After spending over 10k here you would think this place would help you out. I have never been more upset with a sales representative than the one at the this location. I won’t say the name just because I have integrity and I hope it’s made right but we have had a coffee table missing parts, I paid for assembly and delivery, they never send someone to correct it just a set of bolts for me to do myself. I can live with that, what I can’t live with is, not receiving a bill for a third of my furniture. This location seems borderline fraud. The finance company finally called last Friday and we went over numbers and of course they didn’t ad up. The rug which we never got was still being charged to us. They can’t get anything right here. They take your commission and run. This made me do research on them and I of course found out it’s not uncommon of them to do this to people. Be better Ashley furniture. $13000 spend in your store and thrown to the wolves to try and solve a billing issue on my own.

Kyle was helpful and patient, answered all the important questions and the items are all set to arrive in 2 weeks time

My salesperson Zeena was an excellent guide at the Ashley showroom. After showing off their variety in mattress sets, side tables and end tables for the master bedroom, she got me to buy more than what I came in for that I didn't realize my home needed. I will be enjoying a more comfortable patio this summer thanks to her!
