No communication, indifferent to promised delivery. Impossible to speak to a live person, impossible to solve current issues due to lack of a human customer service representative. Impossible to reach the store I purchased through.This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

went in a Monday paid with a debit card for 3 seats. Found out they were the wrong color we had asked for . we we went in the next day Tuesday to cancel and was told I would get an email with a canceling receipt by the manager . it's now Thursday and I haven't received a receipt via email . I call the call center they tell me a cancelation hasn't been requested. I'm livid. i spoke to 3 people today and 1 told me they would get back to me in four business days . another told me they should have canceled it at the store and the second told me I was on the list for cancelation but they can't tell me how long it will take. mind you I never picked up these sofas from the warehouse . They are quick to take ur money but you literally have to wait apparently weeks to get a refund. I had to buy sofas at Rooms to go which I should have gone there first to begin with . They have my $ 1875 and I have to be okay . noted . had i not gone thru all this trouble.. when would i have gotten my refund ..... when they realized I never went to get the seats ( because the manager said I would get a cancelation receipt yet never canceled it on his end !)

Went into the store to purchase a TV stand for my home and was helped by Brandon. He made the experience super easy and helped me find the perfect TV stand for my living room. I decided to pick up from the warehouse instead of having it delivered and they were great there too. Unfortunately I did end up with a damaged item but I would still rate Brandon and Ashley Furniture five stars for their great customer support in getting the item replaced. They are sending me a new item delivered to my home and picking up the broken one. If you need furniture for your home go in and ask for Brandon. He will go above and beyond to take care of you

Friendly staff that patiently helped me finance the living room set I had been eyeing. They were knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions and/or concerns I had. Process was fast as well and they really understood my situation and what I was wanting.
