I was looking for a recliner and dining table My budget is a little tight, but Mike Drust helped me find just what I wanted at good prices. He helped me through the finance process ( 0% apr for 12 months). He was very nice and not a pushy sales person!

After months of looking, and not being impressed by anything we came across we finally found what we didn’t know we’d like. Luke helped us find exactly what we needed that would hold up and look nice. From beginning to end he addressed all our questions and concerns. Looking forward to the delivery of our new couch.

Great experience. We loved working with Michael Ellman. We came in looking for a few home upgrades and he guided us in all the right directions. A sectional, entertainment center, side tables, rug, and a new bed! Highly recommend this place. Great environment and event better people!

We bought a new Cashton couch here in May, only to have the arm break and collapse not even 1 month later. I trust this store and we purchased all our bedroom furniture here, so this is really disappointing. We reported the broken arm on June 14, and were told to give 48 business hours to process - which we did. Over 2 weeks later there is still no response from them. I've called customer service twice, and today was told to file anther claim. We now have an unusable couch with a broken arm, hole in the side, stuffing coming out, and a protruding piece of wood from the frame. It's a shame because we've always had good service in the store, and good quality furniture. I really hope they can resolve this situation and make it right, but for now it is hard to recommend them.

Got an Ashley's CC to finance the furnishing of my new place. After experiencing difficulty activating my card, I noticed that I was unable to make online purchases. Ashley's customer service department directed me to call my local store. My local store said I don't have an Ashley's CC, and directed me to call Synchrony, their financing company, who then directed me to call my local store. After telling Synchrony the store directed me to them, their answer to my problem is that if I want to use my Ashley's CC, I need to go into the store and have a sales associate call Synchrony. Nobody from the customer service department, my local store, or their finance company was able to tell me what was wrong. Additionally, I had made a purchase using the same card number that was sent via email while waiting for the actual physical card. And the local store associate could see these charges, but told me that my card numbers didn't match, and I don't have an account under my name. Somebody made a mistake, and nobody can help me determine what went wrong. My name and both intial card number and physical card number match. Do yourself a favor and don't get mixed up with this company. Go somewhere else.
