I was greeted by Kayla as I entered the store. I told her i needed a recliner for my husband who is a resident in a local VA home. She helped me fund the perfect chair. She never pressured me in considering an alternative selection. She was knowledge of the product and very professional in addition to being sympathetic about my situation. Kayla made my stressful day less stressful. She is a valuable asset to your staff.

My husband and I went in store to look around for our new place, (Last week of June) ULISES was our helper, and even after I asked TWICE if our credit would get hit multiple times or just once (he stated there were 7 lenders) and he responded saying “no only one soft inquiry” a few minutes later we get an email from our banks showing MULTIPLE HARD inquiries. We left the store and didn’t return! Fast forward to now (ending July) my husband received a letter in the mail stating “Thank you for opening a Concora credit account with us at Ashley Furniture” WHEN WE LEFT THE STORE AND NEVER SIGNED ANY AGREEMENT TO OPEN ANY KIND OF ACCOUNT WITH THEM! Causing his credit to take a hit! They will also try to give you “discounts” or “promotions” but it’s not even worth it! One star is still too generous!! AGAIN, ASHLEY FURNITURE, ULISES AND THE BALD GUY WHO’S BREATH SMELLS HORRENDOUS FROM ÁCIMA/ CONCORA CREDIT, ARE TO BLAME FOR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIES, AND FRAUDULENTLY OPENING ACCOUNTS. It was difficult finding what we wanted but our sales person was very helpful in finding something that would meet our needs. On top of that, the manager was able to give us a discount and helped us save! This is so important to us because we are stretching our money rn for our new baby girl coming soon and having to redo the other room for our boys to move into together. Thank you for all the help we received! We are excited to get our new twin beds with added storage

My sales associate was Mr. Anthony Solis. This was a great buying experience! He was not pushy nor did he treat us like we were on a museum field trip. He gave us our space and checked on us periodically. He was humble and respectful. When we asked questions, he answered. Other sales associates tried to provide sales-pitchy information; however, we curtailed having to sit through it.....those are the type who make me want to purchase online. Thankfully, we got Mr. Anthony and was able to secure six pieces. Shout out to Mr. Anthony and his motivation for success, his son, Kai!

The phone system mistakenly routed me to this location- BEWARE-a person identifying himself as manager was extremely rude and condescending- he refused to give his name- stating repeatedly that it is "irrelevant". This person obviously knows he handled this poorly and didn't want to be identified- If you have a problem with an order there is no way to speak to a live person by phone- I had to choose an option to purchase something to get a human on the line. There are no dedicated customer service PROFESSIONALS.

Well at first they are friendly only cuz they want you to make a purchase. After that I have not been a happy customer. We went to new braunfels to pick up sofas. One which was broken when we tore plastic off. It's been sitting in garage for pick up almost 2weeks now. No one ever answers store phone. I've emailed manager and still no answer. W my experience Ashley do not shop there. Awful service !!!!

I purchased furniture at the beginning of the year from here. I also purchased the extended warranty, and when I had to file a claim with extend no one comes out. I’ve been trying to get my recliner fixed for months. Whatever you do, DO NOT PAY FOR THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY! Extend has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Like most furniture stores, if you see an item online, it’s probably not in the store, even if the website says that the item you’re seeking is in the store. This was my experience at this Ashley store. If you do find something you like in the store (also my experience at this store), they will still have to get the item from their warehouse and so it will take several days to get the item. Note too that items are significantly cheaper online. My recommendation: find what you like online and order it. Skip the physical store.

Great experience - Antonio was wonderful to work with (as was Uriel, who helped me the first time I went). I was able to get a good (comprehensive) deal and get out the door with everything I wanted for right at what I was hoping to pay.
Dr. Miami was great. He really went the extra mile to help us pick out two mattresses that would the difference between good night sleeping or pain and aches the next morning. He was a great person to get to know.

Delivered wrong bed still haven’t gotten word about my replacement. Very dissatisfied and management has not spoken to me. When asked to speak to them the sales person just passes messages to and from them. Never got to speak to them. I was excited for my new bed when I worked with them but now it’s just a big run around. No help at all.

I walked in hoping to find some couches that were on sale I had seen online, but unfortunately they had been sold and pretty much discontinued. After a search by the Ashley team we were unable to find any in stock. Dejected we headed for the door and we were stopped by the manager and with a wink was like let me see what I can do. Within a few minutes he found the couches and we got them on sale! What a blessing!

Buying the bed, frame, and cooling mattress cover was easy. Delivery of the bed and frame were on the date set. The cooling mattress protector was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks later. I received another email advising me the delivery date was changed and I had to wait another 2 weeks. Since then, I have not heard from the store, salesman, or warehouse. I have called and got no response from Ashley. If you buy a tempur-pedic mattress from Ashley make sure to get everything delivered at the same time. I got cheated out of a $239 cooling mattress protector. Be careful you don’t get ripped off to. The store was Ashley furniture, San Antonio Texas, SW Military & Zarxsmora.

Absolutely terrible experience, everyone was at least a little friendly and helpful until they no longer had a sale. Carlos, our salesperson, blatantly lied about the ETA of our purchase (by a LOT) just to nail the sale. Went in to cancel and get my money refunded over two weeks ago and still have not received our refund.
Armando was absolutely helpful in every way! Customer service was beyond amazing. He even went out of his way to rearrange couches for me to match my vision. My husband and I have worked with him a few times already and we definitely will be coming back. The furniture we've selected thus far has not disappointed, amazing quality.

Christian was very professional and courteous. However, I was with my daughter and my 20 month old as well. It was time for her to nap, she became fussy. My older daughter and I both decided to take her home to nap and come back in the evening to finalize our decision on a couch. But the manager was very hasty to tell me that it would just take another five minutes to complete the sale. My daughter took the baby and headed to car while before you knew everything was being processed on the computer and needing my signature too darn fast!!! Like I said we wanted to come back in the evening to finalize and do one more walk through. I hope that no one else is put in this position as We Were. Customers should feel comfortable about making a choice freely without being pressured. Please don’t be so quick to make a commission, allow the customer to say when their ready.

I would NOT recommend business with this company!! My mother and I have tried to have a bed delivered and we told them “bed and frame” well the frame was on “sale” so they said they couldn’t deliver and we’d have to pick it up. So to avoid inconveniencing someone to help us with delivery we settled for a regular one to be delivered. We picked a date and last minute they changed it to a day we had work so I called and had them change it back to a day we already approved from the beginning and well when delivery come to our surprise there’s no frame. We went to the store and the “manager” (Chris Espinoza) made us feel like idiots by saying “did you even tell the sales man you wanted a frame?” Like come on! This place gave my mom stress and anxiety from the very beginning and we will NOT be doing business with them EVER again! They were quick to make a sale and did everything they could to keep us from going elsewhere when we told them we needed a frame. The manager did find the frame but said they tried to call us but left no messages. All in all horrible customer service and bad service.

Bought a bed room set from this store 01/2024 Jacob was the first sales guy helping me then pushed off to some guy named Armando. Both sales guys lied to my face on multiple occasions. I asked over and over if all pieces of furniture were covered with the warranty I bought they said YES. Come to find out they didn’t include my dresser and mirror. When I called and brought it up to their attention they hang up on. I would NEVER buy from this store location ever again. Armando and Jacob only cared about their commission and once the items have been delivered they don’t care for you anymore. My bed room set was well over 4k and to be treated like this is uncalled for. Stay away from this store and those employees. It’s actually cheaper to buy online and less stress. I figured that out after the facts. The store manager doesn’t care either

Worse service ever, will Never recommend to anyone. I ordered two leather couches totaling over $4000. I was so excited because the couches are beautiful. The following day i received a text saying it was going to be delivered to the wrong address. I called to let them know they had the wrong city but no one would answer at any of the phone numbers listed. I tried several times! I finally resorted to go in person and they told me they could not confirm what address it was going to. I asked several times but the salesman Jesse (same salesman I bought couches from) refused to pick up the phone to call and verify the correct address. Told him I would cancel if he didn't call, he did not seem to care and only said I would be charged $400 if I cancelled! For a mistake You (ASHLEYS) made! This is horrible service and it was over $4000!! Complete disappointment and bad business.
The selection of mattresses was good and the salesman was helpful and never pressured us. The buying processing after we picked the mattresses lasted about 10mins which made the whole experience flawless
We had a great experience shopping for bedroom furniture at the SW military location. Our sales rep, Christian, was great! He showed us all of our options and explained the different payment and financing options. He was very patient with us as we were undecided between two styles. We did not feel pressured into the purchase. We will definitely be back to purchase more furniture in the near future.

We went in for Labor Day Sales back in then end of Aug… it’s December and I still have NO NEW FURNITURE. Yesterday they were to deliver the recliner chair only and call back for the delivery date for recliner sofa BUT they delivered it in the wrong color. And still no date as to when we will get the sofa! VERY DISAPPOINTED Maybe I should’ve gone to Rooms to Go instead!

I had a great experience with the delivery of my Dining Room furniture. The three men were very careful and did an excellent job delivering and putting together the table and chairs. I was most impressed with the man who brought his own small portable vacuum cleaner. They left everything very clean and my dining room table ready to start using.

I’ve been looking for furniture for 2 years and walked into Ashley and found exactly what I wanted. Amazing, knowledgeable sales staff made choosing pieces easy. I came in for a sofa, but ended up with a sofa, loveseat and chair. Quality furniture and many rooms set up to help you compare and contrast making it easy to choose the perfect furniture.
BUYERS BEWARE !!! If I could give half a star, I would . A Recent transaction was made in which we were advised to obtain items after a period of time. As they were not ready to be released, although we paid for it.?????? Thus returned, as advise just had returned it to stock because we didn’t pick it up !!!! Again when the purchase was made, we offered to take it home. for some cockamamie story that they were not available to be released although they’re on the sales floor for sale ????. granted it was was a clearance item, but they stay advised that they could not release the item at that time of sale?????so we promptly waited and then we returned 48 hours later they said the transaction was canceled, “Your Ashley account should’ve been credited“ additionally, we attempted to go pick it up on this past Tuesday 10.3.2023 at 8 PM although the hours of operation say they’re open till 9 PM on the door on the website, the doors are locked and no one came to the door amazing Hope you guys go out of business. It’s all about leadership and it’s clearly absent at this location on South San Antonio don’t even bother to call us as we simply wasted of time. This is the first one star review I’ve done the past five years. I’ve been doing reviews and I hope management values this feedback get it fixed.
I went to buy my daughter a twin sized bed. Jesse Salazar was my salesperson. He walked me to the kids area and said look around and he sat down at a table and was messing with his phone. There was never a conversation about price range or what I was really looking for. My daughter chose a bed and I decided to go up one size to a full size bed, Mr. Salazar should me 3 mattresses total and never gave me a price. The first mattress was horrible and you could feel every spring poking through, the second was better, but the third was fantastic. I also added a dresser and mirror. Financing was done and he asked if I wanted to put money down or not, he said it would make my monthly payment cheaper that was all, I opted not to since my monthly payment was already low. He never described all the different options I had towards financing he just assumed I would prefer 60 months no interest. My husband was unable to go with me but after telling him what I bought he was very upset I spent so much on a mattress for a 9 year old, first thing Monday I called to cancel the mattress. Supposedly it was canceled but I never received an updated invoice. I was browsing online trying to find a dining room table I liked and ended up finding out that the prices online were completely different then in the store and there was a $560 difference in what I was charged versus what was online. I reached out to Jesse who stated that was a different offer with only 6 months no interest and I would have had to put money down. I explained that he never made that offer and I would much rather of gone that route. He said I would have to go back in person to resign paperwork if we changed it but he would keep the 60 month no interest and give me a discount on some of the pieces. Satisfied with that we hung up. Again I never received an updated invoice, so I sent him a message and asked him to please send it this was the next say. Mind you delivery was already scheduled and confirmed. Also I assumed he knew I cancelled the mattress once he got into the system to give me a discount so I never mentioned it. The next day when he sent the invoice I noted that the mattress was still showing up, I asked him why via text, he immediately sent a message that sounded rude and angry which I assumed due to poor punctuation and missing words. He said all the deals he made with me were based off the sale of the mattress, and he would be canceling my entire order. I asked him if he had cancelled it and he never responded. I never received an email, text, or call confirming the order had been cancelled. On the day the furniture had been set up for delivery I received messages that the driver was headed my way, I had to ask my neighbor to inform them the order was cancelled and to not accept any merchandise. I called Ashley’s again and spoke to Karla who stated yes my order was cancelled by Jesse but it hadn’t been processed yet and she would message the drivers to cancel it but they still showed up. She then stated I had to wait 48 hours and call back to ensure it has been cancelled. This was a huge mess and very frustrating. I have been a loyal customer of Ashley’s and have bought many pieces of furniture over the years and always paid it off and before my time never missing a payment. I will no longer support Ashley’s after this incident!

The in store service was great but the delivery has been frustrating. Asked for the day off that was set for delivery and no eta was sent or updated when the expected time was near its end. I reached out for an eta and then they stated delivery date was pushed back another 3 days. I called customer care and they stated that delivery will be in 4 days, which I'm not available on. For the inconvenience they were compensating me with a gift card but during the process of telling me how much I would be compensated the phone call is "lost" what an inconvenience. This is just frustrating.

I spoke with him over the phone and I explained my situation and what furniture I was looking for. He verified and found out that they had it in stock and provided me away to pay and then he had it scheduled for us to be able to pick it up. I did a lot of online shopping before going out to the store, and I am so glad I decided to go. The pictures and descriptions of various furniture store sites were good, but paled in comparison to getting eyes and hands on the displays. The experience made it much easier to imagine the furniture in my home, and the sales associate was very helpful. Once we realized that the dining set we chose online was not what we expected, the sales associate was able to gather our feedback and recommend a few options. We went back and forth between displays for a while, and the sales associate answered all of our questions with out the “high pressure sales tactics” that everyone hates. Inspecting the furniture in person allowed us choose a better product. Even though we spent more money, it was better than buying something that was shipped to the house and then returning it after being disappointed with the quality. Once we made a decision the sales associate made the purchase process easier, having already checked the warehouse for availability. I would most definitely recommend the Zarzamora/Military Dr. location of Ashley Furniture to anyone.

Sales man was amazing (ofcourse). Quality of furniture is not the best. My 7 yr old couches that I bought used, (quality) was 80% better. I'm very serious. Delivery was horrid. I'm sure everyone deserves a chance but don't be alone during delivery. Don't let them rush out the door. It will cause you so much stress to get something repaired/replaced. And with my delivery it was a huge obvious repair they they tried to rig together and sneak by.

Don't shop here as they will not honor their warranties. The seams were coming undone on a couch cushion and it is within the year's warranty. Their service department says it was normal wear and tear, but how can that be seeing as it hasn't been sat on often as I usually sit on the love seat. Their are other companies to shop from and instead of spending thousands here. I'll spend it elsewhere. Customers, you have been warned.

Me and my fiancé went to Ashley Furniture Homestore on SW Military in search of a new sofa for our new home . We wanted something big to accommodate our growing family but also needed it in a timely manner as we are expecting family from out of state to be visiting in 2 weeks. The sales Manager Jesse was quick to assist , showed us some furniture pieces and explained the different options as to color pattern, turn around time to receive the item and financing options as well as asking what we want from a sectional like comfort level, size, and aesthetic expectation to give the natural flow of balance in our home. After explaining everything he let us take our own time trying every couch out and space to talk and discuss within each other before coming back to check on us. His approach was very friendly and straight forward . No ounce of pressure to rush and pick something . As soon as we made a decision , we went forward with financing and was out within a hour. This was a simple thorough enjoyable process. I’m glad we chose Ashley and would definitely recommend Jesse to family/friends. Customer service was great not only by him but his staff too. It’s great to be heard on what you want for your home and not just looked at as person looking to put forth a sell. Overall 10/10 experience. Oh and let’s not forget to mention , they do offer delivery of course but we opted to pick up our new furniture as we needed it sooner so making sure your item is in stock and ready to go is a plus!

Dont waste your time and money purchasing the warranty. Weve been waiting for our tv stand for over 3 months now. One answers the phone anymore. UPDATE: 4 months removed from my purchsse and the item is still not here. They make it so complicated to redeem the warranty credit. Sorta feels like a scam. We went yesterday and pay for the delivery and we were told noone had to be home as the item will arrive unassembled. Please note we specifically asked this and we once again were mislead. To keep this short, I’m going to summarize. Predatory sales tactics. deceptive price advertising. Deceptive if not, out-right lying on financing terms and conditions. One item started at $2200 then $3900 then with 0% financing for $5800. After walking out of the door they call and offer it for $3000. I will not be a repeat customer. Would only recommend to those who are savvy with street hustle. Would give you zero stars however, won’t let me proceed without at least one.

Worst service ever. Customer service is terrible, never able to get a hold of a supervisor or anyone from the store. My couch is in terrible condition. No one is helping with the situation, I have been getting the run around since February. I’ve been told I’ll get call backs & never once receive them. I had a technician come out to service the couch & he didn’t even leave a report to help me with an exchange. He took a look at the couch & said it should not be in this condition for only getting it 3 months ago! Says for it to look like this we would have had it for years. Technician came April 1st (been waiting since Feb) I called on the 4th because I knew they wouldn’t have info, then I was told “oh it takes 24 hours to update” then told “oh it takes 48” & so on. It is ridiculous. Couch makes horrible noises, loose & worn. Service is terrible, for being the “#1 in mattress in furniture in America” there is NO one to speak to directly! Terrible service, lack of respect & communication! I would never shop here again or recommend to anyone.

Customer service in store was great though very bad with communication on delivery information My delivery date was changed automatically 3x due to my phone number not being changed correctly for method of contact . Keep in mind my order was well over 5000. I contacted customer service 6 times total to change it and confirm delivery. They did "update my phone number "but delivery was still changed due to my number still being incorrect. Went in store 3x and they made sure everything was changed correctly and they said their is nothing else to do and they gave me a phone number to call. The phone number was for the warehouse for those wanting to pick up orders in New Braunfels which had nothing to do with my issue and basically a way for then to get me out of their hair. It was stressful because nobody could help me when giving the resources to call around. The 4th time I finally received my delivery and the delivery employees were very nice.

I wish no stars could be put here…. Ordered 2 beds and when they delivered them they forgot the parts to put them together! They came back and put one bed together and didn’t do the second bed. Its been sitting in a room for over 3 months and every time i call i get the run around yet its time for the second payment yet i only have one compete item!! They are beyond horrible!!!!!! The manager Mia promised they would get it done if not we could come pick something else out. I emailed her and she doesn’t even respond now either! We ordered our furniture sales rep was excellent however the delivery people and main customer service is horrible. They broke the furniture they delivered they told me they could not take it back but replacments would be sent only to say they need to inspect it to see if replacments would be approved but they broke it and one piece came broken out box. They also broke the sofa on delivery. Yesterday I got call that delivery was canceled because one piece was missing now today they say they never canceled but they only have one pier and tv standand that the other pier eas never approved for replacment. I dont know how when the delivery people broke it now I hqve to wait again for someone to come out and check if they can. Then we paid for delivery and installation they didnt install any of it none of the doors were put on the fireplace wasnt installed none of the handles to cabinets were installed either zip ties were left on. Its been one of the worst expetiences we have had while purchasing furniture. Save time stress and money shop somewhere else. I have filed a complaint with BBB already. So much more has happend to much yo list here I have pictures . I wish I could sendnit all back and be done with them. Now we are stuck paying for furniture we dont have and cant use. Yesterday he called Ashley furniture back to inquire about the delivery and was again informed tentatively late December but no guarantees. How does a company operate like this. We purchased our bed in 2018 and were told we had warranty on it. Our wooden frame board broke and we called to try and purchase the parts to replace it. During the call we were told we no longer have warranty on it. Which is fine. However, when trying to purchase the parts to replace it, we were told that the bed has been discontinued and that there is nothing they can do. When I asked to speak to a manager I was denied so because “they were going to tell me the exact same thing. So there’s no point” I was told by the representative that they’re best advice would be to hire a 3rd party to try and fix it. Had I known the bed was going to be discontinued and I was going to be left with a broken bed with no way to be fixed, I would have never purchased it. It is ridiculous that Ashley’s couldn’t even offer any kind of help at all.

So the incorrect item is being stored at my house for free and taking up space. Mind you; the item was paid in full. So it’s like my money is being held hostage and can’t get back to go somewhere else. This place is quick to sell you furniture they can’t even get delivered at a decent time. Don’t waste your time or money there. It’s been horrible customer serve on the phone and at the actual store.

I didn’t feel forced into something I didn’t want or need and I felt like Domingo truly wanted to help me get what would fit my home versus trying to make a sale.
Everything was amazing! The furniture is beautiful and of good quality and they have great deals. I’d also like to mention that the service was excellent! Uriel did such a great job showing us around but also giving us out space. No one was pushy, everyone was friendly and helpful. Uriel’s manager also gave us different price points and certainly offered us packages that were in our best interest. Lastly, before I left I got to see a visually impaired customer come with his young daughter. I got to see another sales representative offer his shoulder to the customer to help guide him throughout the store. Amazing!
Always good customer service, I have made several purchases with Ashley and just love the quality of there furniture.
I have spent many thousands at this store and they are quick to take the money but VERY slow on delivering the product. For the deliveries that I have had, the workers don't take off their shoes or have shoe covers which has left dirt tracks throughout the host. Furthermore, out of the 3 deliveries I have had the past couple months, there have been problems with 2 of them. The first problem is that they installed a bench that had cracked wood on the seat that was clearly visible. They didn't say anything and left as if everything was fine. The second problem is that they set up a bedroom set. Many of the drawers were not installed correctly and the drawer nightstand is so far up that it won't close all the way. I let them know and keep getting the runaround on when a technician is going to call to schedule a fix. That call that I placed is reaching 2 weeks. If you can go somewhere else, that would be a wise decision.

Update to 5 star review 11/7 We will NOT be visiting this store any more. We placed our order and paid for it in full that day and we have recently found out that our order won't be here until Mid December. After placing 2 phone calls about our expected delivery, we were finally told that the material has been on back order since the day we purchased the items even though we were assured it would be less than a week to get our items. Ashley Furniture was VERY quick to take our money but slow on picking up the phone. Not once did we receive any type of communication about our order. The only way we found out about the back order was by trying to confirm we were on for our rescheduled delivery date after the original delivery date was canceled due to our supposed lack of response on delivery confirmation even though there was NEVER any attempted contact to my husband or myself. We will definitely not be recommending Ashley Furniture in the future. 10/29 When we walked in they was only one salesman who approached us, gave us his name, and walked away. NOTHING AT ALL like being at a car dealership which was really nice. Chris the man helping us was very nice and quick with the paperwork one we did decide on our purchase. Would recommend going to this location.

At first the salesman just stood together in the middle of the store. I recognize the manager from a previous purchase. He instructed one of the salesman to help me. I already knew what I wanted since I had already purchased a lift top cocktail table. I measured it and decided on a different one. The salesman at first was on his cell phone. I had to personally get his attention. I purchased the table. I was given a discount.

Do not shop at Ashley furniture on Zarzamora! They have poor customer service, they do not communicate, they do not answer phones! They are all horrible!! I ordered a floor lamp and the lamp is unavailable but I have yet to be able to get my money back. They will not refund for 3 weeks now. They are thieves!!!!
I refuse to give this location ANY stars but I had to otherwise I wouldn’t be able to post a review. They are so unhelpful! We order our furniture in May and we’re told there might be a delay on some pieces. Understood given circumstances. After that it was horrible. Arrival dates were given, arrived at the warehouse and then pieces were not at the warehouse. They “mysteriously” disappeared. There was absolutely no communication between the store, the warehouse or the call center. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager I was instructed to call the call center. When I called the center they told me no matter who I talked to they can only see what is on the screen. So basically there was not anyone who could look further into this supposedly. That is just ridiculous and very unprofessional for there to be no one in charge that could get to the bottom of an issue. This went on for MONTHS! We had to make trips to the store because the store number is directed to the automated call center and we were NEVER able to get through. And when we went to the store and explained the situation different employees told us the scripted “I understand and we’re sorry”. Like no unacceptable don’t be sorry because that is not giving answers to anything. So needless to say today, Oct 1st, we FINALLY got all our pieces delivered. I will never do business with Ashley again! Y’all are the worst when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. I will never have anything good to say about this establishment and I will advertise to anyone about your poor professionalism. JUST SAY NO TO ASHLEYS EVERYONE!! Not worth it!
We were greeted by Christen right away, I told he what I was looking for and he was very familiar with what was on the sales floor. He showed us a few things to choose from. He gave us time to talk over our choices. We picked a beautiful dining table and he explained the protection plan, paid and we were done. He was very professional and personable.
Do Not Shop with Ashley's Furniture!! Since day one it has been a problem with them, salesman adding furniture to my account, waited months for my bedroom set then only partial delivered (ordered in May - were in Oct and still waiting!) automated system is a circle of no customer service, in person no manager ever on site. I should have known when I was shopping around there were two other customers furious with their service. Seriously - A Flea Market will give you true customer service verses Ashley's Furniture Store!!----- I wouldn't have given them one star but had too just to give my review of them!
Sku # on box was right but color of love seat was wrong. Good quality merchandise but packaging needs better communication. Now we are waiting for this error to be corrected.

I mean the furniture is fine until it starts to fall apart.. the insurance is a joke, I didn't even get someone sent out to check it out, just a statement that says "We are so sorry that we cannot provide service on this occasion but would like to point out that your coverage remains in effect for the remaining term of your plan." So the one star is for the 5 years of a useless insurance that was sold to me by Ashley. So save that cash for the next piece of furniture you buy.

He helped us then and we went back to him when we were ready to purchase. Both times he was very friendly and courteous. He was patient as we looked for several items asking a million questions. Have only received part of my purchase, dinner table. They brought in to set up so left them to it. They said ready to go and left. Walked around table to see a huge cracked and broken frame hidden opposite of my initial view. Why would they set up and leave KNOWING that it was broken. Very dissappointed! Its one thing to break during shipping but to set it up anyway and leave saying that "everything is good to go". Unbelievable!!!!

I experienced some of the worse customer service today dealing with a Manger named Hailey. I ordered a dining room set and I know delivery times vary. I recieved a call scheduling delivery, the day before they said they had to reschedule for two weeks later. Ok, I get it. Fast forward two weeks, get a call today rescheduling again this time 4 to 6 weeks. If my furniture isn't available don't schedule me. I was fed up, went into store to cancel my order. The Manger tells me there is a 10 % charge to cancel. I asked why, this isn't my fault. They kept rescheduling, she said sorry I don't see notes about reschedule.You'll have to pay fee. I even showed her confirmation email but she said that doesn't prove it was scheduled.She eventually said you can call customer service. I will never do business with this company again. I finally said just cancel, I guess I'll have to eat the 10%. Horrible customer service. Worse part I paid cash and had no product to show.

Giving it one star because negative stars are not an option! This place is RIDICULOUS, we ordered a significant amount of furniture in MARCH and are still waiting for pieces of it. The last time I called I was told all but 1 piece was ready and that last piece would be no later than June 29. When I called today they told me that person lied to me and no pieces were available and they don't do partial deliveries even though they already delivered part of it. They said by July 16th would be the latest, when asked what happened if they didn't have it then the response was it would be a later date. So apparently the people in store lie and the representatives say the others lied. We spent close to $7,000 at this store and there is NO customer service. We will never purchase from them again and warn everyone that they are a scam who cares NOTHING about their clients. I have already stopped 3 people from purchasing with them and will do whatever I can to stop anyone else!

We had a great experience shopping this afternoon. We were given the time to shop for specific items, with no pushy salesman breathing down our neck. I especially want to thank Mr. Sebastian, he made the experience even better with his patients and knowledge of the stores policies and procedures. I can't wait for the delivery! Update: 06-30-22 I am still waiting for my furniture to be delivered. I've been given two delivery suggestions but those dates have come and gone . Yesterday I was told by a customer service representative the next delivery date is September 14th, that's correct September 14th. May I remind you I purchased this furniture 04-21-22. When I heard September, I had to tell the CSR "I cannot accept that date." I informed him I will be going to the store and I will not be satisfied till we come to a RESOLUTION. To say the least I am not a satisfied customer and I don't wish this experience on anyone. A simple resolution is what I'm looking for.

Giving Ashley a 1 rating still too good. We purchased a dining table set in Sept 2021. They said it would be delivered by November, well never came not till December. After receiving the table and chairs it had some damage. So we went back they were able to see what they could do. Well we were able to exchange with an even exchange to be delivered in Feb to 2022. HOWEVER, we received a text stating we would receive it. BUT, only chairs not the table. We were very upset. We went back to the store wanting a explanation why only chairs So a salesman Jesse Salazar said they don't deliver in pieces. Still have not received the credit. He stated he would give a $220. Credit once we received the table and chairs. I have called customer service twice and they told me no credit was given. I will never buy furniture from Ashley again

Incompetent and unreliable. No matter what hour of the day. Nobody from this location bothers to answer the store phone. My delivery was botched due to incompetence. My wife and I had to drive from La Vernia to fix the situation. I don’t care who you are. No one is that busy.

I went to the store to use my “use it or lose it warranty” balance. I paid the difference and was told I could pick up my order the next day at the warehouse. The following day I called the warehouse to setup a pickup time and was informed the store had placed a hold on my order and it could not be released until they removed it. I called the store and was told that the “warehouse” is the one who had put a remaining balance of .01 onto the account but that they would take care of it. I no longer had time to pick up my order that day so called a week later to setup my pickup. Once I arrived at the warehouse I was told half my order was deleted. After calling the store 10 plus times with no answer I finally got through and was told I had to pick it up in store with 2 days of purchase. I informed then that they were bought IN STORE and I was told to pick them up at the warehouse. Even the paperwork I received had the code for the warehouse as the pickup location. I was then told I could come back in store and reselect another item or get a refund. I then received a call saying they couldn’t refund me in cash and I could lose the rest or take in store credit. This whole process has been a terrible experience I do not recommend this location to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the forum location and never buy the insurance.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If i could give -5 starts i would! First off they obviously just want to sell for commission try and pressure you! Buying insurance and if you disagree with sell’s person the manager will come and try to sell it again. Purchased a couch in January , told me it would be a month to get delivered perfect , no problem gets here one of the motors is out!!! They tell me to call a number to make a claim. Day of appointment for tech to come out never shows up not once but multiple times,we rescheduled and it been the same bs! No shows. Very unprofessional of them they don’t care but oh walk in so nice yeah right just want to sell but give horrible service behind doors! Would not recommend to go here to anyone! Don’t waste your time.

Salesman would no take no for an answer. I told them that I need to check my finance before I would sign any paperwork. The sales presented me with a contract anyway. I got up and walked out of the store. Overall, I don’t have much faith in the company. I don’t recommend purchasing from Ashley’s. The furniture protection plan is not worth your money. My table came to me with white specs on the tables table. When a the service guy came to “fix” the table the white specks still showed up on my brown table top. I wish I would have down my research. Please consider doing yours.
My experience today at this store went really good, all the staff was really friendly and helpful. We dealt with Uriel and the entire experience was very pleasant.
Went in blind in what to decide to get for sofas. Sebastián welcomed my wife and I in, and gave of a general tour. He gave us our personal time to go shopping and reevaluated us for any assistance. After going back and forth on our decision, he remained very patient with us and gave his own self input on our decisions. Definitely enjoyed his service. Going to come back for more merchandise. The sales people were wonderful. But, I don't suggest getting insurance. I have made claims and have been denied. They stated it was a Manufacturing problem. I purchased 2 tables. The other was denied as well. Insurance does not benefit the buyer. I'm so disappointed with them. Read everything before purchasing Insurance.

Wort worst worst experience! If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. First thing is that they do not have a manger to speak to EVER! So if you have an issue do not expect to have a manger assist you. Their customer service reps are so rude and not helpful at all. It is very real that they are not true to their delivery dates. This company should not be in business. Take your time and do your research before shopping with them. They have HORRIBLE reviews on BBB and are under multiple lawsuits for poor customer experience and false guarantees.

I will never buy from Ashley again. I ordered a table in aug of 2021 and was told by the salesman that it would be delivered by oct. It’s is now feb of 2022 and my order has been pushed back 4 times. I called customer service and was hung up on from One of the reps. The store on Zarzamora st does not answer the phone at all. Don’t even bother . I will never recommend Ashley to any family member. Guys do not take their word when they give you a delivery date. It won’t happen. They don’t actually know when they will get stuff in stock. I went to bel Furniture yesterday, prices were better, had their items in stock and they offer a 2 week delivery option because they have a warehouse in Katy.

In my experience One of the sales woman would NOT listen to us or what we wanted. She was getting frustrated with my husband when he was asking questions because we were buying a sofa from them, she would roll her eyes and make sighing noises. If it weren’t for the manager we wouldn’t have bought anything from them. We will not be returning due to this horrible experience, It’s a shame we were going to by a bed set and table.
I was well taken care of with Sebastian. He didn’t hound me around the store and I was able to shop comfortable and find exactly what I wanted. He was available to help me find the perfect fit for my living room.

We etered this store just to see their inventory since the bad experience at another location (I-10) was not the best. Manager, Jonathan approached us with great customer service and explained to him what we were looking for and about our experience at the other store. Showed him what we were looking for and to ask if in inventory with delivery date. In no time he returned along with an sales rep Jackie who assisted us to complete the purchase transaction and answered all questions. We most definitely will return.

When we went in to shop around for furniture for my wife and daughter, we went here first. That was our first mistake. We were greeted and helped out right away and we were at the store for over two hours to get the furniture we were looking at to purchase and make payments for. We were told it was going to be 4 to 6 weeks for everything to be delivered. Time came and went, but no updates and still making payments. I went to the store and talked with them about what was taking so long, only to be told that everything will take 12 to 14 weeks, not 4 to 6. I asked for a full refund and cancel all furniture, but they were quick to make a phone call to get some of the furniture scheduled to be delivered the next week. We got only one thing when delivery day came and it was infuriating. Now, they are telling me that everything else is delayed and we probably won't see for another 30 weeks! Never shopping there again and highly encourage others to look somewhere else for furniture.

Alot of really nice furniture and a big variety. But the restrooms need attention. Lady's room was all out of toilet paper and they needed to be cleaned. U could tell it hadn't been done in a while.

Update: Although the salesperson was great, overall my experience was horrible. Being a 1st time customer I wish I had a better one. I ordered my furniture in November. My couch was delivered in December but my love seat, tv stand and fireplace insert were delivered in July. To think they'd do something nice as an apology, I get a RUDE over the phone rep named Adriana. Oh well I guess I can just say lesson learned here.

I am in the military and I purchased a protection plan for my couch and recliner after I was assured by James Gaddis that I would be able to get my furniture serviced after I move to North Carolina in the event of any malfunction or damage. The right side of my recliner is no longer working and my recliner has a friction tear from the reclining mechanism. I am now being told that neither Ashley Homestore in North Carolina or San Antonio can help me since they are not a part of the same franchise. If you’re in the military, do not purchase from Ashley Homestore.

My COUCH BROKE within 5 months it stop reclining. I bought the warranty BIG MISTAKE !!!!! I have been trying to get them to fix my couch since MAY2021. They keep sending out the same guy to look at it. Literally looks at it and then nothing. I have no answers still. I am still paying for a couch that is broken and now there is 5 people sharing the other one. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESES PEOPLE THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING!! Really thinking of calling that news guy.

I bought a set of couches, it took over 4-months for delivery. After calling and complaining with the store manager, we agreed that he was going to give my $300 credit toward my next purchase, he never kept his word I struggle just to reach him at the store and or by phone. Plus delivery individuals broke my storm door.

Absolutely awful experience. Purchase was made months ago, I spent over $9,000 on new furniture. Three different deliveries have been scheduled and come and gone without anyone showing up and not a single time did Ashley’s reach out to to tell me what’s going on. Every time I’ve had to call them, sit through over an hour on hold, only to be told they’re sorry and will be sure this doesn’t happen again. It’s happened three times already. Will never buy from them again, which is sad, because I’ve been doing business with them for over 10 years, but something in their business model has changed. Customers don’t appear to matter anymore.

Unfortunately we have had a very poor experience with this store. We went in at the end of May of this year and purchased a complete office set. The only item they had in stock was the printer cart but were told the other items would be available in July/August timeframe. My husband and I said that was fine as we had just recently purchased a home. We are at the end of September and till this day, we have yet for someone to give us an update. My husband and I have called on multiple occasions to get an update and the delivery date keeps getting pushed out further and further. We do understand there may be manufacturing delays but to not blatantly communicate with customers is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! There could have been options presented as these items were paid in full when we ordered them. We actually had to go into the store last Sunday to get an update and were told by the female manager on duty that she was going to do everything possible to try and find out items and in 2 days would contact us with an update and refund our money if not able to locate within an appropriate timeframe. However she tried to tell us they couldn’t refund us for the printer stand because it had been delivered. I said that was ridiculous because the only reason it was purchased was because it was an entire office set. She then said we would discuss it as soon as she looked into the other items. It is now Saturday and we are still pending a call from the store directly. Then what’s even worse is we call the corporate number who says they can issue refunds on items that have been delivered due to the circumstances. Absolutely ridiculous and poor communication and customer service. This was our first and will definitely be our last time shopping at this store.
Do not shop here. They are WAY behind and show no sign meeting orders anytime soon. Still waiting on purchases from summer

I loved coming to this Ashely’s furniture but recently I had the most horrible experience I canceled an order that I had placed in August due to it being pushed back numerous times almost 5 months pushed back and requested to cancel and get a refund for what I have paid and I’m still waiting on that refund and we are now in March. I have been told it takes 7-10 business days and when I call and check I am then told it takes up to 4 weeks. I hate getting the run around it’s very frustrating
My sales representative was Ralph Noriega and he was amazing. I shared with him what I was looking for and he was able to help me with it all. He was very professional. I walked in this store yesterday, told the guy how much I had to spend, and what I was looking for. He asked me if I wanted to finance, I told him no, that I would be paying with cash. He then proceeded to tell me what I was looking for would be at the front of the store, or to the right of the store, without actually showing me any specific furniture, then he just walked off. I walked around for about twenty minutes without any further help. So I decided to just leave , as I was leaving a lady finally asked me if I had been helped, but just as I was ignored I returned the favor. I will never shop at this or any Ashley's ever again. The customer service was by far the worst I have ever encountered. It says one star but its really a ZERO.

This place is something else. So I walked into the store and saw numerous sales people a few were taking care of customers of course. Me and my daughter walked around for 20 minutes and finally someone said, We are short staffed...we'll be with you shortly. No one spoke to us when we walked in and ever so often when I looked up from browsing the staff would look away...as if we were some alien species...You all have got to do better.

Bought a nice couch from Ashley. Edit: I indeed bought a nice couch from Ashley...that was supposed to be delivered between 9-12am. Still no couch. Called the guy and basically said they are having to swap the couch on a different truck because one of the delivery guys didn't have an ID to get on base. Talk to the other guy and he said it wouldn't be until after 2 but assured he would deliver it today. I took off work and paid the delivery fee to be here and you guys absolutely wasted my time. Thanks.

I love my couches and the tv stand but I also purchased a protection plan for them to be cleaned when they’re dirty. I know the rules are on the paperwork but no one ever reads them! I know I didn’t, apparently I was supposed to tell the call center about the stains within 30 days. But get this, I had initially called the call center and they told me to call the STORE. These people never answer the phone, I know they’re not that busy?! I also don’t live near the store, so I can’t just drop by. I finally chatted with someone online and they gave me the actual number to report the stains. Then she put in the claim and told me they can’t do it because it needed to be reported within 30 days. I told her to cancel it so I can call and lie but she had already put it in. They didn’t make any exceptions for even though it was only once and I was given misinformation! What I am getting at is to NOT buy the protection plan, you’ll be wasting money. Now I have to see if I can get pro-rated refund, probably won’t be nothing and my money was wasted but oh well. Worst thing is the call center can’t give it to me, and the store manager won’t answer or call me back. I’ll probably just have to go and get my refund hopefully I won’t waste time. Oh and about the protection plan, if there’s TOO many stains they also won’t come clean it. Ridiculous, isn’t that the point of the plan? Ugh. I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied with this company, I will never purchase any type of “protection plan” with them.

They didn't get here until 7pm and said the TV stand was damaged so they had to take BOTH items back! We waited ALL DAY for this?? And the guy said we'll get a call to reschedule....we've been waiting over 2 months and we've order a living room set, entry table and tv stand. Haven't received ANYTHING and NEVER receive a call from the company. You have to call them, if you didn't they would never deliver your furniture to you. This is the worst experience I have ever had.

My order was incomplete. Then the warehouse tried to pass off a broken dresser, they attempted to repair, as the one I purchased. Several attempts to call this location have been in vain. No one answers the phone. Don't shop here. They will rip you off.
Tried calling them for days. No one picks up or for some odd reason we get disconnected. Looks like I will have to go in person to find out the status of my delivery. Top 10 worst customer service ever.
The sales person was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. On my second trip needing to make changes to the original purchase it was not a problem. Purchased a bedroom set and dining room set on 2/20/21. As of today, I only have a mattress and 2 pillows. Waiting on a $150.07 refund that I was to receive in 52 days, we are now on 60 days and still have not received a refund. Also, having a difficult time getting someone on the phone at the Ashley Store on SW Military and Zarzamora St (where I purchased the furniture). I want to cancel order but was told that I will have to pay a 10% cancelation fee. My total furniture purchase is $9,000.00 which comes out to $900 cancelation fee. There's no return policy, either. Reporting this to the BBB. 6/19/21 I will never, ever do business with Ashley Home Store!!! Very, very disappointed in how they do business. Promises upon promises have yet to be made. Save yourself the time, stress and disappointment!
Financed a living room set on 3/04/2021. Was pleased with the sales team and the info provided. Was advised would take 6 to 8 weeks to have furniture delivered. Was also advised that I would receive a follow-up on details of delivery, that was never done. I called on Monday 4/12 to inquire on my delivery. I was advised my delivery date would be 4/17, but would receive a call 3 days prior to delivery which would be 4/14. Did not receive call so I called to confirm. I ws then advised that there was no gurantee I would receive my furniture till possibly May 10th and that date was tentative. I asked if they could contact manufacturer to identify specific date was advised they could not. I asked if they could.provide.me the info for me to contact they said they could, but disconnected the call. I had to call.Ashley customer service a total of four times. I was finally able to speak to a supervisor and was able to cancel the order and request a refund for what I had already paid. They have horrible customer service and are extremely rude and unhelpful.

Ashley furniture is a scam. We purchased a bedroom set, decided to save the 200.00 on delivery so decided to pick up furniture. Waited several days to ensure all furniture was available. When arrived in New Braunfels Tx we were told not all furniture was available so if we only took part of it WE WOULD BE CHARGED A FEE FOR taking part of the bedroom set. We canceled the order!
Staff there was very helpful and so respectful. Mr. Joe showed so much patience and answered all of my answers did his upmost to help me with out interest .

We have been loyal customers for the past 9 years and have bought most of all our furniture from here. Unfortunately we purchased the warrant along with 2 of our recent purchases and have been disappointed to say the least with their response time on a warranty issue. It has been 5 months since we submitted a warranty claim and have had little to no response from the Ashleys third party's warranty group. Very frustrated and disappointed at this time.
They took the time to ensure I was really getting what I wanted, never felt rushed not once during the process. Friendly staff very knowledgeable and patient definitely went out of their way to help me put pieces together to help form my vision!

I went to three furniture stores and couldn't find anything that caught my eye until i walked into Ashley's. It was just what i wanted and almost 300$ less than most bed sets i had seen! I loved my salesman too. I never felt hounded or pressured to buy anything. Definitely buying from here again.

My experience with Ashley Furniture Hasn't been a Happy one. We purchased a mattress set on 06 Jan 2021 at the Zarzamora store. Everything I've been promised hasn't happened. They said as soon as delivered we would get a $600 dollar gift card. That hasn't happened. Was told we could try out bed, we did but weve been having Problem with bed it's too hard, went to the store they said we couldn't return bed, we just wanted a softer mattress to sleep on. Were told we have to keep for 30 days, Mr Rudy Montes is a 100 percent disabled veteran who has been put thru alot of pain and suffering. He is sleeping On a recliner cause he hasn't been able to sleep on the bed. We were promised softer mattress and its yet to arrive or be delivered. However, once they had our money, then there was no urgency to get us our furniture . We purchased a bedroom set and dining table mid February. Were told it would take 3-5 weeks. It was finally scheduled to get delivered about 8 weeks after we purchased. When it arrived only the bedroom set was delivered and had to wait another week for the dining table. One of the chairs wobbles and was told it would get taken care of. Almost 3 weeks later still have a wobbly chair and no response as to how to get it replaced. Customer service was horrible in trying to get everything resolved. I would only get to speak with someone if I followed up with them because no one would ever follow up when they said they would. Jesse Salazar is a great salesman, but can be difficult to reach after he makes the sale. We love the furniture it's self. Not sure I would purchase at Ashley again just because of how difficult it was just to get what I purchased.

He let us know he ran the credit but never told us he applied for four. I'm paying monthly for a lazy boy chair and pending an order for almost 1 and half months. I called to cancel, I was told it would arrive the week after or late december. Beyond disappointed. He called my phone which my wife had and harassed her about why we didn't want them and that he had them but needed us to wait for delivery. So again after my 1st review. They're pretty professional but to benefit themselves. I don't blame other employees but it only takes one.

We purchased a sofa and dining room table. Everything went well at the Ashley Store on South Zarzamora St., until we needed service on the Dining Room table chairs, which I complain as the legs on 4 chairs were uneven. The delivery person stated the following “ No problem Sir just call the 1-800 customer service and they will schedule someone to come next week to make and adjustments or replace the chairs. Get this the dining room table was delivered on November 24, 2020. My wife went to Ashley to complain and was informed that due to the covid the customer service Dept at the store was closed and she would have to call the 1-800 and to start calling at 9am and she might get through. After finally getting through to customer service we were informed that we would be getting a call from AHM Furniture Service Company to setup and appointment. No one called, but after checking my email I found an email from AHM and was setup an appointment for Saturday January 02,2020 between the hours of 8am and 6pm. WOW!!!!. On Saturday Morning January 2nd I called AHM and was inform that my appointment had be canceled and moved to January 9th (WOW). On January 7th I received a call that my appointment is on scheduled and repairman will be arriving at 6pm on January 9th. I was MAD and informed AHM that I was not waiting around the hold day for my appointment at 6pm. An to reschedule me for early hours appointment. Get this my appointment is now scheduled for February. Wow we will never be purchasing NO MORE FURNITURE from Ashley. This is living HELL. Good Luck Everyone.

I have been trying to resolve an issue regarding damaged furniture with this store for months now. I have sent photos and have spoken to a floor manager and still have not received a response. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and I am disappointed in the way I have been ignored. I would not recommend anyone do business with this location.

Be aware of the promises they make you. The agreement was if you purchased the insurance and don't use it during the 5 years i would have a credit of $300 to use in the store. When I was ready to make a purchases. They said it had to be $500 or more if I wanted to redeem the offer.
It was a simple purchase but I got the distinct impression that my purchase wasn’t worth anyone helping me. The last time I spent 2100.00 and the salesman were tripping over each other to help me but this time it was only 150.00 and I felt like I was imposing on their time. I like Ashley Furniture products but I feel that their customer service has fallen as of late .

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ordered two items, a new dining table and a new sectional. These were ordered in Late October and were expected to arrive on the same date of Nov. 4th. That day comes and goes with absolutely no word from Ashley’s. I attempted to call the store and the sales manager who organized the sale. I called each four times over the course of four days and received no answer from either. After being unable to get ahold of anyone we decided to cancel the order. The day after doing so we were contacted by the sales manager who sold us the items. He offered discounts to keep our business and we agreed. We received a new ship date and the table did arrive. The sectional however was a no show and we were told it would be delivered at a later date after repeated attempts to contact the store and manager. We were told it would be delivered today(dec 10th) but we’re never given a time, we were told the delivery team would contact us. We gave them two numbers to call so if one couldn’t be reached they would call the other, as explained to us by Ashley’s. The truck showed up at 8:30am when nobody was home and left without contacting the second number(mine). I called the store to have them return and I was told they would be back the same day. I called at the end of the day to find out it was never rescheduled for the same day. It will be a week later. The shipping isn’t what angers me it’s the absolute lack of any regard for any kind of customer service from this store and company. I had to beg for a reply every time they failed to deliver. They do not care about you unless you’re canceling an order.
Our salesman was very knowledgeable, gave us some insight on how and why to pick a mattress. Very good experience. Can’t wait to get our purchase.

I came in looking to purchase a couch. Advised sales rep i was paying cash. I was not helped at all. Hes name is Johnny he kept walking away from me and my mother. Wasn't helpful at all with informing me with any details of what i was looking for or what they offer. When i was left behind again i was getting ready to leave and we said well keep looking he stayed facing forward said bye never once turned around to acknowledge us. I went in looking for a dresser I saw online. It wasn’t in stock at the store but the rep was able to order it, price match, and get it delivered in about a week. She even managed to get the delivery fee brought down. She made it a great experience for me to get exactly what I wanted in a timely manner at a great price. The sales person who helped us, Chris Cuevas, it was a horrible experience. At the end I realized he added a warranty deal that we didn’t know about, he didn’t explain or ask if it was okay. I had to call and ask if that could be removed. They NEVER pick up their store phone. Someone else from another location had to email the store. Then I was told I have to go into the store to have it removed. I spoke to a woman named Susanna, she said she’ll put in a request and good thing I came in before delivery or it couldn’t be removed. A week later, It’s still on my payment! Has NOT been removed. I walk in again and spoke to girl named Samantha. She said the form wasn’t submitted to accounting!! 2 months later, Still on my bill!!!! I have a feeling I’ll end paying for it since it’s reflected on my credit. Never ever going back to this location!!!!! Horrible location

To whom it may concern, We would like to give a huge shout out to Ralph Noriega at the Ashley location on S. Zarzamora for helping us purchase a recliner loveseat immediately. Ralph was informative, knowledgeable and sold us on a recliner sofa but due to our immediate circumstances we needed either a loveseat or sofa that day. Ralph showed us what Ashley had on their clearance area so that we could purchase and take the product immediately. The loveseat recliner’s power cords didn’t come with the loveseat recliner, but Ralph showed us where to go to purchase the items. Ralph used a store recliner power cord to ensure both recliner loveseats functioned properly. He listened to what we wanted, what are needs where, and gave us solutions for our future living room upgrade. We will defiantly come back to get the perfect couch we wanted because of Ralph! Ralph’s customer service was exceptional and because of him we will be coming back to Ashley’s

poor customer service, expect a 45+ min wait delay to actually get to speak to someone about delivery, expect delivery delays and schedule changes at least 3 or more times. then when you finally speak to someone they tell you all your products will not be delivered at the same time... the wait noise hype talk about the corporation while be placed on hold is annoying af especially when ur having issues with them meeting co. hype standards..... I ordered numerous other products recently from conns, walmart, Amazon etc at the same time or afterwards and got all my products on time so whats going on with this delivery?!?!?!? they say they stock in they own warehouse and say other bs... im just super frustrated because time is money and valuable. omfg I'm on hold while writing this review and its been delayed again...😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬🤬

I've made a claim did all that I was supposed to take and send pictures to serta, serta advised me to call them since they do have someone on site to help I called about 12 times all failed no-one could help. So I went up there 2 weeks ago and they said someone would call me from delivery. I'm still waiting Im on phone with their 1800 number again.

So let me start off with I’ve always loved The quality of Ashley Furniture in the past when we have ordered we were made aware it could take 6 weeks to receive our furniture. But let’s jump to the future we are talking about the year 2020 I am so disappointed how Ashley’s is now conducting business. What do you mean one minute it’s available and one minute it’s not. What do you mean you send out text messages saying you need to confirm your delivery and then you sit and wait and the delivery never shows up and then you call and wait 30 min to speak to someone only for them to tell you oh I’m sorry your items are not available and they give you a new date! What do you mean? I’ve literally waited 3 months to receive furniture and as I am writing this message I’m on hold once again trying to find out why my items are not available????? Do not order from Ashley’s unless you are okay with waiting!
We have never walked in a Ashley Furniture till Sunday a day before Labor Day at exactly 6:55p.m. Jesse greeted us with a smile and showed us around. He was so friendly and informative. No pressure sells tactics or frustration, considering we walked in so late. He allowed us to take all the time we wanted to make our selection. We literally went to 4 different furniture stores through out that day leaving unsatisfied. And we are grateful we walked in to Ashely at the last minute. Because of Jesse and his patience with us we left very happy and confident with our purchase👍

This is the worse experience I have ever received to buy furniture , customer service should receive negative stars. All the managers and supervisor are no where to be found or off for days. Buying from here is the biggest mistake. They are very dishonest ! And when asking for a refund they love to give you the run around, I hope upper management sees this post to see how this south side store is treating customers . I’m sure I am not the only victim that this has happen to. I will be reporting this location to BBB since many attempts were made with out getting resolved..

Walked into Ashley's thinking we would be attacked by desperate salesmen, but the vibe was very relaxing and welcoming. Our salesperson Amanda was very patient, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. She explained how the financing options work and got us set with a comfortable and affordable payment. She viewed pictures of our house and the style we were going for, and recommended pieces that went perfectly with it. Definitely recommend her, will be buying again in the future.

Today my wife and I visited Ashely Furniture with the hopes of buying a new couch, and a mattress. As soon as we entered the store, we were welcomed by sales associate Pedro Lopez. He asked us what brought us into Ashley's, when we told him we were looking for a certain type of sectional sofa. He immediately went to work by showing us the perfect sectional couch we were searching for. Then we asked him if could help us find a table for 6 people. We gave him the description of table we wanted to purchase and once again he walk us to the perfect table we were looking for. As we were walking towards his computer to run our credit and our paperwork. My wife and I were talking about buying a mattress once Pedro heard us. He asked what kind of mattress we were looking for, the price range of the mattress had to be at and the comfort the mattress had to be in. He helped us with that as well. Pedro was very informative and very knowledgeable about each and every piece of furniture we were interested in. He went above and beyond to help us with what we were looking for. Never once did my wife and I feel pressured into buying something we didnt want to. We will definitely be coming back and also recommending friends and family about Ashley Furniture if they are ever interested in buying furniture.
I bought a living room set and the delivery was going to take long because of covid-19. So I went to the store and Chris took care of me he offered to put me in a better set for the same price and my delivery will be in by next week. So I am very happy with their service and help. Service was ok but they have not solved problem of delivery! My mother bought furniture on June 11 2020 and still not delievered after being given 3 dates for delivery! Not even the courtesy to notify of why they didn't fulfill the scheduled date and when I called to find out was told I had cancelled date of delivery which I had not done! They even put me on hold for over twenty minutes each time with blaring music on. At this time on 8/12/20 I am on hold waiting to find out when it will be delivered and I've been on hold since 12:05 and it is now 12:25 pm. How's that for service! The recording is even having difficulty like an old scratched record!!. Oh my mother even paid cash for furniture!! How's that for treatment of 91 year old!!
Our sales associate, James, and his manager, Jesse, were both friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I went with my aunt, uncle and nephew to look for a recliner and mattresses and were shown a good selection to choose from. My aunt also purchased a dining table and chairs and Jesse and James completed the application process quickly, discussed financing options and scheduled the delivery of all the items. Nice employees to deal with who made our shopping experience a pleasant one. Recommend you speak with James for any furniture needs.

We purchased just under 10,000 dollars worth of furniture from this store. We had a pleasant purchasing experience and with the help of staff, picked a bedroom set and mattress that we are really happy with. This is the ONLY reason the review is 2 stars instead of 1. At several times I considered cancelling our order an starting anew because the delivery process and customer service after purchase was just TERRIBLE. The items that we purchased were to be delivered on a day that I worked. I spent hours on the phone on 2 separate days trying to reschedule. We were told that due to COVID, they were unable to book us greater than 7 days in advance. I get it, COVID has messed up many processes. However, both phone calls were within the 7 days and we kept getting brushed off being told that we would receive a text to confirm 2-3 days out. I received 2 separate text messages with 2 dates for confirmation, accepting both, assuming that the earlier day (and my noted day of preference) were available. They had split the shipment to 2 separate dates...The way that they split the shipment was that we would receive a KING size tempurpedic mattress and metal base first, with the bedset second. Their intent was to have a metal KING size bed frame assembled on my unprotected wood floor first and somehow have the second delivery guys set up a KING sized bed in the same room after the fact. I don't know how this makes sense. We ended up getting a hold of the headquarters responsible for delivery and got it rescheduled... Only to have the delivery guy show up with the metal frame and mattress on the day that we cancelled. I told him that we had rescheduled the order and that this wasn't our fault. He was rude and insisted that we accept the delivery, essentially threatening that our delivery would be extremely delayed if we said no. To cut this short, I've spent too many hours dealing with this company that has zero customer service after they have your money. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. It just isn't worth the hassle. BTW- the bedside stand was broken before shipment (we weren't told ahead of time)...now we have a third delivery to coordinate.
We went in to buy a Livingroom set on 7/11/2020. We where told it would take four weeks, we informed the Sales Manager Chris Cuevas that we had our daughter's adoption on the 1st week of September, he assured me that they could meet the date. I then called on The 1st week of August and was informed that it would be until September. When I asked for the manger John Ortiz to inform him that that was not the we had agreed ,that we informed Chris Cuevas (while shopping/ and email)that we needed this Livingroom by the 1st week of September because we have a adoption and he reassured us that it would be delivered and that we would not have anywhere for our guest to sit because we donated our Livingroom set to The Battled Shelter , his response " how people are you expecting?, " I said, "20 to 25", his response, " You can't sit 25 people on that couch anyway." Never mind that I have no Livingroom and John did not call either like he stated he would with the update on Monday morning. Ashley Furniture salesman are like used car salesmen, say anything to make the sale and @#$%& customer service after the sale.

Can’t get my already paid for furniture.. they schedule a delivery date so I make arrangements to be home for it.. only for them to cancel 3 times already. Last cancellation was because my order was on Backorder?!?! But yet it had been scheduled for delivery 2 prior times. When I asked why and how it was on Backorder I was told that they sold it to someone else... If it’s My Paid For already order That I’ve been waiting on...how did it get sold to someone else??? And when I call it’s a wait if over 25 mins then a hang up. I purchased my furniture in May now I’m waiting til last day of August if it’s not canceled again.

I still do not have my furniture. I ordered furniture over a month ago in early june. Sales associate explained how pieces are delayed due to covid but looked up my individual pieces and said July 17th at the latest. I was notified and given a delivery date for my furniture for July 17th on the 15th of July. Arranged my schedule. Day of I was called saying they did not have my furniture. Then why did you schedule a deliver for it!? I'm ready to report to Better Business Bureau. I called the company and they said they would call me Monday to schedule a delivery date. Nobody called. I called them repeatedly, waited on hold, then was hung up on when my call went through without a word being exchanged. I paid cash for my furniture. Ashleys has my money and I have nothing to show for it except for my head board in a box that can't be assembled. Now my special needs son can't go in his room without me fearing the heavy box falls on him. What. A. Mess!

It went from a good experience to a horrible one, first off the people in store we’re nice and polite, I spent $3,000 And was on my way no problem, I’ve been waiting 2 months for my delivery and 2 weeks before delivery date, they said there was a delay on one couch but they would still drop off the rest of my furniture, then a day before delivery They called again and said there was another problem and all the tables are delayed but they would still drop off 1 couch, so on the day of delivery I called to make sure they would be there and they said they would, I asked off work to make sure I was there just for them to never show up, I’ve been calling and been put on hold every time just to get hung up on by machine, It seems like they were happy I spent the money, But after that, they gave me the run around, I’m getting ready to just go in person and cancel the order all together

Yeah we have been waiting for a refund since May and have been getting the runaround as to when we will be receiving our check! We are owed a little over $400 and have called the store as well as emailed and we have not had a response. We purchased from the store on Military and Zarzamora. This is already after y’all have kept the 10% for our cancelled order. This should NOT be happening to people and this is horrible service from each person we have tried speaking to in order to resolve this. I would appreciate a real response from someone can help us resolve this!
This business continues to be a great disappointment. Would get much better customer service from a rent to own locations. Yes would cost more however at least they work to keep their customers happy and satisfied. Ashley once they get your business. They drop you and your concerns. What a shame employees don't realize every customer matters their monies matter their feed back matters.

Went into the store with clearance hopes and found exactly what I was looking for. I got a clearance couch and ended up buying also a love seat of the same brand, brand new, Both my boyfriend and I got what we wanted in the end with the help of Chris ! He was amazing ! I went here today with my grandparents. We told the lady (Mary) exactly what we were looking for. We were VERY specific. This lady decided to show them more things then needed, we tried to tell her that's not what we are looking for and she would not listen. Very pushy. Walked at a very fast pace in which my grandparents could not keep up. We will not be back now or ever. Very bad experience for my grandparents. Being a sales lady is one thing being pushy and not even listening to your customer is another.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. DO NOT GET ANYTHING from Ashley’s. I bought a complete bedroom set 4/26/20 and it is now 5/28 and I still haven’t received my dresser. Every time they have brought my dresser there’s some kind of damage. I went into stored to stress my frustration and Jesse Salazar said he’d take care of it and have some girl Bella call me back with delivery date and 4 days have gone and yet receive a phone call. Also Jesse gave me false information stating if spent more than 3,000 I wouldn’t have to pay monthly payment and I have received a bill for June. I went into store again and spoke to a Pedro Lopez also stating he’d help fix this ongoing issue and noting has been.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I recently started gathering furniture for our home and I always end up coming right back to where I started Ashley's Home Store on S. Zarzamora and SW Military location. I have always had great experience and great customer service along with great furniture and even great warehouse experience when they drop off this my 5th account and always try to go for paying within 90 days and in my monthly budget never going over my budget even though I qualify for more.

Nobody has attempted to fix or bring my rightful due of proper furniture. On top of that. The installers dented my front entrance threshold to my new home. Pathetic.

Finance staff of very rude. We have been attempting to get a refund and everyone we spoke to is very incompetent. Please beware of this company, I’m not too sure how they’re still in business.

We were very pleased. Ashley's was recommended to us by friends so we went to go check out some items. We were greeted by sales reps as we were entering the store. I informed the Rep that this was our first time at an Ashley Home Store and Pedro said to look around and that he would be there if we had any questions. We got some prices on some items and some on other things that were not on our list to buy. We even tried an awesome mattress we need to think on that one a bit long but we made a purchase and will be returning to Ashley's home store in the near future.

By far the worst experience, our sales rep was Pedro Lopez first off didn’t set expectations that a company would be calling to inform us of credit application being ran even though no account was opened under them. Since they have 60 mo no interest genesis told us they only offer 12 mo. 2nd complaint upon delivery of bedroom set only the mattress was delivered on the day if so i had to call again to see what was on that order, then they tell me i have to go pick up the cover for the mattress at the store (expectation wasn’t provided on this either). I call again they say bed set would get delivered on Monday. I call Saturday to just double check since i have to work around their delivery time and dates so i get the day off, i call next thing you know now it’s getting delivered on Tuesday instead! Seriously don’t go here they don’t explain proper expectations period!!!

My wife and I went to buy a reclining sofa. We were met right away with a sales person named Abel who took the time to show us different couches and explain each of the prices and options for us. We had a minor set back with our bank card that required us to leave the store and visit our bank. Abel texted us to make sure everything was okay in general. We ended up buying the couch and got a great deal. Will definitely shop with Ashley furniture in the future.
As soon as me and my husband walked in Joe Balderas was quick to notice us and greet us. We were uncertain about the type of sofas we wanted and he recommended really great options. I was really wanting dark colors to avoid getting ruined by my little ones but he gave us the option of getting warranty, and after going into detail on the warranty it helped make our decision. Thank you Joe for providing us with great customer service and brand new sofas we will definitely be back to see you and recommend our family and friends!

Worst experience ever the sales man that sold me the mattress was very unprofessional I almost felt pressured to buy that particular mattress he more less explained the difference between two mattresses and walked away to go gossip with his coworkers, the older lady that assist me with the purchase of the bed frame definitely needs retraining it’s almost if you don’t buy the protection for the furniture or expensive items that they suggest they don’t treat you right.!

We attempted to contact the store for over a day and a half using the phone number on our sales order and there was no one answering the main store number. It went to voicemail and no one responded to the voicemail. We contacted the local customer service group but they could not reach the store either. The store did not respond to the emergency tickets forwarded by customer service. We received a note from the delivery people but the delivery manifest was incorrect. I contacted corporate customer service and they were able to put a hold on the incorrect item but it still will take sales force action to correct the sales order to get us what we want. Corporate was also unable to contact the store directly so they sent another emergency ticker to the store to have them contact us and correct the sales order. That was several hours ago and still no response. I will probably cancel this order
Service here is great! Angel was the one who helped us from the moment we walked in, she guided us to what we were looking for and then would walk away for a while to let us process and then she'd come back and see if we had questions. We never really felt pressured but really just loved the deals and options that were available with Ashley's. We did end up taking a few of those deals and we will be coming back here for more in the near future. Their prices are pretty good considering they are the top furniture store in the nation, their financial options were amazing! I didn't think I'd qualify and the results were amazing! You have to go here! I'm sure y'all love them too!

Went in and made a big purchase. Received a partial order and was told that additonal items were back ordered. Spoke to them on several occasions over a six to eight week period and was told that my items were back ordered. Spoke to customer care and was finally told that the items had never been ordered and that it would be an additional charge since the items were not charged on the original invoice. I called and spoke to store manager Roger who basically would not come to an agreement with me to discount the price for my inconvinence. He also told me they have a no return policy when i told her I no longer wanted the items purchased. He treated me as if it were my error not the sales person or the stores error, raised his voice at me, was very rude and even hung up the phone on me. I would not recommend anyone purchase items from this store.

Horrible place! This is our second time coming here and the first time we had a horrible experience with the delivery. The second time we figured a couple years have past by they have to be doing better in the delivery department but we thought wrong. The first thing we told Joe from Ashley’s at 7010 S Zarzamora st San Antonio Texas 78224 was can you please make sure we don’t get the run around like we did the first time we bought from y’all and he said I won’t let that happen to y’all I’ll take care of y’all. 1 month late we get a call to schedule our day for delivery and we had 3 accounts so after we scheduled the first one we asked about the other 2 and they were going to send all our stuff to a different address that joe had put in wrong that we told him to change and he said that he would. First deliver was our couch keep in mind that we had a Christmas party in 5 days so the couch was just in time. When the couch arrives we only receive 2 pieces and said don’t know when our third piece will be delivered. We were like ok that’s fine there still plenty of room it just looks weird since it’s missing a piece and it’s a sectional. Next order is our table now it’s 3 days before our party and the dinning room table shows up and we’re like where are our chairs? They said there was no chairs on the order. I call the store like 100 times no one ever answers finally I get a answer and ask for joe he said we will figure it out I will call you later that day. No call!! So we go in 2 days before our party and the lady said it looks like it was deleted from your order and ask joe to come to the front. He dosnt look at us just says I don’t know what happened and leaves. So we leave with no chairs. We had our party and have to Use our fold out chairs which looked horrible. Next was our 2 Queen bed sets with the rails head board and railings. One bed was right and the other they said was only a head board when we asked joe if it came with everything the headboard the railings and the side panels and he said yes it’s on clearance and it was missing some studds but we thought it’s a good deal we will be fine with the minor defects. But of course he messed up again and only put the head board so then are trying to charge us 300 more dollars for the side panels and would give us the rails for a mistake that joe made. They finally tell us our couch can be delivered on Monday the 6th I’m excited they take it out of the truck and it has a huge hole in the back so it got sent back. We placed our order in November and we still have not received the rest of our couch, our chairs and the bed.
Found exactly what I was looking for and more. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and my salesperson was very friendly but respectful. I ended up buying about $2000 worth of merchandise and looking forward to going back again.
Purchased a couch and desk a week before thanksgiving with the understanding that we would receive the products before Thanksgiving. We were promised by the salesperson and the sales supervisor that the produducts would be available but we had to pick them up at the warehouse in New Braunfels. We rented a Uhaul ($250) and were at the warehouse on the date specified. Warehouse indicated that they only had part of the couch there and did not have the desk. Warehouse said we should have called. No paperwork or salesperson report that we "should have called the warehouse" when the sales person and supervisor told us all we had to do was pick it up on the date they told us. We called the sales person for a free delivery of the missing furniture. Nope, they would not deliver for free. 2 months later, the warehouse said they would have the missing furniture. We went in the store to cancel the rest of the order and they charged us a 10% "restocking fee" for the furniture they did not even have in stock. It was at that point the sales manager offered free delivery. Well, that is too little, too late. We will never use Ashley's furniture again. Beware!
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! Bought, paid in full, a couch and loveseat. This was done around November 18th, with delivery on December 12th. That got changed, without notification, to December 14th. On the 13th we get a call letting us know loveseat is on back order, and they will deliver it separately on December 23rd. Once again no contact so, call to determine when on the 23rd. Now I’m told, not the 23rd but the 24th. Call on the 23rd, since no confirmation text has been sent and I’m told delivery is now for December 30th!!!!! Mind you this is a loveseat we have paid for and, is sitting in the warehouse! Complain about yet another change in date and, the representative cancels our delivery date, without saying anything! Call on the 26th and am told we cancelled the delivery but, they’ll get it to us on January 3rd!!!!!! You can never get a hold of anyone at the store and you have to explain your issue, from the beginning, each time you call! This is after their system disconnects you when you’ve sitting on hold, multiple times!!!! I will never recommend this company or location to anyone and, encourage potential shoppers to avoid them. Unless you don’t mind waiting for months for them to deliver your property! Oh, and we PAID for the delivery!!!!!
I was being helped by the “mattress expert” and he kept trying to get me in the $6000 mattress and even called his manager to convince me. After saying numerous times not to get me a credit increase, I just got a letter telling me I got denied for an increase at Ashley’s. I will never buy from in store again.

Went in store on 10/26 to make a mattress purchase. On 10/28 called to cancel the order. Mind you, it still hasn’t left the warehouse. Was on hold for 45 mins just to be told they can’t take cancellations over the phone cause I have to sign cancellation paperwork. Fine, I went to store the same morning. Supposedly i canceled order and didn’t have to sign paperwork after all so that a was lie. The women told me I would get my refund minus a 10% cancellation fee in 3-5 business days. Here we are on the 10th business day 11/11 and call store... waited 35 mins just for some guy talking to someone else hang up on me.. called corporate. They said I have to speak to someone at the store so I attempt to call again.. Waited another 45 mins to be automatically transferred to the corporate office. at this point I’m very irritated at their phone handling abilities and of course the lack of repayment of refund. The corporate office rep told me the store NEVER closed my transaction and I needed to speak to someone at the store.. lol I told her nobody likes to pick up the phone. She placed me on hold to put us on a 3 way call. Lord and behold she was back on the line with me and a store employee less than a min. Told the women my situation and first thing comes out her mouth is well we are going to impose the 10% cancellation fee. I told her I was fully aware of the situation and to proceed to give me my remaining balance back on my credit card. Then, she quotes me a price that is lower than what the other women told me I would get back the first go around. At this point, I was tired of dealing with this mess and just wanted to be done. What they should have done was waive the cancellation fee and offered an a apology. But if they are that money hungry I can see why. Bad service = no business. Instead of making it right they rather nickel and dime customers. I use to shop at another Ashley store a few years back and completely furnished every room with their furniture. Several thousands of dollars were spent and never had an issue with the other store so I figured it would be the same here. I was totally wrong. So to the future potential customers of this store I strongly advise to use caution buying anything from them and to shop around before making any decisions. This store doesn’t even deserve the one star if that tells you anything. Good day folks
Today my husband and I went into the this store todo some furniture shopping. We were lucky enough to land a Design Team Member by the name of Ida Estrade. Ida was patient, kind and really listened to our needs. I truly appreciated her hard work and dedication to us as customers. We will definitely be back for other items in the near furniture.

The staffing at this location is very unprofessional.management is the up most rudest person in the world and their finance department that is a whole understatement don't even think they have their high school education or GED how they did great people just because there's four is less than perfect mind you mine is 4 points from perfect degrading me thinking that I cannot afford furniture. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this south locations delivery scheduling team. First, I received a call saying we were not getting our furniture delivered on the agreed day and for me to call them back to reschedule due to the rails of our bed being damaged. I called, no one picked up, and never got a call back when I left my number for a “call back”. Luckily we stayed home that day because the furniture was delivered without the rails. I received a TEXT with information to reschedule. I confirmed for the rails to be delivered a week later(Tue). But I never received information on a timeframe for delivery. When I called they told me my order was not on the truck for that day. So I had to reschedule again. for the rails to be delivered two days later(Thur). I received the confirmation that the delivery would arrive around 4-7 pm thursday. Around 1 pm that day I got a call from the delivery driver stating he was 30 minutes away. I had things to do but did not leave my home to be there for delivery. 1:30 rolls around and he calls again saying he’s still 45 minutes away. So I wait. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and stayed home longer. By 7pm I was fed up and confused because I received a text to reschedule once again for following week. I called their scheduling number and the rep proceeds to tell me THE RAILS WERE DAMAGED and I’d have to reschedule a new delivery AGAIN. However, she said I’d have to call back tomorrow because my information was locked and she had no idea when I’d be able to get the rails. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Although the furniture is nice, there is no way I’m buying here again. I’d rather avoid this stressful delivery process and take our business somewhere else.

Worst service ever! Bought a sofa and extended warranty. Waited weeks for delivery. Had the sofa barely 40 days when it broke in half. Yes, the frame inside broke in half! Tried to get repair or replacement and they refused. WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY! Won't even send a technician to examine the defect properly. Won't buy there anymore. I got durablend recliners which had a recall they knew about, never contacted us and refused to replace, the reclines had never been sat on more that 5 times..and the durablend leather is peeling on both recliners...they don't care...I've paid cash for my furniture and my daughter's..my money will never go to ashleys

We bought a sectional and a lamp, only for it to be a completely wrong order. When it was delivered, the sectional was on the wrong side, and the lamp wasn’t even the one we ordered. We had to go back to the store 3 times until they fixed their previous mistakes. We’re now stuck with a sectional that doesn’t fit into our living room due to the wrong size and a lamp that’s not even remotely close to what we ordered. It’s taking a whole month for them to pick up the furniture and bring us the right order. Now they called and told us that it was going to be a day late. Very disappointed

Great store and great experience. Erick helped us find the perfect couch with the perfect deal. I went to Ashleys in south Austin and the store in New Braunfels but the San Antonio location is the best. I had a long drive but it was worth it. Thanks Erick!
Very very unsatisfactory situation I had at the Ashley homestore pickup center. I had agreed to pick up my furniture and by the time I got there the lady at the front desk told me there was a hold on my dining set so I called my salesman (Joe manager ) he picked up the first time and told me he was fixing everything on the system so everything could be ready to go, and finally after three hours of waiting I was able to take my furniture. And guess what? My order was wrong. The thing is that in between that time I wouldn’t be able to reach him back again, and the front desk wouldn’t even pick up my call. They even tried to tell me he wasn’t there when I knew I had talked to him earlier. Is such a shame for such a nice place to shop for furniture.

Extremely thrilled to have found the shelf I needed to complete my re-done room! Have exhausted all furniture options looking for a double-wide shelf that’s at least 14” deep. Found a 72.25” X 52.5” X 15” shelf that can house all my footwear. Glad to do business and get real results with Juan Ibarra and Mgr. Jose. They helped me get set up with delivery options and payment etc. I couldn’t be more pleased. Will use Ashley Furniture in the future for my furniture needs. 5 stars!

While the service is received in store was good, the aftermath is beyond frustrating. I purchased two sofas and had them financed through their in store financing department. So apparently the only way to pay off your purchase is to do it in 90 days (which I already knew I wasn't going to be doing), or pay bi-weekly/monthly payments. The horror is that they will not take any more than your actual payment, therefore, meaning there is no way to try to reduce your "leasing" fees. With my car payment, and other loans, I am allowed to pay extra on top of my actual payment (gives me a cushion in case I can't make a payment on time, and helps lower my finance charges. Why can one not pay extra to try to end up saving on financing fees?

This place is a ripe off they dont tell you the price until your about to sign the contract then they lie about not checking credit on their signs outside then after they say it's not credit based so if you decide to return the furniture it won't go on your credit report but we get a letter in the mail a few days later saying they did run a credit check ect....

When I bought my four thousand dollars worth of furniture, I was talked into the five hundred dollar extended warranty. I was told if I did not use the extended warranty, I would get my five hundred dollars back when I was done with paying for the furniture. 5 years later, and I am finally done with all payments, now Ashley Furniture is telling me they do not do cash back. I can get four hundred and fifty dollars of in store credit. Extended warranty and Ashley Furniture is not worth the time, or your hard earn money.
Didn't have what i was looking for was told i could order it but I couldn't wait 2 weeks for it to come in and then not know if i even like it.

Every chair I got is uneven they all rock side to side and there is wood sticking out which will cut you if you grab certain areas of the chair and my dining table came into our house with broken pieces which the replaced, with new stuff but missing pieces last time I spend so much money on such cheap product.

When I asked for furniture brand I had purchased before but no longer at stores, Mr. Torres immediately researched it online and found exactly what I wanted. This was customer service at its best!

When we went there I was highly impressed by the customer service that we received. Six months later the table we bought from them it’s already showing signs of severe wear and water damage. The table was not sealed correctly by the manufacture. We bought the extended warranty only to find out that this kind of problem with the table is not covered. We were told there’s nothing they can do for us. What’s the point of buying a warrantee that won’t cover. I have a second table that I bought from rooms to go for the same price and that table is solid, and has stood the test of time. Highly unlikely that I will do business with Ashley furniture again.
In store representative was very helpful and didn't try to push a sale like most places do. Recommend shopping there for any furniture needs you may have from the very basic items to complete room sets.

This was at the Zarzamora store and Amanda was an amazing sales associate. She took her time and was very enthusiastic helping me. I already knew the style of sofa (Darcy) and the color I want (Sage) won't be ready until February, Amanda told me that she would contact me as soon as my sofa is ready. She even showed me lamps and showed other things. I will return next month for the matching love seat.

Order is CANCELLED***based on my purchasing experience...love the furniture. you sit on the leather sofa, love seat and cap. chair and it's a really good feel. NOW...onto the buying experience, it was financed 6yrs no interest, not bad...BUT AT THE INFLATED PRICE. since we didn't have 7500 cash to pay for everything at once! All the pieces were marked up and that was never disclosed to us (me and my wife) because of the financing. so you decide on this scenario, we said ehh'ok. DELIVERY...it's scheduled for a 26 day delivery time. they called to my place of work a day before to alert and prompt me if the delivery was ok, everything is. WELL...it's a partial delivery. missing the Sofa and TV stand. it's not expected to be delivered until after Christmas...the 28th is the scheduled date. we have Christmas here at my home....WHERE ARE WE SUPPOSED TO SIT!!!WTF#$%& , you had 26days to get the sofa ready for delivery. I got rid of all of the old furniture to make room for the new furniture.....they called for a confirmation of delivery date...the important thing is DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT! I guess the sofa wasn't important enough to be in the delivery nor my TV STAND*****finance is a toss up, you put it on a VISA, expect to pay that amount extra in interest. For me, it's about the disclosure and delivery. I haven't bought furniture in over 17yrs. if you're reading this judge for yourself...use caution when buying and what to expect during delivery time. Personally I wasn't pleased. I guess I should have saved pennies over the past 17yrs to pay cash...idk. maybe....Delivery...no dining table...REALLY. WHAT ARE WE JAPANESE...EAT ON THE FLOOR. LOVE SEAT WAS FREEKIN TORN...it went from tolerable to POS...ORDER is CANCELLED...not expected to be delivered until after Christmas. 7500 error because the order couldn't be fulfilled...Even after all this, NO PHONE CALL FROM ANYONE.
