Everything was so quick and easy and we still made our movie showing that was 30 min after we arrived to the store!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The associates in this store are absolutely terrible. We came excited and ready to purchase a sectional that very day. First, we were not even greeted upon walking in the store. We looked around the entire store testing out every sectional. We were there at least an hour and not one single associate approached us to ask if we needed help. Mind you, a few of the associates were busy, but there were several other associates wandering around the store or sitting around doing nothing. We finally found the sectional we wanted and had to ask an associate, who walked by us multiple times not even acknowledging our existence, a question about the sectional and his response was “uh if you look up either (brand name) or (brand name) you should find it online” and walked away from us. He was unsure of the name of the sectional we were asking about and didn’t even have the decency to find out for us. I’m sure losing a sale to us means nothing to this massive corporation, but I don’t believe it was okay to treat us that way and thought it should be made aware to other potential buyers.

I Was satisfied with the atenttion they gave us and they treated us very well and they have very good prices

I had such a great experience at Ashley Furniture in Sherman, TX. They were so helpful and very attentive and wanting to make sure that I found what I needed. The first time I came there, I had a particular type of item in mind, but they didn’t have it. They tried to help me find what I needed. I went home and slept on it and through all their help and suggestions, I was able to come up with a completely different scenario and ended up with something much better then what I came up with initially. I found some end tables online and called the Ashley Homestore in Sherman. I spoke with Blake who answered all my questions and even sent me a picture of the table. We went to the store the next day and when I saw the tables they weren’t at all what I thought they would be. When I told Blake what I didn’t like about them he went to Lewis, told him and Lewis told Blake what collection to show us. Great customer service from everyone in the store. We were met at the door by a very professional and courteous Tye Terry. He took us back to the area where the items were located that we were shopping for, making sure to clear a safe path for my husband who was temporarily using a walker. Tye was helpful, answering all of our questions without being pushy as some sales people tend to be. When we return to shop for our next purchase we will ask for Tye.

My experience with this business is not good at all. This is my second purchase with them. The first was living room set they told me if I got the cleaning package they would come out and clean my couch, loveseat and recliner but that was a lie. Come to find out they only spot clean. Second I purchased a chest on February 29 I asked when would it be in the sales person tells me a week. I call again two weeks later and they tell me the 1st of April. Call today now it's another two weeks. Mine you there's no communication this is unexceptional.

Had great items in the store and friendly staff. Kinda pushy about furniture protection coverage, but after saying "no" for the 2-3rd time, they finally dropped it. Don't let them bringing the store manager out intimidate you into purchasing the protection. That was kinda weird and why I gave four stars instead of five.

My husband and I ordered a couch from Ashley Furniture in Sherman over the phone on Friday. They made it super easy and we had the option of picking it up ourself. We expected 2 weeks for the couch to come in and was told yesterday it would be there in just a couple days! The prices are good and the couch we ordered is gorgeous and can’t wait to get it. We will definitely be back to buy more.

Normally I shop online. This time I decided to shop in-store. Great choice as I first met Shane. He offered me something to drink and then “what can I help you with today?” He was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Then I met Blake he was willing to help as well. He was kind, friendly, and outgoing. They directed me towards something that was more perfect for me than what I was originally looking for. Both Shane and Blake were very amicable, considerate, patient and went above and beyond to help me. Then time to pay for my purchase. I met Summer. Shannon was a delight. There was a discrepancy found in my order and she helped me come up with a solution that saved me money although that might affect her commission. The ladies at the purchase desk were rude to her in front of me and it was obviously embarrassing for her. I almost spoke up but regret that I did not. The manager was also rude when an error was caught on a size discrepancy. I understand these things can cause issues but I would much rather an error occur and be adjusted than have to witness my sales person being berated in front of my child and myself like that. You could tell there was a lot of negative energy between staff as well as management and that makes me really uncomfortable as someone who should be busy being excited about my purchase. This was an important personal growth purchase for myself and our family and it was brought down by the way our sales associate was treated although she was doing great work making her customer happy. I hope this rude small-town infighting behavior was a one time occurrence. Also, the purchase desk never sent me my email confirmation of purchase and I have waited on the phone for someone to answer twice today to fix it. Shannon, our sales associate, was joyful and kind and super supportive. She left at the right time to let me make a phone call. She didn’t hover or pressure me into anything and that’s why I’m glad I stopped in yesterday.

Beware of Furniture Care Protection 5800 NW 135th St, Oklahoma City, OK They are thieves that do not honor the contract. They refuse to repair items and twist things to get out of upholding the contract. I spent $500 to protect our $3,000.00 living room set that is falling apart after 2 years and because there are multiple things wrong they are denying the claim. Never purchase anything from them.

The sales team was good but the delivery process was not good at all. I got a text saying my furniture was in and ready for pick up when it was supposed to be delivered. When I called to confirm that this was a mix up I was transferred to the warehouse. The quickest they would be in my area was 2 weeks. They said that we would have been on the truck for the 23rd but that truck was already full by the time I called. I called immediately after being notified via tex. I was supposed to get a call to schedule and that didn't happen, causing a week delay. I was also told delivery would be on a Saturday but to do that it would be yet another week. I am not happy about this at all.

Was ever surprised at the huge inventory upon entering the Sherman location...was met at the door by the salesman Mark, didn't remember his last name. Was impressed with his knowledge of furniture and respectful patience with me as changing my mind on different colors and recliners prior to my purchase. I surely believe this person is an asset to your company. He did not bug me nor push for purchase's as other salesmen have in the past which would be a sure reason for me to not make a purchase! Shane was right at the front door to greet us! He was not pushy by any means, he simply asked us if we needed help or if we were just browsing. We informed him we had done some online shopping first and was coming to see if the product was in store, sadly they did not have it in store. He instead showed us products that were close to the same quality and design. Which we quickly learned wasn’t as great as what we initially thought it would be. He instead showed us multiple options to broaden our choices and we ended up falling in love with a sectional! Yes the price was more, but Shane explained that quality was better versus what we initially came in to view. We settled on building our own sectional from the sectional he showed us! He was very informative and patient with us! 10/10 Shane! Cannot wait to get our furniture in!

Being new to Sherman my Fiance and I saw something familiar, something that reminded us of Home. This Ashley's Furniture store was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and took into consideration our needs and budget. Both managers were very helpful when we were in search of a bed frame and mattress. They even test both of us to see what mattress is best for us to purchase and gave us the best price. We will definitely be returning a second time to purchase another bed frame for the guest bedroom and a dinning set.

Cher and Lewis at the Sherman Ashley’s went above and beyond to help me find a suitable small recliner for my elderly mom. Love this store. Had an emergency medical procedure and needed a specific type of recliner. They had it, of course. AND, they had it at a reasonable price. While other stores were closed, they were open for business. Everything was done over the phone and it was at the house before we left the hospital. We had a few representatives that helped us, and each of them were professional, friendly, efficient and courteous. Good product, good price, great service. I went in to the Sherman location with questions on how to resolve multiple issues ive been having with my purchase from the Frisco location. I told them that Ive been having a hard time getting answers on anything over the phone and was hoping they could save me a trip an hour out of my way to my original location. They immediately showed me why I was having issues and what to do to get it resolved. Great staff and I finally got the Ashley's customer service I've been raving about for years!

Our most recent visit to Ashley Home Furnishings in Sherman, TX was wonderful. Our sales rep (Shane Williams) was professional and attentive, but not too pushy. He showed us our options and discussed the availability of in-stock colors. We chose to compare at other retailers before making our purchase, but none could beat Ashley's price. If I could give 0 stars, I would!!! This Ashley’s is the worst employer I’ve ever had. Made promises of at least 40k a year, when in reality the EMPLOYEES end up OWING money to the company for not making enough sales. LEWIS STONE is a terrible boss, never around because he’s always outside smoking cigarettes. Our job description is sales people, what they really make us do is PESTER customers until they bust open their wallets. 0/5. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING TO THIS JOB!

We went to this location in Sherman to price out living room furniture. As soon as we entered the door the saleswoman Bobby came up to us and ask if we needed any assistance I let her know that we were just looking and went on about looking, she continued to talk to my husband though as that was not a sufficient answer that she wanted to hear. Anytime that we were looking at anything she would continue to come up to us trying to get us to run a credit checks, And after the 4th time of this happening I said come on let's go. She proceeded to say to my husband, out of ear shot of myself " Maybe you should take her to get margaritas so she'll be in a better mood." ABSOLUTELY unacceptable and will not be purchasing anything from this location.

2 out of 2 times we have been in this store the same sales guy literally pounces on us the second we walk in and then does not back down. He bad mouths the competition and then has zero to show for it. We’re done. Supply chain issues are a real thing but this store has a pretty crummy approach to dealing with it. I wish I had a million to buy everything new in there I wanted today! however I just went to price an adjustable bed that I need for medical reasons. Knowing my budget, My salesman Shane and his manager went out of their way to get me into something I can afford and still met my needs! The manager (sadly I have misfile his name in my 76 year old brain 🙄) worked on the sale to ensure that I received it. I received excellent service, and my delivery is scheduled for Friday (ordered on Monday)! Very expensive but name brand furniture

I called for info on a leather chair that has been out of stock for several months. Within a few minutes Brian Cowart found the chair, explained pricing and delivery and I was checked out! Super helpful and friendly gentleman. We bought our matching sectional at the Sherman store and are thrilled to be getting the chair. Thank you

I felt like I was at a used car dealership. They quoted warranty at $450 but charged me 600. When I pointed it out the salesman told me it was for my benefit. Really? They reluctantly corrected. Told me a chair was $700 and when I asked the chair to me removed from my ticket it was $350 (what a great deal/discount ! Yeah? Or what a great lie...). I paiD $1500 down for my purchase in August 2021. I still do not have my furniture. It’s October 2021. They told me it would be September and now if I want my money back and cancel the order there’s a fee. SHOP ELSEWHERE. I should have listened to my gut when they were not transparent with the numbers, but I needed the furniture. 😒

Great customer service- we’ve been a fan of Ashley furniture for a while and just moved to a new town. We were very pleased with our experience at the Sherman location and were thrilled to find a couch and loveseat that they could deliver within the week. Every other store we checked was 3-4 months out. Ronnie was attentive and friendly without pressuring us, he just asked the right questions to get us to the right piece of furniture. We’ll be back!

Typical story went in looking for 1 item and they can't even get it anymore but 1 comment to look at beds, turned into a large purchase for our new home. Brian was real nice and helpful. Didn't try to push anything on us. His manager got us a few discounts based on financing options we chose and bundling. Even though it was a lot, we knew it was well worth it. Really liked the sound of there warranty we purchased as well. Looking forward to our new tempurpedic bed and bedroom set. Update 2 months later, bed has been nice, really talk it over with your spouse to be sure you want the adjustable bed that is for you both or split, might be worth the extra if not sure. The bedroom set finally arrived and it looks nice. Also the delivery guys were great, very professional.

Trying to buy a sofa and recliner, they have a sofa on display that no one can even sit on and they won't sell it. First time it was going to be end of July before we can get the furniture, called back today it is now the first week of August before it will come in, but they won't guarantee anything and will charge a restocking fee if we cancel. I communicated with Ken through the entire process and he was incredibly helpful to me. He worked with me to find a mattress quickly in an emergency and even kept the store open after hours for me to pick it up. Wonderful customer service!

I was referred by Angela in the Paris, Texas store to Brian Cowart at the Sherman store for a hands on experience with the mechanism of a sofa bed. A week later I went in and Brian knew my name and what I was looking for. Patiently, he asked questions , listened to what was important to me, then showed me options. He was even patient and accommodating as I repeatedly tried out the two top contenders! Then, he truthfully delivered the hard message: The wait could be more than 6 months. I’m a very hard person to sell to and I have to admit that my husband and I had a great experience with Brian Cowart. I did my research and shopped online before going in to see the couch I wanted. They didn’t have it at their store, and I was ready to walk out. However, Brian showed us a couch that was even better and honored the online price. We’ll be going back for our future furnishing needs!

To get my Darcy armchair and ottoman, you would have to pull it from under my cold dead body! I love that chair. I have arthritis in my shoulders; the arms are high and I can put my arms on them. Wonderful! The seat is high although I do add a bamboo pillow to give me extra height when I get up. The arms are sturdily built and I can easily use . them to help my self up to standing. My chair is a beautiful medium color aquamarine. My yorkie loves to sleep on the wide arms. I love this chair and am ordering one for the bedroom! Pam Morgan Walker

Ordered 4 side tables (Slightly smaller than end tables) on April 27, 2021 for our living room. When asked, the salesperson quoted an expected delivery date to the store of mid May. Received a call on May 5th that delivery would be delayed until mid June. That’s a big difference. I’m disappointed. I guess I’m spoiled by Amazon who almost always meets, or exceeds, their delivery date promises. June 28, 2021 update: Still no end tables. Mid June came and went. I called the Ashley HomeStore in Sherman several times since then. Each time I called I received a different answer, none with a specific delivery date. First I.was told it would be another week since it had to go to the warehouse first. Then, it was going to ship in a few days directly from the factory to the store in Sherman. As of today, it’s supposed to ship tomorrow to the warehouse, and then to the store. I have no trust that it will. It has now been 62 days since I purchased, and paid, for this furniture. I just can’t seem to get an accurate delivery date from this company. July 1, 2021 update: We finally received notice that our furniture is available for pick up, drove to the store and brought them home. When we opened the boxes they were not assembled as promised (See pictures). I requested complete assembly because I am handicapped. We put them together ourselves rather than wage a protracted battle. Case closed. I don’t recommend this store.

Ken and his team were great to work with they made the whole process enjoyable and very simple me and my wife were promptly greeted. And answered every question we threw at them at no time did I feel lied to or bated. I will definitely be telling my friends and family to so and talk to Ken when they are in need of furniture. If I could give less than zero stars I would!!! I ordered a couch Jan 10 2021. I was told it would be here 2nd-3rd week of Feb. I called at the end of Feb and was told it would be Mid April and a manager would call me back. I never got a call and then I called again around the 1st of Mar. I was told then I would get it in the next week-2weeks. Never heard another word. I called the middle of March and was told it was shipping out April 18th but someone would stay in touch with me about it since they are supposed to do that with every sale. I called today April 17 and what do you know! I was told mid June-July. The manager was with a customer and is supposed to call me back.This is by far the worst place I’ve ever done business with and will NEVER do it again!!!

Purchased a queen tempur pedic mattress set with adjustable base on March 12th slept in it for about 2 weeks didn’t like it wanted to upgrade to a king called our Sherman,Texas store and apparently they don’t want money cause king would quite a bit more they never called us back so I will not give Ashley’s anymore of my business. Customer service sucks I will tell friends too

We were looking for new furniture, and went to Ashley Furniture in Sherman. There, we met Brian Cowart. He was so nice and walked with us through the store, and answered all of our questions. He worked with us to get a great price on the items we wanted, and arranged for out furniture to be delivered in a very timely manner. The delivery people were very efficient and professional. We LOVE the furniture we bought, and we are so glad we went to Ashley!

We’ve been waiting so far two months for our furniture to come in that we’ve already have been making payments on. Every time we call they have a different excuse on delays and it’s not believable at this point. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Ordered several thousand dollars in furniture. Was originally given a Feb. delivery date. Then March. Then April. Now May. I am confused as a consumer. If I didn’t pay my bill on time then what would happen? One month is ok, but 3! I called this afternoon and a young lady just kept apologizing and saying “hopefully” it doesn’t get delayed again. I don’t understand why Ashley Furniture would not let me know in advance that this could happen. I have made plans with family and now I don’t have furniture. Corporate America making money off the little guy and not holding up to there end of the bargain. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING -Now it’s May 16th and we received this. Good afternoon, this is Lizzie from Ashley HomeStore. Your order should load from the manufacturer in a couple weeks! As soon as your order hits our docks, we'll be able to give you a call to schedule your delivery. Have a great day! So now we are looking like it’s going to be June. Unfortunately a part of your order seems to be delayed and currently shows that it should load from the manufacturer early June. Quality and pricing

I purchased a counter height table with 4 chairs and a bench back in October. It took 8 weeks to arrive and it’s beautiful. It’s been 4 months now, and two of the chairs foot bars are loose and will not be tightened. While it looks pretty, the table to me seems cheap. I will say that when my 2 year old wrote on it with sharpie 😠 I was able to scrub it off pretty easily which was a relief. I also ordered a simple accent chair for my living room and I have yet to receive it. Originally they said December for delivery, then January, February, March... now late April?! I don’t get it. I know Covid and weather etc, but seriously 6+ months for a single chair! Ridiculous! The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable, he would send me updates almost every week, but he has stopped sending me updates about a month so i have no idea what’s going on. I probably will not be returning to any Ashley furniture in the future.

Placed an order online and had to cancel. Called my store directly and spoke with Brian Cowart and had the best experience. I will never order online again. I will deal with Brian or my local store directly. They are extremely helpful and have better deals! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience I will definitely be a repeat in store customer from now on!

I had a great experience with Ashley Homestead. The shopping process was very easy with very helpful staff to answer all my questions. The delivery was excellent with tracking and time notifications. And I am very impressed with quality of furniture with prices much lower than nearby local stores.

Great experience! Very very nice salesman. Our recliners (real leather) were slated for possible April delivery. They came in and were delivered yesterday. Due to this virus there have been customers what monthS especially for leather. Thankfully maybe delivery is on an improved timeline. At least ours was, yay! Happy customers this morning 🌄 We slept in our recliners, so we're more than satisfied 😁 Beautiful showroom with large selection of furniture to choose from.

My wife and I bought a house and bought a sectional couch, and two recliners to go with it from Ashley’s in Sherman. We were told we would get everything except a corner piece to the couch in 4 weeks. But we would have to wait 8 weeks for the corner piece. Sounded fair enough. After waiting 2 months to get anything we got three corner pieces to the couch, and two recliners but they forgot a cord for one of the cup holders that go on the couch so you can charge appliances. So I spend the next six weeks calling asking when our stuff is supposed to be in and every single time I called I got told, “it’s on the truck will either be here late this week or the beginning of next week.” I finally asked for the scheduling department phone number and called them, and they say they have it and we schedule a time for it to be delivered. So at this point, I’ve waited a month and a half longer than what they said, and with COVID I would excuse that i wasn’t told every single week my couch was going to be there in a few days when that was clearly not the case. So they finally deliver all my stuff and they forget the cord and a back pillow to my couch. So now at this point I’m debating on seeing if Amazon has a matching back cushion and cord so I don’t have to wait another 2 months to get something that should have been here the first time. Use another furniture company next time. I’ve never seen customer service like this before and they lost me as a customer forever.

Absolutely wonderful experience our sales man didn’t try to upsell like most stores do. He stayed right at my budget. He was super helpful and explained everything in detail! The management at the store was also very helpful totally great experience!! Will definitely keep my business!!

Sales persons were helpful and willing to negotiate. Delivery is horrible.... still waiting 1 month later and being told that some items won’t come in until next year. I understand COVID 19; but this needs to be communicated up front; not a month later. Why have items in your show room that you can’t deliver on? I liked what I saw but I will definitely go somewhere else for my future furniture needs.

Only giving 1 star since I cannot give zero or negative. I do not recommend purchasing any furniture from this company, especially during covid. I get that everything is built to order, and of course you are told 2-5 weeks for delivery, I wish that was true. But here I am, purchased furniture on August 8th, and now being told it won't be delivered until sometime in November. Absolutely ridiculous. At least give your customers a realistic time-frame instead of straight up lying to their faces just to make a sale...... 14+ weeks wait on furniture that I'm already paying for.....

I am ONLY giving 2 starts because of how much we appreciate Brian. However, we should’ve listened to everyone else when they told us about Ashley’s delivery times even before the pandemic hit. First we were told 3-4 weeks (end of aug) except for one corner piece of our sectional (that piece can take up to 8 weeks, okay fine, we can work with that). We’re then updated that it won’t be until mid October, then late September, then back to mid October. I finally called and I was told everything except one armless chair could be delivered! Great, we can do without one piece for now! -might I add that Brian told us later that he had no idea items where available for delivery, I had to inform him they were- Now I go to look at my order summary for delivery today and I’m only receiving the corners of the sectional and the consoles.. that’s 2 extra IMPORTANT pieces not coming. What is the point of getting a couch delivered when it’s 3 corners. I advise everyone to spend their time and money elsewhere.

Brian and his associates were great! he helped up find what we wanted within our budget, was honest, kind, and super helpful! Customer Service on point! EDIT: I'm like extremely annoyed with this company. Like I said the customer service was great but they had already ran my husband's credit before they told us that it would be at least three months before we got our mattress and couches. It would've been nice to know that upfront since we are buying new mattresses and couches because we are uncomfortable. We could've and WOULDVE taken another route and not made my husbands credit take another Inquiry. Now we are stuck waiting several weeks for our furniture pretty much stuck. my original rating was five stars because of the customer service and I do understand with Covid how difficult things are... It would've really been nice to know these things before they ran my husband's credit.

First of all you only get 1 star because I have to to leave a review! We purchased our sectional May 8th and was told 2-4 weeks for delivery! When we inquire about it, "waiting on a part,it will be first of next month"? We've been told this going on 4 months now! Ask for refund and of course "we cant"! Wth? How do you sale furniture you cant deliver? WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE HERE AGAIN! I mean I understand covid and all but your supposed to be a furniture store! I even called corporate and left a message a month ago,no one has returned my call? Not good Ashley!

I had a fabulous experience! Bryan was so helpful, letting me shop around and change my mind and change it again when I found a piece I liked better. He handled everything effortlessly, there was no pressure to buy anything and he answered any questions I had along the way. 10/10 would recommend, and we will definitely be shopping here again.

Good selection of furniture. Typical high pressure shopper stalkers!!! Could not look without a salesman staring over my shoulder. Not high quality. Mid price for put together/ boxed furniture. They push you to speak to the manager even after saying no several times. Everything is delivered. Nothing in stock. No time frame on delivery. Everything made overseas. Deffinetly will try to push you into buying. Not a place for someone that has a hard time saying no. Not a place to just look for furniture. Way better experience at NFM.

We were looking for a chair for our nursery during the middle of the initial coronavirus outbreak. Everyone was very accommodating to help us and understood our need for timeliness given we were expecting our first child. Kay was our primary associate and seemed to be willing to bend over backwards to help us, though honestly all the associates we encountered were all very helpful and dedicated to our satisfaction. They also were willing and able to make last minute changes to our order when our baby arrived earlier than expected, assembling and delivering our chair for us. We would gladly make a purchase from them again in the future. Very satisfied.

I am never disappointed with shopping at Ashley's HomeStore in Sherman, TX (really, any of their locations). They acknowledge you when you come in with a friendly and professional attitude no matter how you look. I cannot say that with other furniture stores. Today I purchased a King bedroom set from Brian. He listened to what I was looking for and made it happen in my budget. I will be back to shop again. 😁😁😁 Update: My king bedroom set was delivered yesterday. It was great using the tracker to determine when the delivery guys were showing up. They were on time (at the beginning of the 2 hour appointment window). The delivery guys were professional and friendly. At the end, they even asked me if I had any questions for them. I gotta state again: I will be back to shop at Ashley Homestore again.😁😁😁

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have experience. They give us a time frame and every week after that time frame is “it’s on the truck and will be here next week”. My furniture has been on the truck for 3 weeks so far. I understand during COVID it will take a little longer but at least be truthful. Honesty goes a long way but this company has zero. They told me if we cancel our order we will have to pay a restocking fee of 30%. I will never do business with them again and I will advise everyone I know looking for furniture to stay away from them.

Sales people did a great job. Everything was fine until they took our money, and made US do ALL follow up for the next month! They stated a 10 day delivery to store. Thanks for a NOT so HAPPY BIRTHDAY present to our son!!! Needless to say - We feel MORE could have been done in their part - We Will not shop here again!

GO TO SIGNATURE FURNITURE ON TEXOMA INSTEAD!!! They sell the same furniture!! Love my furniture....but I WAY overpaid by buying at this store...let alone the poor customer service I received when I had shipping/delivery problems. OH and you will pay less for delivery at SIGNATURE FURNITURE also!!

Salesmen lie and will tell you furniture delivery is only a couple weeks out and they're running ahead of schedule. Lies, make sure you can wait 4-6 weeks for your furniture. Most importantly, DO NOT buy from Will, foul temper, doesn't return calls after the purchase, simply put he's worse than a car salesman.

We recently bought new living room furniture and everyone we met from the sales people to checkout were amazing! I can't say enough good things about them! We will definitely be back when it's time to buy bedroom furniture!

We were happy the minute we walked in. We were quickly greeted by Brian, who was very nice and helpful. He patiently worked with us as we tried out many sofas to find the right one. He knew a lot about each one and really assisted us in weighing their pros and cons. We ended up purchasing a leather sofa and love seat. They quickly price matched a deal I had found via the internet - no negotiation required. The price point is amazing. They should be delivered in a couple of weeks. We also purchased a 5-yr protection plan. If we don’t end up using it, we receive store credit for that amount. So it’s a win-win situation. It’s offered thru Ashley’s, not a third party. I’m looking forward to returning to the store after the furniture is delivered to work with the store designer to buy tables, lamps and a rug. Highly recommend!! Update: Our furniture was delivered and it looks great! There was a slight indentation on one of the sofa cushions. The delivery man took a pic of it and I was quickly contacted by Amy to arrange to have it repaired. I was reluctant because it wasn’t real noticeable and I didn’t want to make it worse. Amy took time to explain the process of how they would fix it which was very reassuring. Anthony came out to our home less than a week later and skillfully fixed the indentation by adding more stuffing and actually added more to some of the other cushions to ensure I was happy. He also spent time explaining how to care for my new furniture which I really appreciate. I learned a few things! He really went the extra mile and has a lot of expertise. Thank you Anthony and Amy!

I ordered my queen size mattress and adjustable bed from here and the 2 young men that delivered it were very nice and professional. I got it on time and am very pleased with my purchase.

I am not a fan of having to order everything that you want to buy and then it will take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.
