One of the managers by the name of Mimi was very helpful. He didn’t hesitate to go out of his way to help us. He went over the price of the furniture step by step. He offered water or sodas. He was patient and gave us time to decide on the purchase.

Mayra did an excellent job in helping my husband and I find our first TempurPedic mattress. From her first greeting to final send-off, we felt like we were in good hands when she prioritized our sleep health over making a sale. I truly hate walking into furniture stores for this reason, but it was a nice relief to feel like we were being spoken to like humans and not just a financial opportunity. Happy to return to this Ashley again for our future furniture needs!

My wife and I were looking to downsize to a smaller couch and decided to return to Ashley because of a great past experience. We were greeted by Michael Drust, who was extremely helpful and patient. Michael asked thoughtful questions to really understand our needs and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of meeting his manager, Mimi, who was very accommodating and made sure we left completely satisfied with our purchase. Ahmimi from Ashley is a great sales person. He helped my wife and I when selecting our kitchen dinning table. He was able to give us a good deal. Ashley had a great selection and any future furniture needs I will be going to Ashley.

Worst shopping experience of my life and ended up SPENDING money for a piece I never received bc I had to take off work 3x bc Maria and Joey lack communication and professional skills. Joey literally robbed me on Jan 16th as I had bought the showroom piece and paid for it (paid over a month prior) and he sold it to someone else. He also lied and said he was a manager. He is not. I will be reporting them to the BBB and writing corporate. Will never be shopping here again.

Great selection of furniture and friendly salespeople to answer questions and give recommendations. We were passing by and decided to stop and see what they had since, we were thinking about getting a new living room couch and recliner. Liese -our sales lady was very informative and helpful. She showed us options of what we wanted, price breakdown, sale discount, warranty, etc. She was very thorough in sharing all the information we wanted. We did not feel pressured by her to purchase anything. Of course, we found the leather couch and recliner in the color we wanted and we purchased it! When ordering a couch the seller did not get the right couch ordered and it has been hard to get ahold of Ashley Furniture to fix it.

Ashley , in store sales rep Will Rodriguez was awesome! He helped us and was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Ashley phone service is another thing. The customer service rep was polite but unfortunately I had a very difficult time understanding what he was saying.

Ashley has come through for my family many times over the years from Bedroom furniture for all 3 of my girls, our master bedroom, living room and more. We are back! We went to just shop today with no plans to buy immediately, but we came across the nicest salesmen and manager. Greg and Norberto took so much time with us and were very professional, knowledgeable and just down to earth. We ended buying a beautiful sofa with 2 recliners and a King tempurpedic bed. We are excited for the delivery and many more years with Ashley! THANK YOU!

This review is a five star review because of William Rodriguez and Justin the manager. We started off with a bad experience because of two other people at this store. Justin and William definitely turned it around and put my family first when it came to getting this matter fixed. We had to come in 3 different times to get it fixed. It just took the one time with them to have a great experience and get it resolved I HIGHLY recommend asking for William or Justin when you come in to get your furniture! Thank you William and Justin for the great customer service and getting our issues resolved! Ashley home store give these guys the recognition the deserve!

Joey Nava was very gracious and helpful. He spent most of the afternoon showing us bedroom furniture. With his help, we made a wonderful selection for our complete bedroom. And , their room designer also assisted with advice. She was informative and added great guidance that assisted us in finding what we were looking for. We were impressed with the quality of the furniture in comparison to 4 other locations we had been too. I recommend Ashley furniture. Make it your first stop if you’re needing furniture.

My wife's and my experience with Jose Gutierrez at the Askley Store off I-10 was fantastic. The selection of furniture at the store was great. Jose was very good at showing us the advantage of the furniture and how well it is built. He is very personable and a joy to work with. My wife and I never felt pressured as we roamed around the store checking out the displays.

Had an excellent shopping experience at the Fiesta Trails store on I-10 in San Antonio. Heather Sanchez was my Home Furnishing Specialist. She was friendly, patiently, and very knowledgeable about the inventory, warranties, maintenance, delivery, and financing options. In one word - Excellent. I highly recommend her to all future customers. Lastly, give her a raise!!!

Mike was so personable and helpful, from the minute we walked in. I hate shopping but he made it FUN. We found the perfect Tempurpedic bed with his help. My sleeping need are "special" but he was very understanding and knowledgable. Mike's knowledge about sleep was so extensive, I swear he was a doctor.

Great looking furniture but sales person messed up my entire order! Was a headache to try to get a sofa and bed delivered, from missing hardware to rails missing lol, never going back after this experience. But again great looking furniture

Great service when I went in to buy a couch. However, I was not notified that they canceled my order until I called to check where my order was and only then found out they both did not notify me my couch delivery was canceled and did not issue a full refund to my card and instead gave in store credit.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars to this place. I went to order a couch, and salesman Myles was very eager to assist. After reading many reviews about horrible delivery service, I should’ve listened. I brought up these concerns to Myles when searching for furniture, and he guaranteed there would be no issues. Not only did I receive the wrong color when the furniture was delivered the first time, but after having to wait another week for my furniture to arrive, the wrong furniture was delivered. I’m very disappointed with the service from Ashley. I should’ve listened to all the reviews. Please be aware that unless you have your own way of getting your furniture to your house, it is a disaster at this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I visited Ashley on January 8, 2026 and were greeted by Kayla. She was upbeat and had a positive attitude. Our intention was just to go in for some in person research. My wife spends a great amount of time studying on-line before she makes a decision to actually visit a store. So we planned on being in and out. Well Kayla listened to us with the intention of truly finding what we wanted. She did NOT do as so many sales people have, by telling us what we should get. Her product knowledge was on spot and at no time did we feel pressured. As we discussed the need to have a couch and chair with heat and massage, we were given options. Leather is what we had already decided was correct for our home. Kayla directed us to what we were looking for. While sitting on the couch I mentioned that I have a real need for something that can help me with my back issues and how the furniture decision would be based on that. Again Kayla listened and explained how Ashley made massage features work. She then blew us away with her research on the other manufactures and their massage features. As she spoke my wife nodded with agreement as she was confirming what my wife had already discovered. Then Kayla asked if we would be willing to look at a massage chair. Oh heck yah! We followed Kayla over to a chair that was built specifically for massage. I was then invited to have a seat and asked what type of massage would work best for me. Upon requesting a deep tissue, I was on my way. My wife was gemming as she knew that this chair would keep me from pestering her about a rub. After the massage was completed, Kayla introduced us to Mimi. What a nice guy and he was checking in to make certain that all of our questions had been addressed. Due to the professionalism of both Kayla and Mimi, we decided to make a purchase then and there. I seen no reason to look at any more furniture stores. We are looking forward to our furniture being delivered in the future. If you are even considering a furniture purchase, you owe it to yourself to go meet Kayla and Mimi at Ashley on i-10 in San Antonio Texas.

Thanks to Kayla G. & Heather S. for assisting me today with my purchases. Kayla greeted me upon my arrival and was very personable. I informed Kayla what I wanted and she was spot on with everything. Kayla understood my preferences and helped me choose a king and queen size bed, 2 night stands, and dining room set. Kayla did not hassle me and took her time to explain financing options as well. Kayla was knowledgeable about the various furniture options. Kayla introduced me to Heather the mattress guru. Heather was direct and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the dynamic duo when you need a mattress and furniture. I will definitely go back and purchase the swivel chair from Kayla. Thanks to Kayla and Heather for a wonderful warming experience.

Leisa was a GREAT salesperson for my husband and I. We feel as though she went above and beyond to accommodate us while we were at the store, and then on making our purchase. We felt so at ease with her that we even went back the very next day, to make another large purchase. It was a purchase we were originally going to put off for a few month’s. However, we felt no reason to wait. Now we can’t wait until all our furniture gets delivered!! HOWEVER, since we did wind up ordering more furniture. It seemed to complicate and confuse ASHLEY FURNITURE and mess up our deliveries completely!!! As it is, we had to wait what I thought was a long time (a week) for the first order. And a few more day’s for the second. The day that our living room set was to be delivered, we got a text that the driver was 45 minute’s away. Am hour and a half later, still no furniture!! When we called delivery to check on it, we were told that it was CANCELLED!!!! They said it was because it showed that WE had changed it to four day’s later!! Four day’s later is when our outdoor furniture is scheduled to be delivered. WE DID NOT CHANGE A THING!!!! So now we have not had a place to sit and watch TV or for guest’s to sit. And this comes at a time right around when I’ve just had surgery, so there have been family and guest’s coming over. Now we’re scheduled for delivery of BOTH orders tomorrow. We’re just concerned that somehow they’ll somehow mess it up again!!!

I’m not a big fan of Ashley Furniture and this doesn’t help. I found lamps I really liked. Paid $300 for 2, they ship FedEx. No problem. Then 2 days later I get a text message telling me to return to the store for a new selection. What? I called only to learn that they knowingly sold me a DISCONTINUED item and I can’t get it. I gave 2 stars because they call center operator (you don’t get the local store) refunded my purchase as I explained that not only was it unprofessional to sell a discontinued item it should not have been on the showroom floor as available in the first place. I gave them another chance and was reminded quickly why I am not a fan.

When we arrived, Shaquille was very attentive to our specific needs and gave recommendations, as well as checked inventory and options for us.

We told the sales person we only wanted items in inventory that could be picked up today. He said he confirmed the warehouse was open and our items were available. We drove 40 min to the warehouse…it was closed. Showed up the next day to pick them up, they still weren’t ready. One issue after another. Will not be purchasing again from Ashley.

Good deals.. however, my delivery date is a disappointing 3 weeks out. It’s too long of a wait to sit and sleep on the floor. Had I known how long it was going to take I would’ve gone elsewhere. This is something that needs to be said upfront.

Pretty upset ! It is so hard to get a hold of an actual person at this location i10... I almost went somewhere else because delivery was going to take a while then they said it would be here the 30th.... today... and come to find out our whole order came in pieces and can't even put it all together ! Ordered 2 sofas/ recliner sets got one set ... recieved my bed set and no side tables ... he said the people before us also were upset with not being notified they were only receiving half there order .. contacted our sales guy and no contact back and requested a supervisor call back still no call back .. very unhappy

Terrible experience with Ashley delivery. Left furniture on porch outside in wet weather! I paid for white glove delivery. Tried to get a refund a got the runaround! Ashley customer service just kept kicking the can down the road, wouldn’t refund my delivery charge. I will NEVER shop at Ashley again!

No pushy salesperson, awesome....

We were immediately met by a salesman who listened to us and showed us the piece of furniture that we requested to see. It was exactly what we wanted, plus it was on sale! He briefed us on it thoroughly, and we purchased it. We arranged to pick it up at the area Ashley warehouse and immediately took it home. We are really enjoying it!! It is very comfortable as well as beautiful at a great price!

Honest, professional, could not ask for better

UPDATE: THE PHONE NUMBER GIVEN BY ASHLEY TO OPEN A CHAT IS NOT MONITORED. I WAS REFERRED TO YET ANOTHER NUMBER. he couch was missing a cushion. It has been a nightmare trying to get the missing cushion. Tiday I received a replacement, but the inner pillow was missing. In its place was a box of dark fiber (see pics). On the phone for half hour with a call center. Called the store directly but no manager available. Talked to a sales person on the floor at Ashley who promptly sent me to another call center. On hold right now for 15 minutes.

You are asking me to pay $1,000 MORE for a comparable replacement because of your inventory failure. Worst experience yet took 3 hours to pick up my 4 items. Only one gentleman working the load dock. He would get our order then left to get items that if scheduled should have been pulled forward to make pick up easier. Terrible and no one came out to apologize for long wait times or give any updates. Worst no need to schedule pick up if not ready.

Thx to Mr Luis he was very professional and very knowledgeable and honest and giving us information on the future we selected there wasn’t a bit of confusion or hassle in trying to Rush us made me and wife very happy, we highly recommended him and Ashley Furniture we will go back

I purchased sofas during the Thanksgiving Weekend with a schedule delivery for December 23 because my sales person told me they could only deliver on Tuesdays to my zip code. I kept getting text messages about a sooner delivery. I then called my sales person who stated he had corrected the delivery date. So we ignored the on going messages assuming it was an automated service. In attempted to confirm my scheduled delivery I called my sales person, who then informs me he no longer worked for Ashely. To called the store directly, which I did, the number listed is a nation wide line, that hang up on me and sent me to every Ashley Store except the store I purchased my sofas from. I finally get ahold of the store by telling automation I want to make a New Purchase. I spoke with someone named Jose and I asked him if I could speak with a manager, he then transfers me to management which is back to the national hotline. National hotline states they can compensate me $90 and schedule me for delivery 12/31. I explain to them that I have giving my couches away because I was relying on my delivery. The only compensation I wanted was for them to hold their word as a company and deliver my couches as agreed, which they stated they couldn’t. They could only offer a deliver on 12/31. As angry as I was, I hung up on the agent. I called the store back with the same process requesting to make a new purchase. Jose once again answered and stated that the store did not have any mangers to speak with regarding issues, that the nationwide number was how things got resolved and in addition that managers were not scheduled to work today. I asked him, who was the person in charge to address problems when the managers were not scheduled to work. He stated someone who was with a customer. I asked to be placed on hold, I was on hold long enough that it rang again to him, he once again stated the person was still busy with a customer. I told him to cancel my order that I would not be doing business with them and in addition give them a bad review. And he stated, that was my right and canceling my order was not a problem and that he wished me a very Merry Christmas. I took my business to another furniture store.

Sales process was great, but if you've got a problem after the sale forget about getting any help. We purchased a four power recliner sectional with two batteries. They sold us cables so that we could power two recliners with a single battery, but, they didn't give us the cables. Got a chat asking if we picked up the cables at the store. Replied back no and asked if we needed to. No reply. Delivery date getting closer so tried calling the store. Forget that. Got some answering service in some foreign country. They sent a message to the store. Never received a return call. The sales associate had written her number on the sale paperwork. Tried calling that. Left a message. No return call. Drove 45 minutes one way back to the store. Associates sitting around everywhere on their phones, but, no one is available to return a phone call?? Got the cables they didn't give me the first time. Drove 45 minutes home. Delivery day comes. Delivery window is 5-8 PM. Really??? 8 PM?? They get there at 8:15. Takes almost an hour to set up the furniture and they can't connect two chairs to one battery cause you gotta have a splitter in addition to the cable. I looked online, there is a kit that has two cables and two splitters for less than I paid for just the two cables. I drove back to the store to see if I could exchange the two cables for the kit. Nope. Can't do that in the store. I gotta call this number to do that. So, I called the number. Nope, they can't do that. All sales are final. No exchanges unless the store ordered the wrong thing. I gotta get the store to put a note in that they ordered the wrong thing. So, this means another drive back to the store. For another hour and a half out of my life, I just ordered the splitters I needed online. I figure another $36 spent was better than the continued frustration.

I happened to show up during their big remodel opening a couple months ago which was a pleasant surprise. They had awesome deals and I ended up getting a couch and coffee table. The only reason I knocked it down a star is because of the delivery issues. I was told they would be less than a month to get delivered and it took over two. I just got my furniture finally delivered over the weekend and even then I confirmed a time and moved my schedule around just for them to change my delivery window the day before which resulted in me having to again move my schedule to fit them in. It was a hassle but the delivery guys were super nice and quick to set everything up. I love my new furniture! My advice is not to be in a hurry to get anything and especially do not get rid of your old furniture too soon...

I place an order before Thanksgiving, the sales agent Bianca and Shaquil confirm while I was in the store the two address for delivery, now delivery date came a chat box text me stating the delivery items but with the wrong address, I call left message to the sales agent and the store and no one seems to willing to help saying I have to drive one hour back to the store to correct an address that was already confirm when I purchase the furniture it seems the agent was only focus on the bonus instead of taking care of the customer they are loyal to the money been spend I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND ASHLEY STORES extremely expensive, bad customer service, and they never follow up to make sure the customer receive their items you're forgotten after you pay and leave the store shame on them, I contact corporate they did not help.

Great service and wonderful experiences

The overall experience at the store l-10 North location. However, were told our furniture would be delivered within 2 weeks prior to leaving the store on November 25th 2025. However, we have since been notified that delivery will be approximately Jan 16th 2026.( that's approximately a month and a half) Had we known this prior to purchasing we not have made the purchase. My recommendation is to be up front with the customer (as much as possible) and don't over promise and under deliver by providing inacurate information to make a sale. Hopefully, our furniture will be here prior to the projected date.

Had a really gate agent that helped us pick the perfect recliner couch. Down to hearing we had cats and guided us to certain material that doesn't get destroyed by cat claws. Got a recliner couch and coffee table set. The payment plans are affordable and they are there to help and answer any questions. Everything was smooth and simple.

Sale price sometimes good, but the customer service is only there when they want you to buy something so they can get the commission. Once you make the purchase, they don't return your phone calls or respond to texts. I would rather pay more money for good service than less money with poor service.

They were very efficient in unloading, transporting, unpacking, assembling, checking the operation, placing the items in their proper place. and removal of all containers and parking materials. I needed furniture for a small living space recently. I started my search at Ashley on IH10 and was assisted by Joey Nava. He was so helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He understood I still needed to visit other stores. All I can say is that Joey’s pleasant presentation was beyond any sales personnel within a 3 mile radius. I made the decision to go back to Ashley for one last look before I made a decision. He spotted me not long after I entered the store. He should teach a class on proper customer service. I can’t wait for my furniture to be delivered just 8 days after purchase!! Thank you Joey and Ashley furniture!

Literally went into Ashley with cash in hand to buy a small love seat quickly and the sales person completely lost the sale, wasted my time, and even held onto my drivers license to get me back in store the next day. Sales guy came on way too strong and didn’t listen to the fact that I was going to pay cash on the barrel head. Told me to wait and then came back with multiple financing options. Next time listen to your customer Ashley…you could have had my cash.

Ty, our sales representative was absolutely amazing. He was super knowledgeable about the details of your sofas and his personality and demeanor and non-pushy salesman stereotype made it such a great experience. Ashley is lucky to have a valued employee such as him. We bought the caramel sectional at the front of the store off of IH 10.

The most wonderful experience!!! When I walked into the store, every sales person greeted me. Justin Martinez immediately walked up to me and offered to help me. He walked me around showing me all of the different furniture and listened to my desires for what I wanted to buy. He went above and beyond in every possible way and got me a great deal on everything that I purchased. He was very professional, kind, and well knowledged on all of the stores processes and sales. When I left the store, another sales person opened the door for me and another five said and waved goodbye as I walked to my car. I felt like I was famous. Best shopping experience ever!!! Thank you all and keep up the wonderful work!!!

The rating has to be from the experience after the fact of purchasing, rather than the salesman or the furniture itself. When I purchase the furniture, I made sure with the sales associate that the delivery date was set & is notated on the purchase order. When recalling this information with customer support, it was determined that the soonest date was farther than the initial delivery date. It has brought on more inconvenience since I have to navigate around time in the week that I do not have for the delivery. The point being this: if the delivery date was not a date set in stone, that information should not have been given out- that way there wasn’t an expectation to be followed through with.

Update: Set up delivery for 12/4 and got canceled because supposedly we didn't respond to the email and I did. I even have proof of it. What was the response? You confirmed pick up of the exchange item but not the delivery of the new item!! It was going to be a pickup and delivery. Demanding a refund and they refuse to do so. Will see what other measurements I can take donI can get my money back. Terrible experience! Went to the Fiesta Trails Store as well. I saw a bedroom set online that I wanted to see in person, when we arrived the sales men Noberto told me they didn't have that particular one on the show room so I asked him if they had another similar in quality to the one online so I could see and compare and he show me one that looked and felt sturdy. Then went ahead and order the bedroom set, the day of delivery what I got was something completely different, basically cardboard, the mirror wasn't even glued to the frame and was been held by pieces of cardboard. The side panels all crook it and nails sticking out(see pictures). Called the store the next day because our furniture was delivered late in evening, when I explained the issue the store rep who answered the call gave the 1800 customer service number because the store doesn't deal with issues like that, one is delivered there is no refunds allowed and basicallynot they're problem. Called the store again trying to reach the sales man or manager and the person who answers was so rude that hung up the phone on me. As soon as I was able to talk to a rep on the customer service line they told me I couldn't get a refund, may be an exchange. After a week of waiting for a response to see if they were going and several calls in between they allowed exchange the exchange so the same day headed to the store and got another bed because and was supposed to be delivered today. Got a text saying it will get delivered from 10am to 1pm so it finally got here they had the wrong item! Wrong color and wrong headboard. Now I have to wait to see when are they going to deliver the right item again, so far I haven't got a response because someone supposed to call me and no one has so I called the 1800 number just to be told someone will call me back. Like a previous reviewer said no accountability and sales people are not honest they just want to sell you wherever. The only one that help me was Anahi which helped choose a new bed and was nice and pacient. I will never got back to the store, we are really disappointed.

Recently bought two mattresses with help from Joey at the live oak location. I normally hate buying things in person instead of online because I like to buy something I’m looking for with the help of a sales rep. I don’t like to be harassed by a sales person to buy something I don’t want. I begrudgingly shook hands with two people and walked right past a 3rd before I was allowed to go to the area I wanted to go to find the thing I wanted to buy. I knew what I wanted in 5 minutes. I just needed to lay on the beds to make sure. That’s when Joey walked up to help me out. I let him know I shop best when left alone to look and that I just needed help checking out. He immediately respected my shopping experience request and adapted to our interaction. I really, truly appreciated that and he even helped me revise my order to what I needed instead of just what I thought I wanted. His sales approach was top notch and I had a great experience thanks to him. Can’t wait to get my new mattresses and very happy that I got through a Black Friday week shopping experience without any hassle. Stellar job Joey Nava thanks!

Ashley's Furniture is TERRIBLE

Extremely Disappointed – Ongoing Issues, Zero Accountability We purchased a full bedroom set from Ashley Furniture (Fiesta Trails – San Antonio, TX) on September 25, 2025, and have now endured three incorrect deliveries, unreturned calls, and constant misinformation. One delivery was rescheduled from Tuesday to Friday with no notice, and our most recent delivery on November 4 (11:30 AM – 2:30 PM) never arrived or updated us until nearly 6 PM. The salesperson, Aaron Schubert, is a very smooth talker but completely lacks in customer service — do not be fooled. He has repeatedly misled us with false assurances that issues were fixed when they were not. The roll slats for our storage bed (Item B446-60) were never properly ordered, and even after a full reorder, they failed to include them again. A replacement footboard that was sent for prior delivery damage arrived damaged again, and every delivery team has given us conflicting explanations (first we needed roll slats, then hardware, then roll slats again). We’ve made at least eight calls to customer service, the corporate team, and the store — yet no one follows up. The level of disorganization, lack of accountability, and poor communication is absolutely unacceptable. Our son’s room is still incomplete, and the experience has been nothing short of exhausting. If you’re considering a purchase from this location — especially with salesperson Aaron Schubert — proceed with caution. He may sound convincing, but the follow-through and service are nonexistent. We expected much better from a company like Ashley Furniture. We will be escalating this issue directly to Ashley Global Retail’s Legal Department and Corporate Offices, as local management and staff have completely failed to resolve even the most basic part of this order.

Terrible experience. I bought a few pieces of furniture and at the very end upon signing I saw I was being charged $200 as a delivery fee, which is fine but the salesperson JOSE never mentioned this. So I asked for my order to be cancelled then he said he could waive it. This is what made it feel like a rip off. I explained to him that he should be telling his customers what they are signing for, not just ask for signatures. He had me sign 3 different documents and never explained what they were. When I would ask questions he would respond with "don't worry, I'm gonna take care of you" and "I've been doing this for a lot of years, don't worry." When in fact he didn't take care of me and I did have to worry because he didn't even set up my delivery properly, he set it up for me to pick it up in NEW BRAUNFELS. The entire situation was very off putting and I will not be shopping with Ashely's again. Jose lacks professionalism, and so does the manager Garrett. He was there for some of the interaction and never said a word or even apologized for Jose's mistakes. This further made this all seem like a scam because it seemed normal to Garrett due to his lack of reaction or care to the situation.

Quickly in and out, as I’d previously looked online for the brand line that I wanted to purchase. Sales Rep, Michael, met me as I entered. Informed him of my purchase intentions for a recliner and couch combo within the same brand line/color. In and out of Ashley in ~ 30-45 mins. Michael listened to my needs and desires and was totally professional. Made the purchase and set up delivery for next week. Will come back to Ashley Furniture.

The experience that I had was relaxed did not feel pressured to buy anything from the employees they were very pleasant to be around. I had just left a competitor store before coming in and they were on us just did not give us space to just explore so I love how we were given space and time to see what we wanted. Went in looking for a love seat, sofa, and dining table. My wife and I were the only customers in the store, yet the sales staff sat around a table staring at their phones like they had nothing better to do. One finally acknowledged us, only to say that everything we asked about wasn’t something they sold — even though their commercials constantly advertise those exact products, including extendable tables. If that’s the case, maybe they don’t sell couches or loveseats either? Extremely disappointing experience and not what I expected based on their ads.

Donovan was super helpful and very patient with us. Once he knew what we were looking for, he walked the store to show us our options.

I came in thinking I was going to have an amazing experience with the company to only be completely wrong. Purchased over 6500 In products to have my delivery date and address wrong twice. I luckily caught the issue before the delivery date. I called customer service multiple times to only be hung up on multiple times and came in into the store thinking the issue was fixed and promised that the store manager would call… two weeks later nothing. Purchased a rug thinking it would be delivered with the rest of my things only to have it delivered to my current address and now I have to figure out a way to get it to my new address since this company neglects to try and fix my issue. Lastly I was told I’d have my delivery fee waived if I spent a certain amount but keep getting the run around about the promotion. Company is filled with a bunch of broken promises I do not recommend Ashley please seek business elsewhere or at least another location besides this one.

She is well informed and acquired all the information I needed on each dresser I expressed interest in for my 94YO father. Every inquiry I had was at Hope's fingertips as we perused the store and she shared much infotmation on sale items, possible discounts, delivery, and online services. She also followed-up with me by text after closing hours and shared the links of the two dressers I zoned in on. This helped me to show my father the dressers and compare with his other furnishing and decor. Excellent service indeed by the end of the evening. We will purchase the dresser and Hope made this easy and will send us the link via email. Thank you Ashley Store and Hope for providing such a pleasant experience today.

If you want to change your order or get a refund they will just put you on hold and indefinitely you will have to call the corporate office and sit on the phone for three hours. Proof of my hold time with their phone number. They never came back and checked they never picked up the phone again I wound up getting the problem resolved through the corporate office and still being on hold.

I came in to buy a recliner love seat and a recliner. In fact, I really liked the first one they showed me. I had pretty much decided that I wanted it but while the salesman went to check on something another man approached me and started pushing mattresses. I explained that I was there to look at live seats and recliners. I even mentioned that I found the one I was in very comfortable but he kept pushing me to try out mattresses. I told him several times I might buy a mattress later but right now I was specifically looking for recliner and loveseat. He kept pressuring me until I simply left. The salesperson missed out on a sale due to this high pressure techniques. Not only did they miss out on this sales but I will not return to this store nor will I recommend it to others.

The staff here at Ashley furniture is welcoming and always respectful and caring. They are always helpful and each experience that we have had with them over The past 15 years has been exceptional. This time we were helped by Michael Drust! He was fantastic and helped us to find a couch suitable for our small house. He didn’t rush us very enthusiastic and even though we needed to stay low within a budget found a functional furniture that optimized our living space. So often enough I feel like when you go to shop for furniture it’s very similar to shopping for a car in the fact that you have a salesperson who continues to hound you about this, showing you that, and trying to get you to buy the upper model of a vehicle or said furniture. however Mike was awesome in his approach. He allowed us the opportunity to speak, didn’t rush us, and didn’t just go to the first thing that was top of the line. If you need to buy furniture, I would highly suggest Asking for Michael at Ashley!

This has been the worst experience EVER. If there was an option for zero stars I would have selected that bc they don’t even deserve 1 star. August 24 I made a purchase for a couch and dresser in store. Hope was my sales associate and she input all my information. My delivery was set for Sept 10 and I was told I would get a text two days before to confirm a delivery window. Never got a text so I called and was informed i apparently opted out of text so the delivery was canceled. Come to find out my phone number was entered incorrectly. So then they rescheduled for the 13th, again it was canceled. I was told bc the incorrect number and because they didn’t have an item. Unsure which was the truth. So delivery was scheduled for the 23, almost an entire month later. Yesterday again I didn’t receive a text confirming so I called. They said the wrong number was on the account, even though at this point I’ve spoken to 6 different people who assured me the number had been corrected. Which was incorrect. This morning they came to deliver and the dresser was damaged. So now I have to wait ANOTHER week. And all I’ve been offered is a $40 gift card. While I will never do business with Ashley again that doesn’t even equate to the time I have spent on the phone trying to get this resolved. All due to an error that I did not make. Avoid doing business with them at all cost.

Husband and I came into the store to take a look around and see if any new merchandise had come in. We let the salesman know we were not looking to purchase anything and just wanted to take a look as we had been at the other location a few times already. We were then followed around the store and interrupted less than 5 minutes of trying to take a look around. After being in the store for 10-15 minutes the salesman then has his manager come over to try and push us into buying something and I lost it. My heart rate increased to 141 bpm and I got anxiety because we were being followed and not allowed to leisurely look at the furniture. IF YOU SAY YOU'RE GOING TO LET YOUR CUSTOMERS TAKE A LOOK AROUND, LET THEM ACTUALLY TAKE A LOOK AROUND. I have $6000 approved credit that I may not use because of this buffoonery. Mike you will NOT be getting our sale.

I have bought furniture from Ashley in the past and have been very pleased with the service and quality of my purchase. Dan was very nice and helped me pick out what I was looking for. The only complaint I have if anything is that I did feel like he was steering me towards more expensive items even though I gave him a budget that I had. Luckily I found something that was on clearance and it was exactly what I was looking for.

Worst experience ever – don’t waste your money here! This has been the worst furniture shopping experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a bed over a month ago and still don’t have the correct one. They delivered the wrong bed, can’t get delivery dates right, and all the promised discounts never showed up on my account. The staff, including Kayla Goff and Garett Smith, even gave us his personal number and told us to call anytime. We left multiple messages and barely got one response, with no real solutions or help. When I asked to cancel, they refused—claiming “no return policy,” even though the correct bed was never delivered. Terrible customer service and zero accountability. If I could give a “zero” star review , believe me I would. Stay far away from this store!

My experience was great with Jacob Cajas, salesperson. He explained the difference between mattresses. He helped me decide on a mattress that helps me sleep better plus help with my sciatica and back problems. He also helped me select a new bedroom set. The payment app wasn’t working for whatever reason.

Just came in to look at some living toom furniture. We were being helped, but weren't ready to decide on anything. As we were leaving the assistant manager came over to talk to us, showed us some furniture, and we purchased it. He told us it would be in in a week to week and a half. Now it's going to be in in 8-14 weeks! On top of that, it's coming in separate pieces (the chair, ottoman, sofa). My mom tried to call to get the situation resolved and she's having to play telephone tag. Then the manager referred her to the customer care line. They offered her a 20% discount on a piece in the store which is kind of nonsensical because she's already picked out everything she wants, she just wants her furniture delivered when it was promised to her. If you can't do that, then you can certainly remove the fees (white glove delivery, etc). But no, that's a separate department apparently so he has to get with customer care, verify it, and call her back AFTER his three hour lunch. It appears nothing is documented in her file, everything is a seperate phone call that WE the customer have to make, and we must not have anything better to do but sit around and wait. I guess she's just too complicated of a customer to deal with. 🤷🏼‍♀️ It's a shame when you want to invest in good, quality furniture, all you end up getting is the run around.

In store, they are great. Lots of promises, to do things right. After the sale things went south, quickly. Poor Communication from the sales person and a less than professional response when contacted. Paid for delivery. Communication was awful at best. The time for delivery was exceeded by more than 5 hours. No follow up, no apologies....no attempts at trying to make it right. The delivery itself was rushed and half hearted at best.

After visiting a couple of other furniture stores where we did not experience positive or helpful. customer service, Tony and Heather helped us find the perfect piece we were looking for and were extremely patient with us. We did not feel rushed or pressured and we believe we received a great deal on our furniture. We will definitely be returning customers!

Title: Very Disappointed – Delivered Wrong Item, No Accountability or Resolution I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Ashley HomeStore . When I purchased the sofa in-store, I made it very clear multiple times that I wanted the blue colour. Despite this, the salesperson placed the order incorrectly, and I ended up receiving a black sofa — and even that was delayed by over a week. From the day it was delivered, I have been trying to get the issue resolved. I’ve been calling customer care daily and have even visited the store, but all I’ve faced is blame-shifting between the store and support team. Everyone keeps repeating the same thing: “An exchange request has been raised and is pending manager approval.” I’ve been hearing this every day for over a week — with no progress, no accountability, and no solution. To make it worse, each call takes 40 to 50 minutes, and all I’m told is to wait 48 to 72 more hours, over and over again. Some even say there’s no return policy, and they expected to keep me the wrong item due to their mistake. This is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected better service and professionalism. The lack of response and ownership has left me feeling ignored, misled, and stuck with a product I didn’t order. If you care about getting what you paid for and being treated with basic respect, I urge you to think twice before buying from this store

This was absolutely one of the worst buying experiences in my life. The salesman tried charging us full price during a sale, did not listen, entered my information incorrectly causing me to miss the delivery date that was scheduled two weeks in advance. We had to go to the distribution center in another town to pick up our furniture. When I went back into the store to make sure I was getting the delivery charge credited they refused to let me talk to a manager and didn’t offer any credit for my inconvenience. The Fiesta Trails store feels like a shark tank- Beware. They don’t care about your sales experience, only the sale.

This review is for the delivery of the Service. Completely unprofessional, scheduled for delivery between 3-6pm and did not receive this until 12 at night. I called their customer service team and they did not care at all. They told me I should have called to complain that night. I was like it was 12 at night, the call center was closed! Devonte on the phone didn’t even sound like he wanted to be at work, he sounded like he just woke up, what a joke. I don’t see my self buying or doing any more business with Ashley if this delivery situation is not solved. And what a shame because I need more furniture. Disappointed.

I purchased a new living room sectional at the I10 store and I had a great experience all because of SHAQUILLE DELARA. He was great and very knowledgeable had awesome customer service. Will be going back to your store because of him.

Justin was very helpful, pleasant and professional. Wasn't pushy or overbearing. He took care of everything and answered all of my questions. Pleasant experience and would recommend.

1) The movers left major scratches on my wood flooring when delivering the bed frame and dresser. I had to file a claim, and after multiple phone calls/letters I received a small payment for damages. 2) When the mattresses were delivered almost 2 months late, they were so much firmer than the ones we tried at the store, that my wife hurt when she slept on it (I can manage). After contacting customer service I was directed to file a claim. After meeting with someone at the house, multiple chats and calls, I was still denied a return request; even though the product that was delivered was not what thought we ordered. Is this really how giant companies do business? Despicable. Update to response from owner: I have called the 866 number you mentioned multiple times. I was told a supervisor would call me within 24 hours, they did not. I called back, and was told a supervisor would call within 2-3 business days. No response.

My sales associate didn’t explain things properly, got my name wrong both in person and in print, and forced me into getting a credit card. They had a positive attitude, but they never listened to my questions or concerns. They would talk over me to pressure me to buy. I wish I didn’t have to leave a review, but I’m truly dissatisfied with the service.

Maria and Abram were great! Maria had someone come over from their financing dept. to review our account (I unfortunately forgot his name), and after speaking with us trying to sell us protection on our piece of furniture, he proceeded to tell my husband “don’t you think it’s time to grow up” when my husband denied the protection. A comment like this is unnecessary and rude. If it weren’t for Maria we would have walked out. If the comment was never made, I’d give 5 stars. You don’t say that to someone you’re trying to sell furniture to.

My experience with Ashley Furniture has been incredibly disappointing, and I honestly regret doing business with them. After an extremely disappointing experience at another Ashley location, I decided to cancel my order because they repeatedly failed to deliver on scheduled dates and showed no effort or concern for customer service after the sale. I simply didn’t have the time to shop around at other stores, so I reached out to the Fiesta location to place the order again, requesting that they waive the delivery fee. They only agreed to waive half, which was disappointing, but I accepted the offer. Unfortunately, just like before, the warehouse failed to deliver on the scheduled date, which I had taken off work to receive. As before, there was zero help from my salesperson or anyone else in the store to resolve the issue. I understand that the store has no control over the warehouse, but there was absolutely no effort from the sales staff to assist or make amends. Once the sale was complete, it seemed like they were already moving on to their next customer, completely ignoring my frustration. I had to miss work and change my plans multiple times because of Ashley employees promising things they couldn’t guarantee and then doing nothing to resolve the problems. Their conduct feels shady, like the used car salesmen I’ve encountered before — friendly and accommodating at first, but dismissive and unhelpful once they’ve secured the sale. Their customer service after the sale is absolutely terrible, and I would not recommend them to anyone who values reliable service and honest communication.

Went in to check on a couch I saw online. The salesman was helpful and nice, but the tool he used to check inventory wasn't working so he wasn't able to tell me if the couch I wanted was in stock or not. Not his fault but obviously not a good experience. Then I went to leave and some guy who I guess is the manager or something stops me and comes over and says something I couldn't hear, I just heard "guest counter". I ask him what he said, and he says "can you not go through that door, there's a guest counter, leave through this side door." I just said "oh, weird". And the guy decides I have insulted him personally I guess because he immediately gets defensive. He says "It's not weird, it counts how many customers come in so we know!" And I say "yeah but the entrance is obvious and grand and you wouldn't notice this little side door, so it's just odd." And he got defensive again and tried to defend the little out-of-the-way door for whatever reason while talking condescendingly to me. So yeah, never coming back. Guy needs some manners and to not be a dick to customers for no reason.

My visit to Ashley furniture was very positive. The sales reps were very helpful and friendly. Abraham was super helpful. The store has many pieces of furniture available and ready for delivery. Overall I recommend Ashley for furniture needs.

Large selection, their "best-buy" promotions saved us a lot of money. It turned out all the furniture we bought (living room and bedroom) were "best-buy" items. They stand behind their furniture, with an optional 5 year protection plan. Look at the details of the plans, it includes so much.

The service has been absolutely terrible, and they haven't honored their obligations at all. I strongly advise against purchasing their insurance plans, as it feels like a scam. They charge a lot of money for what they claim is a lifetime warranty, but when it comes time to use it, there’s no follow-through. The furniture quality itself has also been disappointing, as it started falling apart within six months. Overall, I would recommend avoiding Ashley Furniture. Here is the pictures to proof my claim. Do not buy any furniture from Ashley furniture stores. Extremely disappointed with their service and products.

Very unprofessional, pushy sales people. We were promised a 4-year 0 % interest option, but after the salesperson input my girlfriend's name incorrectly 3 times, she was denied the financing. Instead of admitting his mistake, he tried to set us up with a 3-month 0 % interest predatory loan from a 3rd party bank WITHOUT even disclosing what he was trying to setup. So glad we didn't purchase. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT BUY

Bought and paid for a full queen bedroom suite mid May. I still have nothing. Went to the store and the “manager” Aaron tried to tell me it was a distribution center issue. When I spoke with distribution they said there are parts to my order that wont be available to customer until 2026 but show shipping 7/30/2025. When I paid for the furniture I was told I could have it in a week. I am so frustrated. I asked for a refund over a week ago and haven’t gotten that either. So they have my money and I have no furniture and can’t get a real person on the phone.

Your salesperson misrepresented the truth, he is a slick talker and only interested in making a sale. He'd make a great used car salesman or carnival worker. I realized his untruths later when I reviewed the online receipt. I called the Ashley customer service the next day and promptly CANCELED a portion of the order. I also found out he had not set up the delivery date correctly and this order is going up to North TX. The customer service lady said it was set up for this month instead of August! Carelessness and no care for the customer.

I was looking for a recliner and dining table My budget is a little tight, but Mike Drust helped me find just what I wanted at good prices. He helped me through the finance process ( 0% apr for 12 months). He was very nice and not a pushy sales person!

Great experience. We loved working with Michael Ellman. We came in looking for a few home upgrades and he guided us in all the right directions. A sectional, entertainment center, side tables, rug, and a new bed! Highly recommend this place. Great environment and event better people!

We bought a new Cashton couch here in May, only to have the arm break and collapse not even 1 month later. I trust this store and we purchased all our bedroom furniture here, so this is really disappointing. We reported the broken arm on June 14, and were told to give 48 business hours to process - which we did. Over 2 weeks later there is still no response from them. I've called customer service twice, and today was told to file anther claim. We now have an unusable couch with a broken arm, hole in the side, stuffing coming out, and a protruding piece of wood from the frame. It's a shame because we've always had good service in the store, and good quality furniture. I really hope they can resolve this situation and make it right, but for now it is hard to recommend them.

Got an Ashley's CC to finance the furnishing of my new place. After experiencing difficulty activating my card, I noticed that I was unable to make online purchases. Ashley's customer service department directed me to call my local store. My local store said I don't have an Ashley's CC, and directed me to call Synchrony, their financing company, who then directed me to call my local store. After telling Synchrony the store directed me to them, their answer to my problem is that if I want to use my Ashley's CC, I need to go into the store and have a sales associate call Synchrony. Nobody from the customer service department, my local store, or their finance company was able to tell me what was wrong. Additionally, I had made a purchase using the same card number that was sent via email while waiting for the actual physical card. And the local store associate could see these charges, but told me that my card numbers didn't match, and I don't have an account under my name. Somebody made a mistake, and nobody can help me determine what went wrong. My name and both intial card number and physical card number match. Do yourself a favor and don't get mixed up with this company. Go somewhere else.

I was walking around Ashley’s kinda lost looking for a specific piece and thankfully Justin M offered his assistance. Justin was very helpful/knowledgeable and found me something comparable to what I was looking for.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We were promised having had to stop in to have our recliner sofa delivered by July 1st which was ordered on April 26! We were told that the sofa is in Houston which is just hours away and still waiting for it. Absolutely ridiculous. We purchased a ton of stuff from there upon relocating to San Antonio and everything was delivered except for one sofa which is preventing us from being able to set up our living space, makes no sense. A sofa should not take over 2 plus months to get delivered especially since it’s hours away. Never Again, extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company”s lack of communication. You can’t even contact the store itself, simply ridiculous. Save your money and time and go elsewhere!

My wife and I walked in with an idea of what we wanted (sectional couch) and Mike greeted us at the door and with our ideas and floor plan of our area he was able to direct us and show us the perfect couch!!! My wife and I upon leaving were unsure if we were really ready to buy or if he was just was that good. 🤣🤣 We knew we were buying just didn't know right then. 🤣 Definetly recommend if you go in to ask for Mike, very knowledgeable and likes to joke around, not a dead head serious salesman. Makes you feel comfortable in the process.

Usually I have a hard rule not to make big purchases on the spot... but Fernando was beaming with customer service and we locked in on the perfect bedroom dresser for my teen daughter. Ashley products are known quality and it was a bonus that the in person purchase was a great experience.

Lisa killed it with us!! We walked in knowing what we were looking for to replace mom's living room furniture. Lisa introduced herself, gave us the quick talk, and then left us to look around to see if they had the furniture. We found what we were looking for and went to find Lisa. Chatted with her awhile, but needed to go back to the house to get one measurement. Returned the next day after reaching out to her the night before to make sure she would be working. After letting her know we were wanting to pay cash, she worked her numbers and the deal was amazing. Purchased a sofa with reclining ends and a recliner. She added in a 5 year protection plan, plus delivery and the deal was too good to say no. Let her know it was definitely going to be cash, brought us over to her manager, and made the purchase. Have to say, we were not expecting the deal and will definitely go back to Ashley's if we ever need anything in the future. Quality furniture and, in this case, a great sales lady.

It took me over two months to find the perfect sofa. So, I decided to head to Ashley’s store, knowing exactly what I was looking for - a modular (sectional) sofa. When I arrived at Ashley’s, there was already someone waiting outside, Francisco. I had asked if they were open, and he said, “We’ve been waiting for you, come on in!” When walking in Francisco welcomed us inside the store ready to assist us. Francisco was super helpful. He asked us questions to make sure we were on the same page, and listened carefully to what we wanted. The best and favorite part was the demo 3D-printed sofa piece, which was so helpful to express a visualization of what I wanted. During the process of browsing, Francisco gave us an opportunity browse alone to see all the sofas they have in store where can sit on each sofa to know what material and cushion we wanted. Francisco also gave us all the details about what Ashley could and couldn’t do. Luckily, they had exactly what we wanted! I bought the sofa and left feeling super excited.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience. I purchased a couch and TV stand totaling around $8,000. I was told delivery, setup, and plan protection were included as a “deal” — not something I would be charged extra for. After getting breakdown of my total. I found out I was added $500 for delivery, and the protection plan was in fact not free how she made it seem, it’s actually part of the salesperson’s commission (which explains why she was so pushy about adding it- yes they get paid to add it!!) I agreed to a delivery date, only to be told the items were out of stock and delivery would be delayed. Why sell items that aren’t even available? They tried to schedule three separate deliveries for four items — completely unreasonable. I managed to consolidate into two dates, but it was a headache. The worst part: I was told my financing came with a 72-month (6-year) no-interest plan. I trusted the salesperson’s word and signed without reading everything — big mistake. I just made my first payment and found out every card I was signed up for has interest! This experience has been a nightmare. The customer service is poor, the information given was misleading, and the entire process felt dishonest. Do yourself a favor: read everything carefully, get it in writing, and better yet — stay far away from this unprofessional store. They will reply saying sorry for your experience give us a call and they will be no solution. Stay away!

I purchased a full bedroom set from this location to include a new mattress and a few months later the bed frame broke. I have been communicating with Ashley’s Customer support for about 5 months with no resolution. They continue to ask me for photos and give me the run around every time I call. I went to the store to speak with MeeMee who is the person who sold me the bed set only to be dismissed, disrespected, & ignored by him. Till this day my bed frame is still broke and on bricks. Please avoid this location by any means and buy elsewhere.

We had an excellent salesman, Tony Hernandez. Very knowledgeable and very nice and polite. The couch looked great and the extra warranty was well explained and we bought that.

Don’t go in if you don’t know what you want, they will laugh at you.
