Miami and Joey definitely did everything they could to get my little family what we went in for. They definitely are who you need to ask for help. Miami was very well educated on the furniture and was patient with us. He made this experience an unforgettable one with the information he provided. The experience was great , Mr Gaddes was very helpful and showed me around the store pointing out items that might interest me and what I was looking for. He was very patient and allowed me to change my mind a couple of times without once being impatient. I found something I liked and he wrote it up and gave me all the info on total sale and delivery date. Once he checked if the items I wanted were available. He ordered it and the sale was finalized. Pushy sales people I just want to watch on my own not someone following me around plus once we said not to a sales person on the pricing he got mad and told my husband did you just bring her to look or what and he proceeded to walk away very mad that was so annoying the sales person was an older men with glasses and he was chubby he so rude I just left to Rooms To Go where they give me my space and I ended up buying the whole set for an amazing price!

Hello. Our experience was GREAT! The only problem is that the nice Mr. Bennett told us to look around & make ourselves comfortable. We did, but as we were driving home, my wife suddenly had an allergic reaction to one of the pieces she sat on. She broke out in hives all over her body. Please look in to either cleaning the furniture in the showroom floor or please check to see how the furniture is being cleaned daily.

My person that helped me was Joe Balderas. He took the time to listen to my needs and had the patience to show me several pieces. Went in to price a recliner and left purchasing a sectional. Joey also helped out and those 2 got it done. Thank you for an awesome painless experience.

Have had good experiences with Ashley furniture in the past but nothing but problems since ordering from this location. Furniture arrived damaged and getting the run around. The sales rep. Javier advocated that ordering in the store vs online you have a better experience and less issues with delivery, and if unsatisfied or anything comes up give him a call. This is all proven to be untrue.He is unreachable and lied about the resolution and return policy. Would advise against shopping here, deceitful practices. Great quick experience I was in and out in about 30 minutes to 45 minutes, found what I needed got approved for a credit card right then and there! 100/10 I would definitely be going back.

The service provided was excellent. Walked in with no intentions on purchasing but only to look. When we found something we absolutely loved Gibbens (I believe was his last name) was beyond helpful in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Not only did we leave with one new bed but 2 new beds, & 3 bases. Our whole family is now taken care of. We will return when ready to upgrade more furniture.

Then in the smaller text it says "Promo fee of 2 % of amount financed will be included in required monthly payments" That equates to 26.89 % annual APR. Does these idiots think we are stupid. This fraudulent and stinks badly. I will take this to Texas attorney General.

Currently just reached out to the Better business bureau and now writing to the local news outlet. I have emails dating back to September of 2024 I have been waiting for my furniture. They delivered a dresser and nightstand. I was told I would get the second nightstand and my bed at a later date. I still have not received it 5 months later in February of 2025. All I’m told is they scheduled it so it’ll come then the day comes and it doesn’t show. I am told I cannot return what has been delivered so I have no option but to wait or I would have a mismatched set if I bought the bed and nightstand elsewhere. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. My husband is disabled and our bed has been on the floor as we wait for our set. Ashley does not care about their customers.

Worst place ever..they will charge your card then make you wait a week and say we dont see it on our end but yet give you a receipt that says zero balance..then my husband goes to pick items up and they entered it as lay away when clearly it was paid upfront..Miami is nice to you at first until you start asking questions about your order or expressing your concerns but clearly told him I'm not the one..their customer service is very poor. I had to call corporate myself and tell them my situation and had to wait a few days again to get things finally settled..never again definitely go elsewhere

I originally put a good review based off of me going into the store and ordering. I have had a not so good experience since. My couch arrived with a tear on Jan 29. I was told that Feb 8 would be the soonest and my new delivery date for another couch to arrive from the warehouse. Here I am waiting for over a week to find out today Feb 8 after calling for status that the Ashley rep never changed my status to “delivery” Y’all at the store need to get your. S*** together. Sorry doesn’t cut it and I will never go to this store for anything ever again. I still DON’T have my couch!!! And more likely still have to wait for a new delivery date. Bad communication and customer service at this store.

Ashley has real sense of humor in their hiring for sales people on the floor This particular employee is not what I believe Ashley would want representing them....this guy just kept following us even after we told him we were just looking cause we really didn't know what we wanted for our living room....so we find what we wanted and of course this guy is right there... this guy wraps up the sale in record time Doesn't explain the financing I asked him & he said all the paperwork is in your package I get home to read over the paperwork of course there was nothing in there.....this is the second time I make a purchase with Ashley and believe me will be the last....

We purchased a bed + mattress in cash back in November of last year. Miami was our sales guy and he was great…until he wasn’t anymore. He spent couple hours with us the day we made the purchase and sold us with the Black Friday sales they had at that time which included waiving the delivery fee of $300+ if we spent a certain amount of money, which we did. From here, everything went south and sorely tainted the whole experience with Ashley. Til this day, they have not held up their end of the full deal. Miami promised us that 1) our mattress would be delivered on a certain date. It definitely was not so we reached out to him the following day and he said he would get his manager to look into it and that someone might have messed up our order. We never heard back from Miami after this. The rest of our furniture was expected to arrive the following week. Due to the mixup and someone on their team dropping the ball with the mattress delivery, everything got rescheduled further out so they can deliver altogether. By that point the store manager, John reached out to us to help coordinate. He was helpful. He apologized to us for the poor experience and said he would issues us a full refund of the delivery fee $300+ AND an additional $200 for the inconveniences. At that point we realized Miami messed up and charged us that delivery fee when he wasn’t supposed to. We eventually got the refund of the delivery fee after John had issued it as a credit instead. However, til this day we have NOT received the remaining $200 that was promised. Additionally, when the furniture finally came, they were missing a leg for the dresser (which took another week+ to get re-delivered) and the bedframe had a defect. We informed John immediately of the updates and he said he would get on it. It took us following up with him days later for an update for us to hear back on anything. He blamed the third-party delivery service for the delays. Finally he put me in touch with the delivery company and they reached out to coordinate a delivery of the updated bed frame btw Christmas and nye. The day came and went. No one showed up. I have followed up twice since then via email with NO response. Since then I have reached out to the store manager requesting the $200 refund as promised and no response. This experience with Ashley has been a disaster. Highly don’t recommend due to the lack of communication and accountability.

I was so excited to be able to finally get a king size bed. I went to Ashley Furniture because well it's Ashley, the sales representative Miami and & Jose attended to us and we ordered the frame and matress...so we thought. We made an appointment to go in and sign the paperwork & I paid the balance for the matress, that i was told was not covered by financing, almost 900 dollars. We were ok with that because we wanted the bed and understood the rest would be financed. Come to find out the matress was never ordered and I only had a delivery for the base. I brought this issue up to the sales rep. he said that he was going to fix it but come Monday I called again and found that the matress was still not ordered. When I told the rep. that I was going to cancel the order because what am I going to do with a king size base and without a matress his response was "it didn't matter because the matress was never ordered and technically i didnt have to cancel it" he said he did what he was supposed to and blamed the corporate office for the matress not being ordered!! Then proceeded to say that I needed to sign papers to order the matress. I was completely baffled because I paid almost 900 dollars for what I thought was the matress. I was so upset how was I charged this money but the item was never ordered. I went into tbe store and spoke to the rep again about these issues. Regrettably there was no accountability, instead I was told that it was my fault the sale was bad because I didn't give him enough time. I asked for my money back and he said that i would get it back in 2-3 weeks. I asked for the number to corporate so I can follow up on the reimbursement but was told that even if I called them I would get the run around from them and would not be able to speak to anyone there either and would get the run around from them as well. As for my almost $900 reimbursement, they charged me $350 for a matress protector that is not reimbursabale and it is going to take awhile to get the rest back. I was NEVER told I was paying for the matress protector!!! was just given the protector and told to keep the matress protector on the bed for the warranty, not that I was paying for it!!!! I was lied to, taken advantage of and they basically stole from me.....I do not recommend this Ashley location to anyone. They only cared about the sale, not the customer or making sure the items were ordered and delivered. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE. I AM REALLY SAD ABOUT HOW THIS SALE WENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. FYI THEIR RESPONSE BELOW IS AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE TO SAVE FACE....THEY DO NOT REALLY CARE.

Miami was amazing!! He was so patient with us as I was choosing a new sofa. He showed me all of the options that had the features I was looking for. He let us browse the inventory without pressuring us. We found the perfect sofa for our needs and he made the purchase easy for us.

James was very helpful and with his information (NOT UPSELLING) we decided on recliners that perfectly fit our needs and was over what we thought we would spend. So James did good for us and his store. It's a pleasure to do business with ASHLEYS and feel they are happy with our business.

Miami was great and was extremely knowledgeable in mattresses. So if you’re looking for a good mattress or even need help finding the right one I highly recommend him! The experience and process was simple and fast. He will educate you and make sure you are getting your monies worth! Update: guess he wasn’t the mattress expert he made himself out to be. Got a queen size mattress and king box spring. Now I will be having to drive to New Braunfels DC to pick up the correct box spring myself so close to the holidays. So if he helps you out be sure to double check the order yourself because my delivery driver is the one that caught the mistake.

Miami was a great salesman! He really knows his stuff and was great with my kids who tagged along. We felt very confident and comfortable in our purchase. He understood our budget and we did not feel rushed, or forced into anything.

When I entered the store. No one attended to me. I was there over 15 minutes. I had to find someone. He was nice and got the sale done. But delivery was set for a Saturday between 11 am to 2 pm. I needed another time frame. I was hoping for after noon. This was all done by text. No one called me. The next day I was sent another text to schedule by appointment. Again by phone. Now they tell me the delivery will take 8 days to get to me. I asked to speak to a manager. The young lady tried to get me over. I have been waiting over 20 to speak to their escalation team. So they have a lot of escalated calls. Not surprised. I’ve shopped at other furniture stores and I’ve been called and given options on the day to pick a time frame for delivery. I need the furniture by Saturday but after noon. They could make the delivery at 7 pm. I will still be here waiting.

Purchased a bedroom set for our daughter. To our surprise, we had to assemble the nightstand and the dresser. We have had to return and replace each one twice. And now putting the second dresser together and the same problem occurs to attath the drawer the sliding rails. Then they sent us a replacement nightstand and they gave us one that was already assembled, just to find out it was the one we returned. So they gave a new nightstand, which we need to assemble again, hopefully this one is not broken. This has been two months of calling, getting replacements, speaking to multiple customer services reps, just overall frustrating. NEEDLESS TO SAY LAST TIME WE WILL SHOP AT ASHLEY'S, AS LIFE LONG CUSTOMERS. ROOMS TO GO, YOU HAVE NEW CUSTOMERS HEADED YOUR WAY.

I talked to Joe B. I told him I was looking for 2 Power reclining loveseats with console for a maximumof $2000. He said he could deliver them for $2013. I accepted the the purchase. They were to be delivered between 2 and 5. They were delivered at 11:20 PM! And they were manual reclining. I didn't see the manual part until they had them in the house. I called to get the right ones. They were willing to exchange them for an extra $400 per loveseat. I said I really couldn't afford that to please just come get them. They said since they were already in my home they couldn't take them back!! They could exchange them, but couldn't take them back. I couldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Saturday experience was good.

We were told that the we could design our couch, needless to say the only 2 couches we liked were not customizable. (Figures) Then we wanted to have the couch delivered before thanksgiving and made sure to tell the sales person he assured us that the couch would’ve delivered this coming weekend. NOW ITS NOW GOING TO BE DELIVERED UNTIL THANKSGIVING DAY😡😡😡 so on top of the caos of 30 people in my house now we have to deal with a delivery as well😡😡😡😡😡.

We walked into Ashley Furniture on Military Dr. and we were greeted by Uriuel. He did an awesome job to help us find what we needed. He was patient and very understanding with my husband’s special needs. If you want great service and plenty of choices I highly recommend you visit Ashley’s and ask for Uriuel.

Anthony Solis was so helpful and full of promises, we went back to the store, too many times and then confronted him once by the third time he wasn’t no longer there, and that was the way with a lot of the managers and salesman that we dealt with whoever told us one thing they were no longer working there it was such a headache ! Oh my goodness such terrible communication between the store and the warehouse it is ridiculous! We had to go up to the store more than 10 times in total since the end of October when we got our furniture, we were promised a resolution from day one and it took many months before we had to go up there for the last time late November and speak to the manager Juan thank goodness he was able to help us . There’s too many names to remember, but between three and four salesman‘s and managers that helped us and had us running in circles with frustration oh FYI glad the one in the doctor coat that he wears proudly that says therapeutic on it which is pretty cool he probably got there for being there a year or something kudos to him, but I really thought he was a doctor . I like the furniture, but not the hassle especially getting our furniture delivered in pieces and they never got with the warehouse to come and pick up a coffee table did they promised they would have them come get it that never happened because we didn’t want it after all and then we got charged for it ugh!!!! I’m glad the manager was able to get somewhere after all these months, but not worth the hassle and I would not want to go in the ring of circles with them again. I definitely would stay away from mega furniture too I t’s right around the corner and it’s best if you just keep on driving by. Please check the product before you buy it. Make sure it’s not wood that will break like a toothpick just saying that happened to us , If you buy anything from Ashley furniture get in writing and get copies of any agreements or photocopies, get business cards with their names on it that’s my free advice. Good luck.

This has been a whole unnecessary experience with this furniture store! From my experience PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Go to where customers are respected and treated well. From buying nice leather sofas, with massage chairs, heated and charging ports. Nice sofas until they started overheating and became a fire hazard in my home. But get this nothing could be done until they ordered parts first which would take a whole 3 to 4 months to receive. Which they don’t tell you that. Supposedly it’s supposed to take anywhere from 10 to 14 business days. Then they send out a technician to see if those are the parts or not. SMH! Ok so nothing could be done about it so they put in for a re-selection in the store BUT I can’t purchase clearance and it can’t be more or less than what my contract says. Ummmm ok.. so we re-selected and we’re given a date of delivery guess what I called to get I got on the delivery for that day and apparently they had rescheduled and never told me. Once I get them delivered, the delivery guys dropped the sofa. My adult child saw it with his own eyes. We reported it and the rep said well there’s no report on them dropping it… I’m thinking in my head “why would they report it?” Well another issue on the new sofas. When I called to report the issues and the rep even heard the sound coming from the love seat. Now this is what gets me so upset, they’re never on the same page. The rep told me she is going to send someone out first and also order the parts. She gave me a specific date and guess what. I was lied too again..till this day I’m waiting on parts waiting for it to get resolved. So never again! Please save your time and go somewhere where it’ll be worth it.

Just horrible. first, my initial order is rescheduled for an additional two weeks out. Then I get a call this morning letting me know that I won’t be getting it at all because it’s damaged and they also don’t have any more in stock. I leave out of town this weekend and now my house-sitter has nowhere to sit.Customer Service was a nightmare. Just go to Living Spaces. They’re the ones that are going to be saving me because I need next day delivery before I leave out of town.

I had a good shopping experience, my sales person was a real delight. The problem was his laptop. It froze on him while he was running my payment. My payment has to be ran again on a different laptop. This created two withdrawals from my checking account. The money hasn't been returned as of yet. This is a disappointing situation. I am moving into a new home and am not able to move forward with the completion of my utilities. I came to your store for a couch that was part of your Labor day sale since I was strapped for cash. I found something and decided on the warranty which I had no business doing because I didn't have the extra money. I figured it would be the smart thing to do and went ahead and made the decision to spend the money. So now I had risked not having the gas, electricity, garbage pick up, Internet or DirecTV transfer or new service deposits. That's my cross to bear because of course I made that decision. After this I end up having my account charged twice because of the faulty equipment you have provided your salesman. I couldn't leave with my account being charged. I am so disgusted I shopped with you at such an important time. I sit here now literally deciding which utility I will have to go without until your mistake is cleared up. I'm aware that I don't make a difference in the Ashley's grand olan and explaining the hardship I have on my hands was all for not.

BUYER BEWARE My bf and i came to this location trying to find a couch big enough for our new house. The associate who helped us answered all of our questions but ONE. “Can we return part of this modular couch if it’s too big”. All we got was a “don’t worry about that” and “we can talk about it after you get the couch”. We asked this MULTIPLE times and never got a direct answer. We assumed it would be fine and we got the couch. Once delivered we decided that it was in fact too big and the cushions on one side are not the same texture as the rest of the couch. We reached out and they said they DONT HAVE A RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY. Basically saying they can’t take the couch back even if it’s brand new never used the moment it’s been delivered. We reached out to customer service and they said we could exchange for credit and so we talked to the SA who helped us who claims to be working on it and finding solutions and all they are doing is stringing us along for weeks pretending they are going to come pick up the couch and even “scheduling” people to come and no one shows up!!!!! Pretty much waiting until we get tired of asking so we can just keep the couch pretty much. Literally buy from ANYWHERE ELSE but here.

Causing his credit to take a hit! They will also try to give you “discounts” or “promotions” but it’s not even worth it! One star is still too generous!! The phone system mistakenly routed me to this location- BEWARE-a person identifying himself as manager was extremely rude and condescending- he refused to give his name- stating repeatedly that it is "irrelevant". This person obviously knows he handled this poorly and didn't want to be identified- If you have a problem with an order there is no way to speak to a live person by phone- I had to choose an option to purchase something to get a human on the line. There are no dedicated customer service PROFESSIONALS.

Like most furniture stores, if you see an item online, it’s probably not in the store, even if the website says that the item you’re seeking is in the store. This was my experience at this Ashley store. If you do find something you like in the store (also my experience at this store), they will still have to get the item from their warehouse and so it will take several days to get the item. Note too that items are significantly cheaper online. My recommendation: find what you like online and order it. Skip the physical store.

I walked in hoping to find some couches that were on sale I had seen online, but unfortunately they had been sold and pretty much discontinued. After a search by the Ashley team we were unable to find any in stock. Dejected we headed for the door and we were stopped by the manager and with a wink was like let me see what I can do. Within a few minutes he found the couches and we got them on sale! What a blessing!

Buying the bed, frame, and cooling mattress cover was easy. Delivery of the bed and frame were on the date set. The cooling mattress protector was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks later. I received another email advising me the delivery date was changed and I had to wait another 2 weeks. Since then, I have not heard from the store, salesman, or warehouse. I have called and got no response from Ashley. If you buy a tempur-pedic mattress from Ashley make sure to get everything delivered at the same time. I got cheated out of a $239 cooling mattress protector. Be careful you don’t get ripped off to. The store was Ashley furniture, San Antonio Texas, SW Military & Zarxsmora.

Absolutely terrible experience, everyone was at least a little friendly and helpful until they no longer had a sale. Carlos, our salesperson, blatantly lied about the ETA of our purchase (by a LOT) just to nail the sale. Went in to cancel and get my money refunded over two weeks ago and still have not received our refund.

Armando was absolutely helpful in every way! Customer service was beyond amazing. He even went out of his way to rearrange couches for me to match my vision. My husband and I have worked with him a few times already and we definitely will be coming back. The furniture we've selected thus far has not disappointed, amazing quality.

Christian was very professional and courteous. However, I was with my daughter and my 20 month old as well. It was time for her to nap, she became fussy. My older daughter and I both decided to take her home to nap and come back in the evening to finalize our decision on a couch. But the manager was very hasty to tell me that it would just take another five minutes to complete the sale. My daughter took the baby and headed to car while before you knew everything was being processed on the computer and needing my signature too darn fast!!! Like I said we wanted to come back in the evening to finalize and do one more walk through. I hope that no one else is put in this position as We Were. Customers should feel comfortable about making a choice freely without being pressured. Please don’t be so quick to make a commission, allow the customer to say when their ready.

I would NOT recommend business with this company!! My mother and I have tried to have a bed delivered and we told them “bed and frame” well the frame was on “sale” so they said they couldn’t deliver and we’d have to pick it up. So to avoid inconveniencing someone to help us with delivery we settled for a regular one to be delivered. We picked a date and last minute they changed it to a day we had work so I called and had them change it back to a day we already approved from the beginning and well when delivery come to our surprise there’s no frame. We went to the store and the “manager” (Chris Espinoza) made us feel like idiots by saying “did you even tell the sales man you wanted a frame?” Like come on! This place gave my mom stress and anxiety from the very beginning and we will NOT be doing business with them EVER again! They were quick to make a sale and did everything they could to keep us from going elsewhere when we told them we needed a frame. The manager did find the frame but said they tried to call us but left no messages. All in all horrible customer service and bad service.

Bought a bed room set from this store 01/2024 Jacob was the first sales guy helping me then pushed off to some guy named Armando. Both sales guys lied to my face on multiple occasions. I asked over and over if all pieces of furniture were covered with the warranty I bought they said YES. Come to find out they didn’t include my dresser and mirror. When I called and brought it up to their attention they hang up on. I would NEVER buy from this store location ever again. Armando and Jacob only cared about their commission and once the items have been delivered they don’t care for you anymore. My bed room set was well over 4k and to be treated like this is uncalled for. Stay away from this store and those employees. It’s actually cheaper to buy online and less stress. I figured that out after the facts. The store manager doesn’t care either

Worse service ever, will Never recommend to anyone. I ordered two leather couches totaling over $4000. I was so excited because the couches are beautiful. The following day i received a text saying it was going to be delivered to the wrong address. I called to let them know they had the wrong city but no one would answer at any of the phone numbers listed. I tried several times! I finally resorted to go in person and they told me they could not confirm what address it was going to. I asked several times but the salesman Jesse (same salesman I bought couches from) refused to pick up the phone to call and verify the correct address. Told him I would cancel if he didn't call, he did not seem to care and only said I would be charged $400 if I cancelled! For a mistake You (ASHLEYS) made! This is horrible service and it was over $4000!! Complete disappointment and bad business.

The selection of mattresses was good and the salesman was helpful and never pressured us. The buying processing after we picked the mattresses lasted about 10mins which made the whole experience flawless

We went in for Labor Day Sales back in then end of Aug… it’s December and I still have NO NEW FURNITURE. Yesterday they were to deliver the recliner chair only and call back for the delivery date for recliner sofa BUT they delivered it in the wrong color. And still no date as to when we will get the sofa! VERY DISAPPOINTED Maybe I should’ve gone to Rooms to Go instead!

I had a great experience with the delivery of my Dining Room furniture. The three men were very careful and did an excellent job delivering and putting together the table and chairs. I was most impressed with the man who brought his own small portable vacuum cleaner. They left everything very clean and my dining room table ready to start using.

I’ve been looking for furniture for 2 years and walked into Ashley and found exactly what I wanted. Amazing, knowledgeable sales staff made choosing pieces easy. I came in for a sofa, but ended up with a sofa, loveseat and chair. Quality furniture and many rooms set up to help you compare and contrast making it easy to choose the perfect furniture.

BUYERS BEWARE !!! If I could give half a star, I would . A Recent transaction was made in which we were advised to obtain items after a period of time. As they were not ready to be released, although we paid for it.?????? Thus returned, as advise just had returned it to stock because we didn’t pick it up !!!! Again when the purchase was made, we offered to take it home. for some cockamamie story that they were not available to be released although they’re on the sales floor for sale ????. granted it was was a clearance item, but they stay advised that they could not release the item at that time of sale?????so we promptly waited and then we returned 48 hours later they said the transaction was canceled, “Your Ashley account should’ve been credited“ additionally, we attempted to go pick it up on this past Tuesday 10.3.2023 at 8 PM although the hours of operation say they’re open till 9 PM on the door on the website, the doors are locked and no one came to the door amazing Hope you guys go out of business. It’s all about leadership and it’s clearly absent at this location on South San Antonio don’t even bother to call us as we simply wasted of time. This is the first one star review I’ve done the past five years. I’ve been doing reviews and I hope management values this feedback get it fixed.

I went to buy my daughter a twin sized bed. Jesse Salazar was my salesperson. He walked me to the kids area and said look around and he sat down at a table and was messing with his phone. There was never a conversation about price range or what I was really looking for. My daughter chose a bed and I decided to go up one size to a full size bed, Mr. Salazar should me 3 mattresses total and never gave me a price. The first mattress was horrible and you could feel every spring poking through, the second was better, but the third was fantastic. I also added a dresser and mirror. Financing was done and he asked if I wanted to put money down or not, he said it would make my monthly payment cheaper that was all, I opted not to since my monthly payment was already low. He never described all the different options I had towards financing he just assumed I would prefer 60 months no interest. My husband was unable to go with me but after telling him what I bought he was very upset I spent so much on a mattress for a 9 year old, first thing Monday I called to cancel the mattress. Supposedly it was canceled but I never received an updated invoice. I was browsing online trying to find a dining room table I liked and ended up finding out that the prices online were completely different then in the store and there was a $560 difference in what I was charged versus what was online. I reached out to Jesse who stated that was a different offer with only 6 months no interest and I would have had to put money down. I explained that he never made that offer and I would much rather of gone that route. He said I would have to go back in person to resign paperwork if we changed it but he would keep the 60 month no interest and give me a discount on some of the pieces. Satisfied with that we hung up. Again I never received an updated invoice, so I sent him a message and asked him to please send it this was the next say. Mind you delivery was already scheduled and confirmed. Also I assumed he knew I cancelled the mattress once he got into the system to give me a discount so I never mentioned it. The next day when he sent the invoice I noted that the mattress was still showing up, I asked him why via text, he immediately sent a message that sounded rude and angry which I assumed due to poor punctuation and missing words. He said all the deals he made with me were based off the sale of the mattress, and he would be canceling my entire order. I asked him if he had cancelled it and he never responded. I never received an email, text, or call confirming the order had been cancelled. On the day the furniture had been set up for delivery I received messages that the driver was headed my way, I had to ask my neighbor to inform them the order was cancelled and to not accept any merchandise. I called Ashley’s again and spoke to Karla who stated yes my order was cancelled by Jesse but it hadn’t been processed yet and she would message the drivers to cancel it but they still showed up. She then stated I had to wait 48 hours and call back to ensure it has been cancelled. This was a huge mess and very frustrating. I have been a loyal customer of Ashley’s and have bought many pieces of furniture over the years and always paid it off and before my time never missing a payment. I will no longer support Ashley’s after this incident!
