to get the rest of my furniture when they have told my wife it’s in the warehouse but they are waiting to deliver it Me and my kids literally are sitting on the floor waiting for our furniture this is a poorly ran company with very poor management and terrible customer service I would not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone do Not shop here they will take your money and make you wait months for your products.
My husband and I had multiple questions for the salesman, and he was very patient with us. He made sure to give us all of our options and didn't pressure us either way. We are pleased with the money we saved by going to Ashley's.
Dallas and the other associates were very helpful and provided a lot of good information. They did not pressure us as a lot of salesmen do. They left my husband and I alone to discuss our options. They made us feel very comfortable and welcome in their store. Best of all they spoke with me as well as my husband. Most salesmen tend to ignore my comments and questions and only speak to my husband, but not Dallas and associates. Plus they explained everything clearly! Love you guys! This is my second time in this month I buy form Ashely . I still haven't received any thing on the first order that I ordered at the Abilene Ashley Store on the beginning of April. I call and I'm on the phone line up to an hour and I have to hang up. But finally I got someone last week and I was told I am suppose to receive my first furniture this week. She said they would let me know what day but still have not received nothing. Even after this bad experience I stilled ordered again this week. I like your prices and quality looks good. But I had a good experience in San Angelo and they worked with me where I needed to be. But I let him know about furniture I'm still waiting on from Ashely and that I haven't had a good experience, and that I needed at least to be called and let me know something about my order. He assured me that I could call at anytime to their Ashley store there in San Angelo and that I can ask for him or I could call him for any questions on my order. So I'm hoping I will hear something soon about my first order and that this second order I will be informed as well. We bought a dining room set in January and were promised 7 to 8 weeks delivery...it is still not here...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and deliver nothing. We were told by an employee at the San Angelo store that our salesman, who does not return calls his, has a 400 name list of customers on his desk of people he is supposed to call about their orders...Read other reviews...they are the same...wish we had read them before we bought. 60 MINUTES ANYONE?
I placed my order for a Tempurpedic bed in store and everyone there was just delightful. Waited 2 weeks for the bed to arrive which was no problem i expected that, then the delivery came and that’s when the nightmare began. They brought the wrong mattress so I obviously refused to accept it. I was told i would be called back later that day for a reschedule with the correct item. No one contacted me. I tried contacting the local store and they told me i would need to contact customer service, then customer service said i would need to contact the store, i just keep getting the run around. I don’t know where my bed is. Finally i convinced someone in customer service to quit hanging up on me and they still insisted that they could not look into anything. And that i would need to speak to someone in the store. I called the store again and they claimed their system was down even though they addressed me by name when i hadn’t given it. I’m just getting the run around, I’m out almost 5 grand with nothing to show for it and since Ashley’s doesn’t offer carry off of your old furniture i tossed out my bed because i was expecting a new one later that day. Also in regards to the delivery they called me and told me they had the wrong mattress and would have to reschedule but wouldn’t charge me a reschedule fee like it was some favor they were doing when it was there mistake. After some back and forth they actually said i could keep the mattress they were bringing instead i asked if it was a medium firmness which they said it was, it wasn’t so they lied to me and that’s why i had to refuse the order after it arrived.

They don’t accept refunds only store credit which means we can’t even get our money back from these crooks. BUYER BEWARE definitely stay away!

Do not order from Ashley's. Their sales store team is great. However, once you buy the sales team no longer helps you, they will re-route you to call the customer service number. I have been waiting for my furniture for 10 weeks. I have been charged for something I technically do not have yet. I have called the customer service number multiple times and I have asked for a call back and no one has called me back. No one can tell me the shipping information for my furniture. Its not worth buying from Ashley's. Just order from Big Lots, Amazon, or JC Penny.
11/2020: The sales associates were all very helpful and nice, I got a great deal on a whole new bedroom furniture set and everything will be delivered to my home which is great! Update 3/16/2021: I still haven’t received my dresser for my furniture set and I got the other items maybe a month ago. Don’t waste your time at this place. I can’t even get ahold of anyone on the customer service line to figure out where tf my furniture is. This whole situation has been a pain. And the furniture isn’t even worth it. I’m just going to start building my own furniture, it would be faster at this rate.

I am updating my review and changing from 5 stars to 1 based on terrible customer service after the sale. I was provided 3 different arrival dates for my furniture and all have come and gone. Now I cannot get in touch with anyone and calls to the store go directly to a full voice mailbox. Email communication to customer service has been ignored as well. The inability to reach anyone or get a clear answer is extremely frustrating. I will definitely not be shopping at their store in the future.
Dallas helped us out instore and didn’t pressure us into anything. He gave us our time and answered our questions when we had any. We purchased a new bedroom set with ease. Barbara Reyes called me the next day to reassure that I had a great experience. Hopefully delivery is as easy.

Even when I changed my mind and wanted it in a different spot, they smiled and never got rude or impatient. Today 04/20/2021: I called two weeks ago to find out the status of my couch. I was told that it would be 4-6 weeks and had approached the 6 week deadline. I was told that my purchase would not be delivered for another month. I was transferred to customer service and left a message to have the call returned. It was not returned. I also emailed my CSR, Barbara, and have not received a return email. I called the store today, no one picked up and the customer service line was busy. I'd really like to cancel my purchase. 02/24/2021: Had a great time picking out a couch at the store. My salesman Dallas and my follow up contact Barbara were great.

If I could give zero stars i would. Do not shop here. We ordered and paid for my daughter's chest of drawers and mirror on Nov 22nd 2020 and still have not received it. They have my money and I can't even talk to a manager about it. I just get the run around every time I call. And when they say they are transferring me to a manager I get a general customer service voice-mail. I consulted the better business bureau and they informed me that they have 188 active complaints with this same issue. I was advised to report this to the Texas attorney General as a theft which i am doing tomorrow. I don't know if I will ever see my money or my furniture. This has been a nightmare. And it was my daughter's birthday furniture.

My mom and I went to Ashley Home Store looking for a picture. We were greeted the moment we walked in by a wonderful sales associate named Sunni. She was just the type of sales person we like! She greeted us but left us to browse without hovering or trying to push us into making a purchase. She was readily available when we needed information. My mom was called by a very friendly lady, Barbara R., who confirmed our order and made sure we were satisfied with the service we received. This was a really nice change of pace! Most stores don't follow up with their customers after the sale. My mother and I were both very satisfied with our shopping experience at Ashley and are actually considering the purchase of some new living room furniture because of this trip to the store. We were told our furniture would be here in 2-6 weeks and here we are almost 10 weeks later, still on furniture. Communication with this company is a joke. Had to wait on hold for over 75 minutes. Will never shop here again!

In my previous comment I left five stars… over four months ago. I’m sorry Ashley’s, you dropped the ball! I was told when I purchased the sofa that it would be delivered from 2 to 6 weeks. It is now been 18.5 weeks!!! I am paying out the sofa that I don’t even have!!! Not so happy now!!!

Suppose to arrive before Christmas, arrived yesterday- 1/16/21, delivery person did not want to be here or assemble the furniture, made several excuses ex. missing bolts, ( 1/4-20) ask us to wait days to receive a shipment, we had plenty - started to work made another excuse ( can’t remember) again we had what was needed to solve the problem. When he left, drawers do not open & close, some he never installed & one literally rocks pushed in or pulled out. Went to the store in person today 1-17-21 & the guy in charge, Matias, did not have or make time to address any issues, his answer was to call customer service ( which we had done numerous times about the delivery to make sure someone was at home) hours on hold & no answers. I do have videos of furniture not working, sent to the sales guy ( he seemed to care) we shall see how this ends.
"Sunni from the Ashley's in San Angelo, TX, was amazingly helpful" ------------ I originally gave this store a good rating. However, the good customer service stopped at Sunni from the store. The people who came to set up our furniture set the bed up wrong and it broke within a week. The furniture came broken and they simply replied "we will have to send you the new furniture in a few months". We have spent over a year going in circles with them to bring out the correct furniture. Every customer service rep has been less than helpful and at times incredibly rude. The delivery drivers called Ashleys themself to explain how the original Delivery men installed the furniture wrong and how the drawers to the furniture set would not just "fix themself". I would not recommend anyone use Ashley's. We have since gone through Furniture Row and had an amazing experience, even throughout the pandemic. Delivery, customer service, and floor sales women/men were amazing. Try another store and avoid Ashley's at all costs. The furniture is cheap and the services is not worth it.
Received great service and very useful info on mattresses from Dallas, making our decision a pretty easy one. Follow up call from Barbara was a nice and pleasant surprise. Thanks y’all!!
The sell went smoothly, literally took maybe 10 minutes! Knew exactly what I was looking for, in and out my kinda service lol. I can’t recall his name but the Sale Rep was very pleasant, along with Ms Barbara during our followup conversation
The folks at this store were extremely kind and helpful. Patient with me as well and no pressure from any of them and that made my experience even better. The selection is vast and different and plenty of space to move around. I had never been here before and I regret that it took me so long to go. I will come here first when I'm ready for additional furniture or bedding. I actually enjoyed this store. Thanks to Barbara for sending this survey, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to express my experience.

Ashley schedules the delivery then pulls it the day before because they broke my headboard. No apology or compensation offered. The person who calls you to tell you the order is messed up can't actually help you they can transfer you to customer service but guess what they dont help either. Christmas guests sleeping on the floor we dont care. They order the new headboard and in the time it takes to get there. They messed up the footboard. So now we have to order one of those.Still haven't received a phone call from a supervisor that was supposed to call 12 days ago.Upset customer. We dont care. We dont do refunds . Huge mistake shopping here. Seriously shop anywhere else.

I got a sectional and a two bed room set from Ashley’s, they are great quality and for a great price. I have referred a few people to Ashley’s home store for purchase’s. Barbra has great customer service skills and she was willing to help me in any way she could to resolve any issues but there were none.
I shopped at the San Angelo store. Dallas was a lot of help! He has great customer service! Wish I could say the same about the manager, Cameron. I almost didn’t make my Purchase because of the manager. Had it not been for Dallas and his great customer service, I would’ve walked out empty handed.

The sales staff and manager were all friendly and easy to work with. However they told us our sectional couch would take 2-6 weeks and they had seen no issues due to COVID. We are currently on WEEK 14 of waiting for our furniture. I was told they would put a rush because around week 9 everything except one section of my couch was ready. 5 weeks and no updates. We finally received word last week they would be delivering our furniture tomorrow. They called at 6 pm tonight to tell me one of our three pieces was damaged when they pulled it at the warehouse and it will need to be rebuilt.
the Problem is the customer service , got the wrong dining room set del. the 1 st time ! Sec time correct table, wrong size chair's ! Still waiting for the correct ones. Not a happy customer !! Will never by at Ashley's again !!

Great experience! My husband and I needed to buy a couch, but we had just missed the black Friday weekend. They gave us the black Friday discount anyways (half off!)...they also had an amazing salesman, Dallas, helping us...he wasn't pushy or overbearing like most salespeople are...he let us do our thing and gave us waters while we searched and was just there when we reached out to him with questions...also want to give a shout out to Barbara who helped us as well.

The salesman was very helpful but not pushy. My only problem had been trying to order pillows separately . They gave me a phone number and department to press and I waited one ran hour and never hit help. 28 people in front of me, ridiculous!!! She was just the right blend of helpful without being pushy. We got a phenomenal deal on 2 new couches, a recliner and a 3table living room set. (We only came in to shop for the recliner.) While my ordering experience from Ashley was great it went downhill from there. I ordered at the end of November 2020 with a 6 week timeline for receiving my order, so mid January. January came and went and nothing. I called multiple times and they kept pushing the date out. Then they called saying they would deliver on a Saturday. The snow storm happened, and no one was available to meet them. They threatened me with a $200 rescheduling fee. I had to argue and ask if they needed someone to die driving to meet them. They eventually gave in and did not charge. When they showed up no dresser or chest. They gave another date for those. Well that date came and past and nothing. I tried calling customer service multiple times. The hold is 30+ minutes , but if you select get a callback you never get one. The dresser arrived last week without the chest.. They told me this weekend the 17th of April I'd have the chest. I didn't receive a delivery call, so I called. They didn't even know my dresser was delivered. I asked about the chest. The store associate didn't know and said she'd call back. I received a call from Ashley in lubbock asking about last weeks experience. I informed them of my issues. They said to call customer service I said I'm waiting fora callback from last week. She didn't know what to tell me. She said her system showed June for the chest. 7 months after I ordered! I reluctantly called customer service after 30+ min I got a person. She kept putting me on hold. She then told me next Thursday. I was told they don't deliver to my area on Thursday, so who knows when I'll get my chest. They take your money up front, don't refund and don't deliver. What a great business model.
Literally the WORST company I’ve ever done business with. I do not understand how there are so many good reviews on google unless they are being paid to write a review. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your time or money. My family ordered 3 bedroom sets and a dining room table. We ordered the bedroom sets in August and we have only received 1. We were told YESTERDAY 11/20/20 that the other two bedroom sets and the dining room table were scheduled for delivery today, 11/21/20 and we were on the list. We cleared out the boxes and moved stuff out of the way so there would be room for them to set up the beds. Here it comes 7 pm and we have not heard anything, so we call and are told our name was removed from the delivery list, and for what reason I don’t know. Ever since we ordered it has been a total nightmare, the first of which when our payment “was not paid” when it had been. Apparently the receptionist took the money or something and was fired. We are asking for a full refund for all of our furniture, as we do not want furniture from such a dishonest company that will screw you over quicker than you can blink. We will also be contacting our lawyer AGAIN, and will be proceeding through that way. Definitely will be contacting other people that have been in the same situation to see about getting a class action started. This company does not need to be allowed to continue if they cannot do business correctly. If this was a small, hole-in-the-wall furniture company who could not keep up with orders, that would be one thing. However, such a large company has no excuse for the nightmare this has been. We have been sleeping on mattresses on the floor for 3 months because they cannot get it together. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Do not buy anything from this store!! I purchased a desk on Sept 6th, and was told I would receive it within 4-6 weeks. It has now been almost 10 weeks and I still haven’t gotten it. They NEVER called me to tell me that my furniture would be delayed. The only update I get is when I call them. Terrible customer service and I will never buy a piece of furniture from them again.

Worst place to buy furniture, I have been waiting for my bedroom set for 9 months they keep telling me the same thing over and over again after having me waiting on the phone for 1 hour just to tell me “it looks like is on its way, it should be here next week, we will give u a call blah blah blah” and I keep getting one piece of furniture every three months, it’s just ridiculous. Don’t buy from them!!!! Horrible customer service on top of all that.

I purchased a couch back in the middle of July and I keep getting told that delivery will be beginning of September then 9/29 then 10/29 now it’s beginning of November. I have a feeling I will not get my couch until Christmas with how things are going. I know we are in the middle of a pandemic but everything reopened in October so not sure why delivery is taking so long. I’m also now afraid that the wrong couch or a used couch will be delivered based on other reviews I have read. The cancellation policy should have a time frame that after 6 months of waiting for delivery then the option should be to fully refund the full price. I am just so upset I have had to wait 16 weeks for delivery and still have yet to receive my couch. I purchased another loveseat at furniture row and it got delivered within the time frame they told me. Never shopping here again.
Overall the experience at Ashley was great! They were not pushy in getting us to purchase, but were within reasonable distance for any questions or concerns about the furniture we were looking at. My only concern with the whole deal was the actual purchase process, ordering/setting up delivery and completing the purchase seemed like a very bulky process compared to other stores we have recently bought from. Waiting over 30 minutes for the ticket to be "written up" seems excessive to say the least. Over all very happy with our experience though, and would shop there again. EDIT: ( changed from 4 stars to 1 star) ordered my couch august 16th, 2020 and was told 4-6 weeks. My salesman contacted me and told me the end of october a few days later. Thats fine, 2 weeks later, my salesman no longer works there, and I was assigned a new person on my account. She told me she was going to attempt to get my delivery pushed up, thats great! Come the end of october, there have been no updates in 3 weeks. I call the person handling my account.. SHE no longer works there. So i call the store, They have now told me to not expect delivery till the middle of december. Unacceptable, when i voice my conerns, i was told i signed a contract, and all they can do for me is put me in contact with customer service. Basically a **** off, you signed a contract and now we dont care about you, we have your money. (id ask for my money back if it wasnt also in the contract for no refunds, and only in store credit. Never again will i go through ashley for anything, i believe ill furnish this house elsewhere.
My husband and I had the pleasure of being helped by Dallas. We had such ease finding our new living room set with Dallas help. His trainee was helpful as well. The financial coordinator made the process quick and easy. We plan on coming back soon to seethe great team at Ashley’s!
The salesman here are very nice, great to work with and have a lot of patience with me being indecisive. However, the customer service line is terrible. I called, they say my order doesn’t exist. I was charged $1753.63 on my credit card, so I can assure you, it exists. I call again to speak with someone else and get the run around. I was caller 2 the first time, hang up, suddenly caller 35. When you finally get through it rings and rings for what feels like forever. I am now disputing this charge with my credit card company. They wasted 4 weeks of my time. Plus the next 35 days waiting for the dispute to hopefully be accepted. I feel for the salesman, it’s not their fault.

I found a real nice small sectional for less than $1500. I really didn't think I'd get approved for credit but I did. The only bad thing is they say it will take 2 to 6 weeks for my sofa to come in because of the pandemic but delivery is free and they'll set it up for me. Dallas the salesman was real friendly and went over the financing with me. Great place to shop.

I have had nothing but problems getting the chair that I purchased from them. I was first quoted a month for delivery. It has now been two months and I still haven’t received the chair. The one that I was supposed to get, after I called customer service to complain, was damaged when it was delivered from the manufacturer. When I told them that I just wanted my money back, they told me that there is a 25% restocking fee and the remainder would be given to me in store credit. Why would I want to buy anything else from them after the the experience that I have had?

Friendly and fast customer service. I walked in and told them what I was looking for and was promptly shown my options both in the store and online. Free home delivery was a bonus! Update: I’ve dropped my review to one star due to the unbelievable trouble I’ve had getting the product that I ordered. I made my purchase on May 21, 2020 and they have just tried delivering the wrong bed AGAIN today Sept. 22, 2020. Previous deliveries have also been the wrong bed, broken bed, or they call to confirm the delivery of some random bunk bed that I did not order. My son has now been sleeping for 4 months on his brand new mattress on the floor and I’ve used several PTO days at work to stay home and wait for this delivery that is never right. Please, get it together Ashley’s furniture.

Bad experience. We purchased a couch and was told 2-6 weeks. We called customer service and was told the new estimated delivery was at least 12 weeks. When we tried to cancel, we were told there is a 25% fee to cancel. This was within 3 business days of purchase. The local store says you have to call customer service to cancel an order but their website says to contact local store to cancel. Avoid this store at all costs. Why would someone buy from this store if the local store cannot provide customer support. It is not worth the hassle no matter the price.

I received a sale pamphlet in the mail, stating store opens at 9 AM for" Labor Day Sale". Myself and others had to wait until 10:00. I was greeted at the door and asked how I could be helped. I pulled out my add and told him I wanted the desk on sale. He stated the desk was not in the store and said he could order it for me. I looked around for a bit then decided I needed to be on my way. If I had open range I would have bought a lot of furniture that day. Beautiful bedroom sets, dining tables and chairs, sofa tables, even the eat-at-bars that are so popular now. The store was well stocked. They even had a purple bedding set I would really enjoy. Everyone was very nice , and sales staff were helpful but not overbearing. Can't wait to get my son's desk. Delivered assembled.

What a joke! Customer service was the only part great about Ashley's! We purchased a sofa & it was going to be delivered in 2-6 weeks! Its been 10 weeks and still no sofa. Plus we called to see what was the hold up. Just be told half of my sofa, THAT WAS PAID IN FULL BTW, will be delivered sometime at the end of August and the other half to be delivered sometime in the beginning of September! This is no way to do business! I'm very disappointed in this company!

We had just about given up on finding a recliner with lumbar support that met our expectations: comfortable headrest, easy use of power buttons, fabric, and color to coordinate with our existing living room decor. We visited 3 furniture stores before remembering Ashley's was now back in town. We found exactly what we were looking for at Ashely's with a sales associate who immediately walked to the recliners with lumbar support and was able to answer all of our questions. Great experience! We will return on our next shopping spree to buy furniture!

This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture store. I’ve dealt with a number of furniture stores and this one is by far the worst. They over-promise and under-deliver. Salesmen only care about making a sale and not pleasing the customer. When I walked into the store to check on my order for the 5th time I was greeted by a salesman but as soon as I told him I was just checking on an order placed several months ago his warm demeanor quickly turned very cold and aloof. The company doesn’t offer refunds which translates into they don’t care about your satisfaction and they don’t believe in their own product. I will never buy anything from Ashley’s Furniture again.
I was totally up to giving a 5 star review but 7 weeks later and I still don't have my furniture. My salesman was amazing and told me 2-6 weeks for delivery he also said I would be receiving an email to track the status of my order 2 weeks went buy and nothing no email so just wanted to make sure they have the right emai. While on the phone the lady she told me only delivery reaches out 2 days prior to delivery and have no ability to see the stat of my order but did tell me an estimated delivery day august 5th no problem end of my 6 weeks so I wait it was 2 days before August 5th I call and the lady told me estimated delivery of mid August frustrated again I call last week and get told delivery isn't estimated until September 5th or the week later. The lady was super nice but I'm Still frustrated I haven't received my product then I see on here people receiving theres after they ordered after myself I certainly would not recommend and will not return

Our first experience with Ashley's Home Store was great. The sales person was very informative and in comparison to other competitive stores the quality of furniture was equivalent and well within our budget. This allowed us with Ashley's competitive pricing staying once again within our budget to actually add more furniture to complete our new home. If you want quality at competitive pricing I would recommend shopping at Ashley's Home store. Updated 9 months later the Ashley's Home furniture we purchased is as new looking as the day we bought it. Seriously we use this furniture every day. Our power reclining sofa and sectional works flawlessly not failing to mention the Italian leather shows no sign of wear. The Alymere table set for our living room is beautiful and well built, our Charmond dining room table, 8pc chairs and buffet as well king sleigh bed, night stands, and dresser maintain a beautiful flow throughout the house as you go through room to room. Yes we went all in but we definitely did our research first. Literally tuning furniture up side down and in side out it was then we noticed not only the the quality of material used but as well the craftsmanship.

Originally I was all set to give 5 stars. I did have a great in store experience. Dallas was great, we were happy with everything and we got a call not too long after leaving saying our bed would be delivered Wednesday. This was perfect since that was also our bulk pickup day. My husband and I got up early took our mattress to the curb so that it was out of the way for the new stuff. Also, we took our couch since we bought new recliners and didn’t mind sitting on our loveseat till they got delivered. I called today (delivery day) to see if I could get a more definitive time frame since I work from home and wanted to know what time they’d be here. I was told there had been a “glitch” and I wasn’t showing for delivery today (Wednesday) and the next delivery was Saturday. So now my husband and I have absolutely no bed to sleep in or couch to sleep on. I guess it’s just him and I on the loveseat for the next 3 nights. I could not have been happier with my in-store experience but the delivery process has been a complete nightmare. So Dallas and everyone else who helped us in San Angelo 5 stars, this 3 star review has nothing to do with you, you keep being amazing. Delivery 1 Star 👎🏻

If there was a negative star I would give San Angelo store that!! They do not follow through with their word! We purchased an electric recliner and also spent the extra $100 for the batteries for the chair, which of course aren’t in stock so will be mailed...never got them! Called left many messages and no response...this has been 9 months of trying to get our battery and not even a returned called! Do t waste your time, they get your money that is all they want!
My husband and I purchased a power recliner from Ashleys. Our salesman, Sam was so helpful and extremely nice. My husband loves the chair. If you are looking for new furniture Ashleys would be a good place to go.
We bought furniture on May 30, and was verbally promised 6 weeks. One call in June saying it won't be until the middle of July, then nothing. July has come and gone, so I call to see what is up. It won't be until mid August until it is delivered, after I call them. Oh, and even though it is WAY longer than expected, we can't cancel without a 25%fee, no discounts given, and they act like they didn't say "6 weeks tops". I will NEVER buy from them again.
Buying this furniture was easy. The store experience was great, ... we were allowed to shop without being followed around. The delivery was on time with 2 careful people who cared about our opinions. Keep those 2!

After trying multiple futile attempts to place an online order, the Customer Service agent sent me directly to the San Angelo store. I received the BEST customer service from the salesperson there. The first guy took my order and explained that someone would be calling back to process the credit card sale. She did call back, within an hour. I was impressed and will go this route in the future when I'm ordering furniture for my apartments. I would have given 5 stars to the San Angelo store, but my online experience was was so pitiful, i reduced to 4 stars.

As another customer recently reviewed, I have been waiting almost 6 weeks for my furniture to arrive when I was told around 3 weeks. I had called at the beginning of the month and was told the 20th. THATS TOMORROW. I called Ashley’s because no one has reached out to me and Adrianna said in up to two weeks “because the corona virus”. I’m really confused why they even get you an estimate twice and it’s no where even close. We bought our furniture while corona virus was going on, so now it’s just an excuse. They had time to tell us about the delay in shipping due to the virus. I explored other options because were a military family and don’t have a sofa OR kitchen table right now and other places said same week delivery, even with the virus, but we are really set in the items we already chose, so I guess it’s a fun waiting game now. I guess for the next “up to two weeks” my husband, two small kids, and I will still be sitting and eating dinner on the living room floor. Thank you Ashley’s ❤️

The sales associate Matthew was more than accommodating and was able to answer all of our questions and inquiries. I only wish the furniture set we bought at this location was physically there to try out on the showroom floor. **Update** It has now been over 6 weeks, and we still have NOT received our furniture. We were called once and told it would be here right at the 6-week mark. However, after having to call THEM we were told it’s another 2 weeks out. Pretty disappointing customer service, especially considering we’ve been waiting for at least someone to get back to us with an update on the order.

Customer service told me when I bought the furniture that my money is non refundable and I can only use in store credit. Worst experience I ever had. Home Zone is always the way to go. Excellent customer service from store manager, Omar, to sales assistant, Cade. Since I was physically unable to come to the store, Cade assisted my daughter and granddaughter by showing all living room suites and letting them test them by sitting and taking pictures. I reviewed all pictures and after researching Ashley's website, found exactly what I wanted. Cade and Makayla helped me through the payment process and now I am waiting for delivery!
Quick easy service. I went in for a nightstand for my son’s room. I found the one that matched his set but they were able to price match with the Ashley’s online price saving me $50. Plus they offered free delivery.

I went in store to view a few pieces out for display, and ended up ordering a night stand to match our recent bed purchase from the Realyn collection, which is gorgeous. Matt and Omar were of great help. They got my order placed quickly and set up a free delivery, even though I live 80+ miles away.
Three attempts to get what I have purchased. 1st time they said I never confirmed a delivery date which I did confirm twice. Then they said “oh it didn’t get ordered.” Now it apparently damaged, did they not see that when it arrived and if so no one had the courtesy to call or order another ASAP.
The sale person was nice and had patience. Never felt pressure while we were deciding on the furniture.

It has been nearly six months of dealing with their customer service and I was supposed to have my furniture repaired today but due to miscommunication it has been delayed again. If you order from Ashley Furniture I sincerely hope nothing happens to your furniture when it gets delivered because their repair process has been a nightmare.

We are from out of town and were seriously considering buying a 3 piece sectional from this store, that wolverine looking guy kept bugging us when we said we wanted to just look for right now, and would constantly glare at us. We came back this morning about 10:05 to BUY the sectional and the doors wouldn’t open, and Mr. Chest hair was just standing there staring at us and didn’t help to open the door. Received the 5 chest drawer from the Black Friday sale. Since they didn’t have a display of the drawer in store, it was a surprisingly good buy.
Purchased a beautiful living room set, the salesman told us things that weren't true. We told him we wanted to set on the floor, after writing it up and looking over everything before we signed anything. I noticed that the chair to the set wasn't there. He said 'oh, well that's extra'. Never told us that. Also we got a free throw with the purchase, when getting it home we saw there all kinds of pulls in it. I could not believe he let something like that leave the store..Then we had to chase them around for the (FREE) lamps that came with the set. They kept arguing that we weren't supposed to get them. My receipt clearly showed we were. We had back and forth with the warehouse. Finally went to management and everything was cleared up. I won't go there again
Cade was very friendly and helpful with the purchasing of our sectional. Answering our questions and even moving the sectional pieces all around so I could visualize how it would look in our house! We will definitely be going back if we need anything else!

Bought a recliner 3 days ago sit in it the mechanical hardware underneath is messed up they are willing to fix it but if that doesn’t work it’s my fault for accepting it into my home. I will never purchase anything from this company again. I bought a bedroom suite and have had nothing but trouble out of the delivery staff. I had a delivery scheduled and the day before the delivery I got a conformation call, in which they said that they didn't have all my order so I told them to cancel the delivery until they had all of it. I recieved a call the next day from a delivery driver and delivery coordinator stating since I wasn't home that I had to pay a delivery fee to redeliver furniture. I have been on the phone for countless hours on hold and was told that a manager would call me back. That never happened. After a month of trying to talk to a manager, I was told that they didn't have any records of me calling in and then after I sent my call log from my phone they said they didn't have it on file that I canceled. The next excuse was that they need 48 hours notice to cancel but they are the ones that called me 24 hours in advance to confirm. I would warn everyone that once you place your order there is no way to get a refund. Their policies trap you. In the end I had to pay $100 extra to get my furniture. I'm still filing a complaint with the BBB and going to tell everyone on social media my story so this doesn't happen to them. Because I have been treated unfairly.

Wow what an experience! I went to Ashley furniture in San Angelo with a friend who was looking for a mattress. While she was working with the sale specialist, Nathaniel I looked around to see what kind of dining room furniture was on the show room floor. My friend and Nathaniel found me and I let him know what I was really looking for and showed him a picture of what I wanted. He immediately said he thought he could help me. He sure did he pulled up a picture on a big screen by the desk and it was a dining set similar to the pic I had shown him but better. Nathaniel answered all my questions and educated me pointed out the qualities and workmanship Of the product. To make it even sweeter he offered me a discount and that along with his genuine customer care made the sale. I was so impressed with Nathaniel that I also bought a lift top cocktail or coffee table with a matching end table. I did not go in the store planning to buy. I left the store very happy with the pieces I purchased and more importantly I left feeling like I had made a friend and that his goal was sincerely to give me the best personal service he could and an experience that will have me going back to shop not just from Ashley Furniture but most definitely from Nathaniel. We had a terrible experience at Ashley's and will not ever spend our money there. Aside from the fact that we wandered around the store and got snubbed for 20 minutes, not greeted ONCE, we had to approach someone ourselves to get service. We have a ding on our credit from 8 years ago that will fall off in two years. Our credit is good enough to get a car loan, house loan, etc. We never miss payments and never make late payments. Ashley's touts guaranteed credit approval and promises that you dont even NEED credit to purchase from them which is FALSE ADVERTISING. The woman, Elizabeth, when I mentioned the promise of credit approval from the store snidely told me that 88% of people get approved and we weren't part of that 88%. I've never been so embarrassed by a business professional in my life. BEWARE OF ASHLEY'S if you are planning to do payments. THEY DO CHECK YOUR CREDIT and they will TURN YOU DOWN. Do yourself a favor and get furniture from IKEA or Big Lots. What a waste of time. This is not an honest business. They are so rude!!!

We walked in a were greeted by a woman who automatically offered to help us. She asked if we were looking for something specific and what our price range would be. We told her and she showed us everything she had in our range, even suggested a payment plan if we wanted a little better of a set, and worked out a perfect payment option for us. I had to update my review because the first experience and the second experience were polar opposites. While my first experience was pretty good, the second item I purchased has been a nightmare. A few weeks after making the purchase, they tried to deliver the wrong item. The second attempt at delivery resulted in no follow up and no delivery. I just called again a third time now that the item is well past due, and it still isn't ready for delivery. "6-8 weeks, but usually closer to 3" for delivery is turning into 10+ weeks. And the store hasn't reached out to me since they first tried delivering the wrong item. I've had to check in with them every time since. This is completely unsatisfactory.

This is a military friendly store (as to be expected in such a military friendly city)! Just a helpful tip: those interested in shopping online for this store be mindful that although the price online is cheaper you will more than likely be required to assemble it yourself and the delivery fee might be more expensive than buying at the store. I would recommend buying the furniture in store for a better price.

My daughter ordered a bed and a mattress on April 16, 2019. She was told it would take 2 to 6 weeks to be delivered, but salesman told me it shouldn't take more than 2 weeks at the most. It is now June 4, 2019 and still no mattress or bed. I called and was told it would be here on May 24th because they were waiting on the frame. On May 27th, I went to the store and was informed that they were still waiting on the frame and that it would be in on the 31st. Today, I called again, and now they are telling me they are waiting on mattress, rails, footboard, and headboard, and that it will be here on June 19th. This date is not guaranteed either. I talked to a manager and was told there is nothing that can be done and if she cancels her order, she will be charged a 25% cancellation charge of $217 of the $300 she put down. This by far is the worst store to buy furniture at. I have never waited this long for a bed or mattress. I guess they saw a young person and decided she was an easy mark to manipulate. Very upset with the whole process.

I purchased a beautiful reclining loveseat from Ashley Homestore, and could not be more pleased with this piece. The theatre seating is plush and supremely comfortable, and the size is a perfect fit in my rather small living room. The online shopping experience was very convenient, and the home delivery was professional in the careful placement of the loveseat. I am very satisfied with this purchase and shopping experience.

Ashley's home store has amazing deals on their special events throughout the year. We got our couch on 4th of July sale, a mattress for our daughter and the dining room table pictured above on one of the clearance sales; and we just bought a mattress from them on memorial day weekend. Clearly we love the quality of their furniture and the prices! However the service sometimes is hit or miss depending on who is attending you. My husband and I both got the impression that instead of listening to our budget and our needs, the employees who helped us kept pushing for the higher end stuff we couldn't afford when we really just needed something more basic. And this last time when we bought the mattress we were greeted at the door with smiles as we walked in, and got all the attention (even from the manager himself) but the second we said we couldn't afford a 700$ mattress it felt like we werent worth all the effort all of a sudden. We have also overheard employees swiping deals from under one another, which struck a wrong cord with me. I believe in being honest and kind and not just being worried about making a sale and a profit.

Delivery was very easy and we are very happy with the quality of the couches so far. My only complaint is that it took so long for them to come in, but this was disclosed to us upon purchase so I can’t hold it against them. It has been 6 weeks since we purchased a couch and two end tables. The couch took 3 weeks to be delivered and the end tables are still NOT here. I am furious, We were very deceived by the sales clerk and management, who told us that the furniture would be delivered within 10 to 14 days!! While we do love our couch we will never purchase from the San Angelo Ashley‘s furniture again!! When you called you can’t reach The Ashley store in San Angelo you get their sales office out of Lubbock. They are not interested at all that your furniture has not been delivered, they just tell me that it will be there !
Previous customer where I had purchased a bedroom suit and spit king adjustable mattress. Very pleased with staff especially Matt Judy our sales person so we went back this week and bought a new dining set from Matt. During our bedroom furniture search we went to Mattress Firm and asked to see what they offered. The two sales persons pointed to them but never even got up from their chairs behind their desk, we left. Then went to Furniture Row, was met at the adjustable mattress area by a sales person who said, "here is what we have". He then said he had to go into the back, never saw him again so we left. Finally made it to Ashley's where we were shown exactly what we wanted and were well taken care of, that is why we went back to Ashley's for our dining set this week.

Giving 2 stars only because Customer service at the store was great, and they were willing to get me everything I wanted at an affordable price, other than that I’m very unhappy with Ashley’s right now. I had furniture delivered first week of March and they were missing the slats for the mirror for the dresser. So they had them ordered and were to be delivered to my home. Well over a month later, I received only ONE of the slats along with the screws for the mirror. Still missing the other one! So no telling how long that’ll take to get the other one. I’m paying for something that isn’t even a complete set. But I bet the second I’m late on a payment, I’ll be getting some sort of phone call or a late fee on my acct for being late. Yet I can’t even get my complete furniture after a month of it being delivered. Not a happy person right now with Ashely’s!!!!!!!
They delivered the wrong couch weeks ago and after countless phone calls and confirmations that we will be getting the correct couches they call us the day before delivery just for us to find out, yet again, that it’s the wrong couch for a second time and all they have to offer us is a re-order for the third time in hopes that someone does their job right and gets us the correct couches in 2-6 weeks from now, or we can take the wrong couch and accept the $250 store credit. Now it may just be me but why in the world would I want a store credit to a place I will never do business with again. They won’t refund or return anything once ordered even though it’s been one thing after the next on their end and their customer service is trash when it came to getting any answers as to what was going on. Please do y’all selves a favor and don’t even step foot in any of their stores, it’ll just be one disappointment after the next.
They take too much time to deliver the furniture. I started paying for the furniture and I have not received them yet, it's crazy that they take so long. The service has not been the best! 👎🏻
I'm an 18 year old and Cade took advantage of my kindness,naivety, and MONEY! Don't trust him like I did, he lied blatantly about signing me up for a card and the financing. He also lied about cancelling orders, which apparently can't be done even though he told me that it could so now I'm stuck. This is ridiculous and you do not want to start business with these snakes.

When I come in this store Matt and Mrs. Pearl is always there to help. Their were a few minor issues when I got the kiddos bed sets last year but Matt fixed the problem right away. Since I realized how hard they work I came back a few weeks ago and Mrs. Pearl was on top of her game. The only bad thing was this guy that worked their I think his name is (Jeremy Tillman). He made so many mistakes he was cutting me off and so demanding. I just wanted an ultra plush bed. He had no respect for Mrs. Pearl at all. I hope he is not there when I go back to purchase anything else I will just walk out the store. He is a bad salesman. One thing as long as Mrs. Pearl and Matt there I will always come back.

I'm giving 1 star because 0 isnt an option. We purchased an entertainment center from Ashley's. We found one we liked but decided we would look around to find one a little cheaper. The salesman that was helping us, told us the he would give us a great deal on it, if we bought it right then. We decided to go for it and we were really excited to find a nice entertainment center with a fire place. Well, our entertainment center was just delivered and it did not have the fireplace like we were told that we would have. After speaking with customer service, I was informed that we would need to purchase it separately, even though we were told it was included. The salesman that helped us, is of course, no longer employed there. I was told by the store manager that there was a note on our account that we asked for the fire place insert. They are still not willing to deliver one to us, at no cost. We have had a horrible experience with Ashley's furniture and will never purchase anything from them again.

I got a $5,000 bed here , which was given to my mom. i got a flyer in the mail for black friday deals telling me I had a $7,000 credit and to come in for their door busters, so i sent my husband to go get them because I had to work. Their flyer was bogus & we were not able to purchase the sectional and 65 inch TV that was advertised. I am beyond angry with th company and I will not be shopping here any longer. My husband was there at 4AM waiting in line and at 7 they told him the credit card was not allowed for the door busters. i hope they fail and understand they cant do what they did again and waist peoples time.The bed sucks and i have already had to fix it once and its only a year old. I suggest you dont shop with ashley furniture if you don't want to waist money. Y'all need to get rid of credit cards if you cant use them & make sure your items are worth $5,000 . i have begun to think this was a waist of time and energy. Unless this is made right, I will never forgive ashley furniture for the time waisted trying to purchase with them& they will try to sell you anything and everything to get their store in san angelo off the ground. Horrible team members that have no idea what they are talking about. No wonder the turn over rate is high. i even went in last week to ask questions so we were clear about using the ashley credit card & they said yes I could use it. 😠 DONT SHOP HERE IN HOPES OF A GOOD OUTCOME.

We got fooled here. We ordered a good amount of furnitures for our new house, put in a deposit and before we moved, we went to full pay the order only to find out they haven’t process the order so we have to wait 6-8 weeks. We were told that 4 out of the 5 things in our ordered will get delivered within 4 weeks so we went in and paid everything. Follow it up after two weeks and all of a sudden they told us that everything will come in after 8 weeks. We’ve been sleeping in an airbed waiting for our orders. Also, the things they promised us as freebies will not be fulfilled, they claim that the manager when i made the purchase was fired and there’s no note about the freebies. We verified everything before we payed the deposit and after we paid order in full, they told us everything is noted etc. i don’t recommend this store and if ever you get fooled like us, make sure everything is in black and white and check their computer before you make any payment. But please don’t get fooled.

This has been the worst Ashley's experience of my life. They deleted an item from my order, never told us, and then refused to give us the money back since THEY deleted the item (offered store credit that we didn't want). Didn't deliver the items until nearly two months after the scheduled delivery date. They damaged the sofa and loveseat when they brought them in the house. When the final item arrived it was so lopsided we had to have them send another. Everything was supposed to stay wrapped as we are moving, but nothing in any of the four deliveries was wrapped, even after phone confirmation that it would stay wrapped. I have never had such trouble with Ashley's before as I love their furniture, but the experience with this particular store has been a nightmare that I refuse to allow to repeat.

False advertising! The bed delivered was not the bed I ordered in the store. I’m assuming due to the fact that I opted out of the footboard with storage that the headboard changed completely too??? I was told it was the same bed with only the footboard as a change. But that was incorrect. It is a completely looking different headboard.

So my boyfriend and I have been looking for a queen size mattress. We saw their anniversary mattress on sale online so we went to the store to check it out. We loved it and wanted to purchase it. We’re just starting out so we have very low credit. We asked about their financing options and we didn’t get approved for their 6 months no interest plan. Which was fine. Then they tried to get us to use their 3 month no interest plan which would cost us an extra 64 dollars to use which they failed to mention until the VERY end. Then we asked about their delivery options or if we could pick it up. They told us they had to deliver it. We could not pick it up. And if we decided to pick it up anyway we’d still have to pay their delivery fee of 90 dollars! I was shocked. I was not going to pay an extra 90 dollars for a delivery I did not need! However, they were very helpful in helping us find a mattress in our price range. They gave us time to decided and discuss what we wanted. We were all ready to buy until they started being sleazy and not telling us all the information. And also the FORCED delivery. We ended up going to HomeZone where the lady was nice, explained absolutely everything to us, they had a similar three months no interest options but she told us right off the bat that it cost an extra 50 dollars. We bought a mattress from them the same day! Don’t bother going to Ashley they like to cheat you out of your money! Go to HomeZone instead! They also offer you free ice cream!

I had such wonderful service here. I went in with my fiancé to possibly look at furniture. And was helped all along the way. I did not Feel like I would most places were if you said you were looking around they would lose interest In helping. We stopped in to just look around with no intentions of purchasing anything today. We were promptly greeted by Lorrie who then introduced us to her store manager Rylan. They invited us in and shared the specials they had going on for the the 4th of July weekend. We wondered back to the mattress area just to look, knowing we needed to purchase one in the near future. Lorrie and Rylan came back and showed us the benefits of each mattress and what made it unique. They were fantastic!! No pressure and so helpful! They answered all our questions and educated us so we were able to make the best decision. We ended up purchasing a TemperPedic mattress and an adjustable base. Much better than the bed in a box we contemplated. Thank you so much for the exceptional service! We will be back to shop again!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Ashley’s Home Store in San Angelo! I had ordered the Killamey Walnut Leather Sectional ONLINE over 5 weeks ago. 1 weeks ago today, during a kickball tournament with my students I received notification that my pieces had been dilvered to my house. At my conference period, I ran home to discover 1 BOX sitting on my front porch! Just 1 not 6 pieces of furniture were delivered in a box weighing a good 200 lbs for me to move into the house and assemble. Where was the rest of my sectional you might ask??? I called the online costumer service company, 5 days later they called and informed me that I was suppose to receive the entire sectional but at the moment were unable to fullfill my order and would refund me for the items not received! WHAT! I have a one armed recliner in a BOX are you kidding me! I called the San Angelo store and spoke with LOGAN. He looked up the pieces making sure they could get them and assured me that if I came in they would help me figure this tiboccal out! LOGAN, RICKY, and RYLAN are wonderful and took wonderful care of me! So, my advice is DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE ONLINE!!! It was a total nightmare!

San Angelo said it was up to Lubbock. will not do business with them again hope I get my recliner! if I could, I would put zero stars.

Will never purchase from here again and would not recommend to anyone. One week from the delivery, the loveseat arm is broken inside. Also, was shown a model of sleeper sofa and was promised that it would be the kind of sleeper I would get in the sofa I bought, but it wasn't. The one I was shown was comfortable but the one I got is unusable because it is too painful to sleep on, and it cost $200 extra for a sleeper I can't use. The store employees blew me off and would no help.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. Do NOT shop here. Go to HomeZone. They have much better prices and way faster delivery. I had a horrible experience with this Ashley store and I will NEVER shop Ashley again. Jared was our sales guy. If he approaches you, walk away. Long story short: we went in looking for a couch. Told him we were moving in a few weeks and can it be delivered to our new house in San Antonio. He "checked" and said yes. We bought a couch and 4 weeks later I decided to call to check the status. They said it CANNOT be delivered to San Antonio, and they don't know why Jared promised us it could. All they did was refund us the money. I was and still am pissed about it. We've tried calling the store but magically can't ever talk to Jared or the manager. WHY did he sell us a couch knowing we would never get it?! Even though we got a refund, I feel like they should do more for this huge inconvenience. I was out a couch for 4 weeks, and had to go purchase a different one. Horrible customer service on the store's end. Seriously, go to HomeZone. We had a couch delivered less than a week later, and it got there before we moved. They have cheaper prices, the sales people don't suck and aren't pushy for the sale, and their delivery charge is way less than Ashely. I'm incredibly unhappy about my experience and with Jared for making promises that could not ever be delivered.

The bed is ok but could be better. The wood is quite soft. The screws used to secure the slats were not long enough to bite into the wood on the rails, so the slats came loose.I went to the hardware store and got wood screws one quarter inch longer and replaced the originals. A center support post was left incomplete, the one under the transverse bottom support for the side drawers. Also. it would appear that at least two center support posts are missing. One, it seems, is needed to prevent the slats from flexing onto the tops of the two upper end drawers. I rearranged the center posts I had to at least make the bed usable until I can secure two more posts. There is a lot of end play on all of the metal rails that the drawers slide on, apparently by design. It would be better if these ends were more secure, they are held loosely in place by wood formed boxes that will probably wear over time as the drawers are used and the free end of the metal rail moves within the box. I have yet to put any items in the drawers, so it remains to be seen how the drawers will operate when under load. It was unfortunate that I couldn't track the delivery online. I recently purchased furniture from HomeZone and they made it very easy to track the delivery vehicle online while also adjusting the delivery time window so I could always be aware of the their progress. This allowed me peace of mind and the ability to continue doing things with my day without questioning whether anything might conflict with the arrival of the furniture. Ashley just said to call customer service for updates on the delivery, seemed rather cumbersome.
Lorrie took the best care of us she new what she was talking about and drove the sale home. She was the best. Everybody should work with her. 5star!!!!

He took the time to scroll through quite a few dressers online and look up details on any and all that I liked, when there wasn't much I wanted on the showroom floor. I'm a bit disappointed by the 2-6 week wait to ship the one I ordered, but I got a good deal, and this isn't exactly a convenient urban area.

Wish I could give them zero stars. The first week of January we purchased furniture from this store. While the initial in store experience was somewhat pleasant, dealing with this store since then has been a nightmare. We have yet to receive our furniture. We have made multiple payments and was told by the corporate office that the store could issue a credit. The store manager tells us that is not true and was told today that they would call to schedule the delivery. This will be the third time we have been told that our furniture would be delivered within a week... so we’ll see. I guess once they have your money they could care less. I would recommend going any where else to buy your furniture or like us... you’ll regret it.

And at this time I have an IV. I got it stuck twice. They were again so patient & unwound it for me. I got on the sofa I bought. It was so plush. But I couldn't get off by myself. Jered had to practically had to lift me off. So that's what I meant by them going above & beyond. I'm so pleased with all of it. Can't wait to get the furniture.

I do not have a problem with the San Angelo store, but I was lied to numerous times from the Lubbock location. We bought our furniture December 2, 2017, received the two chairs in approximately 2 weeks. 5 weeks later I stated calling to find out where my sofa was and was told it would be delivered January 15th. That came and went with no delivery. Then was told the 22, that also came and went and finally today the 24th it came. There was no call from the office informing us of this. When I called the Lubbock office the lady was rude. I will never buy from this store again. The delivery personnel was great.

Just found an awesome bedroom set with the help of Farrah today ^_^ . She explained everything, showed us pieces based on what we were looking for (instead of us wandering around the whole store, which was super appreciated cause it was less overwhelming by far) and gave us a fantastic deal on our set. Totally recommend this store AND if Farrah is here when you come in, I totally recommend her aswell.

We had a great experience at Ashley. The sales team was very kind and showed us all the mattresses in the comfort level we were looking at. I had went previously and a sales rep helped me pick out my couch set. We ended up leaving with a new mattress and living room set. Very pleased with the service we received!

They don't "deliver". Literally, at all! Bought a rug 9/4/2017 that still hasn't materialized despite the 4-6 week promised arrival. I tried to cancel the order a month after it SHOULD have been delivered to the store. Apparently their "No Refund" policy extends to items that they don't ever get to you.
I was very pleased with the friendly staff. My sales associate, Farrah, was so helpful and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Not to mention, she had a beautiful smile. Very welcoming. I would return for future purchases.

Very easy to do business with and everyone was helpful. I didn't rate 5 stars because when I talked to them on the phone, they said I would get home delivery for free, but then after everything was said and done and agreed to the couches, I was charged a delivery fee and said I could only get the free delivery if I ordered online, which I would have done if the website would have allowed me to but said there was no store within 50 miles of me when it's just down the road. Regarldess, I'm really happy with the couches and they delivered them within a week.
We ordered a twin bed...were notified two days prior to delivery of the delivery date...called the day before delivery to let us know an expected time of delivery...and were given a courtesy call an hour prior to arrival so someone could be home. Took all of 15 miinutes to unload and assemble. We will be using them again!

I had a very good experience in the store!!! I was happy to be the first sale for a new associate!!! She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The young lady behind the desk whom worked at Sitel was awesome!!! Great customer service skills. She went out of her way to help me with payment dates and amounts . The delivery guys was pollite on the phone and in person. They worked really fast and cleaned up!! I will shop again
Went to the store to get a new bed and was surprised that they was offering a free TV with qualifying purchase. Talked to the sales rep and was told that I could get a 65" or 55" with the amount I was spending and that they are Ultra HD tvs. We just purchased a house and I needed a 55" so it worked perfect...imagine my surprise when I get my TV and it is an off brand 55" that is not UHD. Pretty disappointed. Called customer care to verify and was told that only during the holidays did they get the high quality stuff. Best part is that the bed is also broken and I have to wait for Tempurpedic to ship the part and then a repair tech to schedule me in.

I hate going to this store. If you just want to casually shop for furniture, you are surrounded by sales people who hover around and ask questions incessantly. I would not shop at this store.
