If I could give 0 stars I would. Been a long time customer of Ashley furniture and never had a bad experience until now. The location in spring was set to deliver my couch on Saturday the 8th of June. This was scheduled on may 28th. After being notified the couch was on its way at 6pm and would be there in 15 minutes they never showed. Called customer service and was told nothing they could do to make this right and it would be there on Thursday the 13th. Today is the 13th and they just called to let us know the couch is now on back order. We will never do business here again along with our family members. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Y’all suck.

Great place.

Friendly staff at this location. Unfortunately this was the only positive aspect. I have shopped at Ashley’s for about 7 years now, this will be the last time. Furniture was scheduled for delivery about a month ago. An incorrect piece was delivered and one piece was missing. The delivery people were unhelpful, the representative at the store was unhelpful and the customer service rep was also unhelpful. The missing piece was eventually scheduled to arrive yesterday, and was confirmed through the automated scheduling system. The piece did not arrive and, when I called, the person who helped me said the route which included my delivery was cancelled, she was unable to find a reason. Then another scheduling request came today through their automated scheduling service for later this month, over 1 month after the original delivery date. When I requested an earlier delivery date, the person assisting me stated it was never scheduled for yesterday despite me sharing a screenshot and email of the confirmed delivery date and time window. Hoping to get the rest of my furniture at some point.

We went to several different furniture stores and ended up choosing to buy from Ashley’s due to the amazing service…. AND KYLE! Right off the bat of walking in Kyle welcomed us (NOT OVERWHELMING) with a friendly greeting and pointed us in the right direction. He was knowledgeable, professional and extremely easy to talk through our buying options with. Our buying process was also extremely easy. We were able to pay for couch and get out within just a few minutes. BIG PLUS!!! As we checked out we had the manager say hello and several other sales associates thanking us for our business. Could not recommend this store enough, but even more so KYLE FRITTS!

My experience was far from fantastic. My husband and I went in with the intention of purchasing a couch for our home but all that quickly changed after some time with your employee, Steve. We specifically told Steve we didn't want our credit ran or to take out any credit card but instead he decided to take things into his own hands. My husband and I now have 2 hard inquiries on our credit report. He had us putting information in for what we thought was so we could do the 60 month financing but instead he was, without our consent, running our credit through other companies. We're grateful we ended up leaving but extremely upset that we couldn't get the couch we were so excited about. We're highly disappointed in our experience and will never return to Ashley's.

If I could, I would give this place a -10 stars. Do not purchase anything from this store. So, when I went in it was all pleasant and everything. Was able to pick out the furniture we wanted and everything. Up to this point the store associate, John, had been helpful. Went and filled the financing application and stated I was approved for X amount of money for my purchase. Ok I didn't use the credit because there was no need. It wasn't until we got to the paperwork that things looked suspicious. Some random guy come and sits at the table and says hi my name is........ to which John responds he is from ACIMA. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THROUGH ACIMA. ON YOP OF YOU PAYING TAXES ON YOUR PURCHASE, EVERY TIME YOU MAKE A PAYMENT WITH THEY CHARGE YOU TAXES ON THE PAYMENT YOU ARE PROCESSING WITH THEM!!! THEY ARE A SCAM AT ITS FINEST. But that is a different story for a different day. I was upset because in finance area they DO NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING AT ALL. Took my paperwork and almost 3 weeks later I get my furniture. Delivery was horrible!!!!!!! Not the Delivery guys themselves but how Ashley Furniture handled the delivery. It is just an overall disappointment!! Please take your business and money go somewhere at least you will get treated with some dignity and respect of communication. EXTREMELY AWFUL AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

So the whole 60 month finance thing is just not true. Me and my wife specifically told the salesman Steve we do not want a credit card or to have our credit ran. We were recommended to go to Steve as he would help us out and take care of us. Well Steve decided making a sale after hearing my income was way more important than an happy customer. After walking away from us after us telling him we would rather do the 60 month finance he has us filling out paper work that we assume is for what we asked for. He ran my credit twice through two different banks now I have two different hard inquiries on my credit report. Im truly just disappointed in his customer service skills and deceitful behavior. I hope this store can do better and find better sales people.

I finally decided to do business with the woman who displays class, sophistication, elegance, and pride in her job. She gives you the ultimate experience as a caring sales representative, and I could not have asked for anyone better. The visit from start to finish is UNIQUE very informative and accurate. Every product I was interested in she was knowledgeable and asked questions to understand the needs and comfort my entire family was seeking. That is what blew me away. She did not come off as an order taker, nor did she have the car salesman approch. She was very meek yet confident, and my wife loved her. We took up quite a bit of her time, and she did not rush us to take another guest, This made us comfortable in spending money and time with her. I am a busy CEO here in Houston, and my time is precious, ZEENA NAZNEEN made working with a box store worth every moment. I would definitely pursue her to be a representative for my company the second she decided to switch careers. Thank You Ashley for employing such a genuine, honest young lady. Her qualities are rare. Ask for Zeena!! She is geared toward customer needs, and has an eye for interior design! She knew what works well in my house, and works to put together a good deal for her clients! Additionally, she made me aware of a furniture option previously unknown to me. Furthermore,she is willing to show a wide selection of options. Finally, she has a great personality that connects well with customers.

I had a great experience with an employee name Zeena . She was amazing! I will definitely recommend the location to everyone looking to buy high quality furniture. Zeena is kind, approachable, with a lot of patience with the customers.

The only reason I rated one star because I had to do the review my sales Rep Steven Batt I came in looking for a couch and living room table and a rug I came at 5:38 I picked out everything got back with Steven he ran my credit I got approved with Acima but I didn't find out I didn't get approved for Ashley until I spoke with the guy from acima Steven didn't tell me i didn't get approve through Ashley and he was sitting and looking at me the whole entire time I didn't won't to go that route so Steven then ask me to fill out a form for me to get approve through another company by this time it is close to 8:00p.m I'm sitting and waiting on Steven to let me know he never come back I get up to walk around he's assisting another customer finally his manager walks over and say oh you didn't get approved he didn't ask me if I a had different option or maybe pick out a couch lesser than the one I picked out I told the manager he just left me sitting here he didn't come back that's horrible customer service I spent all that time there and didn't get anywhere oh let's not forget I had a hour and half drive to drive back home my time was definitely wasted and customer service was horrible and the manager didn't care at all I have done business with Ashley before the customer service was great but it wasn't at this location I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here

We went into Ashley furniture over the weekend and we were immediately greeted by Patrick. He was incredibly friendly and helpful with finding us our perfect couch for our new home.

The service here was excellent, top notch, and carry professional!!! My man Michael hooked me up with a chair on clearance and I had no issue moving it back home at all!

All sales persons should be like Steven. Came in for desk left with a desk and new living room set.

I was literally on the verge of procrastinating another week before purchasing my couch. I was looking for a change after I sold my previous one. I ended up at another furniture store for a piece I’d seen a week earlier (2 weeks without a couch). It was the perfect size but I knew there had to be something else out there, something better that would suit my needs. Because I had worked with Steven before, I stopped at the store and asked for him; he immediately went to work for me. I cannot put into words how incredibly ecstatic I am about my pieces, how glad I am that I didn’t give up, and how grateful I am to Steven. I work at the apartments right behind the store, The Falls at Borough Park, and this could be a great partnership. Just ask for Whitney at The Falls=}

Steven was our sales rep. We called him yesterday about a recliner that we saw on there web site. He said they had them in stock. We went today and purchased the recliner Steven was great. Very professional. There store is very nice. All there employees that was there was very nice. (We was there between 11 and 12 am) We will definitely go there again!

Amazing customer service!!

Took too long to complete our purchase from saleswoman. At the end of the purchase, great customer service from the manager.

There are not enough bad words in the English language to truly convey how we feel about Ashley! We were lured in by the advertising and good pricing only to be deceived. We found a mattress that was like sleeping on a cloud and an adjustable base to go with it and paid more than we've ever paid for one before. It was delivered a few days later and was the worst nights sleep ever, it was as if we slept outside on the driveway, both waking to sore aching bodies. We went back to the store that evening to double check and see what might have happen clearly it was not the bed we laid on in the store there must be a mistake but the labels were the same and the showroom bed was still very comfortable and nothing like what was delivered to us! They said "no one has ever had this problem before maybe it was mislabeled or defective but the way it works is you have to keep it for 30 days before we can begin a return/replacement process". Are you kidding 30 more nights of this, "we will try and accelerate it to our manager and you can call this number and try to talk to them about it". No one will do anything for us until 30 days has passed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced they do not care they are too big to worry about one customer and are completely indifferent to our situation. This was our first and last purchase in an Ashley store so pleased don't get fooled like we did and drive on by!!!!

A 5-star review for the manager who handled a very unpleasant situation quite professionally. A 1- star review or even a 0 review for the sales person who worked with us. We bought $2k worth of breakfast table for six. The sales person kept going back and forth on his word. Very unprofessional and accusing us of wanting to get the dining set for free. A shameful behavior and very disrespectful. I wouldn’t name the person here but kudos to the manager who profusely apologized for the staff’s behavior and honored the deal that was first agreed with the salesman. Anyway, we have bought furniture previously from Ashley and definitely buy again.

I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent furniture purchase from your store. Every aspect of the transaction, from the sofa cushions to the overall quality and assembly, has left me thoroughly disappointed. The sofa cushions I received are of shockingly low quality, a far cry from what was on display in the showroom. The variance in quality raises serious concerns about the accuracy and consistency of your product representation. Moreover, the delivered furniture does not match the dimensions of the floor samples. This lack of consistency has caused significant inconvenience in my living space and adds to the overall disappointment. The assembly team, presumably overburdened with a high number of deliveries, performed below acceptable standards during my delivery. The rushed assembly resulted in a noticeable decline in quality and attention to detail. This experience falls far below the standard I expected from your store. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to address these issues to prevent others from facing similar disappointments.

Ben was very knowledgeable while choosing which couch options were available for our area. We are very pleased with his help and excited about our purchase!

Michael helped us with a dinette set at the Woodlands store. Very nice, polite and got us a better price than the website listing. We will definitely use Michael again the next time we need furniture.

Beyond the fact I liked the product we felt Adriana made the difference. Her extensive product knowledge coupled with her professional salesmanship and wonderful personality made the difference. She definitely knows how to provide great customer service!

I am speechless with customer support at Ashley’s provided by sales person Mr Ben Pham! A true role model for ideal customer service rep! We end up buying much more than we intended initially, at mutual satisfaction:-)!

If I could give no stars I would. We walked in ready to buy 2 bedroom set & NOBODY, not ONE person asked if we needed help or greeted us. Is it because of the way we looked or were dressed? maybe! I dont know but was very disappointed. Get better workers

May cancel purchase- Upon arrival we were greeted immediately by the friendly salesman. We let him know I had been pre-approved and were there for a couch. My husband and I were browsing through the couches while he was entering our information into his tablet. Things were going fine until we decided on the couch. Then his tablet quit working properly AND the posted price was different than what was in the system, so we got the manager involved and everything went down hill from there. We were in the store for 2 more hours while they tried to rectify the situation. They each kept calculating different things on their phone calculators asking “what if” scenarios that involved discounts on the incorrectly posted price, which still put us at a higher balance, then if we just got the correct price; almost as if they didn’t understand math. At one point the manager tried to sell us a discounted lamp but couldn’t get that to ring up properly either. We ended up paying full price and have to go back to get the “big managers” approval to refund us the $600 from the system price.. All in all, we left the store completely frustrated and felt like we had gotten scammed. If when we go back to get the $600 refund, anymore shadiness comes up, we are canceling the purchase. As soon as we left I said, we should have just walked out from the start of the incorrectly posted price that they couldn’t honor. Lesson learned, but I will never go to Ashley again, even if this transaction works out.

In summary, my resent experience with the store's was ended with disappointment. Two weeks ago, I visited the store and purchased three furniture items, one of which I was unsure about. The salesperson assured me that I have 30 days for return policy. After a lengthy paperwork process, including signing documents about delivery conditions, the items were delivered without issue. However, later that evening, when my family and I inspected the items together, we realized that one of them wasn't to our liking. I contacted customer support to inquire about returning the item, only to be surprised and disappointed to learn that returns were not accepted. I wish I had been informed about this policy at the time of purchase to avoid this situation. Overall, while I am satisfied with the furniture, I am disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the return policy, which has left me feeling deceived.

Horrible service , I would recommend people not come here to buy there furniture. First, I bought 2 mattress and adjusted base since November, they only delivered 2 mattress and missing the adjustable base. Until I tried multiple call to check up the missing item. They said it can be delivery in March . Now they sent email to delivery the adjustment base but they didn’t bring upstairs and installed for me while I’m pregnant could not bring bevy stuff. I asked them do it for me but that said no. Second is the financial , they said paid in 3 months without interest, but when I look the paper again . It took me pay extra $200 plus amount I paid for 2 mattress and adjustment base. Just waste your time and money if you come here.

Adriana was the best sales person ever. Never rushed us or made us feel like she was hovering. The perfect balance of making sure we had support but the space to do it at our leisure. The variety of items is good and priced fairly for the quality they are. On a personal note I am happy a company like Ashley would be progressive and not require their employees to covering their tattoos and allowing them to express themselves. It shows they value their employees and allows them to be genuine and not fake.

A received a store credit from a previous Ashley purchase that became available to me on 1/12/24. On 1/20/24 I visited Ashley store @ 25403 North Fwy, Spring, TX 77380 and was approached by sales person Steven. I had already picked out the 2 items I needed from online and informed Steven what I wanted to purchase. I was also aware before arrival that I had to spend a min of $500 even though my credit is for $400. So I found an accent table to bring my total to $500. After hours of Steven trying to enter the info in the system he finally got it “submitted” therefore I should receive told receive an update on Monday. Monday 1/22/24 comes and no response from Stephen so I texted him stating that I found another accent table that I may want to exchange for the one I seen in store and let me know if it was in store for me to see. I receive no response via text or call from Steven acknowledging my message. On Thur. 1/25 /24 I called Ashley store back between 2-12:30pm and Kyle answers, he tells me he will look into the order and give me a call back around 4pm (no call). I call the store around 6:50pm and was told Kyle went to get gas the gentleman got my name and number and have Kyle call me back (that didn’t happen). On Fri., 1/26/24 I yet again call the store back and Rylan answered. After asking to speak to Steven / Kyle and them not be available I asked if he could help me. He pulled up my info and said the order was not submitted correctly he will resubmit it and shouldn’t take long. So I asked will it be Monday before I know he said should have info/update by Sat., 1/27/23 but he will give me a call back. After hanging up with Rylan then Ben calls me saying Rylan asked him to call me because I want to purchase furniture (no no no). So I explain to him the situation for him to say I will let Rylan call you back. Now here it is Sat., 1/27/24 and I guess I will continue waiting. If I don’t continue to call I will not get an update. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences to talk to multiple people and no receive a true answer or a call back when I’m told I would receive one.

Timothy is the reason we shop at the Spring location. He is courteous, kind and listen to what the customers needs are, then recommend or advice.

Kyle and Evan were outstanding during my furniture buying experience. Kyle came out in a Doctors Lab Coat and acted as the sleep doctor to assist in our mattress purchase, while Kyle crunched the numbers on our new bedroom set. The deal the offered us just bent the wallet a little more than I had hoped. But, none the less was an outstanding bargain for all we were purchasing. The most disappointing encounter with a retailer: Ashley Home Furniture. Manager Raylon's constant excuses and poor (zero) follow-up have been frustrating. Absolutely horrible experience. The entire sales team has zero integrity or proper communication skills. Once you leave the store, you are no longer a priority. If your order is delayed, they don’t communicate with you. It’s like pulling teeth to get an update on your order or an ETA. In 1 months time, we’ve had horrible in-store experiences with Walter and Adriana. Both promised me calls back on multiple days but didn’t follow through with what they said. Sales manager, Evan, also promised me a call back yesterday and by noon today for an update. That call never happened so I called the store to inquire, yet again. I was hung up on twice once I requested to speak to Evan. Evan cowardly ever called me back I then received a phone call from Adriana stating that they were just going to cancel the order because it wouldn’t be delivered in time, despite previously guaranteeing me it would. My elderly parents will now have nowhere to stay when they fly in for Christmas and, because of the poor communication and service of 3 associates from Ashley, there is no time to make different arrangements. No one wants to provide any customer service to help remedy the situation. They would rather just take the loss instead of doing the right thing. No accountability has been taken. Just a bunch of sleezy car salesman trying to make their commission.

Extremely disappointed! We bought furniture 2 wks ago and agreed to have it deliver tomorrow since our floors were being refinished 12/2. We were told to expect a call today for delivery time tomorrow 12/16 but didn’t receive call. We called today to reconfirm delivery and apparently something happened with paperwork where it caused us to not even being on the schedule. In addition to that, apparently the purchase was canceled 12/2 , same day as the purchase?? How incompetent and disorganized they are. Of course I have been charged for these items already. I have never purchased from Ashley and this is just absolutely disappointing. My purchases have always been through Gallery Furniture. Gallery furniture has always given un great customer service. I liked the pieces I purchased from Ashley otherwise I would’ve definitely gone to where we are treated well. Ashley furniture, I hope this issue gets resolved. Very disappointed at this time.

Happy with the couch and the guys that put together were great! I did want to pass along that I'm not happy with the amount of time it took to be delivered. When we purchased the couch, we were promised that it would be delivered on the 5th of December. We had the other couch we had picked up by the women shelter on the 4th. When I was called about the delivery date I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that they would phone me with 48hrs. That never happen and I called "two" times and still never had response still to this day. Very disappointing and probably one and done with Ashley furniture for the lack of communication and the false promise date.

Please save your time and money and do not shop here. 1. These people do not care to get your business & they do not honor their word 2. They are an extremely unorganized and unhelpful. Over the course of 2 days, I have never experienced a worse customer service experience. It is a shame this store was the only location that had what we were looking for because this is not a business anyone should support. There are multiple issues we experienced, but this one by far the worst. The manager is dishonest. We were told different things from different people. We had to wait 2 hours for the warehouse to pull a piece of furniture we were wanting. We were told the previous day to our faces, by the manager, to call ahead and they would have it pulled. We called, and were denied & told we need to be in store for them to get anything from the warehouse. Got to the store, and since shipment came in they could not get our furniture and made us wait 2 hours before got it for us. We were there from 5:15 - 7:30pm. The furniture we waiting 2 hours for was damaged, discolored, and was missing parts. A complete waste of time. Getting their shipment unloaded was more important than a paying customer. The sales representatives and manager we interacted with were unprofessional and made it evident they do not care about the customer. We will never be shopping at Ashley Furniture again. For their prices, please consider taking your business to a store that will care about their customer.

So be prepared to wait. They were quick to take my money . I should’ve gone to gallery furniture. I was told the 17th would delivery date now all the items are on back order all of a sudden on the day of delivery. I have a house full of people coming in for Thanksgiving and furniture will not be in until after. No help from anyone and customer service has no answers. Left a message asking for a callback and surprise no reply. Worst experience ever.

I will never purchase from Ashley Furniture again! I went into the store in search of a new mattress. Was sold one and told I had a 90 day moneyback guarantee. They forgot to mention the part that the only way you get moneyback guarantee, is if you buy something even more expensive. I was also sold a mattress pad for the bedding and was told I get three in the 10 year span. Pablo, my salesman, suggested I call to get the second one so I could use it when I switch bedding and I’m doing the sheets. A month later, I’m calling the store several times and always end up with customer service somewhere. I was told they cannot connect me to the store, but they would have someone call me. After attempting to leave for messages, I decided to go to the store myself. I went in today to get a number to get the mattress pad, and was told it’s only if the mattress pad goes out, so not worth the price you pay. Again, I will never shop at Ashley again

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had, my wife and I were greeted by the salesperson Carla and she was extremely unprofessional. Not only was she never around to help, she told us basically where things were spread out and to look for her if we needed help. We have a couple of apartments that we rent and needed quite a bit of furniture so just looking around and remembering everything we wanted was not really an option, the two times we went looking for her she took forever to get to us "looking for her computer" as she said. We did see her talking to the other salespeople there a whole lot, but hey maybe that's what she gets paid to do. The employees here look a mess, some even smelled of alcohol. Needless to say we DID NOT buy here and took our business to American Furniture and Rooms to Go, both places were night and day. Do yourselves a favor and shop anywhere else!!

Ok so I love Ashley Furniture. We’ve used them for years, across our several houses. This time I’m finally willing to give an overall review because I TRULY understand how the sales side works and how they screw you. Let me first say, quality of furniture has never been an issue. We own everything from leather living room sets to patio sets that aren’t cheap (before we added extra chairs/couches/tables), modular living room, and the middle of the road pleather living room sets. We’re not above anything and we have been fortunate to have afforded higher end. This review is for anyone shopping here. We went in to Ashley to buy furniture. The salesman seemed to want to work with us and was great (gave me his number, etc). I had an idea of what I wanted, honestly I didn’t really have the dimensions of the room down because our room feels HUGE. We chose a living room set, he tried to push us into buying that day - I said no, I want to go home and think on the spacing - we came back the next day and we chose a couch. A giant sectional. It’s 11ft x 11ft. Price tag on it was ridiculous (like 3600 bucks, BUT they have a 25% off sale going on, whatever…) We got to the sitting down to total up our bill and I declined the $699 protection plan… adamantly. The couch WITH a discount and delivery was going to be like 4200(?!?!? I’m sorry, math please?) Ok so we get into this argument and I almost say never mind. My husband is wrangling out toddlers who are breaking the walls down and jumping on EVERYTHING, so his normal voice of reason isn’t present. I finally agreed to pay $3200 for this damn couch, out the door.. Let me tell you some salesman secrets: He told me “you’re still getting a steal on the couch, I moved the numbers up and down so you only are going to pay 2000 for the couch but I still need you to buy that protection plan because I make 80bucks on that and only like 20 on the couch, no matter the price of the couch. Oh and I took off the delivery fee.” Well done Ashley furniture. I now know how to negotiate. You marked down a couch from 3600 to 2000 and more or less forced a sale of a protection plan so the salesman was happy. With this being the first piece of furniture in my entire new home, I’m not sure if I’ll go back to Ashley or just use the new information and go next door to the competition. I’ve been duped. Don’t get duped yourself. Also, I didn’t and have NEVER used their financing service. I pay outright. Another thing to consider for your bargaining power as a customer. If the owner’s son in law sees this at some point. We’re the family that bought furniture for our second home during Covid that ended up waiting over 8months to take delivery in south tx and you gave us two free ottomans over it. I told you I’d call the next time I needed furniture but figured this was a better way to get your attention since it’s been a couple years. I still have the same number.

I have had nothing but problems ever since ordering my furniture in June. I finally received my furniture 6 weeks ago, which I love. I was initially told that I needed to come pick up my furniture from the warehouse. I stated I had paid the $100 delivery fee, and was rudely told I needed to contact the store. After multiple phone calls, I finally got that resolved. Upon arrival of the furniture, the delivery guy stated the slats weren't in my order and asked if i would like for him to place the order and have them shipped to me. I said that would be great. No surprise, they never arrived. I have spent countless hours on the phone with customer service only to be told they weren't included with my bed and I would have to pay extra for them. I have been in direct contact on multiple occasions with Ryland, the store manager, trying to get this resolved. He promised he would follow up with me last Monday. Here it is 1 week later and I am still waiting for a follow up from him. Save yourself the time and stress and DO NOT BUY HERE! Update: I text with someone at the number provided by Ashley's reply. Was told my issue would be escalated and I would receive a reply within 48 hrs. This was August 29th. Over a week later and still no follow up. If Ashley really cared to resolve it someone from upper management would contact me directly.

Stay away from this store. After purchasing a mattress I called to request a warranty claim 4 months later. The person who picked up the phone was rude, defensive and condescending. After saying he couldn't help he said he'd give me the phone number to call, then hung up the phone. I called back several times, I mean over 30 times, eventually he/them blocked my number. If I call from my phone it goes straight to voicemail, if I call from my wife's she can get a line. Not only is this rude and disrespectful, it's also shady and suspicious that they're avoiding warranty requests. Save yourself the hassle and drive to a different location or use a different company altogether.

Worst service I have ever experienced. We were supposed to get our kids bedroom set delivered May 26th and after 3 reschedules because they didn’t have it in yet we were then told they had a nationwide outage and the delivery driver never showed up. My husband then get a call that delivery would be 6/13 and now he called to confirm and they said they have ANOTHER outage and have no record. I have been waiting for over a month and no one talks to each other or communicates. I will never recommend this company and will be cancelling my order and give someone else our business. Edit: My husband tried calling and texting the number left below and has yet to receive a response. The live person said system was down and so we can’t cancel and that a manager would get back to us within 24-48 hours. I guess I dispute the charges at this point.

I would give The Woodlands store at 24515 IH 45N a ZERO stars if that was an option. I purchased a sofa in store, paid for it and the manager told me that the system had a glitch and it wasn't releasing the order, he said they would contact me on Monday and let me know the status. On Tuesday I received a call that the order had been cancelled and they did not know why and wanted to know if my charge on my card was showing that it went thru and I told them yes. On Thursday I was told that they were issuing a refund, I still have not received my refund over a week later, and the manager is not responding to me, I have called corporate and still cannot get assistance, it is sad when they need $1200 so bad that they screw a customer over because they see a woman coming in alone purchasing furniture. DO NOT purchase anything from Ashley. They also tried to charge me $200 over the actual cost of the furniture protection

Imagine walking into the store. Getting greeted at the door and telling the sales person we are just looking around. Yet the next 20 minutes that followed we were pestered 8-9 seperate times by 2 different sales people who refused to leave us alone. The funniest part was, they both used the same exact sales lines... Considered buying a table but the salesmen convinced me to walk away empty handed.

After spending over 10k here you would think this place would help you out. I have never been more upset with a sales representative than the one at the this location. I won’t say the name just because I have integrity and I hope it’s made right but we have had a coffee table missing parts, I paid for assembly and delivery, they never send someone to correct it just a set of bolts for me to do myself. I can live with that, what I can’t live with is, not receiving a bill for a third of my furniture. This location seems borderline fraud. The finance company finally called last Friday and we went over numbers and of course they didn’t ad up. The rug which we never got was still being charged to us. They can’t get anything right here. They take your commission and run. This made me do research on them and I of course found out it’s not uncommon of them to do this to people. Be better Ashley furniture. $13000 spend in your store and thrown to the wolves to try and solve a billing issue on my own.

They keep saying they never receive them and they will not call back. Worthless company will also report to the Better Business Bureau at this point.

Aweful experience! Paid thousands for a factory defected couch. Been calling for 5 months for replacement parts and every time I speak to them they say 7-10 days. It never comes. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

My experience was positive. Zeena was resourceful and efficient. The first time I visited the store she graciously met me at the door. I noticed that she took notes during our which suggested to me that she took my concerns seriously. I returned about a week later and we practically picked up where we left off. Seen a worked carefully to ensure my needs were met.

Zenna made my buying experience one to remember! She was patient with me as I explored many different options! Since I’ve made my first purchases, I’ve gone back to her & bought even more things for my home! Zenna and the staff is resourceful and willing to make your furniture shopping as easy as possible! Went in for a bed frame! Was met at the door by salesperson (Pablo) and told him what I was looking for a “sturdy bed frame” he immediately took me and my fiancé back to look at (Mattresses)! I found a set on the floor (Displayed) that was a perfect setup mattress and bed frame! I then told Pablo if the setup fell right around our 2,000$ budget we would take that exact setup! After 2 hours of Pablo explaining that this is gonna be the best deal we will ever get and him telling us that the only 2,000$ setup we would find would be a cheap setup—(Mind you we came in for a BED FRAME) he came back to us with a price of 2950$! So I asked could I look at the pricing breakdown! He had hidden a 300$ bed protector in the price and when I asked him what it was he slammed his laptop closed and said either buy it or don’t I don’t care at this point!! As we were leaving we spoke to the manager (Nick) we explained that we loved the setup and that our salesperson was beyond rude and disrespectful he then said he would deal with us directly and wrap up the sale I then told him my budget was 2,000$ but if we were around 2500$ we would buy it today just not from (Pablo) he then said let me see what I can do being your terrible experience! He ended up getting the price right around 2600$ and we shook hands! We thought we had turned a terrible experience to a great one! As we signed we had to deal with Pablo glaring at us and making comments about us “not wanting to buy from his due to his skin color” to other sales people! We finished the deal anyways and went home! Once we got home I did one last glance over the invoice being the delivery was the next day! That is when I realized the BED FRAME —(THE ONLY ITEM WE CAME IN FOR) was swapped to a much cheaper model to generate a much larger profit! I immediately called the store and spoke to Nick and said what I saw! He informed me that the only solution was a refund so I had to drive back in and process and refund! As soon as we left the store we walked right next door to (Mattress Firm) and bought the same setup that we wanted for 2100$ and were done in 45mins!! I’m still fighting with the store to receive my refund being I haven’t received any products it’s pretty cut and dry but they are trying their best to drag it out! Best advise is avoid the store at all cost it was a painful and yet a long experience! And at all cost if you are greeted by (Pablo) your best decision would be to walk right back out the front doors! Now we wait for Manager (Ryland) to call….

I ordered dining room furniture here. I paid cash for it. I did not take delivery on the furniture, once I realized, that the furniture was plywood refined wood or whatever-it was. It was not real wood. I requested a refund of $1,800, almost 3 weeks ago. I have not received one dime back. I have been given the run around and flat out lied to about my money. Today, I was given yet another excuse but NOT MY MONEY!!! They still have my money!!! After being told that I would get my refund by Monday on Friday they called to tell me that they were doing their due diligence to make sure I didn’t really get the furniture, before they can begin the process of refunding my $1800, Really? I bought real furniture from another store that is Solid wood and absolutely Stunning. So now on Friday, you are checking to see if you can give me a refund? BUYER BEWARE. I just wanted to warn everyone of how disorganized and unprofessional this place is. Maybe I can help someone from going through this hassle Ashley Furniture in Spring has put me through. Well originally very nice however I find on your website I'm being charged more than double on the delivery and 2.5 times more for the protection plan. I have contacted the store on Tuesday, still waiting to hear from the manager who I spoke with. But haven't heard back. I haven't taken delivery of the furniture because you are price gouging at that store. Charging well above the prices for delivery and protection. The DSG website sends to the Ashley website which have the prices for delivery and protection so not sure how it's fair you are double charging... over $500.00

Hey Ashley team ✋🏼 I went to this branch to buy my furnitures and I was a bit confused because of the price but, there was one lady her name Carla she turned me on to buy mode because of her attitude. She is really a BD person.. the way she approached! The way she talked and the way she spoke convinced me 100 % to purchase the bedroom, living room with a BIG smile.. thanks Ashley for hiring such great people 👍🏻

Good luck ever actually getting customer service on the line for starters! Also if you finance TD Bank will reduce your spending limit without notice even if you haven't utilized your full spending limit. TD Bank will also double your minimum payment without notice if you decide to close your account card with them for reducing your spending limit. Now to address Ashley store, horrible customer relations and service. Numerous attempts made to delivery damaged furniture which I refused to accept upon delivery inspection. Rather then exchange for undamaged furniture they will continuously attempt to deliver the same damaged pieces (8X in my personal experience with them.) This went on for 8 straight months before finally receiving sofas that were without defects. Managers do not follow back with you or respond to your complaints. The warehouse is a complete failure of managerial leadership and in terms of logistics and the Ashley store is no better in regards to customer service and support. If I could go back in time I would have never conducted business with Ashley and rather chose Gallery Furniture, from quality to customer relations, service and support Ashley is horrendous at entirely to many issues and hope my review will make someone think twice about spending money with Ashley especially in terms of financing and dealing with their lender TD Bank. Don't waste your time, money or credit with Ashley you'll surly regret it.

BUYER BEWARE!! The best advice I can give anyone who wants to purchase from Ashley Furniture is purchase ONLINE ONLY. They have so much protection for your purchase and money back guarantee if not satisfied. DO NOT PURCHASE AT A STORE. Even the manager told me they can't compete with the service they offer online. So do what most people do now, go to the store and take photos of what you like then order it online and that's it. Easy and less stressful. I made the mistake of purchasing in the store and received an ugly beat up and scratched table and now can't get it the one I want because there is no returns allowed unless purchased on the website. The delivery people that brought the table were in a hurry and came at almost 8pm at night. I told them that didn't look like a table I would have bought. They could of cared less. They hurried along and when I went outside to talk to them they drove away very fast. I have bought for over 10 years, even when it was the Room Store and never had such horrible customer service before. I'm telling everyone I know who won't know better otherwise that If they insist on buying from this place please buy from the website only and read the terms and conditions on everything. Do not assume this place cares about your business because they don't. I wish I would have bought from Star furniture or even Gallery furniture. Never again!

**UPDATE: After the response from the company, we spoke with an escalation specialist who extended the No Use No Lose Credit for two weeks. Savanah at the Spring (Tx) store was very helpful and we thank her.** **FYI for future consumers, if you get the 5 year Montage Warranty, after 5 years, you have up to 180 days to use the amount that you paid as a store credit** This was not the plain language that was provided to us. In March 2017, we purchased furniture and were informed by Nic (the salesperson) that if we purchased the Montage Furniture warranty and don’t use it in five years then we would receive the money back. When we went to get the refund in June 2022, we were informed that it would be applied as a store credit and then we were shown the fine print. When we didn’t see anything we were told that we could come back later to use the credit. We returned in January 2023 to purchase a sofa, when we tried to use the credit, then we were told that the credit had expired. The credit has to be used within 180 days of the 5 years. This time the salesman obtained a paper from the operations manager, Minera, which showed the 180 days. Our problem with them dealt with total miscommunication by the salesperson regarding the ‘refund’ and the female at the desk in June telling us that we can come back WITHOUT informing us that we needed to return no later than Sept 2022 to be within the 180-day window that we were not informed about until Jan 2023. Of course, we were told that corporate would be asked if the refund could be honored. It was not and after days of talking to customer service reps in their call centers, emailing customer service (still with no response) we can only hope that Chad Spencer and the Dufresne Spencer Group donated our $550 to their Hope to Dream charity rather than add it to the linings of their pockets. Imagine how many people lost the use of their credit (money) because of miscommunication. Mr. Spencer has at least 45 stores alone in Texas. My wife and I recently bought an accent chair for our nursery from this Ashley location, and had a great experience thanks to Dillan. When we found the chair cheaper at another store, Dillan worked with the Ashley team to price match without any fuss and even included doorstep delivery. Furthermore, when our doorstep delivery date got pushed to a day I was out of town (only a few days delay), Dillan helped upgrade delivery service to include setup which ensured my pregnant wife would not have to do any heavy lifting while I was gone. That kind of customer service is what will bring me back to Ashley again, thanks Dillan!

I bought a mattress last weekend and supposed to be delivered 1 week later, I did not received notification for delivery , the seller (Billy) told me he will call me back , but never did it, so I decided claim my money back, the product is very nice but the service it is awfully

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They only delivered part of our order and nobody seems to know when the rest will be delivered. I have been lied to on 5 occasions. Will never buy there again.

They do not care about the customers. We have been waiting for an entire year for our order, after paying in full, and still have no delivery date in sight. They have pushed back our delivery date 3 times now and still do not have our order ready. Please take my advice and shop elsewhere.

I like their products, but customer service is terrible. Finger pointing between the store and corporate - never really sure what the truth is but it's very difficult being in the middle when things don't go right. There are waaay too many furniture stores out there for me to shop Ashley. We ended up furnishing a completely (empty) new home and so glad we bought elsewhere.

Went in ready to buy and was politely greeted and given space to locate the items I wanted. I had already researched the pieces online. I found them and was astonished as the prices were nearly doubled compared to online. I asked the salesman and he was just unsure. I left underwhelmed and without the much needed furniture. Also the floor model was cracked. If you want check out furniture go to a showroom. Want to buy go online and save some money.

Ok, so Riley (store manager)and Nick ( Asst sale manager) are a freaking joke these two individuals shouldn't be allowed to be managers. Lie to your face with promises and guarantees, then forget to correct your order then tell you it will be 2 more weeks. Big surprise wrong color was delivered the so-called manager sent the wrong color into the warehouse. So customer service tells me we will open a ticket I don't want a ticket I want my furniture. Now it will be January the 16th when I'll get my furniture. What a disgrace as a corporate store. Best advice shop somewhere else at a different location.

I went in the store to buy a desk. I am disappointed with the salesman that helped me. Overall, his comments put me off and I should have left, however I ordered a desk to be delivered. He knew I was wanting to schedule the delivery for as soon as possible. He told me the date was November 18. He said I should be grateful others have waited weeks to months for furniture delivery. I liked the desk, so I went ahead and scheduled it. Time goes by and I hear nothing about my pending delivery. I text the salesman, he said he was sick and to call the store. When I did I found out it was the following week. When I texted him back with the update, he said it well it is only a few more days. I had taken the day off work to receive the delivery. He basically ignored my comments and did nothing to help. I think he knew he the true delivery date and he provided an earlier date just to make the sale. I was disappointed and the desk would always be tainted by my salesman attitude, so I cancelled my order. I went to Gallery, found a desk I liked better. It was delivered the same day. Mattress Mack called me the next day to check on my satisfaction and to wish me Happy Thanksgiving! Don’t waste your time with Ashley and their long lead times for delivery, go see Mack!

Overpriced and I never received my furniture. I am glad I didn’t receive my furniture when promised. This was my 3rd time purchasing from Ashley and I have never had any issues. They originally told me 2 weeks for my living room set. It’s been almost 6 weeks. So Sunday I went to American Furniture Warehouse and bought the same living room set at much lower price! Since I saved so much money I also purchased bar stools, entertainment center, coffee and end tables. Everything was in stock! After I left, I drove to Ashley furniture and canceled my order and got a refund with no hassle.

-Update- I have given all the information to the contact (owner?) in the response to my previous below review, but no one contacted me by now. I have a proof of price deduction with the last delivery... no one tried to solve the issue. The lady also never apologized for her bad words... nothing is resolved. Why did the owner asked me to give him/her the information??? Is he/she the same as the guy who gave me the worst experience??? --Below is my previous review- This is THE WORST experience in my life. First, when my orders were delivered, half of them were defectives, so I requested replacement. Then, a lady over the phone spoke very bad words at the end of the phone call. But, no one in this store cared about what happened to me. Second, when I received my replacement order it was defective again. The driver asked me to keep it until it is replaced by a new one again. He also told me not to call to store... it will be replaced... But, later I got to know that they were not going to replace it if I did not call them... Luckily I called them because they did not take care of my previous issues. Third, I visited store again since my agent did not get my call anymore. I found him there but he just lied to me that he did not get my call. I talked to the manager of the store, and he offered me only $200 discount for troubles I had with another replacement. I did not want to waste more time, so I just came back home. When another replacement was arrived... I got so upset. They brought a part of the sofa... not whole. Even it was also not a new one... one side was pressed a lot.... Also, I found that the voltage of the power adapter was lower than what it should be... I was so upset again... but I let them leave it on my floor... since I just wanted to stop wasting my time... I just requested a new adapter and a lady told me to send it. Yesterday, I found that no discount was applied to my order... No adapter was delivered to me. I would like to call them, but I am afraid of calling them since I may lose my temper. This is my first review in my life, and this is my first step to claim my right. I will see how they can be worse than now... I will wait a few days more to see if they correct all these issues. If not, I will think about other ways to solve problems.

Negative starts- The absolute worst customer service. Furniture showed up defective so a 3rd party had come fix the cushions on brand new furniture that was delivered 3 months late. The pieces came out in separate shipments over 2.5 months. The store wouldn't and does not allow returns. I bought 2 batteries for the recliners at skyrocket pricing $300 a piece that didn't work. Tried to return them and I was told they do not take returns defective or not . Escalated to guest services and they also provided NO help. Do not shop at Ashley or you will be extremely disappointed and especially the Woodlands Store. NO Matter how many advertisements you put on TV eventually you will get exposed. Brutal

Christian took his time with us and explained the terms and conditions in a very frank way in regards to the no interest payments. I will definitely do business with him again.

Bought and PAID for entire living room set in March….as of today September 15th no couch or end tables. Every time I call for an update the response is “next week”. If you want to sit on the floor for 6 months or so then go to Ashley . Otherwise go to goodwill, at least you can go home with something to sit on.

Got 3 stars cuz I got great service but been months waiting on furniture it's kinda ridiculous at this point and expensive went to bell furniture and got My stuff like two days later kinda need to improve this and not have excuses for the prices they charge like gallery furniture would have it same day for the prices and like just or better quality as Ashley says they make all there furniture like come on is not the Amish store or even solid wood like be real but hey great customer service tho of u got time to wait and don't really need furniture right away I guess who buys stuff and don't need it now. Normally I dont write review but today I will! As I left very happy and pleased with my purchase! Had a fantastic experience with Pablo! He was very attentive, informative and patient with me. Recieved the best customer service anyone could ask for. I will definitely be returning to and recommend anyone looking for furniture to come to this Ashley's and request him, he will work you the best deals, you won't be disappointed.

Our sales person Tim was a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions, showed us all our options and made the experience fun. Ashley has a large selection of quality furniture. Will definitely shop there again and hopefully find Tim to help us!

Items are never delivered on time as well as damage, please look elsewhere for your furniture needs...I paid for a bedroom set in March and received no updates so I had to keep calling so I was told that it will be until September that it will be delivered. Comes September and was told a different later date to deliver, management is not on point with orders only care of getting their cash upfront....DO NOT BUY.......😡

This store was 0 help. I purchased a couch and after a couple years unfortunately my youngest pup took a bite out of the cushion. I originally called the parts department and they referred me to the store. I called the store and they tried to say that they were unable to do so. I called parts back and a second agent confirmed what the first one said. They were able to at least order me a cover to give me some sort of resolution. Very disappointed that the store did not attempt. I was put on hold and then told they couldn’t do it. Didn’t ask for a name, part number or anything. Didn’t offer a resolution. AND I WAS TRYING TO PAY FOR IT. I DID NOT WANT IT FREE. Next time I need furniture I will just go via the phone. It has to ship anyways so now reason dealing with the store and any furniture markups

These folks are the worst, I've been up there about a purchase, then a longer wait period, then a refund and now they're stealing from ME, it's been almost 2 months and I still haven't gotten my refund, this is a sorry excuse for a business, it should be shut down immediately!!!

Zachary helped me find a mattress here. He was very kind and was patient with me despite my pickiness and indecisiviness. When I decided to finance the mattress, he answered all of my questions to make sure I felt comfortable with the process. Very great person and employee!

Delivery experience great! Did not like the inability to tell us how long to wait on ordered products. Kept getting different time frames and promises. 1 week wait went to 2-4 weeks to 6-8 weeks. Told could be 2 more weeks and then text 2 days later to setup delivery time. Frustrating trying to plan out when we were receiving our items.

Complete dissatisfaction! I told my sales rep three times my correct address and it still was sent to the wrong address. When my bed was supposed to be delivered the following Tuesday it’s now been pushed out a month. I called and can’t can ever get anyone on the phone and if I want to cancel my order they’re going to charge me 10%. When the worst customer services I’ve ever encountered.

Absolutely disappointed, and still do not see the end of this. We ordered over 20 items in store. We asked in store sale person when should we expect to receive the order and we were told 5-6 weeks, but the mattress should have been definitely delivered next week. It’s been 6 weeks now, and we have not received even a call with explanation or an update. During this time we called them three times, and every time we were told different lies, that some items are in the warehouse and should be delivered within the next two weeks. At first we were expecting stuff on the first week on July, then July 30th. Every time they would tell us lies. Today we called only to find out that our projected delivery day is October 20, when we made an order on June 15th. Requested a call back from a manager or supervisor and still no answers. If you are buying anything from them please be ready for a 6+ months delivery, and do not believe anything they tell you

Terrible service, delivery guy was rude, set up bed frame where he wanted to set it up not where he was asked, he stole the usb cable that came with bed frame, we saw it in the box when he was setting it up but decided to take it with him. He stepped all over my daughters pillows, bed frame is all damaged and when I called Ashley to report this they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and for me to fall back the next day to set up a replacement for the bed. To make it worse I ordered 2 bed frames and 2 beds and because of the wait of the beds we had to have them delivered in 3 different deliveries and we were charged 3 different deliveries.

Which one should I buy?

Lacking in communication badly. We’ve been waiting for an order for 6 months now. The order was told to us that it should arrive in May. Then May came and we had to call to get a status update. 3-5 weeks was said to be the new delivery time. Ok. 3-5 weeks go by, no phone call, email or anything from Ashley. We call again, and again, we’re told it’ll be another 3-5 weeks. A bit frustrating but not the end of the world. And now for a third time, the 3rd promised date has come and gone And once again, it’ll be 3-5 weeks. Like seriously?!? Maybe you should call your customers with this update or set some more realistic timelines. I understand there is a major problem with shipping right now but come on. You’re a major furniture retailer and you don’t know how to communicate with customers who've spent thousands of dollars at your stores? Good luck on us ordering again.

The furniture that I bought is nice, but the experience was horrible. I purchased a bedroom set, sofa, dining room set and mattress. I was told by the salesperson (Pablo) and by customer service multiple times that only the dining room set was not ready but everything else was ready for delivery. I talked to a representative a few days before the delivery date, and they confirmed that everything but the dining room set was going to be delivered. The mattress was not delivered. Apparently, that changed at last minute and I was not notified. I tried contacting Pablo as he assured me that you can always call or text him and he will assist, but he never replied to text messages or returned phone calls. I had to drive over 30 minutes to the store to talk to him in person. He promised me and shook my hand that he was going to have the mattress delivered ASAP and that he was going to call me to confirm the next day. As usual, he never followed up and did not answer his phone or reply to text messages. I ended up cancelling the mattress and the dining room set because of the experience. It has been almost 2 months and they are still holding that amount from my available credit on my credit card.

Don’t believe salesperson about product delivery. For the 2nd time this year I got lied to about my delivery time. One order I received after 3 month and another close to 2 months. It’s sad to see people lie to get their sales. I won’t be going to Ashly anymore.

I made an order over the memorial sale and asked for at least partial delivery by July 16th. Part of my order was delivered to the warehouse and I was never contacted about the order so now I have to go over a week without one piece of furniture in my apartment as sustainer service was not able to work with me AT ALL about a delivery date. Very disappointing as I have spent over $4,000 on furniture and now have to rent a hotel for 2 weeks due to working from home and not having one piece of furniture. Extremely disappointed in Ashley Customer service. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Would not recommend, absolutely will NEVER buy furniture from this joke of a company again. I was delivered an incomplete order without anyone telling me it was going to be incomplete. I received a dining table and 1 chair, not sure what my family of 5 is supposed to do with one chair?!? When I called "customer service" they said I would receive the other chairs the following week. Well week later i called again only to be informed after much questioning on my part that the chairs are on back order. Basically just wait, sorry for the inconvenience. Had I been informed by the employee in the store, that apparently just wanted my money, that the chairs were on back order I would have bought another table. Obviously this company only cares about making a sale!

Bought a table and I waited over a month for it to be delivered broken. Reached out to the customer support for a replacement several times, 3 months later still no table and no money back. Never buying anything from them again. Scam.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! THIS ENTIRE PROCESS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! It was Memorial Day Weekend (5/26/22) and we decided to take advantage of the sale so we went into Ashley furniture in the Woodlands TX to purchase a bedroom set and a love seat from our bedroom. When speaking to the sales person we specifically told him we wanted something that was in stock and to please make sure it was available for shipping we did not want anything that showed back ordered. He checked the computer and said he reserved everything and were given a delivery date of 6/14/22, ok....2-3 weeks not what I wanted but I can wait. Come 6/14 they only brought the the love seat and mattress and night stand. I was told that the bed rails would come in mid July and the head board, foot board and dresser August end of August (honestly what am I going to do with pieces of a bed, just let them sit my room until August when everything is coming...I don't think so!) While the delivery people were still there I called customer services and they said the items were not available to be shipped. I told them I don't understand and told them when I went into the store the sales person (KLYE) said they were in stock can you tell me what happened. They told him it was a possibility that when the items were ready to shipped the furniture that was being sent may have been damaged and that happens sometimes. REALLY?! At this point I was very upset so I refused the deliver of night stands but did keep the mattress and love seat. I went back to the show room in the Woodlands on 6/15 and told the manager that I wanted to cancel the order because I did not want to wait that long to get my furniture. I was told that I would be charged 10% of order as a cancelation fee(We spent almost 6K). So I am being charged for a cancelation feel for items that they don't even have... Needless to say this upset me more and the manager keep telling me that if I had gone to rooms to go I would have been charged 20%. Like this is suppose to make me feel better! He kept saying that the dates they give are only estimated and not guaranteed. He did try to help me by looking for other furniture that he said was in stock and had a large supply and redid my order. I received a new deliver date of 7/6/66. I call a week before the scheduled delivery day and they say the items will not be available to schedule for delivery for the next 3-5 weeks. At this point I don't know what to think. We call customer service again but they are just trained to repeat the same thing over and over again "I'm sorry it won't be available to 3-5 weeks, I understand, Is there anything else I can do for you." They don't help but I don't thing it's their fault it is the corporation, higher ups, management that have a serious problem and don't know how to resolve the supply chain issues. I get it I truly do but train your people right so there is transparency at the POS, let the consumer know how long it truly takes get the merchandise delivered. Don't just train your sales people close the sale and "not mention" the date is only estimated and that it could take longer to get furniture. I guess by "not mentioning it," but putting it on the contract after you paid for the items makes it ok. Shame on you! So here we are July 11th and I have no idea when I am getting my furniture. I have learned my lesson and I will never ever buy anything else from Ashley Furniture!

Great experience buying a Tempurpedic mattress for our daughter today. Salesman Jay C. gave us relevant info about each of the brands and the differences between the models. He gave good recommendations with no pressure. Ashley has a good variety of mattresses to choose from too. We love shopping at this location because we can easily get in and out as well.

This place is completely overpriced for the chintzy furniture that they are passing off as good quality. Completely overpriced and not worth it! I’ll give a few stars for nice sales reps and convenient location.

My sales agent, Dorian, was professional and friendly. I've purchased furniture at Ashley for years and have never been disappointed with quality or their staff. Always a 5 Star experience.

Me and my wife bought a sofa, a bed, a mattres and the base for the bed. The manager got us a deal on the base even though the delivery for the items was close to 300 dollars. When we got the delivery, the base was missing. I couldn't get on the phone with anybody from the store so I went there personally and the manager at the day (it was another person) said I should not worry and we would receive the delivery the very next day. Next day after waiting the whole day, nothing. Had to go there personally again, a salesperson told me I would have to call to the delivery man and they could not do anything, luckily the man was there and I was able to arrange with him. Next day the base comes, the people from the delivery assemble it and, aside from missing parts, the base doesn't work. The delivery man then calls someone from the store to get this figured out and it's been a week, no one called. Really terrible customer service, would never do business again, they just sold me a thousand dollar base from the room floor that didn't work, I had to figure out for myself and bought the cable that was missing, figured out the configuration for the remote and will just leave it like this because I can't spend my time going after the store anymore.

Dorian Ramirez was the sales person. He was straight to the point which I liked. Very respectable and resourceful. I would have given him a 5 star if he called me back to check on my experience with the delivery of my furniture. My chase didn’t have any legs which I know it’s not the salesman fault, and it took about 2 weeks to get here (the legs separately) and when I had to call customer service I had to hold a while. Don’t even understand what they are saying. The customer service felt was a terrible experience. The rep advised me to call my sales person and didn’t even know what I was talking about when I told her my legs were missing from my chase. Told me it would be another 2 weeks for someone to come place them on my chase, which I had already paid for delivery and set up. I went to American Freight and got approved for more $ and their furniture looks better. Don’t think I’ll be back to Ashley.

Mr. Ramirez was very helpful in choosing both my dining and living room pieces. The shopping experience was very pleasant. Mr. Pablo, the manager, was also helpful. The store had many pieces to choose from, I could have been there for hours!!

If I could give less than one star I would. I made an order online and was having problems with the delivery. I decided to go to my nearest Ashley home store for help. I was told by the manager that since I ordered online they couldn’t help us. My husband asked who owned the store and they replied DSG. Guess who is in charge of filing my order,DSG! They said we could only call the number on my order for help. I let them know there is an option if you’re a store and calling to help a CUSTOMER! They ignored me. We then decider we will cancel our online order and just get something in store and in stock. We were then very unwillingly “helped”. Finally I sat down and called the number on my email pressed the option for if I was calling from an Ashley store and found out my order does not yet have a solid delivery date and cancelled it with them. Something the manager or customer service gal could have simply done if they had wanted to be helpful and then could have turned it into a sale for a new living room set very very easily. No financing necessary. Terrible experience. I was blown away by the utter laziness and determination to not be helpful of the employees

Would not recommend purchasing items from here!!! While the storeroom is clean, well laid out and has nice pieces, Ashley has NO intention of actually delivering your product. I understand that there are supply chain issues but Ashley is "supposedly Made in America" to reduce those delays. I purchased a couch and was told it would be in 10-12 weeks. After 12 weeks I had NEVER been contacted by my sales rep Louis. I tried to call MANY times and the local store would not answer any calls. The nationwide customer service says you have to contact local store via phone or go in person to get assistance but the local stores don't answer. I live over an hour away from the location so it's absurd that they won't answer the phone. Finally got a national rep to give me an updated delivery date and they said it would be 17 MORE WEEKS. Ashley had no intention of ever telling me this, they just wanted to keep my money. Now I've been waiting over 2 weeks for cancellation and refund to be "approved". Not worth the headache. I did like the sofa that I purchased so was extremely disappointed that Ashley had horrible customer service and product inventory. Luckily, American Furniture Warehouse had this exact couch in stock AND $400 cheaper!!! Purchase your items from them, never Ashley Furniture!

Tim was an awesome salesman. I took my dining in the chair in the store to see if it matched the table I was interested in purchasing . He carried my chair and took it back to my car. He was great help and helped me with my decision. I would definitely go back to Tom if I needed something.

Worst shipping experience ever! They said they have no control of their products, which customers may not know what and when to expect. If you don't have control of what you sale, who should have the control? The staffs definitely tried their best to be irresponsible after they sold me the products. Right after shopping there, I thought all I need to do is waiting for delivery. Turned out I need to make countless calls and go in to the store to find out where are my products after two months of wait. The sales person and manager told me me don't ask me where are your orders; I have nothing to do with this. The online store told me the orders will be delivered on this day, and every time the delivery was cancelled without notification, which I have to call again to find out the delivery time. Finally, they told me the products are on back order, so I asked to cancel my order, which they told me they will but they can't guarantee because they don't control what they sale. As results, I have waited weeks and still didn't know if they cancel my product. Eventually I got one delivery, as expected they delivered the wrong item. Don't ever shop at Ashley, especially this store. The price is not cheap, the selection is very limited, the post service is none, and the delivery depends on luck.

DONT BUY FROM HERE My experience started off great, the staff was relatively friendly and informative. I placed an order of what I thought was the correct furniture that I had mentioned to the sales rep (was gifted a couch and wanted the matching love seat and recliner). Took 3 1/2 weeks for the order to show up and it was the wrong set. I refused the order. Went back to the store in person to figure out what the issue was and found out that they discontinued the furniture that I originally was told was in stock. I unfortunately wanted to cancel the order and was told it will be handled. it has now been a week, I’ve contacted the “cancel order department“ twice with no cancellation, I’ve been in the store twice with no cancellation. This is not even on top of the fact that they opened up two credit cards “by mistake” when I only had requested to finance with one credit card. Long story short - don’t order from this company or the store. they don’t care once you get your order placed I’ve gotten completely hung out to dry. UPDATE 6/14: Ive now been in the store for a 6th time and soon for a 7th time. This last visit I again checked on the status of the cancelation and the dropping of the credit cards. I waited 20 mins for a manager. When I finally spoke to him he immediately got testy with me and we began to have a verbal argument in the lobby. It was then he reveled a 10% cancelation fee that would be required in order to resolve the issue. That would be close to $400 dollars to cancel an order that was their mistake not mine. So I requested to speak with a higher manager and was told to contact the "customer care" department via phone. I called them, explained the situation and was told they could not help me and I would need to go to the store to resolve the issue. I will update again.

Very unprofessional manager and the sale guy. They are only nice to you until the sale is made. Our order was pushed back 8 weeks after specifically choosing items based on delivery date. There was no followup call to inform us about delay and when I went to their store to enquire they did not have time to address the concerns. The sales guy (zack) who gave us his number to call for any concerns dose not even bother to return our call or msg. We are finally cancelling our order with Ashley and never coming back.

Before you even step in call for Ben Pham! Set up an appointment and only, I repeat only deal with Ben! It is a rare occasion that I leave a review. I'm a lurker who reads everyone else's but it's time I write one. Ben took the time to help us furnish our home. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and worked with our budget. He showed us around the whole showroom and made sure the furniture we were buying would flow with our home. Shoot he even took down our dimensions of our living to ensure the couch and dining room table would fit and would properly flow. It's very, and I repeat very rare to find a salesman to take the time he did. I owe this man a beer and many more. Thanks again friend! PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACT!!!! We purchased furniture from this exact location (paid in full, no payment plans or financing) were told 3 different delivery dates, customer service agents were very rude and not helpful in the least. The person we were finally able to speak to left us on hold or just flat out hung up on us. Told them we no longer want to do business with Ashley Further and would like a refund to take our business elsewhere. The agent tried to get us on a “Technicality” saying we would not get our full refund back if the furniture was in our possession ( which is clearly wasn’t) AND we would have had to cancel our order within 48hrs. Of full delivery not even realizing Only half of our order was to be delivered in 3 days and asked us to just “wait till we get it delivered and THEN decide if we still want a refund. We still said no, because at that point we get no refund as per contract states and be forced to pay restocking fee. The simple fact that they were trying to “pull a fast one” using their own fine print and not even realize we actually read the contract makes me so sad for those who are in the same situation and getting ripped off and taken advantage of. Even after all that we still remained calm and professional especially because I see a lot of comments saying it’s taken them 6months to get their refund and that was only half of their purchases are still waiting for the other half of their money. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND NO LONGER WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY DO NOT LET THEM DELIVER ANY FURNITURE BEFORE ASKING TO CANCEL ORDERS, CANCEL WITHIN 48hrs. OF ANY DELIVERY ESPECIALLY IF ITS ONLY A PARTIAL DELIVERY SO YOU WONT HAVE TO PAY A RESTOCKING FEE OR ANY OTHER BS CHARGES!! I sincerely hope this helps even 1 person going through what we are. It’s Very disappointing because the sales rep was super sweet and helpful.

Went to Ashley looking for a queen bed for my daughter. Initially I wasn’t having a good experience. Nobody greeted me or ask if I needed assistance. I had to go to the front desk to get assistance. The gentleman at the front desk was very responsive. Helped me with what I needed and got me out of there quickly.

Do NOT trust Ashley furniture to deliver your furniture in good time. Many furniture stores are so much more dependable. Ashley’s has nice displays but are incompetent. They delivered the wrong order after waiting for several months, three times!! We ordered a sofa, bar cart, and two coordinating upholstered chairs before Christmas. We asked about delivery before purchasing any furniture. We were told the sofa and bar cart would be delivered in short time, but that the chairs would be delivered in March of the following year. I was expecting out of town visitors in April, so we thought I could finish decorating my room by then and agreed to wait. We paid in full. In March of the following year, my chairs and bar cart were not delivered. They never called to inform me that it was going to be late, so I called. After my call, they pushed delivery to several weeks later. We thought we had waited this long, my visitors had come and gone, so we agreed to wait. The chairs, but no bar cart, were finally delivered and they were two different colors!! The delivery people called Ashley’s customer service and they agreed that the chairs were not what was ordered and pushed the delivery for even several more weeks down, again! After waiting, I received a message from delivery truck to be home to receive my furniture. I noticed that they only had one chair to be delivered and I called. I was told that they could deliver the other chair several weeks later. We are patient, and I never raised my voice on any of the calls, and was pleasant, but told them that I was cancelling my order and giving up on Ashley furniture. They had my full payment for 6 months, and that I was losing interest. They offered a small discount if I would wait, but who knows if I could trust the delivery time or if it would be the correct chairs? I could have had my room finished and they set me back half a year plus the time it will take for the purchase and delivery of new chairs. If you value your time, don’t shop here.

DO NOT purchase from this store. We cancelled our items on 3/10 and they have not issued our refunds up to this day (5/9/22). I keep calling their guest response team and I keep submitting tickets to resolve this matter. GRT keeps closing my tickets without calling me our seeing if the issue is resolved. They are insisting that because I cancelled my order before getting delivered they don't owe me anything. However, that amount was financed and we are getting billed for this. I'm to the point of turning them in to the Attorney General Office because Im not able to resolve anything with the store manager and GRT.

Don't deliver as promised. Day before, AA female leaves incoherent message. I try to call back 4 times but cut off after 20 minutes and 10 min. Later call and get unhelpful guy in Mexico. "We don't guarantee delivery date." 30 min wait to talk to supervisor. Great experience-not!!

I found what I wanted and the salesperson was friendly, made me feel welcome and not pushy at all. He answered all my questions and purchasing two items was very easy and fast.

This store told me that I would get my furniture within a week. I spent over 10,000$ and have only received a mattress. I have a pregnant wife and son and was not even given a frame for the mattress after they said they would give us one until the other one arrives. I was told it would be delivered on a Sunday and when I called Saturday to get a timeframe I was told I do not even have a timeframe and they do not deliver on Sunday. I feel intentionally lied to since I said in the beginning I was going to be furnishing our entire home to get my sale. I asked for a refund and told I have to pay a penalty for the refund for being told wrong. The sales rep I worked with actually apologized for giving the wrong info and said he has only worked here for a little bit but in our conversation around the store told us he has worked at the store over a year. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH ASHLEY. Either they are incompetent or liar and either one is not acceptable. Nothing has been done to help get my new home furnished.

We went in today to look for a couch and ended up with that in addition to a new temper pedic mattress! Ben Pham helped us out, he was great! He is very knowledgeable about the furniture, especially mattresses. He was very patient with us and didn’t pressure us into buying anything today. He really was great to work with and overall we had a great experience! Definitely ask for Ben when you visit this location.

I ordered my furniture back in October and I still do not have my bed frame or table stools which are in the warehouse but they won't deliver until the bed frame comes in which has been pushed back 4 times with the last date quoted the end of May. Don't bother to buy from them if you want your furniture within a reasonable time. I understand the whole covid amd delievery excuses but thats exactly what they are, excuses. The customer service people are nice but not helpful. Until Ashley Furniture starts opening building factories here in the states I am likely to NEVER buy from them again.

Absolutely the worse customer service. I ordered furniture the week before Thanksgiving expecting delivery by February it is now April and it is still not delivered. I contacted customer service multiple times and they cannot help me in regards to my order. I had no choice but to go Gallery furniture and star furniture for the rest of my furniture which was delivered in a timely manner, my only regret was not making them my first stop before I visited Ashley.

I visited many furniture stores and one thing that was common was the lack of customer service, it was mostly nonexistent. As soon as we entered Ashley’s, we were greeted by Billy. Billy immediately introduced himself, found out what we were looking for, and gave us a quick layout of the store. He allowed us to shop without hovering over us, or giving us the over-the-top sales pitch. He continuously checked up on us, was very patient, and answered all of our questions. He also informed me of a great promotion they currently had going on, which was the main reason why I purchased from here.

Billy was here helpful and helped us get what we really wanted.

This is absolutely the most dishonest and unprofessional company I have tried to conduct business with. I purchased a dining room set on February 7th and it was supposed to be delivered Feb 24. They’ve pushed the dates twice now and they never called to tell me. I always had to be the one to figure out what was going on. Their lack of communication is ridiculous. I still haven’t received my furniture and I don’t think I ever will. Don’t get into this little game with them, they don’t care about their customers. We are canceling the order tomorrow.

Do not buy from Ashley's Furniture! Ordered a bed set in September received everything but a FOOTBOARD! Now it's being pushed back until May. Worst customer service they are rude and don't help at all try talking to my sales rep Curtis and he is now ignoring my calls and voicemails. Exclusive Furniture has the same bed set and they are able to have every piece in their warehouse without an issue. Ashley's is overhyped!! I've seen the guys at the pickup station almost break another customers couch cause they were not handling correctly. All around it is not a good place to shop from. They give you the run around and don't give you an answer to when you are gonna get things like a simple footboard. There's many people having the same issue with Ashley and this was way before COVID also.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I don’t do reviews ever but this disaster of a company deserves one. I’ve been ghosted at every turn trying to get a dinette table that I paid over 2k for and SHOULD have been delivered in late March, now they’re saying august. I understand supply chain issues but this is asinine. Jay made the sale, has now since ghosted me and Evan has yet to return my calls. Star furniture and gallery furniture are SO much better and actually deliver on time. I will never buy from this company again….

I don't write a review for every negative occurrence a business is at fault for. But when a business shows a lack of customer care and is apathetic to appease their customers, a 1 star review is necessary. We purchased an order back in late August, with an estimated arrival of October. While we received part of our order, we have been waiting for 8 months now for the rest. Every time we call to get an expected time, they give us a date and then the date comes with no order. We were finally told that one of the parts for the order was in back order and there was no timeline as to when it would be back in stock. This was pretty unfortunate since the furniture we purchased was all matching. It makes no sense to have bought a furniture set without the set. Of course at that point there is nothing to do but wait ad infinitum for the rest of the order to come in. We contacted the store where we purchased the order initially and the manager said he was rushing the order, that no one had been assigned to it and it was basically in limbo. He told me that he would give us a call Monday to update us. Monday came, he never called. We sent him a text to which he responded with "I'm out of town, please call the store." We called the store, no answer. We called the store the following day hoping to speak to the manager, the employee said he was unavailable. We said we'd leave a message for him and she said, "He's not great with getting back to people." That comment itself was unprofessional but 100 percent true. When we finally talked to the manager he offered no additional help. He gave us an imaginary date that would probably arrive with our order once again unfulfilled. We tried calling the corporate office and all they could do is look up our order and tell us the same thing everyone else has been saying. Unfortunately we're stuck waiting for an order that very well may never arrive and in the meantime we have mismatched furniture that we can't return because of their no return policy. What an absolute joke of a way to do business.

Today I purchased my mattresses and I dealt with Louis Alonso and he was AMAZING! He was very kind, he explained everything from what the mattresses were made of to the comfort to you name it. He even got the manager to give us a deal! I highly recommend dealing with Louis and Ashley Furniture!

Such a disappointing experience. I ordered furniture 01/28/22 with an expected delivery date of Saturday, 02/26/22 . I had to call their customer service line more than 6 times to have the delivery address changed because it was incorrect. Each time I called, I was reassured the address was updated, only to receive another email listing the incorrect address. I ultimately had to contact my sales rep, who had to request the store manager send an email to their delivery department directly. On the day of my delivery, after confirming with my sales rep that my furniture would be delivered, only half of my order arrived in addition to being delivered 2 hours early. I immediately called my sales rep who told me he could not help me or update me until Monday. I then called the store manager who never returned my call and almost a week later I am still waiting on a response from either of them. We spent $10k. We are ready to return what items we have and spend our money elsewhere. Terrible experience.

All the staff is very welcoming and there at the ready to help you pick out the right products for your home. Ben Pham was especially helpful with making sure we chose the products we wanted as well as making sure the color schemes we wanted were met. We will be using Ashley Homestore in the future. My wife and I were just shopping for new bed mattresses, we had already been to 5 previous stores today and were not happy at all, so we saw the store while driving and decided to stop and look, we were greeted by Kyle as soon as we walked in, he politely ask is he could help us and we let him know what we were looking for,. I regret going to this store. I don't recommend it. The general manager is an unbearable woman and the salesman, Edwin, didn't even say I bought more than 5 thousand dollars and my merchandise didn't arrive on time. I made a deposit of 1,000 dollars. I canceled the sale and they didn't want to return it. I talked to the manager about my money until today and I'm still waiting for my deposit to make sure that the furniture I bought is available because waiting with this store is not the right thing to do. Awesome customer service

I have had, hands down, THE WORST experience with Ashley Furniture. It has only declined in my expectations since I purchased my furniture. Prior to September 2021, I had never purchased from an Ashley Homestore before, and I do not think I ever will again. In September 2021, my husband and I finally decided on a bedroom set that we liked, after searching for months for the perfect one. We placed our order in stores, and were given until December 10th for our shipment date (due to back orders and material shortages, which was fine with us). Times have been crazy, we all know and understand… but that has been the LEAST of our concern. Forget December, it’s FEBRUARY now, and we have yet to have ANY updates on where our bed even is. We call on a WEEKLY basis, and get told our bed keeps getting “pushed back” and people are getting Covid(?!). We got our dressing table delivered to us, after begging them for a partial delivery, and 6 of the 9 drawers are DEFECTIVE! Our chest was delivered, and HALF of those drawers are defective as well. We have called corporate (absolutely no help), called and spoken to managers, employees, and all… there has not been ONE thing anyone has done for us except give us excuses and made us wait even longer. The only options we got were to cancel our order, or just keep waiting.

Great set of people that work there. Made everything easy as possible. Some of the furniture is going to taller a while to get, but that’s understandable to all the Things going on from Covid. Kyle was the main guy helping me and he did a great job. Evan was the manger and he was helpful too. Good place to shop.

Fantastic help not pushy very reasonable

This is absolute the worst experience I have ever had. Purchased Table & Chairs, opted to pick up instead of paying $169 delivery fee. Table came shrink wrapped with all chairs put together, and box labeled parts for the table legs when we picked up on 01/15. Unfortunately, We did unwrap it and came home with no screws. I called 01/15 and asked for them to be overnighted since we live so far & was told that was not an option. I asked to speak to a manager and the representative (Eli) just put me back thru the holding pattern. So, I spoke with a 2nd Rep who said he would have them sent UPS/FedEx and we would receive in 7-10 Days or I could pick up from store - Confirmation# 5463883. I called back on 01/25 and rep told me he would have someone call me back with status within 24-72 ours. I asked if he would just give me the information for the parts needed and I would buy myself, he stated the store could tell me - All 3 Reps said I could pick up the parts from the store. Today, 01/28 called store who stated they cannot help, they could send an urgent email to see if someone would. Needless to say - still have a table leaning against wall I cannot use that I paid for. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism EVER.

Didn’t plan on purchasing anything the day I went to visit with my daughter but we ended up walking out with her new bedroom set and a sectional! Billy was great and not a pushy salesman - I walked in and when greeted said I am just looking and his immediate response was “just find me if you need anything”…..I was appreciative because I don’t handle pushy salesman very well. He was super patient with us (I had 3 kids with me so it was a little chaotic) and answered all our questions! 1/2 of my purchase has already been delivered and the only issue was one of the legs for the slats on her bed was defective but I haven’t had a chance to call Ashley furniture yet to replace it - otherwise she loves her new bedroom! Can’t wait for my sectional to arrive! Overall I am pretty pleased for this being my first purchase ever with Ashley!

If I could give zero stars I would

Terrible customer service, disinterested employees, lies, deceipt, and a company that loves giving you the runaround. That is what you will get if you buy anything from here. We purchased a full bedroom set and paid about 5k in cash, on May 30, 2021 and were told that it normally takes 6-8 weeks for delivery but because of COVID it may take up to 16 weeks (September) to receive our stuff. Most of our stuff arrived after Thanksgiving. It is now mid January (33 weeks later) and we are still waiting for our last item. The eta has been pushed back more times than we can count. The item we are waiting on was accidentally cancelled by the store without them notifying us and we only got answers after driving up there and being forced to nearly cause a scene because they weren't trying to help or give us real answers to anything. We will never order from Ashley again or recommend their store. The way we've been treated is unacceptable. The call center even hung up on us twice the last time we called despite us being cordial. We will see if we get our dresser in February like they are now estimating but I won't hold my breath.

Selection was just what I was looking for. Went to other places and all dark and heavy looking styles. Ashley was GREAT and Syed and Kim were fantastic!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I went to Ashley Home Store for a chair for our sitting room. The first time I went in I was not helped or offered help by anyone in the store although there were employ’s not helping others. After looking and not being helped for over 15 mins I left. Other furniture stores didn’t have as nice of quality furniture. I went back to the same location the next day and was greeted and helped within the first 5 mins of being in the store. My experience the second visit was better, but I will shop the store online to avoid going in and being ignored.

We just worked with Luis to purchase our new living room furniture. He was very helpful and knew the product well. He spent a lot of time with us and helped us measure everything up to be sure it would fit in our space. He explained the 5 year protection plan which will be great since the pieces will have heavy use. We will definitely ask for Luis again if we go in to purchase other things. It was a very simple process to order and immediate automated emails will keep us up-to-date on the status of our order.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Spent almost 4k on a bedroom set. Was told it's a 4 week wait. It's been 16 weeks. Still haven't gotten my items. The sales person, Kimberley Warren, promised the world before we purchased, then we never heard from her again after I swiped my credit card. Everytime you call, you're connected with a hotline, not the actual store. I've had 2 people hang up on me after I've been asked to wait for over 30 minutes both times. This business deserves 0 stars but it's not possible. I need a call ASAP or my credit card company will be giving me a refund.

Despite the twenty voice messages confirming our delivery, plus confirmation over the phone with a representative the day prior, our couch was not delivered. Wonderful experience at this store. Great people and smiling faces. The prices are good. We are very happy. Mr Andy Beylik, the sales associate was amazing. He was patient with us with the many selections that were available. He gave tips on different options and at the end he gave us a good deal.

Furniture was ordered in 2 months in advance. On the delivery day, 1 hour before I was supposed to receive my order, they called and told me half of the order was damaged. I asked for my full order to be delivered next week. The next week the same thing happened, an hour before they told me the same items couldn’t be delivered because they were damaged. This company is a total waste of your time, energy, and money.

Save yourself do not go to Ashley Furniture keep driving!!! They will sweet talk you in the store tell everything you want to hear, give you their cell phone number and all the “deals” in the world but the furniture never comes, cell phones aren’t answered and canceling the order after months of waiting is impossible (systems are down can’t cancel, has to go to answer dept they will call you back). Each time we called on a status update on our items they were only missing one part a few weeks later they have no parts are we are moving further in 2022. My husband and I have been to any and all furniture stores from Houston to Conroe and every place in between looking for a specifically sized loveseat to fit our motorhome. We have talked to that many sales associates also. Some gave up without even looking, others failed to listen to what we needed and still others made promises and didn't keep them. In other words, they didn't seem to want to put out much effort. Saturday we walked into Ashely Home Store in The Woodlands off of 45 and immediately we were greeted by Louis. We explained we had seen a loveseat in here on a previous visit and were back to take a peak at it. We explained what we were looking for and why. He pulled the spec sheet and verified the measurements then we started to discuss the option we saw on-line. Immediately he suggested a price their store could offer and explained why it would be in our best interest to purchase in-store verses on-line. In other words he "sold" us on him and his store. We decided to go ahead and order it. In the meantime, he began to discuss the special they were running. We happen to have been looking at this particular option for a couple of years, however we never really felt comfortable with the price or the selection. Louis proceeded to share all the options they had to offer with us and again, we decided to bit the bullet and go ahead. He very efficiently wrote the idem up and didn't try to further up-sell us on anything else. Besides Louis being a great representative of the company, the furniture on a whole was not only impressive looking but also seems to be of good quality and most importantly, American made. Ashley HomeStore and Louis made us present and future customers.

Was very pleased going into Ashley Homestore in Spring, TX. My wife and I (wife really) found the perfect living room furniture she wanted at your store,. She was thrilled and so was I. Great selection to choose from and service as very good. Our salesperson, Kyle, was around when needed but not over your shoulder pushy like so many other places. This was our first time to Ashley. First impressions are everything and you’ve made a repeat customer out of us!

Don’t buy anything in this store and definitely don’t spend a penny on the insurance they push on you. We bought a sectional in this store and got pressured i to buying insurance for the furniture and now we are trying to use it and they don’t want to fix the problem when it is clear that it is cover under the insurance. This is a scam and we will be filing a complaint with the state Attorney General and suing Ashley and the insurance company for malpractice, falsely advertisement, and fraud. Stay away from this scam-artists.

I have been very satisfied with all of the purchases I have ever made at Ashley Home Store. I do want to mention that this was the first time I walked into one of your stores and no one greeted me or offered to help. We must have passed about 10 salespeople. 3 we’re out at the front smoking, 4 were huddled just past the entrance talking business, one was sitting in a recliner on her cell phone, one walked right past us, I smiled but did not get a response. Then I saw Curtis, he greeted us as he approached. Offered his help and off we went to the mattress department. I got my mattress and another item. He was friendly, helpful, and attentive. A few other employees also assisted with a few questions and that was nice. I will be returning for a few more items and I’ll be looking forward Curtis.

Besides getting the absolute run around. You can't make contact with anyone at the store unless you walk in. After finding out from the delivery side, multiple times, that there's been issues with my orders I'm still waiting for my mattress. No contact no updates.

Order a bedroom set, was told that it would be available for delivery on Sept. 28th, heard nothing back since then, it is now oct. 6th. I called customer service and now the estimated delivery time is 31-33 weeks… not days… WEEKS!!! 8 MONTHS!!! Did not receive ANY updates on this order when time for delivery changed. Will not be doing business here EVER again. Will be taking by money to Gallery Furniture like I should have the first time.

Bought furniture from there in April for 2 kids rooms living room and kitchen, it is now September and I'm still waiting on one bunkbed, dresser and 2 recliners and the power head rest on the sofa stop working called twice and they said the report was not handed over. This is totally unacceptable. I gave 2 stars because the salesman was very nice.

BEWARE they’re bombing out and can’t handle anything. We had over 6k open to buy and management down to warehousing with this company is highly inept and more than likely won’t be in business in a year IMO. Go elsewhere for they are not able to handle simple tasks nor tell the truth while doing so. Update: it got much worse after talking with management; THEY ARE ALL LYING!! Absolutely the last place anyone needs to shop at. No help whatsoever. Wanting to purchase on Synchrony but the salesman did not have time to work out our purchase. Embarrassing experience.

I like the store and the sales people are nice but it is very frustrating to wait such a long time for my purchase. 3 weeks is just too long! It’s been 9 days and still no furniture. I may have to go elsewhere. I called the store and they said they would "contact corprate".. Two days later I called back. The salesman told me he had a date, but he couldn't be bothered to call me with it, so I went elswhere and got a delivery dat of two days!!!!

We had a great experience. We caught the Labor Day sale and got a great deal on the perfect power reclining sofa. Louis was a great sales guy.

I purchased furniture with Ashley’s back in May. Nothing that was explained to me has happened. This has been a nightmare of an experience. They never return your phone calls, they lie about the conversation and the original agreement and delivery was also a nightmare. This has been a horrible experience from the get go. I feel like they purposely avoid responding back to you so that they can stick it to you with the financing. I suspected from the beginning that I was going to regret dealing with Ashley’s furniture. I would advise that anyone and everyone considering dealing with them, to reconsider. The customer service is awful. Every time I’ve called, I ended up speaking to someone in New Mexico who couldn’t assist me. My furniture was delivered defective and broken. Never got a call back. The sale rep, Morgan, never called me back, and nor did Nikita. They are scammers yall. I really thought that I was making a wise, calculated decision purchasing from them, but it turns out that I’ve been played for a fool. A balance of only $580.00 has now increased to $1800.00 even after paying $1800.00. And this is the result of them not being diligent and professional enough to return phone calls. I have been played and taken advantage of. I’m so disappointed and I feel like I’ve been used up and scammed!!!! And now I’m stuck with a huge balance and broken, defective furniture. Not good Ashley’s, not good. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Disappointing.

I am still waiting on a price match change 6 months after purchase. I was assured that I could be refunded or the financed amount changed once delivery was accepted and my order released from the "manifest."I worked with manager Zac Mize in person and Mike and Andrew through Zac and my sales person Kyle. After the first week, I was told "they are working on it," then 3 weeks later I was told it would be fixed before I received my first bill. First bill received in March 2021, not corrected. I disputed the amount, which later I was told because I did that, they couldn't change the amount. The dispute was declined because "the merchant confirmed the transaction in question has posted correctly. I was eventually referred to the regional manager Mike Gomez, who I have been calling every month, sometimes 2-3 times, and he assured me since the dispute was closed they can again file a price change. Every month comes and goes with no change. My July bill came and the promotion time was changed to 12 months but still no price change. I have called the financing company, they report they have nothing to do with the amount, that Ashley Furniture is the one who sends them the totals. And on Ashley Furniture side I'm told to call the finance company to see if there are any credits. I am the one going back and forth making the calls and asking about the problem waiting on hold for 45 minutes or longer each time. I am terribly regretful for ever stopping by this store and making a purchase. I have my documentation about the price change and will not make one payment until this is corrected. I have emails, text messages from the managers stating the corrected price. I was very patient with everyone I have dealt with but at this point, I feel like they don't care and are just wasting time so my promotion time runs out, then there is accrued interest which will be added on. Save yourself a headache and just go to American Furniture Warehouse- they sell Ashley Furniture products.

I unfortunately have to give a 1 star, zero if I could. I have had the absolute worst experience buying furniture at this store. They had no issues selling me over $5000 worth of furniture, everything was good at first till it came time to stay true to delivery dates. We all know what's going on so I don't mind the delays as long as you Communicate! My texts to my Sales executive were ignored (she gave me her personal number to get in touch if I had any questions with regards to the furniture) or she would tell me she's checking on it and never got back to me! 1 piece of furniture (kitchen table and chairs) was supposed to be delivered first, it went from 2 Nd July to the 8th to the 15th, 30th then 4th of August! Finally got confirmation that it'll arrive on August 14th (mind you all this came from me reaching out after the promised day has passed!). This morning I get a call saying that the table top is damaged upon loading so they decide to deliver chairs and a table base! No either when the top is supposed to arrive it's on back order apparently! This is the last straw , Ashley's you have lost a customer!

We just purchased our first home, and had been to a different location with an unpleasant experience. We went to the 45 in Spring location and met Louis and he was exceptional start to finish, even with our delays in closing and changing our mind on different furniture, he was top-notch, super personable and helpful the entire time. We will 100% go back to him specifically for any future furniture needs. You don’t get customer service like that anywhere else anymore.

As far as our couch everything has been and was amazing as far as the comfort and delivery was awesome! On our dresser the guys basically broke it during installation but we didn’t notice it until the next day when we moved it into place! Our night stand was good and no issues. Our bed we are still waiting for it now 6 weeks later!!! Very frustrating on many levels!! When called to report dresser they wanted pictures right then and I wasn’t home to provide them so they told us to call back later!! On bed we are still waiting and bo update which has been very upsetting!!

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE! Do NOT purchase from any Ashley’s store. I’m giving two stars because my salesman, Dave was extremely nice and helpful. Other than that I would of given 1 star. Customer service is HORRIBLE and will give you the run around for months. I purchased a $3200 living room outfit in May. I was told two pieces would be delivered at the beginning of July and the other piece in August. I got a call that my two pieces were in and set up delivery, NOBODY EVER SHOWED! I called and they said there was no record of my delivery and they aren’t even doing partial deliveries. I cancelled my order, a few days later I got a call from Maria in the VIP department. She offered to refund me $400 and to give them one more chance and my couches would be delivered by 8/3. Well it’s 8/3 and I haven’t received them. I called customer service once again and now they are saying my couches must of been damaged or lost at the warehouse because NONE of my pieces are there. So now my delivery time is showing 4 weeks. I have requested to cancel my order and I’m now waiting for the VIP department to call me and confirm my order cancellation. I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service and every single person I talk to is telling me something different.

We ordered about $8000 worth of furniture on June 28 of 2021. Our sales rep told us we could get the furniture delivered on July 20. Now here we are a month after ordering the furniture and I’m being told that the earliest we can get it is July 28 because it again has not been scheduled for delivery. Worst organization I’ve ever witnessed with a company. They are happy to charge us and take our money for some thing that has not been delivered yet.Needless to say we will not be ordering furniture from Ashley Homestore in Spring again

Never in my life have I experienced a company with less care or concern for their customers than what is currently being displayed by Ashley Furniture. We purchased an entire house worth of furniture two months ago with the PROMISE that everything would be delivered and installed by July 1. On July 2, Ashley Furniture proudly delivered pieces of what we bought. NOTHING WAS COMPLETE AS PROMISED. My family & I have slept on the floor for three weeks and we are STILL sharing a portion of the couch we purchased. God only knows when the remaining pieces of the couch will show up. Sales does not answer phone or return calls. Customer service is unhelpful. We ask to speak to supervisors but we cannot immediately speak to anyone higher up. We are tired of calling. We are tired of going into Ashley Furniture to ask where our furniture is. We finally received the rails to put our bed together today. We put the boxspring that arrived just last week on it, but it does not fit. We called customer service to let them know of their mistake. They said it has been over 72 hours since we received the boxspring! Sorry, nothing they can do. Call sales, they said. Sales department does not answer. Oh, our bed is still not complete because they did not provide the screws to do so! As someone else mentioned two days ago, this company will take your money and leave you stranded. Stay away.

I am incredibly upset and unsatisfied with my experience at Ashley Furniture store. I first started being a customer in 2015 and my experience back then was already disappointing. The prices are fair, the quality of the furniture is okay if you don’t expect to keep the furniture for 5+ years, but the customer service and sales tactics are unbelievably dishonest. I must have forgotten what happened back then, because I made the mistake of buying furniture from them again only to be tricked by a sales person and then not have my furniture delivered on time. The sales person first offers me a $3000 mattress (the most expensive option at the store, and that I didn’t buy) instead of trying to offer me more affordable options, which already gave me the wrong impression. When I go to make a payment for the items I did purchase, he promises me a huge discount, which later after looking at my receipt, he added all of the “discount” back into the furniture protection plan price, so there really was no discount. He never offered me a delivery only option (which is free), but instead automatically added a $150 “white glove installation fee” which I didn’t need. All of this was purchased on the 4th of July, while their website was running a sale. I was never offered a 4th of July discount at the store, so my purchase ended up being more expensive than what it would have been if I just made the purchase online. And then, it gets better! I’m promised a delivery date at the time of the purchase, I call to confirm it, and the customer representative promises me they will deliver it on the same day that we had previously agreed on. And now, 2 days before my delivery date, 2/3 of my items are on back order and don’t exist! How fun is that? Customers beware of the sketchy and dishonest sales practices at Ashley Furniture. You have lost another customer. UPDATE: the number and email in the reply below was just as useless as everyone else in this company. No one is willing to help the customers. All they want is to make sales and make you wait ages to get anything. And they’ll lie the whole way through to make it happen.

My experience was perfect! I came in & I already knew what I wanted. The sales representative Dave Smock was quite helpful. Compared chess to the bed that I wanted and I felt like that was going above and beyond and that was perfect. Best experience!

Only giving one star because I have to to be able to provide a review. Husband and I walled in 2 mins after another couple which they were greeted right away. Well, we continued to look at what they had, but NOT ONE SINGLE SALES ASSOCIATE SAID BOO CAT DOG TO US. I told my husband I guess we don't appear to be interested in purchasing furniture. I stood in front of the store to write the review as well. I am big on customer service and they have missed the mark. On to the next store!!!!

My wife and I visited the store today. We walked through the entire store passing several sales associates and not a single one even spoke much less inquired about our interest.

Walked in and from beginning to finish not one person asked if they could assist me. I ended up purchasing elsewhere the same day. I was there to purchase a couch and loveseat set.

Kyle went ABOVE and BEYOND for my Families needs. Even to the extent of finding my wife the most comfortable mattress cover after he overheard us conversing about being hot sleepers. Kyle does not quit. Even after leaving the store he made it a personal mission to make sure we were satisfied and could get everything we possibly wanted. If you want to be cared for like family, ask for Kyle. DEMAND you speak with Kyle.

We ordered furniture from here with the promise that our set was in stock and could be delivered in a timely manner. The sales associate who helped us even went as far as to give us his contact and make sure to let us know that if we had any issues with delivery we could contact him and he would help resolve the issues. We have now been waiting for the delivery for a month longer than our original scheduled date. We have been scheduled and stood up 3 times since then, with multiple false promises and inconsistent accounts of why our order could not be delivered. Now I am told that our order is at the distribution center but cannot be delivered. I have all pieces of my bed (excepting the box spring I was promised but was not included in my order as I was told plywood would work which given the current circumstances now seems more irritating than it was at the time) except the footboard and am told that I MIGHT receive that by the 28th of August but they really cannot promise that. I am glad to have paid for furniture that I cannot use. I was warned about this as a common problem with Ashley (before COVID even) and honestly wish I hadn't taken my chances. I am very frustrated that nobody seems willing to help me resolve these issues. I cannot get ahold of anybody at the store to even see if picking up the footboard myself is an option - yes, at this point I am that desperate. I purchased a different furniture set from RoomsToGo and had no issues with delivery. They help up perfectly to what they initially promised. If you are in the market for furniture in this area, I would strongly recommend shopping there.

The Kingwood location seems to have more furniture on display than some of the other locations we visited. Alexa helped us and she was great. She was very easy to work with and pleasant to be around. The other staff we talked to wasn’t pushy and everyone seemed friendly.

No one approaches you for help. We circled the whole store as workers looked upon. If you are poc stay away and take your money to Rooms to Go up the street. Where they care for all diverse people. Ashley Furniture shame on you letting your workers sit on their phone and avoid people of color like the plague. You will not get my money. Not Ever !

We entered the store and were greeted by a representative named Morgan Watson. Mr. Watson directed us to the area in the store we were interested in. No sales pressure whatsoever. After awhile of walking the store, Mr. Watson approached to see if we had any questions. There is such an incredible amount of different furniture to choose from as we were trying to find sectional furniture for our living room. Morgan was able to show us a bunch of options as well as different quality of furniture. We ultimately purchased a (huge) sectional with extra sections along with 2 end tables. Mr. Watson was very knowledgeable, considerate and personable. We completed our transaction flawlessly. Mr. Watson also provided us with a single point of contact if ANY problems arise, himself. I bought a mattress here a few years back. The salesman was actually interested in what was best for me, not making the biggest sale. The service was great, so I have continued doing business with them over the last few years and have never been disappointed. I haven't gone anywhere else since. They have something for any budget, and the sales team are always great. Thanks for helping make our house a home!

Still waiting for my desk I ordered about 5 weeks ago told myself I wouldn't go back there after my fiasco with a dresser now I go to rooms to go get your items within a week or two my granddaughters bed wasn't suppose to be in till July got it in a couple weeks

What started off as a great experience quickly went sideways. Most of their sales ppl don't seem to care about helping you when you walk through the door they just sit on their phones. Luckily we had one who didn't waste time and helped us as much as possible. Everything went smooth until our delivery date. We took the day off on 6/24 in anticipation of our furniture only to find out they changed our date to 6/26. We had to contact customer service and then our date got changed again to 6/29.....unprofessional and irritating. Not only do they not want to seem to help resolve the situation but then they informed us a "supervisor" should be reaching out but it could take 72 hrs. Customers do not matter to them

David was not overly insistent like most furniture sales guys. I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed in the entire process. He was very honest about times for delivery and overall just a great experience. Will definitely seek him out again for my next purchase.

This ashley location is awful. Just walked around for 45minutes and not a single word from any salesperson on the floor. There were literally 3 customers in the store including myself. Not even a simple hello. I guess I'll spend my money elsewhere

Our sales man was amazing but our furniture is already breaking and peeling~ After reporting in the first 30 days ( like we were told do if we weren't satisfied) they proceed to tell me their return policy on the website is not honored in stores after leading me on with service orders for 5 months . The furniture isn't even made of real wood but MDF or something cheap so I can't even fix it myself. Save your money and go elsewhere! Every encounter other than the original purchase has been a nightmare.

I will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture ever again. It all started with the salesman he lied about the delivery date and the incentives we would get in the mail. We went and bought a whole bedroom furniture set. The salesman said the mattress would be delivered the following Wednesday and the other furniture would be delivered in 2 weeks. When I called regarding our mattress on that Wednesday I was told that it was not even in stock and to check back in 2 more weeks. I called and followed up 2 weeks later and was told again nothing was there. I finally get a call beginning of May saying they wanted to schedule the delivery for all my things except the foot board and side rails. I called the evening it was suppose to be delivered and they said nothing was in stock. We took off work to be there for a delivery that never happened and Ashley Furniture didn’t have the decency to call to let us know. The person I talked to said it would be in the following week and rescheduled another date with me. Once again we got nothing on that day either, with no phone call or anything. So by the 4th time of them not showing up I called and was promised all my stuff except the chest and foot rails. The delivery driver called before delivering and said he had everything except the box spring. He stated they forgot to put it in the truck. I called Ashely furniture and they said yes it was a mistake and would send another truck that night to deliver it. Waited all evening and no one showed up with my box spring. I called customer service once again and they tell me it’s on back order, it was never at the warehouse!!! So many lies! That representative tells me he will put in a rush on our box spring and have it delivered that Tuesday. So Tuesday comes and we get our confirmation call, email and text with the delivery time. Tuesday evening NOTHING!!! I call to ask where our box spring was and they said it was canceled because it’s still on back order!! No one called to tell us this! We took off work for all these deliveries that were scheduled. Ashley Furniture sucks with customer service! I spoke with a manager I think her name was Luz and she was a monster! She needs customer service training. She told me I can pick my own box spring up the next day! But just 30 minutes before the representative I spoke with said it was back on order! She continued to say I could pick it up from the warehouse or cancel my order. She was extremely rude about it. I wouldn’t have paid delivery if I could pick it up myself. I canceled the order and went to Mattress Firm that same day and got my box spring delivered the next day with much better customer service. I understand there are delays with everything, but communication goes a long way. They should have called to tell us they were not coming so we wouldn't have wasted time off work. Ashely Furniture should have been honest instead of lying. Every single representative had a different lie/story. I would never recommend them to anyone!

The minimal star.. Would not recommend this store or company. Full of liars and horrible customer service. First the salesman lied saying the mattress would be available Wed. When we were in store on a Sun. Kept getting delivery dates changed without any notice and cancelling on us without notice. Kept calling customer service and kept getting a different story or being hung up on. Was told the mattress wasn't available for delivery and on back order. Then the agent said to come pick it up in person, after being told it wasn't even in stock. Don't go here expecting anything soon. You may get it by Christmas time. Horrible customer service all the way through. Always chose them before but never again. I'll take my business and money somewhere else and won't recommend to anyone to treated so poorly.

Want to know why all these reviewers makes it a point to say they were greeted as soon as they walked in? Because it’s BS. I walked in there with my kids wanting to buy furniture. Not only was I not greeted or acknowledged. Sales people literally walked the other way to avoid us. And it wasn’t just me. 35 minutes in this store looking around and several customers came in un greeted and unattended. Everybody left not being addressed while these people sat doing nothing. If it was a place I owned I would’ve fired everybody in the building immediately. No other furniture store in the Woodlands is so pathetic.

Today I was honored to visit Ashley branch and I was pleased with the excellent dealings of the employees in the branch, especially Brother Sabah, who made a great effort and was able to accomplish all that is required of him, all thanks.

They owe us thousands: Ashley furniture does not have integrity. They have the worst customer service. They have been going back and forward with us because they could not deliver some couches. They kept changing the delivery date on us. We waited eight weeks and sat without couches in our new home through special occasions and birthday parties and my graduation. They have not returned my money for the couches after customer service and the manager at the store promised countless times that the money would hit the account within 3 to 4 business days after they canceled the order. We have contacted them many times and they always promise that it will be resolved and that the money will hit the account but it has been three weeks and I still see nothing. I have called everyone and even the customer service line says they have no idea why my refund is not being processed yet. During these hard times people need their money. I can’t believe they are making me my husband and my three-year-old wait to get thousands back. If you respond to this feedback asking me to contact you for a solution, I hope that that is the last time I have to contact you because we have called and gone up to the store about this a total of about 12 times.

We’ve been looking for a bedroom set for quite a while now with no luck but we’re in and out of Ashley in 30 minutes. Louis was very helpful and was able to beat the online sale price!

Edwin was attentive and helpful. I felt like I was shopping with a friend not a person just trying to make a sale. He was honest and upfront about what was unavailable and how the pandemic has caused some delays. He was informative and explored all of my options. Most of all he was patient with me although I am impatient. I haven’t received any furniture yet I will be back with an update.

We like this location as we were acknowledged upon entry, everyone was courteous although not overbearing!! Billy C. was exceptionally helpful in listening to our needs and assisting us in finding a few options for what we were specifically looking for. He did not hesitate to find solutions for us and offered to even inform us directly because of the fact that the bedroom set we wanted would not be available to be delivered as a whole in a timely manner, due to other circumstances beyond his control of course. We love Ashley Furniture as a whole and we will continue to be faithful regulars because of this experience!!

Spent over $2K at Spring store and loveseat frame bolts began breaking after only 9 months. Called GBS for repairs--they only cover fabric-that was not my understanding. Called Spring store where I purchased for a manufacturer's warranty. Customer service says without pictures can't file claim. Don't know where bolts are coming from to take picture and then I'm not computer wise enough to know how to send them pictures of the broken bolts and seat is starting to sag. Don't shop here-got nowhere with them. I'll never use them again. Customer service worthless.

Simple no nonsense customer service. Went in looking for a good affordable mattress, I got it. I got a discount and my mattress was delivered 2 weeks early. Everything is so easy with this company. You get text, phone calls when your merchandise is available for delivery date. They give you many options for delivery dates and updated notifications on how long & how many stops ahead of your merchandise delivery. We are definitely going to purchase another mattress and furniture from them. Our salesman Mike Nassif was forthright and succinct. No hassle, no haggling just good customer service. It was a great experience. Me and my partner bought bed and a mattress. We are very much likely going back to get more for our new home. It was a pleasant experience. Sabah was our salesperson. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions, walked through the whole process. I definitely recommend going there and ask for Sabah. He was great.

Don't shop here. We did and regretted it. You won't get your furniture for at least a month after ordering, and if you want to cancel, you'll have to call several times to get them to process it. Gallery Furniture was more expensive, but we got our furniture delivered the same day. Worth it. Positives: The selections are pretty nice, and the salespeople are friendly. Negatives: Pretty much everything else. The prices listed are what you pay if you finance the furniture. They advertise "up to 30% off" if you don't finance it, but you won't know the final price until you tell them you want to purchase the furniture and they start putting you in the system. 30% off is reserved for customers who spend $5,000 or more on their purchase. I asked if there were any exceptions, and my salesperson said "If I ask a manager to give you 30% off I will be written up." You have to fill out a piece of paper with your information, which is then transferred into a salesperson's laptop. He entered our information incorrectly regardless. After all of this, they enter a bunch of codes into their laptop, each representing a piece of furniture, and then the system spits out when the furniture will ship. It was February 27th and they said it would arrive April 7th. We didn't want to wait, but it was only a month so we said yes. He told us that we could have it delivered to our house and set up by the movers, or we could pick it up at the store. I thought delivery would be more convenient, so I went with that option. He said it was $170. I asked if it would be cheaper if they just dropped it off without setting it up too. He said no. We paid in full for the furniture that day. They told us to call back March 15th to check on the status of our order. Not very reassuring, but when March 15th rolled around, we called. They told us that all of the pieces were ready except for one, which means they can't ship until all were ready. Estimated arrival date was April 27th. I wasn't happy, but I understand shipping delays and figured it would be worth waiting. By April 10th I was getting a little impatient, so we called the store to see if they had an update. "Looks like the furniture won't arrive until May 1st now due to that piece being delayed." At that point we thought it would be best to check out other options. We went to look at Gallery Furniture to see what options they had. Their "Free Delivery Tonight" slogan kept bouncing around in my head after waiting almost 2 months for furniture. I won't describe how great our experience was there, but we found a piece we liked and seriously considered buying it. I called Ashley again. At first I was just going to cancel, but then I thought, "I'll just see what they say the status of my order is now." Mind you, this is still April 10th. About 3 hours after my previous call. "Looks like the furniture won't arrive until May 18th now due to that piece being delayed." I was done. I asked to cancel. She offered me a discount not to cancel, and I declined. She said my order was canceled and I should receive a refund in 7-10 days. We bought the piece from Gallery and had it delivered the same night. April 16th. I call back to check on the status of the cancelation. The representative says my order is still in process, and says there's a note on the account that I would call back to cancel. I honestly don't understand how that makes any sense. I told her I wanted to cancel my order. She said the change should be posted in 72 hours and I would receive a refund on my credit card in 5-7 business days. I called in today (May 6th), and asked for an update. The representative says that he doesn't see a reversal of the charge and offers to send me a check in the mail. I asked if it would be overnighted considering how long I've waited to get my money back. He said it takes 48 hours to confirm that I won't receive a refund on my card, and a week for the check to arrive in the mail. I guess I'll update this review in a week. By far the worst buying experience I've ever had. Seriously, don't shop here.

I came in wanting to see a specific coffee table, that I had seen on their website, but went another direction thanks to my salesperson. He was able to understand what I needed and showed more options I wouldn’t have thought of but loved. I not only bought a new coffee and end tables, but a whole new dining room set as well!! If you go to the one off 45 in Spring ask for Morgan!

Long story short, we bought 3 sets of rooms for my children, 2 of them were delivered complete in less than 2 months, but one of them in 3 occasions brought wrong rails, my husband and I, frustrated by the situation, decided to return that set, they came to look for it on 3 occasions and they could not take it because the order was wrong .... finally more than 10 days ago they picked it up and they still do not return the money to my card .. Buy at your own risk!!!! no one knows how to do their job, delivery guys are more capable than the manager himself.

This has been an awful experience. Furnishing our new home and decided on Ashley’s. Been waiting over a month for dining room items, a rug, and a bench. The rug caused the delay and after a month of asking them to ship everything without the rug today someone finally said she’d schedule it. but now the dining is out of stock with no expected update until 5/19. Another month away! Called the store multiple times to cancel order and no answer. Of course.

Jay was amazing. There was no pressure to purchase anything, just there if we needed him! We originally planned to leave with a sofa and a loveseat... ended up with a whole living room set, lift-top coffee table and end tables included! Nikita with Acceptance Now was also so wonderful and sweet. Our monthly payment was still right where we wanted even with the additions. Could not be happier with how smooth and simple the process was.

Dont buy furniture here. Everything seemed fine while shopping and paying for our 6 dining room chairs. But the delivery date was 4 days after what we were told when we checked out. And were told they were going to be delivered a different day the morning that was scheduled. Once they did deliver the chairs, they were put together wrong. And each of the six chairs were lop sided. When I called approx 1 hour after they left to ask if they could come back out and fix it. I was told they wouldn’t be able to come back 11 days later.....gallery furniture is down the road. Don’t waste your time with Ashley. It’s a shame because their products last. Their customer service should keep you away unfortunately.

I am BEYOND disappointed. I placed my order in December. It’s April and I’m still waiting on delivery. Instead of someone from the store contacting me with updates I have to call in only to be told the items I ordered are still on back order. Needless to say...I am beyond disappointed!!!!!!

Good service in store but when I call the store directly nobody ever answers. Either nobody cares to answer the phone or they are not working on their end. Other than that the products are good and the staff is friendly.

I made the mistake of buying a rug cash and I never received it. I have been trying to get my money back for more than 6 months now and the manager keeps giving me the run around. I will never buy from this location again!!

To any potential customer... I gave one star because you cannot leave a zero star review. I am going to recommend that you NEVER use Ashley furniture. I purchased a sectional sofa through Ashley. HomeStore in January of 2021. I was told that the sofa would be delivered some time in late February or early March and that I would be called to schedule a delivery. I was told that the sofa could be delivered in two orders as one piece would take additional time. I also purchased a bed for my son's room. I was told that the bed would be delivered earlier. After I did not receive a call from Ashley in late February, I then called the store. I was told it would be late March. I was a bit frustrated to say the least. The shipping company said the bed was in but they were waiting for the full order. I convinced them to deliver the bed. They arrived and began to put the bed together. The bed was missing a screw, and they wanted to take the bed back. I recently went through a divorce, so I needed the bed for my son. I explained they were not going to take the bed back. The workers understood. They called their manager, who said they would fix the issue. The workers then began tearing the bed down and said they would order a whole new bed. I said stop, not over a screw. They then continued to tear the bed down. I had to tell them I would sign of for the bed as is and asked them to leave. No follow up from management, no follow up period. I contacted customer service to attempt to get the unique screw that goes with the furniture, and it's "on order". I have not seen it yet. Now onto the bigger issue. Late March arrived, I again called to see when the sofa would be delivered. I was told that it was on back order and was showing to be here the first week in April. I was told that one piece was missing. I said well no problem, I was informed that the other pieces could be delivered. The customer service rep told me that was wrong and could not happen. She got her manager involved who also informed me that could not happen. I said okay, so the first week in April I call back and was (not surprisingly) told sorry the order is on back order. I was informed that it is looking like the sofa will be at the warehouse the week of April 14th. I suspect when I call next week, it will be pushed to later in the year. I have already told my neighbors who were literally driving out to go to Ashley's to purchase a sofa, they chose to shop somewhere else instead. Now I will warn every one else.... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. So BE WARNED... NEVER do business with Ashley Furniture. The store is too big and has supply issues. They do not care about the customer and will do/say anything to make a sell. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cody

Extremely crowded with decent furniture

I have to put my father (64 years old) into an assisted living community. While this decision has been difficult, I want a better way of life for him than I can provide. He hasn’t purchased new furniture for himself in at least 25 years and I knew it was going to be a daunting process. After several visits to different furniture stores we ventured to Ashley Furniture. They were helpful, understanding and willing to make us a deal we could not pass up. The smile on his face and the joy I felt at knowing he was happy eased the pain of the occasion. I recommend Ashley Furniture to any and every one in need of new furniture. When life throws you a curve, it is important to find joy in the simple things. Ashley Furniture took a stressful situation and eased the pain.

The best experience ever. It was my first time ever shopping in Ashley and it did not disappoint. There was ultimately no wait time and Jay the sales guy was very informative and helped me through the buying process. They will definitely have my future business. Great quality furniture and I can't wait to get my new sectional sofa. The wait is 3-6 wks and yes that's a long wait to have something to sit on. But, I shopped other places and the wait was longer. If you need a new couch or dinning table talk to Jay at the one off I45 in the woodlands.

We were greeted as soon as we walked into the door. Then as we started walking around looking at recliner chairs Jay greeted us and helped us while we were there. He was very friendly and patient as my mom walks with a walker and moves around very slowly. We told him what we were looking for and issues with what we could not get or did not want. We did have to walk to the back of the store but the first chair he showed us fit her perfectly. She wanted to think about it so Jay gave us his business card with his cell phone # and ID # for this particular chair. After we got home later that evening she decided that she really was comfortable in this chair. It was about 7:30PM and I called Jay on his cell and we were able to purchase this chair over the phone. I received the receipt and protection policy through my e-mail. My mom is usually very hard to please because of her age and height, but she was very impressed with Jay and really appreciated his care in completing this purchase for us. I did not realize this could have been done over the phone but Jay made it very simple. We will go back when we are in the need of another product. Thank you Jay

I bought furniture on New Year’s Day. Was promised a MasterCard rebate and never received it. Tried calling the store for weeks and nobody ever answers. Finally went out of my way to go to the store. They tell me the call the bank for my rebate. I call the bank and the rebate is $200 less than what I was promised. I was told to contact the store. Tried calling again and again still no answer. Now I have to go out of my way to drive up there again.

Awesome experience today !! Edwin did a great job giving us a demo and details on a tempur-pedic mattress. Absolutely disguted with their customer service a crazy warranty program. I bought a household of furniture last year. It took literally weeks for a lot of items including my bed to show up. I literally sat on the edge of bed and it collapses. The cheap particle board have on both sides that attach the headboard. For months they said a new one is one the way, but no idea when it will be there. Said they can't track the shipment. I would highly recommend buying furniture anywhere but there.

Initially, I felt overwhelmed with the pressure sales techniques. However, salesman patiently guided us through the process step by step.

Don't bother going anywhere else! Easiest and best experience! My salesman was Kyle and he was awesome! Friendly and very knowledgeable in the products that I bought and had questions about. The store was very clean and well laid out with lots of styles to choose from. The sale was quick and easy! The loveseat and recliner that I bought was very sturdy and well made. I chose to pick up myself but they do deliver. Wish I had saved myself some time by going here first!

Horrible customer service!!! Had to hunt for a sales person to help. Then for delivery they arrived an 1 1/2 hours later then the scheduled delivery time frame. A week after delivery found same piece on sale. Tried for 2 weeks to call no answer and no return phone calls so drove to the store. Will not honor 30 day price match guarantee.

The actual rating is 0 stars!! I am highly disappointed with the lack of customer service. I have tried to reach the store over the past five days and the phone either rings once and goes to the voicemail or rings over ten times and then goes to voicemail. I even reached out to the customer service department to escalate the matter and request for a manager to call me from the store and that has not happened. I have called and texted my salesperson, to only receive a text message back that they would look into the issue and get back with me; that has not happened as of yet! I will never conduct business with them again.

Do not shop there. We were supposed to be getting a delivery last Saturday. They never called or showed up. Then it was supposed to be today. Called them and they said another 4 days. We took the furniture out last week to make room. We have no where to sit in our living room. They charge delivery dates and never call to notify you. Spoke to the salesman Corey and was assured he would check daily and call us. Another lie. Don’t bother with them. I paid cash and I regret ever going there. UPDATE Another 2 weeks later. Still do have my refund. We have spoken to everyone. Promised full refund 2 weeks ago. Nothing. Ready to call somebody to file fraud charges.

Our experience in the Woodlands Ashley Homestore was great . Our sales associate answered all our questions and he had great knowledge of all the products and services. We purchased a new set of Den tables and they helped us with everything we needed and wanted. We will be back in a couple of weeks for a new bedroom furniture arrangement.

I will never be back to this location. When I first visited everything went well until I paid for my items and waited for them to come. Between the communication from Ashley regarding my delivery and the warehouse issues, it is VERY horrible. I have to constantly call and speak to several different people regarding my order AND every time the response is different or delivery is pushed back. No one has reached out to let me know of these changes or adjustments after spending so much money here. It’s absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. If I could give zero stars I would.

I am disappointed in this store and their warehouse. We went to purchase a bed last weekend and had to seek out a sales associate. It was like they didn't have many sales people. We made a purchase and had devilvery scheduled. The delivery was before it's estimated time which was fine but we did not receive everything that should have been in the delivery. When I had to call customer service to see about getting our pieces that were missing I was given the runaround and now it could be weeks before we could get our missing pieces to our bed. This wouldn't have been such a terrible thing if we had not already disassembled our son's previous bed now he has no bed to sleep on! I'm still holding out hope that we actually received the pieces we need but at this point I'm very upset that they couldn't have corrected this error in a more timely manner or somehow given some sort of compensation.

I placed an order on October 18, 2020 for a bedroom set and mattresses and paid in full for the items. The bed and nightstand would not be available until early December, which I was fine with. I accepted a partial delivery of my mattresses and a dresser on October 31, 2020. I contacted them on 12/05 and was told my shipment was delayed until the middle of the month. I called 12/12 and was told the shipment was delayed until 12/24. I went to the store in person on the 12/13 and the shipment went from 12/24 to 1/8. The store manager refunded me $130 for my inconvenience. I called 1/8, delayed to the 13th, called the 13th, delayed til the 19th, mind you this is only for the bed. The nightstand had been delayed to 2/11. The agent on this call stated they would provide me with $100 gift card to their store. On the 1/19 the agent told me my bed was finally there. He said they could deliver on the 22nd. I stated the 23rd would be a better day for, the agent confirmed that my bed and rails would be delivered on Saturday. He also stated that the nightstand’s arrival date had changed to 1/27. Friday, I had not received a call to confirm delivery, so I reached out. The agent stated that I was NOT scheduled for a delivery because Ashely’s does not do partial deliveries. Despite them partially delivering items on 10/31. I had to request to speak to a manager several times. The manager then stated that there was only a note on my account that I requested a delivery for 1/23. Although, the agent told me it was scheduled for 23rd. The frustrating part is that she took no responsibility for the actions of her agent. She stated that they were unable to fulfill the delivery on the 23rd and it was no way it could happen. She then stated that the next available delivery they had was the 27th, which was conveniently the day the nightstand should arrive. Pretty much getting them out of a partial delivery. I don’t understand how a company can try to get around a partial delivery when they have delayed your items for almost 2 months. At this point, I’ve been more than patient with this company. I know that COVID has many things delayed but Ashley has a reputation for delaying deliveries. I was forewarned by several friends and family not to purchase furniture from Ashley because it takes forever to get your furniture and it rare that items are delivered as promised. I wished I had listened to them! I ordered furniture from two other companies where my items were out of stock, but both companies fulfilled my order by the original fulfillment date. As of yesterday, my bed was scheduled for delivery on the 30th. The only reason I haven’t canceled is because if I find another store, I will have to wait 6-8 weeks for delivery. In hindsight, I should have canceled when I was informed of the first delay. I will NEVER spend my money with Ashley Home Store again.

When I first entered the Ashley Store (Spring, TX) I was greeted with a warm welcome from M. Watson. He was very helpful in our efforts in our finding the perfect mattress for our master bedroom! Conversation was pleasant and he was very knowledgeable of the various mattress options. I appreciated the diversity amongst the salesmen team.

I really like the reclaimed piece I got. Service was fine. The issue I had was when we were talking to our sales guy about delivery and we were considering going to get my mom's table ourselves. He told us the leaf in the table my mom was buying, should be put together by a professional. So my mom gets her table delivered this morning, they only screwed the legs on. Table with leaf was already put together. They brought the whole table in, still in the box. So I feel a bit taken by the salesman for telling us a lie. Guessing they make commission on the entire sale.

Terrible customer service. I only gave them a one star rating because that is the lowest star. If there was a negative version, I would select that option. I purchased two pieces of furniture with delivery. I only received one item. The other item, I was told was on back order. It was rescheduled and again no delivery. I tried calling the store and I could never get no one to help me so I had to one day drive to the store to cancel my order. That was several months ago and to this day, I am still waiting to get credit for my non-delivered back order item. I spoke to a manager at the Woodlands store who assured me he would contact the financing department so that the credit would be applied and the credit company tells me that they don't show any credit from the store. I have been going back and forth with both the store and the financing department for months ( far too long). I am starting to wonder if they just want to wear me out and hope that I go away and they keep the merchandise and my money. So buyer be ware of the way this company treats their customers after the sale.

We went to buy a mattress, adjustable frame and headboard on December 13th. We were told it would take awhile to get the headboard but that the frame and mattress would be delivered on the 23rd of December. I got emails, texts and phone calls telling me to clear the space for easy delivery and to confirm that we would be home to receive the frame and mattress. I paid a lot of money to this store and did everything they instructed me to do. The delivery men showed up with the mattress only. They said I should have been notified in advance that they did not have the frame. I was not. They assured me I’d be getting it the following day so as much as I didn’t want to sleep on my mattress on the floor, it was only for one night so we’d deal with it. I spoke to several people after this. Some said the warehouse had our frame and the delivery guys failed to load it and they would bring it to me ASAP. Others said they don’t have it and that other people bought it before we did and were being prioritized over us. No one asked me how they could make this better for me. No one has contacted me to apologize for this incredible inconvenience. I’ve had to reach out to them and demand they make it right and everyone tells me they can’t do anything about it outside of refunding my delivery fee and 5% back - all of which I had to demand and frankly I don’t think it’s enough compensation. They are being dishonest with me about what’s really going on which is the most upsetting. The story is different with every individual I speak to. We would have had no problem waiting until the store had it for us. The issue we have is that the store prompted us to prepare for a delivery they didn’t have for us, so we did what we were suppose to do, and they took our money, didn’t deliver on their promise, and don’t give a care about the position they put us in. We still don’t have our frame. I’ve been told we’d get it on 5 different dates at this point and have no clue what to believe. If you do buy from this store I strongly recommend confirming with them before you empty your space for the furniture that you will be getting what they say they’re bringing you. Been on hold with customer service for an hour and they just dropped my call. Worst customer care ever.

Worked with Kyle! He’s been there for 2 months and he was so nice. I actually went there previously and had a sales guy who was no help at all and he told me the sales sucked and wasn’t even worth it and wouldn’t even show me the furniture that had a sale price. So I left and came back another time and worked with Kyle and he found my pre-approval rate when the previous guy wouldn’t even do that and said I had to do it the day I wanted to actually pay! Kyle did it so I knew what my budget was before signing anything and I could take time to research. When it finally came time for me to buy I came in, asked for Kyle and he got me all setup no hassle! He was a previous flight attendant until covid hit so if you guys want to support and awesome dude who has a wife and child at home, go to Kyle! I’ll update once I receive my furniture.

We purchased a table, chairs, and buffet ($3000 + worth of furniture) on 11/8/20. On 12/12/20 we were told that all was in except the chairs which would arrive on 12/14/20. They offered a partial delivery on 12/14 but I decided to wait for the chairs. I scheduled delivery for 12/19/20. On 12/18 I called to verify delivery since I hadn’t heard from Ashley furniture. The representative said we weren’t on the delivery schedule!!! Really? I rescheduled delivery for today 12/24/20. We sat at home waiting and tracking the delivery truck. Around 11am The update said “ unable to start”. I called customer service to find that there was not a table base available so they couldn’t fulfill the order ???!!!! It would have been nice to call and inform us. Instead we had to call you. I was told The base wouldn’t be available until early February!!! I should have taken the partial delivery... never spending another dime with Ashley Furniture. Horrible customer service.

My fiancé and I had a great experience with Shawna. We were her first sale and she took care of us as if we were regulars. My fiancé loves the couch we bought and we are excited to get it into our home.

I worked with Saeed to find a good bedroom set for our new home. He was very helpful. I picked a very nice Cherrywood Sleighbed and two nightstands. The bed has drawers under it and the drawers are lined with cedar !!! I feel I got a good set for the bedroom and the price was good. Overall my experience with Saed was very good !!! I will most probably be back for a living room set also !!!

We showed up at closing time but the sales reps were still very helpful. We ended up purchasing a whole living room set, bed frame, and dining room table, all very reasonably priced.

I placed an order for a new bed, and after waiting a month, it was delivered a week ago with white glove delivery. I called within minutes after the delivery to explain the bed was not installed correctly. The CSR said she couldn’t turn the delivery person around, but she was able to schedule a repair person to come on Monday. The technician came on Monday and was unable to make the repair due to a manufacturer’s defect in the pieces. I am having no luck getting the defective pieces replaced, and when I finally spoke to a supervisor today - after being on hold for an hour - her line disconnected. Have been trying to reach someone since then to no avail. We have a brand new bed that we can’t use, and I cannot get in touch with anyone who can help me resolve this.

Took 3 to 4 months to get Furniture. Not every screw on Furniture was tight. Protection plan seems like a scam. They don't come right away to fix the Furniture. Currently waiting on replacement on a piece of furniture for 6 months now. Phone calls to the store just gives us the run around.

Staff was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. Best shopping experience. This has been my go to place for furniture since 2015.
