This has been the worst experience EVER. If there was an option for zero stars I would have selected that bc they don’t even deserve 1 star. August 24 I made a purchase for a couch and dresser in store. Hope was my sales associate and she input all my information. My delivery was set for Sept 10 and I was told I would get a text two days before to confirm a delivery window. Never got a text so I called and was informed i apparently opted out of text so the delivery was canceled. Come to find out my phone number was entered incorrectly. So then they rescheduled for the 13th, again it was canceled. I was told bc the incorrect number and because they didn’t have an item. Unsure which was the truth. So delivery was scheduled for the 23, almost an entire month later. Yesterday again I didn’t receive a text confirming so I called. They said the wrong number was on the account, even though at this point I’ve spoken to 6 different people who assured me the number had been corrected. Which was incorrect. This morning they came to deliver and the dresser was damaged. So now I have to wait ANOTHER week. And all I’ve been offered is a $40 gift card. While I will never do business with Ashley again that doesn’t even equate to the time I have spent on the phone trying to get this resolved. All due to an error that I did not make. Avoid doing business with them at all cost.

Absolute terrible service. The salesman for the couch was very pushy and difficult to work with. Then it took a month for it to be delivered when they said it was supposed to delivered within 2 weeks. When the guy delivered the couch he asked to use the restroom and pissed all over my bathroom floor. Disrespectful service from end to end. Do not recommend buying from Ashley choose at home or rooms to go….

Husband and I came into the store to take a look around and see if any new merchandise had come in. We let the salesman know we were not looking to purchase anything and just wanted to take a look as we had been at the other location a few times already. We were then followed around the store and interrupted less than 5 minutes of trying to take a look around. After being in the store for 10-15 minutes the salesman then has his manager come over to try and push us into buying something and I lost it. My heart rate increased to 141 bpm and I got anxiety because we were being followed and not allowed to leisurely look at the furniture. IF YOU SAY YOU'RE GOING TO LET YOUR CUSTOMERS TAKE A LOOK AROUND, LET THEM ACTUALLY TAKE A LOOK AROUND. I have $6000 approved credit that I may not use because of this buffoonery. Mike you will NOT be getting our sale.

I have bought furniture from Ashley in the past and have been very pleased with the service and quality of my purchase. Dan was very nice and helped me pick out what I was looking for. The only complaint I have if anything is that I did feel like he was steering me towards more expensive items even though I gave him a budget that I had. Luckily I found something that was on clearance and it was exactly what I was looking for.

For a Mattress Cover that was Never opened that I was trying to return ,but they didn't take back ,they lost my business.

Worst experience ever – don’t waste your money here! This has been the worst furniture shopping experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a bed over a month ago and still don’t have the correct one. They delivered the wrong bed, can’t get delivery dates right, and all the promised discounts never showed up on my account. The staff, including Kayla Goff and Garett Smith, even gave us his personal number and told us to call anytime. We left multiple messages and barely got one response, with no real solutions or help. When I asked to cancel, they refused—claiming “no return policy,” even though the correct bed was never delivered. Terrible customer service and zero accountability. If I could give a “zero” star review , believe me I would. Stay far away from this store!

My experience was great with Jacob Cajas, salesperson. He explained the difference between mattresses. He helped me decide on a mattress that helps me sleep better plus help with my sciatica and back problems. He also helped me select a new bedroom set. He didn't rush me and I didn't feel pressured that I had to buy. I recommend if you're looking to buy anything from Ashley Furniture to ask for him.

The payment app wasn’t working for whatever reason.

Just came in to look at some living toom furniture. We were being helped, but weren't ready to decide on anything. As we were leaving the assistant manager came over to talk to us, showed us some furniture, and we purchased it. He told us it would be in in a week to week and a half. Now it's going to be in in 8-14 weeks! On top of that, it's coming in separate pieces (the chair, ottoman, sofa). My mom tried to call to get the situation resolved and she's having to play telephone tag. Then the manager referred her to the customer care line. They offered her a 20% discount on a piece in the store which is kind of nonsensical because she's already picked out everything she wants, she just wants her furniture delivered when it was promised to her. If you can't do that, then you can certainly remove the fees (white glove delivery, etc). But no, that's a separate department apparently so he has to get with customer care, verify it, and call her back AFTER his three hour lunch. It appears nothing is documented in her file, everything is a seperate phone call that WE the customer have to make, and we must not have anything better to do but sit around and wait. I guess she's just too complicated of a customer to deal with. 🤷🏼‍♀️ It's a shame when you want to invest in good, quality furniture, all you end up getting is the run around.

In store, they are great. Lots of promises, to do things right. After the sale things went south, quickly. Poor Communication from the sales person and a less than professional response when contacted. Paid for delivery. Communication was awful at best. The time for delivery was exceeded by more than 5 hours. No follow up, no apologies....no attempts at trying to make it right. The delivery itself was rushed and half hearted at best.

After visiting a couple of other furniture stores where we did not experience positive or helpful. customer service, Tony and Heather helped us find the perfect piece we were looking for and were extremely patient with us. We did not feel rushed or pressured and we believe we received a great deal on our furniture. We will definitely be returning customers!

Title: Very Disappointed – Delivered Wrong Item, No Accountability or Resolution I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Ashley HomeStore . When I purchased the sofa in-store, I made it very clear multiple times that I wanted the blue colour. Despite this, the salesperson placed the order incorrectly, and I ended up receiving a black sofa — and even that was delayed by over a week. From the day it was delivered, I have been trying to get the issue resolved. I’ve been calling customer care daily and have even visited the store, but all I’ve faced is blame-shifting between the store and support team. Everyone keeps repeating the same thing: “An exchange request has been raised and is pending manager approval.” I’ve been hearing this every day for over a week — with no progress, no accountability, and no solution. To make it worse, each call takes 40 to 50 minutes, and all I’m told is to wait 48 to 72 more hours, over and over again. Some even say there’s no return policy, and they expected to keep me the wrong item due to their mistake. This is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected better service and professionalism. The lack of response and ownership has left me feeling ignored, misled, and stuck with a product I didn’t order. If you care about getting what you paid for and being treated with basic respect, I urge you to think twice before buying from this store

This was absolutely one of the worst buying experiences in my life. The salesman tried charging us full price during a sale, did not listen, entered my information incorrectly causing me to miss the delivery date that was scheduled two weeks in advance. We had to go to the distribution center in another town to pick up our furniture. When I went back into the store to make sure I was getting the delivery charge credited they refused to let me talk to a manager and didn’t offer any credit for my inconvenience. The Fiesta Trails store feels like a shark tank- Beware. They don’t care about your sales experience, only the sale.

Horrible sales team. Lies and misdirection from everyone from management to the salesman. Yet one gives them the opportunity to do the honest thing and sure enough, the furniture you have to pick up 50 miles away is damaged and in my case the other item was not the correct piece I choose.

This review is for the delivery of the Service. Completely unprofessional, scheduled for delivery between 3-6pm and did not receive this until 12 at night. I called their customer service team and they did not care at all. They told me I should have called to complain that night. I was like it was 12 at night, the call center was closed! Devonte on the phone didn’t even sound like he wanted to be at work, he sounded like he just woke up, what a joke. I don’t see my self buying or doing any more business with Ashley if this delivery situation is not solved. And what a shame because I need more furniture. Disappointed.

I purchased a new living room sectional at the I10 store and I had a great experience all because of SHAQUILLE DELARA. He was great and very knowledgeable had awesome customer service. Will be going back to your store because of him.

Justin was very helpful, pleasant and professional. Wasn't pushy or overbearing. He took care of everything and answered all of my questions. Pleasant experience and would recommend.

1) The movers left major scratches on my wood flooring when delivering the bed frame and dresser. I had to file a claim, and after multiple phone calls/letters I received a small payment for damages. 2) When the mattresses were delivered almost 2 months late, they were so much firmer than the ones we tried at the store, that my wife hurt when she slept on it (I can manage). After contacting customer service I was directed to file a claim. After meeting with someone at the house, multiple chats and calls, I was still denied a return request; even though the product that was delivered was not what thought we ordered. Is this really how giant companies do business? Despicable. Update to response from owner: I have called the 866 number you mentioned multiple times. I was told a supervisor would call me within 24 hours, they did not. I called back, and was told a supervisor would call within 2-3 business days. No response.

My sales associate didn’t explain things properly, got my name wrong both in person and in print, and forced me into getting a credit card. They had a positive attitude, but they never listened to my questions or concerns. They would talk over me to pressure me to buy. I wish I didn’t have to leave a review, but I’m truly dissatisfied with the service.

Maria and Abram were great! Maria had someone come over from their financing dept. to review our account (I unfortunately forgot his name), and after speaking with us trying to sell us protection on our piece of furniture, he proceeded to tell my husband “don’t you think it’s time to grow up” when my husband denied the protection. A comment like this is unnecessary and rude. If it weren’t for Maria we would have walked out. If the comment was never made, I’d give 5 stars. You don’t say that to someone you’re trying to sell furniture to.

Most dishonest company I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased a sectional sofa, and they never delivered all the pieces. It’s been over six months, and I’m still chasing them for a resolution. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. I would not recommend doing business with them. Staty away from them.

As soon as we walked in Joey greeted us with a smile and a handshake while we looked for a vanity chair. Although there wasn’t a physical one in the store he was committed to helping us find the perfect chair. After we browsed there online catalog not only did we end up getting the chair he was kind enough to give us a discount as well.

Me & my wife wemt in with specific amount we wanted to spend when we got there we were approached by Michael he started out all right but kept trying to sell us the most expensive things. We stated we already had looked online and added it up so we wanna stay within budget,he goes away to "Figure out the numbers" then came back with almost 6,500.for a total,so we decided this isn't for us and tell him we will call if we decide,he calls and texts so much I blocked him cause no sir u have already wasted time by trying over sell...Next day A Manager by the name of Garrett called back to see how he could earn our business back i told him i wanted to stay at or preferably below 5000.00so he said come back and ill honor ur price so we like kool....Walked in approached by a Maria 🤨🤨 she brought up order we paid Cash and went home ..i knew something wasnt right because she kept rushing to sign paperwork so when i got homei went over order to make sure we got everything and i see a insurance charge for 541.66 which she never told us about ao i texted her ahe gonna say because of deal we added that..NO MA'am you ask people!! u dont add that on plus we change furniture at least every 2 yrs so no meed for that!!!!😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕 So i reached out to Garrett he acted as if he didnt know cause he was on PTO but said he would mention this and have her call us...She never did so we popped up!! She said im sorry Garrett never told me anything 😕😕 so i show her text log she then Showed me hers as she scrolled down I could see a remark about us but she went so fast because she knew she was showing it I couldn't make it out.anyways..left called coporate cause atp yall playing.Corporate apologized and said they issued a credit for insurance i said no ma am it should be a refund.so she had to fix it😕 Maria said text for delivery text her 2 times no reply so i called above to schedule it myself.was confirmed order would arrive on 7/28/2025 well they came and only brought a mirror out of 22 damm pieces!! So called Customer relations and reported issue they said someone scheduled our delivery for the 5th from the store when we never spoke with them so how do u schedule without confirmation??? I wish I would have followed up on reviews about shipping delivery orders, customer complaints about staff before walking in..Plus bad communication!! My experience with Ashley Furniture has been incredibly disappointing, and I honestly regret doing business with them. After an extremely disappointing experience at another Ashley location, I decided to cancel my order because they repeatedly failed to deliver on scheduled dates and showed no effort or concern for customer service after the sale. I simply didn’t have the time to shop around at other stores, so I reached out to the Fiesta location to place the order again, requesting that they waive the delivery fee. They only agreed to waive half, which was disappointing, but I accepted the offer. Unfortunately, just like before, the warehouse failed to deliver on the scheduled date, which I had taken off work to receive. As before, there was zero help from my salesperson or anyone else in the store to resolve the issue. I understand that the store has no control over the warehouse, but there was absolutely no effort from the sales staff to assist or make amends. Once the sale was complete, it seemed like they were already moving on to their next customer, completely ignoring my frustration. I had to miss work and change my plans multiple times because of Ashley employees promising things they couldn’t guarantee and then doing nothing to resolve the problems. Their conduct feels shady, like the used car salesmen I’ve encountered before — friendly and accommodating at first, but dismissive and unhelpful once they’ve secured the sale. Their customer service after the sale is absolutely terrible, and I would not recommend them to anyone who values reliable service and honest communication.

Went in to check on a couch I saw online. The salesman was helpful and nice, but the tool he used to check inventory wasn't working so he wasn't able to tell me if the couch I wanted was in stock or not. Not his fault but obviously not a good experience. Then I went to leave and some guy who I guess is the manager or something stops me and comes over and says something I couldn't hear, I just heard "guest counter". I ask him what he said, and he says "can you not go through that door, there's a guest counter, leave through this side door." I just said "oh, weird". And the guy decides I have insulted him personally I guess because he immediately gets defensive. He says "It's not weird, it counts how many customers come in so we know!" And I say "yeah but the entrance is obvious and grand and you wouldn't notice this little side door, so it's just odd." And he got defensive again and tried to defend the little out-of-the-way door for whatever reason while talking condescendingly to me. So yeah, never coming back. Guy needs some manners and to not be a dick to customers for no reason.

My visit to Ashley furniture was very positive. The sales reps were very helpful and friendly. Abraham was super helpful. The store has many pieces of furniture available and ready for delivery. Overall I recommend Ashley for furniture needs.

Out shipping experience was a great one at Ashley’s Furniture. We went in for a lift chair but came out with a new Tempur-Pedic adjustable mattress. Large selection, their "best-buy" promotions saved us a lot of money. It turned out all the furniture we bought (living room and bedroom) were "best-buy" items. They stand behind their furniture, with an optional 5 year protection plan. Look at the details of the plans, it includes so much.

The service has been absolutely terrible, and they haven't honored their obligations at all. I strongly advise against purchasing their insurance plans, as it feels like a scam. They charge a lot of money for what they claim is a lifetime warranty, but when it comes time to use it, there’s no follow-through. The furniture quality itself has also been disappointing, as it started falling apart within six months. Overall, I would recommend avoiding Ashley Furniture. Here is the pictures to proof my claim. Do not buy any furniture from Ashley furniture stores. Extremely disappointed with their service and products.

Bought and paid for a full queen bedroom suite mid May. I still have nothing. Went to the store and the “manager” Aaron tried to tell me it was a distribution center issue. When I spoke with distribution they said there are parts to my order that wont be available to customer until 2026 but show shipping 7/30/2025. When I paid for the furniture I was told I could have it in a week. I am so frustrated. I asked for a refund over a week ago and haven’t gotten that either. So they have my money and I have no furniture and can’t get a real person on the phone.

Your salesperson misrepresented the truth, he is a slick talker and only interested in making a sale. He'd make a great used car salesman or carnival worker. I realized his untruths later when I reviewed the online receipt. I called the Ashley customer service the next day and promptly CANCELED a portion of the order. I also found out he had not set up the delivery date correctly and this order is going up to North TX. The customer service lady said it was set up for this month instead of August! Carelessness and no care for the customer.

We bought a new Cashton couch here in May, only to have the arm break and collapse not even 1 month later. I trust this store and we purchased all our bedroom furniture here, so this is really disappointing. We reported the broken arm on June 14, and were told to give 48 business hours to process - which we did. Over 2 weeks later there is still no response from them. I've called customer service twice, and today was told to file anther claim. We now have an unusable couch with a broken arm, hole in the side, stuffing coming out, and a protruding piece of wood from the frame. It's a shame because we've always had good service in the store, and good quality furniture. I really hope they can resolve this situation and make it right, but for now it is hard to recommend them.

Got an Ashley's CC to finance the furnishing of my new place. After experiencing difficulty activating my card, I noticed that I was unable to make online purchases. Ashley's customer service department directed me to call my local store. My local store said I don't have an Ashley's CC, and directed me to call Synchrony, their financing company, who then directed me to call my local store. After telling Synchrony the store directed me to them, their answer to my problem is that if I want to use my Ashley's CC, I need to go into the store and have a sales associate call Synchrony. Nobody from the customer service department, my local store, or their finance company was able to tell me what was wrong. Additionally, I had made a purchase using the same card number that was sent via email while waiting for the actual physical card. And the local store associate could see these charges, but told me that my card numbers didn't match, and I don't have an account under my name. Somebody made a mistake, and nobody can help me determine what went wrong. My name and both intial card number and physical card number match. Do yourself a favor and don't get mixed up with this company. Go somewhere else.

I was walking around Ashley’s kinda lost looking for a specific piece and thankfully Justin M offered his assistance. Justin was very helpful/knowledgeable and found me something comparable to what I was looking for.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We were promised having had to stop in to have our recliner sofa delivered by July 1st which was ordered on April 26! We were told that the sofa is in Houston which is just hours away and still waiting for it. Absolutely ridiculous. We purchased a ton of stuff from there upon relocating to San Antonio and everything was delivered except for one sofa which is preventing us from being able to set up our living space, makes no sense. A sofa should not take over 2 plus months to get delivered especially since it’s hours away. Never Again, extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company”s lack of communication. You can’t even contact the store itself, simply ridiculous. Save your money and time and go elsewhere!

Lisa killed it with us!! We walked in knowing what we were looking for to replace mom's living room furniture. Lisa introduced herself, gave us the quick talk, and then left us to look around to see if they had the furniture. We found what we were looking for and went to find Lisa. Chatted with her awhile, but needed to go back to the house to get one measurement. Returned the next day after reaching out to her the night before to make sure she would be working. After letting her know we were wanting to pay cash, she worked her numbers and the deal was amazing. Purchased a sofa with reclining ends and a recliner. She added in a 5 year protection plan, plus delivery and the deal was too good to say no. Let her know it was definitely going to be cash, brought us over to her manager, and made the purchase. Have to say, we were not expecting the deal and will definitely go back to Ashley's if we ever need anything in the future. Quality furniture and, in this case, a great sales lady.

It took me over two months to find the perfect sofa. So, I decided to head to Ashley’s store, knowing exactly what I was looking for - a modular (sectional) sofa. When I arrived at Ashley’s, there was already someone waiting outside, Francisco. I had asked if they were open, and he said, “We’ve been waiting for you, come on in!” When walking in Francisco welcomed us inside the store ready to assist us. Francisco was super helpful. He asked us questions to make sure we were on the same page, and listened carefully to what we wanted. The best and favorite part was the demo 3D-printed sofa piece, which was so helpful to express a visualization of what I wanted. During the process of browsing, Francisco gave us an opportunity browse alone to see all the sofas they have in store where can sit on each sofa to know what material and cushion we wanted. Francisco also gave us all the details about what Ashley could and couldn’t do. Luckily, they had exactly what we wanted! I bought the sofa and left feeling super excited.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience. I purchased a couch and TV stand totaling around $8,000. I was told delivery, setup, and plan protection were included as a “deal” — not something I would be charged extra for. After getting breakdown of my total. I found out I was added $500 for delivery, and the protection plan was in fact not free how she made it seem, it’s actually part of the salesperson’s commission (which explains why she was so pushy about adding it- yes they get paid to add it!!) I agreed to a delivery date, only to be told the items were out of stock and delivery would be delayed. Why sell items that aren’t even available? They tried to schedule three separate deliveries for four items — completely unreasonable. I managed to consolidate into two dates, but it was a headache. The worst part: I was told my financing came with a 72-month (6-year) no-interest plan. I trusted the salesperson’s word and signed without reading everything — big mistake. I just made my first payment and found out every card I was signed up for has interest! This experience has been a nightmare. The customer service is poor, the information given was misleading, and the entire process felt dishonest. Do yourself a favor: read everything carefully, get it in writing, and better yet — stay far away from this unprofessional store. They will reply saying sorry for your experience give us a call and they will be no solution. Stay away!

I purchased a full bedroom set from this location to include a new mattress and a few months later the bed frame broke. I have been communicating with Ashley’s Customer support for about 5 months with no resolution. They continue to ask me for photos and give me the run around every time I call. I went to the store to speak with MeeMee who is the person who sold me the bed set only to be dismissed, disrespected, & ignored by him. Till this day my bed frame is still broke and on bricks. Please avoid this location by any means and buy elsewhere.

Mike E. was incredibly personable, helpful, knowledgeable about styling, materials, colors, and upfront about pricing. No pressure to purchase other items. Went shopping for a mattress. They wanted to sell me a mattress and adjustable frame for just over 2000.00 dollars. I went to Macy's their price for the exact same mattress was the same but the base is free. I now see Ashley furniture has a huge markup and a sales force more than willing to swindle unsuspecting customers out of their money. Stay away from Ashley Furniture.

If I could give negative ⭐️‘s i would. Absolutely disgusted by the dishonesty and scam Ashley is promoting with their protection plan. I was sold a couch in 2022 and added the protection service because the sales associate told us it would be “no problem” and covers most issues (accidental rips, stains, punctures, etc..). The first time the service technicians came for our claim - they didn’t do anything with the couch - they disrespectfully walked all over our carpet with shoes and on top of that refused to replace our couch that had well documented accidental damages. Come 2025 - we submitted another claim for a puncture and ripped cushion and now the service rep is asking if I have a copy of the “terms of service” after putting me on hold every 2 minutes and going to their supervisor so they know what to say when denying the claim. Beyond angry and disgusted at the dishonesty they stand by - do not shop here and do not get the protection plan.

The service was exceptional! When we walked in, we had an idea of what we wanted but weren’t sure we saw anything on display that did it for us. But Ruby the interior designer really took her time with us and listened to the vision I had in mind and inspired boards. She was able to help us design our perfect space and recommended a bedroom set we fell in love with! Delivery was phenomenal as well. Bad customer service ever, bad quality

Maria was fantastic! Not pushy, helpful and even a sense of humor. Almost didn’t visit because of past experiences in other Ashley stores-but definitely recommend it!

It was incredible Mike and Brandon helped me out picking the bedroom set and the TemperPedic mattress, their customer service, professionalism goes beyond rapport. We were just in the store a few weeks ago to buy a bed, mattress, and a couch. We have not bought furniture in quite a while. We loved that our sales person was very quick on finding us the items we were describing but when it came to costs of items, I felt like we were being rushed. We also had a toddler with us that was tired so that also pushed us along. I asked a few times what the price was for an item and I got a response of "we will get a low monthly payment." Figured I'd ask again anyway before we did final signing for financing. At the end when discussing finance options, he shared our monthly payment. I still had to ask to see the bottom line total and it seemed like the sales person did not want to share that information with me. Eventually he turned the tablet he was using around. Once we reviewed the prices, we signed away for financing. Today, I'm looking at our total billing and it doesn't match the total of the invoice. There is an extra cost that was not described during the transaction and it's a promotional fee of 2% of total invoice. This wasn't discussed with us at all when we were shared the details of the promotional deal. Not knowing at the time, we signed with that in smaller print not realizing that was part of the deal. I wish the sales person would have been more open about the full details, costs, and what we would be expecting to see on our first bill. I do not plan on going back to this furniture store again in the future as it just seems like shady business. I get they might be paid on commission but I feel taken advantage of. I'm pretty sure if it's not known at the time of signing, they do not tell any customers and just expect them to sign. Just know there may be hidden costs in promotions so please ask and be aware before signing.

I recently visited Ashley furniture on I-10 Looking for a sectional. This was my 5th or 6th furniture store, but it will be my FIRST stop when looking for furniture in the future. The sales person (Andres R.) was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He patiently worked up the cost at my request on multiple sectionals. Once I had picked a sectional, I liked working with Andres that I went ahead and purchased a dining room set.

Went here for a new dining table. Worked with Ashley, she demonstrated the butterfly table. Loved it so much we bought it that day. Financing was super easy to set up and she showed me how to use the app to make future payments easier.

We went in knowing what we wanted and got everything sorted out within an hour. Ashley furniture has the delivery scheduled for this Friday! Grateful we aren’t waiting months out.

Great experience

I had a great experience with my salesman. We got the deal we wanted and all was well. After we left the store my wife and I decided to add the matching dresser to the bed and night tables. I called my salesman and we agreed on a price over the phone, he sent me an invoice to pay online for the additional dresser. After a few attempts, I called him back at the store explaining it wouldn’t accept my payment. I ask if I could give someone at the store my payment info and he said he would ask his manager. I had met her at the store earlier, he told her I was not having any luck paying online to which she said it’s his problem, other customers are not having any issues. I ask if I could speak to her and she refused, again I could her what she was saying because I was calling on the salesman’s cell phone. She wouldn’t talk to me. I drove back to the store and paid the additional invoice for the dresser. At that time I was told that other customers were having the same problem while trying to pay online. My total bill was over $6000.00 and a manager wouldn’t talk to me!!! If she had got on his phone, said she understood my problem but they were having technical problems with that system I would have been ok. I am not happy with her attitude and my furniture won’t be delivered until June, which gives me time to think about how I was treated by her and I may go to another furniture store and buy from them and cancel my order with your company. There is no excuse to be rude to a customer especially when it’s your system that won’t allow me to pay you!!! But my sales person was great, he apologized for his manager, tried to resolve the issue as best he could!!!

Great Memorial Day sale. Found just the right living room set at a great price and delivery in 5 days. Norberto was professional and gave us several options that saved us money.

One of the worst furniture shops we ever visited. We went there to buy a desk , the agent assigned with us was helpful, but it took at least 4-5 hours and multiple visits for us to order the item from the store. The manager of store( Azimi) acted really unprofessional and did not follow any basics of customer service. Finally the order did not deliver as promised on the date planned and we received no updates. We reached out to store over phone, in-person at the store and all we got was they don’t know how it got cancelled and will let us know over the phone. We waited again for 48 hours and no updates. Never going back to this Ashley store. Waste of time and effort.

Dear Ashley Furniture I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your store. Unfortunately, the information I was given prior to my purchase did not align with what actually occurred once I arrived. I was initially told that delivery would either be free or cost $99. However, I was charged $209. I was also informed that I would receive 60 months of no-interest financing, but was only offered 12 months. These discrepancies are unacceptable and feel misleading. Additionally, I encountered unprofessional behavior from two individuals named Mike, both of whom were dismissive and rude. When I expressed my concerns and considered walking out, they showed no willingness to assist. I ultimately stayed because I had promised my daughter a vanity. To make matters worse, I never received an email receipt for my purchase. I was later sent a 10% off coupon to be used on a Tuesday, but since I was in the store on a Monday, I was simply told to come back the next day. This lack of flexibility and care for the customer experience was very disappointing. Given these circumstances, I believe I deserve a resolution. I respectfully request a review of my delivery charge and financing terms, and I would appreciate receiving my purchase receipt via email. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We purchased a tempur-pedic mattress and base a few months ago from Ashley Furniture. The delivery guys were helpful to get it all set up the way we needed it done. We were very happy with the customer service. Our delivery today was another temper-pedic base purchase for our other mattress. We are elderly and my husband has lung issues. It is very difficult to lift heavy items. The salesperson did not tell us that the delivery guys would not help us. I had to move the old base and mattress myself and will now have to put the mattress over the newly purchased base because they said they could not help with the mattress. This lack of care for customers is very disappointing.

Horrible experience buying from here!!! I advise everyone to stay away as far as possible!! We spent 5k on a couch and was told by our sales rep Noberto that we would get the white glove service and have them deliver it to our house and place it where it needed to be and set it up. Come delivery day they drop the couch off in boxes in the middle of our kitchen and tell us they don’t do set ups and don’t do lifting up the stairs and have essentially screwed us over. We have called corporate and even went to the store in person and we’re basically told yes the sale rep screwed up and only rang it as a delivery and not set up and they can’t send anyone out! We have been stuck with this heavy furniture sitting in our kitchen rendering it useless for the past week! We have bought several items from Ashley and have never had a problem like this before. We’re very disappointed and disgusted in this company and will never buy from them and will urge everyone to stay away!

I went in with what I wanted and Brandon was very helpful with helping me select a modular sofa that I can add on to in the future.

I took off a star solely for communication with the scheduling and delivery team. Our communication with the sales rep, Maria, was great! She listened to her wants and needs, and kept our visit efficient by showing us what we were asking for, and keeping paperwork, short and sweet. However, the miscommunication started there. We requested for further communication to go through me, as my partner would be out of town and we did not want him to facilitate communication for the delivery from out of town. This did not happen, and all scheduling texts and delivery calls were sent to my partner, after we had requested twice for his number not to be contacted. The delivery team arrived nearly an hour before the 3-hour delivery window, and expected us to be ready for delivery or we would need to reschedule. Unfortunately, there was a language barrier between us, and we were not able to communicate well enough to find a solution to these problems. They expected us to be available as soon as they arrived, and we were not, given that all communication was going to my partner OOT and the delivery team arrived outside of the delivery window. Thankfully our furniture was delivered in great condition, and functioning correctly! For future deliveries to outlier locations, I recommend asking the customer if they would prefer delivery at the beginning of the window or the latter half of the window, and ensuring the delivers arrive within the window, not before or after.

It’s unlikely I’ll ever again buy anything from this furniture store that doesn’t know how to assemble the items they sell. Same thing happened when they assembled my son’s bed drawers 2 years ago. Just noticed the armrest supports after they were delivered less than 30 mins ago. Any damage caused by the flawed assembly will result in a call to the store. Delivery guys were great.

I like the selection at the Ashley Store—lots of nice pieces, and the prices are pretty decent for what you get. They’ve got a good variety of styles, and it’s easy to find something that fits your taste and budget. What I didn’t enjoy was the overall shopping experience. It felt a bit like being at a car dealership. The salesperson was trying to work out a “deal,” and when I didn’t commit right away, a manager came over with a “very special offer”—but only if I bought right then. That kind of pressure made me uncomfortable, so I left. I’d much rather have someone available when I need help, but not hovering over me the entire time. Let me browse, let me think—it makes for a much better experience. If they adjusted their approach, I’d definitely consider going back, because the furniture itself is worth a look.

Went to see about a new couch and recliner. It was very low traffic inside the store for visitors at that time. Salesman was typically like a new car salesman, a bit pushy. But then again some personalities normally are like that. So I brushed it off And kept working with him. His sales manager was extremely nice and closed the deal. Do NOT use this store. They (Aaron the salesperson) sold us furniture in preparation for our move. After confirming the order many times, the day of the scheduled delivery, we find out it is being delivered to the wrong state. And in fact, they are not able to process deliveries in our region. The store would not answer our phone calls for trouble shooting. When we finally reached them, I was promised a call from a manager before close. After another twenty four hours of no contact, I called the customer service line and after an hour on hold, they informed me the store had cancelled the order. We have now been without furniture in our new home with nothing but an eventual "sorry" from the manager. If you are looking for a reliable, communicative furniture company, save your time and money. We've had many great experiences at Rooms To Go.

I will never buy from Ashley again. We have had a horrible experience as far as shipping. We were assured over and over again that our delivery would be prompt and hassle free. This has not been the case by any measure. We ordered our items a month ago. The first deliver we received was our couches and table. We were not delivered any chairs with the table.(kind of like buying a car with no tires.) We were told that the chairs would be delivered on a second delivery date which took about a month to get scheduled. Once the chairs finally arrived we were told that only 4 out of the 6 chairs were being delivered. The delivery driver told me personally that the attitude of the ware house employees was lack luster at best stating that they just shrugged their shoulders and said "They might accept it" this is an outrage as Ashley has had ample time, over 30 days to be exact in gathering all of the items I ordered and delivering them as promised. Now, we have to wait till April 25th to receive the other two chairs. Words cannot describe how disappointed I am after spending $4,500.00 CASH! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ASHKEY AGAIN.

I have bought several pieces of furniture from here and all have been great! This visit was good but they were remodeling so the customer service was kind of all over the place. We got the order taken care of but it just felt like they didn’t want us there.
