On May 30, 2021, I went into Ashley furniture and spoke to salesperson, Elvis Flores, from the I-10 location. He seemed very knowledgeable, he was nice and I made a purchase that day. I was told delivery will be in August, then changed to September. In September there were a few items delivered, but all had issues with missing parts, or parts damaged. I called to let them know and was told they would exchange the items. Fast forward to now, they’ve attempted to exchange the items 5 times now, and every time it’s inspected before being brought into the house, it is all damaged. Finally, in 5/14, a customer service representative, named Shitayvan Cox, as well as her supervisor, acknowledged all the inconveniences I’ve had to deal with and said they will be refunding me $1,004.98 to my financed amount and it should be reflected in about 72 hours. Well, it’s been 10 days and I’m yet to see that refund on my account. I contacted customer service again, and after a few transfers, I ended up speaking to Kenny (from synchrony customer service) who said that now I will have to dispute the amount by faxing the email that stated i will be given a refund , since he saw nothing on his end. I have to wait another 90 days for this dispute to be completed. So again, another issue after being told one thing from them. I’m currently still waiting on the exchange from my 5/2021 purchase, yet I’m still expected to make payments. At this point, with all the problems, I’ve been telling the representatives, that i no longer wish to have anything from Ashley and a full refund for all the money I’ve already had to pay, and apparently i can’t do that! I would not recommend this place to anyone. This furniture store is the worse!!
I walked in knowing what I wanted, the sales representative was so helpful and efficient. She assisted me in getting what I wanted, zero interest no for 5 years and no money down and the ease of no hassle assembly and delivery. Great customer care experience.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Mr. Larry and asked how he could help us and he took us exactly to what we wanted saving us so much time, and a little money too. :) He let us know all of our options in everything from furniture to finance and delivery date. We came in just to look, but our salesman made it all so quick and easy that we bought everything we needed!
We had an alright experience, initially we had a sales woman who was kind of badgering us as we were trying to browse. But as we started to head to the door she finally bailed on us thankfully. This allowed us to browse at our leisure without being constantly bombarded with questions and pushy sales behavior. Once we had found something we enjoyed and had been discussing it for a little bit, a nice gentlemen name Miles came by and answered our questions and provided useful information relating to the product. At no point did he push us to buy it or try and influence our decision making, or hurry us along. He was the epitome of what all sales people should be, professional and informational.

I ordered a dining room table and chairs 4 months ago, still not in. No one calls to follow up, just takes your money. Shouldn't sell a product you don't have.Terrible customer service. Update: I did email as I was asked. Missed the phone call. Emailed and called back. To today's date 5-24 no one has called back.
