Fast and easy great service !

The guys name was Miami, he was a great person who let me check out all the mattresses for comfortability. I got one and I’m happy thanks again. Didn’t hurt that he looked like Robert Downey Jr either.

Greeted promptly and cordially, looking for recliners...shown several, then left to look all over the store. All of our questions were answered, and when we made our decision your agent took care to explain all details, set up delivery date and completed the sale. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We felt love when we walked in the front door. Well taken care of. Our salesman James Gaddis was helpful knowledgeable patient and explained every step. James was very helpful and with his information (NOT UPSELLING) we decided on recliners that perfectly fit our needs and was over what we thought we would spend. So James did good for us and his store. It's a pleasure to do business with ASHLEYS and feel they are happy with our business.

Miami was great and was extremely knowledgeable in mattresses. So if you’re looking for a good mattress or even need help finding the right one I highly recommend him! The experience and process was simple and fast. He will educate you and make sure you are getting your monies worth! Update: guess he wasn’t the mattress expert he made himself out to be. Got a queen size mattress and king box spring. Now I will be having to drive to New Braunfels DC to pick up the correct box spring myself so close to the holidays. So if he helps you out be sure to double check the order yourself because my delivery driver is the one that caught the mistake.

Service was good. I have no complaints. The manager stepped in and gave us a good deal.

Miami was a great salesman! He really knows his stuff and was great with my kids who tagged along. We felt very confident and comfortable in our purchase. He understood our budget and we did not feel rushed, or forced into anything.

When I entered the store. No one attended to me. I was there over 15 minutes. I had to find someone. He was nice and got the sale done. But delivery was set for a Saturday between 11 am to 2 pm. I needed another time frame. I was hoping for after noon. This was all done by text. No one called me. The next day I was sent another text to schedule by appointment. Again by phone. Now they tell me the delivery will take 8 days to get to me. I asked to speak to a manager. The young lady tried to get me over. I have been waiting over 20 to speak to their escalation team. So they have a lot of escalated calls. Not surprised. I’ve shopped at other furniture stores and I’ve been called and given options on the day to pick a time frame for delivery. I need the furniture by Saturday but after noon. They could make the delivery at 7 pm. I will still be here waiting.

Purchased a bedroom set for our daughter. To our surprise, we had to assemble the nightstand and the dresser. We have had to return and replace each one twice. And now putting the second dresser together and the same problem occurs to attath the drawer the sliding rails. Then they sent us a replacement nightstand and they gave us one that was already assembled, just to find out it was the one we returned. So they gave a new nightstand, which we need to assemble again, hopefully this one is not broken. This has been two months of calling, getting replacements, speaking to multiple customer services reps, just overall frustrating. NEEDLESS TO SAY LAST TIME WE WILL SHOP AT ASHLEY'S, AS LIFE LONG CUSTOMERS. ROOMS TO GO, YOU HAVE NEW CUSTOMERS HEADED YOUR WAY.

I talked to Joe B. I told him I was looking for 2 Power reclining loveseats with console for a maximumof $2000. He said he could deliver them for $2013. I accepted the the purchase. They were to be delivered between 2 and 5. They were delivered at 11:20 PM! And they were manual reclining. I didn't see the manual part until they had them in the house. I called to get the right ones. They were willing to exchange them for an extra $400 per loveseat. I said I really couldn't afford that to please just come get them. They said since they were already in my home they couldn't take them back!! They could exchange them, but couldn't take them back. I couldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Saturday experience was good.

We were told that the we could design our couch, needless to say the only 2 couches we liked were not customizable. (Figures) Then we wanted to have the couch delivered before thanksgiving and made sure to tell the sales person he assured us that the couch would’ve delivered this coming weekend. NOW ITS NOW GOING TO BE DELIVERED UNTIL THANKSGIVING DAY😡😡😡 so on top of the caos of 30 people in my house now we have to deal with a delivery as well😡😡😡😡😡.

We walked into Ashley Furniture on Military Dr. and we were greeted by Uriuel. He did an awesome job to help us find what we needed. He was patient and very understanding with my husband’s special needs. If you want great service and plenty of choices I highly recommend you visit Ashley’s and ask for Uriuel.

Anthony Solis was so helpful and full of promises, we went back to the store, too many times and then confronted him once by the third time he wasn’t no longer there, and that was the way with a lot of the managers and salesman that we dealt with whoever told us one thing they were no longer working there it was such a headache ! Oh my goodness such terrible communication between the store and the warehouse it is ridiculous! We had to go up to the store more than 10 times in total since the end of October when we got our furniture, we were promised a resolution from day one and it took many months before we had to go up there for the last time late November and speak to the manager Juan thank goodness he was able to help us . There’s too many names to remember, but between three and four salesman‘s and managers that helped us and had us running in circles with frustration oh FYI glad the one in the doctor coat that he wears proudly that says therapeutic on it which is pretty cool he probably got there for being there a year or something kudos to him, but I really thought he was a doctor . I like the furniture, but not the hassle especially getting our furniture delivered in pieces and they never got with the warehouse to come and pick up a coffee table did they promised they would have them come get it that never happened because we didn’t want it after all and then we got charged for it ugh!!!! I’m glad the manager was able to get somewhere after all these months, but not worth the hassle and I would not want to go in the ring of circles with them again. I definitely would stay away from mega furniture too I t’s right around the corner and it’s best if you just keep on driving by. Please check the product before you buy it. Make sure it’s not wood that will break like a toothpick just saying that happened to us , If you buy anything from Ashley furniture get in writing and get copies of any agreements or photocopies, get business cards with their names on it that’s my free advice. This has been a whole unnecessary experience with this furniture store! From my experience PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Go to where customers are respected and treated well. From buying nice leather sofas, with massage chairs, heated and charging ports. Nice sofas until they started overheating and became a fire hazard in my home. But get this nothing could be done until they ordered parts first which would take a whole 3 to 4 months to receive. Which they don’t tell you that. Supposedly it’s supposed to take anywhere from 10 to 14 business days. Then they send out a technician to see if those are the parts or not. SMH! Ok so nothing could be done about it so they put in for a re-selection in the store BUT I can’t purchase clearance and it can’t be more or less than what my contract says. Ummmm ok.. so we re-selected and we’re given a date of delivery guess what I called to get I got on the delivery for that day and apparently they had rescheduled and never told me. Once I get them delivered, the delivery guys dropped the sofa. My adult child saw it with his own eyes. We reported it and the rep said well there’s no report on them dropping it… I’m thinking in my head “why would they report it?” Well another issue on the new sofas. When I called to report the issues and the rep even heard the sound coming from the love seat. Now this is what gets me so upset, they’re never on the same page. The rep told me she is going to send someone out first and also order the parts. She gave me a specific date and guess what. I was lied too again..till this day I’m waiting on parts waiting for it to get resolved. So never again! Please save your time and go somewhere where it’ll be worth it.

Just horrible. first, my initial order is rescheduled for an additional two weeks out. Then I get a call this morning letting me know that I won’t be getting it at all because it’s damaged and they also don’t have any more in stock. I leave out of town this weekend and now my house-sitter has nowhere to sit.Customer Service was a nightmare. Just go to Living Spaces. They’re the ones that are going to be saving me because I need next day delivery before I leave out of town.

I had a good shopping experience, my sales person was a real delight. The problem was his laptop. It froze on him while he was running my payment. My payment has to be ran again on a different laptop. This created two withdrawals from my checking account. The money hasn't been returned as of yet. This is a disappointing situation. I am moving into a new home and am not able to move forward with the completion of my utilities. I came to your store for a couch that was part of your Labor day sale since I was strapped for cash. I found something and decided on the warranty which I had no business doing because I didn't have the extra money. I figured it would be the smart thing to do and went ahead and made the decision to spend the money. So now I had risked not having the gas, electricity, garbage pick up, Internet or DirecTV transfer or new service deposits. That's my cross to bear because of course I made that decision. After this I end up having my account charged twice because of the faulty equipment you have provided your salesman. I couldn't leave with my account being charged. I am so disgusted I shopped with you at such an important time. I sit here now literally deciding which utility I will have to go without until your mistake is cleared up. I'm aware that I don't make a difference in the Ashley's grand olan and explaining the hardship I have on my hands was all for not.

BUYER BEWARE My bf and i came to this location trying to find a couch big enough for our new house. The associate who helped us answered all of our questions but ONE. “Can we return part of this modular couch if it’s too big”. All we got was a “don’t worry about that” and “we can talk about it after you get the couch”. We asked this MULTIPLE times and never got a direct answer. We assumed it would be fine and we got the couch. Once delivered we decided that it was in fact too big and the cushions on one side are not the same texture as the rest of the couch. We reached out and they said they DONT HAVE A RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY. Basically saying they can’t take the couch back even if it’s brand new never used the moment it’s been delivered. We reached out to customer service and they said we could exchange for credit and so we talked to the SA who helped us who claims to be working on it and finding solutions and all they are doing is stringing us along for weeks pretending they are going to come pick up the couch and even “scheduling” people to come and no one shows up!!!!! Pretty much waiting until we get tired of asking so we can just keep the couch pretty much. Literally buy from ANYWHERE ELSE but here.

My family and I came in to purchase a couch and rug for our living room, we were greeted and pointed into the right direction. After choosing the furniture we liked, Rolando wasted no time and gathered up our financial documentation. While we wait for the finance portion, I was able to keep my autistic child occupied and entertained with the store’s indoor playground area, which made the purchasing process quick and easy without interruptions from my child. We will definitely return for any future furniture shopping!

Beware if you’re not a tuff cookie. These people were trying to run our credit before we ever walked the floor even after telling them we’ve never been there before. Thankfully we’re not easily influenced because we didn’t like anything they had. Super pushy and chasing us as we’re trying to leave.

FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT OPENING! PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING HERE* My husband and I went in store to look around for our new place, (Last week of June) ULISES was our helper, and even after I asked TWICE if our credit would get hit multiple times or just once (he stated there were 7 lenders) and he responded saying “no only one soft inquiry” a few minutes later we get an email from our banks showing MULTIPLE HARD inquiries. We left the store and didn’t return! Fast forward to now (ending July) my husband received a letter in the mail stating “Thank you for opening a Concora credit account with us at Ashley Furniture” WHEN WE LEFT THE STORE AND NEVER SIGNED ANY AGREEMENT TO OPEN ANY KIND OF ACCOUNT WITH THEM! Causing his credit to take a hit! They will also try to give you “discounts” or “promotions” but it’s not even worth it! One star is still too generous!! AGAIN, ASHLEY FURNITURE, ULISES AND THE BALD GUY WHO’S BREATH SMELLS HORRENDOUS FROM ÁCIMA/ CONCORA CREDIT, ARE TO BLAME FOR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIES, AND FRAUDULENTLY OPENING ACCOUNTS. Just to clarify, we will be taking legal action against this company and these people.

It was difficult finding what we wanted but our sales person was very helpful in finding something that would meet our needs. On top of that, the manager was able to give us a discount and helped us save! My sales associate was Mr. Anthony Solis. This was a great buying experience! He was not pushy nor did he treat us like we were on a museum field trip. He gave us our space and checked on us periodically. He was humble and respectful. When we asked questions, he answered. Other sales associates tried to provide sales-pitchy information; however, we curtailed having to sit through it.....those are the type who make me want to purchase online. The phone system mistakenly routed me to this location- BEWARE-a person identifying himself as manager was extremely rude and condescending- he refused to give his name- stating repeatedly that it is "irrelevant". This person obviously knows he handled this poorly and didn't want to be identified- If you have a problem with an order there is no way to speak to a live person by phone- I had to choose an option to purchase something to get a human on the line. There are no dedicated customer service PROFESSIONALS.

Well at first they are friendly only cuz they want you to make a purchase. After that I have not been a happy customer. We went to new braunfels to pick up sofas. One which was broken when we tore plastic off. It's been sitting in garage for pick up almost 2weeks now. No one ever answers store phone. I've emailed manager and still no answer. W my experience Ashley do not shop there. Awful service !!!!

I purchased furniture at the beginning of the year from here. I also purchased the extended warranty, and when I had to file a claim with extend no one comes out. I’ve been trying to get my recliner fixed for months. Whatever you do, DO NOT PAY FOR THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY! Extend has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

From the moment I walked in Amber was a big help. She was very very polite, way to speak with and get along with. She helped me pick out my awesome new kings size bed. I was her first sale and she did an amazing job.

Like most furniture stores, if you see an item online, it’s probably not in the store, even if the website says that the item you’re seeking is in the store. This was my experience at this Ashley store. If you do find something you like in the store (also my experience at this store), they will still have to get the item from their warehouse and so it will take several days to get the item. Note too that items are significantly cheaper online. My recommendation: find what you like online and order it. Skip the physical store.

It took 5 months to get our furniture delivered. Salesman are not upfront with you and they don’t answer your calls

No affiliation to Ashley Furniture. I have attempted to contact them regarding my issue and there is no record of purchase from this store. When installers put together the bed, they stripped the bolts connecting the side rails and footboard. They also put the bolts on the wrong holes causing the bed to rock and not be stable. I was told that someone would come out to correct the problem. Upon calling to fi d out when this would happen, I was told I needed to file a claim. I filed it and now have to wait 2 to 4 weeks for them to send the part. Once it arrives, I need to set up an appointment to get it corrected. Stay as far away from this place as possible.

I walked in hoping to find some couches that were on sale I had seen online, but unfortunately they had been sold and pretty much discontinued. After a search by the Ashley team we were unable to find any in stock. Dejected we headed for the door and we were stopped by the manager and with a wink was like let me see what I can do. Within a few minutes he found the couches and we got them on sale! What a blessing!

Buying the bed, frame, and cooling mattress cover was easy. Delivery of the bed and frame were on the date set. The cooling mattress protector was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks later. I received another email advising me the delivery date was changed and I had to wait another 2 weeks. Since then, I have not heard from the store, salesman, or warehouse. I have called and got no response from Ashley. If you buy a tempur-pedic mattress from Ashley make sure to get everything delivered at the same time. I got cheated out of a $239 cooling mattress protector. Be careful you don’t get ripped off to. The store was Ashley furniture, San Antonio Texas, SW Military & Zarxsmora.

Carlos, our salesperson, blatantly lied about the ETA of our purchase (by a LOT) just to nail the sale. Went in to cancel and get my money refunded over two weeks ago and still have not received our refund.

Christian was very professional and courteous. However, I was with my daughter and my 20 month old as well. It was time for her to nap, she became fussy. My older daughter and I both decided to take her home to nap and come back in the evening to finalize our decision on a couch. But the manager was very hasty to tell me that it would just take another five minutes to complete the sale. My daughter took the baby and headed to car while before you knew everything was being processed on the computer and needing my signature too darn fast!!! Like I said we wanted to come back in the evening to finalize and do one more walk through. I hope that no one else is put in this position as We Were. Customers should feel comfortable about making a choice freely without being pressured. Please don’t be so quick to make a commission, allow the customer to say when their ready.

Never buy Ashley! Fake wood! Also the cushioning does not last long and the leather is not real either. If you love yourself, you will buy real furniture. Yes it may cost more to buy real things but you staying healthy is worth every penny and cannot stay healthy very long using poor quality furniture. That also includes the health of your items you choose to set upon tables and shelves. Speaking of shelves from Ashley all it took to remove the stain from the fake wood was melted candlewax. Real wood does not do that. So again, I repeat, never buy Ashley.

What a waste of time, I arrived at the store at 8:15 and store was already closed… I believe the store closes at 9pm.

I would NOT recommend business with this company!! My mother and I have tried to have a bed delivered and we told them “bed and frame” well the frame was on “sale” so they said they couldn’t deliver and we’d have to pick it up. So to avoid inconveniencing someone to help us with delivery we settled for a regular one to be delivered. We picked a date and last minute they changed it to a day we had work so I called and had them change it back to a day we already approved from the beginning and well when delivery come to our surprise there’s no frame. We went to the store and the “manager” (Chris Espinoza) made us feel like idiots by saying “did you even tell the sales man you wanted a frame?” Like come on! This place gave my mom stress and anxiety from the very beginning and we will NOT be doing business with them EVER again! They were quick to make a sale and did everything they could to keep us from going elsewhere when we told them we needed a frame. The manager did find the frame but said they tried to call us but left no messages. All in all horrible customer service and bad service.

Bought a bed room set from this store 01/2024 Jacob was the first sales guy helping me then pushed off to some guy named Armando. Both sales guys lied to my face on multiple occasions. I asked over and over if all pieces of furniture were covered with the warranty I bought they said YES. Come to find out they didn’t include my dresser and mirror. When I called and brought it up to their attention they hang up on. I would NEVER buy from this store location ever again. Armando and Jacob only cared about their commission and once the items have been delivered they don’t care for you anymore. My bed room set was well over 4k and to be treated like this is uncalled for. Stay away from this store and those employees. It’s actually cheaper to buy online and less stress. Worse service ever, will Never recommend to anyone. I ordered two leather couches totaling over $4000. I was so excited because the couches are beautiful. The following day i received a text saying it was going to be delivered to the wrong address. I called to let them know they had the wrong city but no one would answer at any of the phone numbers listed. I tried several times! I finally resorted to go in person and they told me they could not confirm what address it was going to. I asked several times but the salesman Jesse (same salesman I bought couches from) refused to pick up the phone to call and verify the correct address. Told him I would cancel if he didn't call, he did not seem to care and only said I would be charged $400 if I cancelled! For a mistake You (ASHLEYS) made! This is horrible service and it was over $4000!! Complete disappointment and bad business.

The selection of mattresses was good and the salesman was helpful and never pressured us. The buying processing after we picked the mattresses lasted about 10mins which made the whole experience flawless

We had a great experience shopping for bedroom furniture at the SW military location. Our sales rep, Christian, was great! He showed us all of our options and explained the different payment and financing options. He was very patient with us as we were undecided between two styles. We did not feel pressured into the purchase. We will definitely be back to purchase more furniture in the near future.

We went in for Labor Day Sales back in then end of Aug… it’s December and I still have NO NEW FURNITURE. Yesterday they were to deliver the recliner chair only and call back for the delivery date for recliner sofa BUT they delivered it in the wrong color. And still no date as to when we will get the sofa! VERY DISAPPOINTED Maybe I should’ve gone to Rooms to Go instead!

I bought a living room with a cleaning warranty that they promised me I could use whenever I wanted, and the only time I called to ask for it to be cleaned (last July 10 with reference number: 976264) they sent someone to the house but they didn't do the job because he said he had to come back later. He never returned and a while ago when I went to the store to complain I spoke with a Manager named Shawn himself who told me he would help me solve it but he never returned my call or answered me. Now time has passed, the warranty has expired and they never provided the service. Really, don't be fooled, don't pay for that service since they don't comply. Ruben Estevez

I had a great experience with the delivery of my Dining Room furniture. The three men were very careful and did an excellent job delivering and putting together the table and chairs. I was most impressed with the man who brought his own small portable vacuum cleaner. They left everything very clean and my dining room table ready to start using.

I’ve been looking for furniture for 2 years and walked into Ashley and found exactly what I wanted. Amazing, knowledgeable sales staff made choosing pieces easy. I came in for a sofa, but ended up with a sofa, loveseat and chair. Quality furniture and many rooms set up to help you compare and contrast making it easy to choose the perfect furniture.

BUYERS BEWARE !!! If I could give half a star, I would . A Recent transaction was made in which we were advised to obtain items after a period of time. As they were not ready to be released, although we paid for it.?????? Thus returned, as advise just had returned it to stock because we didn’t pick it up !!!! Again when the purchase was made, we offered to take it home. for some cockamamie story that they were not available to be released although they’re on the sales floor for sale ????. granted it was was a clearance item, but they stay advised that they could not release the item at that time of sale?????so we promptly waited and then we returned 48 hours later they said the transaction was canceled, “Your Ashley account should’ve been credited“ additionally, we attempted to go pick it up on this past Tuesday 10.3.2023 at 8 PM although the hours of operation say they’re open till 9 PM on the door on the website, the doors are locked and no one came to the door amazing Hope you guys go out of business. It’s all about leadership and it’s clearly absent at this location on South San Antonio don’t even bother to call us as we simply wasted of time. This is the first one star review I’ve done the past five years. I’ve been doing reviews and I hope management values this feedback get it fixed.

I went to buy my daughter a twin sized bed. Jesse Salazar was my salesperson. He walked me to the kids area and said look around and he sat down at a table and was messing with his phone. There was never a conversation about price range or what I was really looking for. My daughter chose a bed and I decided to go up one size to a full size bed, Mr. Salazar should me 3 mattresses total and never gave me a price. The first mattress was horrible and you could feel every spring poking through, the second was better, but the third was fantastic. I also added a dresser and mirror. Financing was done and he asked if I wanted to put money down or not, he said it would make my monthly payment cheaper that was all, I opted not to since my monthly payment was already low. He never described all the different options I had towards financing he just assumed I would prefer 60 months no interest. My husband was unable to go with me but after telling him what I bought he was very upset I spent so much on a mattress for a 9 year old, first thing Monday I called to cancel the mattress. Supposedly it was canceled but I never received an updated invoice. I was browsing online trying to find a dining room table I liked and ended up finding out that the prices online were completely different then in the store and there was a $560 difference in what I was charged versus what was online. I reached out to Jesse who stated that was a different offer with only 6 months no interest and I would have had to put money down. I explained that he never made that offer and I would much rather of gone that route. He said I would have to go back in person to resign paperwork if we changed it but he would keep the 60 month no interest and give me a discount on some of the pieces. Satisfied with that we hung up. Again I never received an updated invoice, so I sent him a message and asked him to please send it this was the next say. Mind you delivery was already scheduled and confirmed. Also I assumed he knew I cancelled the mattress once he got into the system to give me a discount so I never mentioned it. The next day when he sent the invoice I noted that the mattress was still showing up, I asked him why via text, he immediately sent a message that sounded rude and angry which I assumed due to poor punctuation and missing words. He said all the deals he made with me were based off the sale of the mattress, and he would be canceling my entire order. I asked him if he had cancelled it and he never responded. I never received an email, text, or call confirming the order had been cancelled. On the day the furniture had been set up for delivery I received messages that the driver was headed my way, I had to ask my neighbor to inform them the order was cancelled and to not accept any merchandise. I called Ashley’s again and spoke to Karla who stated yes my order was cancelled by Jesse but it hadn’t been processed yet and she would message the drivers to cancel it but they still showed up. She then stated I had to wait 48 hours and call back to ensure it has been cancelled. This was a huge mess and very frustrating. I have been a loyal customer of Ashley’s and have bought many pieces of furniture over the years and always paid it off and before my time never missing a payment. I will no longer support Ashley’s after this incident!

The in store service was great but the delivery has been frustrating. Asked for the day off that was set for delivery and no eta was sent or updated when the expected time was near its end. I reached out for an eta and then they stated delivery date was pushed back another 3 days. I called customer care and they stated that delivery will be in 4 days, which I'm not available on. For the inconvenience they were compensating me with a gift card but during the process of telling me how much I would be compensated the phone call is "lost" what an inconvenience. This is just frustrating.

Well it's been over six months and Ashley furniture still hasn't replaced the brick mailbox that their delivery driver destroyed and kept going didn't stop or slowed down just hauled a** as fast as they could go. If you want problems with your furniture then go to Ashley Furniture. They still haven't made good on their promises to fix the damage. If you expect a good deal with responsible people go somewhere other than Ashley Furniture. I will have to resort to the court system for compensation. Dealing with Ashley Furniture has become so aggravating ... people, it just isn't worth the stress , I kick myself for not going elsewhere. They are good bull-sh***ers darn good sales people they should sell used cars or fertilizer. After the furniture is in your house all they care about is their payment. NOTHING matters NOT if you are a customer that just dropped 4 gs at your business and can't honor their word to fix the damage they caused... sun it up this business sux

I spoke with him over the phone and I explained my situation and what furniture I was looking for. He verified and found out that they had it in stock and provided me away to pay and then he had it scheduled for us to be able to pick it up. I did a lot of online shopping before going out to the store, and I am so glad I decided to go. The pictures and descriptions of various furniture store sites were good, but paled in comparison to getting eyes and hands on the displays. The experience made it much easier to imagine the furniture in my home, and the sales associate was very helpful. Once we realized that the dining set we chose online was not what we expected, the sales associate was able to gather our feedback and recommend a few options. We went back and forth between displays for a while, and the sales associate answered all of our questions with out the “high pressure sales tactics” that everyone hates. Inspecting the furniture in person allowed us choose a better product. Even though we spent more money, it was better than buying something that was shipped to the house and then returning it after being disappointed with the quality. Once we made a decision the sales associate made the purchase process easier, having already checked the warehouse for availability. I would most definitely recommend the Zarzamora/Military Dr. location of Ashley Furniture to anyone.

Sales man was amazing (ofcourse). Quality of furniture is not the best. My 7 yr old couches that I bought used, (quality) was 80% better. I'm very serious. Delivery was horrid. I'm sure everyone deserves a chance but don't be alone during delivery. Don't let them rush out the door. It will cause you so much stress to get something repaired/replaced. And with my delivery it was a huge obvious repair they they tried to rig together and sneak by.

Don't shop here as they will not honor their warranties. The seams were coming undone on a couch cushion and it is within the year's warranty. Their service department says it was normal wear and tear, but how can that be seeing as it hasn't been sat on often as I usually sit on the love seat. Their are other companies to shop from and instead of spending thousands here. I'll spend it elsewhere. Customers, you have been warned.

Me and my fiancé went to Ashley Furniture Homestore on SW Military in search of a new sofa for our new home . We wanted something big to accommodate our growing family but also needed it in a timely manner as we are expecting family from out of state to be visiting in 2 weeks. The sales Manager Jesse was quick to assist , showed us some furniture pieces and explained the different options as to color pattern, turn around time to receive the item and financing options as well as asking what we want from a sectional like comfort level, size, and aesthetic expectation to give the natural flow of balance in our home. After explaining everything he let us take our own time trying every couch out and space to talk and discuss within each other before coming back to check on us. His approach was very friendly and straight forward . No ounce of pressure to rush and pick something . As soon as we made a decision , we went forward with financing and was out within a hour. This was a simple thorough enjoyable process. I’m glad we chose Ashley and would definitely recommend Jesse to family/friends. Customer service was great not only by him but his staff too. It’s great to be heard on what you want for your home and not just looked at as person looking to put forth a sell. Overall 10/10 experience. Oh and let’s not forget to mention , they do offer delivery of course but we opted to pick up our new furniture as we needed it sooner so making sure your item is in stock and ready to go is a plus!

Dont waste your time and money purchasing the warranty. Weve been waiting for our tv stand for over 3 months now. One answers the phone anymore. UPDATE: 4 months removed from my purchsse and the item is still not here. They make it so complicated to redeem the warranty credit. Sorta feels like a scam. We went yesterday and pay for the delivery and we were told noone had to be home as the item will arrive unassembled. Please note we specifically asked this and we once again were mislead. They charged us for a "white glove delivery" which according to their document it includes assembly, set up and removal of packaging. But they claim they wont assemble it now. Why charge me this then? Please stay away from the warranty scam.

Both Anthony and Christian were knowledgeable and welcoming. They knew the products and what they are individually made for. Only concern I had was mostly for the store itself Most of the products shown were either discontinued and couldn’t get shipped to my new apartment in a timely manner. To keep this short, I’m going to summarize. Predatory sales tactics. deceptive price advertising. Deceptive if not, out-right lying on financing terms and conditions. One item started at $2200 then $3900 then with 0% financing for $5800. After walking out of the door they call and offer it for $3000. I will not be a repeat customer. Would only recommend to those who are savvy with street hustle. Would give you zero stars however, won’t let me proceed without at least one.

Worst service ever. Customer service is terrible, never able to get a hold of a supervisor or anyone from the store. My couch is in terrible condition. No one is helping with the situation, I have been getting the run around since February. I’ve been told I’ll get call backs & never once receive them. I had a technician come out to service the couch & he didn’t even leave a report to help me with an exchange. He took a look at the couch & said it should not be in this condition for only getting it 3 months ago! Says for it to look like this we would have had it for years. Technician came April 1st (been waiting since Feb) I called on the 4th because I knew they wouldn’t have info, then I was told “oh it takes 24 hours to update” then told “oh it takes 48” & so on. It is ridiculous. Couch makes horrible noises, loose & worn. Service is terrible, for being the “#1 in mattress in furniture in America” there is NO one to speak to directly! Terrible service, lack of respect & communication! I would never shop here again or recommend to anyone.

Customer service in store was great though very bad with communication on delivery information My delivery date was changed automatically 3x due to my phone number not being changed correctly for method of contact . Keep in mind my order was well over 5000. I contacted customer service 6 times total to change it and confirm delivery. They did "update my phone number "but delivery was still changed due to my number still being incorrect. Went in store 3x and they made sure everything was changed correctly and they said their is nothing else to do and they gave me a phone number to call. The phone number was for the warehouse for those wanting to pick up orders in New Braunfels which had nothing to do with my issue and basically a way for then to get me out of their hair. It was stressful because nobody could help me when giving the resources to call around. The 4th time I finally received my delivery and the delivery employees were very nice.

It was the best experience going into the store from the time I stepped inn. Tony was awesome, he introduced himself & said anything I needed help with to let him know. I really like the fact that he didn't bombarded me the whole time I was there. Once I decided what I wanted he helped me look for the perfect sofa. In the end it went great and I was really ecstatic. 🥰

I wish no stars could be put here…. Ordered 2 beds and when they delivered them they forgot the parts to put them together! They came back and put one bed together and didn’t do the second bed. Its been sitting in a room for over 3 months and every time i call i get the run around yet its time for the second payment yet i only have one compete item!! They are beyond horrible!!!!!! The manager Mia promised they would get it done if not we could come pick something else out. I emailed her and she doesn’t even respond now either! I told them to come get it we dont want it and they said you cont return anything! DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE… They cant even answer the phone….

However we purchased end tables on 27 February and when they were delivered and unwrapped they were scratched. We put in for a tech to come fix, but he came and just looked . He did not attempt to fix . He came on the 8 March from ( AHM furniture) We are still awaiting the paperwork in order to exchange these. We are totally getting the run around. Every time we call we get a different answer.

We came into this location on December 17th and purchased a sectional and were told delivery would be December 28th. Arrangements were made with work to ensure someone would be home for the delivery.. The days and weeks leading up to the delivery date we received no call or email stating that our sectional wouldn't be delivered.. It wasn't until 430 came around the day of and we still hadn't heard anything that we called to get an update only to be told they didn't even have our sectional in stock and didn't expect to have all of it in stock until after January 17th. The sales people here just say whatever they need to to get the sale and then you're completely left in the dark when it comes time for them to deliver.. I have never gone through a such a shady and deceiving experience with a company. If someone is spending their hard earned money with you, the LEAST you could do it be straight with them. We received absolutely no apology when we called customer service either. No remorse. And from what I'm reading this has been an ongoing issue for sometime now.. so they're not even taking steps to properly train staff to rectify the problem. I'm so completely disgusted with this company.

We ordered our furniture sales rep was excellent however the delivery people and main customer service is horrible. They broke the furniture they delivered they told me they could not take it back but replacments would be sent only to say they need to inspect it to see if replacments would be approved but they broke it and one piece came broken out box. They also broke the sofa on delivery. Yesterday I got call that delivery was canceled because one piece was missing now today they say they never canceled but they only have one pier and tv standand that the other pier eas never approved for replacment. I dont know how when the delivery people broke it now I hqve to wait again for someone to come out and check if they can. Then we paid for delivery and installation they didnt install any of it none of the doors were put on the fireplace wasnt installed none of the handles to cabinets were installed either zip ties were left on. Its been one of the worst expetiences we have had while purchasing furniture. Save time stress and money shop somewhere else. I have filed a complaint with BBB already. So much more has happend to much yo list here I have pictures . I wish I could sendnit all back and be done with them. Now we are stuck paying for furniture we dont have and cant use. If I dont find a resolution soon I will be contacting a lawyer or taking them to court. Never again stay away from this place Juan Covarrubias

My husband and I purchased a living room set in August 2022. With the impression it will take 6 to 8 weeks to get delivery. Mo calls or explanations from Ashley furniture after the time passed. Finally able to get a hold of a person who said delivery was scheduled for November 5th and we will get a call a few days to schedule delivery. No call, no explanation for delay. Yesterday he called Ashley furniture back to inquire about the delivery and was again informed tentatively late December but no guarantees. How does a company operate like this. Besides the furniture was paid for in full the day it was purchased. The inconvenience of moving into a house and living without the needed furniture.

We purchased our bed in 2018 and were told we had warranty on it. Our wooden frame board broke and we called to try and purchase the parts to replace it. During the call we were told we no longer have warranty on it. Which is fine. However, when trying to purchase the parts to replace it, we were told that the bed has been discontinued and that there is nothing they can do. When I asked to speak to a manager I was denied so because “they were going to tell me the exact same thing. So there’s no point” I was told by the representative that they’re best advice would be to hire a 3rd party to try and fix it. Had I known the bed was going to be discontinued and I was going to be left with a broken bed with no way to be fixed, I would have never purchased it. It is ridiculous that Ashley’s couldn’t even offer any kind of help at all.

Delivered the wrong item. Was told by the delivery company that I had to keep the item and call Ashley’s. I refused and the still left it here.. Little did I know that I’d be screwed. Been trying to get the correct item since the first week of October. The delivery date keeps getting pushed back every week. Now it’s not till the end of December. Then it’s not even promised then. So the incorrect item is being stored at my house for free and taking up space. Mind you; the item was paid in full. So it’s like my money is being held hostage and can’t get back to go somewhere else. This place is quick to sell you furniture they can’t even get delivered at a decent time. Don’t waste your time or money there. It’s been horrible customer serve on the phone and at the actual store.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at Ashley furniture store today at South Zarzamora location in San Antonio. I purchased a Hyllmont power reclining couch back on 09/09/2022, item 9300315 $1,999.99; I was lucky as this price was expensive and they had a unit on clearance for $1396.40 delivered and set up. I wanted to purchase the matching love seat but at the time I couldn't afford it so I waited. A few weeks later I went in to look at the love seat item 9300318 $1,999.99; I was very surprised that the price of a power love seat which seats one less than a couch was actually the same price as the couch; either way it's what I was going to need. I talked to an sales associate and tried to negotiate the price however, no go; I asked about price matching and they told me that they absolutely would if I found the exact same unit they would honor the price. I went home and actually hit the internet and found the same power love seat for $1,272.00 with free delivery. My next thought was that I would rather keep the business locally so I took my documentation in and attempted to make the deal. The salesperson returned and said yes, I was excited. A few minutes later the store manager came out and indicated they wouldn't honor their price match verbal commitment because the store was not a direct competitor. I was now very confused; I told the manager that I could purchase the unit, get it within a week, free delivery, how was this not their competitor ( San Antonio market or not, which they never mentioned before). I went on to tell them I have been a loyal customer and just recently purchased the couch from them, in my opinion it made no sense to me not to keep a local customer happy? It was their price match guarantee! And it was the exact same power love seat! Well they sent me packing and I was very upset, so I felt the need to write this review for all to see. I hope it brings attention to future or existing customers to be cautious when dealing with Ashley Furniture, specifically the Southside Zarzamora location; maybe all I would imagine all the San Antonio stores are probably run by the same regional or district manager.Sincerely a very unhappy customer!!!!!

Domingo was super helpful from the moment we walked in! He was able to find the things that fit my needs and was super patient with me after changing my mind about the table set I wanted. I ended up deciding I wanted a couch also and he helped me pick one out based on the size of my living room and the style requirements. He was also super patient as I consulted my husband on the phone and looked at many different sectionals. I’m really glad we walked in, Ashley’s has a large variety of furniture for every aesthetic and really good financing options. The pricing was also reasonable compared to other places I had visited. I really had a hard time deciding what I wanted cause I loved everything I looked at. My experience there is the best I’ve ever had while furniture shopping. I didn’t feel forced into something I didn’t want or need and I felt like Domingo truly wanted to help me get what would fit my home versus trying to make a sale.

Everything was amazing! The furniture is beautiful and of good quality and they have great deals. I’d also like to mention that the service was excellent! Uriel did such a great job showing us around but also giving us out space. No one was pushy, everyone was friendly and helpful. Uriel’s manager also gave us different price points and certainly offered us packages that were in our best interest. Lastly, before I left I got to see a visually impaired customer come with his young daughter. I got to see another sales representative offer his shoulder to the customer to help guide him throughout the store. Amazing!

Always good customer service, I have made several purchases with Ashley and just love the quality of there furniture.

I have spent many thousands at this store and they are quick to take the money but VERY slow on delivering the product. For the deliveries that I have had, the workers don't take off their shoes or have shoe covers which has left dirt tracks throughout the host. Furthermore, out of the 3 deliveries I have had the past couple months, there have been problems with 2 of them. The first problem is that they installed a bench that had cracked wood on the seat that was clearly visible. They didn't say anything and left as if everything was fine. The second problem is that they set up a bedroom set. Many of the drawers were not installed correctly and the drawer nightstand is so far up that it won't close all the way. I let them know and keep getting the runaround on when a technician is going to call to schedule a fix. That call that I placed is reaching 2 weeks. If you can go somewhere else, that would be a wise decision.

Update to 5 star review 11/7 We will NOT be visiting this store any more. We placed our order and paid for it in full that day and we have recently found out that our order won't be here until Mid December. After placing 2 phone calls about our expected delivery, we were finally told that the material has been on back order since the day we purchased the items even though we were assured it would be less than a week to get our items. Ashley Furniture was VERY quick to take our money but slow on picking up the phone. Not once did we receive any type of communication about our order. The only way we found out about the back order was by trying to confirm we were on for our rescheduled delivery date after the original delivery date was canceled due to our supposed lack of response on delivery confirmation even though there was NEVER any attempted contact to my husband or myself. We will definitely not be recommending Ashley Furniture in the future. 10/29 When we walked in they was only one salesman who approached us, gave us his name, and walked away. NOTHING AT ALL like being at a car dealership which was really nice. Chris the man helping us was very nice and quick with the paperwork one we did decide on our purchase. Would recommend going to this location.

I refuse to give this location ANY stars but I had to otherwise I wouldn’t be able to post a review. They are so unhelpful! We order our furniture in May and we’re told there might be a delay on some pieces. Understood given circumstances. After that it was horrible. Arrival dates were given, arrived at the warehouse and then pieces were not at the warehouse. They “mysteriously” disappeared. There was absolutely no communication between the store, the warehouse or the call center. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager I was instructed to call the call center. When I called the center they told me no matter who I talked to they can only see what is on the screen. So basically there was not anyone who could look further into this supposedly. That is just ridiculous and very unprofessional for there to be no one in charge that could get to the bottom of an issue. This went on for MONTHS! We had to make trips to the store because the store number is directed to the automated call center and we were NEVER able to get through. And when we went to the store and explained the situation different employees told us the scripted “I understand and we’re sorry”. Like no unacceptable don’t be sorry because that is not giving answers to anything. So needless to say today, Oct 1st, we FINALLY got all our pieces delivered. I will never do business with Ashley again! Y’all are the worst when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. I will never have anything good to say about this establishment and I will advertise to anyone about your poor professionalism. JUST SAY NO TO ASHLEYS EVERYONE!! Not worth it!

We were greeted by Christen right away, I told he what I was looking for and he was very familiar with what was on the sales floor. He showed us a few things to choose from. He gave us time to talk over our choices. We picked a beautiful dining table and he explained the protection plan, paid and we were done. He was very professional and personable.

Do Not Shop with Ashley's Furniture!! Since day one it has been a problem with them, salesman adding furniture to my account, waited months for my bedroom set then only partial delivered (ordered in May - were in Oct and still waiting!) automated system is a circle of no customer service, in person no manager ever on site. I should have known when I was shopping around there were two other customers furious with their service. Seriously - A Flea Market will give you true customer service verses Ashley's Furniture Store!!----- I wouldn't have given them one star but had too just to give my review of them!

Worst of the worst. After sale Ashley on Zarzamora/military delivered the wrong items. A week later from site mentioned to customer care very little done to only headaches Management acceptance is zero and no help The store is privately own thus corporation has hands off. Currently my children sleep on the floor due the wrong mattress not fitting the bed frame. Please highly recommend you go else where or “No Refunds and bad credit report if persuasive that route. They allege as knowledgeable of their position but LACK Customer Service. Week later kids still sleeping on the floor and no has responded as promised per customer care? Your money 💴 as your choice. MEGA my apologies for not going your way. BEWARE 😡 of ASHLEY Furniture no commitment after the sale.

Sku # on box was right but color of love seat was wrong. Good quality merchandise but packaging needs better communication. Now we are waiting for this error to be corrected.

I mean the furniture is fine until it starts to fall apart.. the insurance is a joke, I didn't even get someone sent out to check it out, just a statement that says "We are so sorry that we cannot provide service on this occasion but would like to point out that your coverage remains in effect for the remaining term of your plan." So the one star is for the 5 years of a useless insurance that was sold to me by Ashley. So save that cash for the next piece of furniture you buy.

Luis Garcia at the store on Zarzamora street was excellent!!! My wife and I went in a couple of months ago to scope things out for our new home. He helped us then and we went back to him when we were ready to purchase. Both times he was very friendly and courteous. He was patient as we looked for several items asking a million questions. But mostly we felt we could trust him. If you are looking to purchase , go to Luis you will not be disappointed in the service nor the prices. We will always start our shopping with Luis.

Our sales personnel Jennifer was so helpful and delightful to work with. Her knowledge was fantastic. If we need anything else we will be asking for her. Meanwhile I can't wait until my new recliner comes in.

My husband and I went to this location to look for a leather recliner rocking chair. We were so lucky to have Joe assisted us with this sale. There was no pressure and it was a very easy and seamless process. He even gave us a promo discount. Joe was a people person, experience, professional and knowledgeable. We’re impressed. If We could rate below 0 we would! DO NOT EVER PURCHASE WITH ASHLEY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER in store AND NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING when you call their customer service!! Haley the Manager there at the Zarzamora location was horrible! Stephanie front desk/customer care person was horrible, and our sales person has been telling us a completely different story promising that our rugs would come when they never were. We have so many text to prove it. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, listening skills, urgency or will to help! We never received 2 rugs purchased. 1 was sent to the wrong address even though the Sales person knew to update it, other was discontinued and still no refund for our rug purchased 7/3. Then they tried to finally do a credit and it’s not for the amount shown on our invoice or cc statement! This has been the worst experience ever! Never shopping here and so thankful for Conns, Rooms to Go, and Bel Furniture! Lastly we are still waiting for an item that has gotten pushed back on delivery. So over this place!

Have only received part of my purchase, dinner table. They brought in to set up so left them to it. They said ready to go and left. Walked around table to see a huge cracked and broken frame hidden opposite of my initial view. Why would they set up and leave KNOWING that it was broken. Very dissappointed! Its one thing to break during shipping but to set it up anyway and leave saying that "everything is good to go". Unbelievable!!!!

I went in roughly around 2 pm and was literally out the door with papers in hand👌 Ms. Jennifer, was very nice and welcoming. She didn't push for a sale, she let me do the looking and choosing. I respect that. Thank You, Ms. Jennifer.

I experienced some of the worse customer service today dealing with a Manger named Hailey. I ordered a dining room set and I know delivery times vary. I recieved a call scheduling delivery, the day before they said they had to reschedule for two weeks later. Ok, I get it. Fast forward two weeks, get a call today rescheduling again this time 4 to 6 weeks. If my furniture isn't available don't schedule me. I was fed up, went into store to cancel my order. The Manger tells me there is a 10 % charge to cancel. I asked why, this isn't my fault. They kept rescheduling, she said sorry I don't see notes about reschedule.You'll have to pay fee. I even showed her confirmation email but she said that doesn't prove it was scheduled.She eventually said you can call customer service. I will never do business with this company again. I finally said just cancel, I guess I'll have to eat the 10%. Horrible customer service. Worse part I paid cash and had no product to show.

Plausible deniability, that's all you can truly expect from this company. As if they were a senator or congressman on the hill speaking on behalf of their party. You would think that asking for a simple date for delivery would be a typical and easily answered question, but no! You would have thought I stumbled upon watergate with the amount of run around and unanswered questions. Not only can they not answer questions they also don't know how to keep their customers informed. If you are expecting customer service walk out the door and go to any other establishment, as they do not have the charisma nor the training to pull it off! As a customer of over a decade I am happily free of the incompetence that is this ridiculous excuse for a company. Also according to Haisem (at their corporate call center) no one in this company has had nor will ever have access to email, all part of that plausible deniability I assume!
