I walked into Ashley’s looking for just a dresser and somehow left with an entire bedroom set …and I’m COMPLETELY satisfied with my decision! Kacie was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. She was professional, patient, courteous, Considerate, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, HONEST. I never felt pressured into buying anything. Instead, she took the time to walk me through everything, gave me several different options, and genuinely looked at every angle to make sure I was getting what worked best for me. That effort made me feel extremely confident and comfortable with my final decision. You can tell when someone is simply trying to make a sale versus when they actually care about taking care of their customer, and Kacie truly made me feel taken care of. I will definitely be going back to her very soon when I’m ready for more furniture! I also want to recognize her manager. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly helpful as well and stepped in whenever needed. You could immediately tell she is a great leader and supports her team.
