Pretty upset ! It is so hard to get a hold of an actual person at this location i10... I almost went somewhere else because delivery was going to take a while then they said it would be here the 30th.... today... and come to find out our whole order came in pieces and can't even put it all together ! Ordered 2 sofas/ recliner sets got one set ... recieved my bed set and no side tables ... he said the people before us also were upset with not being notified they were only receiving half there order .. contacted our sales guy and no contact back and requested a supervisor call back still no call back .. very unhappy

Terrible experience with Ashley delivery. Left furniture on porch outside in wet weather! I paid for white glove delivery. Tried to get a refund a got the runaround! Ashley customer service just kept kicking the can down the road, wouldn’t refund my delivery charge. I will NEVER shop at Ashley again!

We were immediately met by a salesman who listened to us and showed us the piece of furniture that we requested to see. It was exactly what we wanted, plus it was on sale! He briefed us on it thoroughly, and we purchased it. We arranged to pick it up at the area Ashley warehouse and immediately took it home. We are really enjoying it!! It is very comfortable as well as beautiful at a great price!

Poor selection. The salesperson was knowledgeable, but the heavy sales pressure made the experience feel like buying a used car. “How can I get your business today?” and “Make me a fair offer” didn’t help. Prices weren’t competitive, and I ultimately bought what I wanted from a competitor that same day.

UPDATE: THE PHONE NUMBER GIVEN BY ASHLEY TO OPEN A CHAT IS NOT MONITORED. I WAS REFERRED TO YET ANOTHER NUMBER. he couch was missing a cushion. It has been a nightmare trying to get the missing cushion. Tiday I received a replacement, but the inner pillow was missing. In its place was a box of dark fiber (see pics). On the phone for half hour with a call center. Called the store directly but no manager available. Talked to a sales person on the floor at Ashley who promptly sent me to another call center. On hold right now for 15 minutes.

​🚩 BUYER BEWARE @AshleyHomeStore 🚩 ​I need corporate to fix this immediately. Here is the timeline of my "purchase" from Nov 23rd: ​❌ The Promise: Delivery confirmation within 72 hours. (I was ghosted). ❌ The Delay: After I called, I was told it was backordered until Feb 28th. ❌ The Bait & Switch: Now I’m told the item is discontinued. ​The Result? You are asking me to pay $1,000 MORE for a comparable replacement because of your inventory failure.
