Ashley Furniture of course has been in business for many years. The quality of their furniture is great. I’ve been to this location many times. And have my preferred sales guys that I use. Ask for Ladell or James Dupriest at this location. These two guys definitely know how customers should be treated. They have also come along way with pricing. My recent visit to this location this past week gave me creepy vibes. I understand salespeople have to make money but this one particular guy is too pushy. Even after knowing you’re looking for a particular person he tries to tell you that you don’t need the person you’re looking for you need him. Major downside to coming here. No matter when I walked in he was the same way. I call, and there he is answering. I couldn’t get away from. Michael please do better. You would have probably gotten a sale out of me had you not been so pushy and dismissive of your coworkers. All in all, ask for Mr. Ladell or Mr. James.

Bad services! They tried to sell more and more but they didn’t tell you that they do not accept any return. And the delivery was so bad. Still waiting for the delivery that takes more than one month but the sales person didn’t say anything. She kept talking such as “we will deliver as soon as possible”. I can’t write more in detail but really tired of their services. The worst experience ever! Never be back!

Tim Pell was very helpful with the purchase of my new recliner. Even after I decided to put it on a different card! The reps who delivered it were on time, careful of all of my door frames and professional.

First off, I haven’t been in an Ashley Furniture store in a long time. I found the selection at this store much broader in scope and style/taste than I remembered, and the prices competitive with the general market. Both of these factors (selection/price) caused me to linger and take a more thorough look than I had anticipated. The customer service was attentive but not clingy or intrusive, and when it became apparent that my furniture interests were more comprehensive (furnishing three general living areas), the in-house interior designer, Stephanie, was introduced to me. She was amazing, taking time to hear my ideas and discuss the concepts I had been batting around in my head. She was quick to understand the challenges in my space as I showed her the layout of my older home, and we worked together to find furniture that helped to create a sense of cohesion and flow, while also modulating mood and style to accommodate each room’s intent while meeting my desire to blend what I currently own with more updated pieces. What began as a casual drive-by “looksie” at Ashley ended up becoming a major purchase. It took my husband and I three days to think through our desires and shop around to see that we were getting what we really loved in a price range that fit our budget, and what made the difference was the attention of concierge service without pretense, pressure or an exorbitant price point. Stephanie and the management of the store exemplified the best of what a sales team should feel like when making a decision you will literally “live with” for many years to come. They truly worked with us, and I appreciate that kind of attentiveness. I don’t usually leave long reviews, but this experience deserved some detail. I hope it helps someone along the way.

Once again this place has came through for us ! The customer service was OUTSTANDING!! And I mean outstanding ! Micheal Brown and his manager went above and beyond to get us what we wanted , we decided we need the recliners to go with our furniture we bought 5 years ago . They were not on the floor anymore . Micheal found us 2 of them at a pretty good price . We were in and out in under an hour . Fast and efficient. You can’t go wrong with the quality and the service highly recommended..

We were greeted by Robert, a very friendly sales guy, right when we walked through the door. Robert was very helpful and leading us to the sofa and love seat combo we were looking for. He totally upsold us into a higher model than we anticipated, but it’ll totally be worth it. We were also helped by Steven since it was Robert’s second day there. Both of them kept us laughing and helped us with everything. This is the kind of service that keeps us coming back to Ashley’s!

Timothy Perry was the perfect sales rep for us! He showed us the piece of furniture in question, answered our questions then gave my husband and me a minute to discuss. When he returned, he asked if we were ready to move forward and I said, Yes! And then he set up the sale and delivery! He didn’t oversell it nor did he neglect us. He was incredible! We loved our experience.

The experience here is nothing short of terrible. Although some of the sales associates were very nice, I would not recommend getting furniture here. We waited weeks for furniture we purchased with no communication on what was going on. We had to call and see when it was coming, which was not easy to get ahold of someone who knew what was going on. Then, the day before it was to finally come I got a call in the late afternoon from the distribution warehouse from a lady with a baby crying in the background saying it was not coming for another week even though the text had confirmed the time range when it was coming. I had had enough of sitting in lawn chairs and having back and leg pain so we went to cancel. The first cancelling attempt they couldn't do anything because the system was saying our stuff was being delivered even though it clearly said it wasn't. So again the next day it had to be dealt with all over again by going up to the store again which wasted our time and gas. In the end no one really says what happened with our furniture except a lot of strange excuses from customer emergencies to stopped trains. This was the first experience here and we will never be back. I would recommend you to go on down the road and see gallery furniture where u are treated with respect and get what you pay for the same day.

We had a great experience at the Conroe Ashley Store. Was hoping to have our chairs in stock but o my have to wait a week for them.

Prices were too high! And they did not have a side-by-side recliner. We were able to go to American furniture warehouse and furnish almost our entire home for close to what they wanted for just a living room suit.

We visited in mid-March & Timothy walked us through mattress & smartbed options. (Our old one lasted 20 years & needed something for the next 20.) Timothy was very knowledgable and enthusiastic abt what we ended up buying b/c he sleeps on such a system & feels it's noticeably improved his own sleep quality. At first the mattress we bought felt like a rubber brick- I was upset; called the store & said it didn't feel like the one what we tried in the store. The delivery guys were supposed to have explained everything (& didn't), but Timothy patiently walked me through how to break in a Tempurpedic. Three nights in & I'm a convert. I'm very happy with what we purchased, and so excited to have the whole system going forward. Great purchase. Thank you, Timothy. We ordered a bed frame too but had second thoughts on it, & the cancellation process was easy: Called at least 48 hours before delivery. Took 5 minutes. Highly recommend this place.

Lack of communication between Ashley and delivery company, lack of communication with customer when ordered products are back ordered, or no longer able to be delivered on the previous agreed delivery date and time.

Needed a new adjustable mattress frame. Michael Brown did a super job helping us out. Store was clean and nice. Service was quick. We will be back to do more business.

Furniture is five stars. There was a mix up with my appointment window. If was supposed to be from 9am to 12 but my address was messed up in the system so I went to the last delivery of the day. The guys did a great job putting the furniture together but I think they could have done better on the power hook up. I ended up ordering an extension power chair cord from Amazon so all of the cords could reach and plug into the same surge protector and outlet.

We loved the selection they had in the store and finding out that the recliners had a massage feature! Game changer. It was a good shopping experience and we found what we wanted for our living room.

What an amazing experience! I visited many stores today with so many ideas in mind. Decided to try the Ashley store in the Woodlands. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the most vibrant young sales lady who spent 100% focused on my every need. She gave me such brilliant insight and ideas and I walked away with beautiful furniture and so much clarity on the vision for my new home. I highly recommend Stephanie 100% and I’m super satisfied.

Wow, this is a good location! Everyone here needs to ask for Makayla. She is the perfect sales associate. She was very attentive yet allowed us to look without hovering. She answered all our questions or found out the answers for us. Ashley has good quality of furniture. It’s a smaller store than the Tomball location but it still a nice store.

LaDelle and Steve were fantastic to work with and both had an incredible amount of patience working with my indecisiveness. We originally came in to just take a look at one specific mattress as we were dealing with a warranty issue from another company and trying to find the right replacement but Ashley Furniture was the one who had it in the store to view/test out but that didn’t deter them from providing us a wealth of advice on our decision even though they wouldn’t benefit from it by any means. Once we decided to move forward with a few other things, they walked us through the ins and outs of all of our options and even tried tracking down a couple of items that were showing out of stock on their site. While they couldn’t find the whole set in its entirety, the one we ended up with after a lot of back and forth is perfect and we got a great deal on it as well. Would highly recommend these two!

Took off work today to receive a delivery as scheduled by their automated system on Jan 30th. When I asked that same automated system for an update this morning for some kind of delivery window, it replied back that my order was scheduled for Mar 15th, which was the original delivery date but said the order was available to deliver starting on the 7th. It gave me an option to press 0 for an agent but that didn't work no matter how many times I pressed 0 or tried O, agent, operator. I also tried to call every number that I could find but kept getting the same prompts to deal with the automated system, no way to press 0 for an agent or get to a live person on any of the numbers that I called unless I knew a four digit extension number. I finally just started pressing random four digit numbers and on about the sixth try, it started ringing (ext 5432 if you need it). After a 30 or so minute hold, a customer service rep came on, very nice lady and she tried to help, but she said it was showing in their system where the order was ever scheduled for today although she did see it scheduled for Feb 11th now. I sent her the screenshot which she sent to her manager- they came back with it wasnt their system that sent the messages. No recourse or they refused to offer any kind of credit to my account for me missing a full day pay taking off for a delivery that was scheduled by their system, whether they claim it or not! Funny that same system scheduled it for Feb 11th instead of the original Mar 15th and they can see that just fine. This is just icing on the cake to what I realized after the fact are extremely high prices in the store, especially compared to their website. I will never ever do business with Ashley again!!! I am still considering heading down there today with a poster board to picket outside of their store. I mean, I'm off anyway, might as well, right?! Argggghhhh!!!!!!

Ryan was very helpful and not pushy. Let us shop and was available when we had questions. Buying process was super quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend going to visit Ryan at this location. We found something comfortable, looks good and durable!

I've been an Ashley shopper for the past 7 years now. Love their products! At this store, Zeena was very professional, funny, and new her furniture. They didn't have what I went in there for but she sat me down and found it right away. When I'm ready for the outdoor furniture, I'll definitely be going back to see her.

SALESPEOPLE ARE TOO PUSHY!! My husband and I have an entire home to furnish and were looking forward to walking around Ashley and take our time looking at furniture. From the moment we stepped foot in the store we had a salesmen on our heels! He even followed me all the way back to the restroom!! We told him we would like to look alone and would let him know if we needed his help. We also told him we aren’t doing anything until we close on our house next week. He completely disregarded what we said and followed us around, popping up and making comments about every single piece we stopped to talk about. He also kept pressuring us to see what we’d be approved for, again disregarding that we had told him we couldn’t until we closed on our house. I told him again, we would like to look around by ourselves and would let him know. AGAIN he pops up in our conversation about a table we were seriously considering. This was so frustrating and upsetting, that we left. We will not be back. People don’t want your salespeople up their butts, they want to browse and talk with their spouse and imagine the furniture in their space. We couldn’t do that because we were interrupted and pushed by an anxious salesperson the entire time!! There are several other stores in the area that do not pressure their customers. Like, Living Spaces, which will probably end up getting all of our business now.

Wow is all I can say. To take advantage of the elderly is an understatement. The management is a joke and so is the solutions center. My mom ordered $4000 worth of their "BEST" furniture, and it arrived with significant damage to everything except the nightstands. The 3 young males that delivered it came late 6pm-at dark, told her it was their last delivery, unloaded everything in the dirt, then set it up in her bedroom, dirt and all, damage and all and said, "sign this" and left. They didn't give her a chance to look at anything, they didn't explain anything and surely didn't leave it the way they came. "White Glove Delivery" my butt! She tried calling the store, she tried going by the store and everyone is blowing her off and telling her she needs to contact the "solution center". They hung up on her today when she tried to get a status and talk to the one person that tried to help her. She is 70 years old. She doesn't understand all of this, and they act like taking care of the customer after the sale, doesn't matter. I always thought that Ashley seemed to be a good brand, but this experience has ruined that. I won't be back; my family won't be back. I hope corporate actually reads these and makes some changes. I have never seen such blatant disrespect for an old person in my life. She hasn't gotten loud, hasn't cussed anyone, hasn't done anything but ask for help and she has been treated like crap for it. I hope eventually they make this right. Next time we will spend the extra time, distance and money down at Gallery Furniture. At least we know he takes care of his people and appreciates return customers.

My wife and I saw a dining set we liked while shopping online. We went to go and see it in person. Our salesman ( Steven ) was great. He was there when we needed him but he let us look on our own. To sum it up..... We got a better price than advertised online.

We shopped for a new sofa at Ashley Furniture in The Woodlands. Our sales person was Michael and he was attentive and answered our questions. He was knowledgeable about the sofas and tables in the store. We are short statured and some of the sofas were too deep or too big. We did find a nice sofa that is very comfortable. Michael was not pushy but was efficient and enthusiastic. We are eager for the sofa to be delivered. The delivery fee is quite hefty and we were not expecting it to be so much.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They are such a scam. I recently went with my grandmother to re-purchase items that we went to another location for but unfortunately had the same issue happen to us. We worked directly with Evan Corn who we made aware of our horrible experience at a previous location and was reassured it would be different with him. We genuinely thought he would look out for our best interest throughout the transaction. We simply reordered some items and when we were done, he wanted to add on a mattress protector for us stating that it would be $12 (when Bedgear is usually $100+) in installments with our credit card that we had gotten previously approved for through Ashely. It was too good to be true, but he repeatedly told us that it would ONLY be $12 and I made a joke stating that I could pay that cash and take it home however I couldn’t because it was part of a promotion since we were financing. Well, just like our previous one experience, the same thing happened when it came to delivering our products. We scheduled the delivery AND confirmed it only for them to text the morning of our scheduled delivery: It's Ashley Homestore! Are you ready to schedule your order? Reply 1 to schedule. Reply 2 to exit. Reply STOP at anytime to opt out of these messages. Like this was already confirmed for delivery, why am I getting this text? Do they not realize that we have to take the day off of work in order to accommodate for these deliveries since Ashley cannot even provide a schedule timeframe for it? I proceeded to call the store to reach Evan numerous times and every time he apparently was with a customer therefore we cancelled the entire order! I came to bring back the mattress protector which had not even been opened/ used and they denied me stating that things like this cannot be returned. Evan of course didn’t make us aware if this and now we are stuck with a bill for $140 since sneaky Evan thought it was appropriate to quote us $12 for it to sell it to us but behind the scenes discounted the furniture so that he can sell it to us for that price. This was told to me by another manager there. Please go elsewhere because here you’ll definitely be taken advantage of

Good selection of furniture and Kyle our sales person was super helpful

FURNITURE INFESTED WITH POWDER POST BEETLES that EAT THROUGH THE FURNITURE AND PUT YOUR HOME AT RISK. Bought a whole bedroom set, including a mattress. 8 months in, we see wood dust on top of our clothes. Looking closer, there was wood dust under one of the nightstands and behind bed frame. We went to the store and STORE MANAGER ADVISED TO REMOVE BED SET FROM HOME IMMEDIATELY move it to the GARAGE and call customer service. We called and followed all steps. They said someone will contact us in less than 24 hrs, since it was an urgent matter. We had to put everything in the garage ourselves! No one could come to disassemble the bed frame and move the whole set out. We called a pest inspector, fearing for the home and he confirmed the furniture was infested with POWDER POST BEETLES. And that it came with the furniture. $800 treatment was quoted. Filed the claim through Ashley’s portal, as manager instructed us, she even said they would do an exchange and apologized greatly. Walked the floor store with us and we picked another set that had different material. But had to wait for customer service to authorize it. Sleeping on the floor, 24 hours go by and customer service never calls back. We stopped by the store again and manager said customer service had to authorize the exchange and we had to wait. We call customer service and after being on hold 3 times, Vicky says, “we don’t cover bugs”..”sorry”. Asked to talk to her supervisor. After being on hold again, she said “no supervisor is available”. It is totally UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE, their furniture is INFESTED with POWDER POST BEETLES that eat through the furniture silently for months and JEOPARDIZE your home’s structure and they won’t accept responsibility and won’t do an exchange or refund. Getting a lawyer. See photos from empty dresser sitting in the garage with 12 hours of new dust in them. LAST PICTURE shows one of the drawers with what looks like previous beetle damage being restored before we purchased it . UNBELIEVABLE!! UPDATE: After spending several hours on the phone with Customer Service Representatives, answer was…we only guarantee for 72 hours after purchase. We are in total shock. Don’t buy anything from them. We have no bed after only 8 months.

It’s been nine days and we have only received some of the furniture purchased. According to the automated center, it’s advising the rest will be shipped in eight weeks. waiting nine days seems like an awful lot of time to wait for furniture

It’s better to browse in-store if needed but make your purchase online, where the same items are often significantly cheaper.

Deceptive Sales Tactics – Avoid Ashley Physical Store I visited Ashley Store with my family yesterday, and unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the moment we walked in. As soon as we arrived, a sales representative started following us and wouldn’t let us browse the furniture peacefully. He kept bombarding us with questions, making it nearly impossible to focus. I was there with my wife, our baby in a stroller, and another child, and despite telling him multiple times that we just wanted to browse on our own, he kept insisting on hovering. About five minutes later, an assistant manager named Sherry approached us, offering a supposed discount of 25% to 30%, which was the only reason we decided to stay and keep looking. We ended up spending over an hour considering various pieces, even though the prices seemed high. I was willing to go ahead with a purchase because of the promised discount. However, when it came time to check the final price, things took a turn. The prices on Sherry’s system were almost double what was displayed in the store. I had calculated the total price for the items we selected to be around $5,400, so with the discount, I expected to pay about $3,800. Instead, Sherry told me the original price of the items was about $10,000, and after her “special discount,” I’d be paying $6,000. This made no sense—the system prices were much higher than the store prices I had seen. It was late, so I told her I’d check prices and return the next day to see if her manager would honor the discount. The next day, I called Sherry, and unsurprisingly, she confirmed that the prices in the store were already discounted but were higher than the website prices. She mentioned they could match the Ashley Furniture website prices as a “price match,” but no additional discount would be applied. I felt completely deceived. The “discount” they offered was just a cover for raising the prices. This kind of sales tactic is dishonest. They also pushed zero-interest financing, which made me realize they’re banking on customers not noticing they’re paying inflated prices because they’re focused on the low monthly payments. I was paying in cash, so I could see the math clearly, but I imagine many people who finance don’t notice how much extra they’re paying because of the misleading discounts. For anyone considering a visit to Ashley Store, save yourself the hassle. The physical stores and the Ashley Furniture website are run by different companies. The website has the same items for less, sometimes even 20%, 30%, or even 40% less than what you’ll find in-store. If you must, visit the store to check out the furniture in person, but I highly recommend purchasing online to avoid their shady sales tactics. I wasted over an hour with my family, canceled an order from another store thinking I was getting a good deal at Ashley, only to discover they were trying to charge me much more than I expected. I absolutely do not recommend shopping at Ashley Stores in person.

Upon purchase of our couches and warranty, Ashley Furniture has been extremely unhelpful on any claims to help repair our furniture. We purchased a 5 year warranty and was promised that it would cover any damages of the next 5 years to help keep our couches looking brand new. In the first year, we had to make 3 claims because the frames were breaking and coming apart causing our cushions to sink drastically. 1 repair took over 6 month and 3 visits for them to come to the house to fix it properly., Now after the first year, Ashley does not honor the warranty and has a 3rd party company handle all repairs. This company does not cover everything that Ashely covers. So now I have a 1 1/2 year old couch that dips largely in the middle and now I am being told that Ashley wont help at all with the warranty. Because of how awful the service has been just to maintain one couch, we will not be shopping at Ashley anymore and don't advise anyone else to as well. The quality does not last and the warranty will not help.

Worst experience ever. I dealt with a salemans named Stephanie Kinnear. I’ve had problems since I placed the order, went to the warehouse not once but twice & wasted my time and the movers time. Sslesman doesnt answer the phone, and salemans lied to me and told me everything was available for pickup: After she recieved my payment, she came back and said it wasnt available. I dont give Ashley a bad rating but Stephanie definitely would get 0 stars if I was able to give her 0 stars. Salesman acting like she dont want to cancel my order so I can get a refund and make the purchase somewhere else. DONT RECOMMEND.

Had a great visit to Ashley Furniture in Spring. Timothy greeted us as we came in offered to help, we were just looking for a second time and he said he would check on us in a bit. Timothy came over after about ten minutes and offered more assistance. He allowed us space and made us feel comfortable. Offered to move Furniture around to help us on a decision. Over all an outstanding sales rep we ended up buying some new Furniture and had great savings with the Labor Day sale!

The Woodlands/Spring store is consistently clean, organized and merchandise is smartly displayed. All the team is friendly but Barry and Ryland are a step above. Highly recommend.

Over 2 weeks ago I purchased several furniture items from Ashley Furniture on the I-45 in Spring, TX. Following 3 separate deliveries, all of which came with either broken or missing furniture pieces, I am still waiting for all the items in my initial order to be delivered. Despite all the errors originating on their side, Ryland - the store General Manager, has displayed such awful customer service, sullying the name of a well know and respected brand. Most recently, we were advised that we would have to pay a private contractor to redeliver broken or missing items if we wanted delivery within the timeframe initially promised during purchase. This after paying a $800 delivery fee at the time of purchase. Seeing the injustice, the sales representative advised that we would be refunded at least 50% of the delivery charge. However, Ryland has now decided that he will not approve any delivery charge refund. Desperate to receive the furniture for our new home, we payed our own delivery charge to have the critical items such as beds and chairs delivered after so many delays. However, one of the items (which arrived broken in a previous delivery and had to be returned) came with the wrong legs, a total mismatch to all the other pieces in the set. After being told that Ryland will reach out to me to discuss next steps, I have received no phone call but a text message from the sales associate advising that I have to go online and create my own ticket to get the legs corrected. Am I crazy or are these people crazy? Not to mention, the bed frame that was delivered was sent with temporary rails until they can figure out when the real rails can be delivered. The joke is, the temporary rails don’t even fit so the mattress is sitting on the floor 😩😩😩 I would love to cancel the whole order and send everything back but guess what…no returns!!! This has been the most frustrating experience of my life and I will tell anyone who will listen, Do Not Shop At Ashley Furniture!!! The primary concern is getting your money and then they bail. No one cares that you actually receive the correct items or help when there are delays or errors. RUN!!!!

Worst experience ever! Kyle Fritts is dodging our call on the day of our delivery and no other person from the store contacted us that the dresser we have ordered has been changed for the delivery date. We have received a confirmation after purchasing the dresser to have it come on the 31 but then we received another text this morning to change our delivery date. We had our time wasted because we specifically took the day off to wait for the delivery and the assembly but was not notified by anyone about the change. When we called the Ashley furniture number from google the sales rep immediately sent us to another phone number as she found out we were not purchasing anything new. When we finally found a customer representative that was able to assist us with a refund we did not receive any sort of email confirmation about the refund and could not figure out the right card number.

Steven is absolutely amazing. He is very professional and makes sure you receive what you want for the right price.

It has been a horrific experience getting furniture with this store. I ordered a grey wood bed and on the first delivery received and upholstered headboard and the rest of the bed was wood. The box springs were damaged and not the right size. By the way the order was placed by the manager of this establishment and you would have thought it would have been inputted correctly. I submitted a claim for the box springs which was disregarded there was no follow up and when I called they had no documentation of the claim. My husband and I went up there on multiple occasions to fix the matter and was told everything was taken care of. After 2months of back and forth we received the correct bed to only find out the box spring issue was not resolved or inputted into the system at all ! I don’t recommend shopping at this location.

We had such a fantastic experience at Ashley Furniture in Spring. Our sales associate was Stephanie Kinnear. After we entered the doors, she quickly asked us what we needed today. She was very pleasant and upbeat. She also provided her honest input on our selections. She has an excellent eye for decor. I have been to this particular Ashley Furniture but was not provided the type of help I received today. We entered the store with bar stools on our list. But we ended up purchasing bar stools and a cabinet! Thank you Stephanie for your help today!

Was tricked into opening a credit account here when I didn’t want to by being told it was just a “pre check” to see what I qualify for. By no means would I have given my info if I knew it was going to open an account no matter what. I left not buying anything so now I have a credit check ding on my account for no reason thanks to their salesmen

I will never purchase an Ashley anything every again. I purchased a dining table and chairs - one chair broke within the first 6 months - and a large couch, who's cushions broke down after a year and it's incredibly uncomfortable to sit on now. These people will lie their butts off to sell you an overly priced piece of furniture. They will promise you a deal on a warranty that you can use at any time for any reason, but you will not be able to do that. The furniture they sell you is cheap, uncomfortable garbage that breaks down after 1-2 years. Just long enough to be out of that warranty. Go with a company that doesn't hire employees on commission. Commission simply means the business doesn't care enough about quality, but about quantity. Find a business that isn't full of cutthroats and liars.

Ordered a very nice living room set April 19th, paid in full. I have yet to receive any product or been informed of an accurate delivery date! Communication has been absolutely horrible. The delivery date has been changed 4 times and each time I had to call Ashley’s for the update. I’m still waiting on a new delivery date. I’m so disappointed and afraid that I will have to just cancel and go elsewhere. Hopefully they don’t stall on my refund as they have been on the $250 they had promised to refund for my trouble 3 1/2 weeks ago!

Would give ZERO stars if possible. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. First and foremost, our sales associate, Steve, struggled immensely when it came to basic math in trying to figure the discounted price of the couch we were purchasing. Multiple “what if” scenarios that all ended with different final prices in which none made sense and were all different. Given that my husband works in finance, he tried helping Steve out and was still argued with saying that his math isn’t right and that we’re not understanding what he’s doing. We were given a promise date by our sales associate for our sectional that was paid in full only to have Ashley never schedule our delivery then turn around and take pieces out of our order fulfillment to fulfill another customers order causing us to receive a partial delivery with the connecting wedge piece on back order over 2 weeks past our promise date. Sales associate defers to store manager who you cannot reach because the phone number goes straight to the automated system. There has been no effort to be proactive in letting customers know their orders are being pushed back or providing a new promise date. Warehouse, supervisors and other employees have no remorse for breaching contracts with their customers and taking peoples money without fulfilling their portion of the contract and repeatedly stating “there’s nothing we can do about it”. There is no urgency, diligence, dignity or consideration when it comes to this company. I will never again spend a single hard earned dollar of mine on any product from Ashley furniture. Absolute waste of time and money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Been a long time customer of Ashley furniture and never had a bad experience until now. The location in spring was set to deliver my couch on Saturday the 8th of June. This was scheduled on may 28th. After being notified the couch was on its way at 6pm and would be there in 15 minutes they never showed. Called customer service and was told nothing they could do to make this right and it would be there on Thursday the 13th. Today is the 13th and they just called to let us know the couch is now on back order. We will never do business here again along with our family members. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Y’all suck.

Friendly staff at this location. Unfortunately this was the only positive aspect. I have shopped at Ashley’s for about 7 years now, this will be the last time. Furniture was scheduled for delivery about a month ago. An incorrect piece was delivered and one piece was missing. The delivery people were unhelpful, the representative at the store was unhelpful and the customer service rep was also unhelpful. The missing piece was eventually scheduled to arrive yesterday, and was confirmed through the automated scheduling system. The piece did not arrive and, when I called, the person who helped me said the route which included my delivery was cancelled, she was unable to find a reason. Then another scheduling request came today through their automated scheduling service for later this month, over 1 month after the original delivery date. When I requested an earlier delivery date, the person assisting me stated it was never scheduled for yesterday despite me sharing a screenshot and email of the confirmed delivery date and time window. Hoping to get the rest of my furniture at some point.

Right off the bat of walking in Kyle welcomed us (NOT OVERWHELMING) with a friendly greeting and pointed us in the right direction. He was knowledgeable, professional and extremely easy to talk through our buying options with. Our buying process was also extremely easy. We were able to pay for couch and get out within just a few minutes. BIG PLUS!!! As we checked out we had the manager say hello and several other sales associates thanking us for our business. Could not recommend this store enough, but even more so KYLE FRITTS!

My experience was far from fantastic. My husband and I went in with the intention of purchasing a couch for our home but all that quickly changed after some time with your employee, Steve. We specifically told Steve we didn't want our credit ran or to take out any credit card but instead he decided to take things into his own hands. My husband and I now have 2 hard inquiries on our credit report. He had us putting information in for what we thought was so we could do the 60 month financing but instead he was, without our consent, running our credit through other companies. We're grateful we ended up leaving but extremely upset that we couldn't get the couch we were so excited about. We're highly disappointed in our experience and will never return to Ashley's.

If I could, I would give this place a -10 stars. Do not purchase anything from this store. So, when I went in it was all pleasant and everything. Was able to pick out the furniture we wanted and everything. Up to this point the store associate, John, had been helpful. Went and filled the financing application and stated I was approved for X amount of money for my purchase. Ok I didn't use the credit because there was no need. It wasn't until we got to the paperwork that things looked suspicious. Some random guy come and sits at the table and says hi my name is........ to which John responds he is from ACIMA. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THROUGH ACIMA. ON YOP OF YOU PAYING TAXES ON YOUR PURCHASE, EVERY TIME YOU MAKE A PAYMENT WITH THEY CHARGE YOU TAXES ON THE PAYMENT YOU ARE PROCESSING WITH THEM!!! THEY ARE A SCAM AT ITS FINEST. But that is a different story for a different day. I was upset because in finance area they DO NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING AT ALL. Took my paperwork and almost 3 weeks later I get my furniture. Delivery was horrible!!!!!!! Not the Delivery guys themselves but how Ashley Furniture handled the delivery. It is just an overall disappointment!! Please take your business and money go somewhere at least you will get treated with some dignity and respect of communication. EXTREMELY AWFUL AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

So the whole 60 month finance thing is just not true. Me and my wife specifically told the salesman Steve we do not want a credit card or to have our credit ran. We were recommended to go to Steve as he would help us out and take care of us. Well Steve decided making a sale after hearing my income was way more important than an happy customer. After walking away from us after us telling him we would rather do the 60 month finance he has us filling out paper work that we assume is for what we asked for. He ran my credit twice through two different banks now I have two different hard inquiries on my credit report. Im truly just disappointed in his customer service skills and deceitful behavior. I hope this store can do better and find better sales people.

She gives you the ultimate experience as a caring sales representative, and I could not have asked for anyone better. The visit from start to finish is UNIQUE very informative and accurate. Every product I was interested in she was knowledgeable and asked questions to understand the needs and comfort my entire family was seeking. That is what blew me away. She did not come off as an order taker, nor did she have the car salesman approch. She was very meek yet confident, and my wife loved her. We took up quite a bit of her time, and she did not rush us to take another guest, This made us comfortable in spending money and time with her. The only reason I rated one star because I had to do the review my sales Rep Steven Batt I came in looking for a couch and living room table and a rug I came at 5:38 I picked out everything got back with Steven he ran my credit I got approved with Acima but I didn't find out I didn't get approved for Ashley until I spoke with the guy from acima Steven didn't tell me i didn't get approve through Ashley and he was sitting and looking at me the whole entire time I didn't won't to go that route so Steven then ask me to fill out a form for me to get approve through another company by this time it is close to 8:00p.m I'm sitting and waiting on Steven to let me know he never come back I get up to walk around he's assisting another customer finally his manager walks over and say oh you didn't get approved he didn't ask me if I a had different option or maybe pick out a couch lesser than the one I picked out I told the manager he just left me sitting here he didn't come back that's horrible customer service I spent all that time there and didn't get anywhere oh let's not forget I had a hour and half drive to drive back home my time was definitely wasted and customer service was horrible and the manager didn't care at all I have done business with Ashley before the customer service was great but it wasn't at this location I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here

We went into Ashley furniture over the weekend and we were immediately greeted by Patrick. He was incredibly friendly and helpful with finding us our perfect couch for our new home.

The service here was excellent, top notch, and carry professional!!! My man Michael hooked me up with a chair on clearance and I had no issue moving it back home at all!

I was literally on the verge of procrastinating another week before purchasing my couch. I was looking for a change after I sold my previous one. I ended up at another furniture store for a piece I’d seen a week earlier (2 weeks without a couch). It was the perfect size but I knew there had to be something else out there, something better that would suit my needs. Because I had worked with Steven before, I stopped at the store and asked for him; he immediately went to work for me. I cannot put into words how incredibly ecstatic I am about my pieces, how glad I am that I didn’t give up, and how grateful I am to Steven. Steven was our sales rep. We called him yesterday about a recliner that we saw on there web site. He said they had them in stock. We went today and purchased the recliner Steven was great. Very professional. There store is very nice. All there employees that was there was very nice. (We was there between 11 and 12 am) We will definitely go there again!

There are not enough bad words in the English language to truly convey how we feel about Ashley! We were lured in by the advertising and good pricing only to be deceived. We found a mattress that was like sleeping on a cloud and an adjustable base to go with it and paid more than we've ever paid for one before. It was delivered a few days later and was the worst nights sleep ever, it was as if we slept outside on the driveway, both waking to sore aching bodies. We went back to the store that evening to double check and see what might have happen clearly it was not the bed we laid on in the store there must be a mistake but the labels were the same and the showroom bed was still very comfortable and nothing like what was delivered to us! They said "no one has ever had this problem before maybe it was mislabeled or defective but the way it works is you have to keep it for 30 days before we can begin a return/replacement process". Are you kidding 30 more nights of this, "we will try and accelerate it to our manager and you can call this number and try to talk to them about it". No one will do anything for us until 30 days has passed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced they do not care they are too big to worry about one customer and are completely indifferent to our situation. This was our first and last purchase in an Ashley store so pleased don't get fooled like we did and drive on by!!!!

A 5-star review for the manager who handled a very unpleasant situation quite professionally. A 1- star review or even a 0 review for the sales person who worked with us. We bought $2k worth of breakfast table for six. The sales person kept going back and forth on his word. Very unprofessional and accusing us of wanting to get the dining set for free. A shameful behavior and very disrespectful. I wouldn’t name the person here but kudos to the manager who profusely apologized for the staff’s behavior and honored the deal that was first agreed with the salesman. Anyway, we have bought furniture previously from Ashley and definitely buy again.

I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent furniture purchase from your store. Every aspect of the transaction, from the sofa cushions to the overall quality and assembly, has left me thoroughly disappointed. The sofa cushions I received are of shockingly low quality, a far cry from what was on display in the showroom. The variance in quality raises serious concerns about the accuracy and consistency of your product representation. Moreover, the delivered furniture does not match the dimensions of the floor samples. This lack of consistency has caused significant inconvenience in my living space and adds to the overall disappointment. The assembly team, presumably overburdened with a high number of deliveries, performed below acceptable standards during my delivery. The rushed assembly resulted in a noticeable decline in quality and attention to detail. This experience falls far below the standard I expected from your store. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to address these issues to prevent others from facing similar disappointments.

May cancel purchase- Upon arrival we were greeted immediately by the friendly salesman. We let him know I had been pre-approved and were there for a couch. My husband and I were browsing through the couches while he was entering our information into his tablet. Things were going fine until we decided on the couch. Then his tablet quit working properly AND the posted price was different than what was in the system, so we got the manager involved and everything went down hill from there. We were in the store for 2 more hours while they tried to rectify the situation. They each kept calculating different things on their phone calculators asking “what if” scenarios that involved discounts on the incorrectly posted price, which still put us at a higher balance, then if we just got the correct price; almost as if they didn’t understand math. At one point the manager tried to sell us a discounted lamp but couldn’t get that to ring up properly either. We ended up paying full price and have to go back to get the “big managers” approval to refund us the $600 from the system price.. All in all, we left the store completely frustrated and felt like we had gotten scammed. If when we go back to get the $600 refund, anymore shadiness comes up, we are canceling the purchase. As soon as we left I said, we should have just walked out from the start of the incorrectly posted price that they couldn’t honor. Lesson learned, but I will never go to Ashley again, even if this transaction works out.

In summary, my resent experience with the store's was ended with disappointment. Two weeks ago, I visited the store and purchased three furniture items, one of which I was unsure about. The salesperson assured me that I have 30 days for return policy. After a lengthy paperwork process, including signing documents about delivery conditions, the items were delivered without issue. However, later that evening, when my family and I inspected the items together, we realized that one of them wasn't to our liking. I contacted customer support to inquire about returning the item, only to be surprised and disappointed to learn that returns were not accepted. I wish I had been informed about this policy at the time of purchase to avoid this situation. Overall, while I am satisfied with the furniture, I am disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the return policy, which has left me feeling deceived.

Horrible service , I would recommend people not come here to buy there furniture. First, I bought 2 mattress and adjusted base since November, they only delivered 2 mattress and missing the adjustable base. Until I tried multiple call to check up the missing item. They said it can be delivery in March . Now they sent email to delivery the adjustment base but they didn’t bring upstairs and installed for me while I’m pregnant could not bring bevy stuff. I asked them do it for me but that said no. Second is the financial , they said paid in 3 months without interest, but when I look the paper again . It took me pay extra $200 plus amount I paid for 2 mattress and adjustment base. Just waste your time and money if you come here.

Adriana was the best sales person ever. Never rushed us or made us feel like she was hovering. The perfect balance of making sure we had support but the space to do it at our leisure. The variety of items is good and priced fairly for the quality they are. On a personal note I am happy a company like Ashley would be progressive and not require their employees to covering their tattoos and allowing them to express themselves. It shows they value their employees and allows them to be genuine and not fake.

A received a store credit from a previous Ashley purchase that became available to me on 1/12/24. On 1/20/24 I visited Ashley store @ 25403 North Fwy, Spring, TX 77380 and was approached by sales person Steven. I had already picked out the 2 items I needed from online and informed Steven what I wanted to purchase. I was also aware before arrival that I had to spend a min of $500 even though my credit is for $400. So I found an accent table to bring my total to $500. After hours of Steven trying to enter the info in the system he finally got it “submitted” therefore I should receive told receive an update on Monday. Monday 1/22/24 comes and no response from Stephen so I texted him stating that I found another accent table that I may want to exchange for the one I seen in store and let me know if it was in store for me to see. I receive no response via text or call from Steven acknowledging my message. On Thur. 1/25 /24 I called Ashley store back between 2-12:30pm and Kyle answers, he tells me he will look into the order and give me a call back around 4pm (no call). I call the store around 6:50pm and was told Kyle went to get gas the gentleman got my name and number and have Kyle call me back (that didn’t happen). On Fri., 1/26/24 I yet again call the store back and Rylan answered. After asking to speak to Steven / Kyle and them not be available I asked if he could help me. He pulled up my info and said the order was not submitted correctly he will resubmit it and shouldn’t take long. So I asked will it be Monday before I know he said should have info/update by Sat., 1/27/23 but he will give me a call back. After hanging up with Rylan then Ben calls me saying Rylan asked him to call me because I want to purchase furniture (no no no). So I explain to him the situation for him to say I will let Rylan call you back. Now here it is Sat., 1/27/24 and I guess I will continue waiting. If I don’t continue to call I will not get an update. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences to talk to multiple people and no receive a true answer or a call back when I’m told I would receive one.

Absolutely horrible experience. The entire sales team has zero integrity or proper communication skills. Once you leave the store, you are no longer a priority. If your order is delayed, they don’t communicate with you. It’s like pulling teeth to get an update on your order or an ETA. In 1 months time, we’ve had horrible in-store experiences with Walter and Adriana. Both promised me calls back on multiple days but didn’t follow through with what they said. Sales manager, Evan, also promised me a call back yesterday and by noon today for an update. That call never happened so I called the store to inquire, yet again. I was hung up on twice once I requested to speak to Evan. Evan cowardly ever called me back I then received a phone call from Adriana stating that they were just going to cancel the order because it wouldn’t be delivered in time, despite previously guaranteeing me it would. My elderly parents will now have nowhere to stay when they fly in for Christmas and, because of the poor communication and service of 3 associates from Ashley, there is no time to make different arrangements. No one wants to provide any customer service to help remedy the situation. They would rather just take the loss instead of doing the right thing. No accountability has been taken. Just a bunch of sleezy car salesman trying to make their commission.

Extremely disappointed! We bought furniture 2 wks ago and agreed to have it deliver tomorrow since our floors were being refinished 12/2. We were told to expect a call today for delivery time tomorrow 12/16 but didn’t receive call. We called today to reconfirm delivery and apparently something happened with paperwork where it caused us to not even being on the schedule. In addition to that, apparently the purchase was canceled 12/2 , same day as the purchase?? How incompetent and disorganized they are. Of course I have been charged for these items already. I have never purchased from Ashley and this is just absolutely disappointing. My purchases have always been through Gallery Furniture. Gallery furniture has always given un great customer service. I liked the pieces I purchased from Ashley otherwise I would’ve definitely gone to where we are treated well. Ashley furniture, I hope this issue gets resolved. Very disappointed at this time.

Happy with the couch and the guys that put together were great! I did want to pass along that I'm not happy with the amount of time it took to be delivered. When we purchased the couch, we were promised that it would be delivered on the 5th of December. We had the other couch we had picked up by the women shelter on the 4th. When I was called about the delivery date I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that they would phone me with 48hrs. That never happen and I called "two" times and still never had response still to this day. Very disappointing and probably one and done with Ashley furniture for the lack of communication and the false promise date.

Please save your time and money and do not shop here. 1. These people do not care to get your business & they do not honor their word 2. They are an extremely unorganized and unhelpful. Over the course of 2 days, I have never experienced a worse customer service experience. It is a shame this store was the only location that had what we were looking for because this is not a business anyone should support. There are multiple issues we experienced, but this one by far the worst. The manager is dishonest. We were told different things from different people. We had to wait 2 hours for the warehouse to pull a piece of furniture we were wanting. We were told the previous day to our faces, by the manager, to call ahead and they would have it pulled. We called, and were denied & told we need to be in store for them to get anything from the warehouse. Got to the store, and since shipment came in they could not get our furniture and made us wait 2 hours before got it for us. We were there from 5:15 - 7:30pm. The furniture we waiting 2 hours for was damaged, discolored, and was missing parts. A complete waste of time. Getting their shipment unloaded was more important than a paying customer. The sales representatives and manager we interacted with were unprofessional and made it evident they do not care about the customer. We will never be shopping at Ashley Furniture again. For their prices, please consider taking your business to a store that will care about their customer.

I will never purchase from Ashley Furniture again! I went into the store in search of a new mattress. Was sold one and told I had a 90 day moneyback guarantee. They forgot to mention the part that the only way you get moneyback guarantee, is if you buy something even more expensive. I was also sold a mattress pad for the bedding and was told I get three in the 10 year span. Pablo, my salesman, suggested I call to get the second one so I could use it when I switch bedding and I’m doing the sheets. A month later, I’m calling the store several times and always end up with customer service somewhere. I was told they cannot connect me to the store, but they would have someone call me. After attempting to leave for messages, I decided to go to the store myself. I went in today to get a number to get the mattress pad, and was told it’s only if the mattress pad goes out, so not worth the price you pay. Again, I will never shop at Ashley again

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had, my wife and I were greeted by the salesperson Carla and she was extremely unprofessional. Not only was she never around to help, she told us basically where things were spread out and to look for her if we needed help. We have a couple of apartments that we rent and needed quite a bit of furniture so just looking around and remembering everything we wanted was not really an option, the two times we went looking for her she took forever to get to us "looking for her computer" as she said. We did see her talking to the other salespeople there a whole lot, but hey maybe that's what she gets paid to do. The employees here look a mess, some even smelled of alcohol. Needless to say we DID NOT buy here and took our business to American Furniture and Rooms to Go, both places were night and day. Do yourselves a favor and shop anywhere else!!

A lot of issues with delivery of our new table and chairs. It was botched causing our delivery to be an additional week.

Wow wow what an Experience with Zeena today! Whoever had a hand in hiring her should be rewarded. She was not only sharp with her furniture knowledge but she was patient and compassionate with my toddler running around. I came in the store wanting a tv console and left with a bunk bed for my child and a beautiful mattress to go along with the set. Thank you again Zeena for being AMAZING at what you do. Ok so I love Ashley Furniture. We’ve used them for years, across our several houses. This time I’m finally willing to give an overall review because I TRULY understand how the sales side works and how they screw you. Let me first say, quality of furniture has never been an issue. We own everything from leather living room sets to patio sets that aren’t cheap (before we added extra chairs/couches/tables), modular living room, and the middle of the road pleather living room sets. We’re not above anything and we have been fortunate to have afforded higher end. This review is for anyone shopping here. We went in to Ashley to buy furniture. The salesman seemed to want to work with us and was great (gave me his number, etc). I had an idea of what I wanted, honestly I didn’t really have the dimensions of the room down because our room feels HUGE. We chose a living room set, he tried to push us into buying that day - I said no, I want to go home and think on the spacing - we came back the next day and we chose a couch. A giant sectional. It’s 11ft x 11ft. Price tag on it was ridiculous (like 3600 bucks, BUT they have a 25% off sale going on, whatever…) We got to the sitting down to total up our bill and I declined the $699 protection plan… adamantly. The couch WITH a discount and delivery was going to be like 4200(?!?!? I’m sorry, math please?) Ok so we get into this argument and I almost say never mind. My husband is wrangling out toddlers who are breaking the walls down and jumping on EVERYTHING, so his normal voice of reason isn’t present. I finally agreed to pay $3200 for this damn couch, out the door.. Let me tell you some salesman secrets: He told me “you’re still getting a steal on the couch, I moved the numbers up and down so you only are going to pay 2000 for the couch but I still need you to buy that protection plan because I make 80bucks on that and only like 20 on the couch, no matter the price of the couch. Oh and I took off the delivery fee.” Well done Ashley furniture. I now know how to negotiate. You marked down a couch from 3600 to 2000 and more or less forced a sale of a protection plan so the salesman was happy. With this being the first piece of furniture in my entire new home, I’m not sure if I’ll go back to Ashley or just use the new information and go next door to the competition. I’ve been duped. Don’t get duped yourself. Also, I didn’t and have NEVER used their financing service. I pay outright. Another thing to consider for your bargaining power as a customer. If the owner’s son in law sees this at some point. We’re the family that bought furniture for our second home during Covid that ended up waiting over 8months to take delivery in south tx and you gave us two free ottomans over it. I told you I’d call the next time I needed furniture but figured this was a better way to get your attention since it’s been a couple years. I still have the same number.

Stay away from this store. After purchasing a mattress I called to request a warranty claim 4 months later. The person who picked up the phone was rude, defensive and condescending. After saying he couldn't help he said he'd give me the phone number to call, then hung up the phone. I called back several times, I mean over 30 times, eventually he/them blocked my number. If I call from my phone it goes straight to voicemail, if I call from my wife's she can get a line. Not only is this rude and disrespectful, it's also shady and suspicious that they're avoiding warranty requests. Save yourself the hassle and drive to a different location or use a different company altogether.

Worst service I have ever experienced. We were supposed to get our kids bedroom set delivered May 26th and after 3 reschedules because they didn’t have it in yet we were then told they had a nationwide outage and the delivery driver never showed up. My husband then get a call that delivery would be 6/13 and now he called to confirm and they said they have ANOTHER outage and have no record. I have been waiting for over a month and no one talks to each other or communicates. I will never recommend this company and will be cancelling my order and give someone else our business. Edit: My husband tried calling and texting the number left below and has yet to receive a response. The live person said system was down and so we can’t cancel and that a manager would get back to us within 24-48 hours. I guess I dispute the charges at this point.

I would give The Woodlands store at 24515 IH 45N a ZERO stars if that was an option. I purchased a sofa in store, paid for it and the manager told me that the system had a glitch and it wasn't releasing the order, he said they would contact me on Monday and let me know the status. On Tuesday I received a call that the order had been cancelled and they did not know why and wanted to know if my charge on my card was showing that it went thru and I told them yes. On Thursday I was told that they were issuing a refund, I still have not received my refund over a week later, and the manager is not responding to me, I have called corporate and still cannot get assistance, it is sad when they need $1200 so bad that they screw a customer over because they see a woman coming in alone purchasing furniture. DO NOT purchase anything from Ashley. They also tried to charge me $200 over the actual cost of the furniture protection

Imagine walking into the store. Getting greeted at the door and telling the sales person we are just looking around. Yet the next 20 minutes that followed we were pestered 8-9 seperate times by 2 different sales people who refused to leave us alone. The funniest part was, they both used the same exact sales lines... Considered buying a table but the salesmen convinced me to walk away empty handed.

After spending over 10k here you would think this place would help you out. I have never been more upset with a sales representative than the one at the this location. I won’t say the name just because I have integrity and I hope it’s made right but we have had a coffee table missing parts, I paid for assembly and delivery, they never send someone to correct it just a set of bolts for me to do myself. I can live with that, what I can’t live with is, not receiving a bill for a third of my furniture. This location seems borderline fraud. The finance company finally called last Friday and we went over numbers and of course they didn’t ad up. The rug which we never got was still being charged to us. They can’t get anything right here. They take your commission and run. This made me do research on them and I of course found out it’s not uncommon of them to do this to people. Be better Ashley furniture. $13000 spend in your store and thrown to the wolves to try and solve a billing issue on my own.

Bought a TV stand at Ashley furniture at the beginning of March.  the furniture was damaged by the delivery people.  we have called and sent several pictures to Ashley furniture. They keep saying they never receive them and they will not call back. Worthless company will also report to the Better Business Bureau at this point.

Aweful experience! Paid thousands for a factory defected couch. Been calling for 5 months for replacement parts and every time I speak to them they say 7-10 days. It never comes. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

My experience was positive. Zeena was resourceful and efficient. The first time I visited the store she graciously met me at the door. I noticed that she took notes during our which suggested to me that she took my concerns seriously. I returned about a week later and we practically picked up where we left off. Seen a worked carefully to ensure my needs were met.

Zenna made my buying experience one to remember! She was patient with me as I explored many different options! Since I’ve made my first purchases, I’ve gone back to her & bought even more things for my home! Zenna and the staff is resourceful and willing to make your furniture shopping as easy as possible! Went in for a bed frame! Was met at the door by salesperson (Pablo) and told him what I was looking for a “sturdy bed frame” he immediately took me and my fiancé back to look at (Mattresses)! I found a set on the floor (Displayed) that was a perfect setup mattress and bed frame! I then told Pablo if the setup fell right around our 2,000$ budget we would take that exact setup! After 2 hours of Pablo explaining that this is gonna be the best deal we will ever get and him telling us that the only 2,000$ setup we would find would be a cheap setup—(Mind you we came in for a BED FRAME) he came back to us with a price of 2950$! So I asked could I look at the pricing breakdown! He had hidden a 300$ bed protector in the price and when I asked him what it was he slammed his laptop closed and said either buy it or don’t I don’t care at this point!! As we were leaving we spoke to the manager (Nick) we explained that we loved the setup and that our salesperson was beyond rude and disrespectful he then said he would deal with us directly and wrap up the sale I then told him my budget was 2,000$ but if we were around 2500$ we would buy it today just not from (Pablo) he then said let me see what I can do being your terrible experience! He ended up getting the price right around 2600$ and we shook hands! We thought we had turned a terrible experience to a great one! As we signed we had to deal with Pablo glaring at us and making comments about us “not wanting to buy from his due to his skin color” to other sales people! We finished the deal anyways and went home! Once we got home I did one last glance over the invoice being the delivery was the next day! That is when I realized the BED FRAME —(THE ONLY ITEM WE CAME IN FOR) was swapped to a much cheaper model to generate a much larger profit! I immediately called the store and spoke to Nick and said what I saw! He informed me that the only solution was a refund so I had to drive back in and process and refund! As soon as we left the store we walked right next door to (Mattress Firm) and bought the same setup that we wanted for 2100$ and were done in 45mins!! I’m still fighting with the store to receive my refund being I haven’t received any products it’s pretty cut and dry but they are trying their best to drag it out! Best advise is avoid the store at all cost it was a painful and yet a long experience! And at all cost if you are greeted by (Pablo) your best decision would be to walk right back out the front doors! Now we wait for Manager (Ryland) to call….

I ordered dining room furniture here. I paid cash for it. I did not take delivery on the furniture, once I realized, that the furniture was plywood refined wood or whatever-it was. It was not real wood. I requested a refund of $1,800, almost 3 weeks ago. I have not received one dime back. I have been given the run around and flat out lied to about my money. Today, I was given yet another excuse but NOT MY MONEY!!! They still have my money!!! After being told that I would get my refund by Monday on Friday they called to tell me that they were doing their due diligence to make sure I didn’t really get the furniture, before they can begin the process of refunding my $1800, Really? I bought real furniture from another store that is Solid wood and absolutely Stunning. So now on Friday, you are checking to see if you can give me a refund? BUYER BEWARE. Well originally very nice however I find on your website I'm being charged more than double on the delivery and 2.5 times more for the protection plan. I have contacted the store on Tuesday, still waiting to hear from the manager who I spoke with. But haven't heard back. I haven't taken delivery of the furniture because you are price gouging at that store. Charging well above the prices for delivery and protection. The DSG website sends to the Ashley website which have the prices for delivery and protection so not sure how it's fair you are double charging... over $500.00

She is really a BD person.. the way she approached! The way she talked and the way she spoke convinced me 100 % to purchase the bedroom, living room with a BIG smile.. thanks Ashley for hiring such great people 👍🏻

First, good luck reaching customer service. It’s a constant challenge to get someone on the line. As for financing through TD Bank, they’ll reduce your spending limit without notice, even if you haven't used your full credit. To make matters worse, if you choose to close your account due to this, they’ll double your minimum payment without any warning. Now, regarding Ashley’s store: my experience with customer service has been nothing short of appalling. After multiple attempts to deliver damaged furniture (eight times in my case), they refused to exchange it for undamaged items. This dragged on for eight months before I finally received sofas without defects. Unfortunately, the lack of response from management only worsened the situation. Neither the store nor the warehouse is properly managed, and the overall customer support is severely lacking. In hindsight, I deeply regret choosing Ashley and would have preferred to go with Gallery Furniture. From the quality of products to customer relations and service, Ashley falls far short. I strongly advise others to think twice before spending money with Ashley, especially if you're financing through TD Bank. It’s simply not worth the time, money, or risk to your credit.

BUYER BEWARE!! The best advice I can give anyone who wants to purchase from Ashley Furniture is purchase ONLINE ONLY. They have so much protection for your purchase and money back guarantee if not satisfied. DO NOT PURCHASE AT A STORE. Even the manager told me they can't compete with the service they offer online. So do what most people do now, go to the store and take photos of what you like then order it online and that's it. Easy and less stressful. I made the mistake of purchasing in the store and received an ugly beat up and scratched table and now can't get it the one I want because there is no returns allowed unless purchased on the website. The delivery people that brought the table were in a hurry and came at almost 8pm at night. I told them that didn't look like a table I would have bought. They could of cared less. They hurried along and when I went outside to talk to them they drove away very fast. I have bought for over 10 years, even when it was the Room Store and never had such horrible customer service before. I'm telling everyone I know who won't know better otherwise that If they insist on buying from this place please buy from the website only and read the terms and conditions on everything. Do not assume this place cares about your business because they don't. I wish I would have bought from Star furniture or even Gallery furniture. Never again!

**UPDATE: After the response from the company, we spoke with an escalation specialist who extended the No Use No Lose Credit for two weeks. Savanah at the Spring (Tx) store was very helpful and we thank her.** **FYI for future consumers, if you get the 5 year Montage Warranty, after 5 years, you have up to 180 days to use the amount that you paid as a store credit** This was not the plain language that was provided to us. In March 2017, we purchased furniture and were informed by Nic (the salesperson) that if we purchased the Montage Furniture warranty and don’t use it in five years then we would receive the money back. When we went to get the refund in June 2022, we were informed that it would be applied as a store credit and then we were shown the fine print. When we didn’t see anything we were told that we could come back later to use the credit. We returned in January 2023 to purchase a sofa, when we tried to use the credit, then we were told that the credit had expired. The credit has to be used within 180 days of the 5 years. This time the salesman obtained a paper from the operations manager, Minera, which showed the 180 days. Our problem with them dealt with total miscommunication by the salesperson regarding the ‘refund’ and the female at the desk in June telling us that we can come back WITHOUT informing us that we needed to return no later than Sept 2022 to be within the 180-day window that we were not informed about until Jan 2023. Of course, we were told that corporate would be asked if the refund could be honored. It was not and after days of talking to customer service reps in their call centers, emailing customer service (still with no response) we can only hope that Chad Spencer and the Dufresne Spencer Group donated our $550 to their Hope to Dream charity rather than add it to the linings of their pockets. Imagine how many people lost the use of their credit (money) because of miscommunication. Mr. Spencer has at least 45 stores alone in Texas. We will go back to Gallery Furniture, a local store who seems to be more upfront regarding warranties.

My wife and I recently bought an accent chair for our nursery from this Ashley location, and had a great experience thanks to Dillan. When we found the chair cheaper at another store, Dillan worked with the Ashley team to price match without any fuss and even included doorstep delivery. Furthermore, when our doorstep delivery date got pushed to a day I was out of town (only a few days delay), Dillan helped upgrade delivery service to include setup which ensured my pregnant wife would not have to do any heavy lifting while I was gone. That kind of customer service is what will bring me back to Ashley again, thanks Dillan!

They do not care about the customers. We have been waiting for an entire year for our order, after paying in full, and still have no delivery date in sight. They have pushed back our delivery date 3 times now and still do not have our order ready. Please take my advice and shop elsewhere.

Went in ready to buy and was politely greeted and given space to locate the items I wanted. I had already researched the pieces online. I found them and was astonished as the prices were nearly doubled compared to online. I asked the salesman and he was just unsure. I left underwhelmed and without the much needed furniture. Also the floor model was cracked. If you want check out furniture go to a showroom. Want to buy go online and save some money.

Ok, so Riley (store manager)and Nick ( Asst sale manager) are a freaking joke these two individuals shouldn't be allowed to be managers. Lie to your face with promises and guarantees, then forget to correct your order then tell you it will be 2 more weeks. Big surprise wrong color was delivered the so-called manager sent the wrong color into the warehouse. So customer service tells me we will open a ticket I don't want a ticket I want my furniture. Now it will be January the 16th when I'll get my furniture. What a disgrace as a corporate store. Best advice shop somewhere else at a different location.

I went in the store to buy a desk. I am disappointed with the salesman that helped me. Overall, his comments put me off and I should have left, however I ordered a desk to be delivered. He knew I was wanting to schedule the delivery for as soon as possible. He told me the date was November 18. He said I should be grateful others have waited weeks to months for furniture delivery. I liked the desk, so I went ahead and scheduled it. Time goes by and I hear nothing about my pending delivery. I text the salesman, he said he was sick and to call the store. When I did I found out it was the following week. When I texted him back with the update, he said it well it is only a few more days. I had taken the day off work to receive the delivery. He basically ignored my comments and did nothing to help. I think he knew he the true delivery date and he provided an earlier date just to make the sale. I was disappointed and the desk would always be tainted by my salesman attitude, so I cancelled my order. I went to Gallery, found a desk I liked better. It was delivered the same day. Mattress Mack called me the next day to check on my satisfaction and to wish me Happy Thanksgiving! Don’t waste your time with Ashley and their long lead times for delivery, go see Mack!

Overpriced and I never received my furniture. I am glad I didn’t receive my furniture when promised. This was my 3rd time purchasing from Ashley and I have never had any issues. They originally told me 2 weeks for my living room set. It’s been almost 6 weeks. So Sunday I went to American Furniture Warehouse and bought the same living room set at much lower price! Since I saved so much money I also purchased bar stools, entertainment center, coffee and end tables. Everything was in stock! After I left, I drove to Ashley furniture and canceled my order and got a refund with no hassle.

-Update- I have given all the information to the contact (owner?) in the response to my previous below review, but no one contacted me by now. I have a proof of price deduction with the last delivery... no one tried to solve the issue. The lady also never apologized for her bad words... nothing is resolved. Why did the owner asked me to give him/her the information??? Is he/she the same as the guy who gave me the worst experience??? --Below is my previous review- This is THE WORST experience in my life. First, when my orders were delivered, half of them were defectives, so I requested replacement. Then, a lady over the phone spoke very bad words at the end of the phone call. But, no one in this store cared about what happened to me. Second, when I received my replacement order it was defective again. The driver asked me to keep it until it is replaced by a new one again. He also told me not to call to store... it will be replaced... But, later I got to know that they were not going to replace it if I did not call them... Luckily I called them because they did not take care of my previous issues. Third, I visited store again since my agent did not get my call anymore. I found him there but he just lied to me that he did not get my call. I talked to the manager of the store, and he offered me only $200 discount for troubles I had with another replacement. I did not want to waste more time, so I just came back home. When another replacement was arrived... I got so upset. They brought a part of the sofa... not whole. Even it was also not a new one... one side was pressed a lot.... Also, I found that the voltage of the power adapter was lower than what it should be... I was so upset again... but I let them leave it on my floor... since I just wanted to stop wasting my time... I just requested a new adapter and a lady told me to send it. Yesterday, I found that no discount was applied to my order... No adapter was delivered to me. I would like to call them, but I am afraid of calling them since I may lose my temper. This is my first review in my life, and this is my first step to claim my right. I will see how they can be worse than now... I will wait a few days more to see if they correct all these issues. If not, I will think about other ways to solve problems.

Negative starts- The absolute worst customer service. Furniture showed up defective so a 3rd party had come fix the cushions on brand new furniture that was delivered 3 months late. The pieces came out in separate shipments over 2.5 months. The store wouldn't and does not allow returns. I bought 2 batteries for the recliners at skyrocket pricing $300 a piece that didn't work. Tried to return them and I was told they do not take returns defective or not . Escalated to guest services and they also provided NO help. Do not shop at Ashley or you will be extremely disappointed and especially the Woodlands Store. NO Matter how many advertisements you put on TV eventually you will get exposed. Brutal

Christian took his time with us and explained the terms and conditions in a very frank way in regards to the no interest payments. I will definitely do business with him again.

Bought and PAID for entire living room set in March….as of today September 15th no couch or end tables. Every time I call for an update the response is “next week”. If you want to sit on the floor for 6 months or so then go to Ashley . Otherwise go to goodwill, at least you can go home with something to sit on.

Items are never delivered on time as well as damage, please look elsewhere for your furniture needs...I paid for a bedroom set in March and received no updates so I had to keep calling so I was told that it will be until September that it will be delivered. Comes September and was told a different later date to deliver, management is not on point with orders only care of getting their cash upfront....DO NOT BUY.......😡

This store was 0 help. I purchased a couch and after a couple years unfortunately my youngest pup took a bite out of the cushion. I originally called the parts department and they referred me to the store. I called the store and they tried to say that they were unable to do so. I called parts back and a second agent confirmed what the first one said. They were able to at least order me a cover to give me some sort of resolution. Very disappointed that the store did not attempt. I was put on hold and then told they couldn’t do it. Didn’t ask for a name, part number or anything. Didn’t offer a resolution. AND I WAS TRYING TO PAY FOR IT. I DID NOT WANT IT FREE. Next time I need furniture I will just go via the phone. It has to ship anyways so now reason dealing with the store and any furniture markups

These folks are the worst, I've been up there about a purchase, then a longer wait period, then a refund and now they're stealing from ME, it's been almost 2 months and I still haven't gotten my refund, this is a sorry excuse for a business, it should be shut down immediately!!!

Stay away from this place! Almost 3 months to get my furniture. No communication what so ever

Delivery experience great! Did not like the inability to tell us how long to wait on ordered products. Kept getting different time frames and promises. 1 week wait went to 2-4 weeks to 6-8 weeks. Told could be 2 more weeks and then text 2 days later to setup delivery time. Frustrating trying to plan out when we were receiving our items.

Complete dissatisfaction! I told my sales rep three times my correct address and it still was sent to the wrong address. When my bed was supposed to be delivered the following Tuesday it’s now been pushed out a month. I called and can’t can ever get anyone on the phone and if I want to cancel my order they’re going to charge me 10%. When the worst customer services I’ve ever encountered.

Absolutely disappointed, and still do not see the end of this. We ordered over 20 items in store. We asked in store sale person when should we expect to receive the order and we were told 5-6 weeks, but the mattress should have been definitely delivered next week. It’s been 6 weeks now, and we have not received even a call with explanation or an update. During this time we called them three times, and every time we were told different lies, that some items are in the warehouse and should be delivered within the next two weeks. At first we were expecting stuff on the first week on July, then July 30th. Every time they would tell us lies. Today we called only to find out that our projected delivery day is October 20, when we made an order on June 15th. Requested a call back from a manager or supervisor and still no answers. If you are buying anything from them please be ready for a 6+ months delivery, and do not believe anything they tell you

Terrible service, delivery guy was rude, set up bed frame where he wanted to set it up not where he was asked, he stole the usb cable that came with bed frame, we saw it in the box when he was setting it up but decided to take it with him. He stepped all over my daughters pillows, bed frame is all damaged and when I called Ashley to report this they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and for me to fall back the next day to set up a replacement for the bed. To make it worse I ordered 2 bed frames and 2 beds and because of the wait of the beds we had to have them delivered in 3 different deliveries and we were charged 3 different deliveries.

Which one should I buy?

Lacking in communication badly. We’ve been waiting for an order for 6 months now. The order was told to us that it should arrive in May. Then May came and we had to call to get a status update. 3-5 weeks was said to be the new delivery time. Ok. 3-5 weeks go by, no phone call, email or anything from Ashley. We call again, and again, we’re told it’ll be another 3-5 weeks. A bit frustrating but not the end of the world. And now for a third time, the 3rd promised date has come and gone And once again, it’ll be 3-5 weeks. Like seriously?!? Maybe you should call your customers with this update or set some more realistic timelines. I understand there is a major problem with shipping right now but come on. You’re a major furniture retailer and you don’t know how to communicate with customers who've spent thousands of dollars at your stores? Good luck on us ordering again.

The furniture that I bought is nice, but the experience was horrible. I purchased a bedroom set, sofa, dining room set and mattress. I was told by the salesperson (Pablo) and by customer service multiple times that only the dining room set was not ready but everything else was ready for delivery. I talked to a representative a few days before the delivery date, and they confirmed that everything but the dining room set was going to be delivered. The mattress was not delivered. Apparently, that changed at last minute and I was not notified. I tried contacting Pablo as he assured me that you can always call or text him and he will assist, but he never replied to text messages or returned phone calls. I had to drive over 30 minutes to the store to talk to him in person. He promised me and shook my hand that he was going to have the mattress delivered ASAP and that he was going to call me to confirm the next day. As usual, he never followed up and did not answer his phone or reply to text messages. I ended up cancelling the mattress and the dining room set because of the experience. It has been almost 2 months and they are still holding that amount from my available credit on my credit card.

Don’t believe salesperson about product delivery. For the 2nd time this year I got lied to about my delivery time. One order I received after 3 month and another close to 2 months. It’s sad to see people lie to get their sales. I won’t be going to Ashly anymore.

I made an order over the memorial sale and asked for at least partial delivery by July 16th. Part of my order was delivered to the warehouse and I was never contacted about the order so now I have to go over a week without one piece of furniture in my apartment as sustainer service was not able to work with me AT ALL about a delivery date. Very disappointing as I have spent over $4,000 on furniture and now have to rent a hotel for 2 weeks due to working from home and not having one piece of furniture. Extremely disappointed in Ashley Customer service. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Would not recommend, absolutely will NEVER buy furniture from this joke of a company again. I was delivered an incomplete order without anyone telling me it was going to be incomplete. I received a dining table and 1 chair, not sure what my family of 5 is supposed to do with one chair?!? When I called "customer service" they said I would receive the other chairs the following week. Well week later i called again only to be informed after much questioning on my part that the chairs are on back order. Basically just wait, sorry for the inconvenience. Had I been informed by the employee in the store, that apparently just wanted my money, that the chairs were on back order I would have bought another table. Obviously this company only cares about making a sale!

Bought a table and I waited over a month for it to be delivered broken. Reached out to the customer support for a replacement several times, 3 months later still no table and no money back. Never buying anything from them again. Scam.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! THIS ENTIRE PROCESS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! It was Memorial Day Weekend (5/26/22) and we decided to take advantage of the sale so we went into Ashley furniture in the Woodlands TX to purchase a bedroom set and a love seat from our bedroom. When speaking to the sales person we specifically told him we wanted something that was in stock and to please make sure it was available for shipping we did not want anything that showed back ordered. He checked the computer and said he reserved everything and were given a delivery date of 6/14/22, ok....2-3 weeks not what I wanted but I can wait. Come 6/14 they only brought the the love seat and mattress and night stand. I was told that the bed rails would come in mid July and the head board, foot board and dresser August end of August (honestly what am I going to do with pieces of a bed, just let them sit my room until August when everything is coming...I don't think so!) While the delivery people were still there I called customer services and they said the items were not available to be shipped. I told them I don't understand and told them when I went into the store the sales person (KLYE) said they were in stock can you tell me what happened. They told him it was a possibility that when the items were ready to shipped the furniture that was being sent may have been damaged and that happens sometimes. REALLY?! At this point I was very upset so I refused the deliver of night stands but did keep the mattress and love seat. I went back to the show room in the Woodlands on 6/15 and told the manager that I wanted to cancel the order because I did not want to wait that long to get my furniture. I was told that I would be charged 10% of order as a cancelation fee(We spent almost 6K). So I am being charged for a cancelation feel for items that they don't even have... Needless to say this upset me more and the manager keep telling me that if I had gone to rooms to go I would have been charged 20%. Like this is suppose to make me feel better! He kept saying that the dates they give are only estimated and not guaranteed. He did try to help me by looking for other furniture that he said was in stock and had a large supply and redid my order. I received a new deliver date of 7/6/66. I call a week before the scheduled delivery day and they say the items will not be available to schedule for delivery for the next 3-5 weeks. At this point I don't know what to think. We call customer service again but they are just trained to repeat the same thing over and over again "I'm sorry it won't be available to 3-5 weeks, I understand, Is there anything else I can do for you." They don't help but I don't thing it's their fault it is the corporation, higher ups, management that have a serious problem and don't know how to resolve the supply chain issues. I get it I truly do but train your people right so there is transparency at the POS, let the consumer know how long it truly takes get the merchandise delivered. Don't just train your sales people close the sale and "not mention" the date is only estimated and that it could take longer to get furniture. I guess by "not mentioning it," but putting it on the contract after you paid for the items makes it ok. Shame on you! So here we are July 11th and I have no idea when I am getting my furniture. I have learned my lesson and I will never ever buy anything else from Ashley Furniture!

Great experience buying a Tempurpedic mattress for our daughter today. Salesman Jay C. gave us relevant info about each of the brands and the differences between the models. He gave good recommendations with no pressure. Ashley has a good variety of mattresses to choose from too. We love shopping at this location because we can easily get in and out as well.

This place is completely overpriced for the chintzy furniture that they are passing off as good quality. Completely overpriced and not worth it! I’ll give a few stars for nice sales reps and convenient location.

My sales agent, Dorian, was professional and friendly. I've purchased furniture at Ashley for years and have never been disappointed with quality or their staff. Always a 5 Star experience.

Me and my wife bought a sofa, a bed, a mattres and the base for the bed. The manager got us a deal on the base even though the delivery for the items was close to 300 dollars. When we got the delivery, the base was missing. I couldn't get on the phone with anybody from the store so I went there personally and the manager at the day (it was another person) said I should not worry and we would receive the delivery the very next day. Next day after waiting the whole day, nothing. Had to go there personally again, a salesperson told me I would have to call to the delivery man and they could not do anything, luckily the man was there and I was able to arrange with him. Next day the base comes, the people from the delivery assemble it and, aside from missing parts, the base doesn't work. The delivery man then calls someone from the store to get this figured out and it's been a week, no one called. Really terrible customer service, would never do business again, they just sold me a thousand dollar base from the room floor that didn't work, I had to figure out for myself and bought the cable that was missing, figured out the configuration for the remote and will just leave it like this because I can't spend my time going after the store anymore.

Dorian Ramirez was the sales person. He was straight to the point which I liked. Very respectable and resourceful. I would have given him a 5 star if he called me back to check on my experience with the delivery of my furniture. My chase didn’t have any legs which I know it’s not the salesman fault, and it took about 2 weeks to get here (the legs separately) and when I had to call customer service I had to hold a while. Don’t even understand what they are saying. The customer service felt was a terrible experience. The rep advised me to call my sales person and didn’t even know what I was talking about when I told her my legs were missing from my chase. Told me it would be another 2 weeks for someone to come place them on my chase, which I had already paid for delivery and set up. I went to American Freight and got approved for more $ and their furniture looks better. Don’t think I’ll be back to Ashley.

Mr. Ramirez was very helpful in choosing both my dining and living room pieces. The shopping experience was very pleasant. Mr. Pablo, the manager, was also helpful. The store had many pieces to choose from, I could have been there for hours!!

If I could give less than one star I would. I made an order online and was having problems with the delivery. I decided to go to my nearest Ashley home store for help. I was told by the manager that since I ordered online they couldn’t help us. My husband asked who owned the store and they replied DSG. Guess who is in charge of filing my order,DSG! They said we could only call the number on my order for help. I let them know there is an option if you’re a store and calling to help a CUSTOMER! They ignored me. We then decider we will cancel our online order and just get something in store and in stock. We were then very unwillingly “helped”. Finally I sat down and called the number on my email pressed the option for if I was calling from an Ashley store and found out my order does not yet have a solid delivery date and cancelled it with them. Something the manager or customer service gal could have simply done if they had wanted to be helpful and then could have turned it into a sale for a new living room set very very easily. No financing necessary. Terrible experience. I was blown away by the utter laziness and determination to not be helpful of the employees

Tim was an awesome salesman. I took my dining in the chair in the store to see if it matched the table I was interested in purchasing . He carried my chair and took it back to my car. He was great help and helped me with my decision. I would definitely go back to Tom if I needed something.

Worst shipping experience ever! They said they have no control of their products, which customers may not know what and when to expect. If you don't have control of what you sale, who should have the control? The staffs definitely tried their best to be irresponsible after they sold me the products. Right after shopping there, I thought all I need to do is waiting for delivery. Turned out I need to make countless calls and go in to the store to find out where are my products after two months of wait. The sales person and manager told me me don't ask me where are your orders; I have nothing to do with this. The online store told me the orders will be delivered on this day, and every time the delivery was cancelled without notification, which I have to call again to find out the delivery time. Finally, they told me the products are on back order, so I asked to cancel my order, which they told me they will but they can't guarantee because they don't control what they sale. As results, I have waited weeks and still didn't know if they cancel my product. Eventually I got one delivery, as expected they delivered the wrong item. Don't ever shop at Ashley, especially this store. The price is not cheap, the selection is very limited, the post service is none, and the delivery depends on luck.

DONT BUY FROM HERE My experience started off great, the staff was relatively friendly and informative. I placed an order of what I thought was the correct furniture that I had mentioned to the sales rep (was gifted a couch and wanted the matching love seat and recliner). Took 3 1/2 weeks for the order to show up and it was the wrong set. I refused the order. Went back to the store in person to figure out what the issue was and found out that they discontinued the furniture that I originally was told was in stock. I unfortunately wanted to cancel the order and was told it will be handled. it has now been a week, I’ve contacted the “cancel order department“ twice with no cancellation, I’ve been in the store twice with no cancellation. This is not even on top of the fact that they opened up two credit cards “by mistake” when I only had requested to finance with one credit card. Long story short - don’t order from this company or the store. they don’t care once you get your order placed I’ve gotten completely hung out to dry. UPDATE 6/14: Ive now been in the store for a 6th time and soon for a 7th time. This last visit I again checked on the status of the cancelation and the dropping of the credit cards. I waited 20 mins for a manager. When I finally spoke to him he immediately got testy with me and we began to have a verbal argument in the lobby. It was then he reveled a 10% cancelation fee that would be required in order to resolve the issue. That would be close to $400 dollars to cancel an order that was their mistake not mine. So I requested to speak with a higher manager and was told to contact the "customer care" department via phone. I called them, explained the situation and was told they could not help me and I would need to go to the store to resolve the issue. I will update again.

Very unprofessional manager and the sale guy. They are only nice to you until the sale is made. Our order was pushed back 8 weeks after specifically choosing items based on delivery date. There was no followup call to inform us about delay and when I went to their store to enquire they did not have time to address the concerns. The sales guy (zack) who gave us his number to call for any concerns dose not even bother to return our call or msg. We are finally cancelling our order with Ashley and never coming back.

Before you even step in call for Ben Pham! Set up an appointment and only, I repeat only deal with Ben! It is a rare occasion that I leave a review. I'm a lurker who reads everyone else's but it's time I write one. Ben took the time to help us furnish our home. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and worked with our budget. He showed us around the whole showroom and made sure the furniture we were buying would flow with our home. Shoot he even took down our dimensions of our living to ensure the couch and dining room table would fit and would properly flow. It's very, and I repeat very rare to find a salesman to take the time he did. I owe this man a beer and many more. Thanks again friend! About Ashley : Reasonable prices, excellent selection and great service. Will be a repeat customer!

PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACT!!!! We purchased furniture from this exact location (paid in full, no payment plans or financing) were told 3 different delivery dates, customer service agents were very rude and not helpful in the least. The person we were finally able to speak to left us on hold or just flat out hung up on us. Told them we no longer want to do business with Ashley Further and would like a refund to take our business elsewhere. The agent tried to get us on a “Technicality” saying we would not get our full refund back if the furniture was in our possession ( which is clearly wasn’t) AND we would have had to cancel our order within 48hrs. Of full delivery not even realizing Only half of our order was to be delivered in 3 days and asked us to just “wait till we get it delivered and THEN decide if we still want a refund. We still said no, because at that point we get no refund as per contract states and be forced to pay restocking fee. The simple fact that they were trying to “pull a fast one” using their own fine print and not even realize we actually read the contract makes me so sad for those who are in the same situation and getting ripped off and taken advantage of. Even after all that we still remained calm and professional especially because I see a lot of comments saying it’s taken them 6months to get their refund and that was only half of their purchases are still waiting for the other half of their money. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND NO LONGER WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY DO NOT LET THEM DELIVER ANY FURNITURE BEFORE ASKING TO CANCEL ORDERS, CANCEL WITHIN 48hrs. OF ANY DELIVERY ESPECIALLY IF ITS ONLY A PARTIAL DELIVERY SO YOU WONT HAVE TO PAY A RESTOCKING FEE OR ANY OTHER BS CHARGES!! I sincerely hope this helps even 1 person going through what we are. It’s Very disappointing because the sales rep was super sweet and helpful.

Went to Ashley looking for a queen bed for my daughter. Initially I wasn’t having a good experience. Nobody greeted me or ask if I needed assistance. I had to go to the front desk to get assistance. The gentleman at the front desk was very responsive. Helped me with what I needed and got me out of there quickly.

Tim Fisher was very helpful. I feel like he gave me a great price. Also no pressure sales which I appreciate.

Do NOT trust Ashley furniture to deliver your furniture in good time. Many furniture stores are so much more dependable. Ashley’s has nice displays but are incompetent. They delivered the wrong order after waiting for several months, three times!! We ordered a sofa, bar cart, and two coordinating upholstered chairs before Christmas. We asked about delivery before purchasing any furniture. We were told the sofa and bar cart would be delivered in short time, but that the chairs would be delivered in March of the following year. I was expecting out of town visitors in April, so we thought I could finish decorating my room by then and agreed to wait. We paid in full. In March of the following year, my chairs and bar cart were not delivered. They never called to inform me that it was going to be late, so I called. After my call, they pushed delivery to several weeks later. We thought we had waited this long, my visitors had come and gone, so we agreed to wait. The chairs, but no bar cart, were finally delivered and they were two different colors!! The delivery people called Ashley’s customer service and they agreed that the chairs were not what was ordered and pushed the delivery for even several more weeks down, again! After waiting, I received a message from delivery truck to be home to receive my furniture. I noticed that they only had one chair to be delivered and I called. I was told that they could deliver the other chair several weeks later. We are patient, and I never raised my voice on any of the calls, and was pleasant, but told them that I was cancelling my order and giving up on Ashley furniture. They had my full payment for 6 months, and that I was losing interest. They offered a small discount if I would wait, but who knows if I could trust the delivery time or if it would be the correct chairs? I could have had my room finished and they set me back half a year plus the time it will take for the purchase and delivery of new chairs. If you value your time, don’t shop here.

DO NOT purchase from this store. We cancelled our items on 3/10 and they have not issued our refunds up to this day (5/9/22). I keep calling their guest response team and I keep submitting tickets to resolve this matter. GRT keeps closing my tickets without calling me our seeing if the issue is resolved. They are insisting that because I cancelled my order before getting delivered they don't owe me anything. However, that amount was financed and we are getting billed for this. I'm to the point of turning them in to the Attorney General Office because Im not able to resolve anything with the store manager and GRT.

Very bad experience. The sales guy. Lied, to me, just because wants to make the sale, was very stressful experience, and I paid for my furniture cash. I won't ever go there ever again, the make so many mistakes, and the manager is very rude.

Don't deliver as promised. Day before, AA female leaves incoherent message. I try to call back 4 times but cut off after 20 minutes and 10 min. Later call and get unhelpful guy in Mexico. "We don't guarantee delivery date." 30 min wait to talk to supervisor. Great experience-not!!

I found what I wanted and the salesperson was friendly, made me feel welcome and not pushy at all. He answered all my questions and purchasing two items was very easy and fast.

This store told me that I would get my furniture within a week. I spent over 10,000$ and have only received a mattress. I have a pregnant wife and son and was not even given a frame for the mattress after they said they would give us one until the other one arrives. I was told it would be delivered on a Sunday and when I called Saturday to get a timeframe I was told I do not even have a timeframe and they do not deliver on Sunday. I feel intentionally lied to since I said in the beginning I was going to be furnishing our entire home to get my sale. I asked for a refund and told I have to pay a penalty for the refund for being told wrong. The sales rep I worked with actually apologized for giving the wrong info and said he has only worked here for a little bit but in our conversation around the store told us he has worked at the store over a year. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH ASHLEY. Either they are incompetent or liar and either one is not acceptable. Nothing has been done to help get my new home furnished.

We went in today to look for a couch and ended up with that in addition to a new temper pedic mattress! Ben Pham helped us out, he was great! He is very knowledgeable about the furniture, especially mattresses. He was very patient with us and didn’t pressure us into buying anything today. He really was great to work with and overall we had a great experience! Definitely ask for Ben when you visit this location.

I ordered my furniture back in October and I still do not have my bed frame or table stools which are in the warehouse but they won't deliver until the bed frame comes in which has been pushed back 4 times with the last date quoted the end of May. Don't bother to buy from them if you want your furniture within a reasonable time. I understand the whole covid amd delievery excuses but thats exactly what they are, excuses. The customer service people are nice but not helpful. Until Ashley Furniture starts opening building factories here in the states I am likely to NEVER buy from them again.
