Ashley Store San Antonio, TX (Live Oak)

I went to Ashley Furniture to purchase a couch and an ottoman. The salesman, Vincent Martínez, greeted me warmly and worked with me during my visit. He answered all my questions and explained several options regarding my purchase. Throughout the transaction he was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. Gabriela Salinas, the finance officer, helped me to finance the purchase. She was pleasant and friendly as well, explaining all aspects of the financing and pricing related to this purchase. I was impressed with the professionalism that these staff members exhibited. I highly recommend this furniture store, and will most definitely shop here in the future.

Well I will never recommend an Ashley store to anyone after this. Ordered our furniture in December, we were specific in the store we would only buy the couches if we could get them in a few weeks. The sales person said yes. He lied. Later once we found out he lied we called to check on the order which was now pushed back to March. We said unacceptable and wanted to cancel the order. They promissed to work something out foreign office by the way not a local office. And nobody ever called back. We called again only to find out out now delivery was pushed to April with no notice. They appologized. We canceled our order. Our family and friends will never shop at Ashley's after this.

The shopping experience was great. Joy was amazing and very helpful. She sent us to the New Braunfels warehouse for pickup and the gentleman working there by the name of guy was very rude and unprofessional, they load it and take pictures, do not allow you to inspect the merchandise. We got home unboxed it and it was damaged. Called customer service, got the runaround and finally today was able to get a redelivery of a new one and pick up the damaged one. They do not care about customer satisfaction. So we ordered on Saturday and now have to wait till Wednesday to get a redelivery. I do not recommend shopping with Ashley Furniture they do not care about the customers.

I have always had a great experience with Ashley so this is why we always return there for furniture but I was very disappointed this time. In November we chose a set that was very nice and on special. We placed our order and the delivery was on back order for over 2 months. It kept getting delayed and I returned to the store to inquire why and they stated it was “a very popular set.” The SPECIAL had never been stopped so people were still purchasing it at this price with no idea how long it would take to get it. We expected January and got it in March. 4 months. That’s insane!!!!!!

A few years ago my husband & I visited the Live Oak location looking for a king size bed. After being there for over an hour, we just left. The salesperson was trying to have us pay nearly $10,000 for this bed.! We stayed away from Ashley since then. Today I decided to give them another chance also because they do have well built & nice furniture. My son needed an upgrade to his existing bed so we went. Today's experience was the total opposite of the 1st time we were there. Cristina instantly greeted us upon arrival. My son & I told her what we were looking for and she linked us up with Adrian. He was awesome as well. We were there for about an hour but it didn't feel like it @ all! Let's just say we made our purchase & I couldn't be more happier! We got what we needed @ a fantastic price! Thank you for the great customer service. We will be back in a few months to upgrade another furniture piece! 😃

Dont waste your time buying from Ashley's. We purchased furniture with our debit card, went to New Braunfels the next day to pick it up, waited 2 hours in line, then told there was a "credit hold" on our order and it can't be released. Excuse me, what? Unable to call the store, I could only talk to the 1-800 number being answered by overseas representatives. They were no help and we drove back to the store for our refund. I'm hoping it doesn't happen to anyone else. Go elsewhere.

So much to say.. I hope that they learn how to train their sales people after our incident and visit today. You cannot tell people that they can do xyz if there is an issue with a purchase and then when they need to do xyz that’s not even possible and then there is stipulations, that they want to claim is in the paperwork which they are not as we pointed out to them today. The paperwork clearly states nothing about anything related to a mattress exchange/upgrade if it doesn’t work out. It is 100% our fault for trusting our sales person, Daniel, which I knew from the get go was not to be trusted, but unfortunately I still purchased. We purchased another mattress from Rooms to go later for my mom and wish we purchased ours there as well, the honest sales people and clear documentation at rooms to go make a HUGE difference in your experience. I am now either forced to pay Ashley Furniture more money for another mattress or I may just toss this less than 60 day old $2600 mattress and get a mattress somewhere else just so I don’t have to give them another dollar and get something decent from an honest company, which yes will cost me double to pay them and the new one but I feel like that’s worth it instead of dealing with these liars. Good luck to anyone who deals with these people at Ashley Furniture. I wish I could say read the paperwork and small print… but it doesn’t exist and they still try to hold you to it. I think I’ll just have my attorney reach out at this point. Dishonest, crooks, liars, I regret even giving Ashley Furniture any money in the past ever after this experience and I WILL NOT ever again! Daniel is beyond the worst, dishonest sales person I have ever dealt with!

This location is dishonest. They do not provide all details even when specifically asked what the policies are for mattresses on their so called comfort exchange they have in place. They said it is in your paperwork, which it is not. They all need more training as they should fully know what the paperwork says they have people sign. The sales team and sales manager said they don't normally explain all of that, even when specifically asked? They do not tell you the full exchange process. You have to take pictures and pics of tags and send in to the customer service email after you call them and file your exchange request, then wait for it to be approved BEFORE you can come in and choose a new mattress. I wasted a ton of time not knowing this was the case because I went off what I was told by my dishonest sales person, Daniel at the time of purchase. They do not do what they say they will. Their response to this review is a lie, I have not received any email what so ever. We even called back and spoke to Troy to get an email sent over with what they say I will owe when exchanging my mattress. That has yet to be received. I am still debating give these crooks and awful people more of my money or purchase another mattress somewhere else and just donate or dispose of the new one I purchased from them 2 months ago. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Expensive furniture made cheap. Looks nice, but made cheap.

The salesman was helpful and the price is great but the only reason I didn't buy the mattress is that the one I wanted was not in the store for me to check out before I buy it. Before I spend that much I would like to see it in front of me to make sure that's the one I wanted .

I went there because my son-in-law told me that he got approved for financing to get some furniture and so I thought I would and I did and I went to the store not really thinking positive about buying something, but Troy Meyer was really good And helped me out he did a fantastic job on getting me what I wanted and for how much I wanted to pay I don’t think that I would’ve bought something if Troy didn’t do such a good job. First, after picking out furniture, I keep getting emails and texts with different delivery dates. When furniture arrives, it's turns out that it's not what I really wanted afterall. But it turns out that once it's delivered it's too bad. So now im stuck with furniture i don't even like. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ASHLEY'S FURNITURE TO ANYONE! The delivery guys were to young guys who kept saying they we were the last stop and they wanted to hurry up and start their weekend!!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with Myra at Ashley Furniture. The representative we worked with showed zero care or urgency once the sale was made. Simple requests turned into a nightmare, and instead of helping us, she made everything harder. We spent hours trying to get our order canceled—something that could have been handled quickly and professionally if she actually cared about her customers. There was no communication, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue the right way. This experience showed a complete lack of customer service, and I would strongly advise others not to work with Myra! The customer service team has been amazing 👏 They have done amazing trying to resolve this horrible experience and they have went beyond there way to keep us as a loyal customer. I purchased a recliner at the Pat Booker store in San Antonio Tx. I thought the representative told me the delivery of the recliner would be 14 Jan 26. When I contacted the number they gave me and found out that the order was on back order until 7 February I was not happy.The salesman didn’t seem to know the status of the order because if I had known the order would be in 3 weeks I would have not ordered the item and I would have continued shopping at other stores. Order #202k512707 February 10 2026. When I tried to talk to someone about the situation all calls were transferred to an agent in the Philippines who told me Feb 7 would be the earliest date and they didn’t know anything about the store. Not happy!!! customer.

I don't usually have a great experience with furniture customer service, I have often found sales reps off-putting and pushy, but from the moment I walked in the door, everyone was friendly in a way that didn't feel weird or fake, and my toddler was warmly welcomed as well. Luis did great helping me find a recliner for our nursery, and while I mulled my decision over and let my toddler roam to get some of her energy out, the manager came to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed (I am visibly pregnant, so I appreciate the extra consideration and offer of water). Prices were also better than I thought they'd be, I had been to used/discount furniture places that had similar prices on recliners. The other sales reps also seemed pretty friendly, they seem to have a good team!

I won the Spurs Fan Giveaway last Spring and I just went to claim my prize! Juan was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable and we got the best mattress ever! The staff were wonderful and very warming! Go Spurs Go!

I suggest you don’t go to Ashley Furniture in Selma. The customer service was terrible. The delivery was a mess. They delivered the wrong items and offered no help. The sales guy named DAN lied to my 90 year old mother and never bothered to respond. Not one person at Ashley Furniture in Selma offered any assistance. Terrible experience and not recommended.

Very upset, I bought my couch a little over a year ago and was told by Vincent Martinez that it was highly recommended to get the 5 year extend warranty on my couch especially if I had pets. And now come to find out the warranty I paid an extra 500+ dollars for, for this specific reason does not cover any damage done by pets. This is an outrage and I am having to call the extend and see if there’s anything they can do because I was misled when making a purchase. If they try and tell you to get the 5 year warranty for pet specific damage DO NOT LISTEN !!! I may be out $2000+ and this is extremely discouraging as a customer that confided in the words of an Ashley Store Representative.

Buying the furniture at the Sales showroom was fine. But our furniture was back ordered, and when we went to pick them up, only half of it had arrived. I got no notice that some pieces would not be there at the scheduled pick up date. Then when we got home with two chairs, we found out that one of them had been dropped, and the wood was broken in the back of the chair! So I called to let them know and had to call a claim in. I still have not heard back about when or how I will get my replacement chair. On top of that I was told that our couch would not be ready for pick up until the 11th by the warehouse workers (when we went to pick my order up). However, when I called in the claim on the chair, they said the couch is back ordered to a later date than I was told! So it’s easy to buy Furniture from Ashley , but It’s just very hard to get it! I sure hope I end up getting everything that I had ordered and paid for. As of now I’m not the happiest customer.

We had a great experience start to finish. Our sales representative was helpful and attentive, payment options were easy to qualify for, and the couch was delivered on the day we expected in great condition!

Our salesman, Juan, was very patient. He showed us many different recliners to match the loveseat and the recliner. He measured all the furniture pieces many times and even got a dolly to move recliners to loveseat/recliner area for color choice match. I will definitely ask for him when we come back again👍

Sales person was great! But waiting 3 hours in line for customer pick up was not. Then when we got recliner home there was a manufacturing defect. A screw was left out that holds back of recliner, we had to buy screw and put screw in it.

It was a great experience. I did not feel pressured at all. Nick was very helpful in showing me what I was looking for and explained all my options thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable on the products and their features.

I have already addressed my concerns with a particular salesperson to his manager, so I don't feel the need to name names. However, my salesperson went beyond misleading to outright lying regarding the timeline of delivery of my item. He knew this was a deciding factor in my purchase yet continued to tell me whatever he needed to in order to make the sale. He also advised me that this sale was final and that I would not be able to change my mind. When I found out the discrepancy the next day, I was able to get it rectified through customer service. The sale is canceled, and I will not be returning to Ashley for any future furniture purchases. Living Spaces has my loyalty and will continue to do so from now on.

Went in ready to make a purchase but quickly felt like I was at a car dealership talking to a high pressure sales person, who then decided they needed their manager to try and assist before I got away. This kind of attitude, pressure and tactics does not work with me. Unfortunately, I left with nothing and had to shop elsewhere.

I recently went into ih 10 Ashley's to look for furniture for a new to me home. I was swarmed to the point of uncomfortable by sales people. One even looking over my shoulder to read what I was viewing on my phone. Later in week I went to the live oak store. Greeted much more professionally and genuine interest I had shopped on line prior to entering store as the online prices are always different. I selected two bedroom sets relatively quickly Made the transaction. One was delivered about 10 days ago. And the other 3 days ago. Once in house, I didn’t particularly care for the second set of accessories. I told the driver to refuse them. He said you have 3 days to return. If you want to keep and see what you think I called today day 3 only to be told by a online CSR that her online supervisor informed her that exchanges or returns are not allowed once you accept the delivery. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I spent almost $5k with no customer service. ?!? Be warned!

My experience with Myra was great she worked hard to get me everything I needed.

Myra greeted me as I walked into the store, knew where to go in store when I stated I was looking for a sectional. After getting to the sectional area Myra asked if she can see the floor plan of the apartment to help assess if certain sectionals would fit in my apartment. She asked questions on how I was placing the sectional etc. Myra payed attention to small details and after working on building one sectional for me I decided I didn’t like the color after all and she didn’t get bothered she said okay what color did you like or what style. She found a sofa that can have a chase added to it to give it the sectional feeling. Myra was very professional, patient, and kind! I’ve never been treated in such a way while shopping as I am picky and indecisive but Myra guided and helped me through finding what would work and what I liked!

My visit to Ashley was a very nice and comfortable experience from the minute I walked in the store to the signing of my purchase.. I was met by Mr. Derrick and assisted by Mr. Juan, they were both very professional,, patient and helpful.. what I liked the best is that they helped me find exactly what I needed.

Nothing wrong with the furniture I got from the store, I love it. It’s the way things were done is where I have a problem. My order was supposed to be delivered on the 19th. My husband and I decided to cancel the delivery, because why on earth pay up to $700 when we could have ppl we know that would pick it up instead. Never would I have ever thought it would be so difficult to retrieve an order that was scheduled to be delivered/picked up on the same day. We had a sofa, and loveseat. We were able to pick up the sofa, but was told our loveseat wasn’t there at the time, by an employee at the distribution center. We called the number that was given to us to see what was going on, and was told over the phone that it is in fact there, but by that time the center was about to close, and our delivery team didn’t have time to pick up the loveseat. I finally was able to pick up the LS today, after spending more money on a Uhaul, and waiting an entire two hours in the pickup line. What a hot mess. Only one person available to retrieve the items in the back, and lift them ( very heavy items) and out onto vehicles. Felt bad for them. Ashley’s needs to get it together especially in communication. No one should have to wait to put their living room together, if everything was ordered in the same day just because of lack of communication and actually giving a damn! Money and energy was absolutely wasted throughout this entire process, never again….

Horrible experience

I was assisted well from my first contact with Ashley. The staff were professional and, assured my table set and counter stools would be delivered and sit up before Thanksgiving and, it was. The delivery men came right into my home and sit my table up. I'm impressed with the customer service, text messages and I even got a refund coming back due to a discount I found online. Happy Customer 😊

Worst experience ever. They have zero communication when delivering. Do not show up at scheduled times. They say they will text when. Delivering but dont. Have you waiting and then dont show. You constantly have to reschedule delivery but see charge on your credit report before they even deliver to keep you from canceling the order. Store staff is friendly and try to help but the delivery service is the worst. I wish I could give a negative 10 stars.

Vincent Martinez from Live Oak San Antonio store gave the best customer service in store and over the phone. Went to the store with my mother to try out recliner chairs. Vincent approached us respectfully, kindly, and gave us our space because he understood that we wanted to browse on our own. As we left the store Vincent thanked us for coming and gave us his business card and was genuinely kind. I saw the recliner I wanted on sale online for $100 cheaper in store and also $25 off coupon for Black Friday and I was having difficulty ordering online. So I called Vincent and he was able to honor the online discounts and gave me the option to pick up at warehouse so I could get my chair sooner. I was blown away with the non pressure customer service and with how fast the transaction was over the phone. Thank you so much Vincent for all of your help, I’ll be a repeat customer because of you!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. We bought a bed from here for my 9 year old daughter. It broke after a few months and the manager refused to replace it because they said we put it together wrong. Do you know how insane that sounds? If you dont want furniture made from particle board and cheap materials that will last a few months, buy from here. Shame on them! Hopefully this review helps others. RUN FROM HERE and the god awful “management”.

I am very unhappy and disappointed with your service. I went in and bought 2 recliners. I paid with my debit card. I only received 1 recliner. I had to call in a service order because it does not recline correctly. I got a delivery date of 10 Oct for the second recliner and it never came. I called and was told there was a credit check holding up everything. How can that be when the money has already been paid. All I get is we're sorry for the delay. This is not acceptable.

After sharing phone number to one of the sales managers LUIS for application purposes once we left the store after hours my wife was inappropriately texted trying to have a unprofessional conversation not retaining to the business we went for. UPDATE 11/1 A month later and my issues have yet to be resolved. After talking to the support line and going back to the store to ask for someone above Troy. I have reached out to BBB to see if they will be able to assist. Please for your own sanity stay away from this store. Original: AVOID TROY at all cost. I wish I could give zero stars for the horrible service I encountered. TROY Isays he’s a “manager” and will lie to your face multiple times and on every occasions he gets. Once you catch him in his lie he doesn’t take any accountability for his actions. He had forget that he had helped me prior to my most recent visit until I reminded him of the falsified information he provided to me. Needless to say I will NEVER return and a letter to corporate has been sent.

Nick was very patient with me. He tried this best to find me what I was looking for. I'm editing my review. On Wednesday I was at the Ashley store on Pat Booker . The service was good. But then on Friday when I went to pick up my chair, I found out that the chair wasn't supposed to be solid. Make a long story short, I did get my chair. The manager was rude and the person who sold me the chair wasn't there,when he said he would be there. I called their corporate office to complain and cancelled my order. Their talk is good but they can't deliver on their promises. I went to furniture row purchased a reliner. I paid in fullat Ashley .Once Ashley get your money, they don't care about you.

Furniture was great quality for price. Delivery went smooth and they set it up nicely and took the boxes with them. Would buy from Ashely Furniture again.

The employer Luis showed us the sofas that I was looking for which was a black sofa recliner. Luis explained the different payment methods. The people here will lie to you, rip you off and then lie to you again. Beware of the manager at the Live Oak location. He comes across as really nice, but you can’t believe anything he says. We had to speak to corporate to get a refund and get things straight. We will NEVER go to Ashley’s again.

I purchased a sofa in June, and just four weeks later, the cushion started peeling off . LITERALLY 4 WEEKS LATER!!yes,it was that fast! I cleaned it using a vacuum, but the peeling came back.the disappointment I have to face every time I have to see this couch it’s unbelievable.i will NEVER EVER buy from that store again!!!!

I had my wife order a sectional on the Ashley’s credit card. I called the manager Luis Rivera to cancel the order the next day because it was not going to arrive for 6-8 weeks. He said he would. I texted him the next day to confirm it had been canceled, no response. I went to another Ashley’s 4 days later and found a sectional that would arrive in 10 days. I went to place the order and it and they told me I had a pending order. Luis never canceled the order. I had to call customer service to get it canceled. It created a lot of hassle on my part. I can’t say what his motive was, whether he forgot or it was done intentionally, but that’s bad business. I hold managers to a higher bar.

I have been a long time customer of Ashley. Most of the furniture in my house is Ashley. The furniture is VERY well made; the salespeople are so friendly; and the financing is extremely reasonable. I continue to go to Ashley for any and all furniture AND furnishings……I highly recommend Ashley to anyone in the market for furniture, mattresses, or furnishings and accent pieces!

Dan was great. Very helpful. Found exactly what we wanted.

We entered store with intent to purchase and pick up what was available same day. This was made clear to the sales person. The rep said that the warehouse for pick up was 15 min up the road and that we should make it in time, no problem. Warehouse was not 15 min rather 30 min and we missed the pick up window as a result of the guy keeping us in store talking incessantly. When a refund was requested, he advised it could be delivered or held until another truck was rented for customer pick up. Both options we advised were not available given our situation. He took my phone number and said he would contact corporate to see if a refund was possible. I asked if there was anything I needed to sign or document the request and he said no, I just needed to wait and see if corporate processes the refund. Unacceptable. High pressure sales and they linger and follow you around the store. Not a comfortable experience.

I will never, ever shop or buy anything from Ashely again. My mother in law bought a chair, and when it got to her house it wasn’t the same as the demo in the store. It sit up higher and it didn’t fit her same as the one in the store. They would not return or change it out. It’s on the paperwork, but none of one told her that when she bought it. A no return policy should be announced, there were no signs or nothing mentioned before she bought it.

Sales rep Nick C was very proffesional the entire time. Did what he had to without being overbearing. When we made a decision he completed the paperwork and had us out of there in 10 min. Good Job!

We’ve been disappointed with the warranty and repair coverage. We purchased living room furniture about a year ago, and our chair arrived broken. It was repaired shortly after delivery, but the same chair broke again last month. When we contacted Ashley, we were directed to Extend (the warranty company). After filing the claim twice, both were denied. It was discouraging to be told over the phone that we “should’ve read the fine print,” regarding claim filing protocol. Just want to encourage others to carefully review the protection plan details and consider a second opinion before making a purchase here.

Bought my new sectional within 30 min. One of the assistant managers helped us and he was very pleasant and helpful!!! I can't wait to get my new sectional and chair!!!! I love Ashley Furniture store almost every piece of our furniture is from Ashley!!

The bed frames are too big for the mattresses. They acknowledge there is a problem but oh well. Good luck fixing them yourself. No refunds, no corrections. Shop elsewhere unless your a bored carpenter that likes working on partical board just to keep your new investment from looking like crap.

Last resort for your. Furnishing needs,like a fly in the dinnercake. Birds flying around the store creeping thyme growing near the emergency exit. Exit signs turned off on purpose. Ants everywhere.

The chair I got is not the one I picked up.

I have had the worst time dealing with Ashley’s furniture delivery company and it is because of them that I will NEVER buy from Ashley’s again. I’ve had my furniture for about a year now and I’m STILL waiting on them to come correct the mistakes. When they initially came to drop off my furniture they scratched and dinged up my walls and after showing pictures of the damage they said “they didn’t cause the damage” my home was a new build at the time so that damage was not their despite showing them pictures. Not only did they mess up my walls they scratched and damaged my 6000 dollar furniture as well as gave my a footboard that had damage already in the drawers. So the delivery people told me to call to have them replace it. So I canned and it took them 4 months to come out and replace it after delivering the 2 drawers. Then they come and replace only one even though there were 2 boxes. And the ladies response was the guys have “tunnel vision”. Literally insane excuse. THEN they have someone come out to replace the drawer and the guy breaks the brackets that hold the drawer and in the process was cussing while my kids were home and saying how bad Ashley’s is pretty much talking to himself and degrading the company. Then he tells me he can’t fix it or it would put him behind on his other deliveries. So he leaves and then Ashley’s delivery contacts me again stating they’ll be sending a new drawer so the people come again (at this point in the past year I’ve had these people come like 5 times to fix nothing) and these 2 guys come in and look at the drawer and said that they will need to replace the whole bed frame and that they would put a note. So here I am, contacting this company AGAIN to come out here AGAIN to hopefully solve this problem but at this point I’m extremely upset. Not to mentioned my dresser has drawers that don’t close right. We haven’t even gotten to that problem yet because they can’t fix the first thing. I’ll be back to finish out this story as it goes but know this process has been the worst of my life and I will never shop here again.

I purchased a couch and a dining room table with chairs. I asked my sales person, Qiara Norwood, if they would match the lower price for the same chair that I saw at Living Spaces for about $200 less than what Ashley‘s furniture was selling it for because I would like to add 2 chairs to my purchase. She said, “No, because it has to be a signature design by Ashley.” I told her it was the exact same chair, but she insisted it wasn’t. So, I went to living Spaces and bought 2 of them and they came with a really pretty booklet and instructions. Hmmmmmm. Looks like a signature design by Ashley to me! Frustrated but happy with my reclining chairs!!!!

I rate it three stars because of availability of furniture at store location. Sales person was professional and nice. I bought a single barstool and instead of having it delivered to the store I was instructed to drive to their distribution center in new Braunfels to pick up. There should be a better system in place for this. Also, if you spend thousands of dollars in furniture, you should not have to pay a delivery fee. Ashley furniture can do better.

My daughter purchased a recliner that costs about $1,000 she made payment over the phone before the contract was provided after we receive the chair the chair does not seem like it's the same chair that we saw in the store so we wanted to return it and pick out another chair but they say all sales are final we would have not purchased the chair if they would have told us all sales are final you should not deal with a store where you cannot return something that you're not happy with. I will not be doing business with Ashley in the future

Vincent was very good at satisfying our needs. Overall , I think delivery the charge is excessive for a $4000 purchase. Also if an item is not in stock, it should be removed from the show room floor.

The delivery team were efficient & friendly.

NO Integrity at this location. Dylan Celestino and Luis Rivera are not men of integrity! They sold me a tempurpedic bed and it had promotion of free adjustable base. They also promised a set of bed gear sheets ... well month later now and I got a mattress (which i can't enjoy) but no base and no sheets. Went in 1 week after I got bed ...I went in because delivery folks said had nothing on order about a base and also said they would not take away old bed because not noted. So I go in and they tell me the base will come in 2 weeks from Houston. That didn't happen had to go back in today and the general manger rang in order for base and tell me gonna cost me 100 buck to have it delivered which was never told to me nor have I ever paid to have stuff delivered. I told him they can just get me what was promised and deliver it and make this right. The GM refused and they all but called me a liar. The sales person even said he made the commitment and I have the text conversation of with Dylan stating I would get the sheets. Anyway just beware as they will go back on thier word and loose you as a customer over sheets or a 99 dollar delivery fee... I Am totally done with ashley after this... I just bought 5k worth of living room set too in the past 6 months and now 2k bed ... amazing that my business doesn't bother them to lose it... hopefully you read this and don't give them your business either

Cristina showed us around the store for the item we were considering to purchase. many to choose from,different styles and colors. We check. Ed out another furniture store but came back to ashley and Cristina. Purchase went very smoothly.Delivery will be in about a month.

My husband and I worked with Chari to buy several items. She was very helpful and intuitive. She wasn't pushy and supported our decisions, only adding input when she felt it was necessary. If she didn't know the answer to our question, she would figure it out for us. Between her and Daniel the manager, she was able to get us a great deal! Only downside is that the table we really like was on sale to take the floor model. However, floor models are sold as is so we took a close look and found someone's initials etched into the table hidden under a potted plant. I felt this should be advertised to every customer since it is a final sale item...or it should be removed from the showing floor altogether. Water was offered during our visit and the bathrooms were very clean.

I purchased a coffee table and accent table set that I saw online. I went to the store and a gentleman named Daniel helped me out. He was very nice and even gave me an in-store discount in addition to the sale going on. To save money, I picked up the furniture at New Braunfels warehouse. Everything from being in the store to picking up my order was simple.

I am very disgusted with the delivery. Travis did get me an great deal. I refused an entertainment center i never agreed upon now ashley wants to deliver 2 end tables i didn't agree upon or purchase. I havent heard from Travis he has gone silent. No call back no refund. After a rough morning, I decided to call Travis. He gave me an exceptional deal. Look forward with handling anything I need with him.

We had a very helpful experience at Ashley’s, Live Oak. The store is quite large with many options to choose from. Qiara was so helpful and patient! She helped us re arrange the sectional until we were satisfied with it. She also helped us find a payment option that fit our needs.

Even though they didn’t have in stock what we were actually looking for, we still left loving our alternate purchase. My husband just couldn’t resist the style and the price! Vincent M was fantastic! No high pressure selling. He pointed us in the right direction for the item we were looking for, left us alone and let us browse at our leisure (how we like to shop) and just checked on us periodically. He answered all our questions, was personable, and professional. Will be purchasing more in the Fall.

My sales person jusn did everything to get me the best deals. If you visit the live oak store ask for jusn you will not be disappointed.

In store purchase process was fine but they wanted $150 for a delivery fee and I decided to pick up my furniture instead of paying the fee. I didn't realize I would be waiting 3 hours in their pickup lot to get the items purchased. Not sure the fee or the wait is worth it and will look at other options before buying here again.

Great salesperson

Louis was amazing!! He let us look around without pressuring us and he was very knowledgeable about the products and financing.

We purchased a sectional on 5/13/25 and were told that it would be delivered on 5/15/25. The delivery didn’t happen and the salesman said it was because something happened with scheduling . He told us it would then be delivered on 5/17/25 or 5/20/25. I didn’t hear from him so I checked in late in the day on 5/16/25. All he could tell me is it would be 5/20/25. After that he called and said something wasn’t signed but he got it taken care of and now it would be delivered on 5/21/24. I received a call on 5/21/25 that he forgot the “as is” document and the delivery men wouldn’t take it. All he said is “you can cancel and get a refund “. Only to tell me within the same call that I can text that I will take it as is and it would be delivered. The salesman’s lack of attention to detail on the delivery and the lackadaisical attitude “you can cancel and get a refund “ was absurd. He also told me that I would get a credit back of $100 due to the delivery problems. Over a week has gone by and I still haven’t seen the credit back on my card.

I do not recommend shopping here we went we found a dining table we liked we were told a price we purchased. He added a protection plan for “free” then when I got home the next morning, I was looking at the dining table online to try to find chairs to match and the dining table with tax and everything was almost $300 less if I would’ve bought it online without the protection plan that he included for “free” Then when I tried to cancel my order, I called the store twice and they said we will cancel the order. Then the next day I get a message saying schedule your delivery so then I talked to a different customer service representative and they say there’s nothing in your file about canceling your order. But we will process your cancellation so the store didn’t even process the cancellation like they were supposed to it was somebody from corporate that ended up doing it Overall it was a complete mess. Do not recommend buying at any Ashley store to be honest buy online you will get a cheaper price.

The Ashley's staff at the Live Oak store were professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions and waited patiently on my decision to select the item I wanted to purchase. No rush and no strong arming into a decision that wasn't in my best interest...great team!

Becareful on the sale.. because everything not included. Luckily the manager kept to his word, so make sure you get it in writing before he walks away.

They promise a lot but have to be hasseled and called over and over once you sign, nd still do not do what they say. They just want your $ and their commission. I will NEVER do business with this store again. I just want to return everything and be done but I am stuck with a 5 year commitment. Be careful with these people

TrAshley 'Furniture' Lets build a timeline over the past month: 3/30/25 We order a set of two dressers and two nightstands for our childrens’ bedrooms. 4/8/25 It gets delivered and both dressers already are covered in scratches and dents. The delivery people leave, and a leg breaks off one of the dressers your apparent 'White Glove' service people set up not two hours later. Luckily it was my wife who caught it inspecting this sub-par piece instead of it falling on my four year old daughter. 4/9/25 We file a complaint about damaged ‘furniture’. Your ‘help’ line is about as useful as calling the store as we have multiple records of trying to get replacements and always got a run-around or no answer. 4.22/25 Hooray, after multiple calls, going into the shop itself complaining about a lack of any kind of competent service on damaged products, we finally get our replacements delivered. One of the dressers was more damaged than the previous and I told the delivery people to not even bother with the other and to pack it all back in the truck. That truck was also two hours late from the delivery window. I was told that now my case will be ‘VIP’ and its easier and quicker to leave the set here. Great ‘White Glove’ service. Hey, one of them did use a nice little marker to cover up the scratches so THANKS! That ‘case’ is still unresolved. 4/29/25 Today - No updates after reaching out multiple times over the past days, just smelly warehouse furniture not being used with our kids clothes in baskets because we don’t want this dinged up ‘furniture’. You have some bogus refund policy that we can’t just send this TrAshley ‘furniture’ back. We don’t want these damaged products that could of fallen down on my child, beaten up in general, and your customer service is as ‘White Glove’ as a dentist giving a root canal or a proctology office visit. We have the call-logs, E-mails, anything trying to get a hold and make it right, but you just don’t listen. I guess you are OK with selling a TrAshley product and support structure. Edit: HA! Thanks for the BS auto-response about calling your useless help line where we couldn't get any help before, trying to get a non-damaged piece of furniture, or any kind of assistance you sent to every other disappointed customer. I guess this garbage company already has their money so who cares? Hint: maybe invest in better delivery methods and not a bot or some worker drone giving the same canned responses to every negative comment of people absolutely dissatisfied. We'll still be in touch on the matter.

We do love our couch, the service in the store at time of purchase was good, if not a little pushy. Once the order was placed it was a lot of back and forth of when our items would be available. The pick up wasn't terrible but super long wait due to only 1 person helping customers. Bless him though, he had a good system and was helpful but could definitely use more help.

Super helpful folks! From the initial trying out/ selection process, to the literal delivery of my mattress — 30 minutes ago — and carried straight up to the bed-frame. The experience was about as easy and pain-free as it gets!

Zero stars. I am highly disappointed in the quality of the product. Fifty percent of the furniture items were damaged (The drawer on the bed. The drawer on the dresser. The chest of drawer was damaged, so they did not deliver it, and did not have a replacement in their warehouse). We did not notice the damages until after the delivery guys left. The warranty department does not answer their phone. The process to submit a warranty service is cumbersome. I will not recommend Ashley’s to anyone.

Both Nick and Q delivered the utmost in professionalism. At the same time they listened and moved forward with a level of kindness like I haven’t experienced in far too long. They get ALL kudos!!!! Thank you to them over and over again.

My furniture that was delivered was built wrong. I called the claims department 20 minutes after the furniture was delivered and was told I would receive correspondence about a technician coming out to fix my nightstand within 2 days. Flash forward to almost a month later and I am getting the runaround. The salesperson who sold me the furniture is not addressing the issue and none of the customer service representatives that I speak with never know what is going on. I was being understanding the first few weeks, but I am stuck with an inoperable nightstand because of the lack of competence and customer support that there is in this company.

The staff at the Ashley Store were very cordial, friendly, professional and helpful. The Delivery gentleman and Mr. Mario were the BEST! Excellent and efficient job!

Sales reps are good. Wearhouse has something to be desired. We waited for 2 months to receive items of which we were assured would be delivered within a couple weeks. We will no longer use Ashley period. I had to take multiple days off work to receive delivery of which none were complete. Imagine my employer's frustration. Be aware. They will sell you ice in a snow storm and promise prompt delivery however, once the transaction is complete it is no longer their problem. You will get your order when you get it.

The store itself, 5 stars for inventory alone, the sales associates I encountered were not super friendly but thus is life. I purchased a sofa, love seat, and chair which arrived on time and in perfect condition. A few weeks later my husband went back and purchased a dining room set which arrived in the wrong color. They sent someone else a few days later to deliver the correct dining set and it was in the wrong color, AGAIN. Which we kinda understood because everyone is human. So a few days later they came to deliver the correct dining set, 4 hours late, and it’s missing 2 leg. So our table is currently laying on the chairs in our dining room waiting for the other 2 legs. Now I’m frustrating that no one is trying to ensure the we are getting what we paid for they don’t seem to care. We’ve had to postpone our house warming party TWICE now and are over the process. Contacted the care team and was told my order was COMPLETED AND THERES NO NOTE OF THE MISSING LEGS. It’s going to take 7-10 business days for the legs to even get here THEN I NEED to contact the team to have someone come out. The package arrived and there is only 1 leg??!!!! I am so done. I’ve been asking to speak with a manager and no one will get on the phone or return my call. Worst experience ever.

Please beware of warranty sold at this location. We purchased a 5 year warranty plan on our 7 piece Bedroom set, and TWO Dining room sets with our salesperson telling us if we didn’t file any claims the cost of warranty would be returned to us. We had “nothing to lose” by adding it. What we were not told is we had to call in for this to be processed within 120 days from the expiration date. That’s an important piece of information that was conveniently left out. Our salesperson sold it to us as if Ashley’s would return this to us once the warranty period was complete. The customer service representative I spoke with to discuss this matter didn’t even allow me to speak to management to discuss my complaint. They gave me an email address to send my complaint through. This is a very deceptive and disappointing way to do business in my opinion.

On Saturday 3/29/25 we purchased a Jorlainia dining room table/pedestal, 6-chairs and a server from Dylan Celestino. We had met with him weekend before and after making some calculations at home we came back to see him. Dylan was very helpful. Process was very smooth. We're looking forward to the delivery on 4/12.

He left me alone to wander, pick and choose. To his credit. It took no time to find what I came for. I then signaled Vincent and we talked deals. I needed time to think about it so I came home and did just that. That sectional was meant to be mine! I went back, found him and paid cash for not only that gorgeous sectional but for an additional chair! Easiest transaction ever!!! I cannot wait for my deliveries! Now I’m going to repaint my living room to accommodate my beautiful furniture! Vincent is a keeper. I REALLY appreciate the fact that he let me do my thing. Thank you Vincent!!

When I entered the store I was greeted warmly. Dan asked if he could help me find what I was looking for, and let me browse through the store. I found the perfect TV stand and it was on sale.

Was told it could be delivered on Saturday but the next day was told Saturday was not available and would have to wait a extra week for a Saturday delivery

This store is wonderful! My salesperson, Marcus, is the beyond outstanding! Each time I go, no matter how busy he is, he makes time to greet. The wonderful store manager helped while Marcus ran back and forth assisting his other customers Excellent outstanding customer service!! I remember the first time I visited this store. My salesperson was horrible and even sold me damaged goods. He refused to make it right. I went back to attempt to rectify. Marcus, a new employee at that time, not only helped me but took my issues to the store manager and provided me with the best customer service I've ever ever had!!! Your have a jewel! Very professional and helpful great doing business

I made 2 purchase about $10,000. I really love my bed and my dad really enjoys his. I will not be buying from Ashley ever again. I never received my 2 twin mattress covers. I have made several calls and text and have received zero assistance. It's like once you make the purchase they are done with you. So now I'm paying for the $400 protectors that I don't have. Guess someone added it to their commission.

Horrible! We are refurnishing our house and bought a dining table and chairs from this store on March 3rd. Sales assistant said we can pick up as early as March 8th. Called to check on order and was told order will be ready for pickup March 16th. Which was a Sunday. The warehouse is closed Sundays and Monday so couldn't pick up. The store offered delivery for us. Was delivered late Wednesday 19th without the chairs. Called that day to figure out where our chairs are and they were unassigned to us apparently and they don't know when I can get more. They issued a ticket. Called back today and still no answers. Asked to speak with GM and was told the man I am speaking to is the GM. Then called back and asked for the GM again and was told he is off until Friday. No body cares what happens after they make the sale. Horrendous company.
