Cher at Ashley Furniture said our new living room set would be delivered before Christmas. We ordered it on December 06, 2025, and it was delivered yesterday on December 20, 2025. It was delivered by Red River Home. I was notified in real time about when he would be to our home. Tony was our driver and he and the person with him were professional and courteous. They had our furniture unloaded and set up in about 30 minutes or less. They made sure everything worked before they left. Thank you for a seamless and overall stress free delivery process. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture in Sherman, TX. My overall score is 10+ out of 1-5.

Got us a good foot in and we left happy and I would also like to say Stephanie the credit sales manager was a big help very incredible and outstanding customer service from both of them and that only goes for Mr. Warren and Mrs. Stephanie anybody else in that store with all due respect, can eat it because they are highly disrespectful and did not give any customer service to us as soon as we walked in the door.

Awesome friendly service! Helped me find exactly what I was looking for!

We ordered a couch with the understanding that it would take 30 days to arrive. Since we recently moved into a new home and didn’t have any seating, we were really looking forward to its delivery. The couch was delivered today—however, it arrived with the chaise on the wrong side. The delivery team was excellent and very helpful; they pointed me in the right direction to resolve the issue. I spoke with the store manager, who was also great and assured me that the correct couch would be reordered. That said, I do want to share some feedback. When we visited the store, no clarifying questions were asked to confirm our selection. Our financing was also set up incorrectly, which I had to correct. And now, after waiting 30 days, we’ve received the wrong configuration—due to an error in how the order was entered during the sales process. I feel like there could be improvement and more explanation on the sales side to ensure that all of the details are correct before just making someone sign a couple of lines.

Went to Ashley Furniture because we had to replace our mattress that is now, 13 years old. Its been great but the support was no longer there. Cher greeted us and introduced herself as soon as we walked in. She asked questions about our wants and needs in a mattress. My wife has a lot of joint pain and my lower back hurts after hours of standing. Cher was amazing! She addressed those needs right away by putting together the best selections for us. She helped us choose the right mattress, adjustable base, sheets, mattress protector, and cooling pillows. She was very attentive, professional, and nice. She is a great asset to Ashley Furniture.

I wouldn’t recommend this furniture store to anyone. In fact, the last thing I would ever recommend is ordering a sleeper sofa from them—especially if they tell you it will be custom-made. Don’t accept it. I paid $2,000 for a sofa that I’m sure would’ve been sturdier and more durable if I had bought it from a Goodwill store. What they sold me is an absolute joke. On top of that, I paid $400 for an insurance policy that was supposed to cover cleaning and repairs, but they didn’t even provide clear information on who to call or how to get someone to come into my home to fix this mess. And honestly, I don’t even understand why they offered a repair service for something made with such poor, shameful materials. It feels like they built this sofa as if it were meant for a dog—and honestly, I think even dog beds come with better mattresses. I’m deeply disappointed and extremely upset. I paid far too much for what turned out to be the most unprofessional sleeper sofa I’ve ever seen. At this point, I just want my money back and for them to take back their trash. The metal frame of the sleeper sofa bends when my son lies on it. I was told the mattress would be memory foam, but what I received is a cheaply stuffed cloth cushion. There is absolutely no foam in it—none. It’s unbelievable that a supposedly reputable furniture company like Ashley could create such a pitiful, laughable, and embarrassing piece of furniture. I lost my money on this garbage. I feel deceived and taken advantage of.

It was a pleasant shopping experience they have a good selection and easy financing. Dora made the whole experience pleasant, was not pushy or aggressive she seemed to genuinely want us to find exactly what we want it.

I’m heartbroken about my couch! I’ve tried calling several times to talk with someone and just get put on hold. The warranty I purchased only does spot cleaning. They won’t clean the whole cushion. My once cream couch has turned brown in a little over a year.

Cher was the representative who helped me. She greeted me when I arrived, asked if she could help me. I was looking for a specific area rug. She walked around the store showing me some options that met the description of what I told her I was looking for. The first rugs she showed me, were clearance rugs (greatly appreciated her efforts to save me money). She was super helpful, super friendly and not overbearing. After looking at numerous rugs, she suggested I walk around by myself to see if I find anything that I like. I’ll definitely return there for beautiful furnishings, low pressure sales and a rep that actually hears what you tell them in regards to wants/needs.

I received wonderful, friendly customer care. When my bed was delivered the remote was missing. The remote was hand delivered the next day. I live a little over a hour drive from the store. Every single person I came in contact was extremely friendly and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Shout out to the delivery guys too! They were extra friendly as well and went out of their way to get my bed set up!! I will be a repeat customer for all my furniture needs.

We visited the Ashley Furniture store for the first time. We got a warm greeting from Dora. She made us feel so welcomed. Dora and staff were great! We made a purchase and we are very happy with it. We have owned some Ashley furniture in the past. It was great and lasted a long time. In fact, my old recliner made it about 17 years! So, that being said, we live in Denton, and decided it was time to buy some new furniture. We just had bought some couches about 2 years ago, but we wanted something with more quality. We have not been disappointed! We purchased a recliner, for my neck problems, and I found a great one! We also bought an oversized, two-seater couch. It has the reclining options in them as well. The beauty of both of these pieces is that they have a button to raise or lower your neck. It was exactly what the proverbial doctor ordered! These couches are solid, and recline electronically. You can purchase a warranty to the tune of about $500 to insure some piece of mind that if anything goes wrong, this should cover it. If you don’t use it, then you can apply it toward in-store credit in a few years. Ryan was our sales person and knew what he was doing. He showed us around briefly but actually knew what I was looking for when he led us to our new furniture. Sold! Our delivery date was a few weeks out, and they apologized for that, but we weren’t in a hurry so it was fine with us. The good news, they were ready to deliver 2 weeks earlier than expected! Awesome! Once they were delivered, the crew was super professional. At once they noticed a damaged part on the recliner and they reported it to be fixed. (It was fixed about a week later and one would have never known it was damaged.) They put everything together and we have enjoyed it tremendously for a few weeks now. I promised to review as I like to spread good news too! So, after our experience at the Ashley Furniture in Sherman, Texas, I would advise anyone looking for good, quality furniture…head on over. You won’t be disappointed! (I edited out my dogs, so the picture might have some anomalies.)

My father passed away on Valentine’s Day, 2025, and I am emotional and was SO relieved to work with Shane, and also the lovely girl who first answered the phone during their Saturday morning sales meeting!! I am a former Ashley sales rep from Paris, who left last year due to medical issues. So I knew what to expect of Ashley Customer service and sales, and I was absolutely thrilled to see that the Sherman store, and Shane, held up the core values. Shannon was so helpful and friendly. They have a Dream Machine that tells you the right firmness in a mattress you need. I think it helped me know I need a firm mattress. She also helped me pick out the best adjustable base which I think Im going to love. I also bought an electric recliner. I have knee issues and I believe both of these will be best for my knees. He went above and beyond to take time to explain things to my mother and then took his time with me over the phone as well as was patient with me while I drove in and then when I change my mind for something else, he was very patient and was happy to help me at the very last minute of the hour they were open he showed no frustration at all and he stayed with us throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the dedication and the sincere attitude he showed towards us because it was my very first time paying for my own furniture brand new not hand me down from anybody in my entire life and I’m a single mother of three kids. I’ve worked very hard to finally get here, and it felt amazing to be rated and treated with such respect. He made it a nice happy process for us.

My husband and I went in looking for a good quality dresser and was not disappointed. Cher was working the sales floor and was awesome. On our way home from camping and passed an Ashley tent sale. Stopped as we had been looking for a new loveseat for our camper. Found one that perfectly would fit and that by itself is a miracle. Love the loveseat! We.were in and out in an hour! Everyone was so nice.

This is my third purchase over the last 4 years and have been highly satisfied. This time I purchased the Larkinhurst Collection. I have only received the recliner at this time but it was perfect.

My wife and I went to the tent sale to look for a side table for the nursery room for our son, we found one, they even gave us more off of the discounted price. We also went inside and while looking around we found us a coffee table for our living room. They have excellent customer service and Cher took great care of us and was very personable when working with us!

Kevin, at Ashley home center in Paris, was a delight to work with. Not pushing or hovering. Got a great deal on a beautiful sectional. Could not be happier with the experience and attention I received.

We bought a set of bedroom furniture at Ashley’s furniture in Sherman. Shane was very helpful. I liked that he didn’t follow us around but was always close by if we had a question. We actually found what we wanted at another Ashley store. So we just gave Shane the information & he ordered it for us. It ended up saving us money also as he quoted us a lower price than the Frisco store. We also wanted to buy locally. I have always liked their furniture & their customer service is excellent.

The Store is a great place to buy furniture for the entire house. Buyer discount was good also. The inventory was large. The sale associate, Blake, really knows his job and is great at what he does. He went above and beyond to see that we were happy with our purchases. Follow up with Blake was just great.

Greeted promptly by very knowledgeable staff who listened to our special needs. Together with the help of the store manager a meaningful solution was developed. Pricing was favorable so we paid in entirety for the furniture. Will leave another review when delivery as promised is delivered with no problems. To date an outstanding experience!

Ryan S was very helpful in me finding my very first couch! I’m so excited for it to be delivered. It’s the perfect color and he helped give me many optioned around what I was looking for in a couch. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The associates in this store are absolutely terrible. We came excited and ready to purchase a sectional that very day. First, we were not even greeted upon walking in the store. We looked around the entire store testing out every sectional. We were there at least an hour and not one single associate approached us to ask if we needed help. Mind you, a few of the associates were busy, but there were several other associates wandering around the store or sitting around doing nothing. We finally found the sectional we wanted and had to ask an associate, who walked by us multiple times not even acknowledging our existence, a question about the sectional and his response was “uh if you look up either (brand name) or (brand name) you should find it online” and walked away from us. He was unsure of the name of the sectional we were asking about and didn’t even have the decency to find out for us. I’m sure losing a sale to us means nothing to this massive corporation, but I don’t believe it was okay to treat us that way and thought it should be made aware to other potential buyers.

I Was satisfied with the atenttion they gave us and they treated us very well and they have very good prices
