If I could give no stars I would. We walked in ready to buy 2 bedroom set & NOBODY, not ONE person asked if we needed help or greeted us. Is it because of the way we looked or were dressed? maybe! I dont know but was very disappointed. Get better workers

May cancel purchase- Upon arrival we were greeted immediately by the friendly salesman. We let him know I had been pre-approved and were there for a couch. My husband and I were browsing through the couches while he was entering our information into his tablet. Things were going fine until we decided on the couch. Then his tablet quit working properly AND the posted price was different than what was in the system, so we got the manager involved and everything went down hill from there. We were in the store for 2 more hours while they tried to rectify the situation. They each kept calculating different things on their phone calculators asking “what if” scenarios that involved discounts on the incorrectly posted price, which still put us at a higher balance, then if we just got the correct price; almost as if they didn’t understand math. At one point the manager tried to sell us a discounted lamp but couldn’t get that to ring up properly either. We ended up paying full price and have to go back to get the “big managers” approval to refund us the $600 from the system price.. All in all, we left the store completely frustrated and felt like we had gotten scammed. If when we go back to get the $600 refund, anymore shadiness comes up, we are canceling the purchase. As soon as we left I said, we should have just walked out from the start of the incorrectly posted price that they couldn’t honor. Lesson learned, but I will never go to Ashley again, even if this transaction works out.

Not only did the store delivery guys damage my floor and try to hide it, they sent unfinished product, and the assemblers tried to hide damage to the bed frame… We bought their extended 5 year warranty- which includes a credit for monies not used during the warranty period. We did not use the warranty- so we put in an order for the equivalent about a month before the warranty redemption purchase time frame ended. Four months later, and I’m still going into the store and calling 1-2 times a week trying to get my order shipped… all because the manager didn’t fill the paperwork out correctly for the credit to be applied. So instead of solving the issue, they come up with different excuses and blame others… which is convenient since as a consumer, it is nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone above a store manager. Ironically- this review was prompted by my visit to find out if they have fixed their error or not.
