Even though I did stop in there to look for a couch & bed i was shown a bed that fit better for me the adjustable bed but I did not realize I could get not just what wanted but what I really for my back problems.You have a wonderful staff of people knowledgeable they really worked with me to get me a loan that I could work so not stressed paying back my debit The delivery was Great in set bed up doing so professionaly

I might have set a record yesterday by taking a full lap and sitting on a couch for 30 minutes before someone asked if I needed some help. Usually the vultures are in full force upon entrance. Luckily for us, Francisco saved the day. My wife and I spoke about semi liking the Temmpton sectional but wanted to keep our options open. He asked if he could see what the best price was and my wife and I went into shock. We then talked about pairing it with a few chairs that we saw across the showroom and Francisco carried one (I carried the other) to the Temmpton sectional so my wife could see it together. I said add them to the invoice. We had a good laugh upon payment and then I said I wanted to check out the outdoor furniture. We ended up buying the Beachcroft couch, chairs and tables floor model. Great transaction and a nonpushy salesperson was rewarded. I’m still waiting to hear about the awesome deal I’m going to get on the Beachcroft sectional and table floor models so I can change this star rating to 6 stars!

I’ll keep this related to my issue, but this company will absolutely rip you off with shipping/pickup options. I ordered a single piece of a sectional couch, and my only shipping option was to pay $200 and wait 2-3 weeks. Customer pickup was my other option, and I’m currently on my second attempt. The guy running the place the first time I came told everyone to get away from the door and he would get to us when he got to us. 1 hour later and they had helped two people. I’m in line right now, it’s been over an hour, and they are moving even slower today. They don’t want you to pick up your own stuff, they want you to pay their extortion delivery fees. Give your money to someone else, these people don’t care about their customers in the slightest.

Cannot give even a 1 star rating however had to give at least one star or could not submit review. The pick up was horrible. Informed warehouse and hour prior to presenting for pick up as requested to do. Once arriving, people uncaring. Waited in parking lot for 2 1/2 hours to receive product. Very unorganized and no customer service. Will not purchase from Ashley ever again.

Terrible service. Me and my boyfriend were just walking around literally not bothering anyone or doing anything just looking around and a worker came up to us telling us we have to be 18 or older to be in the store. I don’t think this is an actual rule but it didn’t matter because we are both over 18 and when we told her that she asked to see our IDs. I don’t think I’ve ever been IDd trying to walk around a furniture store but I believe this was a ploy to get us out of the store. We showed her our IDs and she looked disappointed like she wanted to kick us out and now she didn’t have a reason to. I’m not sure if this is because we looked too young to buy anything and they didn’t want us in there if we weren’t buying anything or if we looked too poor to afford anything there. Either way I think this kind of behavior towards customers is inexcusable. I think discrimination against anyone is wrong especially if it’s based off of an assumption that they might be too poor. Overall the employees were rude and unwelcoming and I had a terrible experience here. I think the attitude I received from these workers showed a lack of professionalism and represented poor company values. I hope they find new workers or reevaluate the message they are sending to customers.

Walked into Ashley at Fiesta JUST to look… right that’s what everyone does….I’m JUST looking… 🤣🤣. But I encountered Elexia Wiley and she rebutted all three of my excuses on why i wasn’t ready to buy the sectional of my dreams.. because I knew what I wanted, I knew what I was open to spending… and by gosh.. she listened, and she made it happen… I had no reason to say no. She got me everything I wanted in my price range, set it all up delivering and everything. Thank you Elexia Wiley!!! The best shopping experience I have had in a very long time.
