I had a terrible experience with Ashley Furniture despite a friendly sales process. To avoid the $500 delivery and assembly fee, I chose self-pickup, but none of the phone numbers I was given worked—including customer service and the distribution center. When I returned to the store, no one could help and they just emphasized pickup rules, even though it was impossible to reach anyone. I waited for hours at the distribution center in unsafe, chaotic conditions and was treated disrespectfully, including being asked to leave through a side door. Overall, the company was extremely disorganized, unhelpful, and misleading about how easy pickup would be. I strongly recommend avoiding pickup or not shopping here at all.

Monica was very friendly and helpful. She took her time with our family, walked the sales floor with us and talked us through the several options of furniture. Miami was also very helpful and supportive to Monica. He explained purchasing options and went above and beyond to help us get what we were looking for.

I was lied to about an account with a bedroom set we got for my granddaughter. It was barely 1000$ and im getting statements for 122$ and it was suppose to be no interest paid off in a year! Plus my amount went way up like 2000$ instead! How does this get FIXED!! WAS I LIED TO

I rarely leave 1-star reviews, because to me that rating means truly terrible service. Unfortunately, this experience deserves it. We walked in simply to browse for a dining table—nothing more. At first, things were fine. We were greeted, told the staff we were just looking, and started walking around. Within five minutes, however, a very pushy salesperson approached us. Normally I shut that down quickly, but I wasn’t feeling great that day and let him continue. Eventually, we did find a table we liked, and at first glance the price seemed reasonable. While we were reviewing financing options, the salesperson would not stop pushing a couch on us. This is where I drew the line and clearly told him that was not happening today. We proceeded to order the table and six chairs and left the store happy with our purchase—though definitely annoyed by the aggressive sales tactics. The real problem started once I got home. Out of curiosity, I looked up the exact same table on the official Ashley Furniture website. To my shock, it was listed on sale for $150 less than what we had just paid in-store. Same table. Same brand. Same company. The chairs were also $25 cheaper per chair online, which added another $150 difference. In total, we were charged $300 more in the store for the exact same furniture. Apparently, that extra $300 was the price of listening to a 40-minute sales pitch. It also suddenly made sense why the staff was openly discussing how they would split their commission while we were sitting there. I immediately canceled the order and will be calling again to confirm, because I honestly do not trust this store to handle it properly. The salesperson did call me back, and I confirmed the cancellation with him, but I will only feel confident once I’ve spoken to the official number directly. If you decide to shop here, do yourself a favor: check the prices on Ashley’s official website before signing anything. Otherwise, be prepared to overpay for the exact same furniture while being pressured by aggressive sales tactics. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.

Pick up at the warehouse was the worst experience I’ve encountered. I will never try to pick up again nor recommend it to anyone. Their system is unorganized and takes hours, if the line is long. The employees are not friendly or understanding for the time that a customer has to wait. I ended up having it delivered but I had to wait 2 weeks for my couch to arrive. Overall, I waited for about a month to receive my order. The sales representative at the store was very helpful and kind. She assisted with the process and followed up as I waited. I was very disappointed with Ashley considering the cost of furniture. It’s not cheap.
