'STOP! DON'T DO IT!! I wouldn't even give one star if I didn't have to. Besides the nice salesman Dan I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Ashley furniture store!! The quality of their furniture is TERRIBLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! My couch was delivered with two holes in it, rippling in the fabric AND a missing cushion! AS well as it was filthy dirty from the movers hands. I was told I had to file a CLAIM against my 5 year warranty!! I was like you have to be kidding me! . Let me get this straight you delivered my brand new furniture DAMAGED and I have to file a claim against my warranty plan that I purchased? And just so you know you don't talk to anyone you file it through text messaging via AI. SOMEONE was to get back with me in a few days and that was two weeks ago. I still have no cushion for my couch, have rippling in my brand new couch with two holes. SERIOUSLY go to rooms to go off of Katy Freeway where I purchased the rest of my furniture and ask for Marlone he's the BEST! THE furniture is way better and their customer service is 100!! Ashley is GARBAGE! HUGE REGRET. This is my very first negative review I've ever left BTW.But felt I needed to leave it to save others the headache and money from going through what I'm going through. OH! AND I WAS NOT TOLD THAT ONCE SOMETHING IS PURCHASED IT CAN NOT BE RETURNED! SO BEWARE! IF THEY DON'T FIX MY FURNITURE I'M STUCK WITH CRAPPY FURNITURE! UPDATE: My warranty claim was DENIED! SO I'M STUCK WITH DAMAGED FURNITURE. AGAIN, DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE! YOUR 5 YEAR WARRANTY PLAN IS THROUGH A 3RD PARTY COMPANY THAT YOU FILL THE PAPERWORK OUT ONLINE AND IT IMMEDIATELY COMES BACK AND SAYS WHETHER OR NOT YOUR CLAIM IS ACCEPTED OR DENIED. MINE WAS DENIED! SO THE RIPLLING IN THE FABRIC OF MY COUCH, THE STITCHING COMING APART ON SOFAS THAT ARE LESS THAN 3 WEEKS OLD I'M NOW STUCK WITH. THAT'S THE QUALITY OF ASHLEY FURNITURE AND WHAT THEY STAND BEHIND.

My experience started off good but went downhill. The sales person made it look like he was giving me a good deal with discounts but just tricked me and I fell for it. Then they delivered a dinning set with the table unsturdy and tilting and some of the chairs not properly put together. When I complained about the table the same day it was delivered I was told I had to trouble shoot it myself by fixing some screws underneath. I told them how can I fix something that was not properly put together in the first place. I had to wait almost two weeks for someone to come and take a look at the table, and when I told the technician about the chairs he said he couldn’t do it, I have to file a claim. I didn’t finance this dining set, I paid cash and just to have one issue after another. It’s a very painful experience I was even crying on the phone when I was explaining it to one of the reps. One thing for sure is I will not be going back for anything here.

Akeem was a great salesman, kind and helpful! I first bought furniture from Ashley during the pandemic when I moved to Houston and he was our salesperson as well. Thank you Ashley for the beautiful furniture at a great price!

Theresa, the General Manager, was totally unprofessional. When trying to speak with her about an incorrect furniture order, Theresa, repeatedly cut me off and began yelling at me, “I’m tired…I’m pregnant…I’m losing it!” Theresa yelled this several times…she was out of control. When asked the name of her boss or the regional director, Theresa refused to provide a name or contact number. While in the store. I had to contact the corporate office to rectify my problem. After speaking to corporate, I received a call from the regional director. The regional director was professional and courteous. The regional director apologized for my experience and fixed my issue over the phone while I stood in the showroom lobby. Nonetheless, my experience with Theresa was terrible…however, I wish her well with her pregnancy.

We got an outstanding customer service at Ashely, Sugarland. Cat explained the details of multiple bed mattresses in detail and we had no doubt in choosing the best. We got all the deliveries ahead of time and a big thanks to Cat. Recommend this store for all furniture needs. George Joseph
