My experience with Ashley Furniture has been incredibly disappointing, and I honestly regret doing business with them. After an extremely disappointing experience at another Ashley location, I decided to cancel my order because they repeatedly failed to deliver on scheduled dates and showed no effort or concern for customer service after the sale. I simply didn’t have the time to shop around at other stores, so I reached out to the Fiesta location to place the order again, requesting that they waive the delivery fee. They only agreed to waive half, which was disappointing, but I accepted the offer. Unfortunately, just like before, the warehouse failed to deliver on the scheduled date, which I had taken off work to receive. As before, there was zero help from my salesperson or anyone else in the store to resolve the issue. I understand that the store has no control over the warehouse, but there was absolutely no effort from the sales staff to assist or make amends. Once the sale was complete, it seemed like they were already moving on to their next customer, completely ignoring my frustration. I had to miss work and change my plans multiple times because of Ashley employees promising things they couldn’t guarantee and then doing nothing to resolve the problems. Their conduct feels shady, like the used car salesmen I’ve encountered before — friendly and accommodating at first, but dismissive and unhelpful once they’ve secured the sale. Their customer service after the sale is absolutely terrible, and I would not recommend them to anyone who values reliable service and honest communication.

Went in to check on a couch I saw online. The salesman was helpful and nice, but the tool he used to check inventory wasn't working so he wasn't able to tell me if the couch I wanted was in stock or not. Not his fault but obviously not a good experience. Then I went to leave and some guy who I guess is the manager or something stops me and comes over and says something I couldn't hear, I just heard "guest counter". I ask him what he said, and he says "can you not go through that door, there's a guest counter, leave through this side door." I just said "oh, weird". And the guy decides I have insulted him personally I guess because he immediately gets defensive. He says "It's not weird, it counts how many customers come in so we know!" And I say "yeah but the entrance is obvious and grand and you wouldn't notice this little side door, so it's just odd." And he got defensive again and tried to defend the little out-of-the-way door for whatever reason while talking condescendingly to me. So yeah, never coming back. Guy needs some manners and to not be a dick to customers for no reason.

My visit to Ashley furniture was very positive. The sales reps were very helpful and friendly. Abraham was super helpful. The store has many pieces of furniture available and ready for delivery. Overall I recommend Ashley for furniture needs.
