TrAshley 'Furniture' Lets build a timeline over the past month: 3/30/25 We order a set of two dressers and two nightstands for our childrens’ bedrooms. 4/8/25 It gets delivered and both dressers already are covered in scratches and dents. The delivery people leave, and a leg breaks off one of the dressers your apparent 'White Glove' service people set up not two hours later. Luckily it was my wife who caught it inspecting this sub-par piece instead of it falling on my four year old daughter. 4/9/25 We file a complaint about damaged ‘furniture’. Your ‘help’ line is about as useful as calling the store as we have multiple records of trying to get replacements and always got a run-around or no answer. 4.22/25 Hooray, after multiple calls, going into the shop itself complaining about a lack of any kind of competent service on damaged products, we finally get our replacements delivered. One of the dressers was more damaged than the previous and I told the delivery people to not even bother with the other and to pack it all back in the truck. That truck was also two hours late from the delivery window. I was told that now my case will be ‘VIP’ and its easier and quicker to leave the set here. Great ‘White Glove’ service. Hey, one of them did use a nice little marker to cover up the scratches so THANKS! That ‘case’ is still unresolved. 4/29/25 Today - No updates after reaching out multiple times over the past days, just smelly warehouse furniture not being used with our kids clothes in baskets because we don’t want this dinged up ‘furniture’. You have some bogus refund policy that we can’t just send this TrAshley ‘furniture’ back. We don’t want these damaged products that could of fallen down on my child, beaten up in general, and your customer service is as ‘White Glove’ as a dentist giving a root canal or a proctology office visit. We have the call-logs, E-mails, anything trying to get a hold and make it right, but you just don’t listen. I guess you are OK with selling a TrAshley product and support structure. Edit: HA! Thanks for the BS auto-response about calling your useless help line where we couldn't get any help before, trying to get a non-damaged piece of furniture, or any kind of assistance you sent to every other disappointed customer. I guess this garbage company already has their money so who cares? Hint: maybe invest in better delivery methods and not a bot or some worker drone giving the same canned responses to every negative comment of people absolutely dissatisfied. We'll still be in touch on the matter.

We do love our couch, the service in the store at time of purchase was good, if not a little pushy. Once the order was placed it was a lot of back and forth of when our items would be available. The pick up wasn't terrible but super long wait due to only 1 person helping customers. Bless him though, he had a good system and was helpful but could definitely use more help.

Super helpful folks! From the initial trying out/ selection process, to the literal delivery of my mattress — 30 minutes ago — and carried straight up to the bed-frame. The experience was about as easy and pain-free as it gets!

Zero stars. I am highly disappointed in the quality of the product. Fifty percent of the furniture items were damaged (The drawer on the bed. The drawer on the dresser. The chest of drawer was damaged, so they did not deliver it, and did not have a replacement in their warehouse). We did not notice the damages until after the delivery guys left. The warranty department does not answer their phone. The process to submit a warranty service is cumbersome. I will not recommend Ashley’s to anyone.

Both Nick and Q delivered the utmost in professionalism. At the same time they listened and moved forward with a level of kindness like I haven’t experienced in far too long. They get ALL kudos!!!! Thank you to them over and over again.

My furniture that was delivered was built wrong. I called the claims department 20 minutes after the furniture was delivered and was told I would receive correspondence about a technician coming out to fix my nightstand within 2 days. Flash forward to almost a month later and I am getting the runaround. The salesperson who sold me the furniture is not addressing the issue and none of the customer service representatives that I speak with never know what is going on. I was being understanding the first few weeks, but I am stuck with an inoperable nightstand because of the lack of competence and customer support that there is in this company.

The staff at the Ashley Store were very cordial, friendly, professional and helpful. The Delivery gentleman and Mr. Mario were the BEST! Excellent and efficient job!

Sales reps are good. Wearhouse has something to be desired. We waited for 2 months to receive items of which we were assured would be delivered within a couple weeks. We will no longer use Ashley period. I had to take multiple days off work to receive delivery of which none were complete. Imagine my employer's frustration. Be aware. They will sell you ice in a snow storm and promise prompt delivery however, once the transaction is complete it is no longer their problem. You will get your order when you get it.

The store itself, 5 stars for inventory alone, the sales associates I encountered were not super friendly but thus is life. I purchased a sofa, love seat, and chair which arrived on time and in perfect condition. A few weeks later my husband went back and purchased a dining room set which arrived in the wrong color. They sent someone else a few days later to deliver the correct dining set and it was in the wrong color, AGAIN. Which we kinda understood because everyone is human. So a few days later they came to deliver the correct dining set, 4 hours late, and it’s missing 2 leg. So our table is currently laying on the chairs in our dining room waiting for the other 2 legs. Now I’m frustrating that no one is trying to ensure the we are getting what we paid for they don’t seem to care. We’ve had to postpone our house warming party TWICE now and are over the process. Contacted the care team and was told my order was COMPLETED AND THERES NO NOTE OF THE MISSING LEGS. It’s going to take 7-10 business days for the legs to even get here THEN I NEED to contact the team to have someone come out. The package arrived and there is only 1 leg??!!!! I am so done. I’ve been asking to speak with a manager and no one will get on the phone or return my call. Worst experience ever.

Please beware of warranty sold at this location. We purchased a 5 year warranty plan on our 7 piece Bedroom set, and TWO Dining room sets with our salesperson telling us if we didn’t file any claims the cost of warranty would be returned to us. We had “nothing to lose” by adding it. What we were not told is we had to call in for this to be processed within 120 days from the expiration date. That’s an important piece of information that was conveniently left out. Our salesperson sold it to us as if Ashley’s would return this to us once the warranty period was complete. The customer service representative I spoke with to discuss this matter didn’t even allow me to speak to management to discuss my complaint. They gave me an email address to send my complaint through. This is a very deceptive and disappointing way to do business in my opinion.

On Saturday 3/29/25 we purchased a Jorlainia dining room table/pedestal, 6-chairs and a server from Dylan Celestino. We had met with him weekend before and after making some calculations at home we came back to see him. Dylan was very helpful. Process was very smooth. We're looking forward to the delivery on 4/12.

When I first walked through that door I immediately saw Vincent coming for me. Truthfully, I wanted to turn around and leave. I just figured I’d have this guy on my back. I’m glad I stayed! Vincent asked if I was looking for anything in particular and I told him I was. He then directed me to where all these lovely things were. I already had his name. He left me alone to wander, pick and choose. To his credit. It took no time to find what I came for. I then signaled Vincent and we talked deals. I needed time to think about it so I came home and did just that. That sectional was meant to be mine! I went back, found him and paid cash for not only that gorgeous sectional but for an additional chair! Easiest transaction ever!!! I cannot wait for my deliveries! Now I’m going to repaint my living room to accommodate my beautiful furniture! Vincent is a keeper. I REALLY appreciate the fact that he let me do my thing. Thank you Vincent!!

When I entered the store I was greeted warmly. Dan asked if he could help me find what I was looking for, and let me browse through the store. I found the perfect TV stand and it was on sale.

Was told it could be delivered on Saturday but the next day was told Saturday was not available and would have to wait a extra week for a Saturday delivery

This store is wonderful! My salesperson, Marcus, is the beyond outstanding! Each time I go, no matter how busy he is, he makes time to greet. The wonderful store manager helped while Marcus ran back and forth assisting his other customers Excellent outstanding customer service!! I remember the first time I visited this store. My salesperson was horrible and even sold me damaged goods. He refused to make it right. I went back to attempt to rectify. Marcus, a new employee at that time, not only helped me but took my issues to the store manager and provided me with the best customer service I've ever ever had!!! Your have a jewel! No wonder he's always busy when I come. And the manager (sorry I don't have his name) was outstanding! Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!!

I made 2 purchase about $10,000. I really love my bed and my dad really enjoys his. I will not be buying from Ashley ever again. I never received my 2 twin mattress covers. I have made several calls and text and have received zero assistance. It's like once you make the purchase they are done with you. So now I'm paying for the $400 protectors that I don't have. Guess someone added it to their commission.

Horrible! We are refurnishing our house and bought a dining table and chairs from this store on March 3rd. Sales assistant said we can pick up as early as March 8th. Called to check on order and was told order will be ready for pickup March 16th. Which was a Sunday. The warehouse is closed Sundays and Monday so couldn't pick up. The store offered delivery for us. Was delivered late Wednesday 19th without the chairs. Called that day to figure out where our chairs are and they were unassigned to us apparently and they don't know when I can get more. They issued a ticket. Called back today and still no answers. Asked to speak with GM and was told the man I am speaking to is the GM. Then called back and asked for the GM again and was told he is off until Friday. No body cares what happens after they make the sale. Horrendous company.

Great service!

Purchased several furniture items worth several thousand dollars. Upon delivery (I was not there), 3 barstools we purchased the legs are of different lengths, causing the chairs to wobble. The delivery drivers informed my wife, that our floor were not level, ridiculous answer, it was obvious the delivery driver did not want to take the chairs back. Now I have to wait several weeks to have the legs "repaired". Be careful when you buy from Ashley, and don't let the delivery/store scam you. Look over every piece carefully, and don't take their excuses. Using the 866-787-7930 listed by the owner was of no use. You are still on their time and must accommodate yourself to their schedule, even though they are ones who caused the situation. They only come out on Wednesday or Friday, to do home repairs. My advice to anyone looking for furniture is do your homework, read the reviews and look for another store besides Ashley. Coming to Ashley was a huge mistake.

We were shopping for a recliner. We were greeted by a very sweet and helpful saleswomen, Joy. There was a very good selection of chairs. The only reason I give 4 stars is because when we finally decided on a chair, we were told it would be ordered and take 4-12 weeks to arrive. This may be the norm but seemed a little excessive. We expected to get a recliner within a week. Otherwise Joy provided wonderful service and knowledgeable.

So unhappy with the service of this place I walked ready to buy beds for my kids but I felt judged all because the way I was dressed I asked for a certain type of bed the ones that the bed on bottom rolls out but it's ok I didn't buy anything because of the feeling of being judged. Our salesman Dan was great. The rest not so much. They had a promotion going 0/60 months no interest. Not true at all. If the item was sale and paid CASH you got the sale price. If you choose to finance with Synchrony. With the sale items you got zero for 6 months. Otherwise they start taking the sale price and increasing the price pending on how many months you wanted. If you wanted the 60 months then item is no longer on sale and you pay full price plus they add even more to it. I suggest paid in CASH.

Had a great experience during our search for a new mattress at this store. Highly recommend working with the mattress expert, Juan Ibarra! He was super informative and was not pushy at all. Sometimes furniture reps try too hard and feel pushy to make sales but we didn’t get that vibe at all from him, which was great. We will be returning in the future to work with him on future home upgrades!

Ashley’s website has false advertising saying products are a certain price and even shows financing options for people using an Ashley’s card if you purchase an item “in store.” However when you go in store the pricing is different and they won’t let you use the financing options that the website provides. When I went to purchase the item “in store” like it required for the financing option I wanted the store had the item for $200 higher in store and said they could either “price match” OR give financing for it (NOT the option quoted on THEIR WEBSITE either but a shorter financing option). So, to get your business they say they will give you a 60 month 0% interest option (showed a price and everything) if you go buy it from the actual store, but in store you get told it’s more expensive and also you can’t actually have that financing option that the website gave you either. Save yourself the trip and just buy it online or most options are available on Amazon too. I don’t appreciate false advertising hidden in fine print just so the store can make an extra buck. Use correct advertising or don’t advertise it at all, it’s dishonest. I already have an Ashley’s card and plenty of available credit so the point is just to use honest advertising so you don’t lose customers who already shop with you.

Nice shopping experience but I picked up order at the warehouse and after I unpacked my boxes once home, it was wrong color product. Waiting to hear next steps to get items switched out for correct product.

We were in the market for a recliner and decided to check out Ashley Furniture. Eric greeted us at the door and asked if we had ever been to their store, we said yes but it was over 8 years ago. He updated up on how to read the prices listed on the tags of their furniture and pointed us in the direction of where the recliners were located. We spent some time sitting in several chairs without the nuisance of a salesman which was really appreciated. Eric did come by at a point and checked in on us as the wife and i were comparing 3 chairs that we really liked. Eric asked if we visited all areas that had recliners and pointed us to another area with sale items that had recliners. Although we appreciated the discount area, we didnt really like the limited selection in the discount area and headed back to the one recliner we both enjoyed. Eric found the wife and I discussing about returning during the Presidents Sale next week and Eric said that he could not only apply that discount now, but also apply the our Military discount as well. So we sat down and discussed numbers. Eric was very detailed about the prices and different paying options. After all the discounts were applied as well as a delivery and setup fee added, the wife and I thought that we couldnt beat the price even after looking at other locations and sales. Ashely Furniture provided the best prices for the better products and we really enjoyed that we didnt have a salesman hovering over us and allowed us to look around.

I am having the worst experience trying to get a hold of someone to help with anything. I feel like I have been jumping through hoops trying to get drawers fixed from a brand new bed set they sent me that was damaged. I paid off this furniture completely and they send me damaged goods. When I try to reach someone I get no help. When I was finally able to get some help they told me it was going to be 4 to 6 weeks to receive a part and so far nothing. no email follow up or anything. It's been beyond the window they told me. You can't reach the store no one helps you. So I'm trying on here. I order my things in January it's May!!! What's with this horrible customer service!!! It's infuriating!

After shopping, other places, I found the entertainment center I was looking for and very pleased with that purchase at a comparable price . Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible. The finance manager Mr. Espinoza was the most unfriendly and was very put out by the whole time he had to take to do my transaction. The salesman was nice, but when he asked the other man questions, he was very put out again that he had to answer them. I was never told a thank you for my purchase. I left to go take a picture and when I came back, the salesman was gone. I was disappointed in that type of treatment. You think they would work harder these days to be appreciative because a lot of people aren’t spending very much money and I might’ve been one of two customers in the whole store.

I have shopped at Ashley‘s for many years and this was by far one of the worst experiences I have had. My salesman was Amber at Live Oak, Texas and my husband and I came in shopping to furnish our new home. I felt very uncomfortable because Amber was excessively flirtatious with my husband the entire time. She didn’t acknowledge me and only cared to fixate on my husband. The whole experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable and we unfortunately didn’t buy anything due to the service Amber provided. I will not be shopping at live oak in the future due to this experience.

Customer Service in the store was great, but now we have to wait 5 weeks to get our furniture. We were told 2 weeks at the time of purchase.

Our sales associate, David, was a pleasure to work with. He never pressured us and gave us room to discuss options and then he answered all of our questions. He even took the time to explain the differences between 2 different bedroom suits to my mother-in-law over the phone. We definitely plan to return and even asked for David's business card.

Ashley sales team is just too pushy, they will say whatever I want to hear to get my money out of my pocket.I got screwed up by Ashley because when they sold me the bed, they didn’t tell me there is no mattress holder in it and I had to purchase separately. The bed took three weeks to arrive my home. So I was sleeping on my mattress only. When I got the bed the delivery guys just put my mattress into the bed even though they know it is not right. They just walked out like that! And when I had to purchase a mattress holder at Live Oak Ashley store, this sales guy never told me that the foundation is gonna be in a box. After he made the sales he just gave me a phone number that is not even valid, he said the delivery is impossible today, so I have to pick up myself. He gave me a phone number to call and that’s all. He didn’t even inform the warehouse that I am heading there, or make sure that they know I am going to pick up soon or I won’t get it until Tuesday as they close on Sunday and Monday. But this sales guy just wanna kick me out. I asked: so I am on my own now right? You can’t help me do anything? “ he said: “Yes.” This whole experience is all very frustrating and giving me a lot of headache. I end up paying extra $175 on top of my $270 mattress holder I purchased for the pick up and installation fee. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Experience and all vampires there, no human.

Went in twice in two days. I know they are paid purely commission only. No one was pushy or “car salesman” to us which was nice. Nick helped us out and allowed us to look and go back and forth as much as we needed, gave us space to discuss things but stayed available enough to answer all of our questions. He was kind and listened to my needs, I was extremely picky.

Absolutely APPALLING show by Ashley’s. We bought a powered sofa and loveseat from them in August. Turned out, they both did not fit so we swapped the loveseat for a recliner. “Dollar Bill” was supposed to update the order that same day. He failed to do so. Because of this, our order got delayed a week. When it was delivered, the delivery team was a joke. They took all the wrapping off outside and dragged the couch up the concrete stairs where we live and ended up ripping up all the fabric on the edges of the couch, and didn’t even have the recliner (which the delivery was delayed for). Also, because of the way they handled my furniture, the motors in the seats don’t work properly. They jerk and get caught when trying to recline. Called Ashley’s customer service/warranty the same day to report the issue after delivery left. Filed my claim, told to expect a call in three days. Didn’t get a call. Called again, turns out nobody filled the claim. So we file it again. Again, nobody called us. It took 5 different tries to even get the claim filed. We finally get parts ordered. Can’t set up appt for repair until parts come so we wait. Set up the appt, repair guy gets here and what do ya know… we didn’t get all the parts. He tells us he can’t help us because he doesn’t have the other parts for the entire order. Says he’ll order them and to reschedule. 3 1/2 weeks later, still no parts. Called Ashley’s, and they have no idea when we get the other parts. BUT. If we don’t get them before the warranty expires, then WE get to pay the extra $500 for the parts they did send. Ashley’s is a complete JOKE. This has been the most miserable buying process we’ve ever been through. Been dealing with this for 2 months and nobody seems to want to fix the issue. EDIT** The phone number provided to “remedy the situation” is useless too. It’s a just an automated chat system so you don’t even get to actually speak to anyone about the issues or have your concerns answered.

The price was cheaper online than the store and if I would have ordered online it would’ve shipped to my house for free, instead I have to pick it up or pay the $69 delivery fee. Went to pick up my order once they told me it was ready at the warehouse, no one answered the phone and of course they don’t have a front desk clerk to answer questions. I just cancelled the order and won’t deal with this company

We have great appreciation for Christina at the Live Oak location. Last November 2023 we bought a couch and chair. Three weeks ago (September 2024) I went back and bought another chair, two end tables and a coffee table. She was so very patient with us. She took her time, and showed us all different styles and colors that would match our furniture. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends that were looking for furniture. Now that we have some of the matching pieces they are postponing the rest of matching pieces until two months later and we can’t even cancel the whole thing because we have pieces that won’t match if we purchase from another store. They also push the extended warranty so much like they have to meet some sales goals with that. Don’t buy it. It’s a scam to get more money from you. I recommend LIVING SPACES. It’s a much more professional and honest store.

Wish I could leave zero stars. The salesman put the wrong address in for finance and delivery. I caught it on the paperwork and supposedly he fixed it. The paperwork that I signed has the correct address on it. Got a text to set up delivery to the wrong address. Good luck fixing that. Ashley HomeStore does not have a customer service that you can talk to you about issues. I started a chat to attempt to fix the address issue. Whoever is monitoring the chat would just disappear. It took almost an hour to get the correct address put in. Once that was fixed, I asked what I was supposed to do about the finance company having the wrong address. They told me I would get my first bill a month after receiving delivery and that I could fix it then. I am the customer. Why am I fixing anything? I am going into the store in person to cancel the entire order.

At the moment of sale everything is beautiful. I suppose to receive my order on Saturday, and it only arrived one item and it was the wrong one. So now nobody knows anything, and the supervisor never responded is always at a meeting.

I'm very disappointed in my experience this time. I purchased a dining set on Saturday and was told it was scheduled for delivery on September 5th. I had not received a call yet from the delivery service, so I called and the automated system said it was scheduled now for September 6th. When I didn't get a call today I called to to talk to an actual person. I was told it was never scheduled by the sales person. Now I have to wait another week, and they didn't even offer to waive the delivery fee!!

My experience was horrible, Chris was my sales associate at the live oak store. Initially I thought he was helpful but it turned for the worse as soon as he sent me the link with the wrong price for the item but I was patient and simply asked for a new one. Then he sent me a new link and it didn’t work. I called him and he took the payment over the phone and stated he could drop my item off or I could pick it up in New Braufels the next day. We went to New Braufels which is not close the next day and was told the item is not even available until Friday. Needless to say I texted Chris and he said sorry he didn’t know however the New Braufels store said they all have access to the same system and he should have known.

Chris was awesome he promised to call me back and he did. Was very professional and courteous. I was very pleased with the service he provided.

We purchased a dinette set from Ashley that was on ‘clearance.’ The chairs are comfortable and have back support so we took the set home ourselves from the store. Unfortunately, we got the white chairs and the black table in the house and one of the table legs fell off! And now notice the chair legs are uneven and wobbly. Since it is a clearance item we cannot get service to repair. It is an “As Is” item with no coverage. We have tried screwing leg back on and super glue to no avail. Now I know why the set sat for 2 weeks in the store.

My husband and I purchased a couch today from Ashley furniture. David was our salesperson whom we’ve used before for past purchases. He is awesome and always makes the transactions easy. He does his best to offer many financing options without the pressure of buying. Overall, shopping here has been a great experience!

Do disappointed in Ashley's.!! We have bought furniture numerous times here and has had the worse experience EVER. Our sales man Dylan quoted us a price and forgot to add a piece of the bedding, so got another quote. When Ashley's delivered our furniture Dylan forgot to add another piece of the bed and now can't put the bed together. After calling 7 times we have been promised a call back, been hung up on and was told a manger will be in contact, and none of that has yet to happen 😕. We were told we could go pick up the missing piece 30 mins away (hour round trip). When we called to verify this another representative stated our missing piece was on back order. We sit here waiting for a phone call that seems will never come, Ashley's you are making it hard to continue business with you!!

Bought sectional early June w/financing. Sales said delivery within two weeks & we’d get call to schedule. Gave us her phone number incase we had questions, concerns or needed help. No call, but texted to schedule (used wrong number, not primary on account), delivery dates were in a month, chose earliest in early July. Delayed until late in July. Delivery came. Piece was torn and only partial delivery. White glove service is screwing feet on crooked. Tried to call sales rep. Phone seemed disconnected but figured out to call twice in a row and it rang and left a message. No call back. Tried to get customer service. No option to talk to anyone in call and no way to get through to anyone at store. Eventually typed live agent in text convo and waited. Delivery was on phone with Ashley. Talked to rep delivery called, she thought that we thought the couch was used. Told her we didn’t think it was used, but it had a tear in one of the pieces and it wasn’t all there. Delivery told her we thought it was used, even though we had shown him exactly where the tear was. She didn’t want to listen and was very hard to talk to. Got a call back from typing live agent, someone else. Asked if I keep a partial delivery could I end up stuck with it if they can’t deliver the other pieces and he said potentially yes and I got him to admit that we should refuse entire delivery, even though he didn’t want to admit that. We refused it and told them to put no partial on it. We got delivery report, it had a very argumentatively toned portion that said the customer insisted that the couch was used even though it was new and in perfect condition. We never said that. Called sales rep next day. Answered “Hello”, rude tone. Had to ask if this was her. Changed her tone when I told her we were leaning toward canceling and told her what happened. She said she wasn’t at work but she would talk to her manager about compensating us and that they’d try to make sure we didn’t get the same delivery guys next time, I’d hear from her by 1 next day. Within an hour I got a call from a customer rep to reschedule. They scheduled it for Monday. Next day passed no call. Husband called her the next day. She said she was no longer with Ashley and would ask her manager to call us. No call. We pushed delivery back to give them chances to make it right. Monday delivery date gave no time to resolve anything which is also interesting that someone called and pushed that date on me. Tried to call, difficult. Automated system first and then push zero a whole bunch, doesn’t work consistently. Finally got through, customer rep got with her manager while on phone to compensate us by waiving the delivery fee. They said we’d get confirmation within 48 to 72 hours. Never got confirmation and pushed the delivery back again. Called them(difficult to get a person again, inconsistent) to ask about confirmation, turns out we’d have to wait two billing cycles for it to go on our account and they have no way to provide a confirmation, we just have to trust them. Nope we’re canceling. They said they cancelled and we’ll get a confirmation. No confirmation, we’ve talked to several people and they said we’d get a confirmation of cancellation and one finally admitted they don’t give confirmations of cancellation. She sent a screen shot but it’s just a zoomed in, cut off screen, that just has a date and says: cancellation “Manager approved exception”. No name, no order number. What a joke. She said that synchrony account should be automatically cancelled but admitted it was a good idea to call them to make sure. Worst I have ever encountered in my life trying to purchase something and they won’t provide an invoice of cancellation for my records which is extremely concerning. My credit also went down. Don’t accept a partial delivery, that is a tactic to get you stuck with keeping damaged furniture. Without reform, I predict the company will go out of business within a few years.

I'm a repeat customer because the furniture not only esthetically catches the eye, but the pieces are high quality! Speaking of high, a week prior we saw this piece that was so comfortable but more than I wanted to spend. This week, I woke up in the middle of the night and googled, who has the best sectionals near me? Ashley came up, with a July sale and a grey couch that was in budget. My husband and I went to Ashley's the very next day. Found out from Johnathan that the sectional was sold. Showed him the couch I saw the previous week and it was not apart of the Labor Day sale. I asked for a better price and a discount for paying cash, including military discount. Johnathan is not a salesperson, I think he's a manager because he came through with a really good price that we couldn't resist. He introduced us to Adrian who wrote up the paperwork and in excited!

If you know what you want they're quick to sell but not to fix any issues with order. This has happened both times ordering here. UPDATE 1 Sept: delivery was made and the item is everything we wanted and exactly as it was explained. Only issue is they didn’t give us all 4 pillows and when reaching out we haven’t heard back. Mayra was honestly the best representative I’ve ever worked with for Ashley’s furniture. She was so helpful, communicative, and gave such valuable input to what I would love. She helped me find something that I need for my dog to match what I want for my space. Love her!

Long story short, almost a month later I still do not have the rug. Also, the salesman, Dylan, was very quick to catch an attitude and refuse me information about my order, on top of ignoring my husband's attempts to receive a coherent and truthful answer. I've easily spent over $18,000 with this company in the span of 2 years and this is how I am treated? Laughable at best. Honestly, take your time, money, and sanity elsewhere.

Though the service received was pleasant and fair at the Ashley Live Oak location; the self pick-up service located at 1431 FM 1101 New Braunfels was VERY UNORGANIZED and frustrating. Not customer service and lack of communication as to the process of their pick procedures was poorly lacking!!!!!!! The number that paperwork and number on table goes to a voicemail and if hadn't asked someone standing around wouldn't have known there is a pickup line you need to drive your vehicle to get in line. Could have been 2 cars ahead had I known this information.

I have purchased all my furniture from the Ashley Furniture located in Live Oak. Vincent Martinez is by far the best sales man that I have worked with. Was lied to and then my couch delivery was cancelled without notice. I called and the woman on the phone told me they don’t do partial deliveries even though another woman on Thursday told me they would deliver the available piece. I’m not playing games. I canceled my order and got a refund.

BEWARE WHEN COMING TO THIS LOCATION. My mother purchased a $3000 + bedroom set CASH and the manager said he could “bless her” by giving her free delivery. YEAH RIGHT!!! when she got called to confirm her free delivery… it turns out she was set to pickup her furniture. Then they dig more and see she did pay for delivery they just put it in with the end table price. She has attempted multiple times to have somebody call her and fix this and no one is willing to refund her, her money back!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASTLE AND DONT EVER SAY YES TO FREE DELIVERY BECAUSE THERES NO SUCH THING!!!

High pressure sales people. They pushed bedding on me when I was looking for loveseat. They use “fuzzy” math to figure up your bill and payment. They fail to disclose special discounts! I left spending $10,000, and was not comfortable with my purchases!

Marcus, the sales rep was very polite and pleasant with his interaction with us. As we were contemplating the purchase, his help and attention to us was the tipping point on us moving forward with the purchase. Never never again, I bought a sofa 3 months ago (they told me that it would be 2 to 3 weeks) and it turned out much longer, and the long-awaited day arrived to go pick up the 3-piece sofa (35 min drive from the store) I was on my way and the distribution center called me and says that the 3rd piece arrived broken and they will not give it to me until after 2 more weeks, well I agreed to pick up the remaining pieces and waited 2:30 hours to pick up those pieces and now I am here waiting in line to pick up the piece that I had to do obtained from the beginning but now I have to wait again another 2 hours.

Had to edit my rating. I waited a week and a half to have my sofa delivered and here we are, 3 days before the scheduled delivery date only to be told there is a delay and I have to reschedule delivery. Their delivery format combined with my work schedule only allows for me to have delivery on the weekends so I have to wait yet another week.

The entire process from walking into the store to delivery was great! Our salesman Bill was fantastic. He went above and beyond working with us to find the right living room furniture for our new home. Even after having to change our order from a sectional to just a couch and loveseat due to sizing, Bill and his manager made it work for us and it was a smooth transition. Will definitely recommend and return in the future.

Second time buying from Ashley, first time didn’t have a great experience, seller was trying just to push the sell and really not caring about what I wanted, but I picked what I wanted and several years later the quality held up well in that dining set. Second time was fantastic, first Luis approached to us, pointed in the right direction and we found a great set, then Cristina Lopez showed us the several items matching what we were looking for, always caring for us and what we wanted and made the whole process a breeze.
