I wish there was a way to give zero stars to this place. I went to order a couch, and salesman Myles was very eager to assist. After reading many reviews about horrible delivery service, I should’ve listened. I brought up these concerns to Myles when searching for furniture, and he guaranteed there would be no issues. Not only did I receive the wrong color when the furniture was delivered the first time, but after having to wait another week for my furniture to arrive, the wrong furniture was delivered. I’m very disappointed with the service from Ashley. I should’ve listened to all the reviews. Please be aware that unless you have your own way of getting your furniture to your house, it is a disaster at this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, ORDER CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY, UNABLE TO USE WARRANTY CREDIT. Tried to get the store credit from an expired warranty we purchased from this Ashley store few years ago. Store does not know the process and is not helping to let me use the store credit for purchase from the same store itself. 12/22 - Went to the store to purchase a book case, talked to the store partner that I will be using the store credit from expired warranty. She updated that the order was placed and I will get an update. Waited for several days and tried to contact the store partner in the number given for contact and even visited the store multiple times - NO UPDATE. No calls where returned and NO reply to TEXT messages. Finally got an update that the order magically disappeared from the system. I was also checking the status with Ashley customer care and was told that the store did not apply the credit and hence the order got automatically cancelled. Again visited the store and was told that they are sorry for this issue and they will re-order the same book case. I have been told to wait for text/email updates. That wait lasted for more days, no texts, no phone calls or mails. The last text I received from the store partner was - she will let me know soon. It has been more than 1 month by then. NO UPDATES. Visited the store again few days ago, has been told that there is no store credit for the warranty. I have the mail from Ashley's customer care indicating that the store need to issue me credit for the expired/unused warranty. Still NO HELP FROM THE STORE. WORST CUSTOMER CARE, STORE ASSOCIATES DOES NOT KNOW THE PROCESS REGARDING CREDIT FOR UNUSED WARRANTY, BAD STORE MANAGEMENT, NO ACCOUNTABILITY TO CUSTOMERS!!!

My wife and I visited Ashley on January 8, 2026 and were greeted by Kayla. She was upbeat and had a positive attitude. Our intention was just to go in for some in person research. My wife spends a great amount of time studying on-line before she makes a decision to actually visit a store. So we planned on being in and out. Well Kayla listened to us with the intention of truly finding what we wanted. She did NOT do as so many sales people have, by telling us what we should get. Her product knowledge was on spot and at no time did we feel pressured. As we discussed the need to have a couch and chair with heat and massage, we were given options. Leather is what we had already decided was correct for our home. Kayla directed us to what we were looking for. While sitting on the couch I mentioned that I have a real need for something that can help me with my back issues and how the furniture decision would be based on that. Again Kayla listened and explained how Ashley made massage features work. She then blew us away with her research on the other manufactures and their massage features. As she spoke my wife nodded with agreement as she was confirming what my wife had already discovered. Then Kayla asked if we would be willing to look at a massage chair. Oh heck yah! We followed Kayla over to a chair that was built specifically for massage. I was then invited to have a seat and asked what type of massage would work best for me. Upon requesting a deep tissue, I was on my way. My wife was gemming as she knew that this chair would keep me from pestering her about a rub. After the massage was completed, Kayla introduced us to Mimi. What a nice guy and he was checking in to make certain that all of our questions had been addressed. Due to the professionalism of both Kayla and Mimi, we decided to make a purchase then and there. I seen no reason to look at any more furniture stores. We are looking forward to our furniture being delivered in the future. If you are even considering a furniture purchase, you owe it to yourself to go meet Kayla and Mimi at Ashley on i-10 in San Antonio Texas.
