As we walked in Ashley Furniture store, we were greeted by Timothy, he was friendly and informative. Every step of our experience was perfect. I definitely appreciate our salesman Timothy , the selection of furnishings and management there.

Service at the store was great. Quality is great. Delivery was good but not perfect. Had a mix up with my furniture and yet to be contacted about it.

Our Saleman was so helpful. He gave us plenty of space to shop but was attentive when we needed assistance.

Was told chair would be delivered Sat. Now says chair was reserved don’t know when I can get a chair. From some warehouse. Wouldn’t have bought it at Ashley’s if had known

The delivery guys did an excellent job, they assembled the table and chairs upon delivery but everything was wrapped and secured properly. One other item had to be assembled it took the delivery guys literally a few minutes. I have been shopping with Ashley furniture store since like 2012, if I ever experience any problems it always have been resolved.

I am a repeat customer for Ashley‘s furniture. My whole house is nothing but Ashley‘s furniture and I’m very pleased with it.

My experience working with Zeena at Ashley Furniture has been outstanding! I wanted a sectional but had absolutely no idea how to measure or how to mix and match the pieces. Zeena did all of that for me and it turned out perfectly! She was so patient explaining why something would or wouldn’t work and making suggestions. She even suggested that it might be better to wait on getting an extra piece that I thought I wanted. She explained that sometimes it’s better to experience it in the room and then see if I still wanted the extra piece. In other words, there were no high pressure sales tactics. But Zeena didn’t need to do that because her meticulous work on planning the room spoke for itself! Oh, and I completely totally love the sectional I purchased! Zeena works at the Ashley Furniture off I-45. Ask for her and you won’t be disappointed!

Steven was awesome. I called and told him what I was looking for and my price range and he made it happen. I was in and out of the store in 30-40min tops. Best service ever.

I will never shop at Ashley furniture again! Bought an electric recliner and the electrical part stop working within 10 months. Couch was under warranty so I called so they can fix it . I called in January 2026 and they barely send a technician to fix it Feb 23, 2026.. only to find out that Ashley had ordered the wrong part to fix it . So here we are mid Feb they ordered the wrong part and couch is still not fixed. In addition, Everytime you call customer support/ technician support you get people from another country who can’t speak proper English. Good luck buying anything electrical in this furniture store.. lesson learned I will not shop at this garbage furniture store again

I ordered a dresser through the store and the rep explained to me that most of the furniture is delivered from their local factory, not from the store. When I checked the invoice and saw that it said “unassembled”, I called the store rep because I told him I needed it to be assembled before it was delivered, As the resident who was receiving this was not able to assemble it. The rep assured me that “unassembled” just meant that the hardware (the handles) would need to be installed after delivery, which was easy to do. When the dresser was delivered, it came in a box Unassembled, so I asked them to take it back, because that is not what I paid for. The delivery date got changed three times, and a different rep from the store called me to apologize about the misinformation I received from one of their employees about being assembled. Finally, they offered me a refund for the Assembly fee, and gave me the phone number of an outside person that could charge me the same fee for assembling the dresser. This worked out, and the dresser was delivered assembled, 10 days after the original delivery date. Overall, my family is relieved that we got the dresser that we wanted, assembled, it just was a fiasco getting it. All of the store reps I spoke with were professional and Patiently worked with me through the issues.

This is it, im not one to complain I have waited about 1yr for a refund on a Area Rug that never got delivered to me. I have called and called and called and called multiple times, and nothing. Seems like every time I just get the run around. Why treat your paying customers this way. I spent thousands of dollars. NOT HAPPY. I wouldn't even give one star. At this point.

Ashley had a great selection and super President's Day sale. Our salesperson was Michael Brown. He is knowledgeable and very friendly. We had seen the sofa that we thought we would like on their website but it was not at his location. Michael was able to show us the fabric and basic size; AND, he offered us an even better price. Had a great experience years ago at a different store. BE aWARE buying a mattress you aren't 100% happy with based on a comfort guarantee - for that to apply it's hundreds more for a mandatory mattress pad purchase first mentioned during checkout. Even after paying this fee, I'm sleeping miserably for at least 30 days before any replacement offers become valid. The in-store vs. delivered experience was wildly different due to a "breaking in period" explanation that frankly cannot account for the differences in firmness that I am experiencing. Website "return policies" you may expect don't apply in store (at least this store since it's apparently at a manager's discretion) and satisfaction assurances before the sale were refuted by management after the sale. Be certain of your purchase before accepting delivery or consider buying your mattress elsewhere. Charming salespeople that make you feel like its going to be a great buying relationship disappear when its time to ask for any of these "guarantees." Management frankly just refused to listen or then to talk with me. Then condescendingly made me call a support line while standing in front of him - only to get angry and take my phone from me when the support line agreed he COULD have refunded my purchase, but it is up to him to agree to do so. All around worst experience I've had in retail in many years. Still no resolution. 3rd night of bad sleep with at least 27 more to go before I can *hope* their next effort is better than this one. Oh and thanks for the automated "so sorry to hear" response below. Too bad the number you shared responded that it is not monitored. Cherry on top, Ashley Furniture.

This store and its employees are a joke. Bought a sectional from them. One piece arrives damaged so I refused delivery. Exchanged for said piece for another piece that was $250 cheaper. Confirmed with sales rep on the phone about price. The sales rep did not fix the price so I was charged the amount of the more expensive piece that I returned. Called 5 times to get this fixed always get some excuse that the finance department with credit it to my account it’s been over 6 months now and have received nothing. This place and the people running it are a SCAM. Never again will I purchase anything from this place and will let everyone know they are liars and wont do the right thing.

Went in and bought a couch on Monday. Scheduled the delivery for Friday. Thursday at 4 pm I get a call from Ashley stating that I need to schedule delivery? Come to find out they did it wrong because we had 2 separate orders and they only scheduled one. Half my furniture doesn't do me much good does it? Typical sales place. Get the sale and you walk out the door and they don't care about you after. Tried to get ahold of someone but all you get is the main line or a bot on the phone neither of which are helpful. I bet they reply to this review with their number that takes you to the automated system too. Ashely will no longer receive my business.

Great experience, Large selection and no pressure service. Jesus helped us find a new sofa that fit all our needs and was very friendly. We had our 2 yr old in tow, so he was also very patient and understanding. Answered all our questions and got us all set up for our delivery.

I can’t wait for my furniture to be delivered! We found everything we needed for our new home. Their furniture is great quality and we loved the styles. Zeena was extremely helpful, even carrying chairs across the store to help us find the perfect match to our kitchen table we chose. We saved a lot of money taking advantage of the end of year sales also. Ashley Furniture was also able to hold our delivery for when our house is ready to move in. Other stores were telling us they could only hold for a few weeks. We need longer than that. Overall we are extremely happy and can’t wait to enjoy our new furniture.

Makayla who was my saleswoman was really helpful, and was such a sweetheart. She helped me find the bed I needed and was patient with me. I purchased my items in the ending of the month of November close to December. The manager I spoke with that day as well was really great and helpful. The financing part was smooth and easy and so was my delivery. The delivery guys who dropped off my furniture were very great as well and handled my bed set with care. I recently had my bed delivered and i’m so happy with everything and the process was smooth and easy!

I really wish I could give a better review, but that is not the case. The Sunday after Thanksgiving we bought a new bed. It was a big ticket for me, but as I was in line for not 1, but 2 cervical spine surgeries we felt it was important. Kyle was great, helped us navigate the experience, explained everything. Delivery was scheduled for the week before surgery. The bed was delivered as scheduled, however the gentleman who setup the bed ran out as soon as they were done, without asking any questions or making sure the adjustable bases even worked. The bases work, but they set the beds to the full height making it nearly impossible to get in bed. I have contacted Kyle, the store and the claims number, but here I am 4 days post surgery unable to get in and out of bed because the bed is so damn high and I cannot fix it on my own. UPDATE: I texted the number provided in the Ashley response to my initial review. However that number is not monitored. Texted the number in the response from non monitored response, and have yet receive a response from that number or to be contacted by Ashley. I had complications during my 2nd cervical spine surgery which makes it even harder to get in and out of bed. In case the picture doesn’t show how high the mattress is, I’m 5’7” and the top of the mattress is well above my waistline.

My last visit to Ashley Furniture store started off great. I was greated upon entering the store. The associate informed me of the current sales and gave me his name and said please look around and let me know if you have any questions. As I walked around the store, another team member approached me, and I asked about a bedroom suite that was no longer on display. He found it online and sid yes it is still available. I said ok great but I'm NOT purchasing any furniture today, Im just looking. The salesman continued to tell me about all of the promotions and credit options to get the furniture home right away. He explained about the SOFT credit check. Unfortunately he jumped the gun and actually ran my credit after I specified I did NOT want to have a credit inquiry.I also told them I am not buying furniture today several times. So please be mindful once you do the soft credit check they will do an actual hard credit check as well! Now I am stuck with a new line of credit without any furniture,. The credit deit amount is $0 because I refused to sign the paperwork but the line of credit was opened with Syncrony Bank. I will be disputing this with Ashley Furniture and the 3 main credit bureaus. Salesman please stop pushing people just to make a sale!

Most all of the process was seamless. From sales to pick up. The last and disappointing part was going to pickup my furniture and finding out they do not assist with loading your furniture. Even though their paperwork clearly says they will assist with loading; when you show up, there are hand written signs saying they will not assist with loading. In my case they pushed the box to the dock and said thank you. The rest was up to me. In my opinion this is a customer service fail. The paperwork should not say they will assist with loading and then at the dock it says different.

Bought a sofa sleeper from Ashley, in 2022, the sleeper broke twice already. They came to replace the first time and made us get rid of the old sleeper frame ourselves. The second time it broke my wife and I had moved from California to Texas since we got out of the military and they said they won’t send a replacement since it’s not the city or state we bought it even through there is a Ashley in our city of Houston. Will NOT be buying anymore furniture from Ashley.

Very disappointing experience. We purchased some furniture and a set of chairs, but the chairs arrived poorly assembled — the screws were sticking out with the tips facing upward, which is unsafe. We’ve contacted customer service several times, but they never follow through. They keep saying they’ll call us back, but it never happens. To make things worse, the furniture is low quality. One of the pieces already creaks as if it were old, even though it’s brand new. Would not recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised when shopping here. The last time I came to this location the salesman were very push. This time, the salesman made sure we were taking care of, but not too up aggressive. Honestly the process was long and drawn out, my husband was approved for a $6,000 loan that he was not able to use , then I had to complete another loan in my name fortunately for me I was able to use my credit, there was no explanation why he couldn't use his credit 🙃?????????

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Ashley Furniture. We spent over $4,000 expecting quality furniture, and in just 15 months both the bed and dresser broke. For the price, I expected durability, not something that falls apart so quickly. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend Ashley Furniture based on the poor quality and short lifespan of their products.

Update: So far trying to get delivery rescheduled has been an absolute headache. I was originally scheduled for Wed, but unable to be off work. Do not bother trying to reschedule through the text message bot. it's a joke. So i called and rescheduled, but the person only rescheduled half of order. I even told her there were multiple pieces. She assured me she had them all. Then this morning I get another text that I still hadn't approved my delivery for Wednesday. So I had to call again and get them to move the remaining items to Friday with the rest. And I'm still getting random phone calls. At this point, I'm unsure whether my stuff will all arrive Friday or if they'll show up at my house tomorrow when I've told them no. Stephanie K. was a friendly right out of the gate. I looked like a hobo walking in but she didn't even blink 😆 She was fun, honest, listened to what I had to say and didn't push me to buy more than I wanted. She took the time to help me see my budget multiple different ways. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if she's there. Go ask for her! You won't regret it. Had a great experience, Ladell in the sleep spa was so knowledgeable and gave me and husband comfort test that really helped us make the best decision on a new mattress. He was real experienced in his area and answered all our questions.

Ashley makes decent enough tables and dressers. But DO NOT buy anything human beings are expected to sit on or move regularly. Their chairs are the most shoddy craftsmanship I've ever seen. You wouldn't notice it on purchase because everything looks alright, but when you use them for a year or two you'll start to notice your 150-200 dollar chairs all start cracking in similar ways along certain joints. They simply aren't built to be used as everyday chairs. Once you see the cracking it becomes obvious that it's due to the very cheap craftsmanship that goes into them. I will never buy chairs or matching tables from Ashley ever again. (Also technically there's a warranty system, but good luck using it. You're more likely to find 200 bucks on the ground and just buy a new one than actually get a piece of furniture repaired in your lifetime)

Update: I believe Ashley’s and/or their financing constituents have a data leak. After leaving the store I received emails and text about setting up my financing account under the wrong name. I was confused because sales associate Michael said I’d receive correspondence about setting everything up but he initially did not tell me if I’d receive anything via email, text, mail, phone call, etc. Called the store spoke to sales associate and store manager Rylan(spellcheck?) who then attempted to give me a quick crash course in ‘people have a lot of time on their hands’, and ‘thanks for the advice’. Michael brown continued to tell me that I myself typed in my application information so it couldn’t have been his error (despite him taking my driver license and completing a portion of what I assume was the application). Manger Rylan, seemingly annoyed attempted to sound off my 16 digit account number without any pauses so that I could write it down. Michael then informs the process that he’s used to when he buys furniture from the store is that he receives a card in the mail. Incredibly unhelpful in hindsight. Great information to give the customer in the beginning though. This location is SSA. Please visit Living Spaces about 10 mins up 45N instead. Original Post: Wowww. Every time I leave Ashley’s I walk out with a new couch lol. Micheal Brown helped us today - he was exceptionally helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The quality of the couch is unmatched! We got a unit with the new nuvella (I think that’s how to spell it) fabric - pet and kid friendly and machine washable. I am sooo happy with our purchase and with the customer service of the staff. We are frequent customers and thanks to today, that won’t change!

I will never do business with Ashley furniture and use Acima (Chris) as they are liars. They tell you information but than you find out within your loan that things will cost you more. Don’t trust them. They also have extremely horrible customer service.

Bought an expensive bed. Arranged delivery and they said they would take away the old bed. Delivery happened and they literally ran away and didn't take the old bed even after being asked to wait until my wife talked to a manager. They got the needed signatures and said they would try to get the delivery expedited. Hours later I got a message saying it would be delivered on the 24th. Meanwhile I have an empty living room.

Ashley Furniture of course has been in business for many years. The quality of their furniture is great. I’ve been to this location many times. And have my preferred sales guys that I use. Ask for Ladell or James Dupriest at this location. These two guys definitely know how customers should be treated. They have also come along way with pricing. My recent visit to this location this past week gave me creepy vibes. I understand salespeople have to make money but this one particular guy is too pushy. Even after knowing you’re looking for a particular person he tries to tell you that you don’t need the person you’re looking for you need him. Major downside to coming here. No matter when I walked in he was the same way. I call, and there he is answering. I couldn’t get away from. Michael please do better. You would have probably gotten a sale out of me had you not been so pushy and dismissive of your coworkers. All in all, ask for Mr. Ladell or Mr. James.

First off, I haven’t been in an Ashley Furniture store in a long time. I found the selection at this store much broader in scope and style/taste than I remembered, and the prices competitive with the general market. Both of these factors (selection/price) caused me to linger and take a more thorough look than I had anticipated. The customer service was attentive but not clingy or intrusive, and when it became apparent that my furniture interests were more comprehensive (furnishing three general living areas), the in-house interior designer, Stephanie, was introduced to me. She was amazing, taking time to hear my ideas and discuss the concepts I had been batting around in my head. She was quick to understand the challenges in my space as I showed her the layout of my older home, and we worked together to find furniture that helped to create a sense of cohesion and flow, while also modulating mood and style to accommodate each room’s intent while meeting my desire to blend what I currently own with more updated pieces. What began as a casual drive-by “looksie” at Ashley ended up becoming a major purchase. It took my husband and I three days to think through our desires and shop around to see that we were getting what we really loved in a price range that fit our budget, and what made the difference was the attention of concierge service without pretense, pressure or an exorbitant price point. Stephanie and the management of the store exemplified the best of what a sales team should feel like when making a decision you will literally “live with” for many years to come. They truly worked with us, and I appreciate that kind of attentiveness. I don’t usually leave long reviews, but this experience deserved some detail. I hope it helps someone along the way.

I really wanted to like this store because when they found out I was a Veteran they treated me well. Like all other stores, once they get your money you're just like everyone else in their eyes. They fooled me. Lesson learned. I started to buy a lot of other items from them, but I'll take my business elsewhere. Doesn't really matter where you. It's always about the "money" and I can live with that. I'll just be sure to share my opinion whether the experience is good or bad.

When he returned, he asked if we were ready to move forward and I said, Yes! And then he set up the sale and delivery! He didn’t oversell it nor did he neglect us. He was incredible! We loved our experience.

The experience here is nothing short of terrible. Although some of the sales associates were very nice, I would not recommend getting furniture here. We waited weeks for furniture we purchased with no communication on what was going on. We had to call and see when it was coming, which was not easy to get ahold of someone who knew what was going on. Then, the day before it was to finally come I got a call in the late afternoon from the distribution warehouse from a lady with a baby crying in the background saying it was not coming for another week even though the text had confirmed the time range when it was coming. I had had enough of sitting in lawn chairs and having back and leg pain so we went to cancel. The first cancelling attempt they couldn't do anything because the system was saying our stuff was being delivered even though it clearly said it wasn't. So again the next day it had to be dealt with all over again by going up to the store again which wasted our time and gas. In the end no one really says what happened with our furniture except a lot of strange excuses from customer emergencies to stopped trains. This was the first experience here and we will never be back. I would recommend you to go on down the road and see gallery furniture where u are treated with respect and get what you pay for the same day.

We had a great experience at the Conroe Ashley Store. Was hoping to have our chairs in stock but o my have to wait a week for them.

Prices were too high! And they did not have a side-by-side recliner. We were able to go to American furniture warehouse and furnish almost our entire home for close to what they wanted for just a living room suit.

We visited in mid-March & Timothy walked us through mattress & smartbed options. (Our old one lasted 20 years & needed something for the next 20.) Timothy was very knowledgable and enthusiastic abt what we ended up buying b/c he sleeps on such a system & feels it's noticeably improved his own sleep quality. At first the mattress we bought felt like a rubber brick- I was upset; called the store & said it didn't feel like the one what we tried in the store. The delivery guys were supposed to have explained everything (& didn't), but Timothy patiently walked me through how to break in a Tempurpedic. Three nights in & I'm a convert. I'm very happy with what we purchased, and so excited to have the whole system going forward. Great purchase. Thank you, Timothy. We ordered a bed frame too but had second thoughts on it, & the cancellation process was easy: Called at least 48 hours before delivery. Took 5 minutes. Highly recommend this place.

Needed a new adjustable mattress frame. Michael Brown did a super job helping us out. Store was clean and nice. Service was quick. We will be back to do more business.

Furniture is five stars. There was a mix up with my appointment window. If was supposed to be from 9am to 12 but my address was messed up in the system so I went to the last delivery of the day. The guys did a great job putting the furniture together but I think they could have done better on the power hook up. I ended up ordering an extension power chair cord from Amazon so all of the cords could reach and plug into the same surge protector and outlet.

We loved the selection they had in the store and finding out that the recliners had a massage feature! Game changer. It was a good shopping experience and we found what we wanted for our living room.

LaDelle and Steve were fantastic to work with and both had an incredible amount of patience working with my indecisiveness. We originally came in to just take a look at one specific mattress as we were dealing with a warranty issue from another company and trying to find the right replacement but Ashley Furniture was the one who had it in the store to view/test out but that didn’t deter them from providing us a wealth of advice on our decision even though they wouldn’t benefit from it by any means. Once we decided to move forward with a few other things, they walked us through the ins and outs of all of our options and even tried tracking down a couple of items that were showing out of stock on their site. While they couldn’t find the whole set in its entirety, the one we ended up with after a lot of back and forth is perfect and we got a great deal on it as well. Would highly recommend these two!

Took off work today to receive a delivery as scheduled by their automated system on Jan 30th. When I asked that same automated system for an update this morning for some kind of delivery window, it replied back that my order was scheduled for Mar 15th, which was the original delivery date but said the order was available to deliver starting on the 7th. It gave me an option to press 0 for an agent but that didn't work no matter how many times I pressed 0 or tried O, agent, operator. I also tried to call every number that I could find but kept getting the same prompts to deal with the automated system, no way to press 0 for an agent or get to a live person on any of the numbers that I called unless I knew a four digit extension number. I finally just started pressing random four digit numbers and on about the sixth try, it started ringing (ext 5432 if you need it). After a 30 or so minute hold, a customer service rep came on, very nice lady and she tried to help, but she said it was showing in their system where the order was ever scheduled for today although she did see it scheduled for Feb 11th now. I sent her the screenshot which she sent to her manager- they came back with it wasnt their system that sent the messages. No recourse or they refused to offer any kind of credit to my account for me missing a full day pay taking off for a delivery that was scheduled by their system, whether they claim it or not! Funny that same system scheduled it for Feb 11th instead of the original Mar 15th and they can see that just fine. This is just icing on the cake to what I realized after the fact are extremely high prices in the store, especially compared to their website. I will never ever do business with Ashley again!!! I am still considering heading down there today with a poster board to picket outside of their store. I mean, I'm off anyway, might as well, right?! Argggghhhh!!!!!!

Ryan was very helpful and not pushy. Let us shop and was available when we had questions. Buying process was super quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend going to visit Ryan at this location. We found something comfortable, looks good and durable!

Stephanie was our sales person and she was so helpful and not pushy in anyway and with her interior design background helps you put the perfect bedroom or living room together with ideas of how to decorate around the furniture you buy. Loved my experience with her and will be back when I need to buy more..

I've been an Ashley shopper for the past 7 years now. Love their products! At this store, Zeena was very professional, funny, and new her furniture. They didn't have what I went in there for but she sat me down and found it right away. When I'm ready for the outdoor furniture, I'll definitely be going back to see her.

SALESPEOPLE ARE TOO PUSHY!! My husband and I have an entire home to furnish and were looking forward to walking around Ashley and take our time looking at furniture. From the moment we stepped foot in the store we had a salesmen on our heels! He even followed me all the way back to the restroom!! We told him we would like to look alone and would let him know if we needed his help. We also told him we aren’t doing anything until we close on our house next week. He completely disregarded what we said and followed us around, popping up and making comments about every single piece we stopped to talk about. He also kept pressuring us to see what we’d be approved for, again disregarding that we had told him we couldn’t until we closed on our house. I told him again, we would like to look around by ourselves and would let him know. AGAIN he pops up in our conversation about a table we were seriously considering. This was so frustrating and upsetting, that we left. We will not be back. People don’t want your salespeople up their butts, they want to browse and talk with their spouse and imagine the furniture in their space. We couldn’t do that because we were interrupted and pushed by an anxious salesperson the entire time!! There are several other stores in the area that do not pressure their customers. Like, Living Spaces, which will probably end up getting all of our business now.

Stephanie is so great! The best sales person there, she will definitely keep the process smooth and easy and she is very kind! I have went back to her 3 times already to make purchases there!

We shopped for a new sofa at Ashley Furniture in The Woodlands. Our sales person was Michael and he was attentive and answered our questions. He was knowledgeable about the sofas and tables in the store. We are short statured and some of the sofas were too deep or too big. We did find a nice sofa that is very comfortable. Michael was not pushy but was efficient and enthusiastic. We are eager for the sofa to be delivered. The delivery fee is quite hefty and we were not expecting it to be so much.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They are such a scam. I recently went with my grandmother to re-purchase items that we went to another location for but unfortunately had the same issue happen to us. We worked directly with Evan Corn who we made aware of our horrible experience at a previous location and was reassured it would be different with him. We genuinely thought he would look out for our best interest throughout the transaction. We simply reordered some items and when we were done, he wanted to add on a mattress protector for us stating that it would be $12 (when Bedgear is usually $100+) in installments with our credit card that we had gotten previously approved for through Ashely. It was too good to be true, but he repeatedly told us that it would ONLY be $12 and I made a joke stating that I could pay that cash and take it home however I couldn’t because it was part of a promotion since we were financing. Well, just like our previous one experience, the same thing happened when it came to delivering our products. We scheduled the delivery AND confirmed it only for them to text the morning of our scheduled delivery: It's Ashley Homestore! Are you ready to schedule your order? Reply 1 to schedule. Reply 2 to exit. Reply STOP at anytime to opt out of these messages. Like this was already confirmed for delivery, why am I getting this text? Do they not realize that we have to take the day off of work in order to accommodate for these deliveries since Ashley cannot even provide a schedule timeframe for it? I proceeded to call the store to reach Evan numerous times and every time he apparently was with a customer therefore we cancelled the entire order! I came to bring back the mattress protector which had not even been opened/ used and they denied me stating that things like this cannot be returned. Evan of course didn’t make us aware if this and now we are stuck with a bill for $140 since sneaky Evan thought it was appropriate to quote us $12 for it to sell it to us but behind the scenes discounted the furniture so that he can sell it to us for that price. This was told to me by another manager there. Please go elsewhere because here you’ll definitely be taken advantage of

FURNITURE INFESTED WITH POWDER POST BEETLES that EAT THROUGH THE FURNITURE AND PUT YOUR HOME AT RISK. Bought a whole bedroom set, including a mattress. 8 months in, we see wood dust on top of our clothes. Looking closer, there was wood dust under one of the nightstands and behind bed frame. We went to the store and STORE MANAGER ADVISED TO REMOVE BED SET FROM HOME IMMEDIATELY move it to the GARAGE and call customer service. We called and followed all steps. They said someone will contact us in less than 24 hrs, since it was an urgent matter. We had to put everything in the garage ourselves! No one could come to disassemble the bed frame and move the whole set out. We called a pest inspector, fearing for the home and he confirmed the furniture was infested with POWDER POST BEETLES. And that it came with the furniture. $800 treatment was quoted. Filed the claim through Ashley’s portal, as manager instructed us, she even said they would do an exchange and apologized greatly. Walked the floor store with us and we picked another set that had different material. But had to wait for customer service to authorize it. Sleeping on the floor, 24 hours go by and customer service never calls back. We stopped by the store again and manager said customer service had to authorize the exchange and we had to wait. We call customer service and after being on hold 3 times, Vicky says, “we don’t cover bugs”..”sorry”. Asked to talk to her supervisor. After being on hold again, she said “no supervisor is available”. It is totally UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE, their furniture is INFESTED with POWDER POST BEETLES that eat through the furniture silently for months and JEOPARDIZE your home’s structure and they won’t accept responsibility and won’t do an exchange or refund. Getting a lawyer. See photos from empty dresser sitting in the garage with 12 hours of new dust in them. LAST PICTURE shows one of the drawers with what looks like previous beetle damage being restored before we purchased it . UNBELIEVABLE!! UPDATE: After spending several hours on the phone with Customer Service Representatives, answer was…we only guarantee for 72 hours after purchase. We are in total shock. Don’t buy anything from them. We have no bed after only 8 months.

It’s been nine days and we have only received some of the furniture purchased. According to the automated center, it’s advising the rest will be shipped in eight weeks. waiting nine days seems like an awful lot of time to wait for furniture

Avoid shopping at Ashley Stores in person due to deceptive sales tactics, misleading discounts, and inflated in-store prices compared to their website. Sales representatives pressure customers, and supposed discounts are used to cover up higher prices. It’s better to browse in-store if needed but make your purchase online, where the same items are often significantly cheaper.

Deceptive Sales Tactics – Avoid Ashley Physical Store I visited Ashley Store with my family yesterday, and unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the moment we walked in. As soon as we arrived, a sales representative started following us and wouldn’t let us browse the furniture peacefully. He kept bombarding us with questions, making it nearly impossible to focus. I was there with my wife, our baby in a stroller, and another child, and despite telling him multiple times that we just wanted to browse on our own, he kept insisting on hovering. About five minutes later, an assistant manager named Sherry approached us, offering a supposed discount of 25% to 30%, which was the only reason we decided to stay and keep looking. We ended up spending over an hour considering various pieces, even though the prices seemed high. I was willing to go ahead with a purchase because of the promised discount. However, when it came time to check the final price, things took a turn. The prices on Sherry’s system were almost double what was displayed in the store. I had calculated the total price for the items we selected to be around $5,400, so with the discount, I expected to pay about $3,800. Instead, Sherry told me the original price of the items was about $10,000, and after her “special discount,” I’d be paying $6,000. This made no sense—the system prices were much higher than the store prices I had seen. It was late, so I told her I’d check prices and return the next day to see if her manager would honor the discount. The next day, I called Sherry, and unsurprisingly, she confirmed that the prices in the store were already discounted but were higher than the website prices. She mentioned they could match the Ashley Furniture website prices as a “price match,” but no additional discount would be applied. I felt completely deceived. The “discount” they offered was just a cover for raising the prices. This kind of sales tactic is dishonest. They also pushed zero-interest financing, which made me realize they’re banking on customers not noticing they’re paying inflated prices because they’re focused on the low monthly payments. I was paying in cash, so I could see the math clearly, but I imagine many people who finance don’t notice how much extra they’re paying because of the misleading discounts. For anyone considering a visit to Ashley Store, save yourself the hassle. The physical stores and the Ashley Furniture website are run by different companies. The website has the same items for less, sometimes even 20%, 30%, or even 40% less than what you’ll find in-store. If you must, visit the store to check out the furniture in person, but I highly recommend purchasing online to avoid their shady sales tactics. I wasted over an hour with my family, canceled an order from another store thinking I was getting a good deal at Ashley, only to discover they were trying to charge me much more than I expected. I absolutely do not recommend shopping at Ashley Stores in person.

Upon purchase of our couches and warranty, Ashley Furniture has been extremely unhelpful on any claims to help repair our furniture. We purchased a 5 year warranty and was promised that it would cover any damages of the next 5 years to help keep our couches looking brand new. In the first year, we had to make 3 claims because the frames were breaking and coming apart causing our cushions to sink drastically. 1 repair took over 6 month and 3 visits for them to come to the house to fix it properly., Now after the first year, Ashley does not honor the warranty and has a 3rd party company handle all repairs. This company does not cover everything that Ashely covers. So now I have a 1 1/2 year old couch that dips largely in the middle and now I am being told that Ashley wont help at all with the warranty. Because of how awful the service has been just to maintain one couch, we will not be shopping at Ashley anymore and don't advise anyone else to as well. The quality does not last and the warranty will not help.

Worst experience ever. I dealt with a salemans named Stephanie Kinnear. I’ve had problems since I placed the order, went to the warehouse not once but twice & wasted my time and the movers time. Sslesman doesnt answer the phone, and salemans lied to me and told me everything was available for pickup: After she recieved my payment, she came back and said it wasnt available. I dont give Ashley a bad rating but Stephanie definitely would get 0 stars if I was able to give her 0 stars. Salesman acting like she dont want to cancel my order so I can get a refund and make the purchase somewhere else. DONT RECOMMEND.

Had a great visit to Ashley Furniture in Spring. Timothy greeted us as we came in offered to help, we were just looking for a second time and he said he would check on us in a bit. Timothy came over after about ten minutes and offered more assistance. He allowed us space and made us feel comfortable. Offered to move Furniture around to help us on a decision. Over all an outstanding sales rep we ended up buying some new Furniture and had great savings with the Labor Day sale!

The Woodlands/Spring store is consistently clean, organized and merchandise is smartly displayed. All the team is friendly but Barry and Ryland are a step above. Highly recommend.

Over 2 weeks ago I purchased several furniture items from Ashley Furniture on the I-45 in Spring, TX. Following 3 separate deliveries, all of which came with either broken or missing furniture pieces, I am still waiting for all the items in my initial order to be delivered. Despite all the errors originating on their side, Ryland - the store General Manager, has displayed such awful customer service, sullying the name of a well know and respected brand. Most recently, we were advised that we would have to pay a private contractor to redeliver broken or missing items if we wanted delivery within the timeframe initially promised during purchase. This after paying a $800 delivery fee at the time of purchase. Seeing the injustice, the sales representative advised that we would be refunded at least 50% of the delivery charge. However, Ryland has now decided that he will not approve any delivery charge refund. Desperate to receive the furniture for our new home, we payed our own delivery charge to have the critical items such as beds and chairs delivered after so many delays. However, one of the items (which arrived broken in a previous delivery and had to be returned) came with the wrong legs, a total mismatch to all the other pieces in the set. After being told that Ryland will reach out to me to discuss next steps, I have received no phone call but a text message from the sales associate advising that I have to go online and create my own ticket to get the legs corrected. Am I crazy or are these people crazy? Not to mention, the bed frame that was delivered was sent with temporary rails until they can figure out when the real rails can be delivered. The joke is, the temporary rails don’t even fit so the mattress is sitting on the floor 😩😩😩 I would love to cancel the whole order and send everything back but guess what…no returns!!! This has been the most frustrating experience of my life and I will tell anyone who will listen, Do Not Shop At Ashley Furniture!!! The primary concern is getting your money and then they bail. No one cares that you actually receive the correct items or help when there are delays or errors. RUN!!!!

It has been a horrific experience getting furniture with this store. I ordered a grey wood bed and on the first delivery received and upholstered headboard and the rest of the bed was wood. The box springs were damaged and not the right size. By the way the order was placed by the manager of this establishment and you would have thought it would have been inputted correctly. I submitted a claim for the box springs which was disregarded there was no follow up and when I called they had no documentation of the claim. My husband and I went up there on multiple occasions to fix the matter and was told everything was taken care of. After 2months of back and forth we received the correct bed to only find out the box spring issue was not resolved or inputted into the system at all ! I don’t recommend shopping at this location.

We had such a fantastic experience at Ashley Furniture in Spring. Our sales associate was Stephanie Kinnear. After we entered the doors, she quickly asked us what we needed today. She was very pleasant and upbeat. She also provided her honest input on our selections. She has an excellent eye for decor. I have been to this particular Ashley Furniture but was not provided the type of help I received today. We entered the store with bar stools on our list. But we ended up purchasing bar stools and a cabinet! Thank you Stephanie for your help today!

Was tricked into opening a credit account here when I didn’t want to by being told it was just a “pre check” to see what I qualify for. By no means would I have given my info if I knew it was going to open an account no matter what. I left not buying anything so now I have a credit check ding on my account for no reason thanks to their salesmen

Ordered a very nice living room set April 19th, paid in full. I have yet to receive any product or been informed of an accurate delivery date! Communication has been absolutely horrible. The delivery date has been changed 4 times and each time I had to call Ashley’s for the update. I’m still waiting on a new delivery date. I’m so disappointed and afraid that I will have to just cancel and go elsewhere. Hopefully they don’t stall on my refund as they have been on the $250 they had promised to refund for my trouble 3 1/2 weeks ago!

Would give ZERO stars if possible. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. First and foremost, our sales associate, Steve, struggled immensely when it came to basic math in trying to figure the discounted price of the couch we were purchasing. Multiple “what if” scenarios that all ended with different final prices in which none made sense and were all different. Given that my husband works in finance, he tried helping Steve out and was still argued with saying that his math isn’t right and that we’re not understanding what he’s doing. We were given a promise date by our sales associate for our sectional that was paid in full only to have Ashley never schedule our delivery then turn around and take pieces out of our order fulfillment to fulfill another customers order causing us to receive a partial delivery with the connecting wedge piece on back order over 2 weeks past our promise date. Sales associate defers to store manager who you cannot reach because the phone number goes straight to the automated system. There has been no effort to be proactive in letting customers know their orders are being pushed back or providing a new promise date. Warehouse, supervisors and other employees have no remorse for breaching contracts with their customers and taking peoples money without fulfilling their portion of the contract and repeatedly stating “there’s nothing we can do about it”. There is no urgency, diligence, dignity or consideration when it comes to this company. I will never again spend a single hard earned dollar of mine on any product from Ashley furniture. Absolute waste of time and money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Been a long time customer of Ashley furniture and never had a bad experience until now. The location in spring was set to deliver my couch on Saturday the 8th of June. This was scheduled on may 28th. After being notified the couch was on its way at 6pm and would be there in 15 minutes they never showed. Called customer service and was told nothing they could do to make this right and it would be there on Thursday the 13th. Today is the 13th and they just called to let us know the couch is now on back order. We will never do business here again along with our family members. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Y’all suck.

Friendly staff at this location. Unfortunately this was the only positive aspect. I have shopped at Ashley’s for about 7 years now, this will be the last time. Furniture was scheduled for delivery about a month ago. An incorrect piece was delivered and one piece was missing. The delivery people were unhelpful, the representative at the store was unhelpful and the customer service rep was also unhelpful. The missing piece was eventually scheduled to arrive yesterday, and was confirmed through the automated scheduling system. The piece did not arrive and, when I called, the person who helped me said the route which included my delivery was cancelled, she was unable to find a reason. Then another scheduling request came today through their automated scheduling service for later this month, over 1 month after the original delivery date. When I requested an earlier delivery date, the person assisting me stated it was never scheduled for yesterday despite me sharing a screenshot and email of the confirmed delivery date and time window. Hoping to get the rest of my furniture at some point.

We went to several different furniture stores and ended up choosing to buy from Ashley’s due to the amazing service…. AND KYLE! Right off the bat of walking in Kyle welcomed us (NOT OVERWHELMING) with a friendly greeting and pointed us in the right direction. He was knowledgeable, professional and extremely easy to talk through our buying options with. Our buying process was also extremely easy. My experience was far from fantastic. My husband and I went in with the intention of purchasing a couch for our home but all that quickly changed after some time with your employee, Steve. We specifically told Steve we didn't want our credit ran or to take out any credit card but instead he decided to take things into his own hands. My husband and I now have 2 hard inquiries on our credit report. He had us putting information in for what we thought was so we could do the 60 month financing but instead he was, without our consent, running our credit through other companies. We're grateful we ended up leaving but extremely upset that we couldn't get the couch we were so excited about. We're highly disappointed in our experience and will never return to Ashley's.

If I could, I would give this place a -10 stars. Do not purchase anything from this store. So, when I went in it was all pleasant and everything. Was able to pick out the furniture we wanted and everything. Up to this point the store associate, John, had been helpful. Went and filled the financing application and stated I was approved for X amount of money for my purchase. Ok I didn't use the credit because there was no need. It wasn't until we got to the paperwork that things looked suspicious. Some random guy come and sits at the table and says hi my name is........ to which John responds he is from ACIMA. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THROUGH ACIMA. ON YOP OF YOU PAYING TAXES ON YOUR PURCHASE, EVERY TIME YOU MAKE A PAYMENT WITH THEY CHARGE YOU TAXES ON THE PAYMENT YOU ARE PROCESSING WITH THEM!!! THEY ARE A SCAM AT ITS FINEST. But that is a different story for a different day. I was upset because in finance area they DO NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING AT ALL. Took my paperwork and almost 3 weeks later I get my furniture. Delivery was horrible!!!!!!! Not the Delivery guys themselves but how Ashley Furniture handled the delivery. It is just an overall disappointment!! Please take your business and money go somewhere at least you will get treated with some dignity and respect of communication. EXTREMELY AWFUL AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

So the whole 60 month finance thing is just not true. Me and my wife specifically told the salesman Steve we do not want a credit card or to have our credit ran. We were recommended to go to Steve as he would help us out and take care of us. Well Steve decided making a sale after hearing my income was way more important than an happy customer. After walking away from us after us telling him we would rather do the 60 month finance he has us filling out paper work that we assume is for what we asked for. He ran my credit twice through two different banks now I have two different hard inquiries on my credit report. Im truly just disappointed in his customer service skills and deceitful behavior. I hope this store can do better and find better sales people.

She gives you the ultimate experience as a caring sales representative, and I could not have asked for anyone better. The visit from start to finish is UNIQUE very informative and accurate. Every product I was interested in she was knowledgeable and asked questions to understand the needs and comfort my entire family was seeking. That is what blew me away. She did not come off as an order taker, nor did she have the car salesman approch. She was very meek yet confident, and my wife loved her. We took up quite a bit of her time, and she did not rush us to take another guest, This made us comfortable in spending money and time with her. The only reason I rated one star because I had to do the review my sales Rep Steven Batt I came in looking for a couch and living room table and a rug I came at 5:38 I picked out everything got back with Steven he ran my credit I got approved with Acima but I didn't find out I didn't get approved for Ashley until I spoke with the guy from acima Steven didn't tell me i didn't get approve through Ashley and he was sitting and looking at me the whole entire time I didn't won't to go that route so Steven then ask me to fill out a form for me to get approve through another company by this time it is close to 8:00p.m I'm sitting and waiting on Steven to let me know he never come back I get up to walk around he's assisting another customer finally his manager walks over and say oh you didn't get approved he didn't ask me if I a had different option or maybe pick out a couch lesser than the one I picked out I told the manager he just left me sitting here he didn't come back that's horrible customer service I spent all that time there and didn't get anywhere oh let's not forget I had a hour and half drive to drive back home my time was definitely wasted and customer service was horrible and the manager didn't care at all I have done business with Ashley before the customer service was great but it wasn't at this location I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here

The service here was excellent, top notch, and carry professional!!! My man Michael hooked me up with a chair on clearance and I had no issue moving it back home at all!

I was literally on the verge of procrastinating another week before purchasing my couch. I was looking for a change after I sold my previous one. I ended up at another furniture store for a piece I’d seen a week earlier (2 weeks without a couch). It was the perfect size but I knew there had to be something else out there, something better that would suit my needs. Because I had worked with Steven before, I stopped at the store and asked for him; he immediately went to work for me. I cannot put into words how incredibly ecstatic I am about my pieces, how glad I am that I didn’t give up, and how grateful I am to Steven. Steven was our sales rep. We called him yesterday about a recliner that we saw on there web site. He said they had them in stock. We went today and purchased the recliner Steven was great. Very professional. There store is very nice. All there employees that was there was very nice. (We was there between 11 and 12 am) We will definitely go there again!

There are not enough bad words in the English language to truly convey how we feel about Ashley! We were lured in by the advertising and good pricing only to be deceived. We found a mattress that was like sleeping on a cloud and an adjustable base to go with it and paid more than we've ever paid for one before. It was delivered a few days later and was the worst nights sleep ever, it was as if we slept outside on the driveway, both waking to sore aching bodies. We went back to the store that evening to double check and see what might have happen clearly it was not the bed we laid on in the store there must be a mistake but the labels were the same and the showroom bed was still very comfortable and nothing like what was delivered to us! They said "no one has ever had this problem before maybe it was mislabeled or defective but the way it works is you have to keep it for 30 days before we can begin a return/replacement process". Are you kidding 30 more nights of this, "we will try and accelerate it to our manager and you can call this number and try to talk to them about it". No one will do anything for us until 30 days has passed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced they do not care they are too big to worry about one customer and are completely indifferent to our situation. This was our first and last purchase in an Ashley store so pleased don't get fooled like we did and drive on by!!!!

A 5-star review for the manager who handled a very unpleasant situation quite professionally. A 1- star review or even a 0 review for the sales person who worked with us. We bought $2k worth of breakfast table for six. The sales person kept going back and forth on his word. Very unprofessional and accusing us of wanting to get the dining set for free. A shameful behavior and very disrespectful. I wouldn’t name the person here but kudos to the manager who profusely apologized for the staff’s behavior and honored the deal that was first agreed with the salesman. Anyway, we have bought furniture previously from Ashley and definitely buy again.

I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent furniture purchase from your store. Every aspect of the transaction, from the sofa cushions to the overall quality and assembly, has left me thoroughly disappointed. The sofa cushions I received are of shockingly low quality, a far cry from what was on display in the showroom. The variance in quality raises serious concerns about the accuracy and consistency of your product representation. Moreover, the delivered furniture does not match the dimensions of the floor samples. This lack of consistency has caused significant inconvenience in my living space and adds to the overall disappointment. The assembly team, presumably overburdened with a high number of deliveries, performed below acceptable standards during my delivery. The rushed assembly resulted in a noticeable decline in quality and attention to detail. This experience falls far below the standard I expected from your store. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to address these issues to prevent others from facing similar disappointments.

May cancel purchase- Upon arrival we were greeted immediately by the friendly salesman. We let him know I had been pre-approved and were there for a couch. My husband and I were browsing through the couches while he was entering our information into his tablet. Things were going fine until we decided on the couch. Then his tablet quit working properly AND the posted price was different than what was in the system, so we got the manager involved and everything went down hill from there. We were in the store for 2 more hours while they tried to rectify the situation. They each kept calculating different things on their phone calculators asking “what if” scenarios that involved discounts on the incorrectly posted price, which still put us at a higher balance, then if we just got the correct price; almost as if they didn’t understand math. At one point the manager tried to sell us a discounted lamp but couldn’t get that to ring up properly either. We ended up paying full price and have to go back to get the “big managers” approval to refund us the $600 from the system price.. All in all, we left the store completely frustrated and felt like we had gotten scammed. If when we go back to get the $600 refund, anymore shadiness comes up, we are canceling the purchase. As soon as we left I said, we should have just walked out from the start of the incorrectly posted price that they couldn’t honor. Lesson learned, but I will never go to Ashley again, even if this transaction works out.

In summary, my resent experience with the store's was ended with disappointment. Two weeks ago, I visited the store and purchased three furniture items, one of which I was unsure about. The salesperson assured me that I have 30 days for return policy. After a lengthy paperwork process, including signing documents about delivery conditions, the items were delivered without issue. However, later that evening, when my family and I inspected the items together, we realized that one of them wasn't to our liking. I contacted customer support to inquire about returning the item, only to be surprised and disappointed to learn that returns were not accepted. I wish I had been informed about this policy at the time of purchase to avoid this situation. Overall, while I am satisfied with the furniture, I am disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the return policy, which has left me feeling deceived.

Horrible service , I would recommend people not come here to buy there furniture. First, I bought 2 mattress and adjusted base since November, they only delivered 2 mattress and missing the adjustable base. Until I tried multiple call to check up the missing item. They said it can be delivery in March . Now they sent email to delivery the adjustment base but they didn’t bring upstairs and installed for me while I’m pregnant could not bring bevy stuff. I asked them do it for me but that said no. Second is the financial , they said paid in 3 months without interest, but when I look the paper again . It took me pay extra $200 plus amount I paid for 2 mattress and adjustment base. Just waste your time and money if you come here.

Adriana was the best sales person ever. Never rushed us or made us feel like she was hovering. The perfect balance of making sure we had support but the space to do it at our leisure. The variety of items is good and priced fairly for the quality they are. On a personal note I am happy a company like Ashley would be progressive and not require their employees to covering their tattoos and allowing them to express themselves. It shows they value their employees and allows them to be genuine and not fake.

A received a store credit from a previous Ashley purchase that became available to me on 1/12/24. On 1/20/24 I visited Ashley store @ 25403 North Fwy, Spring, TX 77380 and was approached by sales person Steven. I had already picked out the 2 items I needed from online and informed Steven what I wanted to purchase. I was also aware before arrival that I had to spend a min of $500 even though my credit is for $400. So I found an accent table to bring my total to $500. After hours of Steven trying to enter the info in the system he finally got it “submitted” therefore I should receive told receive an update on Monday. Monday 1/22/24 comes and no response from Stephen so I texted him stating that I found another accent table that I may want to exchange for the one I seen in store and let me know if it was in store for me to see. I receive no response via text or call from Steven acknowledging my message. On Thur. 1/25 /24 I called Ashley store back between 2-12:30pm and Kyle answers, he tells me he will look into the order and give me a call back around 4pm (no call). I call the store around 6:50pm and was told Kyle went to get gas the gentleman got my name and number and have Kyle call me back (that didn’t happen). On Fri., 1/26/24 I yet again call the store back and Rylan answered. After asking to speak to Steven / Kyle and them not be available I asked if he could help me. He pulled up my info and said the order was not submitted correctly he will resubmit it and shouldn’t take long. So I asked will it be Monday before I know he said should have info/update by Sat., 1/27/23 but he will give me a call back. After hanging up with Rylan then Ben calls me saying Rylan asked him to call me because I want to purchase furniture (no no no). So I explain to him the situation for him to say I will let Rylan call you back. Now here it is Sat., 1/27/24 and I guess I will continue waiting. If I don’t continue to call I will not get an update. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences to talk to multiple people and no receive a true answer or a call back when I’m told I would receive one.

Absolutely horrible experience. The entire sales team has zero integrity or proper communication skills. Once you leave the store, you are no longer a priority. If your order is delayed, they don’t communicate with you. It’s like pulling teeth to get an update on your order or an ETA. In 1 months time, we’ve had horrible in-store experiences with Walter and Adriana. Both promised me calls back on multiple days but didn’t follow through with what they said. Sales manager, Evan, also promised me a call back yesterday and by noon today for an update. That call never happened so I called the store to inquire, yet again. I was hung up on twice once I requested to speak to Evan. Evan cowardly ever called me back I then received a phone call from Adriana stating that they were just going to cancel the order because it wouldn’t be delivered in time, despite previously guaranteeing me it would. My elderly parents will now have nowhere to stay when they fly in for Christmas and, because of the poor communication and service of 3 associates from Ashley, there is no time to make different arrangements. No one wants to provide any customer service to help remedy the situation. They would rather just take the loss instead of doing the right thing. No accountability has been taken. Just a bunch of sleezy car salesman trying to make their commission.

Extremely disappointed! We bought furniture 2 wks ago and agreed to have it deliver tomorrow since our floors were being refinished 12/2. We were told to expect a call today for delivery time tomorrow 12/16 but didn’t receive call. We called today to reconfirm delivery and apparently something happened with paperwork where it caused us to not even being on the schedule. In addition to that, apparently the purchase was canceled 12/2 , same day as the purchase?? How incompetent and disorganized they are. Of course I have been charged for these items already. I have never purchased from Ashley and this is just absolutely disappointing. My purchases have always been through Gallery Furniture. Gallery furniture has always given un great customer service. I liked the pieces I purchased from Ashley otherwise I would’ve definitely gone to where we are treated well. Ashley furniture, I hope this issue gets resolved. Very disappointed at this time.

Happy with the couch and the guys that put together were great! I did want to pass along that I'm not happy with the amount of time it took to be delivered. When we purchased the couch, we were promised that it would be delivered on the 5th of December. We had the other couch we had picked up by the women shelter on the 4th. When I was called about the delivery date I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that they would phone me with 48hrs. That never happen and I called "two" times and still never had response still to this day. Very disappointing and probably one and done with Ashley furniture for the lack of communication and the false promise date.

Please save your time and money and do not shop here. 1. These people do not care to get your business & they do not honor their word 2. They are an extremely unorganized and unhelpful. Over the course of 2 days, I have never experienced a worse customer service experience. It is a shame this store was the only location that had what we were looking for because this is not a business anyone should support. There are multiple issues we experienced, but this one by far the worst. The manager is dishonest. We were told different things from different people. We had to wait 2 hours for the warehouse to pull a piece of furniture we were wanting. We were told the previous day to our faces, by the manager, to call ahead and they would have it pulled. We called, and were denied & told we need to be in store for them to get anything from the warehouse. Got to the store, and since shipment came in they could not get our furniture and made us wait 2 hours before got it for us. We were there from 5:15 - 7:30pm. The furniture we waiting 2 hours for was damaged, discolored, and was missing parts. A complete waste of time. Getting their shipment unloaded was more important than a paying customer. The sales representatives and manager we interacted with were unprofessional and made it evident they do not care about the customer. We will never be shopping at Ashley Furniture again. For their prices, please consider taking your business to a store that will care about their customer.

I was told the 17th would delivery date now all the items are on back order all of a sudden on the day of delivery. I have a house full of people coming in for Thanksgiving and furniture will not be in until after. No help from anyone and customer service has no answers. Left a message asking for a callback and surprise no reply. Worst experience ever.

I will never purchase from Ashley Furniture again! I went into the store in search of a new mattress. Was sold one and told I had a 90 day moneyback guarantee. They forgot to mention the part that the only way you get moneyback guarantee, is if you buy something even more expensive. I was also sold a mattress pad for the bedding and was told I get three in the 10 year span. Pablo, my salesman, suggested I call to get the second one so I could use it when I switch bedding and I’m doing the sheets. A month later, I’m calling the store several times and always end up with customer service somewhere. I was told they cannot connect me to the store, but they would have someone call me. After attempting to leave for messages, I decided to go to the store myself. I went in today to get a number to get the mattress pad, and was told it’s only if the mattress pad goes out, so not worth the price you pay. Again, I will never shop at Ashley again

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had, my wife and I were greeted by the salesperson Carla and she was extremely unprofessional. Not only was she never around to help, she told us basically where things were spread out and to look for her if we needed help. We have a couple of apartments that we rent and needed quite a bit of furniture so just looking around and remembering everything we wanted was not really an option, the two times we went looking for her she took forever to get to us "looking for her computer" as she said. We did see her talking to the other salespeople there a whole lot, but hey maybe that's what she gets paid to do. The employees here look a mess, some even smelled of alcohol. Needless to say we DID NOT buy here and took our business to American Furniture and Rooms to Go, both places were night and day. Do yourselves a favor and shop anywhere else!!

Great in store shopping experience even though they are a complete rip off! They do not stand behind the online prices. I paid over $1400 more than the online price. Wish I would’ve known!!

A lot of issues with delivery of our new table and chairs. It was botched causing our delivery to be an additional week.

They delivered my replacement piece of furniture but refused to take the damaged piece away. Now I’m stuck with it!

Wow wow what an Experience with Zeena today! Whoever had a hand in hiring her should be rewarded. She was not only sharp with her furniture knowledge but she was patient and compassionate with my toddler running around. I came in the store wanting a tv console and left with a bunk bed for my child and a beautiful mattress to go along with the set. Thank you again Zeena for being AMAZING at what you do. I will be back to buy more!

Our experience with Jonathon at The Woodlands Ashley store was great. We were looking for a sectional for our new home. Jonathon took the time to walk us around the showroom helping us find the perfect sectional. He explained all the configuration options and sales details. In the end we were able to find the right setup for our home as well as an area rug. He worked hard at getting us a great price and expedited delivery date. If you are looking for an understanding and patient associate, we highly recommend finding Jonathon at The Woodlands store.

Ok so I love Ashley Furniture. We’ve used them for years, across our several houses. This time I’m finally willing to give an overall review because I TRULY understand how the sales side works and how they screw you. Let me first say, quality of furniture has never been an issue. We own everything from leather living room sets to patio sets that aren’t cheap (before we added extra chairs/couches/tables), modular living room, and the middle of the road pleather living room sets. We’re not above anything and we have been fortunate to have afforded higher end. This review is for anyone shopping here. We went in to Ashley to buy furniture. The salesman seemed to want to work with us and was great (gave me his number, etc). I had an idea of what I wanted, honestly I didn’t really have the dimensions of the room down because our room feels HUGE. We chose a living room set, he tried to push us into buying that day - I said no, I want to go home and think on the spacing - we came back the next day and we chose a couch. A giant sectional. It’s 11ft x 11ft. Price tag on it was ridiculous (like 3600 bucks, BUT they have a 25% off sale going on, whatever…) We got to the sitting down to total up our bill and I declined the $699 protection plan… adamantly. The couch WITH a discount and delivery was going to be like 4200(?!?!? I’m sorry, math please?) Ok so we get into this argument and I almost say never mind. My husband is wrangling out toddlers who are breaking the walls down and jumping on EVERYTHING, so his normal voice of reason isn’t present. I finally agreed to pay $3200 for this damn couch, out the door.. Let me tell you some salesman secrets: He told me “you’re still getting a steal on the couch, I moved the numbers up and down so you only are going to pay 2000 for the couch but I still need you to buy that protection plan because I make 80bucks on that and only like 20 on the couch, no matter the price of the couch. Oh and I took off the delivery fee.” Well done Ashley furniture. I now know how to negotiate. You marked down a couch from 3600 to 2000 and more or less forced a sale of a protection plan so the salesman was happy. With this being the first piece of furniture in my entire new home, I’m not sure if I’ll go back to Ashley or just use the new information and go next door to the competition. I’ve been duped. Don’t get duped yourself. Also, I didn’t and have NEVER used their financing service. I pay outright. Another thing to consider for your bargaining power as a customer. If the owner’s son in law sees this at some point. We’re the family that bought furniture for our second home during Covid that ended up waiting over 8months to take delivery in south tx and you gave us two free ottomans over it. I told you I’d call the next time I needed furniture but figured this was a better way to get your attention since it’s been a couple years. I still have the same number.
