Myra greeted me as I walked into the store, knew where to go in store when I stated I was looking for a sectional. After getting to the sectional area Myra asked if she can see the floor plan of the apartment to help assess if certain sectionals would fit in my apartment. She asked questions on how I was placing the sectional etc. Myra payed attention to small details and after working on building one sectional for me I decided I didn’t like the color after all and she didn’t get bothered she said okay what color did you like or what style. She found a sofa that can have a chase added to it to give it the sectional feeling. Myra was very professional, patient, and kind! I’ve never been treated in such a way while shopping as I am picky and indecisive but Myra guided and helped me through finding what would work and what I liked!

My visit to Ashley was a very nice and comfortable experience from the minute I walked in the store to the signing of my purchase.. I was met by Mr. Derrick and assisted by Mr. Juan, they were both very professional,, patient and helpful.. what I liked the best is that they helped me find exactly what I needed.

Nothing wrong with the furniture I got from the store, I love it. It’s the way things were done is where I have a problem. My order was supposed to be delivered on the 19th. My husband and I decided to cancel the delivery, because why on earth pay up to $700 when we could have ppl we know that would pick it up instead. Never would I have ever thought it would be so difficult to retrieve an order that was scheduled to be delivered/picked up on the same day. We had a sofa, and loveseat. We were able to pick up the sofa, but was told our loveseat wasn’t there at the time, by an employee at the distribution center. We called the number that was given to us to see what was going on, and was told over the phone that it is in fact there, but by that time the center was about to close, and our delivery team didn’t have time to pick up the loveseat. I finally was able to pick up the LS today, after spending more money on a Uhaul, and waiting an entire two hours in the pickup line. What a hot mess. Only one person available to retrieve the items in the back, and lift them ( very heavy items) and out onto vehicles. Felt bad for them. Ashley’s needs to get it together especially in communication. No one should have to wait to put their living room together, if everything was ordered in the same day just because of lack of communication and actually giving a damn! Money and energy was absolutely wasted throughout this entire process, never again….

I was assisted well from my first contact with Ashley. The staff were professional and, assured my table set and counter stools would be delivered and sit up before Thanksgiving and, it was. The delivery men came right into my home and sit my table up. I'm impressed with the customer service, text messages and I even got a refund coming back due to a discount I found online. Happy Customer 😊

Worst experience ever. They have zero communication when delivering. Do not show up at scheduled times. They say they will text when. Delivering but dont. Have you waiting and then dont show. You constantly have to reschedule delivery but see charge on your credit report before they even deliver to keep you from canceling the order. Store staff is friendly and try to help but the delivery service is the worst. I wish I could give a negative 10 stars.
