The management was helpful when I visited on Thursday. I brought my husband on Monday to purchase living room furniture and a bunk bed for our lake house. Knowledgeable salesman that knew fabric care.

My sales person Samuel was extremely wonderful!! But my process kept me in the store for 4 hours. I knew what I wanted already, but I walked around for about 1 hour. The rest of the time was spent on the process. I was saddened and tired from the experience.

Both the salesperson and the manager work polite. They both were willing to help. They both blatant.Ly misled me with delivery date. They both let me believe and assured me. That my furniture would be delivered on the day I chose, which was over two weeks away. Later I received a call, wanted to schedule my delivery for a date.Other than the one they agreed to. I explained that that was the only date that was available to us, and we were assured by their employees.It would happen. The representative I was talking to said, nothing more and just place beyond, hold indefinitely. I'm not sure that I will ever do business with a place that will blatantly lie to you again.

I bought a decor cabinet some time ago from this store that is currently infested with wood-boring beetles. Turns out this has been a problem from the beginning but it took several trips by the exterminator to finally figure out the problem stemmed from this cabinet alone. I spent a total of $595.35 for this product and there's no hope for resolution. I am very disappointed because I loved this cabinet. I'm never buying from this store or company ever again and I will encourage everyone else I know not to do so either. Absolutely awful.

The sales person was knowledgeable and helped us make good quality selections and gave us strong discounts. The supposed white glove service was nothing like that at all. The bedroom set and bed were in stock and supposed to be delivered all on the same day last Saturday and all we received was a mattress. Apparently one of the nightstands got damaged during pulling from inventory and they decided without asking me to remove that from the delivery. Meanwhile, our entire bedroom was cleared out, expecting our new set, which was promised. No one bothered to call and ask us if we could do without the nightstand and except everything else which we gladly would have. I spent all of this week chasing down the remaining pieces. Now we have to rearrange our schedule and work to accommodate what they have available, not will be agreed to. Even more frustrating was having to ask ourselves person each day what the update was. Very dissatisfied with their level of completion in supporting this as a priority and consideration of our situation.

Only reason i put two stars is because the i purchased a mattress on sunday since i just move to a new home and salesman confirmed delivery would take 2 days and i got a call later saying delivery was gonna be on thursday. If i would’ve know i would’ve bought a mattress somewhere else. I needed it fast as possible

My experience started off good but went downhill. The sales person made it look like he was giving me a good deal with discounts but just tricked me and I fell for it. Then they delivered a dinning set with the table unsturdy and tilting and some of the chairs not properly put together. When I complained about the table the same day it was delivered I was told I had to trouble shoot it myself by fixing some screws underneath. I told them how can I fix something that was not properly put together in the first place. I had to wait almost two weeks for someone to come and take a look at the table, and when I told the technician about the chairs he said he couldn’t do it, I have to file a claim. I didn’t finance this dining set, I paid cash and just to have one issue after another. It’s a very painful experience I was even crying on the phone when I was explaining it to one of the reps. One thing for sure is I will not be going back for anything here.

Theresa, the General Manager, was totally unprofessional. When trying to speak with her about an incorrect furniture order, Theresa, repeatedly cut me off and began yelling at me, “I’m tired…I’m pregnant…I’m losing it!” Theresa yelled this several times…she was out of control. When asked the name of her boss or the regional director, Theresa refused to provide a name or contact number. While in the store. I had to contact the corporate office to rectify my problem. After speaking to corporate, I received a call from the regional director. The regional director was professional and courteous. The regional director apologized for my experience and fixed my issue over the phone while I stood in the showroom lobby. Nonetheless, my experience with Theresa was terrible…however, I wish her well with her pregnancy.

We got an outstanding customer service at Ashely, Sugarland. Cat explained the details of multiple bed mattresses in detail and we had no doubt in choosing the best. We got all the deliveries ahead of time and a big thanks to Cat. Recommend this store for all furniture needs. George Joseph

I called to check if the Ashley store in Sugar Land is still open because we had heard from some friends that the store had closed permanently. Also in the past, we had found that Google maps does not get updated regularly so we wanted to confirm before we made a visit to the store. A guy by the name of Akon picked the phone and was one of the rudest persons I have ever talked to especially taking calls for New orders. Instead of answering my questions, he asked me where do I see that the store was closed and why I am asking the same question again and again while I was merely expressing my surprise. Ashley should have some folks who are atleast courteous to take customer phone calls. Maybe he was having a bad day but he was unapologetically rude. If this is the attitude when I haven’t even bought anything, I wonder how they will behave when I have put in an order and paid for it too. Not going to Ashley’s again!!

They were very helpful. Pending delivery and set up. The couches I got I saw at a beach house I took a vacation in and absolutely loved them!!

Worst experience with the delivery. I have moved to a new house recently and bought all the furniture for living area, dining, bedrooms, home office, wine room(almost everything except patio) from Ashley. Firstly they delivered defective items and secondly they refuse to take it back as I accepted the product. I didn’t realize I signed a contract with all the ridiculous terms & conditions when the delivery guys asked me to sign. Customer service at Ashley is the worst of all. They have no ethics and respect for customers. I do not recommend this store especially if you are buying for a dream home. I had to go through so much of hassle yet got defective items! Never stepping inside this store again and I’ll not give their reference to any of my family & friends.

I have been a customer here and have previously purchased furniture without any issues. However, trying to return something is an absolute nightmare. Buyer beware—especially if your salesperson is Kyle. Do not trust the information he provides. We received a defective piece of furniture, and what should have been a straightforward return process turned into a 5-6 month ordeal that required us to move heaven and earth just to get it resolved. Instead of honoring a proper return, the store pushed us into an exchange, even though the item was clearly defective. Ashley Furniture’s return policy is either intentionally difficult or completely nonexistent. To make matters worse, Kyle was misleading about the process and then completely ignored my messages after the sale. The lack of accountability and customer service was shocking. Sugar Land is a great community, and local businesses should uphold honest practices. Unfortunately, this store does the opposite. If you’re considering shopping here, be extremely cautious—especially when it comes to their return policies and customer service.

I saw your ad on TV. Googled mattresses and after reading reviews saw one I wanted. Went to your store told the Salesman and he showed me one like the one I saw. The one I wanted needed to be ordered. No trying to upscale or add on. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. I found out his name when I read my receipt. My mattress will be delivered in a couple of weeks.

Great Customer Service Ahkeem !!

My mom and me went to look at a recliner for her. She wanted a chair that would be a good fit. She is a little height impaired and suffers from arthritis. We walked into Ashley store and were immediately welcomed by Kevin Bui. He was upbeat, friendly and courteous to us. We tried every chair in the store and she finally decided on one that would benefit her. Kevin saw how she struggled to get out of every chair and with his help he asked her if she would try a zero gravity type. She if course was a bit reluctant at first but between him and me we finally convinced her to at least try it out. Well, she really loved it. It would help her ease out of the chair and it was compatible with her. The remote featured an adjustable head and leg support that was easy to use. She decided to purchase this chair. YAY!! We finally 🙌 found something she liked immediately. I was tired of going from one store to the other. While walking towards the sales office area I caught a glimpse of several Sofa/Loveseat combos. I decided to check them out and try them all. I found one that Kevin explained was a very firm and well made option. I checked out every option including the Italian leather loveseat. Well, I chose the one that was the best fit for me. I decided to purchase it as well. It's nice to have a salesman like Kevin to help you and understand your needs. We were happy with our decision and purchased both of them on the spot. PS: All of my furnishings were purchased at Ashley's and I am happy with my choice. We even received a sales discount on our items as well. Valentine promotions?? Thank you Kevin and the Sugarland store location for a couple of happy customers 😀 😊 We are waiting patiently for our new furniture to be delivered in a few days.

My salesman was Mohammed Memon, I told him from the very start that I would like to walk around the store to see what they have or if they have what I want, And when I find it, I will come to him and let him know I'm ready to talk to him. I had an amazing experience today at Ashley Furniture in Sugar Land. Kyle helped me find the perfect bed and mattress to fit my needs. The whole checkout process went smoothly and I was grateful for the great financing option.

⚠️PROCEED WITH CAUTION!⚠️ I purchased table and chairs and after the delivery date being pushed back twice, the table finally arrived. After the delivery drivers set it up, I knew it wouldn’t be a good fit once my other furniture pieces arrived. I informed them and told them that I wanted to keep the chairs but not the table. They told me that they couldn’t take any furniture back unless it was approved. Once I inquired about the approval process, they gave me a number to call. I immediately called the number and the recording said they were closed for the day (7:30/7:45pm). I informed them of what the recording said and they insisted that they couldn’t seek approval elsewhere and that they wouldn’t be able to take the table back on the truck. They left by advising me to call the next morning. I couldn’t make them take the table and they left. The next morning after receiving the run around for over an hour, I finally spoke to someone that informed me that if the delivery wasn’t to my liking that I should have returned it with the delivery drivers and that since I didn’t there was nothing that I could do. Infuriated by the answer and discovering that the delivery drivers flat out lied to me and didn’t want to be bothered, I escalated this with store management and the customer care hotline, to no avail. They consistently denied the exchange. Never followed up when they said they would, misleading information, etc. After a week of calling emailing and escalating- NOTHING! So in short ⚠️PROCEED WITH CAUTION, when buying anything from Ashley furniture and make sure you will 200% like it and that it fits your space perfectly because they will lie to you, string you along, and not follow up only for you to find out that they aren’t willing to do anything about it. Once they have your money you are on your own. Going forward I would much rather spend the extra money at Star or Gallery Furniture where you know you are at least valued as a customer and treated as such!

If I could give a ZERO I would. This store in particular is so unprofessional and so unorganized. Aside of there delivery team being so rude and disrespectful and overall not happy for what they are suppose to do. Their customer service department is ridiculous and just horrible. WOULD NEVER BE BUYING HERE AGAIN oh and if you pay in cash your refund takes 4–6weeks with a CHECK. Which is so stupid!

We just left the Ashley store in Sugarland and purchased a recliner. We immediately felt welcomed and appreciated. We were assigned to Mr Gary Pfeiffer to assist us if he has excellent customer skills. He was very patient as we talked about space if it would fit. He and the store manager showed us a smaller version, but we settled on the original recliner. Gary and the store manager assured us that upon delivery, the chair would not fit we had options.Our delivery will be returned to Ashley, and we could get a smaller version. The choice will be ours. In other words, Ashley will see that we are happy with our purchase. Mr Gary Pfeiffer is an asset to the Ashley store in Sugarland because he cares about the customer not just to make a sale. Ashley’s online does not allow you to have a different delivery address than billing. This makes zero sense. How does one make purchases from your business as a multi-home owner or parents trying to help their children? So I called the local store and Teresa was amazing! She was able to find the deal I was looking for and process the order efficiently and accurately with delivery this week! Thank you Teresa!

I strongly advise against purchasing from Ashley Furniture. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. After buying a furniture set, I found it elsewhere for $3,000 less and decided to cancel my order. A sales rep from Ashley contacted me, asking me to reconsider, and we renegotiated a new price of $6,100, all-inclusive of taxes, delivery, and warranty, which I accepted. However, when I checked my statement, I saw they had charged me the original, much higher price. I immediately reached out, providing proof of our agreed-upon price with screenshots of my conversation with the sales rep, only to get the runaround for months. Finally, after much back-and-forth, I spoke with someone from accounting and received an email from the store confirming a refund would be issued. Despite this, they refused to honor the new price, and a full refund was not processed. I reported the issue to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), but Ashley Furniture refused to participate in arbitration, even with clear evidence. This ordeal has been ongoing for over two years, and I am now considering legal action due to their lack of accountability. This experience has been exhausting and frustrating, and I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase from Ashley Furniture to look elsewhere. This company does not stand by its promises, and the hassle isn’t worth it. Save yourself the stress and choose a more reliable retailer.

My fiancé and I went into Ashley’s to buy all brand new furniture over a month and a half ago as we just purchase a new house. Other than being followed everywhere by one of the associates, everything was fine. We paid for 7 items all upfront including delivery. We have countless confirmations all all furniture will be delivered that day. The day comes, we receive half the items. No communication from anyone, we communicate with and he was rude, told me not to call him, to only text “past 10am to not disrupt him” and they have no idea what happened and when our furniture will be in. Attempting to follow up with said associate, blocking all my calls and texts. Mind you this is all our bedroom furniture, we have no place to sleep. We call the store and it says the expected delivery date is September 10th, 3 weeks from our delivery date. Ashley’s made my exciting new furniture process into a nightmare. Horrible customer service and we have no idea where or when our pre bought furniture is being delivered.

I purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture about a month ago, and I was assured multiple times by the salesman that all of my items would be delivered on the specific date I requested. Since I had to take time off work to be home for the delivery, I made sure to confirm this with the salesman several times. On the day of delivery, I was shocked to find out from the delivery drivers—not the store—that not all of my furniture would be arriving. The drivers read off a list of items they were bringing in, which is how I indirectly learned that several pieces were missing. When I reached out to the salesman, he started responding, but only with vague promises that he would "look into it" without providing any real information. At one point, the automated system gave us a new delivery date, but when I asked him about it, he just said the date was wrong and didn’t clarify whether we would receive the furniture earlier or later. This lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, we’ve just moved into our new house and are currently sleeping on the floor because the bed we ordered still hasn’t been delivered. We relied on Ashley Furniture’s promise to have our furniture delivered on time, and now we’re left in a very uncomfortable situation. Although the furniture we have received so far is of good quality, the poor customer service and delivery experience have overshadowed everything. On top of all this, I paid $400 for their delivery service, which has been nothing but a hassle from start to finish. If you're considering buying furniture from Ashley, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE!!!

Don’t buy from this store and don’t buy insurance for your furniture with them either. I bought furniture from here before that got a stain, I called the warranty company out and they couldn’t get the Stain out so they refunded me for the couch but gave the money to Ashley furniture. I went there multiple times looking for furniture and asked the staff about my balance. They said it was all good and I have nothing to worry about, I finally decided on a couch I wanted and went in for the them to tell me they no longer saw the credit on my account and there was nothing they could do. Apparently the refund had an expiration date on it that neither the warranty company told me about or Ashley furniture. When I expressed how upset I was the manager told me that I should’ve read the fine print on the paper for a couch I bought 2 years ago and that there was nothing they could do. I called the insurance company and they stated that they gave Ashley the money and that it is up to Ashley to give me the refund back or not. Of course Ashley is going to pocket the money and not issue a refund. Never shopping here again. Scam artist, they won’t even try to make anything right and they won’t even admit wrong doing. If I didn’t care about it and I left the money to expire then fine but I kept calling and went the store multiple times To check in on it and make sure things were okay for this to happen.

Beware if you order via Ashley's website. I placed an order online for a desk for my daughter on a Sunday evening. The website gave me an error and said it could not process the order. So, I naively went to a different web browser, tried again, and then got the same message. I decided to wait and go into a physical store rather than try again. Well, about an hour later I got two email confirms that both orders were processed for the same items. I tried futility to cancel the orders online - that does not work. I never got a response, even a week later. So the next day, Monday, I called Ashley. I was on the phone for 45 minutes trying to cancel both orders - I was told it was too late because the orders had shipped. The representative told me to simply tell the driver to return the orders when the desks were delivered because my account had been noted. Well, turns out, I never got a tracking number until the next day; clearly the order did not ship when the representative said it did. What is more, the driver dropped the desks in my driveway at 10:19PM on Thursday night! I only found the desks the next morning. Now, I am paying return shipping for both of these items after again spending thirty minutes on the phone.

Very poor service. Order placed, delayed delivery. Managers refuse to return calls. I’ve purchased lots of furniture all over the city and every single one delivered within less than five days—some even the next day. Prices and service are less than par and they do not care to resolve a concern.

Recently visited this store to shop for a bedroom set and not a soul greeted me. There was 1 customer in the entire store with approximately 4 employees (that I could see). At 1st I thought it was because I was a young, black woman with gym clothes (I visited after my session) not sure but I found it to be very disrespectful. I even asked one of the men a question about the furniture and he said there were 100 on the floor and showed me nothing. Coming from NJ to Sugarland I am shocked and appalled. #nevergoingbackagain

From the time I walked in I was immediately helped. I asked for a couch I saw online and sadly wasn't on the show floor BUT they had a similar one I could sit on to try out. It was reasonably priced and the sales associate who helped me did a wonderful job with detailing exactly what I needed. I got an discount on delivery and on the couch as well. I ended up ordering the couch. He offered another great discount. If I found anything with a red sticker (art or rug or merchandise in the store) I would get 90% off. Immediately what caught my eye (or foot rather) was a matching rug! It was meant to be! I got the rug for a great deal to match my new couch! I am beyond excited! We met Travis he showed us through out the store and we found one set of living room furniture that we wanted and we got them on payment plan. Everything went smooth we got the delivery today part of it and the rest will be coming in next week, noeverything looks good everybody did did their job as well as they could.

My experience at Ashley Store in Sugar Land was very positive. From the time I entered the store until I left, everyone was very attentive. Gary did his best to try to accommodate my wants by the descriptions I gave him.- which often changed when I saw something I liked better. My shopping experience ended with a very satisfied customer.

Please be aware of the NO RETURN or EXCHANGES policy from this store, it’s apparently on the fine print, so please be careful before you sign anything. We bought $14k worth of furniture from this store and wanted to exchange $600 worth of items, and they wouldn’t budge. Service lines aren’t helpful either, you get put on a loop between the actual store and the customer service phone line on a loop. We bought other items from multiple other stores (CB, CB2, West Elm) and didn’t encounter a similar issue. Take your business elsewhere.

Terrible experience! Terrible furniture quality. Purchased the sofa set in march and as soon as the product was delivered there was a prominent loud creak in the sofa. The very next day I called my sales agent Felix at the Sugarland store where I let him hear the creaking sound over the phone. The sound was loud enough to be heard over the phone so clearly there was a manufactures defect. I was told to contact the warrant department which I did the same day. Warranty department said they will be sending a repair technician almost a month and half later on April 30th. Forward to today where technician Leonard came to inspect the sofa. Where he said the noise is there so just lifted the couch cushions and deemed that this is not repairable. He then proceeded to tell us that he couldn't do anything to repair this and he can't approve an exchange. I then contacted Akon(manager at Sugarland Ashley) and he said this is a manufactures defect and to contact the warranty department and speak to guest services to request a replacement. Upon speaking to guest services I was told the technicians report was received and accordingly to that there was nothing wrong with sofa and can't be replaced. I then requested Paula to connect me to a supervisor and I was told there was no supervisor available to help me with my request. I asked why there wasn't a supervisor and was told we only have 2 who are addressing other requests. Paula then said she will put in a request to have a supervisor reach out to be in 24 hours. Lastly, Paula said if we keep the sofa she can give me 30% off, but that is unacceptable. I just spent close to $3000 on a brand new couch which is CREAKING. The only reason why I went with Ashley furniture was because my sales agent told me the furniture quality is better than bell furniture. But now I can tell him how wrong he is. Previously I had bell furniture for 6 years and never faced this issue. Not only is the furniture quality poor but so is the customer service department and everyone I have spoken so this far. Terrible service, terrible quality, terrible resolution.

Here is my experience with Ashely . I had a purchase which went okay till the delivery day. Driver called Daniel came around 7;30 pm on April 23. I had told him not take the coffee table as it’s broken , but he mentioned that it’s totally fine as they will exchange it . Up on checking , he deliberately delivered a broken item while he and his colleague were talking and checking outside before they give it to me inside the house . I will share the video and picture later . Then I called customer service , which totally was rude and unprofessional ( Eva and Clair) whom failed to address the issue . False promise from the driver , unprofessional customer ( who hang the phone in customer ) Literally , it’s a day time robbery who all represent Ashely . No one want to take responsibility while pushing the claim one another . Finally the robotic customer service Still have the broken table in my house with no help. In the picture , The driver was checking the exact broken place and yet delivered it with a false information. I will never buy and recommend Ashely . I will shortly put the whole conversation and videos to the social Media as I can’t put it here.

The experience of purchasing a piece of furniture from Ashley was great but there was a small mix up with the delivery date . I got a great deal on the furniture I purchased.

unless you want to be on your back in the middle of the evening during dinner with your hands cramping putting together furniture your paid thousands of dollars for and even included the white glove delivery and install then dont shop here. if you want to pay 200 dollar for 60 dollar ikea chairs that you have to wait a week for then dont shop here. If you dont want pushy sales where you have to negotiate prices and wait for the sales guy to go back and forth and back and forth to fix mistakes then dont go here. If you want to pay a bunch of money for a fake wood ikea table that you even after white glove service, you still have to put together because they only partly do. And dont tell you, and wait for you to find out while eating dinner and almost breaking a table leg then by all means shop here. apparently the table was built for 4 bolds but they will only do three and not even tighten the three. thanks Ashley for ruining my family dinner with me on my back and dealing with arthritis after oayinf 4 thousand dollars. edit - chairs final arrived and the stained one when delivering and took one of my Clorox bleach wipes off my island with out asking and proceed to bleach non white fabric even better you cant get ahold of any live person and when you do you have to go through a text option. ruining thousand dollar furniture they are willing to offer 9 dollars to resolve the issue… wow. don’t plan to use warranties with them. its 100% official do not buy from them. edit - enjoy the saga - get to submit a claim and it was shortly followed with an email stating to respond because they feel it’s resolved. reply as they stated that nothing has been done and get an auto generated response telling me they don’t monitor this email.

The 5 stars is only for our salesman. He was polite and cooperative. We haven't had our furniture delivered yet so to give a more detailed and honest review about the furniture I will have to wait until after it is delivered.

worst furniture experience!!! we recently purchased a dining set from Ashley with high hopes we would get a good quality table. ABSOLUTELY NOT! the table started scrapping away not even 1 day after use! mind you the previous dining set we owned was purchased almost 10 years ago and was in perfect condition. We just wanted a change and went with something lighter and more modern. we have called and called and apparently even though we bought warranty... it will not be replaced. super disappointed do not buy from here

Staff was friendly, assisted us by showing us around to different products (Sofas and lounge furniture) that we were interested in Cat Soto helped us out directly and was great and made for a smooth purchase.

After mentioning to the sales guy 3x within a five minute period of him continuing to come back to us (no sarcasm) that we did not want any help and we would come and get him *if* we had any questions or wanted to buy something, he got even more aggressive and wouldn’t walk away and decided to make it even more uncomfortable acting like we owed him something for being in the store. We ended up leaving the store because the experience was so horrible and felt like he was a vulture unwilling to leave us alone. This is by far the worst furniture shopping experience we have ever had, and left immediately and will not consider buying from this store ever again. Terrible experience!

Over 5 years ago we purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture. On our dinning set we were offered Montage Insurance with a promise of "don't use it ,don't lose it" which meant we would get store credit in the amount that was paid for the ins. We tried to used OUR credit a couple of days ago and Kevin gave us the run around making all types of excuses not to issue it. Went to the katy location and had no issues there.

Terrible company altogether

I wish I read these reviews before we bought furnitures in this store as the returns policy was the worst, in short "noreturns" 🙄 So we moved to our new house in december and bought living room sofas and bedroom set. Our experience in store was ok. Everything went by fast by the time we stepped in the store to checking out. The sales reps gave very good discounts prolly because its almost the end of the month and its holiday. So, the reason i am giving 1 star is first, when our sofas were delivered ( we ordered two), one was ripped off. It's a leather sofa with heated massage and power recliner. They immediately dis assembled it and took it back. And then for the bedroom, they delivered the wrong model of bed (head and footboard) so upon noticing it, immediately notified them so they had to disassemvle again. So this mistakes were marked as returns/exchange ok our side even tho it wasn't our fault. After a week they delivered the other sofa. And then another week after, the head/footboard. Good thing our mattress was correct and the reclining base. So here's the other prob. When we are in store, the sales rep told us that the reclining base will be compatible with the bed frame we wanted so we bought it. The bed has the drawers. So now when the right headfootboard was delivered, there's a huge gap between our mattress with base and the bedframe 😳 and this was not emphasized when we went furniture shopping. Annnnnd there's no returns! We are willing to have store credit just so we can return the reclining base and also to keep the bed frame (head foot board) but to no avail. They just said they couldnt do anything about it cuz all sales final. We spent more than $10k for all those 😑 what a way to start the year with them..

The experience that I had at this location while working with Zachariah was "above excellence." I can also add that if you go to this store, you must ask for Zachariah so that you can have the type of experience that I had. He is a tremendous asset to Ashley Furniture!

Mohammad and atif were great. They help us finalize our bedroom set. And also stayed almost an hour after closing time to finish paperwork. I would recommend this store for all furniture needs.

I have never had bad customer services as this store, they delivered the dining table for us and then I submitted a claim requesting a service because its not stable!!!! Called many times, they scheduled a service, I called the same day of the service because they didn't show up, I have been told that the appointment wasn't completed!!!! They scheduled me for another day and still they didn't show up or even call to let us know whats going on, I called and someone told me you have to pay for the service because its a special sell and there will be no warranty ( shouldn't be 1 year for s manufacturer problem?) no one told me about that when I bought it, please be aware and check your furniture same time of delivery.

I ordered a bedroom set and mattress online. It later occurred to me I probably need a foundation/ box spring. I called Sugarland Ashley’s and spoke with Zachariah. Zachariah was professional, kind and hugely helpful. My entire buying experience was easy and pleasant and also important, the cost of my bedroom set and foundation is very reasonable.

I purchased an L shape sofa , paid it with credit card at the store. Manager has told me 2/3 of the items will be delivered at 6th of December and they will contact with me before the delivery. Store manager told me Last piece will be delivered on 12 of December. On December 5th I called the customer service to ask about my delivery and they told me they don’t have my items available and they will be delivered on 12th of December . So basically manager lied to me about delivery date even when I told him I have no couch to sit on. Very bad and dishonest trading. I cancelled my order and waiting on my refund.

Please read all the reviews of people dealing with returns and mistakes. My experience has been the same. We came in to buy a kitchen table for the holidays and we wanted something in stock. We quickly found what we wanted and scheduled pickup the following Sunday. The wrong table was ordered by our rep, and after getting home with it to assemble, we discovered the mistake. We quickly revised the table and reached out for an exchange. After several call over the past week, we still haven’t received approval for the new table. There’s no way to reach the store manager by phone, and it looks like we will have to go back to the store to figure out the return process. It seems once they have you’re money, all the courtesy goes out the window.

I never received the information for them to come out and Fix my Recliner after owning it 2 1/2 years They were suppose to send it to my Email and I never received it plus I should have been informed that it was a recall on those Recliners I found out by default of trying to get them to fix the Recliner that don't Recline Not happy I just may purchase Some Recliner elsewhere.

We love the couch we bought a year ago! We also paid $500 for a 5 year warranty. They refuse to come service the couch and when we go in for a refund the manager Sayed explains they are unable to refund the money for five years. Love your product but your customer service will prevent future Buisness from us!

While I like the bed we purchased, the WARRANTY department SUCKS. We have had to reschedule 3 times because of their delays in repairing. Know that what you get will not come with a decent warranty. Bad service so buyer beware.

Great looking store. Not many options compared to the online. it is a decent place to see the quality and materials if you are interested in buying from Ashley furniture.

We had a good experience at the store with the sales associate, and received a good price, we did ask the associate how easy it is to move the furniture, his response was, incredibly easy and mentioned how they can be moved without much effort. However, that's where things changed drastically, the delivery happened yesterday and low and behold as the delivery company were bringing in the furniture they scratched our brand new floors, we asked the team how did they happen? They mentioned that there is no protection for the furniture on the base of the furniture, and not even any felt pads or any level of protection is included, with the only exception of dining chairs, we obviously have filed a claim with the company and are awaiting to see what happens next. Update: Ashley has advised us the responsibility is on the delivery company, they have 2-3 days to respond back to the issue, further to come.

The worst experience I have ever had buying furniture for my house. At Ahely Funiture I bought a bedroom set, it arrived damaged, I called customer service, terrible attitude, I called Mohammed and he told me that I didn't have to accept it (know was my problem), now let's see how long it will take to repair it, I have been waiting for more than 2 months almost 3. Save your money, buy somewhere else!

Stay away from this store! My original review when I purchased my furniture was with my experience with customer service from the salesman which was fine. The terror began when my furniture was delivered. The color was way off! I try addressing the issue with customer service but it’s pretty useless since they give you the run around about how they can’t do anything about it. How am I suppose to know what color is suppose to be delivered if there is nothing on the receipt where it states what color you are delivering. Also the delivery people refused to take the couch back. I went to the store to try to solve my issue but the manager is just plain rude, he stated that the store has nothing to with it the order once it’s delivered. That’s not the only problem I have with this store. I also purchased a mattress on the same order only for it to get pushed back on the delivery dates. I decided to cancel the order but he refused to do so and started to talk down on me about how I was financing my furniture. What does that have to do anything with my order!!!!! I told him again to cancel my order and he then said it’s canceled. Weeks have passed by and there’s no cancellation. It has been a nightmare cancelling this order and getting my money back. Yes I partially paid cash for this order as well. Please save yourself from a stressful situation and go somewhere else!

I will never purchase from here again. They up sale you on a gbs protection plan you would never be able to use!!! When I say never I wish I would have looked at the reviews. Spent 4k on a sectional that I can never get cleaned because of the hidden details and miscommunication on how to file a claim for stains. I would have been a returning customer but never after this terrible experience .

Ashley has always been our go to store for furniture. They carry great inventory and their catalog is inclusive of all styles. Our most recent visit was to inquire about mattresses, TempraPedic in particular. After having got several quotes from Mattress Firm and Sleep number we decided to go to Ashley. We settled on making the purchase from Ashley for 2 reasons: 1. Product Demo: Kyle(Sales Consultant) gave us a detailed demo of the different types and helped us make the right decision and even discouraged us from spending extra money on fancy features. 2. Product Warranty and Customer Service: mattress is backed by 20 yrs warranty and the Ashley provides additional warranty for the Smart base for $349. Kyle even helped us save close to $3000 dollars. The sales man was excellent. The purchasing process was disheartening! We ended up walking away with only considerations to return and only due to the salesman valued attempts to correct the situation. Come on the card has the Ashely logo!

We purchased a sofa sectional at Ashley Furniture in Sugarland, TX and it's sagging and worn after only a few days. I went back to the store to resolved the issue and spoke to Calvin the manager and was told he couldn't do anything about it and to contact GRT. I spoke with GRT several times and GRT told us they would call back but never did call back or email to follow up. Service techs came out twice without a resolution. The wrong size cushions were brought to my house as if that would be of satisfactory. Customer service has been giving us the runaround for approximately 3 1/2 months. We called customer service today and was put on hold and no one ever came back 4 times. Finally after the 5th call I got a decent representation that tried to help but esentionally I was given the runaround again to contact the technicians that's already has been to my home twice. I was told I needed to talk a technician before it could be escalated. GRT has the worst customer service and is very unprofessional. I'm so disappointed with the quality of the furniture and the company. We've only sat on one side of the couch to show you on the pics below that the quality is below standard and it's not what was presented to me at the store when I purchase the sofa sectional. A sofa shouldn't be wrinkled and sagging after only 3 days. I want my sofa sectional replaced or a full refund.

Ashley has a terrible return policy. Paid for expensive foundations for bed and was told I couldn’t return. Not even if I paid any return delivery fee and stocking fee.. now we are stuck with two king boxes we don’t need. Way to take you customers money over taking care of them.

Absolute worst buying experience ever. Delivered the wrong bed 2X and then only 1 piece of our 2 piece couch order. There is no way to check status on your order as no one answers the phone, or it answers and then hangs up on you. Their system is down and you can't get an answer about anything. I would go somewhere else.

Ordered a bed frame that was on back order. Was told by the sales rep it would be delivered by May 24th, then it got oushed back to June 17th. So I am now sleeping on the ground. They also told me the delivery fee would be $420, but it ended up being close to $600 because they had to make two trips.

I walked extremely happy and feeling accomplished. Pocket was not too hard hit given the volume of purchase and that was the icing on the cake. Since our couch was not displayed in the store, and in order to help us decide on our purchase, he located a sofa made of the same material and firmness that was on display and told us to inspect it to make sure we liked it. Wasn’t the best experience. I had to call 4 different times just to get someone to help me. It’s almost as if they thought answering the phone was a waste of time. I was even placed on hold for what felt like 10 minutes and then hung up on. Finally on the 4th call the manager answered and assisted me with my purchase.

We purchased a bunk bed for the kids and the style was completely different from the one we saw at the store , plus the wood came with little details and came with missing screws , also the customer service m, everything was going excellent but as soon as we denied to purchase the protection plan everything just chance their at titeas horrible

We went to one of well know furniture store of another brand but when we compared the prices your price were higher & their delivery charges are appropriately 100$ whereas yours is more in this matter. Kindly work on prices so it will be better for customers like me who can make our next purchase from your store.

One of the worst experiences that I ever had: - Went two times to pick the order according to the appointments I got but not ready. - Hard to get actual confirmation on delivery - Costumer service has no services for costumers and mostly get complicated and negative responses - Finally and more importantly you can not return or change any thing and you just stuck with what you get. I personally prefer to pay even 30% more rather than get any deal from such company.

This has been one of the worst experience that I have had buying furniture, the delivery forgot an item and when I called to ask about it they made me feel like it was my fault. It’s been 2 weeks since the delivery and they still can’t tell me if my missing item has been shipped. I asked to speak to a manager on the day of delivery and was told that I would receive a call back from them but never did. I’m very disappointed and can’t believe that a business like this would treat their customers this way

Horrible, horrible experience! I ordered a dining set, sofa and bedroom set and I was assured it would be delivered in November 2022 because everything was “in stock”. Fast forward months later my delivery dates have all been pushed back 5 times and now it is indefinite! It’s absolutely ridiculous to have spent thousands of dollars based on empty assurances (lies). Today (December 21st) they tried to deliver part of the order and by that I mean 4 out of 6 dining chairs with no table! It’s laughable! Now I’m a few days away from Christmas with family flying in and nowhere to have a sit down Christmas dinner! The customer service reps can’t tell me when to expect the furniture nor can the delivery dispatch staff and they can’t expedite delivery, the store sales reps won’t pick up the phone so I’m out of luck! Don’t be like me and be fooled by the big store name, flashy ads and empty sales promises/lies, especially if you expect customer service, you’ll regret it!

Terrible use car salesman store. We bought a couch from them in August for a rental property and we told them delivery had to be flexible pending the opening of the resort. Muhamed said they’d hold it until we ok’d delivery. Turns out they did not. Couch was sold. We could wait for another, but that could be months again. Go to GF. Pay more but get more too.

We ordered a living room set on September first week from Ashley. We were told that we will receive it atleast by November 1st week. It's a brand new house and we planned for a party and invited all our friends from different states. The staff gave us a confirmation on our first visit. We were confused as when I called the customer service they told I will get the furniture only by November end or December. As soon as I heard this, I drove 2hours from my place on a Saturday of October first second week to the store to confirm and the staff " Mr Afsal" gave us fake promises that he will make sure that we get the furniture by November 1st week. We trusted Ashley on this and got back home. Total of a 4 hours drive. After reaching home I again called a Ashely customer care to know what's the update on the website and they repeated the same thing "November end or December ". I tried calling several times and the staff hung up on me. RIDICULOUS. I drove 2 hours again to the store on Sunday and they made us wait for 30 - 40 mints and this man tried giving us fake promise AGAIN. My party was supposed to be on November 7 and all my friends had booked their tickets. I for sure wouldn't want my main living room empty without a couch. I CANCELED MY ORDER THAT DAY AND called Ashley to complain against this ISSUE and they haven't responded back. If ever I had known it would take so long I would have ordered from STAR FURNITURE as they offered to give me within the assured time. This is not acceptable. We trusted Ashley . We no more trust Ashley and won't recommend trusting any staff specially the one I mentioned above. Horrible experience. I wish someone responses to this issue.

The worst experience I ever had. Total mess, once you make a deal and get partial order delivered you are on the hock for cost as they offer no return. Agents and managers lied to me few times as they promised delivery date more than three times. Every week or so the push the delivery data for remaining items further out. Customer service is a disaster, never seen such a horrible service before, spoke to 5 agents over the phone and every single agent told me totally different story than others. Got to file a complaint to BBB.

Nice furniture on time delivery thanks

Placed order on Aug 21, 2022 at Houston Texas 77064 branch. The sales person informed us that the product will be delivered within 2 weeks times and if not deliver then they will give discounts but even after 4 weeks no sign of delivery of the product and no discount received. If one wants to cancel the furniture one can't do it because the price of the product mentioned in the invoice and the customer care are different so one will lose amount of $200-400 + they will not give refund of delivery charge and taxes. If the salesperson told us upfront that delivery will take up to 16 weeks' time, then we would not buy furniture from them. If they have disclosed full fact then one can take informed decision which was not done by them.

The customer Rep was very good, and helpful. Christopher was his name and he really helped me make some decisions. Good job!

Expensive and do not carry style stock for what we were looking for

Buyers Beware!!! Do not purchase their protection plan! It is always something with Ashley Furniture and the way that they handle business. It’s always shady!!! I have a Montage protection plan that I bought for $500 in 2016. It states on the certificate that “if you never have to report a claim with Montage within 5 years from the date of delivery, Ashley Furniture HomeStore will issue a store credit in the amount you paid for the program before taxes.” There isn’t a date of maturity or any time limit indicated anywhere!!!! We went to the Ashley Store to get our $500 so that we could purchase other home items for our new home and we were told that it would not be honored because there’s an expiration date. What expiration date??!!!! I have a “Worry Free - Certificate” with no expiration date on it. Nothing else was given with an expiration date on it!! They offered to submit the request through, but we were told that LOTS OF OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE COME TO RECEIVE THEIR REFUND ON THIS PROTECTION PLAN, BUT 99.9% ARE DENIED THE REFUNDS!!! THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! I have tried to give Ashley Furniture chance after chance, but I always have to fight to make a business transaction right. I will NEVER shop here again and I will make sure to put this review everywhere that I possibly can because this is totally unethical.

The only reason I'm even giving them a star is cus I don't know if Google publishes reviews with no stars. So I ordered a dining set 10 months ago. I received the table but not the chairs. And this is not the worst part. Now I'm ok with waiting a bit longer. But I receive about 5 automated calls and texts every few days asking me to schedule delivery and then again to confirm the delivery and then again to reconfirm it. Then when I call them back they say that the item is not in the warehouse for delivery. So not only do they not deliver your furniture in less than a year, they also spam you. It's a completely broken supply chain system.

*DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY HOME FURNITURE - You will be DISSAPOINTED with the level of service!!!* My husband and I purchased an item in store on 7/22 because the sales associate, Kyle Cunningham said "the item is in stock" (the reason why we moved forward with the purchase) and was given a schedule delivery date of 7/28. Needless to say, this was far from the truth! We are right at a month and Ashley has no idea when the item will be delivered, although they have given delivery dates three times, and each time they have given bogus delivery dates. The last date provided is for 8/23, and when I called today (8/20) I was told the items is STILL NOT IN STOCK. This is upsetting because we were FLAT OUT LIED TO by the sales associate Kyle that the item is in stock and because WE KEEP GETTING LIED TO about the delivery date. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - Ashley just lost a loyal customer!!!

Been waiting 3 months for our sofa and 2 chairs everytime it’s an excuse and a new date that never comes. At this point we want our money back. We have over $7000 in credit from them and can’t use it because we are afraid to order anything else from them. Don’t waste your time

It’s better to shop from this store if you’re expecting the delivery by 2-3 months. Sales people are just giving promises which are never kept. Once you sign the sale agreement you are trapped with their customer service who just apologies for the delivery delay. Delivery charges are too HIGH. Only positive thing is a sleeping expert in this shop. Never will recommend. Still am waiting for tempur pedic mattress after 4-6weeks Please don’t buy protection plan, as it is waste of $199. Check in the market if anyone had any success with this plan. I got below response: Based on the Terms and Conditions of your Protection Plan and all relevant documentation received, the damages that you are reporting are non-warranted.

I was promised delivery for my dining table in March 2022 and now it's almost end of August and I haven't received it

Quite simply the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Good luck ever getting through to the store. You can call hundreds of times before getting someone to pick up the phone. Even the customer service extension, you’ll just be on hold forever. Buy online, avoid the store

By far the worst experience I've ever had. We purchased an entire living room set and bedroom set early June. At the time of purchase there were a couple items that weren't in stock but they said they'd have them in 3 weeks. They've now pushed back the delivery date for the bedroom set 6 times! At this point my 90 day trial period of the mattress is about to expire and I haven't even been able to use it yet. Every time they promise up and down that it will be here on the next date they give us. Then when it doesn't show, we call, and they just give us another date. At this point I'm reasonably certain they're just making up these dates and they're not based on any sort of actual logistics. They say that they do their own manufacturing and transportation. How do you not know when things will be made and shipped? Are you not allowed to pick up the phone and call someone in your own company? The living room table set was discontinued 2 months after we purchased it, but before they could even deliver it to us. Ashley says they manufacture their own products, but apparently their manufacturing department just randomly decides what to stop making and doesn't base it on any kind of open sales orders. At this point, 2 1/2 months after purchase, I've only received about 20% of my order and most of that is only because I was ok receiving the floor model.

I ordered my furniture on first week july. and the sales man atif promised us that our furniture will be here in the first week of August we still didn’t get it and now they are telling us we will Receive it in November. I bought furniture for more than 10K usd and I was given delivery date 1st August. They delayed our furniture for months. Do not take Atif as your salesman. He lies and talk stuff to just make you fool.

Customer service is crazy these days. Buying process we seemless. However delivery was a headache. I bought dinning set in November and was given estimated delivery for Jan. Did not receive my furniture until April. I ordered 8 chairs only 6 was delivered. I had no information on the other two. Then finally two weeks ago I got a text stating that I need schedule my delivery. For two weeks I have called Ashley furniture trying to schedule a delivery. Everytime, I speak to someone the story is always different. Finally spoke to someone that scheduled for today after several hang ups and long wait. Very next day I got a text to schedulemy delivery. Called then CSR said they moved my date to the 9th. Then when I requested to speak supervisor she said they don't have a supervisor available. I should take the 9th or she can cancel my order if I would like .when I tried to insist there should be a team leader at least ...she hung up on me. Never again would I order from this furniture place. I know they are a big company and don't care one customer but if they continue at this rate, they would loose a lot of customers.

I have no Idea where to start. I'm sorry I bought furniture from them. The service was horrible. When we went in to buy the furniture it was wonderful. They never explained about the items I purchased not being in stock and would have to wait till whenever to get the furniture. The salesperson that helped me acted like he cared until the furniture got delivered. 2 days after delivery the back of furniture came apart I sent a picture to the rep, he acted concerned few weeks later we went to the store to see if something can be done I was told to call the repair number, texted them which was what I was suggested to do. So we texted, called back and found out nothing was done, and hard to start the whole process again. The rep was rude. Said I had to wait for parts to be delivered, call back and set time up for the person to come out to fix it. as of today nothing, no parts. I texted my rep last week he acted like he cared, which was a ploy to get me to leave him alone. Have not heard from him. All they want is money, customer service sucks. I am so angry going Togo another direction

I will never buy anything from this store again. I am very disappointed with their service, I paid $5000 for my bed frame and electric sofa a month ago, and it arrived today. One part of the electric sofa was not working. The delivery staff was very eager to call the customer service before I try the sofa and let me confirm that my order was completed and that there was no problem with the item. The sofa and bed were not even set up at the time. They left in a hurry, and then I found a part of my loveseat couldn't move, so I started to call customer service, waited a long time before someone answered the phone, I repeated my name, phone number, and order number twice and the problem I'm having. The customer service was probably watching TV (because I heard TV sound) and asked me if something was not delivered. I'm really wondering if Ashley's customer service doesn't listen to what the customer is saying at all. I have clearly said that a part of my sofa not work . Then I tried to ask for the person's name and the person interrupted me very rudely and hung up the phone. I tried to keep calling, but I couldn't get through to customer service again. This is the worst furniture buying experience I've ever had. I will never visit this store again.

We bought a dining room table on May 1st, and paid cash. Here it is July 16th and we still don't have the chairs and now when we call the 800 number they say they can't find the order and to call the store, which is currently closed. This has been the worst furniture buying experience we've ever had. The salesman sure made it seem like everything would certainly be there by X day. It's been extended 3x. If they don't tell us it will be here within 3 days of today I'll be going and demanding a refund. I don't see how they can deny it since they've been unable to fulfill their end of the deal.

We had the worst experience with your company. I will never order from Ashley again. I placed an order in December. Some of the furniture was delivered in April and the remainder in July. The table was delivered with no hardware to set up the table so they place it against the wall with scratch on it. The guys that delivered the furniture said he forgot to check the warehouse for the hardware before leaving. Two of the chairs were also missing that I ordered for the dining table. They finally delivered the chairs last week and left them in the original box on the floor and didn’t set up table. I’ve talked to several people and no one is able to get someone out to set up the table and chairs. This is so exhausting. I paid for delivery and set up. If I could give you zero stars, I would. 😏

3 months later and still lacking the completed delivery. No real timeline provided to reconcile my purchase. Very disappointed with the experience and lack of customer support to actually resolve the issues.

The delivery was great. I received text messages about the time of delivery and it was on point. The men were friendly and set up was superb. This is the best company to buy and get a delivery from. I love them.

In June of 2022 we purchased 11 items of furniture, Tempur-Pedic mattress bed bases. We were told by the sales associate that the furniture would not be ready to deliver until mid-September which was fine as we were closing on the house in September and if the furniture by chance would come in earlier, all we needed to do was tell the caller to hold the furniture and they would. Then when we were ready, call the customer service number to have the held furniture delivered. Unfortunately, what we were told and what happened were two different things leading me to conclude Ashley Furniture is not a reputable company. In early August we got a call that the furniture was available for delivery. I did as the sales associate recommended. I said we were not ready to accept delivery and scheduled the delivery for September 15th as we were closing on the house on September 13th. Turned out, none of this was true and my furniture didn’t get delivered on the 16th. On the 20th the bedroom set was finally delivered. Ashley tried to get me to accept partial delivery of the remaining furniture. Imagine my surprise to find that two of the sectional pieces were discontinued so if I accepted delivery on the two available pieces, I would never have a whole sectional. Lastly, I spent five hours today trying to resolve a billing error of over $1,000.00. It took talking to at least 7 different people at Ashley (at least one lie told), using three different phone numbers, one person at the protection plan company, and another associate at the finance company. Based upon my experience with Ashley’s, I will never do business with that company again and I recommend no one do business with them as it’s not worth the headache. If you work, you don’t have time to deal with this nonsense.

We purchased a dining room table and chairs also a huge TV stand that didn't last long. The first year the table has raised bumps in the center where it slides open to put the extender table and guess what when we called about it there was nothing they could do about it. Then we moved to a new hom3 and moved the TV stand it is soooooo flimsy it's ridiculous! It's plywood. So the legs broke! And we paid a couple thousand for both pieces of furniture I'm soooo beyond upset. I'll post pics when we are done moving but it very upsetting that we spent so much on furniture that didn't last a year

Unfortunately 1 star is the least you can go. I will never order from them again, they have the worst customer service in store, online, and over the phone. I was put on hold numerous times with no call back and no resolution. I will escalate to corporate, this is unacceptable!

Worst customer service and delivery schedule

Calvin was both friendly and good to work with. Felt like he was genuinely trying to help us get something we needed rather than just trying to sell something to get inventory out the door. Pricey products overall, but you can get good deals and price match at times.

I placed my order a week ago. Was promised delivery date on 31rst . Don't have my order. Missing a part from sofa. Can't track anyone at store. Been given a run around. After putting so much money, the service and response is horrible. I have been trying to call the store, customer service with no resort. Don't go by their word on shippin in time , and even taking care or your order the right way. They are a fraud company and trying to only lure you in to make a undelivered sale. I have been told reviews make no difference to us as a company. I guess they need better people. Don't order from this store.

Also called to have order canceled they said it would take 14 business days to get my money back and on top of all the lies they charged me a delivery fee. Don’t buy here go somewhere else I’m saving you the headache.

When I entered Ashley Furniture store, there were three associates, two standing with a smile and the other one slump over on a chair who snared me. The female snared me the entire time while I was giving the details of the item I was looking to purchase to the kind associate name Felix. I thanked Felix who assisted me with my purchase. I reported the female to Felix detailing the female associate did not want to assist me and that is why her face expression reflected "no" to help. My experience happened at the Sugar Land Home Store. First impression is always the last impression.

What does it say about a company where the store manager fails to return a phone call? The receptionist Gwen, with whom I've spoken to many times and very nice, took down all my information and the nature of my call and would pass the information to Syed, the manager. She told me to call back when he's there and would make sure he knows why I was calling. I called and surprise, "he's with a customer" and would call back, that was a week and half ago and still waiting for that call. I've been waiting for a replacement dining table and chairs.

I bought my furniture from Ashley in Sugar Land around February of 2021, literally a day before the freeze we had in Texas. It was already going to take 6-8 weeks to have everything delivered, but ended up getting delayed even further. My sales associate promised multiple discounts of which he showed me on his screen and luckily I took the pictures of on my phone. They said once all my pieces come in I will see that balance change and reflect to the discounted price. THIS STILL HAS NOT HAPPENED YET (though I have asked to get this taken care of multiple times)!!!! The worst part is my gliders on the bedroom set are mostly all messed up and I requested a ticket be opened which it was (before my one year warranty). The technician came to my house to inspect that and spoke barely any English, but called his boss and told me I will have to call and get gliders ordered on all my furniture pieces for my bedroom set drawers. So on 05/04/2022 I called and they said my ticket has been closed because the technician said everything seemed fine. They said the ticket cannot be reopened because the technician said it looks fine and they go by his word, when he told me something totally different. I went to the store and tried speaking to the Manager and I have not heard back yet. It has been a freaking year since I purchased this furniture and my problems have only gotten worse with Ashley and their bad customer service, not any better. Now I am stuck with two side tables with broken gliders and god knows if these will even ever get fixed. I am not asking for anything extra. All I wanted was for Ashley to fix what they delivered to me that was messed up and to honor the discounts they said they would WHICH NEITHER HAVE BEEN DONE. Had I known this was the case with Ashley I would have purchased my furniture pieces from another store honestly. Before Ashley bought out Finger Furniture, Finger used to have the best customer service and warranty and never gave issues. Lastly, I even have an extended warranty on my furniture but like always the gliders are not covered under extended warranty. Freaking Ridiculous!!!

Cat was excellent. He listened to my needs, wasn’t pushy at all and pieced together an excellent couch option for me. I went to four places and it was by far the most comfortable couch out of them all. Great selections to choose from and so happy to only have to wait a week when others are taking months to deliver.

My best experience is so far after moving to Houston, is with Ashley Furniture Store Sugarland TX. My old house & this new one. Everything is ordered through them. Most classy, elegant, stylish, modern and unique furniture is always by Ashley Homestore. Now (Teresa Dieter Sugar Land TX) is excellent, amazing, superb & too awesome interior designer & sales person & manager. Real Artist. She helped me so much. Without her, I couldn’t make any decision. I was so nervous. I made many changes because of availability issues. She stayed professional, calm & so helpful. Prompt reply. She truly loves what she does. She has an eye when it comes to decorating the master bedroom or living room or any room. Her suggestions & advise is best. Everyone should take advantage of her experience. And when it comes to customer service she gets more than 10/10. No matter how much I praise her skills, efficiency, knowledge, kindness, professionalism, & customer service it will be less. Gem of a person. Don’t EVER purchase from this company I paid my furniture in full and they promised my delivery date for a bed set to be on march 23 and guess what??? I just got a headboard the rest will be in “sometime mid April” and my dresser was supposed to get replaced today since it arrived damaged so I called and they said it’ll be in “sometime early April” the absolute worst company ever. They don’t even bother to call you to update the delivery time.. would not recommend to anyone although they have beautiful furniture they will promise you one thing and give you a headache!

We placed an order in December and were told delivery around 6-12 weeks. Come February they said our was delayed but hey would separate our order so we'd receive by early March, went back mid March then we were told something went wrong and now would be March 22nd but they'd split our order( because it wasn't done last time they said they did it) and manager would call us on a Tuesday, waited a week after they said they call us so went back in and we're bieng told they will separate our order to get our table... for the 3rd time bieng told this... we are EXTREMELY disappointed and wish we never spent money at this place and once we get our furniture we WILL NOT be recommending anyone to buy from here.

Ordered a sectional with warranty! This company is a scam don’t buy warranty. They literally bounce you around for repairs and no one will take ownership to repair my couches. This sales person named Chris newton sold me the couch lying about replacing it if it stains or has a lot of pet fur. Well such a lie that I can’t even file a claim with either companies manufacture or the extended protection we paid for. Do not buy anything from this store because they just scammers

Had a great experience today with Brandon. We went in looking for two recliners and we were not bombarded or pushed or felt stressed during any portion of our transaction. Other than the delivery date being pushed out two months, the experience was painless.

Beware of the sales people and their finance department! I was told by the sales guy that the purchase will be 12 month no interest. When we finalized the transaction, finance guy did not mention that the terms had changed and that it would now be only for 6 months. I was in the process of moving and did not check the bills for a few month, and guess what, I have accrued interest in hundreds of $$, with an interest rate of "Only" 30% with a credit score of 800+. Not a trustworthy Brand.

It took them a month to deliver a floor model NOT A SPECIAL ORDER and when delivered, the future found to be uncomfortable! The store wouldn’t exchange only after 3 weeks although the chair was not being used at all. They could not stand behind their products as an American business should do! My family will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO THIS FURNITURE STORE!

Very unprofessional staff both at store and costumer service on 1-800 number! They will take a good care of you as you walk in, BUT once you pay for everything YOU ARE ON YOUR ON!!! No one seen to care once you pay for purchase! First time I when to store to complain about my order SALESMAN recognize us, and just walk away. Didn’t bother to ask what was going on. Would not recommend ASHLEY STORES!! I personally WILL NEVER COME BACK!

Worst experience EVER! Wrong item ordered and delivered and second delivery was delivered outside of window and I was told it had to be rescheduled for another week out. Never received a call from the salesman from the first incident and now I’m told that I have to be stuck with a tiny loveseat and nothing else in the house. On top of that I was told my chairs would be delivered on the 19th. That ended up being changed to the 24th. The delivery drivers called 10 -15 minutes before their early arrival and tells me they are 5-10 minutes away. I told them no one would be there until the time that was stated for delivery. They called when they arrived and I again informed them that no one was there so they would have to wait. They said they couldn’t so I said ok. My question is WHY IS A CUSTOMER REQUIRED TO PAY FOR YOUR DRIVERS MISHAPS? What’s the point of a window if they can come at anytime. I’ve already been waiting weeks and then a week has to be added and it’s not your problem anymore. I wish I would’ve read the reviews prior and went somewhere else. Because all I got out of this situation was a tiny loveseat and a BIGGER headache. I was told it would take up to a week to receive a refund.. nope I’m disputing with my bank because I refuse to wait any longer to have furniture in my house. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY!!!

DO NOT ORDER A SINGLE ITEM FROM HERE!! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT!! I cannot stress this out enough. They will LIE and give you a 2 week timeframe just to seal the deal. Almost all of their merchandise is in backorder for a minimum of 6 months. This is beyond ridiculous. Double check all orders as soon as they FINALLY arrive as well. Incomplete orders, scratched merchandise and delayed deliveries... STAY AWAY!

To be honest I was lied to by the sales rep about the insurance that I paid for and also when trying to make a claim they tell me it was not under warranty at all when I also call and leave about 20 or more messages to the general manager they never call back I would take my business to somewhere else

Went out with my mom to look for new furniture yesterday. She instantly recognized one of the salesman Cat Soto, who assisted her prior. Cat Soto took us over to the furniture that my mom selected and we started the application process. The process was simple and fast, he explained everything so simple, and beautifully. Cat Soto came back after doing the numbers and presented an offer that we could not refuse. I mean, I was extremely grateful for the staff. They were so nice, professional, patient, understanding, and provided the best quality customer care. After completing the paperwork, Mr. Soto was honest about the delivery process, and the time frame. We received confirmation of delivery 3 days prior to the estimated time frame. The next day!! My engagement party is on the 26th. Overall the best experience I’ve had at a furniture store. Everyone has different experiences and opinions about Ashley furniture. However, my experience with this staff, was nothing less than amazing. The whole staff was great and helpful.

Kazmi or Qazmi, please have a proper attitude towards your customer especially if they are the elderly and need assistance. Ashley Furniture or the individually owned one like this location...please train your employees etiquettes in speaking with all type of customers.

If you want to be disappointed and want to see the worst customer service this is the right place .First they did not deliver the order on time secondly the furniture was all worn out and incomplete .Then if you go to their store to see the agent who helped you they will disappear and phones will be off .Worst experience not just ours but so many more .Be very careful!!!

Ashley Furniture provides poor customer service and lacks honesty when providing promised furniture delivery dates. I was promised to receive my order within 2-16 weeks of purchase by Ashley's sales team, which is also documented on the order form. Since I have placed the order I have never received follow-up calls/texts/emails in regards to the status of my order as I was promised to receive according to the order form. Instead I have had to take the initiative multiple times from my end to contact customer service to determine the status. Each time I have contacted I have been given various new estimated time frames for my furniture. My initial expected delivery was March 2022, then changed to April 2022, then May 2022, then I was told September 2022, and my most recent inquiry I am being told it may be October 2022 or consider reordering. At this point I am running at almost a year wait time for delivery. As a new home buyer I have worked with multiple retail furniture stores to furnish my home. Each furniture store has taken the time to acknowledge us as valued customers and followed-up from their end on the status of our purchases EXCEPT FOR ASHLEY FURNITURE. All other furniture store even with the COVID delays and other hurdles has ensured to deliver the promised furniture EXCEPT FOR ASHLEY FURNITURE. As a loyal customer I have been extremely patient and understanding of the supply chain issues, but all I have received is disappointment and lies from Ashley Furniture. At this point I would recommend any other store other then Ashely Furniture.

Just went out looking for new furniture not expecting to find anything. I was surprised to actually see several things that I liked. I have bought a lot of furniture from Ashley so I was familiar with the quality. I left after purchasing a new living room set and they helped me stay close to my budget. 0 or negative stars should be an option for Ashley HomeStore. I purchased a breakfast table with 4 chairs and a server on 8/29/21. They delivered the server, 2 chairs and a table leg on 10/2. They said the warehouse forgot to load the tabletop! There was no delivery in November as they promised during the first delivery. There was no delivery in December as they promised on the November phone call. I went to the store at the end of November, they said they will submit a service ticket and you go home and wait. At 12/30/2021, their service people called me from somewhere and said there will be no delivery in January and promised February 2022!!! It is about half year from August 2021 to February 2022, still only the table leg sitting in my house. what a waste of time and money! will keep updating the status!

Our visit to purchase a leather sofa couldn't have gone better! Teresa was the sales rep who took to the specific furniture. Selected product for delivery and all complete within twenty minutes. Incredible service.

I knew that finding what I wanted was going to be difficult. Kyle listened to what I needed and showed me what he had in the store that was close to what I wanted but not quite. After not finding what I was looking for he went to the computer to see what was in stock but not on display and low and behold there it was, exactly what I was looking for. Kyle knew the products in the store and was a life saver by finding what was not.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I purchased my furniture in May and was told it would be ready in July. I'm still waiting for parts of my order. They tell you it's ready when it's not. I did pick up and supposedly everything was there for me to pick up and of course it's not. I picked up in October, and supposedly the following week the rest of my furniture would be ready. And till this day I'm still waiting. I kept calling and they keep giving me the run around and the availability date gets pushed back more and more. Now it's until February. I've contacted the sales guy Chad and haven't had any response yet. I'm left with no dining table because I have no legs for it and missing a chair. I can't set up my bedroom because I'm missing the footboard. All they care about is selling you furniture so they can get paid even if you don't have your complete order. I'm already getting billed when I'm still missing items. Once you receive one item you can't return and that's how they get you. My worst experience ever! I wanted to purchase more furniture, but with this experience I don't think so. DON'T BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO WAIT OVER A YEAR TO GET YOUR FURNITURE!
