Our sales representative was amazing. She went above and beyond to fix all the errors. However her manger charged us for two king size mattress instead of a split king set up. We found out when the original delivery came and we were asked where they need to set up two king mattresses with only a split king frame. We had to return to the store to have the ordered canceled and submitted correctly. We did go back to the store and had the order submitted correctly. But the two mattresses ( split king set up) we purchased were not available. We were not told until after we left the store the second time. So one of the mattresses was upgraded but we cannot use any of the upgraded features as the frame needs to be upgraded as well, which we were not told. We figured that out when bed was finally delivered. Did I mention our second delivery date was canceled and I had to contact the store again. If I did not check. I would have been waiting for the bed. We have the bed, it’s not exactly the experience you expect for the amount of money and patience that was given to the Ashley furniture staff. Not sure we will even keep the bed.

⭐️ 1-Star Review – Beware of Ashley Furniture’s Dishonesty and Deceptive Practices My experience with Ashley Furniture has been the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The level of dishonesty from the sales associates, store managers, and customer care representatives is shocking. I purchased a sectional on 9/5, and it was delivered on 9/12 in terrible condition — damaged, stained, and not functioning properly. When I immediately called Ashley customer care on the same day, I was told there was nothing they could do because I was “sold a showroom piece” and that all sales were final. This was the first lie, because I was sold the sectional as brand new and was told it was simply the last one in stock. Because Ashley refused to help, I contacted my bank to file a dispute and was instructed not to communicate with Ashley until the dispute was processed. On 11/21, the funds were reversed back to Ashley because they claimed they had spoken with me and arranged an exchange — another blatant lie. There was never any communication about an exchange. No calls, no emails, nothing. Forced to deal with Ashley again, I spent nearly two hours on the phone with two different customer service reps who were clearly outsourced overseas and unable to comprehend the situation no matter how many times I explained it. They insisted an exchange had been set up for four chairs and a table — which makes absolutely no sense because I purchased a sectional couch, not dining furniture. They kept repeating scripted lines about “all sales being final” and that this happened “three months ago,” ignoring every fact I provided. At this point, it is clear Ashley Furniture uses lying sales associates, dishonest store managers, and incompetent, outsourced customer service to avoid honoring basic consumer rights. Their customer care team uses deceptive tactics to claim phantom conversations or nonexistent exchanges just to shut down disputes. I paid for a new sectional, received a damaged showroom piece, and have been lied to at every single step. Save yourself the stress — do NOT shop at Ashley Furniture. Their business practices are unethical, misleading, and completely customer-hostile.

Nice furniture and very friendly staff. We were impressed by the sales manager Mr. Atif Khan who is very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He made us feel very comfortable and was very patient and understanding as we took a long time to decide. He also got us the best deal and saved us significant amount of money. Will highly recommend the store and the people working there.

I bought an electric recliner from Ashley Furniture at a higher price because I trusted their name and brand value. I figured paying more meant it would last at least 4–5 years, especially since I could’ve found something similar at other stores for less. I even purchased the extended warranty for extra peace of mind. Unfortunately, the recliner’s motor stopped working almost exactly one year later. When I contacted Ashley’s customer service, they asked me to switch to text, upload photos, and then a couple of days later, send a video. I thought everything was moving along, but after nearly two weeks, they told me my one-year warranty had just expired and that I needed to contact the extended warranty company instead. I’m still trying to get the recliner fixed, and the whole process has been frustrating. I’m sharing this because I purchased the recliner from this store and expected better support. If you’re buying from Ashley thinking you’re getting high-quality furniture and reliable extended warranty coverage, my experience has been the opposite. In my opinion, the extended warranty hasn’t been helpful, and the fact that the recliner failed right after a year makes me question the quality as well. I hope this helps you make a more informed decision before buying from Ashley. The response to my review is clearly auto-generated. I’ve seen the exact same response on other reviews as well. The phone number they provided connects to a customer care center in the Philippines, and this is the same customer care, I’ve been dealing with for the past 13 days. You can see in attached screenshot as well. It took an hour for me to explain that they are not doing anything with my claim and there is no progress.
